There has always been a stigma about car dealerships and taking advantage of people, and while that might be the case else where it surely is not here. My salesman Noah was honest and knowledgeable and talked to me like a human and not a target. When it came to paperwork Jimmy educated me and empowered me to make the best decision for myself vs. what would make the dealership more money. It was truly a unique experience and I will be back for future vehicles.

I would never buy parts from this dealership. Go anywhere else. For toyota parts, their markup is 200-300% above List price. LeMieux is by far the best for pricing and service. Kolosso is also good and pricing. I don't understand their parts pricing model to always ask 200-300% more? If you service your vehicle here and they supply the parts, check the price before you do it to avoid EXPENSIVE repairs on parts that you never had to pay that much for.

We went to this dealer just looking for a used vehicle. At the time were looking for a used Prius. We were pushed to look at new cars and cars that we didn't really like. They then brought up leasing as an option. We still said no. Then the salesman brought over a manager who took us to more new vehicles that we weren't interested in. At one point the manager asked, "what would it take for us to get you to take home a car today?" After we still said we weren't interested for like the 5th time they finally let us go on our way. Careful going here as you may not leave until you buy a car!

I recently bought a new vehicle from International and had a great experience overall. Everyone I dealt with was forthright and honest making the buying process quick and hassle free. I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. I did have a minor issue with an accessory I chose to add to the vehicle but when I pointed it out, Justin (sales rep) and Jason (manager) made it their mission to ensure I was nothing less than 100% satisfied with the vehicle and they took care of it right away. Service like this creates loyal customers, I will buy my next vehicle from International.

Went in the other day looking to buy my first new car; pleasantly surprised at how painless the process was. Showed up early for my appointment, and the General Manager was nice enough to come out and get the process rolling. Ended up with a solid deal on a new Outback. Very happy with the service and the overall experience, would definitely recommend them.

3rd Subaru Legacy

I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy. This is our 3rd Legacy and I hope to get as many miles out of this car as our last 300,000. The sales professional that I worked with was Hugh Coaker and he was a great help when it came to showing me all my new controls in this car. The last Subaru was a 2000, so I have a lot of new controls to learn. Hugh also said that I could come back any time and he would help me figure out how every thing works. I will return. Car buying has usually been an unpleasant experience. Not true with Gary Meyer. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. I had fun exploring what was new on the Subaru Forester and Gary Meyer had all the answers to my questions. He was patient with me as I worked on setting up financing. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism I have ever experienced from a car salesman. When I had an issue with my new vehicle, everything got taken care above and beyond my expectations. I give Gary Meyer my highest recommendation and would purchase another vehicle from him in the future.

Our overall car buying experience was very good. Everyone we were closely involved with (Gary Meyer and Josh Doro) during the selection and eventual buying process were most courteous and knowledgeable. Gary was most patient with us as we test drove the Legacy and the Outback. We were able to negotiate a package to our satisfaction and drove off with a 2015 Outback 2.5i Premium. We are still in the learning process trying to understand all that our new Outback has to offer. I will recommend International Autos to my friends.

We recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester. We didn't go to International Toyota Subaru (ITS) as a motivated purchaser with purchasing a new vehicle in mind. Rather, it was to address a recall matter on our 2010 Forester. We talked with Kyle Marr at ITS, who did an exceptional job of listening. Maybe the most important characteristic in this business. Our message to him was clear--we were only interested in addressing the recall matter, and wouldn't consider trading in our 2010 Forester unless we could get an EXCEPTIONAL deal on a 2015 Forester. And you know what, two days later we purchased a new 2015 Forester. Kyle listened and turned a non-motivated customer into a new owner. My wife and I were very impressed with ITC, and their ability to listen to our needs and to deliver our new car in a very timely manner.

I recently leased a 2015 Subaru Legacy from International Auto-Sheboygan, WI. I could not be happier with my purchase! I would highly recommend Mr. Hugh Coaker in Subaru/Toyota Sales.
