Jeff DuVall in service went above and beyond to help me on Saturday 11/5.I was on my way to Loveland from Highlands Ranch taking my son to a competition when we got a flat tire on I-25 just south of HWY 52 exit. I was able to drive the car to the exit and thought perhaps Ford could help fix the tire quickly so we could make it on time. I went into the service and asked Jeff about it. He apologized that they would not be able to get to it for a few hours as they were very busy. He did offer to put some air in the tire to see if I could get to Discount Tires since I was in hurry. We discovered that the hole in the tire was too big and we looked for a spare-another service advisor came out to help and looked in the manual and we discovered that the tires were run-flat tires. No spare and no way to repair the tire. It would have to be replaced and they did not have that tire in stock. Knowing that I was trying to get my son to a competition on time, Jeff offered to let me have a rental car to use for the day and we could deal with my car later. I gratefully accepted. He got us back on the road in just a few minutes and my son did not miss his competition. Meanwhile my husband worked with Jeff over the phone on a solution. Jeff ended up offering to put one of the shop's old tires on my car that would work for me to get the car home. I arrived back to the dealership at 3:30pm. Jeff showed me the tire, made sure I didn't have any indicator lights on my dash regarding the tire and told me if I had any issues he would be at work for another 30 minutes and to call him. He would not take payment for the rental, the tire or his time.Why this means so much to me? I had just spent 4 weeks in Florida with my dying mother who passed away just one week prior to this. I had only been back home for a few days and not really in a position to take on added stressful situations, but I was given one. The kindness and generosity shown to me was beyond just helping me with a tire. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the staff who off-loaded an enormous amount of stress I would have had to endure. Everything worked out and we got home safely.

What we thought would be an over night stay turned into a mere 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this dealership! Adrien and Scott went over and above helping us. We limped in with a fifth wheel, and they actually offered to move it for us in case we had to spend the night. Luckily we didn't need them to do that. It was such a great experience, thinking it was going to be an over night visit, when they started working on the truck right away. We have never had that experience before. After plenty of research and lots of shopping around, my wife and I were tired of it and just decided that we needed to make a purchase. We now wish we had started here. Phil helped us right out of the gate without feeling like a pushy salesman that we had experienced so many other places. He was genuine and relatable and stayed late (on a holiday, no less). We traded our car in and walked away with our new one within an hour with what we felt was a fair deal for both parties. Quienten made us feel comfortable, and perhaps even more importantly, he made sure the paperwork was painless. Overall we had a great experience at Interstate Ford and wish we had come straight here.

We pulled off Interstate 25 after detecting a low tire in our rental car. I drove into the service entrance to Intestate Ford and Adrien Medina came out and helped us right away. He had a service tech repair the nail hole in the tire right away and we were back on the road within about 15 minutes. No charge for the repair and they were more than helpful, especially late on a Friday afternoon. Adrien and his staff were very helpful and saved our day. Thanks for your service!

My new 2016 Ford F-150 started running rough over the weekend throwing power train failure and service advance trac system faults. When I I turned off the engine and restarted the vehicle the fault messages in the display cleared and the vehicle ran fine again,I contacted Jeff describing the problem and he scheduled an appointment for 8:00 the next day. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure of the power train/throttle control module. A recall had actually been issued by Ford related to this issue. The service department replaced the module with no questions asked and my F-150 has been running fine since. I was back on the road in approximately 90-minutes.While waiting for my vehicle, I went to the parts department and ordered step bars for my truck. They called me that afternoon and informed me that they were in and the service department could install them for me for a nominal fee. I scheduled the work for the next day and 45-minutes later I was on the road again.Thanks again to Jeff and the rest of the service department for taking care of warranty repair and step bars so quickly!

I went to one big dealership and they tried to sell me a car that spelled like perfume and not detailed. This was not the car I asked to see. and I had cash. But the guy that was supposed to talk to me refused. He said he saw the car I drove and what I looked like.My son and I had both had been in separate wrecks. I just purchased the 2017 F250 Lariat 4x4 diesel club cab. The salesman that worked with me was great. Very honest about the truck and very knowledgable. On I-25 I experienced an unexpected spark plug blow out. Not knowing the area I had no idea where a Ford dealer would be. A search of my Garmin GPS brought up Interstate Ford that was only 3.7 miles from me. I went straight there hoping I would make it there.I drove in the Service drive and their service advisor Adrien Medina came right out and asked me to pop the hood. He immediately told me I had a spark plug blow out. I asked him if he could repair it. Without hesitation he said yes. I was directed to the waiting room and after a short wait I was advised my car was ready to go. I felt very fortunate to have had my problem near Interstate Ford. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Interstate Ford.

We were on our way back from a convention, six of my coworker and I (all women in our 20's and early 30's) when the Mercedes bus that was supposed to take us the six hours from Denver to Rapid City, SD broke down. But as luck would have it, we just happened to be able to pull into a dealership right off of the interstate. And how lucky we were. Not enough people are kind without a reason anymore. But the people in the parts department made us feel more welcome than at certain high end hotels I have stayed at before. And all without a motive, since they said from the start that our bus would have to be taken to a Mercedes dealership to get fixed. They helped us find the dealership that would take our bus to get fixed later. They helped us find two rental cars (which took hours as everyplace was sold out because of tourism and a recent hail storm) and they gave 2 of my coworkers a ride to the rental car dealership. And meanwhile, they let us make ourselves at home in their parts department lobby. We charged our devices. We were offered coffee and water- even change for the vending machines. We used the restrooms. Made ourselves at home. They even changed the channel on the tv from baseball to Friends for us because they knew that we wouldn't ourselves! We were there for HOURS and they didn't make us feel like a burden at all. I am talking 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a place that knew they werent going to make any money off of helping us. They diplayed true kindness and generosity when they didn't have to. I will forever be grateful to them. I wish I would have gotten more names, but I am hoping that they won't be upset that we forgot given the circumstances. The young man who drove my coworkers to the rental dealership was amazing. (My coworker thinks his name might have been Charlie? Apparently stress affects your memory making abilities. Lol.) The manager at the parts department was also a gem. And Daniel Holford was the only full name I remember... I wish I could thank each one who helped individually. And maybe someday we will swing back there and find someway of paying them back a little bit for all of their kindness. Thank you for all of the help, Interstate Ford! I purchased a 2016 Focus St from this dealer. I am very happy with the car, however the salesperson we dealt with was very rude from the start. Stacia Clark is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Many times we got interrupted and talked down to. She promised to me that since we purchased the vehicle when dark outside, I could look over everything and if I had an issue she would fix it. I ended up finding a scratch in the a-pillar. Myself and my spouse brought it to her attention. At first she was helpful and understanding, she stated that we could get it fixed. I asked if they could just order in the part and I would have my spouse install it. (He is a tech at another ford dealer) Stacia had a huge problem with this and long story short she eventually walked away from us. A few minutes later, she came back and we asked for a manager. "I am the manager, my name is Stacia" is what we were told. We found another salesman and what do you know, it's her husband. All he did was defend her. We got denied again by him when we asked for a different manager. After her husband walked away stacia came back and said that since his name is not on the car deal, she wouldn't talk to him at all. I will never do business with Interstate ford again. I wish I could give them the car back, and do business somewhere else that will appreciate me and my spouse. It shouldn't matter if we are both on the deal or if it's just myself, he's trying to help me. Watch out for her and better yet, avoid this dealer at all costs.

My husband went to look at a truck. They told him to call that night by 8 to put a deposit down to hold it. He called three times and was never called back. He called again the next day to put down the deposit until 2 days time when we could look at it... They texted him multiple times the next day to know what time we were coming. They texted again the morning of, promising to have it detailed when we arrived.We arrived. The truck was not detailed. I had pre approved financing, but they still tried to tell me it was required to fill out their financing form. They wanted blank forms signed. Then we waited 30+ minutes for the financing people to see us. We mentioned that the tank was empty at this point, we were told some fuel would be added. When we drove away there was enough fuel to go 34 miles. The worst car buying experience I have ever had.

He answered all of my questions and there was never any feeling of pressure or expectation to purchase a car. Our first stop was the Service Dept, we spoke with Jeff DuVall, as we have on several occasions. I have to say the Service Dept can be a little gruff on the phone, but have always been very nice in person. We have taken 3 of our cars in for repairs and maintenance on numerous occasions. We will continue to using them. Next stop was trading in our Explorer. I hate buying cars, always have. Drives me crazy when you pull up and salesmen swarm your car before you can even get out. We didn't not have that experience at Interstate. We dealt with Cody who is new and he was very professional and courteous. He was able to answer any questions we had, "Q" and Cody both were very patient and professional during this sale especially keeping them way past closing.

On the afternoon of 7/27/16 I phoned Interstate Ford, 800 Bryan Ct, Dacono, CO 80514 and told them my family (myself, wife, 2 sons-10&12) was in Estes Park on vacation from eastern Kansas and needed to return home tomorrow. I conveyed to the service department that our Mercury Mountaineer Luxury was displaying several error codes and I was worried about making it home. They told me they were booked into next week, but to bring it in early the next morning (7/28/16) and we would go from there. The service department was polite, courteous, and helpful. They looked at our car quickly, then explained options, prices, and time required. They were honest and fair. I worked mostly with Jeff Duvall on a electrical issue with my Explorer. Jeff called on my extended warranty and got that approval, he also called after the problem was diagnosed and again when the repair was complete. Great communication. I have bought 10 new trucks in my whole life and this was the worst. This was my second brand new truck I bought from Interstate ford THIS year. It had a defect on the door, and all they did was paint over it. When i went to pick it up, they didn't even bother to clean my truck after service, it was all filled inside with paint dust. I can not trust them anymore

Stacia Shane-Clark was very knowledgeable about everything from lease and financing options, to rebate options, to the fine details of the car and tuning the sync system. Even honest with us when she found a scratch on the car that they would pay to fix. Just point out the details good and bad with integrity. I have been casually looking to buy a new (to me) car for a couple of weeks, when last Saturday I finally decided to go to a dealership. Most of the cars that I had seen online were in Denver, Loveland or Colorado Springs and I didn't want to drive all that way only to find the car I wanted to look at had already been sold. That's when I went to the Interstate Ford website to see what they had. I was looking for a car in the $12000 to $14000 range and saw that they had a low mileage 2 year old car that was in my price range. (most of the other cars I had seen online were older with a ton of miles.) I decided that I would make to 2 minute drive down the road to see what Interstate Ford had to offer.When I arrived I was greeted by Daniel who set me at ease immediately with his laid back demeanor. This immediately broke my pre-conceived notion of a car-salesman who pounce on potential customers before they can enjoy the air conditioned dealership. He offered me a water and asked what I was looking for. Daniel also explained that at Interstate Ford they are more laid back and haggle free and focus on customer service instead of pushing sales. I appreciated that the price I saw on the sticker was going to be the price I paid.I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of cars Daniel showed me in my price range. He showed me a variety of makes and models while assessing what type of car would meet my needs. I decided that I wanted to test drive a 2015 Ford Focus. I loved the car and decided to purchase it. Daniel took some of my information and came back with an offer. I had been pre-approved for a loan, but this car was slightly higher than I wanted to pay per month. I wasn't quite ready to sign because there were a couple of other slightly lower priced cars in the same range. I told Daniel that I wanted to take a second look and compare what my monthly payments would be.Daniel was awesome! He didn't try an pressure me into signing the paperwork, plus he was more than willing to take me back out to the lot. As a car illiterate woman, going to a car dealership can be very intimidating. I've heard horror stories where women end up in tears and stuck with a car they don't like. Daniel is very friendly and did not put any pressure on me. Instead he let me take a look at a couple of other cars.We went back into his office to compare the cost of the other cars I was looking at. One car was a few years older but had low miles and cost lower. The monthly payments would only have been $20 cheaper. I was leaning towards biting the bullet and purchasing the more expensive 2015 Focus when Daniel showed me another car. It was also a 2015 Focus that had been sitting on the lot for a while and that management was willing to lower the price making the monthly payments lower than the older model. Because of the quality and friendly service I was able to get an amazing car at an amazing deal. I know Daniel won't be able to give everyone a price cut, but he really went above and beyond to help me get the best car for my budget.I highly recommend Interstate Ford and Daniel! I plan to come back for my next car even if I have to drive more than 2 miles!

We drove an hour from Highlands Ranch to visit this dealer at Dacono for a good deal posted on the Internet. The car we purchased was exactly the one described on the post. When we arrived, the car was ready for our test drive. Yeah, the location is a bit far from us, but it is definitely worth of our time. Dave is informative and promptly responsive to our requests. However, because this car is still under main manufacture warranty, there is no further warranty from this dealer (we believed this is perfectly fine to buy as-is for such a good price with a low mileage car.) The treasurer is also very professional and efficient. We drove off the new vehicle within 2 hours from I arrived the front door! Nice and easy! I highly recommend this dealer!

After dealing with Denis, we did not need to look at any other dealerships. Dennis was very easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and did not try to point us to anything we did not want. And in no way tried to push a sale.After allot of searching, Dennis found the right truck, with all the features we wanted, and at the right price.. I spent a good three weeks looking and scouting around for the truck i wanted to buy, and nothing was seeming to be a good fit. I tried a couple other dealer ships where things seemed to get really fishy really fast--they would quote me a good price..but then things would start to add up and add up and by the time they were done it was usually twice as much, and they really tried to take me for a ride (so to speak ;)) which as a first time car buyer, I didn't appreciate. Finally ended up at IF, with Daniel and Dennis, who knew exactly what I wanted, and offered me a great deal in the process, also threw in a couple extra things, since the truck needed a bit of fixing up when I ran across it. Easily the most friendly and affordable place. I will say that the finance department does run INCREDIBLY slow with paper work...we sat for nearly an hour waiting. but everything else was great. Daniel even put a warranty on the truck that was very affordable, even though it was used. Great experience, will definitely come buy again 10 or 15 years down the road--ha!;)

He was upfront and honest but still wanted to get me the truck I really wanted even if it was a little out of my price range. They crunched numbers and found a way to get me the truck I fell in love with for the payment price I could afford. We were out of state going to pick up a camper that we bought online and just outside of Denver the ABS light came on and a vibration started in the front of the truck. Not knowing what we were going to do being so far from home we looked for somewhere to take it. We found the closest Ford and took it to Interstate Ford not knowing how long the truck would be in the shop and our vacation plans on the brink of disaster Interstate Ford got the truck in the same day and fixed within a couple hours. They gave us a loaner vehicle to go get some food and whatever else that we needed to do. They did an awesome job!!!

Visited Interstate Ford looking to trade-in a vehicle, and purchase a used vehicle. Salesman was very courteous and wasn't pushy, which is a nice change. Facility was great, and had a good space for our kids to hang out at. When it came time to trade in my vehicle, the manager (who never showed face) attempted to unethically charge us for the repairs it would cost the dealership to correct, after the trade value. We did not go through with the transaction, largely due to that fact. Otherwise the visit was pleasant

I had actually gone to the dealership to look at a used truck. When I got there the truck had already been sold and Reed, my salesman was in the process of completing paperwork for another sale. I took the opportunity to look around the lot and found a new truck I was interested in. Reed gave me more information in minutes than I had hoped for. I called and told him I wanted to purchase the truck. When I arrived the next morning he already had the paperwork filled out and waiting. He explained in detail the finance options. While my application was being reviewed we took another test drive and he went through the basic options of the truck. The papers were processed in minutes and with no pressure I was out of there. The efficiency, organization and personable skills shown by Reed and Q are to be admired. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I was in need of a new vehicle with my old Xterra needing a lot of transmission work. My wife and I had worked with Q and Stacia before so we went back to them. After test driving some nice but higher mileage vehicles, Stacia showed us how we could lease a new Truck for the same price without having to worry about the repairs of and older used vehicle. She gave us plenty of options along the way (new/used/lease/purchase) and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want but let us make an educated decision. The 2016 f150 she originally picked out for a test drive ended up being the perfect one. It was still in our price range, in a great color and the perfect features for me and my family. This is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned!! And I would have never considered buying a Ford before this.Love these guys. Ask for Phil Formby, great guy, reasonable and willing to work on your behalf. I feel that they put together a fair deal for all. Remember dealerships are in business to make money you just don't want to work with one that is trying to make all their money off of you. I did not feel like Interstate acted like that. I have heard all the stories everyone else has about the hard sales at a dealership and the last car we bought we were lied to (not this dealership though). I was nervous to be at Interstate Ford for fear of being accosted by the "sales man". However when we arrived and we were walking about the lot, we were left alone!We did make our way inside and met Dennis Blair. What an awesome, funny, professional man! My past experience with buying cars had been horrible, where they would push you on buying something you didn't want or couldn't necessarily aford. I can in on a rainy, cold Saturday to look at a pick up. Daniel was the first one out to greet us and was ready to pull the truck around to the driveway for us to look at it. it was parked in the grassy area that was soping wet and muddy. He emailed me about a car I was interested in before I went, answered my questions about it and gave me all the information that he had. I went in inquiring about a used Ford Focus I saw on their website. I worked with Daniel who had the car ready for me to test drive and take to my mechanic just to take a look at. After an all clear from my mechanic we went back to the dealership. I needed to go and come back later and they were more than accommodating. I put down a deposit and was allowed to leave with the vehicle right then. When I got back later that day, I was in and out so very quickly. Turned in a leased C Max Energi. Test drove a Fusion and Focus just to convince ourselves that we wanted to repeat with another C Max Energi. Nothing is too much trouble for Stacia. Very patient explaining new technologies to two oldies still with flip phones !! Also never any pressure one way or another and constantly looking for better ways to make our decision making easier. In 72 hours we turned in one and drove off with a new model on another three year lease. Love these cars. Stacia and Quienten make an excellent team, allowing us to think and decide in a fully relaxed setting.

We were traveling from Arizona with our 87 year old motherinlaw, our daughter and granddaughter when we started smelling burnt oil. When my husband checked he noticed the rear bearings were bad and ready to break so we pulled right in Interstate ford dealership and when we told adrien medina the service adviser about it he immediately came out and checked the car out. At first he said they were booked and couldn't get us in till Monday, but when I explained how I wanted to be home by a certain date he rearranged his schedule with other customers and took us right in. He even traveled a hour and a half to pick up an axle for our car. I can't thank him and his mechanics for everything they did for us. They went beyond what they had to to help us. From the time my daughter/I walked on the lot we were given a few minutes to walk a bit then were met by Stacia . VERY pleasant, no pressure. Asked what we might be looking for and if she could assist with any questions. I had special needs due to back fusion so needed a car, specifically SUV 4WD, that also was 'in my comfort zone' getting in/out (not too high/low, not constrictive entering or exiting the vehicle etc). Stacia listened very well, made suggestions......she came back the next day, on her day of, when I was with my husband and we bought the 2014 Ford Escape!!! Quienten worked with us very well on the financial side. We got the extended warranty & got the SUV Glasscoated. I received a coupon for an oil change at the dealership and scheduled to have one done. When I arrived the lady working service, summer, checked us in and then I said I had the coupon and was not sure if she needed it then or at time of payment. She then said "we don't need your coupon, thats just the cost of the oil change" in a very condescending tone. It was very uncomfortable and made me rethink bringing my car back. Walking into a dealership as a female is a very itimidating anyway but to have rude service makes it worse. I was very thankful for my payment service , Jeff I believe was his name, was very nice and reviewed my info and made the experience much better.

We got a good trade-in amount on our Honda and bought a nice truck with low mileage and with everything we needed.Stacia worked with Quienten, the finance guy, to make sure the monthly payments were where we needed them to be and I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful truck! It's so comfortable with lots of legroom and seating so I can carry all the things I need for my job. There is no road noise whatsoever when I'm driving, which is wonderful, and I'll be getting a bed liner and tonneau cover next week. We will be able to haul dirt and garden materials once the warm weather arrives...if it ever does.The 4 wheel drive on the fly was perfect for getting out of parking lots and over the piles of snow left by the plows on the side streets after the blizzard earlier this week. Hubby and I really like the Ford brand and now own two F150s.Go check out Interstate Ford and see Stacia and Quienten. You won't be disappointed !

I bought the first truck I test drove. I did loads of research leading up to my visit to Interstate Ford. They happened to have the right vehicle, at the right price, even though the interior needs lots of love. The previous owner drove dirt roads, and must have had a litter of dogs, or ran a hair salon out of the cab. I cannot imagine what it looked like when it came in. We first visited Interstate Ford last week to look at used Escapes, but we ended up bringing home a 2016 Escape today. Daniel and Todd were extremely helpful both at the dealership and on the telephone. Daniel also spent the time to show us the ins and the outs of the car before we left. We didn't think we would be able to afford a brand new car, but they were able to give us a very fair price. They answered all our questions and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't interested in. We have purchased five new and one used from Interstate Ford in the last two to three years. And plan to release two vehicles next year and my adult son will purchase/lease from Interstate Ford for the first time. We appreciate how Stacia and Q listen to our needs both for use of the vehicle and financial. They pick a model to fit both of our requirements. It's always correct and there is no hassle. While traveling in Central Colorado the Transmission overheating light came on and I had to pull over and wait 10 Minutes for it to cool off. The transmission was not running very smooth so I opted to go to the nearest Ford Dealer I could find. Luckily I picked Interstate Ford. I have never received better service than I did from their Service Department. Both men at the desk went out of their way to handle the situation. They explained exactly what they were doing and actually re-programmed my car. It has run fine ever since my visit to Interstate Ford. The individual that was with me made the comment, "They took such good care of you it made me want to come here to buy my next car. (He lives in Utah) Thanks for immediately taking care of my problem and thanks for the great service.

We custom ordered a Ford Fusion Energi on the X-Plan through Stacia at the dealership. The process took a while, which we fully expected, but luckily they were quite accommodating to some of the change orders we put in after the process began due to some miscommunication on our end. Overall, despite a few deviations from the original plan, the car arrived exactly as we desired and is working out great. In addition Stacia was excellent to work with a long the way.

Very satisfied with my experience all around. I had email them on a truck they had on their lot and they got back to me fast. I then told Daniel Snider that it was missing a few options i was looking for so he searched for another one. The same day he emailed me back with one that had everything I wanted. I drove up to speak with him and look at a few they had on their lot. He came out gave me the keys to the two i was most interested in and left my wife and I alone to look at them and test drive them on our own. This is really nice as then we were able get a better feel for them just between the two of us. We were able to stop in an empty lot and look the truck over away from the dealer so that was nice. He was very helpful explaining all the financing options to get me the best deal. All in all I would recommend their sales department for sure.

I was referred to interstate ford from a friend of mine at work. He said to make sure I asked for Stacia. He has bought a few cars through interstate ford and worked with Stacia everytime. I already new which vehicle I was going to get so I made that part easy. She wasn't pushy about anything and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. The finance department was the same way which is usually where they make all the money. Overall, the buying experience was quick and easy. If I have questions about the vehicle or dealership I can either call Stacia or text her and she gets back to me right away to help out. I haven't gone to have my truck serviced yet but I will soon for my first free oil change. I've heard their service department is really great as well.

Had called and talked to Mike on the phone and then came into the dealership. Initially interested in a 2014 Flex, but ended up buying not only that but a 2015 Expedition as well. The service was exemplary. All dealings were above board, he made things easy. When the Flex got a cracked windshield a month later, it was questionable whether it was a warranty item and Mike took care of it, no questions asked. You won't find an easier or friendlier place to buy a vehicle.

So I take in my Ford for an oil change along with the coupon they sent me. The coupon says that for $39.95 you get The Works (synthetic blend oil, tire rotation, brake inspection and so on). Go to pay after the work is done and the bill is $47.41. After questioning about the up-charge the service manger tells me the synthetic blend oil was more expensive. I point out to him that the coupon price included a "synthetic blend oil change". Now get this...he tells me I got the "Special" synthetic blend oil. Couldn't see arguing with a guy who is intent of ripping me off and makes up the rules as he goes. Looks like they are more concerned with Profits than they are with customer service.

Brought my 96 Ford E 150 in for a coolant leak while passing through on vacation thinking Ford vehicle = Ford dealer to get the fastest high quality work to get us back on road. Wrong. This service department never really even did any true diagnosis to find the problem. We waited for 2-1/2 hours in waiting room (they are in the middle of nowhere) for them to come out and say water pump is leaking, $500.00 for the repair but we can't get parts until late today. I am thinking, really? you are a Ford dealer and you cant' get a part for half a day? In TX the ford dealers get parts within hours!!!!They ushered me back and gave me my key and said the van was waiting out side and good luck. Never even gave me a chance to say yes or no to the repair. Just basically asked me to leave them alone and go somewhere else.Called a friend in Denver asking for a shop referral. He sent me to Southwest Automotive in Littleton. Southwest didn't trust the Ford dealer diagnosis and took the time to dig down and find the actual leak. We barely had enough time to walk to a restaurant and back for lunch and they had the leaking hose located over the water pump replaced and we were on the road again. $200.00 parts labor and replacement coolant and DONE!!!!

My wife and I purchased a used Toyota Highlander yesterday from Interstate Ford and were very pleased with the service and professional attention to detail. We drove over 300 miles, one way, to purchase the highlander and this distance required a great deal of honesty from the salesperson as to the true condition of the vehicle. Cody Notch was the salesperson we dealt with and we were not disappointed. The Highlander was exactly as he had described it and he was forthcoming with any information regarding the vehicle. This was not the case with a dealer we had visited with on a previous Highlander. Because we live in a rural area there are not a lot of vehicles to choose from and we had driven over 300 miles, one way, and I had asked the salesperson to be completely honest with me regarding the vehicle. He was not. The overall condition of the vehicle was marginal at best and well placed pictures hid a lot of damage. We would like to thank Cody for his rare honesty. Also, there were no hidden fees and the payments were just as he said they would be.

We went into Interstate Ford not expecting to buy. As is often expected at car dealers salesmen seem to watch for people pulling into the lot. We drove to the back looking at pickups and just wanted to purse around to see if anything caught out. We looked around a bit before Dennis Blair came by to see if he could help us. I told him no as we were just looking, my wife did however ask for his card, he would give it to me...only her. He gave us the card and let us do our thing. We found a couple of trucks we wanted to look at and later called Dennis to come back out and open them up for us. They ended up being more then we needed but when we told Dennis what we were looking for he ended up showing us a 2015 F150 2.7 ECO BOOST. At first I was not sure of the 2.7 but my wife had done her homework and said it had nothing but good reviews so we took it for a test drive. We both loved the truck and started working a deal with Dennis, at first we could not come to an agreement and we ended up leaving. We looked around for a few more days and just couldn't find another truck like the one at Interstate, Dennis continued to try finding us one they just didn't meet up to our expectations. We ended up working out a deal with Dennis and drove away in a brand new 2015 F150 2.7 ECO BOOST. Dennis was very understanding and never pressured us one bit (we actually walked out from another dealer on the same day we met Dennis, they wanted us to buy something we didn't want). As I said Dennis did however try and find us something else we wanted without making us feel pressure. We have several business cards from Dennis which we will gladly pass onto our friends and family members that may be looking to buy. As we worked through financing we also worked with Steve Thompson in finance. Again no pressure and we were out of there extremely quickly. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and polite. We would highly recommend Interstate Ford and Dennis Blair the most!!!

After in depth research, for a Ford service center, to have my wife's 2013 Ford Escape worked on I chose Interstate Ford, due to the great reviews, after all I have a Ford service center 5 min. from my house and elected to drive 45 min. to have our vehicle worked on. We had scheduled an appointment to have the engine splice recall work done and also transmission warranty work. Engine splice work was completed the next day; however, the transmission was a different story. Note; we have only had our vehicle since May 2014 we purchased it with 41,000 miles and currently has 51,000 mi. Long story short 3 weeks later our transmission was rebuilt and we went to pick it up from Interstate Ford, car drove home great, everything seemed fine. Next day, less 16 hrs later my wife goes to start the vehicle and to go to work, car wont start. So I leave work early to head home and try and find out what the problem is. Battery has full charge, and car wont start. Tried jumping, no go. Called Interstate Ford explained the situation, how they had just work on it etc. what they had done, they had Ford's roadside service come tow the vehicle back to Int. Ford. I called them the next business day and asked if they figured what the problem was, their service advisors Jeff and Adriane both said your starter went out, you'll need a new starter. I stated, you guy's will take care it of right??? it must of have been something to do with the work you guys were doing on the vehicle, I wasn't born over night. They resumed to reiterate that they didn't work on anything that had to do with the starter. I stated once again I know your mechanics disconnected the battery and the starter to work the transmission. No we weren't working on it or have any reason to mess with the starter. So, I asked how much is a new starter, $540. What?!! you got to be kidding me. After talking to Jeff and explaining to him my concerns and reasoning he agreed to meet me halfway. I told him to forget about it, I'll have a tow truck on the way and towed it to an honest family friend's auto shop. Within ten minutes of the car getting there, he called me and told me the starter was loose and he had gave it 2 full turns and it started right up. This is exactly why mechanics have bad reps and honestly I'm not sure how these service advisor's sleep at night with their self conscious. I have never gotten online and written a review about anything, but today is a first! sadly I'm sure I'm not the only they have tried to fool or take advantage of. And to be honest with ya I'm sure the other reviews are very biased.

I have been researching new cars to replace my wore out commuting car and narrowed it down to just two. I came in on Friday morning but was limited to just a couple hours to test drive and to get any numbers I needed to make my decision. I worked with Dennis who was not only very friendly and knowledgable but he was very willing to run all the many scenarios I was looking at after helping me with the test drives. I informed him that my time was up for that day and needed to look at the numbers overnight and I would be back in the next morning. As I arrived the next day I was greated as if he had known me for a long time and once again was willing to help me with test driving a second time. After making my decision on which car and numbers I wanted Dennis and Tim got me and my wife through the financing easily and quickly which made the process very enjoyable (as much as spending lots of money can be anyways). Vicki was a real joy to talk and work with also so I would totally recommend Intersate Ford to any friends and or family that is looking for a new car... I know I will be using them again.

It was a great buying experience. I shopped around for a caliber for a week and finally found one for a good price. It was great until I noticed that the accessory drive belt was no good and I had to spend $100 on parts to fix it. I needed to work on the heater a bit as well. As soon as the dealer was advised of the issue they started to work on ways to help me out with getting the problem resolved. They reimbursed me for the cost of the parts. I'd recommend interstate ford if you're looking for a new car. I went in with a pre-approved loan and they were able to find me a better APR with a different credit union, which saved me some money. I've bought 3 used cars and 3 used motorcycles from dealers in the past 2 years, Interstate ford was by far the best in every category. I can't wait until I have to buy another car so I can go back.

We had a car buying experience with Interstate Ford in Dacono, CO that was second to none. First, over-the-phone with Q, providing me with the information I needed to consider driving out to Dacono to possibly purchase the vehicle in question, and then working with Tim Green to go through the paperwork and the financial end of things, including providing me with a way to mail him a few doc's signed by my wife as joint owner of the old truck. Q made me a price offer for both the new (actually 2011 low-mileage used) truck and for the trade-in on my old truck that no reasonable person could refuse! Q arranged to have the new truck ready in a timely way, helped me transfer "my belongings" to the new one, and had me on my way. Both Q and Tim were extremely friendly and courteous at every moment. I could tell that Q's primary objective was to have a happy customer, and he certainly achieved that. Interstate Ford is lucky to have these guys on board, and they represent the company well. This is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Saw what I was looking for on the internet and went to have a look. "Q" came out with a key and took me right out for a test drive. This was a used car and had seen some wear. Q pointed out a few of the issues with the car that he saw and I missed. We went inside and he took a few minutes to write up some price information. He came back with copies of the NADA value summary, the Carfax and the service department's assessment and review plus a list of the items they did with the car to prep it for sale. The car was already priced fairly, a few grand below NADA and KBB, so it already accounted for the issues and no haggling was really necessary. He handed me a quote including dealer fees and taxes. When I asked, "If I come in here tomorrow with a cashiers check for this exact amount, will I suddenly be surprised with additional costs?" he assured me that no, this was the final value. Very upfront, nothing hidden, really nice. The next day I returned with my wife to look one more time and we decided to buy. True to his word the price Q gave me was the price. To save us time, Stacia took over handling the paperwork while Q coordinated with the service guys to get the car prepped. While we waited, Stacia and Q sat with us and chatted, very friendly and a whole lot better than being ignored like other dealerships. We entered the finance office where Steve had all the papers ready and waiting. We were paying cash so Steve had us done and processed in 5 minutes, and they accepted a personal check. The whole process from, "yes" to "done" was only 30 minutes. No fuss, no mess, no hidden agendas or fees, no deceptive tactics or trying to hide problems with the car, just straight, honest and friendly service. All dealers should be like this. Thanks to Q, Stacia and Steve for an enjoyable experience.

Dennis emailed he numbers and a quote and then on monday got the payoff numbers from our credit union. I found the truck I was looking for listed by Interstate Ford on Autotrader and emailed them. ''Nacho Man'' Notch was great, he called me right away and set up a test drive. I got there after work and it was little late in the evening, but he was friendly and got the truck right away for the test drive. After the test drive we sat down and talked numbers it got close to closing time and I didn't feel as though they were trying to rush me out the door. All in all my experience was great I would highly recommended.

I found the car I was looking for listed by Interstate Ford on Craigslist and called. The salesman "Q" knew the car, could answer questions, and was easy to work with. Two days later my wife and I went to look at the car, took a test drive with Q, and then he let us go off on our own for a second test drive. We made our deal, and while we did not trade our current car the offer for it was fair. The transaction was completed under two hours, and we were on our way home. We worked with the finance guy Tim, and also talked to Stacia (another sales person). Everyone was friendly and helpful.

After several months of online researching and reading reviews and reports, I decided it was time to sit in a few of the top cars I chose. Being 6'3", I usually hit my head getting into or sitting in the newer crossovers. I finally sat in an Edge and Escape, the Escape sold me. I decided to look around the Denver area for an Escape that would suite my wife and me. I called up Stacia at Interstate Ford in Dacono and talked for a few minutes. She was very helpful and did not "sell me." She answered my questions and the time we spoke was very low key and helpful. The following night I just wanted to go in and test-drive the Escape. I called Stacia to set up a time and she said her husband Quienten "Q" would help us. We showed up at the dealership and Q was waiting for us. Q showed us some of the features before we set out on a drive. We decided right then that this was the car for us. We came back to the dealership and made a deposit so we could pick it up the following day.We arrived the following day and Stacia had our car setting out front all ready to go. We sat in the car and Stacia went over all the features and made us feel comfortable about our new car. She programmed our phones to work with the car and explained in detail all necessary items so we could enjoy the new car and not be overwhelmed with all the features. She emphasized that if we needed to come back in for refresher training or to ask questions about some features or functions, we were to give her a call and she would be glad to help.We then went into the dreaded finance office, but it wasn't. Steve was very pleasant to work with and explained all the other options available to us. Most we declined and did choose one of the options. Steve did not pressure us in the least bit. He was more like a guide along the treacherous finance waters. We talked about camping up in the mountains and enjoying the outdoors. He explained what to expect for registration and showed us the sales tax and how it was computed.After we were done with Steve we talked with Stacia a bit more and drove home a very satisfied customer. We do not buy new cars often but this experience made that transaction very pleasant and enjoyable. I consider Stacia and Q friends. They have an enthusiasm for life and are just nice people. They both have smiles on their faces and are the people you want to be around. I know I will be stopping in at times to just see how they are. Steve in Finance and Adrien in Service are exceptional people to work with and every person we have dealt with at this dealership is wonderful. We have been using Interstate Ford to have our diesel truck serviced and Adrien has always been very helpful in explaining what is wrong with our truck when we bring it in.I consider Interstate Ford our dealership now.

We went there to by a truck last night and we were very impressed with our over all experiene, From the Lady at the front desk to the Finace guy. Everyone that we talked to there was very friendly and very helpfull. We have been trying to buy a truck for a couple of weeks now and we felt that all the other dealerships that we went were not as friendly and were not willing to work with us in anyway, we felt that they were trying to give us a bad daeal on the trade that we had and it was not at all an issue here at Interstate Ford. I now wished I would have purchased my new care from them as well. We will tell everyone that we know what a great experience we had there and will recommend them to everyone, and when we are in the market to buy a new car or truck we will not think twice about driving the hour to Interstate Ford. As the title states this is the second time I contacted them about a car/Tbird that they were advertising on cars.com and both times the cars were not in stock. First time I stopped by the dealership the car was not in stock - I forget what the story was but, I spoke to a salesperson and told him I wanted a 2003 - 2005 low milage Tbird - he took the information & never got back to me. A few months later (10/2014) I saw another ad for a Tbird and contacted them through cars.com and again the car/Tbird was not in stock. They told that they were having problems removing the ad from cars.com. When I wrote to the salesman and told him the dealership was not reliable with their ads, he became defensive, exclamation points and all. I would like to work with them because they are close to where I live, but not sure I want to waste my time with bogus ads.

My husband and I came to this dealership after discovering the used vehicle we were looking for on their website. We have been in the market for a Toyota Tacoma for some time now and we were discovering that these trucks go quick! This meant we were on the road that Saturday morning from Denver to check it out. When we arrived, we took our time walking the entire lot to check out the inventory. We appreciated the fact that no one from the sales team jumped on us right when we arrived. After taking our time, we entered the dealership and were greeted by Cody who was welcoming and friendly. We knew exactly what we were there for so we asked him about the Tacoma. Turns out the truck had recently arrived on the lot and had not yet received the initial inspection or detailing, but Cody did not hesitate to show it to us. He pulled up the truck for us to look at and test drive. In our past experience, we have always had an employee ride with us when we test drove a car-not here! We really appreciated this because it gave us time to talk openly about the vehicle without the pressure. After a nice long test drive (which was encouraged by Cody) we sat down to talk numbers. I think that most people would agree that this is the least enjoyable part of the process, but Cody made it easy and painless. We were trading in our current vehicle and knew that it would need some work to be able to resell, so the trade-in value was not much of a surprise. While talking through the numbers another customer saw the Tacoma and took it for a test drive. Needless to say this definitely put the pressure on for us to make a final decision as the gentleman had expressed sincere interest in purchasing the truck-again, with our past experience looking for a Tacoma we knew this truck would be sold that day if we did not accept the offer (especially when the truck is priced right with great mileage!). We gave verbal confirmation to Cody that we wanted the truck and he got it into their shop immediately for inspection and queued up the paperwork right away. We were at the dealership all afternoon, but it was a very busy day at the dealership and their team needed time to do the inspection and detailing; to be expected. It was discovered that the truck needed new brakes which meant that we could not take it home that day. Kind of a bummer, but we appreciated the honesty and now we have a truck with brand new brakes! We completed the financing and paperwork with Steve who was very knowledgeable and efficient, which we appreciated after being at the dealership for some time. He did provide us with extended warranty options with no pressure to purchase. The "cherry on top" of our entire experience was that Cody offered to drive the truck to us when it was done in the shop. WOW! We know this is not mandatory when getting a new vehicle so we were fully prepared to drive back to the dealership to pick it up. Cody insisted that we meet him halfway to Denver where we traded vehicles. When we met, the truck was detailed, looking good, and ready to take home (with new brakes)! Overall our experience was "Excellent!" and we are happy with our new purchase. We will definitely be recommending Interstate Ford and Cody to friends and family in the market for a new vehicle. Spent less than an hour in the dealership, walked out with the keys to our vehicle on a Sat night with the promise to pick the car up that following Monday. No hassling or continued harassment, I told Q what our budget was, and he made it happen. This was the best experience weve ever had purchasing a vehicle! After an extensive internet search, we thought we had finally found the vehicle we had been looking for at Interstate Ford. With one phone call, we were connected to Stacia, who was awesome to work with. Since we live over 200 miles away from the dealership, we had to rely on her to give us accurate descriptions of the vehicle and its features, as well as answering a multitude of questions. We decided it was worth making the trip to Interstate.When we arrived, Stacia had the vehicle waiting near the front door, and met us with her friendly smile and obvious enthusiasm for her job. She gave us an overview of the vehicles features, and we set out on a test drive. We were sold! We returned to the dealership to do the preliminary paperwork, which she had prepared in anticipation of our visit. There were no surprises---everything we had discussed by phone was honored---no hidden costs, etc. She introduced us to Steve in the Finance Dept., as well as Q, another competent member of the sales team. (At this point we need to mention that Stacia had been suffering with a medical concern throughout the time we had been working with her by phone as well as in person, yet she continued in such a professional manner. The day we drove to the dealership, she made the extra effort to come in just to meet with us, when she should have been home in bed. She was thoughtful in getting us acquainted with Q in the event she was not able to return the following day to finalize our deal and pick up the vehicle. She is one in a million!)Due to our own time constraints, we opted to complete the paperwork the next morning. They were more than gracious in meeting our needs. We returned the following morning, and were greeted outside by Q, who explained that Stacia was too ill to be there. He continued in the same friendly manner she had started. In Finance, Steve had all of our paperwork ready. He, too, was friendly, efficient, and professional. He explained all options available to us, yet there was never any pressure to purchase additional services or anything else. What a difference from most financial departments! We completed the financial portion of the deal promptly and painlessly.Q then took us out to our new vehicle, which he had parked by the front door. It was detailed to perfection! He demonstrated the numerous features on the vehicle, and patiently taught us how to use them, making certain we felt comfortable with our new vehicle. He was great!Interstate Ford is truly different from most dealerships! There is no hassle, they honor what they agree to, and they make their customers feel like they genuinely appreciate their business. As we drove off in our new Explorer Limited, we knew we had made the right decision. We will definitely recommend Interstate Ford to family and friends!

After some window sticker readings, I found the truck I would purchase that day. I explained my last Dealer purchase and the fears I had coming to this one. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I had been searching online for the right car. I visited 2 other dealerships and didn't have a great experience. I found the car I wanted at Interstate Ford and e-mailed through the website. I received a prompt response from Stacia and scheduled a time to come test drive the car. Cody was low pressure and answered all my questions. After the test drive, I noticed that the car was a little dirty and had a deep scratch. Cody was busy, so Nick came out to meet with me while we waited and Nick assured us that they would get the car clean if we purchased it. After sitting down to look at the numbers, I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the car, so my hubby and I left to go eat and when we came back to buy the car, Cody and Time helped us get all the paperwork filled out. It can be a stressful experience trying to purchase a vehicle, but not at Interstate Ford. I first worked with Q briefly over the phone and he was so nice. He was on vacation at the time so when we went to look at the vehicle we worked with Dennis Blair. We actually had a lot of fun test driving the truck with Dennis, it felt like we were riding around with a friend. He has a great sense of humor but is also very knowledgeable and professional. No high pressure and we felt that he was being fair with us. We ended up buying the truck (pre-owned) and are very happy with it. I had mentioned to Dennis that it was too bad the previous owner didn't have the original window sticker because it would be nice to have it. Two days later we got the original window sticker and a nice note from Dennis in the mail! He had found it! The financing also went smoothly thanks to Tim Green. They have called to follow up and make sure we are satisfied. The only thing I would complain about is that when we left the dealership the gas tank was on empty. Otherwise this was the best buying experience we have had and would definitely return to Interstate Ford (and Dennis) in the future.

We happened upon the dealership with a relatively specific set of requirements and not in any immediate need of a truck. Cody offered assistance with a expressed interest in understanding our search and willingness to let us browse and inquire in/out of our criteria set. Overall, I thought the sales team was great. I have had my car for a few weeks now and love it. I liked Jason a lot and he understood that I didn't want to be pushed into a deal and that I would not buy until I found the right car at the right price. There was only one comment made by Jason that I didn't really appreciate but overall I really liked him. I would highly recommend Jason to friends and family who are looking to buy a car. I also briefly met Mike and he was really nice as well.The rating given above excludes all of my experiences after the deal was made (during the time I was signing papers with the finance manager, Steve). I had previously been approved for a loan from my local bank with a very low interest rate. I was incorrectly informed by Steve that my local bank would not actually honor that interest rate because the car was slightly older than I originally thought I would purchase. While Steve said that he would check with my bank he did not. While we were signing the papers he continued to speak down to me, acting like he was doing me a huge favor by finding another bank to honor the interest rate my local bank had approved. Two days after purchasing the car, I called to see who my loan would be through but Steve still didn't know. I called my local bank and found out that they would honor the interest rate and had not spoken to anyone from interstate ford about the loan for the vehicle I purchased. This really irritated me because I was very clear that I wanted to use my bank for the loan. At this point, I emailed Steve and asked him to cancel all other loans and work with my bank even providing contact information for the loan officer. I was notified several hours later that interstate ford was not really cooperating and asked if I could get them to send the paperwork. I ended up sending my copy of the deal to my bank and working directly with them to finish the sale of the car. I felt that I was doing part of Steve's job and it made buying the car much more stressful than it should have been. After speaking with my loan officer I was further disturbed when I was informed that my bank works with Interstate Ford frequently. They stated that their interest rate protocols were common knowledge to local dealers and they should have closed the loan at the time of the sale.There is another finance manager at interstate ford. I would suggest requesting Tim for anyone who is pre-approved and wants to stick with a specific bank. I don't know if he was making money from the deal, or if the dealership would make more money from using a specific bank but Steve made it a battle of wills and a matter of principal.

Our car decided it was the end of the road for us. Interstate has taken care of our car in past and we were happy, so we decide to check them out for the purchase of the next car. We talked with Cody on the phone at first and explained our situation and he started to find what my wife wanted in a car. Once we visited, we did not think about shopping anywhere else. Cody worked with us and through a couple situations and it turned out great. Cody was positive, helpful and patience. He let us test drive several cars and was positive when we wanted to test drive them more than once. Since the car we wanted was not on the lot, he found one for us. From my initial phone call into him, not only was he friendly, but he assured me he would be able to take care of me and my vehicle. I have 1630000 miles on my F250 and it has needed new parts lately.Last time I took it in and when I got it back .The work done was what was needed at the time. Truck ran great .But 2 fuel injectors went bad .So back to the shop and now the Truck is running may be better than it ever has.I liked it so much I put a wax job on it.I am looking foreward to the next I hope alot of miles with out any thing going wrong.But if it does I would go back to Interstate Ford in Dacono Co.We live close to each other.Thats nice to. I was just going to stop by while passing the dealership and look around. I was not planning on a purchase at the time but wanted to see what was on the lot as far as used cars. OK I am not much on this kind of stuff but on the other hand this I feel is not enough.I know alittle about my 2005 F250 6.0 Diesel and the EGR system.I had a good idea my EGR Cooler failed.Not feeling very well. I went to Interstate Ford in Dacono Co. Had a talk with the Service Advisor Adrien Medina.Now I am all freeked out that it might be more than that .But he said the right stuff and i trusted what he had said.I then had my truck towed over there Thursday.Adrien said he would try and get it in Friday ,Saturdayor Monday all good day for me.I get Home from work FRIDAY and on the answering machine was a call from Interstate Ford and I My Truck was DONE.WOW.Now HAPPY is an understatment .I asked for the TECH. name who is TECH. My experience with Stacia in purchasing our 2013 F250 King Ranch was the most organized and hassle free auto purchase I 've ever made. From our first internet contact and follow-up personal call, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. So much so, that our purchase was made and finalized (all but the paperwork of course) entirely by internet and phone conversation. She obtained all necessary documentation and information to pre-approve our financing, with the help of Steve, and insure there were no "surprises" when we arrived to take delivery of the truck.Upon our arrival (we live 300 miles away) the truck was prepped and ready to go. I have been looking for a used truck for several weeks when I noticed an ad for a new truck for about the same price as the used trucks I had found on the internet. So my wife and I went to Interstate Ford last night to check it out. We found the advertised truck within minutes (my first pleasant surprise) and Daniel Snider came out to greet us. Daniel was a very pleasant young man who was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and was knowledgeable about other inventory on the lot. I called Interstate Ford and spoke with Vicki on the phone to make sure she was willing to work with me. She immediately said yes and quoted me a very good price on a particular truck that I had been looking at. I had been to and called several dealers in Colorado and Wyoming. I knew from the start of our conversation that Interstate Ford was going to be a dealer that I would be purchasing my new vehicle from. Vicki was great! I told her that I would not be able to be at the dealership until about 7:00 p.m. to look at the truck and she said no problem come on up your truck will be waiting here for you. Vicki told me to talk to Daniel when I arrived to the dealer and he would help me with whatever I needed at the dealership. When I arrived at Interstate Ford the truck I had spoke to Vicki about was sitting up front ready to go. Daniel came out and greeted me and had the keys to the new truck ready for me to take it for a test drive. He was great took me around the truck to show me most of the features and let me take the truck out on a test drive. I came back and took another truck out as well. I decided that the truck I had talked to Vicki about was the truck for me. We went into the dealership and everything was exceptional. for the first time for a long time I felt appreciated as a customer. He never tried to hurry the process along it was getting very late but, he acted as if it were the middle of the day. We finally finished up with financing and all at around 10:30 p.m. or so and Daniel showed me all of the options on the truck including the navigation and helped me set up the sync my ride feature. Daniel went above and beyond what I would ever expect a salesman to ever do. He made sure I was comfortable with the truck before he would let me leave the dealership. I left the dealership sometime after 11 p.m. Daniel called me a week after I purchased my truck and wanted to make sure everything about the truck was still going well. Daniel needs to be recognized for his exceptional quality of work, customer service and friendliness! It's not everyday that you run into a sales person like that! Mike Held personally came out and thanked me for my purchase. That is unheard of to have a general manger come out to greet the customer directly. Interstate Ford is a class act dealership! I own a rapidly growing business and understand what good customer service is and can do for a company! Interstate Ford and all the staff that I had the pleasure to deal with is well deserved for 5 stars in every category listed above. I will be purchasing my vehicles from Interstate Ford from now on! When he saw the jeep, he immediately went and checked it out to make sure it fit the requirements or frame I was looking in. When we got to the dealership, the jeep was already to go out for a test drive and Mr. Notch gave me the Car Fax before I even got into the jeep and before we got into detail about it. I found a cheap commuter car the mazda 2. I only paid 250 over book. With 39000 miles. They are very low pressure sales but push the extended warranty, gap, etc at closing. Mentioning a $500 fob replacement for a new ford while I am buying a two year old mazda is pretty rich. Then to top it all off I only get one key. Maybe they should have taken out the extended warranty on the car when they got it...I would buy again because a good deal is a good deal.

I spotted the original advertisement in January, called the dealership and talked with Ray Farrell. He encouraged i drive out that afternoon for a review and test drive. We met up and went over the car. Ray explained the technical aspects of all the options and capabilities of the car which was very helpful as we have an old car with basic controls. We were trying to sell a car before getting a new one, so we did not purchase then. This week now a month later, Ray sent a follow up note of a price change and seeing if we were interested. We visited and drove the car and agreed on the price. Ray again took the time to carefully explain all of the electronic settings and options and even set several up for us. This was the single best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, from the first phone call to driving my truck off the lot! I found my truck on the internet, called on it and was impressed with every employee I dealt with. Ray Farrel was my sales person. I explained to him that I had a budget to work with, my situation (recently in an accident and needed a vehicle that suited my family and work needs), my time frame and what my absolute top dollar was. Ray worked out a deal within 20 minutes of hanging up the phone to get the vehicle price to my range, called me back and we scheduled a test drive the following day.Upon arrival, Ray had warmed up the truck and had it ready to go. Test drive went well and I made my final decision to purchase and told him that I could pick it up three days from then, due to bank paperwork for a loan. The Interstate Ford team found a way to immediately work with my bank and that night. Additionally, they took care of the return of my rental vehicle. I was in and out of this dealership within an hour and a half with my new truck.I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone buying a vehicle! The professionalism, courtesy, and lack of a need to haggle here made my experience more than pleasant. This is how a dealership should be doing business!

On a winter day, I ended up with a flat tire due to a nail. As a home health nurse, I had a full day of visiting clients but due to the flat tire it was possible that I would not be able to visit everyone I needed to. The service department not only looked at the tire, they attempted to fill it with air before they saw the nail, and then they were kind enough to put on my spare since they could not repair the hole in my tire - AND they did this free of charge. Love going to Interstate Ford. When we purchased our F350 it was because Quinten was the only person to get in touch with us after our internet inquiry and that was the next day. We had sent out several internet inquires. Six months later we were there to get the F350 serviced and were walking around as Quinten was not there at the time and Dennis came out and was visiting with us and we saw an Explorer that we liked and he took us on a test drive. So we ended up buying the Explorer. Whenever we take our vehicles in for service everyone is so nice to us and remembers us and if it is going to take awhile they offer to give us a car to go somewhere but we usually stay and visit with Quinten and Dennis. We have and such good service that our son also went to Quinten to get a new pickup and ended up ordering a new one with all the options he wanted.If we know somebody that is looking for a new vehicle we always tell them to get ahold of Quinten or Dennis, they are the best!!!When it is time to purchase a new vehicle we will definately be headed back to Interstate Ford because of Quinten and Dennis and the friendly, knowledgeable service department.Also, Tim in the finance department was wonderful to work with. He did a wonderful job explaining our paperwork and getting us the Ford Financing on both vehicles.

We were looking for a car that was the same as the one I had that was totaled in an accident. From the online listing we were put in contact with Q and he was extremely helpful. He took us as serious buyer even though we are not local to the Denver area. He was willing to do everything he could to keep the price down on the car because of the comp from the insurance. I walked in kind of skeptical because I'm not fond of car dealerships. I had been talking with Q for about a month and he called me about a ford f250 they had just gotten in. it was exactly what we were looking for. Called ahead to let them know we were on our way down and they had the pickup waiting for us for the test drive. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Ran some numbers and filled out paperwork. They let us take it home for the weekend which was awesome. Got a call back from finance on Monday with some numbers thy were less than ideal. Headed back to the dealership on Tuesday to go return the pickup and when I got there they had already called he banks to get me better numbers for my payment and interest rate. Still wasn't what I was comfortable with and the manager (Nick?, I think) went to bat for me and got me exactly the payment I wanted! I was so surprised and happy at the same time! This dealership has an amazing group of people working there and I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat!

Ray Farrell was friendly and kept contact with us while we considered the car. He helped negotiate a price we were ok with. Tim Green, however, was short with us after we turned down the additional dealer warranty. He explained nothing we were signing and that we were financed through a bank different from the credit union we requested. Nowhere on the paperwork did it say the chosen bank, either. I had to call the dealership to find out. Even with the financial hiccup, I absolutely love my new car.

Back in April I had the misfortune of having a rod go in my 99 250 gas work truck (absolutely loved that truck!) and was in need of a quality work truck that could also be used as my daily driver when necessary. I had called several dealerships after looking at their online inventory of used trucks and was transferred to Ray. I informed Ray that my credit was in a not so great state and that I was self employed. Expecting him to say well there's not much we can do and receive minimal attention to my request. What I received was in my opinion TOP SHELF service where Ray and the finance guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) went completely out of their way to assist me in obtaining financing for a solid truck that had very low miles on it for the year of truck it was. When the finance company needed additional paper work Ray was gracious enough to allow me access to his computer in his office and printer to provide the requested documents. Overall my experience was better than I could have ever hoped for and to this day whenever I hear someone talking about a new car or truck purchase I hand them one of Ray's cards along with my somewhat longwinded story of why they need to go see him. My ONLY REGRET is I ended up with a chevy truck that I purchased at a Ford dealer and receive a little banter from friends about that. The truck is SOLID, the service was OUTSTANDING and I personally will be returning when the need for another truck come up. MANY THANKS TO INTERSTATE FORD for having such awesome sales and service!!!!!

After searching for a specific vehicle, in this case a MINI Cooper, we found that this dealership had both the car and possible price point we were looking for. After a few calls with Ray (our sales person), we showed up onsite and the car was just as Ray told us over the phone. Clearly he was upfront from the get go which was awesome. Ray did not push or pester us in anyway as we knew what car we wanted to look at and nothing more. A test drive later we were ready to buy but price is always an issue. We told Ray our budget and he worked with us to do what he could and he was understanding about all of our price concerns the entire time. As for the dealership overall, Tim in Finance was friendly and made the process of singing papers quick and easy.I will say that after going from dealership to dealership, the only thing that Intersate Ford was missing was free sodas and popcorn which we encountered at a few places which was nice to have just to have it.All in all, cudos to everyone at Interstate Ford! We love our newly purchased car and the service you all gave to get us into it!

Clint was fantastic! We came in and found exactly the car we had been searching for. When we got there the car we had driven up to see was no longer on the lot, it had been sent to auction. I immediately was turned off about talking about it any further. Clint talked with my husband and explained the process we could go through to bring the car back from auction and if it was exactly what we were looking for we could purchase it and if not we weren't under any obligation to do so. He was patient, took his time explaining things to us and answering all of our questions. He listened to our needs and was great working with us on the pricing. As promised Clint got the vehicle picked up from the auction on Monday. We drove up to see it. There were a few minor things to be fixed but he delivered true on his promise with us to do so. We were pleased with the service he offered us. We are so happy with our new car and have plans to go back this weekend to get the few items fixed. Although it was a bit of a drive from where we live we would happily refer any friends to Interstate Ford and have plans to head back that way for our next car purchase. We will be sure to tell them to ask for Clint.

I had high-level posed the question of a 3-for-1 trade on the website and Stacia promptly answered my email and said they would be interested. We were referred to this dealership by a friend who told us to go talk to Q and Stacia when we needed to be in a car quickly. The process was so simple, we walked in, told them what we wanted in a vehicle and within minutes Stacia had us test driving the truck we ended up taking home. We fell in love with the Blue F150 the minute we jumped in and when we learned we wouldn't be able to finance it we were crushed but the next day we went back to the dealer and talked to Q and once we had a little time to hash things out he got us into that truck. They were absolutely amazing, they didn't give up on getting us into the truck we wanted after we told them we just had to have it. We have sent and will continue to send people to interstate Ford to talk to Q and Stacia for their vehicle needs. Keep up the good work!!

First , you sold me a $30,000 vehicle with 3 good tires, which caused me to have a blow-out while on traveling on the highway. At the least you could have told me one of the tires was bad. Second, the lock to release the spare tire was gone. Third, I had asked the salesman that you clean the engine and the battery post and when I came to pick it up it was not done. Fourth, as we were driving away from the dealership we realized we did not have the code to unlock the doors. What upset me the most was the bad tire situation, I am aware that a used vehicle is purchased as is but I could have been warned ahead of time about the bad tire, especially since I informed the sales staff that I would be driving long distances.

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from I25 Ford with Q Clark as our Salesman. He is very knowledgeable about the Ford cars he sells, and handles the purchase all the way from meeting you in the sales lot until you leave with your new car. Although we have Ford Dealerships closer, we are more than happy to drive the additional 70 miles just because we like dealing with Q, and the way he makes the buying experience a happy one. Too many salesman that I have dealt with in the past, seem to just suck the joy out of purchasing a car by giving you the run around and not really seeming to care about whether you buy the car or not, except if it helps them make their sales quota. The first time I met Ray he was very interested in my needs, I told him what Vehicle I had to trade and What Kind of Truck we wanted, he found exactly what we wanted, and very quickly. I told him that I needed to have a Rino Liner and a 5th Wheel hitch installed. ( part of the deal ) any way Ray had all of this done in a matter of days. I was really surprised how quickly it was done. When our new truck was delivered. ( took very little time ) Ray went over all of the features of the truck and was not going to let me take it until I understood all of the new features, I did learn all of the new systems very quickly. I have told others of my experience with Ray and Interstate Ford. We love our new truck and get lots of lookers and are impressed with it. I don't think any other dealer could have done it better. I drove all the way from Berkeley, CA back to Colorado over a weekend to get a vehicle from her, that is how great the experience was! My latest tank of fuel is currently over 600 miles and averaging over 82MPG! I drove 17 hours straight through from Colorado to California, and was comfortable and happy the entire 1,800 miles! Drove up from Castle Rock to view a 2005 Mustang they had advertised on their lot. Was welcomed by Stacia - who is friendly, professional and funny...her hubby is nice too, but I forgot his name. She immediately got the keys and told us to take the car for a spin and spend as much time as we needed. She was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and if she didn't have an answer, she went and found it out. The car was unbelievably gorgeous! It basically sold itself. They worked with us to get out of a Ford Lease, giving us more than we anticipated and didn't drag the "back and forth" out with the boss-man-you-never-see for too long! :) Since we were coming to the table with our own financing, the finance portion with Tim went quicker than any I have every experienced. They allowed us to take the car even though they had yet to receive the official documents from the lender. Wow! That is trust! It took about one week for all the paperwork to finalize and we drove back up the next weekend to "finish" the deal. We have purchased way more cars over the last 17 years than we should probably admit, but I have to say this was THE MOST PLEASANT car buying experience we have EVER had!!! Sure, they are a small lot in comparison to some of the mega Ford dealers in the Denver area, but their professionalism, kindness and attitude make it worth the drive. Not to mention, any dealer can search for the perfect car from any other dealer and make a trade...I would rather deal with nice people who give a darn about you and wait an extra day for that perfect car to arrive, than deal with some of the sharky car dealers out there. This dealership has earned my repeat business should I be in the market for a new or used vehicle again! Without sounding corny and cliche, but this truly is how the car buying experience should be! :) Happy travels!

This dealership gave me superior service. The service staff that I dealt with was friendly,and knew what they were talking about,and knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and made sure the work was done correctly and promptly. The part they installed was defective. They didn't put my vehicle repair on the back burner so to speak because it was a warranty job. They got it fixed promptly! I would reccomend this dealership as First Class!!

Awesome! The only way to describe my experience with these guys. I had been looking for a used car for my son, had gone to quite a few places, test drove some but wasn't happy with anything I had found. Saw one of their cars on Autotrader and went out to look at it. I was greeted by Q (Quentin) and worked with Stacia through the process. They were very helpful, honest, forthcoming with information, non-pressuring and just fun people to deal with. I got a great deal on a wonderful car and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. The most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased a pre-owned 2011 Ford Explorer at Interstate Ford. Everyone at the dealership was really helpful! The car was clean! Unlike the other ones I looked at down in Denver. You could tell they spent time on each of their vehicles. It smelled really great too! Best price around!

I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300c from here last week, and it was the best and easiest process. The sales man I worked with showed me every option on the car I liked explained things to me and kept me in the loop through the whole process. They also paid top dollar for my trade so I didnt carry to much over into my new loan. Next time im in the market for a new car, im going back to them.

I'd been shopping for a used truck to pull my vintage Airstream travel trailer for about a year. I stopped by Interstate Ford and looked at the inventory there, but nothing met my increasingly selective standards. Cory came out and talked to us as we were walking around the lot and offered a lot of information, no pressure. I didn't find what I was looking for, but left that information and my telephone number with Cory. He called the next day. A truck had come in with the 7.3 diesel engine, crew cab body style and tow capacity I was looking for that morning. I looked at the truck later that day and was taken with it, but wanted my mechanic friend to look it over as well. Two days later, my friend was more skeptical initially, but impressed when he he looked the truck over and drove it. I negotiated a very satisfactory price and am thrilled with my new truck. I want to mention that I am a single woman in my 60s and was always treated as someone knowledgeable and capable. Thank you, Cory. You're the best!

He was the most customer service oriented car salesperson I have worked with - ever, down to the last detail. I have worked with some awful ones too - so wasn't going in with high expectations. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Interstate or get a vehicle serviced there.

I stopped in to see what was available in an SUV. Stacia Shane spent time with me, showed me several SUVs, and was very friendly. the vehicles she showed me were not exactly what I was looking for, so she asked me to give her a list of exactly what was important to me in a new car. I did so, and about two weeks later she called me and told me she had found the perfect Expedition for me, and was bringing it in from Rifle, Colorado. I went to the dealership and looked at the vehicle she found, and fell in love with it. (I didnt think it was possible to fall in love with a car, but I did) - I bought it and have been extremely happy with it. Stacia has called a couple of times since just to check on me and find out if I was happy with my new Expedition, which I thought was pretty nice of her. I would rate Stacia Shane as A-1, as I would Interstate Ford. It was a very good shopping experience, and I am extremely happy with my new car. I definitely would recommend (and have done so)Interstate Ford and Stacia Shane to my friends.

This Dealer ship by far was one of the best, if buying a Vehicles go to Interstate Ford and ask for Q.For quality customer service I had a great experience with a friendly environment. Q is the man, trust worthy and stright up honest with you tells it like is. If your looking for a fair and reasonable sale Interstate Ford and Q will make it happen! Interstate Ford has good pricing on quality vehicles and quick negotations to get you in and out. For Quality of work I have no rating as I myself had not had to bring my vehicle in for any service after 20k miles so let that speak for itself. As far as friendliness you have buzzered type sales men trying to make a sale but honestly go in and ask for Q he is very easy to work with on a personal level, will not try to over sell to make a sale. Overall i say they are a 5 star friendly dealership.

I went to the dealership , Dennis came out to help me pick out a truck ,I wanted a long bed ,Dennis located one in Wyoming ,We made a deal for it .Dennis & another man came to my place & inspected our trade ins . Dennis was very helpful finding me the truck I wanted he was courteus ,knew the product & options ,sent someone to get the truck as I wanted a long bed xlt. When we got the truck he had it cleaned & preppedHe programmed my phone to the truck ,showed me the controls ..There was no high pressure sales ,just a nice friendly deal . I like this dealership, met one of the owners( Mike ) Good people. When I get ready to buy again will look here first & will look for Dennis. I'm looking to purchase a used vehicle within the next few months, came by the dealership one morning about a week ago or so to look at a couple of vehicles I had seen online. I'm not entirely sure what the salesman's name was that I worked with-I don't remember and I lost his business card(he was a younger gentleman). But he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in looking at and he was very professional. So as far as the sales person goes I was very pleased. But I have to say most of the reason why I am not recommending this dealership, and I'm giving it a low rating is because of the woman working the front desk when I came in(older lady w/ long dark hair-I'd say mind to late 40s). I believe her name was Sara or Sammy, something like that. She was very rude to me when I came in looking for a sales person and seemed to be bothered by the fact that I had interrupted whatever she was doing on her computer. I felt very unwelcome there and pretty disrespected by her overall attitude towards me.

Made a deal with salesman for painted running boards to be included with suv sale. Kept asking salesman how long would it take to order and paint and kept getting same answer, a couple of days. Tried to make appointment and now they are telling me they wont paint them. I asked for money printed on value of due bill and was told they would mail it. It has been 2 weeks now and can not get an answer on where my check is. Very sweet people to talk to until after the deal has been made. Now they act like I am bothering them. Getting tired of the run around.

Q was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I bought a new car from him 3 years ago when he was at Saturn. When I needed a different car and decided to go to Ford, I wasextremely happy to find him at Interstae Ford. Tim was also professional and explained all the paper work throughly. Had a terrible experience at this dealership a couple days ago and I'm questioning the legitimacy of this website. It seems to me that the reviews for this dealer are nothing but plants. Walking around the lot, I couldn't get any help. No biggie. So I went inside the showroom to find someone. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt unwelcome. The woman at the front desk seemed annoyed by my appearance. I asked for a dealer and she actually sighed as she picked up the phone to get someone to help me. Daniel seemed friendly at first but as time went on, he gave me the impression that I was wasting his time. He let me know 3 TIMES that "If I was any other dealer, I would tell you to get out of here". According to him, the car I was pursuing isn't very profitable for the dealership, so they didn't have any in stock (they just sold the last one, of course). He said he was willing to travel 300+ miles to get one though, at least until he valued my trade. My current vehicle was valued so low, it would have been too far upside down to trade. A check on KBB later on that day showed that my trade in was undervalued by $3000-4000. I have never seen a dealership want to sell a car less than this one did. Awful.
