I had a very good experience at Interstate Hyundai. Not only was my sales rep knowledgable about the product, he helped me get a lot of car for the price. I did come into the deal with my own financing, however, so the heavy lifting was already done. Even still, my sales rep, Trey, helped me get what I needed for my trade-in and was not pushy at all. Everyone there was respectful of my time (even the finance manager) and didn't try and push anything on me. 10/10 would definitely buy from here again!

Everything went great while I was visiting Interstate Hyundai......processing is long, but that comes with the territory....I was too thrilled to be approved for a 2015 Accent. I will recommend this dealer and dealership to anyone looking into purchasing a new/old automobile..........Have a wonderful day......cause I know I will !!!!

The people are friendly. I owned a 2014 Santa Fe Limited. The check Engine light came on at 58k miles. I took it in driving over an hour to reach the dealership. The manager said they needed to keep it. It was under complete warranty. I asked for a loaner or rental vehicle. They did not provide one. I had to rent a vehicle for a week. The dealership called saying my vehicle was repaired. I went to pick it up, started it, and the check engine light came on. I went inside and told the counter help the situation. I went back outside. The service manager came out and asked about it. I told him the same thing. He started the engine. Sure enough, the light was on. He drove it back in the shop. Returned 30 minutes later and said they had replaced a sensor but now needed to replace the actual part. He would call when it came in. Three weeks later I call and the part is in. I set an appointment to drive in again. After and hour and a half, the manager comes out and tells me they ordered the wrong part. I go back in the next week. after another hour and a half the assistant manager comes and says the part below the repair part needs replacing. They get the part sent overnight and call me late that next afternoon that it is repaired. At least on the last event the paid for a rental. I will not do business with this dealership again. I traded it within the month.

I went today to start the lookout for my next vehicle. I had done a lot of research on which vehicle I wanted and chose the Santa fe. So today I wanted to look at the Santa fe and see what my options were new and used. I arrived and the guy was very nice showed me what options I had. My husband and I asked to go in and do numbers and that's when our visit seemed to go down. He was very insistent on me having a 2015 and very insistent on me buying today. I was very clear I couldn't buy today but in the near future I could. However he would not let up and insisted I could buy right now even though I for personal reasons could not until around March. Then, he practically told me there was no reason to look into a new vehicle if I wanted to also see the used. I also was very displeased with his language when we were test driving the vehicle. It was very unprofessional and I would have let it go except for the rest of my visit. I literally had to ecscape because I felt harassed and after leaving and having him blow my husbands phone up I feel even more harassed. Long story short I won't buy from here. I'll buy from someone who isn't pressuring me to make decisions that I don't want to make at the moment.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Interstate Hyundai. The staff have always been very kind and helpful to me when i have visited the dealership. The buying process can be very stressful at any dealership, but the staff at Interstate did their best to make it as easy as possible. They have always been straight up with me. No false promises, no misrepresentation. I can honestly say the people at Interstate Hyundai are good people to do business with. Unfortunately the people at the Interstate Dodge are an entirely different breed. Won't go there ever again. But I will return to Interstate Hyundai when it it time for car number 4.

I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in November from Interstate Hyundai. I came with my son that day due to a promotion. My son had me come in even though I wasn't in the market to purchase. Mr. Charles Wright, salesperson, just "visited" with me nonchalantly. He asked me if I would like to drive a car. I didn't come in to test drive, had no money for down payment. After driving several vehicles, Mr. Wright showed me the Sonata. I have a family member who drives one, and I fell in love with it. All the people who assisted me with the purchase have been wonderful and I have even referred people since. And, the service department has followed up with me already and I am set for my first service appointment. One of the best buying experiences I have had.L. Parm

I would not recommend this dealership. They are inadequeste in there jobs and the finance department is poorly traied. They have made a mess out of my purchas of a new car and I have in turn lost $240.00 to the dealer ship due to them not paying off my trade in in a timely manner and they called me 3 weeks after I purchased the new car to inform me that my paper work was not in order and the papers they needed to me sign were some they should have done 3 weeks prior. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! BE WARNED!!
