My wife and i have been researching new cars for about 2 months and test drove cars for about 6 weeks. one day we were going past interstate Mitsubishi and decided to stop we never thought about a Mitsubishi before we saw the copper color 2015 outlander and had to test drive this suv was not on our top 3 list of cars to buy but we gave it a shot and wow Marc Curry sold us on this car we left that night and within next couple of days we went and test drove a Nissan Rogue and told the salesman to sell us this car ....he did no such thing just pretty much sat in the back and looked out of the window. Then we went back to Marc Curry and test drove the copper one again and Bam! we bought it Marc showed us everything we needed to know about this SUV ...we had an outstanding experience with all salesman and financial people we love our OUTLANDER and we are pleased with our research and test drives no SUV went without being driven...

My husband and I went to Interstate Mitsubishi and the customer service was excellent. We worked with Steve and Josh one day and we bought a 2015 Outlander Sport. We went the next day and worked with Steve and Dan, both experiences were excellent. We traded both of our cars in for 2015. I bought a Mirage. I definitely recommend this dealership to anybody if you want great customer service and they treat you with the utmost respect.

My wife and I were interested in updating our used car. We were looking for a smaller SUV. We stopped at Interstate Mitsubishi planning only to look at a couple of different models. We were so impressed with the whole experience we bought a new 2015 Outlander Sport and couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Marc Curry, was the most helpful and knowledgeable person that we have ever dealt with. His low pressure, patient, laid back attitude was a pleasure. The great things about this service center - Excellent Staff, Excellent Explanations and they do service in order to satisfy customer with no assumption and proper outcome. Like other service center (where customers are cheated as they demanded to do additional service). I went into Interstate to just look at the Mirage, hoping to lease it a few weeks later. I decided nearly instantly that I was going to go back the next day to lease from them and ended up purchasing that Mirage. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and the fact that the customer service was incredible. I am thrilled with my new Lancer. I was not really looking for a car, just getting my car inspected when Marc Curry asked whose Galant was that. We started talking and after a few days I was sold. During the process, Marc was very thoughtful and courteous with all the questions I had and did not use the pressure tactic. I have told all my relatives what a great deal I got. They seemed impressed. So who knows, maybe they will buy one.

Long story shortest version I can muster for the people here, I needed a car and previously had bought two Outlanders from them on the same day no less. This time I went in for a Lancer for myself, by the time it was over I had my Lancer, my wife a Mirage, and my sister-in-law had purchased her first car ever which was also the Mirage. The whole process stretched into two different days, but hey that is three sets of paperwork they had to do with us and at the end of the first day members of the team stayed after closing to complete the deals, paperwork, and prep of the cars. Heck I've told my other sister-in-law she needs to see them given the deals they gave us yet again, and a co-work is looking to help her daughter make her first purchase. So Marc, Joe, Josh, Steve and Ernie thank you for all your hard work to take care of us.

My daughter and I purchased a used vehicle from Interstate yesterday. Our salesman was Mike Cornfield. We caught him coming in the door before the dealership even opened for business. Mike was very nice, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. What a great guy to work with. Due to horrible weather conditions their computer system went down for awhile. Mike made sure he kept us aware of what was going on and assured us they were doing everything possible to get us out the door as soon as possible. Everyone we came into contact with greeted us in a positive way. I definitely would recommend stopping in if there is a vehicle you are interested in. From our experience and conversations yesterday, I feel they will go above and beyond to put you in a reliable vehicle.

WOW! What a wonderful car buying experience at Interstate Mitsubishi. My salesman, Mike Cornfield was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the 2014 Outlander Sport I was interested in buying (and did) at a great price. I was able to get a vehicle with not only excellent standard features, but a TON of options for a price no other automobile marker could come close to. The day I went to pick up the vehicle a very small dent (that I most likely would not see) was shown to me by my salesman Mike and the New Car Sales Manager, Ernie. I was assured that the problem would be taken care of to my 100% satisfaction (which it was in just a few days). This shows me the honesty of this dealership. Everyone of the personal who work at Interstate Mitsubishi was friendly and helpful. A real good shopping experience without the "pushiness" you see at other dealers. I see this dealership being my choice for a long time to come!

I want to give special acknowledgement to Jeff the Service Adviser. He handled my service requests (I say requests because I am somewhat of a gear-head and I already know what I want looked at before I bring my car in) with great diplomacy and tact in helping me evaluate what needs to be addressed regarding recommended scheduled maintenance. I am not an easy customer to please at times (I have high expectations when it comes to receiving expert service levels from a dealership), and Jeff came through with his outstanding degree of knowledge about my car's (11' Lancer GTS) maintenance needs. I would be amiss not to mention the high degree of knowledge and skill your technicians have demonstrated while servicing my car..it comes down to their skill and attention to detail as to why I entrust your dealership with my car. We had a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer with very high mileage that was a very good car for us. We went to the Mitsubishi dealer to look at a new version of our car and found one that was perfect for us. Our salesman Josh was informative, but not pushy which helped make the experience great. He and the staff were very patient with us, especially since we ended up keeping them late closing the deal and finishing the paperwork. We felt we got a very good deal on a great car and look forward to having this one for a long time.

Marc was excellent & knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable leaving the dealership having had everything explained to me. The only negative thing was Marc had to help other salesmen while we waited, I feel the management should have been helping them, since Marc had clients to work with. Otherwise I love my Outlander Sport and would recommend it to any one who likes a smaller vehicle.

My son and I were shopping for a Used Car to replace. His that was totaled in an accident. We saw an ad for a truck on the intert and we stopped to look at it. Met salesman Mike. The vehicle we were looking at was not quite what we needed so Mike immediately searched the onsite inventory and found a vehicle in my syd price range. The purchase experience was very low pressure and the final cost of the vehicle 2004 Escape was right what I wanted to Pay. I would definitelt recommend Interstate Mitsibishi. For any new or used car need.

I recently purchased the 2013 Outlander Sport. I am a recent college graduate handling the many stresses and the excitement that comes with starting a new job in a new city. I was completely at ease during my time at the dealership. Marc Curry assisted me before and after the purchase to ensure that I was getting the vehicle that was right for me. He accompanied me on test rides, made sure that I knew the ins and outs of the vehicle, and helped me connect my bluetooth device. Marc also ensured that I was aware of the Mitsubishi website, that I understood how to make payments via the site, and that I understood how to contact roadside assistance. I would like to say that this establishment has a wonderful atmosphere! Our sales assistant, Marc, was very knowledgeable about all of the cars we inquired about. He took time to listen to us explain our automotive needs and always treated us with respect! He was also very straight with us and we never felt "manipulated". I recently leased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from Interstate Mitsubishi and was not only delighted with the buying experience, but with the vehicle itself. My first trip was to Seven Springs Mountain Resort where most every vehicle strains, climbing the mountain. I was anticipating the test of how difficult it might be for a four cylinder SUV, loaded with equipment and luggage, to get up that hill. I shifted into sport drive, and it climbed the hill with ease. Being used to V8's, I was blown away by the amazing power, for a four cylinder, plus I got 30 MPG! On the highway or in the city, it;s fun to drive. The staff and management at Interstate made me feel like I was part of the family. The experience was truly delightful. This dealership is great especially if you have young children. We went there later in the day when my 4 year old was hungry and tired so she was completely crazy. The staff was great with her. I never felt embarrassed or that they wanted us to leave. Even one of the salesman there that wasn't working with us took his time to entertain my daughter. They went above and beyond!!

Once again Interstate Mitsubishi took care of my service needs in a timely professional manner. Everyone there is curteous, friendly and make you feel as if you belong to their group. Doug and Rob in the service department take the time to go over each aspect of the bill and are quite thorough. All of the sales and finance people are outstanding and always glad to to you and say hi. Joe is fantastic. He has made sure that he has the proper people in place and he is involved with all ofthemk and makes it a point to spend time with the customers. If you have any concerns, they do their best to make sure the customer is satisfied. I consier all of them to be my friends. Go visit them and discover the best dealership in Erie county.
