Very nice associates that work here, from the receptionist, cashier, shuttle drivers and of course Derrick Terrell, the Service Consultant. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. My car did not smell like a grease monkey had been in the car. They also had a seat cover on the front seat. Most of all they reset the clock to correct time. I pray that I don't have to see them any time soon but I will if I have a problem. Nissan Rogue is the best car I ever drove.

The employee that helped me for the oil change was very nice and helpful. He gave me an estimated time it was going to be ready and he was right on target. I dropped it off so he politely called me when it was ready. I also got a text saying it was ready right after we got off the phone. The employee behind the desk that took my payment was very sweet and polite. She thanked me for coming in and read what was red in the diagnostic test. Then the first employee, the one who helped me with the oil change, he came up to me at the desk and told me about the items in red also and asked if I had questions. I was extremely pleased with both employees and their help and kindness.

I don't love buying a new car, but after 12 years I had worn out my Volvo wagon. Tom Lenox suggested I look at the XC90, and it had a lot of features I liked. After driving it, I drove some other brands, but the Volvo gave a smoother ride and had more features for the money. Lin Williams was my salesman, and he helped me find the car that was equipped the way I wanted without some of the pricey extras I didn't want to pay for. He is a low-key salesman that knows his product, very easy to work with. I did not plan to buy something as large as the XC90, but it is going to be great for driving my grandchildren.

Lin had promised me a GT4 allocation and upon trying to call him multiple times in following up; he said he had given it to someone else. He said this in a one sentence email and never responded by phone to my calls before or after the email. Very unprofessional and I talked w/ the GM who was unable to get me another car. Lin then made up a story about asking me for a build sheet, which was a completely different story than the email he sent me, which I also forwarded to the manager David. Very disappointed all the way around.

Every time I have been to this dealership Craig was not friendly and very rude. He was not accommodating at all! He does not have the customer service that you forward to at and Audi dealership. I have been to over 6 to 7 dealerships and they are always very accommodating warm and takes care and their customers. I leave very satisfied! I have been 3 times to this location and Craig has never made me feel that way. Horrible feeling! I was disappointed and I hope that someone can solve this problem!

When I first called, I had questions about checking and possibly replacing a dead battery. The answers were immediate, friendly, and to the point. After "jump" starting my car, I arrived, unscheduled, at the Volvo maintenance facility. I received my maintenance options, pricing, and length of repair information in a direct, clear, and friendly manner. When I asked about additional service and repair work, there was no problem in getting it done within my timeframe. All work was completed on time, exactly as discussed. There have been no problems since.

After staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Millbrook AL, we attempted to start our 2010 Volvo V50 on 3/21/13 and it would not start. We had the car towed by an AAA affilaite to the Jack Ingram Volvo location for trouble shooting, and service personnel, after several tests, found Gasoline purchased at 6517 Troy Highway, 0n 3/20/13 wastainted with water. Tom Lenox was exceptionally courteous, helpful and accomodating, assigning on of his service personnel to find the problem. Because we were attempting to return to our home in the St. Louis, MO area, Tom had the service person concentrate on finding the cause and making repairs (draining the fuel tank, replacing spark plugs and testing for an accurate "fix"). Tom was outstanding! Additionally, while we were waiting, all other Ingram employees we came in contact with were gracious, and hospitable. Tom and other employees made our unfortunate incident more than tolerable, and we were greatly impressed. As usual, excellent experience from Jack Ingram Audi. This is my 2nd vehicle from them and have yet to have anything but a good experience with the staff. I live 100 miles away and they scheduled my service appointment promptly and at my convenience. Craig was most accommodating and answered all of my questions. As I discussed with them when I purchased my first vehicle, service is of prime importance with me. I have had previous dealers that didn't provide good service and they lost my business. This is certainly not the case with Jack Ingram Audi, so I intend to buy my vehicles from them in the future, and I have recommended them to friends.

Dropped off my car for 15k service this morning and got a call that it was ready in less than 2 hours. I barely had time to see my two customers before I was getting a call that it was ready. Talk about quick! Craig and Lin made getting my car serviced so incredibly easy and not a burden, at all. This is the second time I have visited this dealership for service on our Volvo C70. The first time I thought I had "lucked" out with the wonderful service and friendly reception I received. This time, while I was expecting good service again, I didn't have expectations of the same type of friendly reception etc., as it seems that in business today there is very little continuity or longevity of staff. I was pleasantly surprised to once again be greeted by the same sales manager and offered the same friendly and competent service. As I drive up from Opp, approximately 2 hours away, I appreciate having a loaner vehicle to use so I can make maximum use of my time while the car is being serviced. In addition, the dealership is clean, modern, and the drop off and pick up is exceptionally easy. Kudos to Jack Ingram for figuring out what constitutes wonderful customer service and will keep me coming back and referring others to this dealership in spite of the distance from my home town!

My Wife and I live in Bimingham but her office is in Montgomery. On the way to montgomery her driver's side wiper ripped. She is in meeting all day and is unable to take the car to the service center herself. I was connected to Craig when I called in for help. I asked him if there was any way that he could have someone go to her office and replace her wipers for me. He did not hesitate to say that he would have a driver take the blades to her office and replace them for her. He was extremely friendly and understanding of our situation and gave the impression that he wouldn't consider NOT helping with this. I can't thank him enough because she would not be able to use the wiper in it's current condition and would not be able to safely drive home in the rain this afternoon.Fantastic personal service, attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.I WILL call on Craig the next time is in Montgomery and her Audi needs to be serviced.

Check engine light came on visions of awful things went through my mind. I called Tom and he said, what he'd said before, as long as it's not flashing, you can drive it. the staff worked hard to identify the problem I was having and provided me a loaner to run my arrends while they inspected my vehicle. They coudn't find any problems so they rode with me and were able to identify that it was something I was doing and not my car.

Jack Ingram Porsche (Service) did an outstanding job. My Boxster developed a starting issue due to the clutch switch. The problem was found quickly and I was called by Craig and informed that they did not have the part in stock and it would not arrive until Monday. I had been given a loaner and was told he had arranged for me to keep the loaner over the weekend. He also assured me that my car would be garaged over the weekend, since we have been having some severe storms coming though the area. On Monday my car was ready and brought around for me as soon as I arrived to turn in the loaner. Great Job.... I have seen great improvements in the past year being done at the Porsche Dealership. You no longer have to pick up your paperwork at the VW side of the house since the addition of a dedicated Cashier at Porsche. The sales staff is top notch and a pleasure to deal with. Also, I like when the new Porsche models arrive, Jack Ingram host a event to see and hear all about the new car.

Jack ingram Audi is an excellent dealer. I have purchased vehicles from them and they have been great. My visit today was for service on 2 vehicles. As soon as I got to the dealer my vehicles went right in to get the work done. My advisor kept me informed on the progress and I was offered a ride if I needed to go anywhere. Everybody in the dealer were extremely cordial and I will recommend them in the future! I will not hesitate to use them in the future!

Customer Service rating reflects the fact that I was told it would be 4 hours for an alignment on my car, but when I went back 7 hours later I was told they still needed 15-20 minutes to clean it up and do the paperwork. I was there an hour. So, 8 hours for a quoted 4 hour job. Now they did not promise it in 4 hours, but I was told I would be called if it was going to take longer, or if they "found" anything - no call, thus I thought the 7 hour mark would be safe. The Quality of Work rating reflects the fact that the receipt stated the car was washed. Although this was complimentary, the car was NOT washed - at all. The receipt also said a couple of other services, such as checks on various items were completed. I have to assume that since it was not washed, those probably were not done either. Lets not forget I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes when I arrived because they were cleaning it up. The only reason I rated it a 3 is because I believe the alignment is better, although it really wasn't that bad to begin with. Overall experience is a little high too at 3 (probably a 2), now that I think about it, but I am very happy with another purchase and my past experiences here, so I am cutting them some slack. With respect to price, it is a Porsche, but double what it costs to do a Volvo - really?!? With respect to recommending; I would not "not recommend," but I am not sure I would go out of my way to recommend anymore either. And I am not looking for a free service, so if this does happen to be seen thanks, but you can give it to someone else.

The electrical system went out in my Volvo. I called Mr. Lenox and told him we needed the automobile the next day to go to Birmingham for a doctor's visit. He said if I could bring the car in at that time, that he would keep a service technition there until I came. They had everything in tip-top shape in less than 1 hour. I was not surprised, as this is typical of the service we have always received from Tom Lenox!

I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. I have 4 vehicles that COULD be serviced at this dealership; however, not once in the numerous times I have used them has the service department staff been competent. Example: Lost the keys to our new car and took 2 weeks to find out that the salesman had them in his DESK! Example: Lost (yes, I said lost) my daughters' VW Beetle for over an hour. Their response?? Are you sure it's here? Example: took 3 weeks to NOT fix our Audi. It broke down across the street right after we picked it up. (Tom Williams in BHM fixed it immediately). Example: Considered buying a Nissan titan...sales manager was driving it when I went to look at it (refused to bring it back until the next day...AND smoked in it..NO SALE). Example: Volvo S60...needed fuel regulator replaced, service manager couldn't even tell me how much labor for the job AND transferred me over to the parts dept to get MY OWN price on the part. To top it off, I had called 3 times and left messages. Finally spoke w/ someone and experienced the fiasco noted above. Only to have them call me back and because he "had a message to call me". When I complained about their service and told him I would be going to another dealership....his response?? 'Okay, thank you'. Needless to day I will be telling everyone I know not to use this dealership. Believe me, if it was just one issue I would give them another chance. But I've never had a good experience ever with this dealership!

I would like to update this review based on my follow-up experience with this dealer. Mr Ingram contacted me after my last visit and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work done I my car. I went back and he met me at the curb and introduced me to Mr. White (the head mechanic). We went over my car bumper to bumper and Mr. White made sure I knew what was done. I now feel completely comfortable with making my cross country drive and am fully satisfied with how Mr. Ingram handled things. I would now recommend this dealer but would advise that if you want to know brake wear, fluid levels, etc that you request that be written down for you when you drop off the car. I am sure they would accomodate that request.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This was the second time I took my Volvo to this dealer and the service was just as bad this time as last, in fact, it was much worse. I brought my car in for the 52,500 mile service. I was told it would take about 2 hours and that they would call when it was done, but after 6 hours I called to see when my car would be done. Tom wasn't in so I had to wait about 45 minutes for him to call me back. Only Tom can answer any questions at all about Volvo's including what seems to be a very simple question such as can I schedule an appointment or is my car ready. When I picked up my car, the receipt did not list what checks were done on the car. There was no indication of tire wear, brake wear, fluid levels, etc. I asked for a list of what was done and after waiting for Tom to return was given a generic check list for a 2007 Volvo (I have a 2008) and was told that the check was like the 7,500 mile check. I asked again what was done and Tom told me all the stuff on the list. I asked how I knew it was done and he said "because I said so". That was appalling to me. The dealer I used to go to provided me a detailed list of what was done, wear levels on brakes and tires, fluid levels, etc. Even Jiffy Lube does this! Needless to say by this time I was extremely frustrated and Tom was very rude and condescending. I guess when you are the only Volvo dealer around you can be rude to your customers.So, after leaving my car all day, I have no confidence that the checks that should have been performed were performed, since Tom didn't seem to have a list of 52,500 mile checks for a 2008 Volvo. I have no indication of brake wear. I have no confidence that my car is ready for my 2,100 mile trip to California. There is a number on the receipt to call if you aren't satisfied. I called and was directed to Tom! I will NEVER bring my car back here. I guess I was spoiled by my old dealership that treated me well, provided quality service in a timely manner, provided a printed list of what was done and the results of the checks, provided coffee/water/snacks if you waited and washed and vacuumed your car after EVERY service - even a basic oil change!

from the second we first started searching for a Porsche for my 17 year old son who is about to graduate with honors and be Pre-Med next year, we were told that Jack Ingram was the place to go and from the second we walked through the front doors and met Larry Forshey we felt that we were in good hands! He made us feel welcome and right at home, he seemed to REALLY care and want us to be happy! We looked at the Porsche Boxter Spyder and Larry and his crew worked with us to make it happen! They all went above and beyond. My son has his new Porsche Boxter Spyder which he loves and thanks to the hard work of Larry and Kara Killough my son was able to drive the Porsche to his prom and he was ecstatic! I would also like to thank Robbie Poole who knows these cars like the back of his hand and was most kind and helpful also. I was very impressed with the folks at Jack Ingram Audi. I went in last Saturday morning to look for a 2012 Audi TT Coupe. The dealership did not have one. However, they quickly found one in Coral Springs. It was the only one in the region. Four days later the vehicle was in Montgomery. I had it the next day. I personally want to thank Mo, Lin, Robbie, and Kara for making this buying experience a real joy, considering most previous vehicle purchases over the years have been a pain. Their focus on the needs of the customer is very apparent. I applaud them. It speaks highly for their Audi dealership. Finally, I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I appreciate and thank Tom Lenox and his staff for the great service my wife I and have received since 2001. I bought my wife a 2001 Volvo S60 and Jack Ingram Volvo service department are the only one that services our car. Mr. Lenox has always been courteous and helpful when we bring car in for service. Throughout the servicing process he informs us of any problems that they find and sometimes just walks in to make we're ok while waiting for our vehicle. He knows how impatient my wife can get! I highly recommmend Jack Ingram Volvo for service on your car. You won't find a better service department.

Customer service was top notch and I believe that I was given the best deal to fit my financial situation and vehicle needs. My car was having a problem that was previously diagnosed at a different repair shop. I did not have an appointment at Jack Ingram Audi, but Chriss got my car worked in. I live 2 hours away from the dealership. My car's problem was diagnosed and repaired, then checked out thouroughly. The actual cost of the repair was approximately $695.00 cheaper than was diagnosed by another shop. Everyone in the dealership was very professional and courteous. Great job! Lesson learned if you want it done right go to the right dealership.

I have been going to Jack Ingram 6 years for my SUV service. I have a Volvo XC90. Tom Lenox is the service manager. He does an outstanding job and I never been disappointed with his advice nor the service. Tom will go beyond what is usual and customary in the service industry to take care of his customers. My daughter got a used Volvo S60 for her 16th birthday and has had it for 3 years. We get her car serviced at Jack Ingram as well. I highly recommend Tom Lenox and Jack Ingram. You will not go wrong. I purchased a new vehicle (2012 volvo s60) that was being delivered. Initially I was a little disappointed with not being called periodically re: the status of my vehicle delivery. However, aside from that I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. I was greeted with nothing but great customer service and professionalism from each employee that I dealt with. On the day of purchase Mr. Groves and Mr. Poole seemed as excited for me as I was for myself, I really liked that. Mostly, I liked how all of the sales consultants made you feel important even if they were not one selling me the automobile. Overall, I had a great experience and would definately be back for my next automobile purchase.

I was 200 miles away from home when my oil light came on and I had just gotten the car so I was no familar with it so I thought I needed to get it checked out. Jack Ingram's service department worked me and got my car ready before I had to head back home. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful. I went to the wrong area at first and a worker took the time to walk me over and show me where I needed to go.
