I had a very welcoming and great experience with salesman Adam Garcia. He was very knowledgeable about the models of the car and explained everything to me in a way I could understand it myself. He was funny and kind and really worked with me to ensure I got the most bang for my buck. Adam was definitely the reason I walked out of Jack Phelan dealership with a brand new car and a happy customer.

I decided to try the dealership for my Challenger 1320’s oil change. I pulled in and was greeted by someone I recognized from many years ago. Scott Sopko always took great care of me when he worked at Bill Jacobs Cadillac/Chevy. As soon as I saw him I knew my car would be taken care. Jack Phelan is 30 miles from my house but will continue to have them service my car. It was a pleasure seeing Scott again and thanks to him and the dealership.

Went here looking for a New jeep Wrangler and just a FYI this dealership wants to run your credit twice!! (2 hard inquiries) to place a factory order. Once to place the order and again when the car actually arrives.. I don't get this one bit because if you put the required deposit down and can't secure a loan for the car seems like to me it's the customers problem because you then lose your deposit. For the dealership pretty certain they won't have a hard time selling a custom wrangler and they get to keep the deposit. Nevertheless I went to a different dealership to place my order and they don't pull your credit twice!
