I am such an idiot. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Jaguar and Land Rover products and purchased them from Annapolis Jaguar and Land Rover. I even purchased a final 50 XK from these people. When I recently purchased a 2016 XF, after purchasing a 2010 XF, a 2015 Land Rover LR4, and a 2015 XK final 50, I had problems with the 2016 XF after just 1200 miles. Check engine issues and stereo issues. They allegedly fixed the problems. Same issues after 6400 miles. I tried to get my money back or a new vehicle. They would not do it. Instead, I basically took a trade in value for a the car because it was substandard. Jaguar offered me 500 dollars towards there products. You know, service cost for a vehicle that continues to break down. I would rather take a lose than deal with this dealership. If you deal with a person named Kenny Held, be prepared to be lied to. I will never buy another Jaguar or Land Rover. I was loyal to Annapolis Jaguar and when I had an issue, they screwed me and enjoyed it.Nice job Kenny!Please, do your self a favor, reconsider buying a Jaguar. More importantly, don't buy one at Annapolis Jaguar.

we bought a Range Rover HSE Sport from Frank and he was phenomenal! He is professional, knows the cars inside and out and he does not waste your time with "salesman BS." In addition, the dealership purchased our 4Runner and gave us more than a fair offer and did not jerk us around with "rounds of negotiations," which was fantastic. From the test drive to leaving the dealership took only a little more than a hour. I wish more dealerships ran like this. I will definitely go back for an upgrade when I am ready to do so.

Service Advisor Mathew (Jaguar) is a true professional as well. From the GM Mr. Held to reception to service I have been treated very well. Thank you for getting me back on the road. Special plug for the reception, cashier and loaner crew - I don't know your all of your names but your professionalism is very much appreciated. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Lexus. I begin with that statement because it was not my first luxury purchase when I bought a preowned LR3 from a Virginia dealer last year. Since Annapolis is closer to me, I used this Land Rover Jaguar location for truck service. Jonathan Monias was assigned as my service manager. A can of paint has more personality. I'm sorry. I'm sure he is a nice guy but probably better suited for a job he doesn't have to interact with customers. I've been to their facility a few times now for service and each time I found him unwelcoming and not very personable. I have a Mercedes too and when I go to that dealership for service I get greeted with a big smile and they know my name. LAND ROVER is a luxury brand dealership they too should be giving that same type of welcoming service. Beyond the fail in service hospitality, I recently visited to purchase a new Land Rover vehicle. They showed me a car that was just traded. It was not even listed yet but I loved it. I completed the application on a day I was told Tom, who is the Finance Manager, was off so they wanted to run my credit the next day. My salesman, Frank, who I liked, was off that following day so I left a message directly for Tom in Financing to check status of financing. Tom never returned my call so today I called my salesman Frank to tell him I was coming down to drive it again. Unfortunately, he told me that someone was there buying it with another salesman as we spoke. I was very disturbed. Know that I asked if I could put a deposit on it when I was there two days prior and I was told "No." With the circumstances now as they were, Frank told me they 'd show me another very nice vehicle. When I arrived and drove it, this car was a year older, higher in price, rough and in no way compared to the vehicle they sold from under me. I spoke to Doug, the manager, whereby I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service, or lack thereof. I asked him why I should still purchase any vehicle from them. He offered no reason, apology, discount on future service or car pricing assistance. Truly a disappointment for what is supposed to be a luxury dealership not to exemplify some level of added value. From service, to finance, to sales management, I find this entire group extremely arrogant. Though I live in the DC Metro, I will certainly drive to VA or Hunt Valley before I do business here again.

To buy my second Ranger Rover with in a year from the first there was only one person I was willing to deal with.. NO pushy sales from Amy, she has all the product knowledge you could ask for and more. She really loves cars and it shows. Amy has once again went above and beyond in my buying experience. From bringing the vehicle to me for me to test drive to making sure it was washed and gassed up before I picked it up just shows her attention to detail. She made sure my trade got the top value and that all the paper work was in order.. She even puts the tags on herself. You go Amy, you rock !! I will be back next year for my third Range Rover !!

I have never been to a Jaguar dealer and been treated the way that I have at this dealership. There is no way that the management could know about the way that the service department treats its customers. I am sure that they would send the Service Manager packing. I live in Upper Marlboro MD and have to travel to Chantilly Jaguar if I want to feel and receive real service. I just came back from Orlando Jaguar and they actually make you feel like you brought a Jaguar. This is my second Jaguar 2011 XFR (Certified) my first was the 2004 XJR and I love the cars and thus do not mind paying the price, but I expect A1 Customer Service but now that I will not receive it at this location.

I went into purchase a used car that they had advertised on autotrader. The price was good and the car was clean. We agreed to a price, but was unable to finalize the deal due to the person purchasing the vehicle being out of town. I was told that there was no way a deal could be done, so I left. The next day they contacted us saying that the deal could in fact be completed, but that some extra steps needed to be taken. We agreed to the extra work that was needed to finalize the purchase (mailing paperwork), but a few hours later was told that the car was being viewed by another customer and then finally told that it was sold.Frustrating experience but it is what it is. If the dealership would have acted with a little more sense of urgency, maybe we would have done business. Tom (the finance/business manager) needs to work on customer service. Amy was good, but could have probably handled things a little quicker to get the sale done (took her 24 hours to get back in touch). I imagine that they lose some business with the way they approach things.I won't be purchasing a vehicle from any penske automotive group dealership in the future.

Each experience I have had at the dealership has been negative. I have expressed my displeasure but it does not matter. The employees lack customer service but more importantly they lack integrity. I have experienced this on two occasions; one during the purchasing process and two dealing with the service department. It is unfortunate but I have only had my vehicle one year and I can't wait to sever my relationship with this dealership.

I went to this dealership today to look at a used Lexus for my wife that they had. Long story short another dealership (Lexus of Towson) had the exact same car with 5k less miles and and a year more of warranty. I ended up buying at this dealership PURELY because of the professionalism, integrity and respect I got from Kris and Chris. This is the first time I have ever enjoyed buying a car from a dealership and i'm typically the first one to bash buying from a dealer. This was TRULY an experience that myself and my wife enjoyed. They don't play the silly dealership games and i felt the genuinely cared about our experience there even if we DIDN'T buy a car there which the other dealership clearly didn't. This is how buying a car should be and I honestly can't do these two gentleman justice with a review. Go see for yourself!

Just purchased a 2007 Range Rover, from Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis. I am not local so I depended on my sales agent, Amy Anderson, for an accurate description of the vehicle. I flew into Baltimore to view the truck, when I arrived I found that the truck met or exceeded Amys description in every way. I proceeded with the purchase and found that everyone was as helpful and professional as Amy. She even arranged transportation from the airport to the dealership for me and put tabs in the owners Manuel highlighting items she felt I should pay particular attention too. Chris Tarsa did an excellent job explaining and moving me through all the purchase and registration paperwork. I would defiantly purchase from Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis again!!

I recently purchased my first new vehicle in 13 years and was dreading the process, but the process at Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis was easily my best new car purchase experience ever by far! No haggling or high pressure techniques, they simply gave me a great price and financing deal and I purchased my car on the spot! Graeme Reeves was truly outstanding, knowledgeable, and quite "droll" throughout and dealing with a true Brit just seemed so appropriate for buying my new 2014 Jaguar XJL Portfolio AWD 3.0L 4 door sedan in the classic British Racing Green styling. Given that I elected to not trade in my still-beautiful 2001 silver Jaguar XK8 convertible coupe, the next day for delivery Graeme literally went the extra mile by picking me up after work at my home 15 miles away so that I would be the first person to drive my new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, from the general manager Ken to the finance guy Tom. I'm feel confident that my long-term service relationship will be outstanding as well.

I live over 4 hours away in a different state so was unable to view the vehicle before purchasing. Amy and Graeme were fantastic! They answered all of my questions beforehand, and personally checked the vehicle to make sure it met my standards. The car was as advertised and flawless! And the level of service was unmatched. After driving my rental car 4 hours, they were kind enough to return it for me, saving me an additional hour+ so that I could begin my journey home in my new car. The entire transaction took less than an hour, and they even mailed me my out-of-state tags saving me a trip to the DMV. Another satisfied customer!!!!

Although my husband has purchased cars from dealers in the past, this is only my second experience purchasing from a dealer. We've been looking for a used Ford Explorer. After months of searching and test driving within a 50 mile radius of our house, we bought a used Ford Explorer Sport from this dealership. From my initial visit to driving our new car off the lot, every part of the experience was pleasant. Frank Elizondo was our sales associate and was genuine, friendly, personable, and very responsive to all my questions, calls, and emails. He even came in on his day off on the day we bought the car to make sure it was sparkling clean and our financing was all taken care of. Carnell came along for our second test drive and was very friendly as well. And when I realized I had forgotten my checkbook, the financing guy gave me the keys to his personal car to run home and get a check! (Luckily we live 5 minutes away.) I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, their service, and the pain-free car buying experience. Not personally having much experience with car dealerships, I'd been so nervous about the stereotypical "used car salesman" but it was the absolute opposite of that. I've been purchasing a new vehicle probably about every 18 months for last 20 years (I'm a genuine car nut), and I must say this is probably the best car buying experience I've had thus far. I was a little apprehensive about driving three hours to a dealership I've never dealt with before. Graeme seemed very honest and trustworthy when I spoke to him on the phone, but let's face it in the car business that's not always the reality. I'm happy to report that there were no surprises and everything we talked about was exactly what I received. The entire process with smooth and I was in and out in a short amount time. All my questions were answered and I was never pressured to buy any 'extras'. Everyone around the dealership was very friendly especially my fellow Jersey dude Carnell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership or to take another trip down to buy my next car. The small gift at the end of the process was a welcome surprise and was much appreciated (plus I got to hear Graeme say 'Jag-eee-wire' a dozen times). I am a young guy, and the sales teams at other high-end dealers did not take me seriously, generally dismissing my interest and needs.. Not Carnell. He was friendly, approachable, answered the questions he could and found answers to the ones he couldn't. He was professional and motivated from the time I initially walked into the dealership through to delivery. He worked HARD to get me the deal and kept me informed every step of the way. Went to the dealership just intending to test drive the vehicle. But they were very friendly and treated me as if I were buying a new Jag. Their price was fair and usually that would not be enough for me, but the car I was looking at is fairly rare and their price was one of the lowest in the country for this car.What impressed me was that they showed me all the competing listing (which I already knew), they also showed competing listings for my trade-in and gave me a fair price for that car as well. They also showed me the Carfax on the car I was buying. What impressed me the most was that I noticed the caps on the wheels were missing after I bought the car and they still ordered them for me at their cost. They ended the transaction by giving me the gifts they would give a new Jag buyer.There was no pressure on me, they just put their best foot forward to show that they were offering the car at an attractive price and to show that they were not low-balling me on my trade-in. Hard to fault the experience.

Graeme was my principal salesperson, and he has an expansive knowledge of all things Jaguar. He spoke with authority and with an encyclopedic knowledge of the new F-Type. He also arranged the most entertaining test drive I've ever had, after he demonstrated his masterful driving skills in the car.I took delivery a day after, and Graeme had a family commitment, but Amy picked right up where he left off the day before. She also had an exceptional knowledge of the car and gave me a dissertation on all the systems. At the end, I understood perfectly how everything worked, and the car was set up exactly the way I wanted it.Of course, the car itself is unbelievable, but Jaguar Land Rover of Annapolis made it a very special experience indeed.

I have to say my recent experience with Amy Anderson at Annapolis Land Rover was the best buying experience of my life. My wife and I were looking at a few different car options, however what totally made our decision was the friendliness, professionalism and energy that Amy brought to the table as well as our previous experience with Mike Kelley in Service. Amy greeted us with a smile and we quickly knew we were in the right place with the right sales person. Amy knows Land Rovers in and out and was able to provide us with every detail needed to help make our decision. The Range Rover we found was absolutely fabulous and we love the vehicle very much. Our problem was the amount of time we spent trying to purchase the car. Spending 6 hours in the dealership the first day was long. They had some computer problems and we tried to be patient. The day we came to take out car home because of the options that needed to be installed was again another long day siting at the dealership. We paid full price and didn't try to make a better position but now I wish we were more of a pain because for all the inconvenience we were offered no relief because we live more than a hour away from the dealership. First service is coming up soon and I guess we will see if this goes any better.

It looks as though this Dealership has experienced a complete turnaround from its previous Owner and Management, and not a moment too soon. I had spoken to many Buyers from the previous dealership structure and none, including my own was good with the exception of our Sales Person Frank Elizondo. The new structure and our new Land Rover purchase was straight to the point, and the staff is far more professional and on-time than the previous. In addition, with the ratings experienced much improvement in the newly designed Land Rover, we are hopeful the issues of the past will be long forgotten with our 2012 Range Rover purchase that had multiple problems. Giving the new dealership a "10" gladly!

I have bought cars online for darn near close to 20 years and never had a dealer so non-accomodating as this place. I found a nice Mercedes convertible that they had online that I wanted to buy. I called the dealership and spoke to a young lady named Amy. Well Amy told me that they had the car and sent me a bunch of pictures of the car. She went as far as telling me the defects the car had. Well I was happy and wanted to buy it. I offered to put a deposit on the car and come and pick it up in 2 days as I was going to have to fly in. "We don't hold cars over the phone" she told me. I told her I don't want her to hold the car, I want to purchase the car.... I even offered to pay for the car in full before I would even fly down there. "NO" she told me that they could pick me up when I flew in but could not hold the car.I asked her why in God's name would I buy an airline ticket, make travel plans and fly down there just to find out that the car is sold. She told me that is their policy, that they don't sell cars over the internet! Yes that's right, ladies and gentlemen, in the year 2013 going into 2014 we might have found a car dealer in the first world that doesn't sell cars over the internet!I asked to speak to her manager, I spoke to the sales manager named "Chris" who told me the same thing that their policy is only to sell the car to a customer that comes in.

Our buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis was top notch. On the day we traded in our old discovery and bought an LR4, we met almost everyone on staff as they made a point of coming over to say hello and introduce themselves while we waited to sign the paper work. That kind of family atmosphere and quality people is why its worth paying a little more for a Land Rover. Mike Kelley was great to work with on the Maintenance side of the house and Graeme Reeves made our used car buying experience fantastic. We traded in a used discovery and Graeme showed in writing the Kelly Blue Book price which matched exactly what I had found doing my own research. Graeme's past maintenance experience gave him added credibility in our eyes and helped him easily explain some of the important differences and issues we had with the LR Discovery we traded in and the used LR4 we bought. The listed price of the used LR4 was below Kelly Blue book as well. Overall, the staff, and the positive personal interactions we had when buying our LR4 made for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis.

I had nothing less than an exceptional visit at this Annapolis location. Robert provided a very complete, yet concise description of each detail about the Range Rover, as well as historical facts and interesting information that I did not previously know. My first unscheduled service on my 2010 Jag XF. After my car was delivered we noticed the glove box would not open. Later I also noticed the interior lights were not working. I marked it down to a blown fused and replaced it myself but it blew again with a large pop. I also noticed there was a squeak kind of noise coming from the engine when I first started the car unrelated to the first problem. I called the dealer late Friday and they got me scheduled for first thing Monday morning. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes with a loaner. By late afternoon they called that the car was fixed. They found an short in the interior wire rubbing against a screw that was fixed and replaced the engine belt. I returned to the dealer by 6pm the same day and got my car back. All was fixed under the warranty at no charge.I have never had such fast and customer oriented service out of a car dealership before. Kudos to all the Jag service people especially Ray Hatfield for being so quick attentive. I felt like that my satisfaction was truly important to him. I was in and out so quickly I didn't even have time to sit down before that have my paperwork taken care of and I was out of there. The only drawback was it was so fast I forgot I had wanted to order some touch-up paint for my car. An excuse to come back again.

The dealership and especially salesman Graeme Reeves went above and beyond giving me 200% service to make me content with my purchase. All the staff was extremely courteous. I felt pampered. Graeme spared nothing to make me satisfied with my purchase even to go so far as replace the tires, rotors and brakes just because he was not happy with their condition and this was on a certified used vehicle. They gave me a loaner to use while my was being prepared and then personally delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to drive back to the dealership. This was just superb service beyond all my previous expectations. I am spoiled for life. I can only suppose that the service department will be as excellent as sales when it comes time for service work.

He teases me every year during his birthday about getting one, just like on car commericals with the big red bow. Well, Amy made my husband's dream come true on his birthday this year on June 11th. I found the perfect one on the internet site and called Amy on the evening of June 10th to see if it was somehow possible to purchase this as a surprise for Eric on his birthday, for his to have the next day. I met Graeme at the Washington Auto Show. He stuck his head into the Range Rover Evoque as I was admiring the interior. He immediately pointed out the full moon roof feature that I had not even noticed and from there he started pointing out all the other features of that car. I must say I was impressed with his knowledge and his excitement about that car. I told him what I was looking for, i.e., interior/exterior color, coupe, etc., and he said they had just the one I wanted (coupe) in Annapolis. I drove to Annapolis the following Tuesday night and Graeme took me on the ride of my life over their "off road" course - whew, even though I would never off road, the test demonstrated the stability and safety features of the Evoque. I was sold! Graeme's knowledge of the car, I'm sure, is in part that he was a Master Mechanic with Land Rover in Great Britian and has himself owned 50+ Range Rovers over the years. We came to a fair price for the car and my trade in and I drove my new Evoque Coupe home that very evening and I'm thrilled.

Will Tate was a great person to work with. I came in with my father to look at an 08 landrover which was only a mini deal for them but I was treated just as if I was buying a brand new one. My dad pounded the questions on Will and he kept his cool and was very nice which can be hard dealing with my dad. We sat down and discussed some numbers and Will introduced me to Larry he promised me he would give 110% to help me get into this car and that he did. After two days of waiting for a financial institute to approve me I brought my boyfriend back to take a look. We checked it out and I was sure that was the car I wanted. Will and Larry let me take the vehicle home while everything was pending which made my day. The next day my loan was still pending so I expected to take the vehicle back that night but Will was very understanding and let me keep it another night. We came up the next day with check in hand and the next thing I know it is mine. They made the process of buying a car actually enjoyable. One other thing was the headliner of the car had a huge stain on it and there was a big discussion on replacing it. While I was working on getting a loan Will took it to the best detailed he had and they cleaned it spotless. Will was a great guy to work with so if you go to buy a car here you should most definitely ask for him!

We visited Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis in search for a new vehicle for our potentially expanding family. I purchased a brand new 2011 Jaguar XJL in December 2011 and have experienced several mechanical challenges with the vehicle. My vehicle has overheated 3 times and has been towed to the dealership 2 times, per the service department the vehicle overheated do to defective engine fans that have been replaced 2 times. My entire electrical system has shut down do to a battery short and several other challenges such as a malfunctioning sunroof etc. I contacted Jaguar of North America to buy the vehicle back and they told me the vehicle is considered safe and reliable according to the warranty standards and per their conversation with David Muse. What I find most interesting is that Jaguar North America and Jaguar of Annapolis are unwilling to provide me with a written letter statement saying the vehicle is safe and reliable.Buyers purchase at your own risk they are very good at passing the buck.

Last Saturday I called Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis when I discovered a pre-owned Mercedes Wagon I had been searching for; for quite some time. I live north of Baltimore, so I called to confirm the car was still for sale before I drove to Annapolis for a test drive. Fortunately I connected with Robert Carter who confirmed the availability and helped me with directions. Once I arrived at the dealership Robert immediately made us feel at home and was always checking to make sure we were comfortable. I test drove the car (loved it) and then we worked out the details. They had some final prep work to do with the car and I had to collect some paperwork (the title for my car I was trading in, etc.) so we agreed the delivery would occur a few days later. Robert even offered to drive the car to me on his day off (50+ miles away)!!! He was easy to work with, answered all our questions, and always returned calls quickly.The entire experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership!!

I was originally looking for an affordable used small-sized SUV because I didn't think I'd be able to afford something higher end. After doing an exhausting search, a used BWM X5 3.0 popped up for sale at this dealership. The style seemed more than I was looking for but the price was almost within my range so went in for a test drive and to see what they would give me for my trade in. When you walk in the dealership, it's a bit intimidating if you're used to regular "fast food" dealerships - some very expensive Land Rovers decorated the showroom floor and I wondered if I was a bit out of my league. Fortunately, despite the high-end appearance, I was treated very respectfully by the staff without the expected attitude that one would assume accompanies luxury car dealerships. My sales rep, Graeme, was fabulous. He didn't mince words, try to hide flaws in the used SUV at which I looked and didn't try to make up information if I asked a question that he couldn't answer. In a word, I was floored by the great experience. Not only that but they gave me what I felt was a *very* good offer on my trade in - $2,000 above what other dealers had already offered me and only slightly below KBB. It's clear they are in the business of matching cars to clients and not necessarily "selling cars". They gave me a very fair offer right from the start without going through the drama of coupons, lowballing other dealers, or "talking with my manager to see what we can do".I'm incredibly impressed with Land Rover of Annapolis and would highly recommend anyone go in for at least a test drive - you never know what you're drive away with but it will likely be the best price you can get and completely without the usual slimy used-car experience. They seem to understand that good business practices are what actually bring in business.

This was by far the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. After doing the research, I found the vehicle I wanted at Land Rover Annapolis. I e-mailed them late one evening and had a response the following morning. By early afternoon, I was speaking with Graeme Reeves to arrange for a test drive. That evening, we met and I am now the proud owner of a Range Rover Evoque. Graeme is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle because he has experience as a technician in addition to being a dealer and an owner.Larry Cash was also helpful in explaining the various maintenance options in addition to some other things that I wanted to add to my new vehicle. Being prior military, he was able to engage in conversation with my fiance who just retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years of service.
