Absolute joke of a car dealership. My wife and I drove 45 minutes from Savannah today 7/17/21 for an appointment that we set on Monday 7/12/21. When we arrived for our appointment they had no idea why we were there. My wife even had the confirmation email that was sent to her when we booked this appointment. We were not offered a seat, water, or anything to welcome us to the dealership and left to wait standing at the front door while the salesman we had the appointment with stumbled around trying to find the car we were there to test drive. After about 30 minutes, he found it finishing up in the shop. Again, we had to wait while he brought it around, never happened. Finally, a saleswoman came to check on us. Told her what happened up to this point, decided to help. Found the salesman and determined that he couldn't bring it around because the car wouldn't start. My wife says to the saleswoman " it just came out of the shop, what do you mean it doesn't start?" She says give me a few and we will take to you view it. We get to the car in the parking lot, the car had never been in the shop nor detailed, they couldn't start it so we were not able to view the features of the car much less test drive. When my wife got into it, the trash from the previous owner was still in the vehicle. The saleswoman then started discussing that all the problem of the car would be fixed before we purchase it. WHAT!?!? It won't even start and you think we are going to buy this. My wife and I decided enough was enough and left, even refusing the golf cart ride back to our car. Thought we were on Punk'd. I as a customer have never been more embarrassed for a car dealership. I am still in shock at how awful that experience was and my wife and I are still laughing. Clearly, luxury doesn't equal competency.

Dealt with a gentleman named Carter. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on both Land Rover and Jaguar. Even with a lot of fluctuation and indecisiveness in the purchase he was very patient and tolerant. Other sales representatives were equally helpful in assisting especially when it wasn’t “their sale”. The company did what they could to make the customer happy even during the haggling and pricing process. I would definitely recommend to others .

They did a great job. The technician even hand washed my car rather than run it through the rollers so that it wouldn’t knock the magnet off my door. The whole team went above and beyond so that my service was flawless. Will definitely go back to the dealership for my next service.

From start to finish, we had a great experience in purchasing our vehicle. In the initial build, Carter and Zafir were so patient and helpful in answering all our questions about the different models & options before order placement; then it was Tom and Carter finalizing and double checking details to ensure order was placed correctly. Through the build and wait period, Carter communicated any and all pertinent information. Carter is an absolute gem, so friendly and easy to work with. Lastly, Caitlyn in Finance has the purchasing process down to a science, so efficient and personable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Dealership managed to fit my car in without an appointment and correctly diagnosed the problem. The car is almost at the end of the warranty so I appreciated the exceptional service. The service rep was very polite and professional and I appreciated the service. I would recommend the dealer without a doubt.
