Land Rover Sold us a Lemon that has been in the shop for 4 months out of the last year. Had to rent a car for 7 weeks when it broke down in Nor Cal and we had to pay for it out of my pocket. This happened right after our car got service at the Newport Beach location we’re we usually take it. We Never got reimbursed from the dealership or Land Rover. If a car keeps breaking down you would expect and hope that the company would find a solution and help out!! Have emailed the GM Steve multiple times and never got an email or call back. Bad customer service from top to bottom. Would expect more from a company and dealership like this. Highly recommend you find a different dealership that has better customer service and actually cares!! Even the SOS button didn’t work for us when we needed the most! Such a joke!

The most unprofessional and scummy experience I have ever dealt with regarding a luxury car dealership and salespeople. Please don’t bother wasting your time thinking, reserving, and dreaming about a car because this place will sell it to anyone right out from underneath you. I was sitting there in a car that someone else was already in financing for, and then car salesmen told me he could get in an offer faster than they could. This was on a car I reserved the day before and showed up to see when I was scheduled. What kind of place is this? If I wanted to bid on a car like that, I would go to an auction. I’m a local person to the area and would be a customer for life. They don’t care. It’s first come, first serve to them.

As a repeat customer at Land Rover Newport Beach, and a 20 year Range Rover owner I kind of felt the process of replacing my car could fall into the "easy sale" and no need to "go over board" to get the sale. Well reality was a far greater surprise than my perception. Nina Galateanu went "above and beyond" to keep me with the brand and structured a deal that allowed me to move from financing to leasing that was a VERY pleasant surprise.Overall the service was 100% and I could not be happier. It's nice to be surprised, especially after many years as a loyal customer.

I ordered my 2016 Range Rover Sport through Moyca, the best Sales Person I have ever dealt with, she texted my to say it had arrived and made the whole experience an outstanding one, as usual, nothing is too much trouble.Kelly, in F&I is so friendly and efficient, my Wife and I always feel like we are dealing with an old friend every time she does the Paperwork.Things happen, after a few Days we had a slight problem, Sam in Service got me booked in the next Day at their service Dept. And my RRS was fixed first time, while I waited. I recommend LRNPB to all my Friends, I have bought a lot of Cars over the years and recognize the best when I come across them.

My wife and I drove 3 hours for an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. The salesman first told us the vehicle was in the airport lot. During this wait I asked the salesman, who took the vehicle in trade, what the old owner bought and he told us an Audi. After an hour wait he told us the vehicle was at Honda for a 14 point inspection and we could come back in 4 days, not realizing we had driven 3 hours. After telling him about our appointment and drive time, a manager told us the vehicle was at a body shop getting a repair for a scratched bumper that happened at the dealership and the salesman had "misunderstood" where the car was located. Three days later I spoke with the dealer general manager and was told the car had a slight ripple in the bumper when it arrived in trade. He would send us the repair invoice as requested and pictures if needed. I asked him how they got the vehicle and he said it was traded in for a LR 4. I received the invoice and confirmed the repairs with the auto body repair shop. The work done was a repurposed bumper and repaint, rear panel repair and repaint, both doors and front fender repaint. Feeling that this was more than the damage that was described to us, we told them we were no longer interested. A few days later the dealership relisted the vehicle on their website. Interestingly enough, they reported to Carfax they had done an engine check, but didn't mention the repairs. So this dealership has a salesman who took the car in trade who "misunderstood", twice, where the vehicle was located. He also had a different story than the general manager as to what this vehicle was traded in for. A manager who tells us it was damaged in the parking lot but we are then told by the general manager it was damaged when it came in by trade. A general manager who tells us it is just cosmetic damage but the auto shop had to replace bumper, repair rear panel and repaint whole left side. And to top it off, the dealership reports to Carfax the engine check but not the repairs. In my opinion, I would not trust this dealership.

Went in to test drive a used Land Rover LR2. I walked around the dealership for approximately 20 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Granted, they seemed pretty busy, but a simple "hello" would have gone a long ways. Instead, the sales people walked by and looked directly at me, then continued on the their way as if I didn't matter despite numerous attempts to get someone's attention. This was rather disappointing considering the level of customer service one should expect from Jaguar / Land Rover. Would not buy from this dealer.

I was ready to purchase my third Land Rover. I made an appointment with a sales rep to meet him at noon. I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes and he never showed. The next day I received an email from another salesperson asking if I was still interested in the car. I replied to the email to explain my experience and then never heard from them again. They did not even reach out to apologize for missing my appointment or ask if there was anything they could do to earn my business. Instead, I purchased a Range Rover from another dealership however it would have been nice to keep the business local as I live in Newport Beach.

"Problem #1: Jaguar sent me an invite to test drive a new car, have the associate write the code on your "pass" and get a $100 gift card. Having just been in an accident, my current Jaguar was totaled and I was in the market to buy a new one. I should be looked at like a great sale, right?! No. The associate wouldn't even let me drive the car, but instead just wrote the code, then told me when I had cash in hand so I knew how much money I had to spend after the settlement. WOW. Problem #2: I gave Jaguar another shot after they invited me to another event-- now with my replacement Jaguar NOT purchased at this location, the invite said to register for the event and upon my arrival a $40 gift card and special VIP gift will be waiting for me. When I got there I had several associated walk past me and not say a word. I did figure 8's inside the showroom going back and forth from the Aston Martin showroom to Jaguar's -- I even started to take pictures with my phone to get someones attention...nothing. When I finally got assistance I had heard everyone's story that was there-- they didn't even drive a Jaguar, yet the only person that actually owned 2 Jaguars was totally ignored. Expecting my reserved gift card and gift so I could get out of there and stop wasting my precious time, turns out they ran out of my reserved gift card and VIP gift. I got a rain check instead. The event was a month ago and I have yet to hear from the associates informing me my rain check items are in and ready for pick up. These people are 100% ridiculous

My wife and I were in the market for a BMW 545 for several months. We were waiting for the right vehicle, with a well documented history, at the right price, and most importantly from a reputable dealership that performed thorough inspections of their vehicles. When we came across, what we thought, was the perfect car we came in and test drove it. The sales person was friendly, and knowledgeable. We didn't rush into the purchase. We went in three weeks later to purchase the car. We were pleased with the whole buying process. Literally two weeks after the purchase we noticed the vehicle was leaking engine oil. The sales person advised us to take it in, and it would be taken care of. After speaking to their service department, it was revealed that the the leaks were detected during the multi-point inspection, and not repaired. The vehicle was sold with oil leaking from two places, and they wanted to charge us for the repair. We tried to go up the chain of command, but got nowhere. The GMs did not bother to return our calls. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership.

Bought a 2009 Aston Martin Vantage. Gary was great but was told car was thoroughly inspected. Vehicle has small scratches on hood and right fender. It had about 11,000 miles at time of purchase. Approximately 1000 miles later car was hard to start. Phoenix dealer said clutch was bad - a $5000 repair. Have reason to question the inspection. Called their service manager but no satisfaction. Would not go back to this service center.
