I worked with the sales people to order the new Evoque convertible. Made an appt to meet to sign paperwork and after driving two hours, the "product specialist" inside the front door informs me the person wasn't there. Then asks me what looking for. I told him and he immediately says they only had two and they sold them. I then said I was planning to order one and he again impatiently says that Land Rover lost the contract for the convertible top. It was clear he wanted to get back to his smart phone. When I said goodbye he finally offered to let me talk to someone. Judging by his responses, I was surprised there was someone else that knew more than him. I politely declined and said I would go to another dealer.

I was looking for a car to garage in San Jose, Ca. I did not confine my search to the local area, instead I used TrueCar and looked throughout the Continental United States. Why not; if I was going to a local dealership they would not limit themselves to only what they had on the lot. Shipping cars can be pretty inexpensive relative to the price of a Range Rover Sport. I found a few cars that matched my requirements in the US. I submitted my interest to the cars through TrueCar and received a quick response from Land Rover of Naperville. The response was very thorough, honest and positive in response to price. When I called not only did they honor the price on TrueCar but they told me that they just dropped the price $2000 more that morning and it was not updated on TrueCar yet. Very honest and forthcoming. After a little more discussions on the car and an offer to pick me up at the airport and pick up dinner, the car was purchased. I was in Chicago the following morning. They had a driver pick me up from the airport as planned and brought to the dealership. The car looked even better in person. It was nicely detailed and Chris Peterson was there to greet me and spend as much time as possible going over the car. I spent about 3 hours at the dealership and not once did Chris act put out. He was willing to spend as much time as possible with me. I ended up driving the car all the way back to San Jose with my brother just to knock out a couple bucket list items. Chris followed up with me and sent a new key fob that had not arrived when I was there. He also agreed to pay to have the fob programmed at my local dealership. I would highly recommend Land Rover of Naperville for any Land Rover or Jaguar purchases. I have thoroughly enjoyed my purchase.

Well the salesman I had was nice enough to be able to sell me a Range Rover in between his phone calls and busy morning. I guess I was bothering his schedule .For my experience, this place is all show and no action. They want to hurry and get you out of there because they are too busy doing what? I was the only customer in the showroom, I had to walk over to an office to get help.I regret buying a vehicle from them. I could have gone to Hinsdale or Schaumburg and checked them out , but I thought a luxury car dealership in Naperville would be A1.Fair Oaks Ford has the best customer service before and after the sale.In 3 years I am going to trade this vehicle up for a newer Range Rover and it WILL NOT be from this phony xxx dealership.Don't leave anyone there a voice mail - they do not call back.

I live downtown Chicago and not far from another Land Rover dealership in Chicago I contacted Patrick Jaguar in Naperville last year for a new Jaguar that was priced the best out there. I was immediately treated with amazing customer service from Christopher Peterson .He treated me like a friend and didn't once try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Christopher Peterson was great with email and phone follow up and always checked on how the vehicle was doing. That being said I contacted Chris again to see if he can find me a pre driven Range Rover Sport not only did he find me one offsite and purchased it and he made sure it was at the dealer under my time line since I was leaving out of town. I drove out to Chris and he was waiting at the door for me and I was able to purchase the vehicle within 45 mins. There is more than one reason I drove past 3 Rover dealers to get to Chris. By far the best service I have seen in a long time. For sure, I will make another purchase from him. Christopher understands the consumer has a lot of options; no offense but cars and car dealers are interchangeable these days. It's the level of service and a dealer actually treating you like a true customer. This dealership said more thank you's in 45 minutes than most dealers probably say all day. The dealer and Christopher "get it". Go receive a level of service and "value for price" like it was 20 years ago........

My wife and I came in to test drive a new Evoque. As soon as we got out of our car we were warmly greeted by Jack Gifford. He intently listened to what we were looking for price and option wise. He then proceeded to go grab the perfect car for us, after a short test drive we knew this was the car. Jack and the staff were very efficient in appraising our trade and presenting us with numbers. After a very short and painless negotiating session my wife and I were introduced to Ralph Rzucek in F&I. Ralph did a great job explaining our lease to us and did very little after-market pushing on us. He was respectful of our choice to not purchase any additional add ons, he was very professional. My only very minor gripe was a sales manager never came out and did a turn or introduced him/herself.Overall I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone in the market for a new LR or Jag.

I was looking for an F Type Jag. Talked to 1/2 dozen dealers--4 in IL and 2 in WI--and Chris Peterson was hands down the most knowledgable and most excited to talk cats, specs, performance, etc. He's a "car guy" and it shows. Chris and the others there bent over backwards for me, even getting the exact car I wanted from WI and were very fair and straight re price and trade. Ralph in finance was top notch too and didn't beat me into submission with add ons I didn't need. Did buy tire and rim package for a good price and coverage. Highly recommend.

Our experience was one of complete frustration. After almost one month of numerous attempts to fix several issues with our new 2015 Range Rover Sport, we ultimately took our vehicle to another Land Rover dealer to rectify the problems that Patrick could not. We felt we were treated with dishonesty and disrespect from ownership on down. The other Land Rover dealership rectified our issues, in entirety, within 48 hours. Needless to say, from our experience, we will never do business with the Patrick Group and would certainly never recommend them to anyone.

I can recommend you talk to Chris Peterson, if you have any interest in Jaguars. On my first of three visits, I really just wanted to look at them and see about prices. I probably appeared like a window shopper, never to return. Chris was totally committed to showing me around and answering all my questions. Came here looking for the RR Evoque. We were greeted by Howard who helped show us the new evoque and helped explain its capabilities. Howard was quick to arrange a test drive and demonstrate the vehicle's capability in snow. We were sold. However, we were torn between the Evoque and BMW X4 so we asked Howard for some time to ponder over the decision over coffee. He was very patient and pleasant personality to deal with and sure enough we came back to get the new Evoque! Howard was also very helpful after the sale to walk through the car's systems before we drove off the lot and offered to help anytime if we couldn't figure something out. Overall 5 stars! We are going to be back in a few years for perhaps a larger RR!

I purchased my first Jaguar from this dealrship and worked with Kevin. As a woman you do not always get taken seriously when buying a vehicle. I have often been ignored by the salesperson when buying a car for myself, they always spoke toward my husband. This was not the case at Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville. Kevin was very professional, spoke directly to me and when I went back by myself to purchase the XF he was very helpful and the process when quickly and smoothly. I was a little nervous buying a Jaguar as I have always driven Mercedes. After a few weeks, I can confidently say I am glad I made the change to Jaguar. I recently bought a used car witrh them. We agreed that i get a title change on the car through the Expedited Title Service. According to the Expedited Title Service in Illiniois, requests submitted by 12 p.m. will be shipped UPS that day or available for pickup that day in the Springfield facility. Requests submitted after 12 p.m. will be shipped UPS the next business day or available for pickup the next business day in the Springfield facility.These guys never followed through their part of the deal. They never gave me reason (s) why they could not do the Expedited Title Service as agreed upon. It was a bad business when they cannot follow through with their own words. I will never trust to do business with them.

Spoke with a salesman from this dealership last Wed at which point he says he wants a 3000 dollar " non-refundable" deposit so I told him I am willing to leave a deposit but being that it was a non refunable deposit I'd give you a 1500 dollar deposit because if I lost a 1500 deposit I could sleep at night but a 3000 deposit would really not sit well with me, so as I waited for this particular salesman to respond, who did respond last night saying that my 1500 deposit should be fine and that he'd send me the credit card form this morning but didn't get it to me untill about 20 min ago at which point I try to print it out but apparently he sends me some nonsense form (if you could call it a form) that doesn't print out so I write him back stating that what he sent doesn't print out and that he'd send a new form (wasting more of my time) with a note that said "so I was off on Sat and out of town" ( but was at work on Wed when I originaly spoke with him) AHHHH, I'm done with my rant. Very unhappy cutomer!!!

I brought my Evoque in for ita first 10,000 mile service. I also requested to have mud flaps installed on the car. When I brought in the car the service adviser knew what I was there for. I waited for the car, and the servie advisor came in and said everything was done. I asked what the amount owed for the part was, and he admitted that he messed up and the flaps were not installed. He advised they would order them and get them in 2-3 days and they would call me and pick up the car and install them. 3 days later, I received a call that they were in, when I asked the scheduler about picking up the car, she said they couldn't do it for a few weeks. I advised I would call back. Then a few days later the service reminder came on. I called and spoke with Christy the Service Manager and advised the situation. She apologized and scheduled a pick up to have the flaps and service light done. On the day of the supposed pick up an hour passed after the arranged time. I called and spoke with the scheduler, and she said nothing was in the system. I asked to speak with Christy, and was advised she was at lunch. Since then I have not heard from anyone from the service department. I advise to bring your car somewhere else, as they are untrustworthy and in my opinion incompetent.

I have been wanting to make this purchase since the car first came out. I love the way Mr. Miller explained the car and its features to me. He arranged for me to take it as a loaner while my Jaguar was being repaired. He followed up with me about my driving experience. Steve is not a pushy salesman. His manner is very friendly, but within boundaries. Knowing that this model did not offer all of the features I wanted and that I was not ready to purchase, he told me to let him know when I was ready. On subsequent visits to the dealership, Steve recognized and greeted me. We were able to joke and he would again state to let him know when I was ready. I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me to make a purchase. I would give him a 10 as a salesman.

I went to start my car and it was dead. The Service Dept. was very busy but Tony took time to speak to the tow truck driver four different times to help him get my car out of the garage and over to the dealership. The tow truck driver apparently didn't know what to do. They had it ready for me by the next day. I have never had anything but exceptional service from Patrick Jaguar.

This is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership, regardless of the brand. On the way home from a 60 mile round trip, I heard a knocking sound from the engine. Once I arrived at home, I decided to have my vehicle, a 2007 Jaguar X-Type towed to this dealership with the hope of preventing any further damage. I called the dealership and made an appointment for 9:30am the next day. I called the dealership first thing in the morning to confirm they had taken my car in and had everything they needed. My service advisor, Matt Herzog assured me they had everything they needed and told me they would call once they had the opportunity to diagnose the car. When 2:30pm in the afternoon came around and I still had not heard anything, I decided to stop by the dealership on my way home from my horse stables to try to get an update. Upon inquiring about my vehicle, I had noticed it had not moved from the parking space it was put in by the towing company the previous evening. Matt claimed he only had one certified Jaguar technician with a high level of experience on the X-type cars and was only comfortable letting him look at and diagnose the car. This technician was tied up on other things but he was still hoping to have the car looked at before the end of the day. Later that day I received a phone call from Matt stating he ran out of daylight and wasn't able to get to my car but would have it looked at first thing in the morning my this X-type expert technician. I had now lost an entire day.When 2:30 in the afternoon the next day (12/12/13) came around and I still had not heard a word about my vehicle, I again called Matt. Once again he explained they still did not have any answers and the specialist had once again been pulled away for other needs. At this time I explained my frustration with having a 9:30 am appointment on Wednesday and we had now been approaching two full days with no answers and no car. I told him I should have been informed the car wouldn't be looked at on my appointment time and if they were that busy, I could have taken the car to another dealership. Matt took a very condescending tone with me and said that wasn't the case and he would let me know something by that evening. About 5:30 pm that same evening, (12/12/13) I finally received the call from Matt to inform me we were dealing with something major deep in the engine but had no definitive answers. The technician basically turned the car on, heard the knock, turned it off and called it a diagnosis. No oil pressure test was performed, the oil was not drained to see if there was metal particulate, no compression test, nothing whatsoever. When I asked what next steps were, all I head was silence and an I dont know what to tell you. When asked if it could be repaired, the reply was that it would cost $1300.00+ to tear down the motor for a full diagnosis at which time if the car was determined to be un-repairable, I would basically have a $1300 bill and a car that was apart. At no time did I get any answers, solutions or even so much as a suggestion as to what to do next. To add insult to injury, I was told there would be a $135.00 charge for the diagnosis which after miscellaneous fees and taxes came out to be $160.71. When including the towing charge, I have now spent $260.00+ and know nothing more than I did when the issue started and I have lost nearly 3 days. I had the car picked up from the Patrick dealership late Friday morning and taken to a very reputable import repair facility for a full diagnosis.To say I have been soured on Jaguar due to this experience is an understatement. As a business owner myself, I would never dream of treating a customer like this. I was never for a minute treated as anything more as a nuisance for hoping to have my 6 year old used car serviced by this dealership. Never once was I given any consideration as a possible future Jaguar buyer, new or used, even though my car was approaching 100,000 miles and I was seriously in the market. Perhaps it was because I looked a bit disheveled when I came into the dealership from my horse stables or maybe it was that this car had little perceived value in the eyes of this service department. Regardless of the reason, I can assure you it wont happen again because I will never give Jaguar another opportunity to win or lose my business.

I phoned Patrick Land Rover prior to confirm if they'd honor the Land Rover deal identified on the website. I has spent a significant amount of time at another Land Rover Dealer the day prior and left in utter disappointment. When I phoned I spoke to Jack and he explained that he had the car I was seeking in stock. I arrived, the car was waiting for my test drive. I was completely ecstatic that Jack had delivered on what he promised over the phone. Shortly after the test drive I was driving away in the vehicle I asked for at a price I was expecting. I just pulled it from memory when Scottsdale Jaguar wouldn't work with me on some things and immediately I was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had alot of patience with us since we had to bring an overtired, fussy toddler with us. I was in town Labor Day weekend and decided to stopped by to take a look at a vehicle that they had in stocked. I didn't put too much hope in walking out with a new car that day based on my past experiences with other dealerships while searching for my ideal car. The dealership was busy when I came in, so I approached the front desk and asked for Steve Miller, whom I had communicated with via online. He was working with another customer and asked if it was okay for him to referred me to another agent, Chris Peterson. The whole buying experience was surprisingly smooth. I don't like wasting time going back and forth like most of the other dealerships when it comes to negotiation. Either you accept my offer or not. No BS talks from Chris comparing this to that, or how the dealership does not make money, blah, blah. Nor did I felt like they were scheming me. I purchased my car and had to leave it at the dealership that weekend since I had a rental when I came in town. Chris went out of the way to picked me up the following Monday to pick up my car. Must I mention that the place I was staying at was not 5-10 minutes away. I thought perhaps there might be a chance he would ignored me, or not extend that service since he had already closed the deal, Why bother with me again? I am 100% satisfied with the overall professionalism of Chris, and would highly recommend anyone for their next purchase at this dealership. Heck, I might even fly back just to work with them on my next vehicle!

Quite honestly, it was perfect. I was able to get the car I wanted within a few days. Steve called each day to keep me posted on the progress. He also called several days after the car purchase to make sure I was happy with the car. The last car I had (BMW) the sales person spent a few minutes going over the features of the car. Steve spent much more time and I could tell he was willing to spend more time if necessary.

She was able to answer my questions completely and also send some additional pictures since I was not going to be able to view the car in person. I live 2 blocks from the Orloff Land Rover dealership in Chicago (literally on the same street). I visited Orloff when starting the shopping process for my Range Rover Evoque. I was treated extremely poorly and lied to. I refused to purchase from them and drove 45 minutes to Patrick Land Rover in Naperville. I was immediately greeted and treated with amazing customer service. They treated me like a friend and didn't once try to sell me or push me into something I wasn't interested in. Christopher Peterson was amazing with email and phone communication and always kept me in the loop on where the vehicle was in the production process and when I could expect it to be delivered. He has called me multiple times since picking up the vehicle to check in and make sure everything is running as-expected. I will not only recommend everyone I know to Patrick Land Rover, but will drive 45 minutes every time I need service or maintenance. Incredible customer service like that is hard to find and worth the drive, even though Orloff is in my back yard. If you go to Patrick Land Rover/Jaguar, ask for Christopher Peterson!!!

Also was comfortable in pointing me in the direction of another dealer to test drive a similar car to get a good comparison. I recently purchased a used LR3 and from the beginning the sales executive was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. After purchasing the vehicle I found a few minor issues (wear and tear) that I had not noticed during my initial walk around. As I expected from a Land Rover dealer, the sales executive and service manager worked diligently to right the issues ensuring the vehicle ran as good as it looked. The only downside was during the repairs they overlooked one issue and now I have to take it back in. Overall I am satisfied with the staff and hope to continue a positive working relationship.

Admittedly, I can be a demanding customer :) Ben and Kristi of Patrick Land Rover of Naperville ALWAYS address my concerns and go above and beyond to make a trip to the dealer for service (which no one likes) actually a pleasant experience. They always remember you by name and do a great job getting your vehicle looked at as soon as possible. The original reason for the visit was a synthetic oil change and a rear brake job for my 2009 Range Rover Sport. As usual, Ben met me in the garage bay and was ready to make a list of any additional issues/concerns that I had. One issue I did have was that the liftgate struts were sticking and the gate wasn't opening smoothly. Enough said...Ben promptly ordered new ones to replace them. Additionally, while inspecting my truck, Ben noticed that the small plastic lenses that house the lights that illuminate the rear license plate were missing. Ben added those to the list. When I went to the waiting room, a new LR4 was promptly pulled around front for me to use while my truck was being serviced. My vehicle was washed and waiting for me when it was promised. The only painful part was the price !....which really wasn't too bad especially when you stop and remember you're not driving a Kia....its a Land Rover !! :)Chris

My wheel bearing went out on Friday night. I called Saturday morning and they were able to get the car on the rack and fix it within a few hours. They ended up replacing the entire suspension control arm and they performed an inspection of all systems to make sure nothing else needed repair. They contacted the warranty company and took care of all of the paperwork too. They even washed the car inside and out. Great Service!

Robert was a true proffessional in every aspect. The deal was worked over several days due to the car I chose being at a sister dealer. Robert was pateint in working through some complex personal issues. He provide his time and expertise to insure the deal could be made. Overall great experience and a great car. "LR2 Land Rover" Quality of car is excellent. Only thing I would have changed was that once the deal was done I had to wait awhile for all the paper work to get done. Robert has contacted me twice since purchase asking if everthing "ok". One key was missing and he has promished to over night ship it to me. No problems with the overall purchase.

THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DANIEL DID NOT HELP ME WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR AFTER IT WAS PURCHASED. HE NEVER RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS. HE LIED ABOUT THE CAR HAVING SATELLITE AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT AN UPGRADE HE LIED AGAIN AND SAID HE WOULD CALL ME ABOUT IT BUT NEVER DID. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. While my experience with the personnel involved was very good I have some problems with the results of the work. When I arrived home I noticed some looseness in the trim panel on the drivers side door. I did not have time to look into it then but when I returned to look several days later I found that the trim panel was not engaged on the pins that secure it to the door. Since my car was in for a headlight problem I do not know why there should have been any involvement with the trim panel of the drivers side door but I am sure this was not the way I brought the car in.This is why I marked down the quality of work and what lowered the score for overall experience. Otherwise, the service manager and other personnel were very plesant and knowledgeable.

When we first got some very cold weather this past winter (single digits). I began hearing a rather loud rattle noise from the top of the dash. It went away in a 2 to 3 minutes (as soon as the car began to warm up) but was disturbingly loud until then.Late on a Saturday, less than 2 weeks before Christmas, when everyone in the world was frantically busy, I stopped by Patrick Land Rover to make an appointment. Given that it only happened very briefly and only when the car was extremely cold, I didn't expect much "It makes a noise, but it isn't doing it now." I thought I would make an appointment to leave it overnight so it could be checked out - and I wasn't expecting much (what could they do? You had to catch it just as it was starting up on a near zero morning to even hear it).Kristi listened to me carefully and noted that these cars (LR2) generally never have any bad rattles. He then began methodically thumping the car's dash. When he got to the bottom of the dash, there was a faint echo of the noise it had been making. He asked me if that was the sound, and said "that was it." He noted that it was a pretty unpleasant rattle and the he wouldn't like it either. He said that cars do make noises, but not that one. He then asked me if I could spare a half hour - I said sure, and he took the car back into service. It was done in less than a half hour, and I haven't heard the rattle since. Not even when we had subzero temperatures a few weeks later. Kristi said that there was a RF shield fastener that wasn't fully crimped down. Not a functional problem, but capable of making a lot of noise.This was late on a Saturday, just before Christmas - everyone was gracious, patient, polite, and best described as determined to make sure my car was perfect and that I was happy with it. An amazingly great car-repair experience!

I used the internet site to ask for info on a new land rover on a thursday. My email was promptly replied to and shortly thereafter Dan called me to dicscuss the car. I was prepared to trade my 2010 for a 2011 if the pricing difference was reasonable. They treated me right on the new car and my trade and I said I'd be in friday. Dan showed me the car. It was blue. I wanted black. I misread the internet ad!!!. They did not have a black one. this was pm on friday. Dan and his manager went to work locating one. I went to the movies. By 8pm that night they had the car, washed and ready to go!!! Great experience

The service was not that bad. The receptionist could be more friendly. She seemed irritated by customer's and did some sighs. Ben was good in Service however when my car was finished the check engine light was on! I went back to service and Ben was out at lunch. The other service person was not as good as Ben. He brought it to the service people and they couldn't even clear the code or state why it was on. Really!? It felt like they were rushing me out. I had already been there 4 hours for an 1.5 hour job. I could clear the code with no issues on my cheap OBDII scanner! I was disappointed that I was forced to leave with an engine light on due to them not really looking into it. That to me is just unacceptable. Even if they could clear the code, I received no explanation on why the code even showed up or what they did to resolve it! Just terrible. I'm now taking the trip to the Orland dealership for service. It's a shame as I've bought two Jaguars from you.

I saw some negative reviews went I first went to this site, and for the life of me I can't understand why. I have purchased 3 new Jaguars from this dealership over the past several years after buying several BMWs from Patrick BMW, which I regard similarly highly. As a summary, I live in Lincolnwood, but I made/make the journey to Naperville to buy and for service. There are other Jaguar dealerships considerably closer. Similarly, there are other BMW dealerships more attractive geographically than Patrick. In my personal experience none of the other dealerships measure up for integrity and dependability. I have not previously encountered dealerships that go out of their way to earn your business as has been my experience with Patrick. Similarly, in my personal experience their service is first rate.

Ernie was incredibly friendly, helpful and cooperative , putting up with all my detailed questions. Everyone in the dealership was friendly from asking if i wanted something to drink to showing me where the bathroom was. Even the finance/warranty department was amazingly low key. The price ws 2-3000 dollars lower than their competitor for a car with more equipment. Will definitely reccomend.

Poor call back response on questions asked. Miscommunication inside the company concerning registration information and waiting almost two months for reimbursements owed. Just found out that the purchase date associated with my vehicle is not the actual purchase date because it was a demo, so I'm out the complimentary first service. I was never informed of that.

I purchased a Range Rover and was told the car had been inspected and everything fixed that needed to be. Upon me shipping the car to TX which is where I live, I had to have the car inspected. The FAILED inspection due to the windshield wiper blades being torn; they were actually dry rotted which means they did not check the windshield wipers. I called the dealership to say that the wipers were dry rotted, the car failed inspection and they should pay for the replacement since I was assured everything had been fixed (this was about a $50 charge, which I could have paid and had to pay, but it was the principle of the matter), they refused. I then called the Land Rover customer relations and still got unsatisfactory answers. I even had the other Land Rover place in which I purchased the blades from say "wipers should have been one of the first things checked, its a safety issue!" I will NEVER have anything good to say about The Patrick Dealer Group, Land Rover division in Napeville, IL. I even tried to talk to the President of the Patrick Dealer Group, but was intercepted by his secretary who said she would not let me talk to him. She was rude as well. Not a good experience for me after spending $40K!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! The General Manager thought it was okay to use expletives, which I thought was totally unprofessional. I reported this as well to the Land Rover customer relations; doesn't look like they did anything about it!

Steve, and the entire Patrick team was a joy to work with. We first visited the dealership a couple of months before our actual purchase, and were very impressed by Steve and the other staff members at Patrick. Having visited almost every dealer within 30 miles of our home, we left knowing where we would purchase our next car. We returned a couple of months later and purchased a car that we absolutely love. Upon entering the Patrick Land Rover dealership we were greeted by a very pleasant saleswoman named Melissa who helped us find the exact car we were looking for. She immediately offered us a test drive while the used car manager was evaluating our car.We drove the Range Rover we were interested in and she explained in detail everything about this automobile. We never felt any high-pressured sales pitch, only professionalism and courtesy when it came to making the purchase.We asked about the differences between leasing and buying in terms of price and she answered all the questions we had. Alex, her general manager was extremely professional, again no high pressure sales pitch. After comparing prices with two other dealerships we believe that Patrick provided us with the best price, as well as the best service department to back up our purchase.We are extremely pleased with our new car and feel that the Patrick dealership made it a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend them.

I came into the dealership looking for information on a new Range Rover. My salesman Daniel Loose showed the new model to me and answered all of my questions. Daniel knew the product very well. He was able to answer all my questions. I told him I was just here to get some info and he didn't try to push me into a sale. He kept in-touch with me and let me know when more Range Rovers were available to look at. I made my decision a few weeks later when my lease was up. I got the 2010 Range Rover HSE.. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and the whole sales process. When it came time to put a deal together Alex Razvi the general manager was very help full. Alex gave me a fair price price. i know because I did shop around. Joe Quaranta was the business manager and was very courteous. Joe explained all the paperwork and gave me time to read the forms. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would refer this dealer to anybody looking for an Land Rover.

I could not be more disappointed with the service provided. They told me that my 06 Jag with 32,000 miles needed a new rotor, ABS system, master cylinder maybe more cost of $6,000 or more. Not sure it would be covered by warranty or be fixed. I told them to put my car back together I then took it to a small shop who found the problem. It was a screw on the cable for the brake pedal that needed to be turned just 2 times to adjust it. Car works great total for parts ZERO, total for labor, I gave them $150.00 but they asked for $35.00. Prior to this I had taken my car in for an oil change when I took it in AC was working, as I was driving out of the dealership I called to tell them AC wasnt working told to bring it back in two days. They said I must of hit something when parking it happened when I picked it up and hadnt parked the car yet they said they would look in to it its been months and I am still waiting for the service mgr to contact me.
