Purchased my wife's car from here in early 2018. As for a services and quality, they are excellent. Car is cleaner than you dropped it off and all repairs are done promptly. However, they are not even close to cost effective. We had an issue with my wife's door not locking. Took it in for a repair, total cost a little over $1050, part of $376 and labor was $500 plus, plus taxes and fees. Two weeks later, the same issue happen with the other door. Price shop to another repair place, same part was $126 and the labor was $200. Yes, a 3X increase on the part and almost 3X on the labor. Again, services are bar none but that prices are excessive. We will go elsewhere for service. More....The part was OEM, the repair shop provided the receipt/box. It was not a dealership that did the repair but the techs are ASE and certified in Land Rover repairs.

Excellent team at JLR troy. Had a issue with my Range Rover and Mark A got me in the same day. The tech team was able to quickly diagnose my issue. The shop foreman Eli was amazing and probably knows more about the brand than anyone else. Can’t say anything bad about the service.
