My husband and I have bought three cars from James Hodge Hyundai. All three times the staff there were very nice and didn't try to pressure us on buying something we didn't want. We have bought cars from other dealerships in the past and had to spend half the day there and just to find out they can't do what they say they can and that's very frustrating. At James Hodge Hyundai they let you know within 30 minutes what they can do and you're driving a new car in about 1-2 hours and that's counting the test drive. Very good experience's all tree times we've been there. We would defiantly recommend James Hodge Hyundai to all of our friends. Good job.

Very concerning that a vehicle with 106 driven around the metro area of Muskogee suffered a major parts failure causing an engine to be change. Hope the final outcomes brings remedies that will restitution our confidence on Hyundai service warranty and quality of the vehicle.

good credit will not get you the .9 % interest rate the ad offers with their finance guy.... friendly people found the car I was looking for... their credit guy drug his feet so finish my paperwork so I would be late and not push back on his high rate.

The salesman was nice. Not very knowledgeable for being new to the business. The car was not new like I was told and had actually been wrecked. Not one person ever mentioned to me atvthe dealership about it. My husband noticed it after we got home. Glass was broke under both seats of the car which was the red flag.

This is how buying a car is suppose to be. Walked in and told them what i was looking for and they found just the car. Got financed and was on my way, loved the customer service and hospitality! To make things better the finance guy called me a few days later and found me a lower interest rate. Means alot that they still faught to find me a lower intrest rate!

I didn't intend to buy a car when I visited James Hodge Hyundai for a promotion they were having on July 11th, because I was very happy with my Hyundai Elantra. But, Kris Caldwell looked at my needs and showed me a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that was very nice. Yes, I traded for the Sonata. I'm hoping that the hybrid part of the Sonata will help with gas mileage and finances.Once again, James Hodge Hyundai's team were absolutely fantastic. Kris Caldwell, the salesman, must have been trained by Disney because he definitely keeps you entertained while being very professional and making sure your needs were met. Patrick was very calm, low key and efficient during the financing process. I can't say enough good things about Dave Thompson, the General Manager. Dave was the first and last person I talked with. He's such a gentleman. He has his pulse on everything that happens in that dealership. I am very comfortable with him and James Hodge Hyundai because of learning of his ethics and business viewpoints. Marcellus was so kind and patient as he instructed me on the use of Bluetooth and blue link with the Sonata. He helped set them up on computer and took care of the car set up as well. Of course, I'm looking forward to working with the ever-efficient Melina, their Service Manager. She treats customers like family and makes sure cars rolling out of the service area have received quality care and are in top notch condition.

I bought a Hyundai Elantra in June, 2014. It broke down in January, 2015. The nearest Hyundai dealership was in Muskogee, OK. I didn't know anyone there, but quickly felt at home. Even though I brought my Elantra in another town and was very happy with the service I received there every time I took the car in for an oil change, I happily changed to James Hodge Hyundai. From the first day until they finally located the problem, repaired the car and through the pick-up process, they treated me like a valued customer and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right before they gave me the car. Melina is the reason I switched my customer loyalty to James Hodge Hyundai. She was honest in every detail and was very sincere in meeting my every needs. I purchased my Elantra with apprx 26,000 miles and have had nothing but issues replaced axel, transmission sensor, wiper assmbly, and replaced tire that was worn to the wires. I presented the first issue of the wiper and was told they would order it and call me. Several weeks later I drove to the dealership only to find they didn't have the part but they would reorder and call me. Again, several weeks later no response so I returned and they did indeed have the part. They replaced the wiper assmbly and at this time I showed them the tire was wearing and that I had to replace it. They said they would check it out and as soon as they had a loaner car they would call me. After apprx 2 months with no response, I returned and was given many excuses by the Service Manager. I finally left the car and they replaced and axel and put three tires to match the one I purchased when one of mine blew out while I was out of state. I asked if the problem was corrected and was told that there was no issue. Now it Feb and I am still trying to get my car fixed. After several phone calls and answers like" the tires put on our not soft enough for what Hyundai would like. However, they put three to match the tire that is apparently not soft enough. I questioned why they would do this and they explained this was the least exspensive route. I returned today to pick up my car because they claimed there is no issue. I requested a oil change when I dropped of the car and was assured that they would complete it. The General Manager said they would do it at no charge. However, a few days ago the Regional Manager contacted me and offered my some kind of credit toward "softer tires" and I explained new tire will not correct the issue and that I just wanted my car fixed. I was called yesterday and told there are no issues and they rescind the offer. I was also told today that they did not change my oil even though they recommended it to be changed. I ask if they were not going to take care of me as a customer and was told by the Regional Manager that he was done taking care of me as a customer as well as everyone in this store. In my opinion, I would not recommend or wish any other customer be treated with the type of disrespect.

I bought my car new at Hodge in Feb. That experience was painless. In Oct I drove my car off the road and wrecked it a little. I called the Hyundai roadside assistance and got a tow pretty quickly. The tow took my car to Hodge Hyundai. Melina assessed that I needed a radiator part, rear shock, a rear support and front bumper cover. Fine. Insurance covered it all. I expected my car back after a couple of weeks. 7 weeks later Melina assessed that I needed a new engine, but she had one in stock. A week later she had no engine in stock but Hyundai was on top of it. Called Hyundai and they said one was on the truck and would be delivered Dec. 30. That rolled by with no engine delivery. Eventually the engine arrived and was installed but something else was wrong with the rear bumper cover. I drove my car off the lot Jan 16, for about 5 minutes and found that the engine was not running smoothly. After 12 weeks and a hundred broken promises they still didn't do the job right. My car is still in the shop and they "are working on it".

He was so cool and directly involved with information about the car. He made arrangements for me to come in an test drive. When I arrived he was still the same as in calm and cool about the greeting and good sales talk for the car...After the test drive and some more talk about the car. I return home afterwards with a positive attitude. In several more contacts in two are more days involved about the car. I ended up pleased about all the folks at the business there at James Hodge Hyundai and concluded the deal.

Dealership has terrible costumer service. After buying our car, we had a couple things that went wrong. When we took it back to get fixed, they said it was fine and didn't see anything wrong with it. The manager said "We sale cars AS IS" What kind of dealership is that? Selling cars, As IS? These cars have warranty's on them, they need to be fixed!!! Taking my car to a different hyundai dealership out of town just to get it fixed. Once they sale you a car they don't want to have anything to do with you. They act like they are "with another costumer" and can't talk at the moment, when truth is they are sitting in their office. I will never buy from this dealership again, and would never recommend it to anyone! They are nice when trying to sale you the car, but after your gone it's like they don't even know you. Terrible costumer service and they don't stick to their agreements. Try the Hyundai dealerships in Tulsa, much nicer and are willing to go above and beyond to help someone out.

We are from California and stopped at Hodge for 30,000 mile checkup. Such a great dealership!! Jeff discovered nail in a tire that our California dealer tried to find three times!! Wish we lived closer. Awesome guys in Service. Thanks for being so efficient and polite.

we started the buying process on the computer and when we did get to the dealership we were met at the door.Leslie was a very friendly fellow and walked us thru the new car process.all the salesmen were very friendly.the sales manager is really a nice guy.the finance guy Rocky was very quick and friendly. we have dealt with other dealerships here in muskogee but this was the best we have been treated!

I have been going to this dealer for service even before I bought a Hyundai. Their service is always exceptional and it was one of the main reasons I decided to look at the Hyundai. They are always friendly and now know who I am and remember my name. I have never had a bad experience and they have gone out of their way to make certain everything is AOK.After servicing my car today they vacuumed the interior spotlessly, cleaned the glass and thoroughly washed the vehicle - it was done better than the car wash for $13 and this was part of the oil change. All the bugs were scrubbed off (and there were MANY) and the filth from dirt roads is all gone. That alone would keep me coming back, but everything was perfectly done, as well. And I could wait in very comfortable surroundings. These guys are great.

Took my 08 santa fe in for check engine light on May 1st,2012. It was for a purge contol valve. On Friday june 1st, 2012 ( one month later ) they finally had it fixed. I also had them put on a new timing and serpentine belt. Had to bring the car back in on Monday June 4th because the timing belt slipped out of time. I found out that Hyundai suggests to not replace the timing belt tensioner when you replace the belt. what a stupid move. They had to go back and pull the front off the engine again causing them to spend more money. It was under warrenty so it didn't cost me anything. This whole process cost me 3 round trips from my house to the dealership and back home, approx. 120 miles, nine long distance phone calls and over 30 days of limited vehicle use. This is terrible communication in the dealership. I will probably drive this vehicle till next spring then sell or trade it for a toyota. never had a problem with toyota. Owned 4 toyota since 1995 and never had a problem with any of them. I drove my 95 camry and sold it with 283,000 miles and was still running like new. Won't trust Hyundai again. I will say that the service manager was very nice and apologetic but the parts kid made all kinds of excuses and needs to be replaced

Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Sold us a lemon car after 1 day I took it back made me lose $ 500.00 on the car itself. We had to travel 3 times from Tulsa to Muskogee. Costing us gas and tolls. We bought another used car off of them and it has a few issues also. Promised to replace window took over a week of me calling to see when they would come and fix it. They got top dollar for the used car and acted like they were losing money on it. I checked around and found out I paid $1500.00 over the book value. To keep this short do not deal with this company. They are rip offs. Not professional at all.
