The service guys are the best! I live in St. Louis but am in Germantown and Breese frequently visiting family. I had aired up my tire before leaving St. Louis but it was going flat again by the time I got to Germantown. I stopped by Jansen and asked Eric if there was any chance they could look at my tire. The only question asked was "Which tire?". These guys always take care of me. Thanks!!!

I dealt with Zack Boeckmann who is a very friendly, personably and knowledgeable salesman. Definitely knew all the details on the new Equinox I was interested in and made sure I got all applicable rebates from GM. I worked with Craig Kuhl on the financing paperwork. This was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Shane and Craig went the extra mile and worked after closing to allow us to drive home in the truck of our dreams. We drove almost 80 miles not knowing what to expect of the truck or the dealership. Mike H. worked with us to get us the exact truck we wanted. He spent time looking on the internet at different dealerships to see if the truck we wanted was out there... When we didn't find exactly what we wanted, he ordered the truck for us and kept us updated on the status through the process. He called us the moment the truck was delivered to the dealership! Absolutely amazing. We were driving from Columbia, Mo to Tampa, FL on a Saturday and found Jansen Chevrolet to look at our 2010 Silverado that had the check engine light on. Turned out the electronic throttle module was out and truck needed to be serviced immediately. Jansen called their service department in from home to get it fixed. Friendliest staff we have ever encountered at a dealership. We will definitely be making the drive to purchase our next truck from them!!

We had been to numerous dealers and some of them were down right rude. Not Jansen Chevrolet though. As soon as we arrived Mike greeted us and let us know he'd be with us as soon as he could. When I went to Jansen's I had done my research and already knew pretty much what I wanted - what vehicle type, which features, and even what color. Jansen's had the vehicle I was looking for. I worked with Mike Howard and he was very helpful. Mike found out that since my husband is a teacher we qualified for GM's new educator discount, which was a good bonus for us. Jansen's gave us no hurry up pressure, and even gave us a couple weeks to sell my old car. Overall it was a very smooth transaction and a good experience.

I have searched for an Acadia for months. After finally deciding to get one, I was pretty particular about what I wanted. After dealing with several other dealers without any satisfaction, we came across Jansen Chevrolet on Car Gurus and they had "the" Acadia I've been looking for. I contacted them, Zach responded immediately. The following weekend we went to the dealership, Zach was great to deal with. I had to have the car I was driving towed in, the repairs were more that what the car was worth. Zack Boeckmann found the perfect car for me! While Zack an I were test driving the car, Craig Kuhl worked on my financing and had it approved before we returned. I took the car home for further test-driving and within 48-hrs the car was mine! From the moment I step foot through the door, the employees at Jansen Chevrolet were very friendly and helpful. Mike Howard was very helpful and patient while my mother and I discussed the type of cars we wanted to look at and the maximum price we wanted to spend. He braved the cold weather to show us our options and he warmed up the cars and pulled them up to the door for us to test drive. He took the time to explain all of the features on each of the cars and made sure we didn't have any questions and answered them if we did. They offered me a reasonable price on my old car if I would trade it in and explained why they gave it that price. He was even honest and told me what I could possibly get for my car if we sold it privately. Craig Kuhl xxx very helpful when we were going through the paper work. He explained what everything was before I signed it. When I came to purchase my car, Mike went through each of the features on my car to make sure I knew what everything was and made sure I knew how it worked. He even helped me set up my OnStar and link my phone to the car through Bluetooth. I had a wonderful experience at Jansen Chevrolet and would buy any future vehicles there and would recommend them to other people.

Everything about this dealership was PERFECT! Mike Howard worked with me all the way from Korea to assist in my quest to find the perfect Malibu, in which we did. Once I finally made it to the dealership Mike Howard took the time to show us the car from top to bottom answering all of our questions. Once we'd decided on the car, Craig Kuhl was very patient when it came to explaining all of the questions regarding the finances. We were offered complimentary popcorn by the dealer and every single employee greeted us just because. We'd just returned from doing an overseas tour (Airforce), in which the employees asked us questions and seemed genuinely happy that we made it back unscathed. Awesome! That is the only way to describe dealing with the guys at Jansens. After being pressured at other big dealerships these guys really made me feel comfortable when purchasing my silverado. I talked with zacks and told him what I was looking for and he kept me updated during his whole search. He found me exactly what I was looking for at a price lower than I was expecting to pay. On Monday, July 15, I had a horrible experience at a dealership in my community to the point where I walked out in tears. But I still desperately needed a car. I went to Jansen in Germantown and I was scared. But Mike Howard was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and professional, answered all my questions and made me feel like he honestly appreciated my business. I can't say enough fantastic things about him. I came from an hour away to purchase my Acadia and from the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by friendly staff and welcomed. Zach was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and as we went for our test drive he explained the vehicle and made very polite conversation with me, my kids and my father. Shane was also very professional and knowledgeable about the contracts. When we returned to pick up the vehicle we were once again greeted with a friendly smile and a professional staff. Zach even showed my mother another car and then set us up with information regarding our new Acadia. I would certainly recommend Jansen Chevrolet. It was a very pleasant experience.

Our experience with salesman (Mike Howard) was extremely positive, Mike worked with us to get us the deal and the price range we needed to be in, in order for us to be able to buy our 2012 Chevy Traverse. I would recommend MIke to any of our friends. The one negative I had about our experience with Jansen Chevrlolet was that the cleanliness of the car at the time we picked it up. THis vehicle in no way was detailed before closing of the sale. There was what appeared to be soda stains on the headliner which Mike was able to clean up and when I got home I had to vacuum up the dog hairs and more soda spill cleanup between the front driver seat and passenger door. I basically had to detail the car myself including cleaning the carpets and using armor all to clean the hard surfaces. I would have expected this to be done by the dealer.

I found the exact vehicle my wife was looking for on cars.com. I called the dealership and talked with Zack Boeckmann. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and invited me to the dealership for a test drive.Upon arriving at the dealership, we recived a friendly greeting from the receptionist. Zack showed us the vehicle and we took a test drive. After talking with my wife on the way home, we decided to purchase the vehicle. I called Zack and we quickly came to an agreement on the price.I went back the next day to sign the papers and pick up the car. Craig Kuhl, the F&I manager, also made the experience enjoyable. It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had purchasing a car. In addition, the son of the owner made it a point introduce himself and thank us for our business. I would certainly recommend Jansen Chevrolet and Zack to any of my friends.

Went to Jansen from STL for a traverse and we did not like the interior. I asked what else was available and was shown a GMC Acadia with the same equipment. I expected it would be out of our desired price range, but was given a price as much under book as other dealers gave me over book and I got a vehicle that appeared to be in much better condition. The deal details worked outquickly and were less than $2 from what we said we wanted to stay under. I was impressed by the fact that Mr. Jansen actually emailed me to make sure I got what I had intially emailed about and apologized for not stepping out of his office when we got to the dealership. Shane got me everything I needed in a timely manner and di not over sell things. Craig Kuhl was also very cordial. Even stayed over to get our vehicle delivered to us. Paperwork was explained in a professional, yet understandable manner.Could not say better things about this dealership

I was looking on the Internet for a new vehicle, and of all the dealers who saw my info only Jansens called me personally. I told them what I was looking for and what I expected for my trade in. Zack told me he was sure they could work to help me find what I needed. I explained to them that I was about to give up on Chevrolet because in the last few years I had been lied to and cheated by my other dealer who I had dealt with in the past and purchased 4 vehicles from. They reassured me they could work with me. I had already inquired at my other dealer and was not happy with the prices of the vehicles and was extremely unhappy with the trade in value of my car that they were going to give me. It was well below Kelly blue book for trade in. Friends and colleagues had told me before to go to Jansens because they had great experiences with them before and I just never did. So when zack called me I decided to take a chance and give them a try. Well to start with the staff was wonderful. Very hometown and friendly. They happened to have a vehicle on the lot that met 99% of my requirements and at the price I couldn't pass it up. They also gave me what I wanted for my trade in and was fair blue book value of my vehicle for trade. We all agreed to a deal in the same day and financing was handled by Craig and I inquired, found, financed and went home with my vehicle in less than 24 hours. I was looking for new or used depending on price and trade in. I bought a 2012 GM Certified Captiva at a great price and basically a new car warranty and left there very pleased. I am very happy and based on my first experience I will and am recommending Jansens to everyone I know. I have since talked to other people and they agree that these are great people to work with. Other people say its worth driving 20 miles or more away from home because you get treated very well.
