I initially had trouble obtaining a second key for my used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. He went the extra mile to make it happen. Although, I will say that for a multi-million dollar company he received little support from the dealership and had to pay for the second key (it somehow went missing at the dealership), along with a $25 state park gift card that was stolen from his desk, out of his own pocket. To me that is unacceptable.Scott gets 5 stars....the dealership gets 2 stars.

I have looking around for a new vehicle and a friend of mine said to go to Jeff Belzer. so I went. I emailed jeff belzer and a Jeremy got back to me from Lakeville and he got me in touch with matt in finance in Lakeville and matt worked so hard in getting me approved for a vehicle. then poof a vehicle showed up in new prague and I got to meet the wonderful jeff P. he drove up the 2016 ford fiesta up to me and had me take a test drive. I was super super excited. of course I loved it. it was a brand new car. I have never in my entire life have had a brand new car. poof blessing from god! I have been praying for one and poof there it was. I still cant believe it. jeff helped clean up the car and helped me figure out what all the buttons do. he was super awesome!! then bob shows up and does the rest. they were busy for a Tuesday night but I was well taken care of. bless you guys! and thank you so much!

They stuck with me, provided multiple options and kept me in the loop until the found the best deal ever..... My deal was better than I expected. My only critiques for the dealership are in relation to services available to help close a deal on a used car. Things that would have made this a 5 star rating for us that you could not do due to policy:**Fresh oil change - policy says no. While it is not a deal breaker, it does drive down the satisfaction level of a customer. It would cost the dealership maybe $40 cost to improve the customer satisfaction level and close on a multi-thousand dollar sale.**Full tank of gas - policy says "no less than 1 quarter;" that policy definitely needs improvement. Again, it would cost the dealership maybe $30-$40 cost at the most and close on a multi-thousand dollar sale.**Delivery/transport of vehicle to the Lakeville dealership (less than 1 mile from our home) - policy says no. The fact that both dealerships are owned by Jeff Belzer's....I don't see the logic in this policy. While the New Prague dealership was nice and staffed with good people, it was a 50 mile round trip for us to close our business there.If these 3 things could have happened, it would have made for a 5 star experience.

Joleen was extremely helpful over many communications via email , I knew what I was looking for in my 2016 F-150 so it wasn't as much about what kind of vehicle do I want but more about tallking through the details around price and trade-in to assure I could get the price I was looking for. Since I was not from the area I wanted to be sure we were close enough on the numbers that I felt we could get a deal done before driving down there. I got down their we talked for 30 minutes max and reached a deal I was happy with. Could beat the price or the service. Financing involved some miscommunication around a rebate (Ford Credit) if I chose, which I didn't so it got added back to there price which was cash or financing. I missed it when I was there doing the paperwork but contacted Joleen when I noticed it, she stood behind me and got me a refund check issued fast. Couldn't beat the price for the new vehicle within 100 miles

We were lied to about previous damage to the vehicle and the brakes went out within a couple weeks. The dealership was contacted about all the issues and all we got was a run around. There were issues with one of the gauges, a front fender sensor, and the brakes. There had been visible damage to the front bumper/fender and told that the sensor had been checked out and that it hadn't been damaged. Wrong....it was discovered right away that it didn't work. Within a couple weeks the brakes went out. Additionally, the day after purchasing, one of the gauges went dim to the point you couldn't read it. The car was taken to a dealership in Ankeny, Iowa where the repairs were made. Your dealership told us there was only so much you could do and only paid for one of the repairs. What xxxxxxxx!!!!We have just been smoldering mad about this but didn't figure we could get any help on this so we didn't pursue it any further. I doubt anyone with any authority will read this nor give a xxxx. If someone does..... then pay us the additional $600-700 we had to fork out to make the car safe and road worthy.

We encountered issues with our older F350 while pulling a horse trailer (with the horse), and had to make a sudden decision on a new (or newer vehicle). Sarah was incredibly helpful at offering information on new and used vehicles on the lot, and even providing contacts in case we needed to rent something short term. By expediting a few essential steps, we were able to get the deal done while our horse grazed the grassy areas nearby, and be on our way.We very much appreciated the support and patience, and yet urgency when it when it was needed!

First time purchase using internet search engines (cargurus.com) to locate and identify the specific model of minivan we were looking for. Having identified the van we wanted to purchase, I then had to deal with the nearly three hour drive to get it. I was extremely hesitant about driving this far for such a large purchase. Think about every horror story regarding car sales you can think of: "It was sold right before you got here", "It was sold, but we have this slightly higher cost model available", "Sorry the price we quoted wasn't accurate", "Sorry, but your credit application wasn't processed", etc. Everything that would have made the nearly six hour round trip a disaster. BUT, that was NOT my experience. I arrived, was shown my new van, had some nice conversations while we waited for the paperwork to be finished (10 minutes maybe), looked at a few fancy cars way outside of my means, and then we got down to business. I worked with Zach Anderson from sales (Lakeville, he drove down to make sure everything went right. Thanks Zach), Brian in purchasing, and Creed from aftermarket accessories. They all did their job, including trying to up sell a bit, but that's cool, that's how they make a living. I believe when all was said and done, I was in and out in 40 minutes. Absolutely no issues. Pricing was very fair, they communicated everything clearly to me so I could make a sound purchasing decision, and then they followed through. That is precisely why I will give them the first opportunity to sell me my next vehicle. They earned it..

I purchased a 2016 Cherokee Limited from Jeff Belzer's in August. Overall my experience with the dealership was fine. I honestly don't understand why this dealership has such high ratings though. To me, there was nothing spectacular about it. And while my experience was fine overall, there are definitely some complaints I have.My first complaint is about the "Unconditional Price" that you will see listed on their website. It makes it sound as though that is the highest price someone could possibly pay - everyone qualifies for that low price. I was still skeptical when I saw that, so I spoke with Paul Johnson through email and also a representative through their online chat window. Both individuals I spoke with confirmed that the "Unconditional Price" is the price that everyone qualifies for, no hoops to jump through, etc., etc. When I went to the dealership, however, I did not qualify for the "Unconditional Price". Because I was from out of state (Illinois) or something like that, I did not qualify. The price I paid was close, but not as good as I thought it would be. So no, the "Unconditional Price" is indeed not unconditional. You will only receive the "Unconditional Price" if you meet certain "conditions". I feel I was definitely misled. When I pointed this out to Paul Johnson through email later on, he seemed interested in helping me out and learning more about my situation...then I never heard from him again. My second complaint is that this dealership had 3 of their dealership decals stuck on the Cherokee I purchased. One on the tailgate (traditional location) but 1 on each of the front fenders as well. It looked terrible. Why 3? Why isn't 1 sufficient? I took all three of the decals off when I got home. Not too difficult, but something I feel I shouldn't have had to do. I have NEVER seen another dealership put so many decals on a vehicle. My third complaint is that they didn't seem to do a great job cleaning the Jeep once I purchased it. When I first looked at the vehicle, I immediately noticed a dirt smudge inside the driver's door as I was entering the vehicle. I know that kind of thing happens and that they clean up the interior and exterior of vehicles after they are purchased, so no big deal. Except once I did purchase the Jeep and they "cleaned it", that same smudge was still there! It was pretty obvious and it was right on the driver's door...how did they miss it??I will say that one aspect of my experience was excellent. After I purchased the vehicle, a gentleman helped demonstrate and explain many of the features the vehicle had. I already knew most of them, but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job, but unfortunately I have forgotten his name. So overall my experience was fine as I mentioned. The price I ended up paying was still good in my mind, but it really angers me that I was basically lied to. They really need to explain that their "Unconditional Price" better. To me, this dealership isn't any better than other dealerships I have worked with.

If you're looking online avoid this dealer. I was told my 2016 Ford F150 was new, it was not it had been used as a loaner. It was in fair condition for a vehicle that new. Bed was really worn, then I was told to get discounts I had to finance with ford, which I did. Then I was told the interest rate would be around 5.5 % which is a little high if you have very good credit. I found out I could have got 0% from a different Ford dealer. I'm sure they get extra money for financing which is no big deal. But then I was told I couldn't pay it off for 90 days. Come on guys, JUST TELL THE TRUTH!! It's these kind of guys that keep giving car salesman and car dealers a xxxxxx reputation.

I had requested information online and Jeff Sepulvado called me several times to help me find my vehicle and work on features. Due to your selection and online prices we travelled from Minnetonka to New Prague and met Mark in the parking lot to help us out. Jeff soon took over being we had talked before. The price right from the start was as marketed on your website. Jeff was a great salesman who knew what he was talking about as I have an existing Jeep Grand and have studied features and cost. Jeff was not only great to work with but honest on price and other details as we worked through the process. He was more of a partner in the process as he understood our need versus trying to upsell into something we didn't want or need. We were also in a bit of hurry and he worked to rush the process along as much as possible. He also pointed out some minor scuffs in the paint and setup some time with the body shop to help us get those figured out. Growing up in St Peter I appreciate the small town service and feel and am glad we spent our money with such a respectable group of people. We appreciated the culture that Jeff Belzer's team provided. I purchased my last Jeep Grand from Fury and I went back there last Saturday and found the salesperson I was working with was not honest with their online pricing or what he was willing to reduce to sell me a car. I have talked to about eight different Jeep dealers in the last month and I live in Minnetonka so New Prague is not my closest dealer. Your selection, honest pricing, great sales service is what sold the car. I have walked out of many a dealer who just can't get it done the way I think car buying should be done.

I traded in my 2010 jeep liberty at Jeff Belzer's New Prague. I was told that my jeep had a lemon/buyback title on it. I would not get what my jeep was worth because of this issue and that they would not be able to resale this vehicle on the lot. Well 3 days later my trade-in is on the lot with price of $5,000 more than I got!!!! It is ridiculous to take advantage of a single senor citizen trying to make a living and then to get lied to so this dealership can make a good profit off of me!!! I will never tell anyone to go to this dealership!!!!!

We came to Jeff Belzer's as we had read great reviews regarding the dealer. We could have gone closer to home, where there are dozens of places, instead we took a chance and drove an hour and a half. We had a great experience here. The prices were great (about $5000 cheaper than at home). The sales staff were friendly and worked well together to get us into a new car. We received a fair trade price for our SUV that was 5 years old. I drove away a happy Momma!

There was no pressure to purchase the whole time they just wanted to make sure we were happy when we left and let us take our time. We didn't get offered much for our trade in even though it was in good condition but it was older with high miles so understandable for the dealers position as not a used at lot.Overall we were very happy!

What I mean by this, is I was not pressured, I was not pushed. Had a last minute need to purchase a new vehicle. I contacted my cousin Jenna who works at Jeff Belzer Chevy in New Prague who directed me to Dave Seipp. He answered all questions I had and helped find the perfect car for me. He asked my favorite part of my current car I told him heated cloth seats and he responded that would be hard to find. I told him I was interested in a Cruze. Not only did he find me a Chevy Cruze 2016 but he found me one with CLOTH HEATED SEATS!!! He stayed an hour and a half past when he was supposed to leave work just to stay and help me. He was phenomenal and the customer service that I received from everybody was AMAZING!!!

On July 23, 2016 I looked at a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac for my young son in the pouring rain. The vehicle was kindly driven into their garage so we could look it over. I asked to have a Car Fax run, that's when the salesman turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. The Car Fax show 1 open recall. I made call in regards to the recall and found additional problems that needed replacing. Example of just a few; 1. Tire Rods 2. Pinions 3. Front Axles 4. Ball-joints 4. Evaporator Hose. At the time of my call, my son was talking with the salesman. I asked to speak with my son privately, that is when the salesman jumped in the truck and sped out to the parking lot. Without knowing what problems I found the salesman walked by me on his way in the building, I actually stopped him to ask what they would be willing to fix. "What did you find out" he said angrily. I listed a couple things that is listed above, the salesman threw up his arms and shouted "we're done here" turned and walked away. I would give a BIG FAT ZERO if there was a zero rating. Good lesson for my young son.

Our salesman, Zach Anderson tracked down the exact vehicle we wanted and kept us informed as to when it would be at the dealership. He is very professional, energetic and knowledgeable! We had financing secured but Zach suggested we see if the dealership could find a better rate, and they did, much to our surprise! We had "lessons" on the Explorer equipment and ordered a safe which will be installed when it arrives. A follow up call by Zach was appreciated, but Zach and Adam had done such a thorough job of teaching all we needed to know, we had no questions. We can't praise the staff enough!!! Had an interesting experience. Bought new van. A little dissapointed that we didn't get more for our trade but in comparison to other dealers they are comparative. Dealer stayed late to Finnish the deal. Our trip home the van had mechanical issue. Called salesman Gerard and he came out late in the night. Got us a temporary vehicle so they could fix the issue. Other than the breakdown. The experience was typical to all dealerships.

I was disappointed while trying to trade my 2014 Chevrolet Impala. The car is like new and would most likely sell in a hurry if put on the lot. I contacted the internet sales consultant and received a call from Jeremy Anderson to set up an appointment and he said he would have the car ready for me. Before they try selling the car . Nothing to do with the staff; I went two dealerships . This is my second Chevy bought new . Worst car buying experience ever . All because of the sticker . Not safety a sticker. This is where the legal department should've stepped in and created a waiver detailing the problem . (You have too many "that"s in your sentence, please correct) Paul Johnson and the rest of the staff we dealt with are very knowledgeable about their jobs and treat customers fairly. We did received an email about a $100 gift card if we bought a car the day we picked up our car. Paul did not tell us about this, but when we showed it to him the day of your Hot Dog event he said that he would bring it to the department that handled this and he was sure that we would still get it. So far we have not heard anything nor received the $100 gift card. Adam, who paired our phone, was absolutely great at helping by showing the features of the car and taking our personal license plates off our old car. We ordered window shields and they should be installed soon. We also discovered a small puncture type tear in the material just below the inside door handle on the driver's side which we told Jim McMahon about and he said that it will be fixed. Hopefully we can get that done when the window shields are installed. We used Progressive Insurance about rating the model of Caravan and the dealers to purchase from and they listed Jeff Belzer's as twice (Lakeville and New Prague) which was a big plus in our decision making.

Our last visit was only to look, but Mike found us a vehicle that completely suited our needs so we bought it that day. His concern for us as customers goes beyond selling us a car. He makes sure we are happy with our decision and goes way beyond what is needed to take care of us, from helping us sync our blue tooth phones to making sure we get the best deal for our trade-in. My experience was relatively limited, because I knew the car I wanted on the lot, but from first contact to final signature, I was extremely pleased by the professionalism and willingness of all parties involved to go the distance and ensure the sale went smoothly. I was traveling from the northern Mpls suburbs to New Prague, so I didn't get to the dealership until after closing the night of the test drive. Melissa was excellent, friendly, allowed us to test drive the car and worked with us until 2 hrs after close to nearly complete the deal - only thing that held us up was the bank closing before we finalized the negotiations.Every person we came in contact with was "up beat" and very willing to work until needed to get the sale thru. Love the car, and I am extremely happy with the service. Highly recommended- Melissa Rocks!

Our buying experience at Belzers was awesome. We knew we wanted a truck, but didn't know which one. Belzers is unique because they have all three domestic brands at one location. Our salesman, Dave Seipp, took the time to understand the features we wanted and show us Ford, Chevy, and Ram. He explained features on each, and walked us through their differences. From the price, to the financing, to the accessories, and the warranty, everything was extremely positive. No pressure to buy anything that wasn't needed. No hard selling (or up selling). Options were explained but if we said "no", everyone simply just moved on. We made the trip from Wisconsin to the New Prague Chevy dealership based on a listing on Cargurus. We dealt with Jenny Holheisel, who was quite helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and made our purchase stress free.However, after signing all of the papers and finalizing our purchase, we were led out to our 2016 Malibu, and at that point, we were informed that the previous owner only turned in one set of keys. Jenny offered to call around to see where the second key might be found or if unavailable, to talk to the dealership about providing a second set gratis to maintain customer relations.Bottom line, Jenny made an effort to locate the key which the previous owner had lost. The dealership determined that there was no need to provide a second set of keys, but they would be willing to sell us a key. We just spent 5 figures on a car and were expected to purchase a back up key and fob. I guess I am disappointed in Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet.We are very satisfied with our Malibu and with our sales rep, Jenny.

When buying my first vehicle by myself I was very nervous. I am not super knowledgeable about cars, but my sales person Scott help to put me at ease. I went to the New Prague location because they had a couple of used small SUVs that I was interested in taking a closer look at. I started at their Ford dealership which didn't have any of the used vehicles that I was looking for, after about 20 minutes of looking I went inside and there a saleman named Dave told that the used vehicles were located at the chevy location (just up the street a little) and asked if I would like for him to come over with me. I was very grateful and accepted. Once I got over to the Chevy portion, I met Scott who informed me that Dave was pulled into an interaction and he asked for Scott to come and help me. I am very glad for this, Scott made the experience an easy one. Be showed me the vehicles that I was looking at online, and had me test drive them. I came across my new vehicle by chance and Scott encouraged me to drive it. When I was shruggling between two different vechines he helped make a pro con list between the two, he didn't create a pressured environment and was more than happy to wait for my Dad to come and help me decide. There were only two negative moments, one where a sales manager was getting a little pushy (end of the month sales) and after agreeing on the price being informed that I only would have one key fob (which are super expensive). That is where Tim came in and helped to find a solution, which reinforced my positive experience with Jeff Belzer's in New Prague. And the cherry on top was Adam who helped to show me all the cool things my new vehicle can do! I would definitely recommend Jeff Belzer's, and even more the team that helped with my largest purchase to date. A big thank you to Scott Cassidy, Tim Tichich, and Adam!

I was interested in a 2013 Ford explorer with 54000 miles they advertised at 21,139.I had 3 conversations on the phone with them about the vehicle and living 150 miles from the dealership I set a test drive for tomorrow. I then receive a email 2 hours later telling me that the vehicle was put in there system "incorrectly".So now the correct price is 26,999!!!They had it listed for at least 3 days at the lower price, How about some integrity, nope...new price....deal with it!!!I have never had any dealership pull this stunt before, I am stunned, they have made no attempt to make this right by me.

Buying a car from this dealer couldn't have been any easier. It started off with a friendly email reply from Annastina and then a phone conversation with Dori. Both Ladies were extremely nice and very helpful. Dori should have been annoyed with me by all my questions I had but she never did. I thought the price they quoted me on a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Blacktop had to be too good to be true so I kept asking questions trying to catch them in a lie of some sort. They were upfront and honest. The price they quoted me was the price I paid minus Tax, Tittle, and License. There were no gimmicks, hidden fees, or sleazy used car salesman's tactics used at this dealer. Dave Seipp was our salesman and he reminded me more like a best friend's dad than a car salesman. He was pleasant, very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience effortless. He even helped us connect our phones up to the van before we left and made sure we knew how everything in the van worked before we signed any papers. My wife and I drove from Cedar Falls Iowa to buy this van and I will be heading back there the next time I need a car. These folks have earned my business for life. There's a reason they have that 5 star Chrysler banner hanging up in the lobby. They have earned it! Check these folks out. They truly have customer service and its hard to find that anymore these days.

Mike M. Is Bomb.com...Not only did he work out a great deal for me, but was very patient as well. When test driving the vehicle, we pulled over and he introduced me to every aspect of all the electronics. I have worked with five other dealers prior to Mike, he was the first one to take time, he was not pushy and very understanding. Happy the service dept could fit me in right away, and provide a ride back home approx 8 miles away. No courtesy cars available. Frustrated that a diagnostic fee of $125 was charged to inspect brake system and bearing hub on one rear tire that might of been a warranty repair (bearing) or a out of pocket repair (brakes) Then quoted $250 to clean rusted brake shoe and rotor or $450 to install brake pads and rotors which they recommended. Seemed a little pricy to pull a tire and look at a set of brake pads, but I guess you have to keep the lights on.

Nothing is better then buying a vehicle and having the experience be quick and easy, which is exactly what my experience was with Matt Pittelkow and Irina Stitt. Matt had more information for me in our first phone call then I had received from all the other dealers combined that I had talked to. Actually, at the exact moment that Matt first called me, I was living the lot of another dealership who had me quite frustrated with the whole "buying on credit" process. Within the first five minutes of talking with him, I knew that Matt had more experience and took his job seriously. Matt was fantastic all the way around, from his knowledge the credit world and lenders to the vehicles. It was amazing to be at frustrated moment of deciding I was not going to find a vehicle any time soon, to just a few hours later driving out of this dealerships lot, in a vehicle that I absolutely love, just crazy! And Irina, she has to be one organized young lady! The last time I bought a vehicle, singing the paperwork took nearly two hours! TWO HOURS! My old vehicle died and I was forced to have to purchase something new. As a single woman, this was something I really dreaded. I dealt with Keith Rynda and I would highly recommend him. Keith was a very laid-back, no pressure salesperson. He treated me as a friend. When I was completely undecided as to what I wanted to buy, Keith always had suggestions but never pushed. My budget was very low and Keith did his very best to respect that. I was nervous about having a salesperson riding along with me when I test-drove vehicles but Keith merely handed me the key and said "Go have fun!" He never lost his cool with me when I needed to go from lot to lot to narrow down what I really wanted and what would fill my needs for a new vehicle. He was very patient. When all was said and done, he even had my new vehicle filled with gas! If I could do a commercial, I would!Irina Stitt in the financing department was pleasurable to work with too. Although she had already had a busy, hectic day, she took the time to explain everything to me. I had never leased before and had many questions. She seemed unhurried and knew all the answers. She was very friendly.

I live in St. Paul, MN and I was more than willing to drive out of the cities about an hour to work with a dealership in a small town and give them my business. Mike Maxa was very helpful, in providing information about the vehicle I was looking at, friendly and easy to work with. I visited two other dealers and they did not provide as much up front information about the vehicle as Mike did and didn't seem to be as informed as Mike was about the vehicle. Mike's custom service fitted my expectations very well -as I waited a week to think about my purchase- he quickly answered any additional questions I had by phone call or text message. I was pleased that Mike was willing to communicate with me through text message because it was very convenient. The whole team at New Prague Chevrolet was very friendly and nice and you can really tell that they DO WORK AS A TEAM. I never felt pressured to make a decision on a vehicle. To add to their customer service, they even did a paint touch up on my car, I week after I purchased it, for free. I am really glad with how Mike handled by whole car buying experience!Additionally, their financing options came in with a pretty low APR, even though I did end up going with a credit union. The price of the car was also within its KBB range. And the dealership didn't try to tack on any hidden or additional fees, with the purchase of a vehicle, like I had another dealership try to do, so that was much appreciated!Thanks New Prague Chevrolet!

I'm eighteen so up until now all of my cars have been very used cars sold privately. This was my first experience with a dealership, and I was a bit scared. We got there and they had a car perfect to what I wanted not even out yet, still in back. They took the car out for me and let me test it. They were very attentive with functions too, since my last cat had a casset player and I had no clue how to run a newer model. They were also very helpful and patient with paper work. Since I had no credit, it was a bit difficult. Spent two hours trying to figure it all out! It worked out really well though. My dealer, Jim, talked it through with us and even took multiple phone calls from my father. Very relaxed and patient since we had to get it all done in one night. My other car broke. Thankfully everything went smooth and drove off that night with the car. Defiantly would recommend!

I never felt pressured to buy - just informed. Josh was very patient with all our questions and gong back and forth. I'm sure if we had not decide on this vehicle, he would have been able to find another., and would have waited for the right one to come in the lot. One criticism though, I was a little annoyed when I was shown a price (and financing) that made it possible, but when tax, title, etc was added, it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. If you're going to give a price to bring home, make it the one paid. So I am torn on the service rating below. We'll see how the car holds up and what happens after the sell.

I went in to look at the possibly of a new vehicle. Jim met me in the lot and offered a test drive. Jim answered any question I had, was not one bit pushy and was easy to talk to and work with. When it came time to have my vehicle appraised, I knew where my vehicle fell in for a ballpark price and the dealership nailed it. Could not ask for a better experience. I was looking for a new Jeep Patriot. I'm not sure why but I went to Park Jeep first. After the laughable "deal" they offered me, I called Chad at New Prague auto group. I told him what I was looking for and he didn't have it in stock. Within minutes he found the jeep I wanted at another dealership in the twin cities. The next day he was sending someone to pick it up. I had no idea that was even possible. Next time I buy a car I'm gonna skip my internet search and just call Chad to find it for me. I like working in a small town with people that are not pushing you into a sale. Chad is a great sales person who answers all of my million questions when it comes to buying versus leasing. I plan on buying an SUV from New Prague. I purchased my car from a huge dealership in the cities, and I would never do that again. Chad explains all the options on the vehicle so I know what I am buying. He makes sure all of my questions are answered so that I understand. I called to ensure this vehicle was still on the lot and Bill, the sales guy, ensured it was and was able to hold it until the following weekend when we could get down to check it out. We put a small deposit on it to hold until we could check interest rates against our private bank, finding that it was more reasonable to go through the dealership for the loan. Due to the holiday, it was impossible for us to return the hour and a half to the dealership as quickly as we wanted to for pick-up, so bill arranged to have the car delivered! It was a great experience and Bill checked in a week later to ensure we still liked the vehicle.

I had Tommy as my dealer back in October. I came in looking for a used truck for work but I wanted something that had less than 100,000 miles on it with as little to no rust at all, pretty much a truck that had been taken care of its life. He was able to find a mint condition 2004 F-150 that only had 48,000 miles with no rust or dings on it out in one of their sister stores. The price was right in my price range. I worked with Chad and Cassie, and only spent about 1.5 hours total at the dealership - it was that simple. I got a great deal leasing a 2014 Ford Focus, and they even helped me set up my phone with the Sync system before I left with my new car. It's a bit of a drive from the Twin Cities, but I recommend making the trek out there for some great and easy service.

Chad introduced us to Dave Seipp in sales who also worked with us in case Chad was not readily available etc.We would rate both as 10+ stars out of a possible 5!!!!! We ordered and bought a 2014 RAM 1500 4X4 Hemi truck and we LOVE it!!!!! Chad and Dave EARN all those positive ratings.Chad Smith and Dave Seipp both worked together very well and kept each other informed unbelievably well...like talking to one person the whole time but the convenience of having 2 available to make greater likelihood of being able to readily contact and facilitate faster service etc. They both grasped exactly our points immediatelyexceptionally clear communications. It was amazing to us how well Chad and Dave coordinated working as a team working with us to cover for whenever each other if one or the other was not availabletheir communication skills are impeccablethey kept each other continually updated. They pay close attention and LISTEN and HEAR what you want and then they do their utmost to help you get it at the best deal you can find!!!!!!!! We looked far and wide for several monthsno other dealership even came close to either the personable service, great personality, honesty, integrity (they honor what they say to the letter and put most in writing right offjust fantastic). We think they quickly get what you want partly due to excellent listening skills and also as they are not trying to sell you something you dont want etc. as some do We traveled over 180 miles to get to the dealership (located below Twin Cities but VERY easy to drive to as is rural with no big city driving to contend with). Chad and Dave first determined the availability of any new on the lot models that might be close to what we wanted and worked well with us on that. ). We wanted a very basic work truck for our farmregular cab, long box (a very rare bird we discoveredmost are extended or quad cabs now) and with manual locks and windows (and not white, as most new trucks close to those features on lots were usually white service type of trucks). We had purchased new vehicles before but this was the first time we actually ordered a new vehicle so we could get what we wanted (and not what we did not want). Chad and Dave did their utmost to help us and to reassure us through the process. We could go on and on all day about how great these 2 sales professionals were to usthe competition got just eclipsed on every level. It was hard to fathom all the shenanigans some other dealerships tried to pull on us (everything from telling us we had to order certain expensive extra options that we did not want to order to telling us we had to pay several hundred to thousands more for things that actually came standard on vehicles to not even offering us the full rebates available from the manufacturer or low balling our trade-in-- one even told us we could put $100 down to order a new truck and then told us it would need to be at least $5000 when we got to the dealership to further discuss it). Some others were nice, but what they had to offer had too many options etc. and thus way more expensive and hard to comparenone were as all-around excellent as Chad and Dave.With New Prague and Chad and Dave, we got the UTMOST in customer care and quick responsiveness (they are very busy and for a very good reasonthey are THAT good!), personableness, even some fun lightness thrown in at timesWe found we ACTUALLY enjoyed buying a big purchase when dealing with them. We noticed feeling more relaxed when speaking with them vs. other dealerships. To make us feel as comfortable as possible, they even let us add some items (like clarifying to be cash purchase price) into the written purchase order contract which was done all on-line due to the distance.When we got to the dealership to pick up our new ordered truck, we were again impressedlarge dealership with lots of vehicles on the lotvery neat and clean, organized, great finance dept. to finalize the paperwork and they even let us use their computer to sign up our insurance before we left and helped us get faxes with confirmation and proof of insurance!!!! Oh, and they had donuts and coffee and nice restrooms too. They gave us plenty of time and space to look over our new vehicle from top to bottom and test drive etc. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH Chad Smith and Dave Seipp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After some local test drives, I decided I wanted a new Jeep Cherokee. The local dealer did not have the configuration I wanted in stock, and I was really unimpressed with the salesman anyway. So, I e-mailed nearly every Jeep dealer in Minnesota within about 100 miles of my home with a description of what I wanted.The Internet salesperson for New Prague Auto Group put me in touch with Chad, who was a great help every step of the way. At first, Chad was concerned that they did not have the Sport trim level with cold weather package in stock like was initially requesting. I asked him to go ahead and tell me about the closest model they had. He quoted me on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with the cold weather package and no other optional extras. I was initially looking for a 2014, and since the rebates weren't as high on the 2015 models (understandably), I was initially thinking a 2015 might cost more than I wanted to spend. But, after a couple extra rebates I ended up qualifying for, the price got better.I ended up considering four "finalists" for dealerships from which to buy my car. New Prague was the only one with a 2015. But, they were also the only dealership willing to work on valuing my trade by photo and description (and my assurance that the trade-in car would get there without being towed). That allowed us to put together the whole deal over e-mail. Since the dealership is about an hour drive from my house, it wasn't going to be practical for me to drive there just to have a trade evaluation, and this service really sealed the deal for me, along with a negotiation process and result that I found fair.I would never have suspected that I would head to the town of New Prague to buy a new car, but I did, and I'm glad. I will certainly consider this dealership for any vehicles I need in the future, and I would happily recommend this dealer -- and Chad in particular -- to someone wanting to buy a new vehicle.

We drove from the north suburbs of St. Paul to see a pre-owned Chevy Astro we had seen online. The price was below Kelley Blue Book, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. We were disappointed in other dealerships where the pictures did not accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle, but this was exactly what we expected. Mike Maxa worked with us, and was very helpful without being pushy. He let us check out the vehicle on our own, but was around to answer questions. Overall it was a very good experience and worth the long drive.

I was driving a Grand Cherokee purchased new in 2001 and had sudden engine trouble. Too old and high mileage to replade the engine. Morgan helped me immensely in understanding the issue and Chad was very patient and helpful as I tried to decide on new or used for my next purchase. Chad and Morgan arranged for a loaner so I could get back to work the next morning and take a little more time to decide. We live on the St Paul side of the Twin Cities and had visited all the local dealerships to purchase a new 2500HD. Between the lack of inventory and product knowledge, we weren't very impressed. When we did find a truck that we wanted, we made an offer and were then told that price that was advertised on for days was incorrect due to a "clerical error".A friend recommended New Prague Chev. It was an hour drive from our home - and we were very glad we made the trip. Mike Chlan discussed our needs for the truck and suggested that Chevy's new 2014 1500 was sufficient. Owning a number of 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks in the past, we were skeptical of the suggestion. They allowed us to try one of their 1500's for a few days. We pulled the horses and some heavy equipment for a weekend project....and we were more than satisfied that the 2014 1500 Silverado was more than sufficient. Mike quickly located one that had all the options we needed and in the color we wanted. When the truck arrived, Mike took a good 45 minutes to go through each feature - especially as it related to towing - and made specific suggestions to get the most out of the truck. Brian Albaugh helped us with the money side of the deal and made it quick and easy. Overall - our experience was great. We were happy we took the extra time to go to New Prague and we're sure to do it again for our next purchase. Very satisfied!

We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from New Prague Ford Chrysler, but if we were closer we definitely would. We live in Indianapolis, IN and had been looking for a used Ford F150 Platinum. I spoke with Sarah Salaba and she was just outstanding. She went above and beyond in getting us a number we wanted, but it just came down to the 10 plus hour drive to get the vehicle was to much.She shot a video of the truck, gave us her number for texting, and really followed up when she said she would. I truly felt bad in letting her know we just could not do the drive. Gerard Rosemeier was a very good man to work with. He gave us good information, and is very honest and ethical. The buying choice was left to us, there was no push. His word is good and we had a fun time during the transaction. Also, Gerard had everything arranged as necessary so there was no time wasted waiting for anything. He helped move our truck topper from the old one to the new one, and did well at explaining the functionality of the setup of the new vehicle, without which, I would never have realized this functionality existed.This was the second time in three years we bought a vehicle from this firm, and that is something I had never done before was bring any repeat business back to an auto dealership. From the moment I emailed New Prague Ford, close to the end of the day, to see if the extremely rare vehicle I was looking for was there, I received a reply email from Sarah within 1/2 hour letting me know it was, the details of it and a link to more information on the vehicle. She snapped a picture of the vehicle and text it to me before she left for the evening and was still answering any questions I had after her work day had ended. She set up a time for us to go for a test drive, we ended up there hours earlier than she planned, she made sure Annastina was going to be in as she was the salesperson Sarah set me up with. Annastina is the BEST salesperson ever!! Honest, up front and very fun to work with! Being a woman and dealing with male car salespeople can be intimidating, not one thing about my purchase was as such. Very relaxed and wonderful woman to work with. I HIGHLY recommend her!! :) From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremely happy and pleasant. Everyone is very personable and just an all around joy to work with. Even the people we didn't directly work with were very friendly and wonderful!! While running financing to see if they could get me a better deal, Irina too is awesome, no intense pressure for extended plans or add-ons, we were given comp coupons for lunch so we were not stuck waiting at the dealership. The car was washed and vacuumed and the tank filled before we left the lot. All in all, my purchase took about 3 hours, my previous car (dealership will remain nameless) took 11 hours to purchase. I HIGHLY recommend New Prague Ford!! :) They are well worth any drive, ours was 2 hours just to arrive there.

Knowledgeable, relaxed and professional I found the Chevrolet Volt that I had been looking for at New Prague Chevrolet, a dealership that was located in a town that I had never heard of before, New Prague Minnesota. It is over an hour away from our home. When I called, I talked to Mark Bisek, he is one of the most knowledgeable auto sales professional that I've ever worked with. He was calm and relaxed absolutely no pressure at all. This would be my wifes car and I really wanted this to be special for her, so I asked for several extras. Marks answer to each of my requests was, "Yes, I think we can do that." Having purchased a great number of cars over the years I was skeptical. The deal was simply extraordinary, most of it done over the phone and e-mail. When we first walked into the showroom we could tell this dealership was different, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the people were genuinely nice, kind and friendly. The car was clean and prepped beautify. As we walked around the car for the first time I found a couple scratches. I pointed them out to Mark and he said, "I will see if something can be done about that." and a little while later without anyone saying a word the car was gone. We reviewed all of the particulars of the deal and after a time I looked outside and the car was waiting for us to go on the test drive. When I went to look for the scratches they were gone. On the test drive Mark explained all of the features and help set up the OnStar feature, my wife really liked that. Everything that I had asked for was done, delivered with an understated generosity that is truly uncommon. Brian Albaugh then reviewed all of the financial details. Everything was precisely as we had worked out earlier. In fact, the deal worked out a little better for us than I had expected. Everything about this deal was On time and under budget. New Prague Chevrolet has re-written the book on dealership best practices and customer satisfaction. Thanks Mark and Brian!

I had purchased my VW Jetta from New Prague Auto Group this past summer, and when they said they would always take care of me they really did mean it. My headlights, both of them, went out in my car and unfortunately Volkswagen doesn't really give you the help you need as to why an issue like this may have occurred. So, I called NPAG and Tod Schaecher, Service Manager assisted me in trouble shooting this problem. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't out to scam me over, and ladies, I don't know about you, but I know that it can be intimidating to have your car serviced. Most of us end up feeling like we get dumbed down or taken advantage of, and I say with all sincerity that is not the case with NPAG. Tod listened to my issue and was genuinely interested in helping me come to a resolution. I brought my car in and from beginning to end Tod and Brett made me feel at ease. My headlights are working perfectly, and this is where I will surely bring my car to be serviced from now on out. Joleen was very busy which she had mentioned when i called but I was unable to wait till later that day which she asked, Dave was also great but wasn't as busy and I would have really appreciated if he could have helped (whether it would have been with me or one of Joleens other clients) so my time there could have been reduced as 4 hours was to long. Otherwise A+ dealership and service worth the 2 hr drive.

I decided to lease a vehicle which I had never done before so I had a lot of questions about the process, etc. Keith and John took the time to answer my questions and then allowed me time to think about my decision. My experience years ago was that once you expressed an interest in purchasing a vehicle, a salesman would be constantly calling you and pressuring you into making your decision. This was not the case here. I was the one who always made the initial contact with Keith when I was ready to take the next step. They were very easy to work with and I am very happy with my choice.

I initially went in just to look at a car that I had seen on the website. No intention to buy. After test driving that car and another made the decision to go ahead and try to get financing. The whole process was easy with no pressure or back and forth trying to get a fair price. They gave me a fair price right from the get go. I drove about two hours to get there and was in a hurry to get home and get the kids off the bus. They had me in and out in less time than it took to drive down there. I LOVE my Ford Escape! Both, Chad Smith and Sarah Salaba were FANTASTIC to work with. I found the vehicle online and requested more information regarding the vehicle via email. I had a response within minutes. I live in North Eastern Wisconsin and New Prague, MN is over a 2 1/2 hour drive away. Chad completed the sale with me over the phone and via email. It was the smoothest car buying experience ever! The dealership was even willing to meet me half way between New Prague, MN and Rice Lake, WI to sign all the paperwork and pick up my new car. I went to New Prague Ford.I purchased a 2013 Ford xlt f150 on 9/20 2013. There was a flaw in the paint which I was unaware of when I purchased the vehicle.They could not fix the flaw to my satisfaction because I didn't want to have a new vehicle which had to be repainted.I was up there on Monday 9/23/2013 saying I didn't want the truck anymore because of the paint problem.I was told to bad there was nothing they could do except take $300 off running boards which I finally took because otherwise it was too bad.I have talked to other car dealers and was told if they wanted a happy customer they would have taken the truck back. Maybe they don't need a happy customer after they sell them a vehicle but that is just my opinion.

This was my first car purchase, and I was very hesitant in doing so for a number of reasons. I was greeted by Dave who initially was going to work with me, however, given my circumstances and just the fact that I prefer working with women he was very gracious in handing me off to Irina. Irina, was very patient, thorough, and helpful of my situation and provided me with the feedback I needed to move forward in the process. I was then turned over to Annastina, who was amazing! Her customer service skills and care to go above and beyond to help me was something that you do not see today. Knowing that this was my first time and that my situation was going to be more complicated she was reassuring, genuinely sincere, and honest in whatever I was asking or needed. Even though, I ended up having to go through Tim because she didn't work in special financing she stayed there to ensure that I was well taken care of. She even test drove the car with me, knowing it wasn't her sale in the end. I can't say enough about her awesomeness, except she definitely helped influence my final decision and made my overall experience a positive one! Give her a raise, or make sure to do something because those are employees you want to keep ;-)! Tim, who I ended up buying my lovely vehicle from was extremely understanding of my situation and kind. He seemed determined to make things happen and I was very impressed that he came through on his word. I think he listened to my needs and made sure to meet them. I am very grateful for his diligence in the process because I wouldn't be driving my new vehicle if it wasn't for him. Overall, from beginning to end my experience was a wonderful one. I've learned a lot in the process, but I have no hesitation that I will use you in the future and recommend you as well! My parents, Jim and Joann Petersen love you guys and spoke very highly of your customer service, and I'm glad to see it was true and than some!

After some terrible experiences years ago at some dealerships I have for many years purchased used vehicles from private parties only. So 6 weeks ago I decided to put a few emails out to dealerships to see if I would feel comfortable enough at a dealership to buy my first new vehicle since 1984.Within hours of sending these emails out I received a response from Sarah Salaba at New Prague Ford. She was as polite as a person could be and was more than happy to help with any questions I had, I did not feel any pressure from her at all to hurry up and get in there to buy something. A few days I called her back to let her know I would be stopping in to talk with someone about looking at a new pickup truck. She was very happy to hear that and wanted to make sure I let her know when I got there so she could meet me.When I got to the New Prague Ford I was greeted by Cassie Johnson and eventually met Sarah also, both were very polite, professional and really made me feel comfortable while I was there.Cassie spent a while with me listening to me explain what I thought I wanted in a truck, she than went thru what the trucks offered. We went thru the different body styles, engine options and how each performed and we went thru the many other options a person could add to a truck, many of these I was not interested in and that seemed just fine with Cassie. There was absolutely no pressure from her to buy anything I did not want.After I was comfortable with everything, we test drove a couple trucks. Cassie was very helpful in explaining everything these trucks now have to offer. After the test drive I asked her to give me the best price out the door they could offer and after a few minutes I had that. Three weeks later I called and had Cassie find me my new truck. Even though some things changed with the price in the tree weeks it took me to decide New Prague honored the price they originally gave me.I am now in my 3rd week with this new truck and could not be happier, I am averaging 18.9 to 19 mpg with the F150 Super Crew XLT V8.I will refer family and friends to this dealership. I had a great experience working with Cassie at New Prague Auto Group. I was looking at purchasing a new truck and spent a couple of hours with her going over options along with test driving a few trucks. She found the truck I was looking for and during and after the purchase I had a number of questions that she responded to in a timely manner. I went there because I wanted to buy from more of a small town dealer that would provide me good service and that is what I received. I would recommend buying from Cassie abd New Prague Auto. I also worked with Irina who did an excellent job processing the financing for the transaction.

Joleen came out and greated my in a very nice manner, and allowed me to look over the vehicle. I really liked it, so next step was to have my whife come with and take a look. I've had Jeremy in Parts and Service, servicing my truck and have been very happy with service that I have received. Ive been looking for some time at trucks to replace mine, I have put on over 180,000 miles on my truck since I had purchased it new, thought it was time to the trade the truck in for a new one. So with Mike my salesman, I explained my concerns as to staying within a manageable budget before I got attached to any truck, we worked on different scenarios, (what ifs), if I traded in my truck and the purchase price was x dollar amount and so on. With the information at hand I was able to decide on a Truck. The only thing was the features I wanted Mike did not have on the lot, the great thing was Mike was able to track one down from another dealership out state that met my requirements, . The truck came in and it had everything, and the looks to go with it. Negotiating was straight forward and settled on a price almost from the get go. I then work with New Prague finance person, Brian, he showed the various choices for financing, answered all the questions and was able to fine tune the numbers that helped me stay within a payment plan I could comfortably afford. They were really patient, they listen, answered all my questions and more, without any high pressure. Mike and Brian were honest and straight forward. I felt I was treated more than fairly, all through the process.This is what I came to expect having my old truck worked on by their service department, working with Jeremy in Service and Parts, Mike in Sales and Brian in Finance . Extremely pleased with process, will encourage my family members and friends to work with New Prague Chevrolet, for whatever needs they have. You wont go wrong.

We purchased a 2014 Impala from New Prague Chevy a few weeks ago. We were fortunate and had Mike Chlan working with us during this purchase. He is knowledgable to an extreme about not only the 2014 Impala that we purchased but also with regard to every other vehicle we chose to peruse. Mike had as much energy and excitement about the purchase as we did which was very nice to see as well. He was completely engaged during our time with him and had great forethought for each of the steps in this process which makes it all go so smoothly. We felt very well listened to and we were tutored on all of the lovely features that the 2014 Impala we chose possessed. One of the best things about Mike is that he does not apply any pressures at all. There are no manipulations or underhanded sales tactics to get a person to purchase a vehicle from New Prague Auto Group. We were shown exactly how ALL of the numbers related to our purchase worked well in advance of us making any decision. We were also given many options in relation to making sure that the vehicle we purchased was to our specifications. Overall we have found that the experiences we have had at New Prague Chevy and with Mike Chlan as our salesperson, have been well beyond our expectations of such a process and we will continue to make New Prague Auto Group our first choice whenever we go to purchase a vehicle or have services performed. We also highly recommend New Prague Auto Group to any and all people that we encounter who are thinking about purchasing a different vehicle. Brian Albaugh was a great help in the paperwork process that follows the big decision of which vehicle to purchase. Although our time with him was limited due to the fact that he was completely prepared for us and made the process run particularly smoothly, we found him to be pleasant and knowledgable beyond our expectations as well. He was very accommodating and had the ability to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We felt very comfortable with his guidance in the financing and warranty areas of the purchase. We think he is well trained for his position and also very personable. He is another reason that we recommend New Prague Auto Group whenever possible. Over all as a company, New Prague Auto Group is a great place to spend some time looking at cars if you are in the market. There may be a short drive to get to one of their dealerships but it is well worth the little bit of extra time. We have not been disappointed by them yet and you won't be either!

Buying a new (used) car couldn't have been easier! Before going to New Prague Ford, we were planning on visiting 2 other Ford dealerships as well. New Prague Ford was our first stop and we're glad it was. Chad's no-pressure approach was ideal for our family. He was very easy going and easy to talk to. Irina was able to get us a better financing deal than what my bank would offer as an employee. Best of all, we were able to drive the car home that evening so I could safely drive my 2 young children to the cabin later that evening. Very grateful we found New Prague Ford!

the first thing i saw when i went into new prague ford was cassie smile! she touched my heart right away. i told her that my old ford focus was totaled in a car accident and that i felt i could not afford a new car! i remembered that my wife told me to test drive a fusion so we did and i fell in love with it. thats not the good part though. when i asked cassie how she liked her job she explained how she was a single mom and that the owner of new prague ford had gone out of his way to let her work a schedule that would work for her and how understanding and supportive he was of her, she could not stop talking about how she loved her job and working there. at that very moment i knew i had found the dealership for me. everone i talked to said the same thing when i asked them about their job at new prague ford! god bless this dealership from the bottom of my heart for employers like that, well you do not find them very often, i know because i have looked. my heart goes out to cassie for i know how hard it is for a single mom, you see, 25years ago i married a single mom and it was the most rewarding experance of my life. cassie, we all love you and hope the best for you, you are blessed, may you have many more years at new prague ford!

In visiting the dealership, it was actually the first time I had ever worked with a dealer to purchase a vehicle and go through the entire process of buying a car.While I was a little nervous about the process at first, Dave quickly put me at ease and was extremely helpful in walking me through all of it. While Dave showed a lot of professionalism, he was also very approachable and interactive as we discussed different options.Though it was small, I think I was most impressed with how on-the-ball Dave was. While my dad and I were walking up to look at the car, Dave spotted us and knew us by name immediately.Again, though it was a small thing, Dave also talked with us in general about a lot of the different cars at the dealership. He told a lot of interesting stories about some of the cars there, and also showed us his automatic transmission motorcycle.From this, I could tell that Dave really knew what he was talking about, and also that he was very committed and good at his job. My new vehicle was cleaned up very nicely, and Dave also bought the car's first tank of gas (which was a pleasant surprise again as I've never bought a new car before).I would highly recommend Dave as a dealer for anyone looking for a new car. They had my car for three weeks for a simple repair. They told me their technicians did not know how to bleed the brakes. They scratched my car all up. Would not give me a loaner car until I contacted the owner even though they had my car for 1 week going onto week 2 & 3. Not very knowledgable never once apologized just made excuses. All my visits I was never greeted by anyone. This dealership is full of lies and greed.

We had a sudden need for a vehicle to replace our 14 yr old Chevy that broke down and was unrepairable. We were a little leary about shopping around at dealer lots because we have had past experiences with pushy sales people. Kyle Hallblade came out to help us and he was not over bearing or pushy at all. He answered the questions we asked and made our vehicle buying experience a positive one. Cassie was great in listening to my needs and then making recommendations of the different cars that met those needs. After some consideration, I decided to test drive a new Ford Fusion. We recently moved to New Prague. After being in a car accident and totaling our Equinox, we wanted to deal with some one locally if possible. We were very pleased with the excellent and friendly service that Brian gave us. We wanted the same vehicle as before and he was able to locate exactly what we wanted - a red Chev. Equinox 2013. When we came to pick up the car, he had expedited the process so that we were finished quickly and efficiently. Brian was friendly (as was everybody we met) and helpful buy never pushy. Living in New Prague, I wanted to check the dealership to see if they had any good deals on used vehicles. I found 2 in the make/model I was looking at that were also in my price range and what I wanted in the car. Knowing Keith previously, I contacted him about the car(s) I was interested in looking at. Within a day, I was informed about the vehicle and test drove it. Keith was helpful and informative and very flexible to work with. The car was what I was looking for and a great deal, so it was a no brainer. I bought the car the next day.

stopped in last Monday looking for a trade value for my 12 Ford F-150 as it was nearing the warranty cut-off. Met Kyle who was very nice and he expedited the process by having his sales manager take the truck for a test drive. They came back with a dollar value in 15 minutes that I was happy with and the next day I drove away in a new 2013 F-150. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this dealership was in my opinion as good as I have seen as far as making the process fast and enjoyable. No hassling, no haggling, just a dealership committed to buyer satisfaction. Also wanted to comment that this group has a unique humbleness about them. From Kyle to John (Sales mgr) to Irina that is very unique to an auto dealership. I intent to re-visit this group when my new vehicle is nearing that same mileage mark again.

We dad a wonderful experience with trading a 2011 Ford Explorer and buying a new 2013 Ford Edge. We were very impressed with how friendly the entire dealership staff was. They appreciated our visit and made sure we knew it! Jolene is new, but very informative and personable. She answered all our questions and worked up the numbers. We left the dealership to comparison shop at Wolf Motors in Jordan-where we have purchased the past several vehicle. When we walked into Wolf Motors, we interupted a "Pizza Party" and they seemed annoyed that we were even there! Finally we did get someone to help us and work up numbers. When we called Joleen back, she did her homework in working up the numbers and looking online to see exactly what Wolf Motors was offering us. We have leased many cars over the last years and this is truly the first lease that we did not feel pressured or uncomfortable with the final outcome. Brian was outstanding! We had a vehicle in mind prior to going to the dealership but unfortunately upon arrival were informed the vehicle we desired to purchase was sold earlier in the day. However, we were in dire need of a newer vehicle so Brian showed us some similar vehicles. Throughout the visit he was very informative and honest in regards to the entire sale. We ended up purchasing a 2007 Dodge Nitro with a mere 49,000 miles and was everything we were looking for. Brian has a knack for listening to his clients and meeting their needs and wants. When we arrived at the dealership I drove through the whole lot first, nice selection. Dustin came out and offered his help when we stopped to look at the trucks. He was very friendly and not pushy, which I apprieciate. We visited about a truck and he invited us in so he could get more information about it. It was an hour and a half drive up there for me, so I knew what I was looking for and what I thought would be a good deal for it. When I got up there I didnt expect the level of customer service I got and am impressed as well as pleased. They were helpful and saw to it that my needs concerning the vehicle and my trade-in were met. My only issue was with the quality of service done when they switched my after-market wheel and tire combo to my newly purchased truck. It was only one thing, but with the wheels there are center caps front and rear. They differ in that the front ones are open through both ends, the rear caps aren't. The front caps were on the driver side front and rear axles, while the rear caps were the same way on the right. Now I can accept that they were busy, and perhaps rushed it without paying close attention to how the caps were on the first truck. It was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend, and several people were coming in regularly to the dealership. So it ended up being something I had to correct at home. However minor it was an error, it is one I feel the mechanic or mechanics doing the switch should have seen. With that said, I believe I had a good experience during the entire process and will recommend them to friends and family, as well as look to them for possible future vehicle purchases.

Gerard was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Throughout the whole process it was as if I was working to get the unit I needed at the best price with a good friend. He listened, provided good feedback and was not pushy. In the end, he made sure that we went over all the details of the unit and even set up my phone sync. While I worked with Irina on the paperwork Gerard made sure the unit was clean and full of gas, all 36 gallons worth--unheard of until this time!!! Irina was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and prepared. All paperwork was ready when I went to her office ahead of time which showed me she valued my time also. I will return as no need to go anywhere else as they have all brands to select from including Dodge, Jeep, Chevy and Ford. Cassie did an excellent job - fully explained everything and answered all follow up questions. I would have given 5 stars across if rating her alone. I did not receive a sales invoice to process my loan in a timely manner. Everyone adapted once the process got moving and worked it out so delivery could be on time and as expected which suggests to me that your customer service is stellar, however with several days notice, that shouldn't have to come down to the last hour to get worked out. Other wise a super experience and I would recommend both the dalership and Cassie herself to anyone. I came on a casual Saturday - you should poll customers to see what they prefer. I like a casual contact, not the more formal approach that was on board when I took delivery. Sweet ride - very happy to have done business with you!!

Best sales staff, Mike Chlan was very patient, and knowledgeable. Mike's twenty plus years of people/ care sales really are very apparant. Pricing was best from the start. I like to be able to negociate, i get that one price shopping works for some people. Irina in the finance dept. was great at explaning any wanted extended warr., paint protection, ect..., There was no preasure to consider other services, just explained the costs to benefits. She made the paperwork as easy to understand as your utility bill. Dustin was a huge help in setting up the sync system and made it politely obvious that if we forgot how to use somthing we could call/ see him anytime.

I came in and was upside down on a toyota loan. Kyle Hallblade and John Haase helped me get a loan for a new ford focus. I was able to put the remainder of my toyota loan onto a ford loan. They worked very hard to get me the best deals and lowest payments. I was in and out of there very fast. I drove in with my old car and left with a 2013 Ford Focus. I have always dreaded the idea of purchasing a new car. As a first time buyer, I was nervous a salesman was going to pressure me into buying a car with tons of features I did not need and a car I could not afford.When I walked into New Prague Auto Group, I never had the feeling I was going to get taken advantage of as a first time buyer. Sarah was super friendly when she greeted me at the door. She eventually directed me to Kyle. Kyle was very friendly and asked me a bunch of questions about features I was looking for in my future car. Unfortunately their inventory did not have the car that would best fit me. Instead of pressuring me into one of their cars on the lot he was able to find a car in Hudson, WI that had the features I wanted at a price I could afford. There were no pressure situations that made me feel uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. I came into the New Prague Auto Group with a monthly payment in mind and Kyle made it easy between reaching a trade-value that I was satisfied with, and finding a vehicle that would be in the price range I was looking for. I went looking for 4 door pickups and was lured to New Praque auto group when I recieved a mailer directly from Chrysler motors offering a significant rebate and an offer to buy my 05 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab. I checked at other dealers for deals and trade in offers. I was suprised at the final price at NPAG. The discount was good, the rebate was great, and the trade in value was the best I had been offered. They through in the running boards as a final deal sealer. The salesman Dave Seipp was very freindly and easy to deal with. At delivery time he was there to explain all the features of the truck and wish us a safe trip home. My 11 year old son liked him!

Great Dealership, Talked to 4 dealers and got quotes on 2 New F-350's, Chad and New Prague Ford were the best to work with. Best price and best buying experience by far. Communication is great, ordered trucks last month will be in this week. I get emails every few days telling me where the trucks are and when they'll be in, the updates are fantastic, I never got this before from a dealer. Chad shot me a good price from the start, a little negotiating on the trade ins and the deal was done. Finance Dept is top notch, was given more financing options than I could have imagined. He was patient with us when dealing with our time spent making decisions and processing paperwork on financing options. Always was quick to return phone calls with questions about vehicle and about maintenance procedures, and auto body add-ons. The truck was thoroughly cleaned on pick up and we were impressed by Mike's ease at giving instructions on how to connect blue tooth in truck, how to set up electronic settings, etc. There was no pressure on us by Mike to make a sale, but only wanted us to put money down when we were comfortable with what we were ready to make the purchase. Overall, we were very pleased with the service given and will be customers to this dealership for a long time.

Just bought a pre-owned F-150 from Chad, and I will say that it was a very pleasant and "pain-free" shopping experience. I am very pleased about how things were handled from the intial contact to the finalizing of the paperwork the minute before I walked out of the front door with keys in hand.
