Since 2008, I've bought 3 cars so far from Jeff Haas Mazda... one of the main reasons I returned to Jeff Haas was the service department. My first service advisor was and still is Carlos Guzman. I have also had great service from Todd Troublefield, Cynthia Ramirez and Allen Hempel. They are all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything from the coffee stand to the courtesy shuttle service is superior to other car dealerships I've experienced, and the pricing is very reasonable.

I took my car in for the first oil change and car wash. Todd greeted me at the door by name which was a surprise since we had never met, however, he was very familiar with his customer list for the day. The above and beyond came when there was a situation with the car wash and the condition the car was left in. Todd and Keith both made sure that the situation was corrected immediately, After it was all said and done, the car was actually cleaner than the day I bought it brand new!!! Thanks guys for the GREAT customer service!!!

I am writing to answer the question I wrote in the title. As far as I'm concerned, you spell excellence, T.O.D.D. T.R.O.U.B.L.E.F.I.E.L.D.Todd is always available to help when you need it. Recently, I purchased my second new car from Jeff Haas , and, the day after I bought it, I discovered what seemed like an unusual collection of fluid to the side and rear of the vehicle. At first, I thought it was simply from the rain or from using the air conditioning. However, when it didn't evaporate, I wiped up a clear, viscous liquid with a consistency similar to oil.I called Todd, who advised me to bring it in early on the next business day. He took the car back for inspection. They didn't find anything, but after further discussion with the mechanic, we decided it could have been brake fluid. When I went to Jeff Haas, it had not happened again since I first spotted it, so we decided to keep an eye on the car and to watch for the first sign of recurrence (if it did, in fact, come from the new vehicle). Cars, whether new or not, are huge investments, and we rely on them every day of our lives. Todd understands that, and he takes customers' concerns seriously. He could have just dismissed what I said since you don't expect problems from a new car, but instead he listened to my description of symptoms and did his best to help diagnose the ailment.I am grateful for the Jeff Haas service department, and I am relieved that Todd is there to address any issues that develop. When you think about it, long after the contracts are signed and you drive the car off the lot, it's really the service department you end up dealing with for years to come. It's good to know that someone like Todd Troublefield is there to work with you and to watch out for your car's health and well-being.

Had a great experience and left with the price asked and made process easy. Sutoyo is a man of few words and is all business. Hes a man of few words as most car salesmen should be. He was about numbers and justifications which I liked. It was nice to work with a person of this level. He's tough but very friendly and kind. Car salesmen should learn from him including his managers who were more the "charming" car sales people that you don't want to talk to.Luckily we spent 99% of time with Sutoyo. And after he sold us the car he made sure my dad got a hat and until I walked out made sure we were comfortable and had all questions answered

I brought my Mazda in this past weekend, however, and had an outstanding experience with Cynthia Ramirez. She was professional, friendly, and most importantly--she communicated with me throughout the service process, which ended up being longer and more complex than originally anticipated. Allan Hempel did a great job for my car. My one and only recommendation would be to make your services page more intuitive. For instance, I booked the appointment to be at 7:00 AM and I included the type of service to be done; state inspection. There was no mention of the actual time of the state inspection which could only be performed after 8:00 AM as that's when the techs arrive. More clarity on the types of services corresponding to the times they can be performed would help greatly.

I had a great experience buying my third car at Jeff Haas Mazda, this third experience being the best of all. I enjoyed seeing Sutoyo a second time and promised to bring him a bottle of wine next time I come! I communicated with him by email the day prior to purchasing the car and when I got to the dealer at noon on the following day Sutoyo was waiting for me (and even recognized me from the previous time) and my car was clean and ready to go. I was out of the place one and a half hour later. There was no pressure to purchase useless options and everyone was very professional, courteous and enthusiastic. I almost wished I could buy a new car every day! Continue the good work!

If you have intentions of negotiating the price of the car, don't do it here. The salesman was very nice and helpful, but this dealership has a sense of arrogance. They could care less if they sell the car to you because they know (think) that they will sell it to the next person anyways. The price listed is a take it or leave it price. If you do negotiate the price of the vehicle, the manager will show you a list of similar vehicles in the area and explain to you that the price of the car is in line with the market. Completely takes leverage away from the buyer and gives it all to the dealership. And if you question it, they just shrug their shoulders and say, "oh well, we will sell this car anyways". This dealership is in the business of just selling cars, not creating long lasting relationships with the buyers.

I thought I had some suspension damage on my MX-5. I called Todd Troublefield and he got me in immediately. I had it towed in and he took care of the rest. I was getting ready to catch a plane so I was a bit rushed. He called me while I was waiting to board, indicating they checked it out immediatly upon arrival. He said nothing's wrong! I questioned that because I was sure I had damaged something. He said they put it on the rack, drove it and nothing! Oil change, tire rotation and alignment and I was good to go. I trust Todd T and the dealership and know they've worked hard to earn that trust! Todd T has always answered my questions, been accommodating and threw me some coupons. I can't speak highly enough about him and this dealership!! Being a woman, I'm always a tad careful of repair personnel and service/repair suggestions. I trusted Todd T after my first visit. If you have the opportunity to visit this dealership, I highly recommend Todd T for your service needs.

I knew I wanted to buy a pre-owned SUV, but had never bought a car before (and by myself!). Not only was I most impressed by the selection of CX-5 available, but the friendly service I received throughout the whole process also made me feel more relaxed. When I first arrived, Mohamad Rahhal was there to shake hands, make me feel welcome, and help me find my next car. He was very patient and understanding in answering all my questions, allowing me time to think, and giving me space when I needed to make a phone call for extra support/advice from family and friends. Allan is always very pleasant. He knows his customers, I have been battling cancer and he noticed my hair loss, which is obvious, but was kind to ask how I was doing. He was genuine! I was in for the first time on Friday, the week before Thanksgiving. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Todd took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I'll be baackkk. I have to share, I was at a Ford dealership later that day for a tire repair on my husbands car. After waiting for an hour I found my service advisor. He wasn't told I was there, he also told me they can't get to me for 2 hours!! After much conversation, I mentioned I was at JH Mazda and they got me in and out in 30 minutes. He got me right in. I am writing to give a huge "thumbs up" to service advisor Jessica McCaffrey, who was in charge of my 30,000 warranty service at Jeff Haas Mazda. I initially took my car in on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, without an appointment. Jessica explained that she would do her best to fit me in that day when she could, but because it was so busy at the dealership, she suggested that instead of waiting I might be better off bringing my car back on Friday, a recommendation I decided to follow.When I returned to Jeff Haas today, Jessica remembered me and greeted me as soon as I entered the service department. She immediately took my car back to the service area. After approximately 45 minutes, she mentioned a few additional items recommended by the service technician, and I agreed to have two filters replaced. During our brief discussion, I asked Jessica about the possibility of using a dealership coupon I had downloaded; she not only agreed, but suggested that I use a different coupon that offered even more savings. I was incredibly impressed with her willingness to help me consider the different discount options offered by the dealer. When my car was finished, it was immaculate--and looked like new: Jessica had asked the service area to run my car through the car wash, another service that sets Jeff Haas apart and shows that they care about their customers. I am extremely appreciative of Jessica's efforts on my behalf. She is polite, professional, and attentive. In the past, I have worked with Todd Troublefield, who is also a superb service advisor, but he was off when I stopped by Jeff Haas on Wednesday. I feel fortunate that Jessica was able to step in and do such a terrific job. I'm sure Jeff Haas must value its amazing staff!One other brief note. I purchased my car at Jeff Haas and have consistently had my car serviced there. Recently, I moved, and I considered driving to another dealership closer to home. When I called the other dealership, however, I found out that I couldn't get an appointment for about a week. They were not flexible about scheduling my service; and, unlike Jeff Haas, the person at the other dealership wasn't friendly or helpful. I realized at that moment that I had no desire to go anywhere but Jeff Haas. There is a good reason why Jeff Haas deserves my loyalty and trust. They are an excellent dealership and provide top-notch service!

Lucked into Coung Nyugen after literally ripping up some papers and walking out of a Mazda dealer south of town. In the market for a 2015 model CX5 with relatively low miles which I find out that many local dealers have at about $18k. This is the vehicle that we wanted to buy at first dealer. So after stomping out in the first attempted purchase I get onto Jeff Haas' website and end up with Coung who not only found me exactly what the first dealer had but also an identical 2016 with 20k less miles at a reasonable premium. Then just on the basis of a couple of emails Coung managed to have both the 15 and the 16 all cleaned and ready for our inspection in a matter of a couple of hours. Thought this was usually for anybody to go to this trouble - Coung really had no way of knowing that we were serious buyers. My wife is now the happy driver of the 2016 CX5. Coung Nguyen and Jeff Haas Mazda what a car dealer should be but rarely is! Highly recommended.

Taylor Domingue was my sales rep. No hassle at all. I emailed Taylor I wanted to look at the 2008 Mazda Cx9 he had in stock that I saw on Carfax after reading Car and Driver best used cars to own. We set up a time and he greeted me ( Didn't hand me off to someone else). We went out to look at it and he just sat in the passengers seat and answered any questions I had. We just drove around the parking lot and I liked it. We went in his office and he has a sign on his wall that made me " Not" think twice and sign the papers right there! It says: The car you looked at today and will think about tomorrow, is the same car some one looked at yesterday and will buy today! Well it was such a good looking USED 2008 and the price was right, no haggle, just what I could afford! Because I bought on the spot Taylor wanted to have it detailed so I left it for a few days and was more impressed when I saw her all "Glammed" up lol . Best buying experience I have ever had. We were all set to buy a new 2016 CX-5 from Jeff Haas and made a down payment until they tried to stick one to us with 180 miles on the odometer! To my surprise, our salesman made no effort to look for a brand new CX-5. It was like, take this high mileage "new" car or no deal! Gladly, we chose the latter and went to our second choice of dealership - Russell & Smith. Guess what? We got a better deal on a new CX-5 with only 3 miles on the odometer and more features at a lower price with Russell & Smith which turned out to be the best choice!

That's an indication to me of excessive influence of legal monkeys. I called them up because I wanted to get an appraisal on a Mazda vehicle that I was planning on selling off. I was told by some guy that it being the last date of the month they had no time for appraisals and that I would be better off coming in the next day or at a later date. When I told the guy on the phone that I was hoping to get it done on the same day, I was told they didnt have time. Finally I told him if that was the case I would call up another mazda dealer. To this the person on the phone just said "okay" and disconnected the line. No apologies, no saying sorry, not even a trace or a hint showing his inability to help me out. It was as if he wasnt even interested in talking to me or getting my business. That was the worst kind of salesmanship I have seen. Such people should never be asked to deal with customers.

I have a complaint against your salesman, Ray Maxa. I had come there yesterday (7/6/2015) for a test drive of the Mazda 3. I enjoyed the test drive and appreciate the detailed feature and technical information provided by Ray.I explained to him that I was also going to test drive a Volkswagen Jetta after visiting him. After he gave me his pricing and going all negative about the Jetta, I told him that I will call him if I was going to purchase from him. I then purchased the Jetta and hence didn't call him. He claims that I was going to call him in either situation, but I don't agree with that.A little while ago (today, 7/7/2015 around Noon), Ray called me to ask about what I did. So I told him that I purchased the Jetta. He was furious for not calling him last night, "buying a crappy car" (his own words) and hung up the phone, even before giving me an opportunity to respond to his verbal assault.In business, you win some deals and you lose some others. I am in the service industry too and hence know this first hand. But his behavior is not acceptable. For someone who spent time talking to me about his personal life, I don't appreciate this way of handling a loss of sale and treating someone badly who came in for a test drive.Ray Maxa needs a lesson in work ethics. I do hope this message reaches the Manager and he gets coached on not treating people the way he did.

Todd Troublefield scheduled my service exactly when I wanted it without any hesitation. When I arrived, he greeted me pleasantly, discussed what needed to be done, and gave me a firm price. He made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. After a short wait, he came back to discuss the service done, that my car was finished, and no additional work was needed. He said it would be a few minutes until the paperwork was ready for me to check out and my car was washed. I was flabbergasted by how quickly the work was done. When I got in my clean car, everything was in place. My radio was still on the correct station and volume. My seat was still adjusted correctly. My mirrors were as I left them. That's not always true at every dealership or service center.

Ray was awesome to work with. After shopping around at other car dealerships where the sales people were very high pressure, it was refreshing to work with someone who was respectful and genuinely wanted me to learn more about what the Mazda6 had to offer. On our test drive, Ray even guided us to an empty lot where we were able to test features such as emergency stops an exercise that none of the other dealerships even mentioned on their test drives. Ray was also very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. He made sure that I was taken care of, and assures me that if I ever have any problems to give him a call. I have had an excellent experience every time I have taken my Mazda to Jeff Haas for service. I especially want to acknowledge Todd Troublefield, who is always patient, polite, and professional. In many ways, Todd is an advocate for customers, looking out for our interests as much as the dealership's. He sold me an extended tire warranty after I had already purchased my car. I have used it about five times in just two years and consider it a godsend.When I was last there (for yet another tire problem), Todd noticed that my car inspection sticker was about to expire and asked if I wanted them to perform the required test. My answer, of course, was "yes," and I was grateful to have the work done while I was at Jeff Haas. I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Haas missing floor mats. The only way I would do that is with a guarantee that they would supply some, at the time of purchase I was assured both by the salesman Gene and the Manager Lee that the "We Owe" agreement I signed with them would be honored fully and promptly within 6 weeks. There were some issues with receiving my floor mats due to Gene leaving Jeff Haas, but upon management becoming aware of this they acted as quickly as possible to make it right. I was impressed by the prompt response to my concerns expressed and can honestly say they cared about me being satisfied fully. Beyond that small issue the staff was friendly, the prices were fair, and the sales process itself was simple and painless.

Well, I took my old Mazda Tribute in for service and discovered the most unfortunate news from Allan Hempel... Terrible engine trouble that would cost more than half of what Kelly Blue Book said the thing was worth even if it were in pristine condition. So it was time to shop around. I looked around online, searching for the kind of car I wanted. I was under no specific loyalty to Mazda. I did test drive a Mazda CX-5 before leaving and the experience with Ray Maxa was spectacular. I'll be brutally honest, I've never, EVER had a test drive experience like I did with Ray. Not only did Ray encourage me to take the car through it's paces, he pushed me to take the car to emergency situations just to see the safety features and performances. In an empty parking lot I was reluctant to, but eventually encouraged to slam the accelerator until I got to about 50 MPH and then slam the breaks... Did I mention we did this even in the rain? I walked away from that experience knowing exactly how the CX-5 would perform in poor weather. Still, being the responsible car buyer, I left the Jeff Haas Mazda dealership to check out some other dealerships, namely the nearby Toyota and Nissan dealerships. One thing Ray did that spoke volumes was not only was he not pushy about me just signing papers right then, he actively encouraged me to go try the other dealerships, try the other cars out... He is so confident in the Mazda product that he simply stated that he knew I'd be back. So I went... Neither dealership would even consider allowing me to do the 50 to 0 test in their cars. Both dealerships were fairly pushy about trying to get me to sign the papers there, buy the car, save me a trip to the other dealerships (I told each dealership that they were my first visit to get their reactions/opinions about the other cars I had in mind). The Toyota dealership was probably the most funny with their response. They offered to sell me a used CX-5 they had just to save me the trip to Jeff Haas Mazda...Well, long story short, I'm the proud new owner of a 2015 Mazda CX-5. Ray was my primary contact, but I also had interactions with a few others, including Rob Morrison and Larry Bennett, Allan Hempel in Service, as well as a few others in the front office whose names I don't see on the list. Unfortunately I am awful with names and am not near their business cards at this time but I wanted to get this review out there to show my thanks and appreciation to the wonderful employees at Jeff Haas Mazda. If the rest are remotely as helpful and engaging as those I've tagged, then you honestly can't go wrong.

We have trusted our Mazdas to Jeff Haas for over twenty years. Allan Hempel is an excellent manager, always helpful, well informed and very punctual in getting back to us with our service needs. I trust him and rely on him for advice and a straight story concerning our cars. His many years of experience also allows him to trouble shoot for each of our different Mazda models. I would highly recommend asking for Allan when you come into Jeff Haas. He is the main reason why our relationship with Jeff Haas as a dealership has lasted so long..

We spoke with a salesman multiple times about one particular car. Our drive was around 9 hours to Houston, so we tried to place a deposit (5 days before purchase) as we planned to drive there on a Saturday and buy the vehicle. We were told a deposit would not be accepted as 'people had failed to show up in the past'. We did not haggle on the price as we thought the price was fair. Three hours prior to our departure, the car was magically sold and Marc was 'so sorry'.. The salesman will say there were 'no promises', etc. He knew financing was in place as he had all the preapproved paper work. He also knew a cashier's check was made out to Jeff Haas Mazda for 50% of the purchase price. I am surprised he did not let us make the 9 hour drive and then say 'sorry'. I have never been party to a more unethical transaction in my life. Jeff Haas Mazda should explain ethics to at least one member of their sales department.

Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings, they are fake reviews obviously just to make the business look legit. These guys sabotaged my car! And this one guy Neil insulted me over the phone when I complained about it. The only polite employee there is Cynthia, the receptionist is terribly rude! They take your car to their repair workshop and switch up your good parts with bad parts. I only went in there for an oil change and my car was returned to me different. I drove there in a good drivable car, and drove out in a hoopty. The issue is still unresolved, they ruined my vehicle! Beware of these guys. I would give them a zero star if I could.

I have never had a problem taking any of our cars into Jeff Haas Mazda's service department in the 18 years I've been doing business there. Allan Hempel is courteous, sharp and always on the ball. If he says the car needs a certain repair or a certain part, it needs it. He does whatever he can to save his customers money and time. The service department is one reason why we continue tp buy our cars at Jeff Haas Mazda.

Took my car in for service to Jeff Haas Mazda located on 11222 Katy Freeway, Houston TX on Wednesday 01/07/2015. I called and spoke with Cynthia on that Monday to schedule an appointment. When I arrived it was quite a bit of a wait. I was directed to Cynthia when I told the guy upfront that I spoke 'with a Cynthia on the phone and was told to ask for her'. So glad I did! Cynthia had a sheet of recalls that my vehicle had , in addition, a list of services with prices ready to discuss at her desk! She walked me around my vehicle and explained everything and stated she will let the technician know that I was on a time schedule. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, Cynthia texted me with updates informing me how much longer it would be until my vehicle was ready. Cynthia delivered exceptional service. The kind of service everyone should follow. I could really tell she is passionate about her job and values her customers. I am going back the next time my vehicle needs anything, and I am going to ask for Cynthia Ramirez!

Right before New Year's, my Tributes ABS switch came on. I was concerned about traveling during the holidays and was not sure if the repairs could be made in time. Carlos Guzman came to the rescue and was able to have the repairs completed on New Year's eve. The techs checked out my car and found another service issue which was also repaired at the same time. Awesome job Carlos and team !!!I am very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism of this team.

Last Friday 12/812/14 my Mazda Tribute quit on the feeder of Katy Freeway about 0600. Yes all the crazy drivers were swerving. Had an emergency tow to Jeff Haas Mazda (where else of course) and there was my friend Carlos Guzman opening the doors to the service center a few minutes early to help me. He got all my details correctly and supplied me a loaner car quickly so I could drive to get cash for the tow truck driver and then on to work saving lives. He kept me updated during the day. I got all fixed and he really takes care of me got what maintenance was due after checking whole truck out. He knows I come back to Mazda for all my service needs and he knows I need a dependable vehicle for my life. This is the first review I have received even after having my Tribute since 2009 and having all my service needs fulfilled at this service center. Thank you Carlos Guzman for helping make my life safer, easier, and less stressful.

This dealership is about an hour from where I live but they had a car I was interested in so I called them up. I told their sales person that I wanted to make a trade and had paperwork for what Car Max would give me for the trade and pay cash for the rest. I explained that the only way I would make the trip to the dealership for a test drive was if they could match the trade value and meet my strict cash budget out the door. They said that they would make it happen at the price I offered. I took 3 hours off of work to pick up my wife and newborn baby so we could go check it out and see how the car seat fit etc. When we got there the first thing I noticed was that they had swapped out the nice alloy rims in the pictures online for cheap plastic hub caps which they denied doing until I showed them the pictures on my phone. They claimed that the rims were bent and unsafe so they did it as an upgrade...haha. Then, after the test drive they said they would match the trade value but still gave me a price that was $1,500 higher than what was agreed upon on the phone. When I explained that I had already talked price with their sales person on the phone they didn't seem to care and wouldn't budge on the price. I'm sure they have the phone conversation recorded but it seems like they just lied to me to get me there and talk me into paying more/financing etc. This was a huge waste of my family's time. These people are not honest and do not honor what they say they will give you. This all makes me think other shady things are happening there. Save your valuable time and money and go somewhere else.

All of the staff at Jeff Hazda Mazda are eager to assist . Todd Troublefield is certainly a people-person. He does not mind helping customers and answering questions. He gives updates about the service in progress. He informs about upcoming service timelines (by mileage or date) in a helpful manner. Dealers often get a bad reputation for suggesting costly and unnecessary services. In the 2 1/2 years that I have owned my Mazda, I never felt pressured by anyone at Jeff Hass Mazda to pay for something I didn't actually need. It is worth the trip for me to get service performed at this dealer location even though it is a distance from my home.

I doubt I could have been any less happy with trying to buy a used car here. Drove over an hour out of the way to find out the car I called about 3 times was sold after being asked to come see it, and they had nothing comparable. Used car manager was RUDE and not willing to help and the sales person just as bad. I ended up getting a car (not the one I wanted and had more miles and was even more expensive) and only give them a 2 star because Kourtney in finance was great. Probably won't return to the used side and I do not recommend it to anyone.

OMG, where do I begin?. From the moment I walked in, to the first service change, etc. I've never experienced such great service the way I did at Jeff Haas. My salesman, Robert Cunningham was, AMAZING!!!!!!! He was there for me from start to finish. He understood my needs and fulfilled them. I also would like to extend an awesome thank you to, Danyel, Finance Representative!!!!!!!! She was super nice and very understanding. She even worked with an awesome finance company to lower my APR!!!!!!!! Talking about a great, affordable monthly payment. I definitely can't leave out the Service Team!!!!!!! Carlos Guzman was great. I just recently did my 5,000 mile service change, 11/24/14, and everything was conducted in a timely manner. My vehicle was serviced at the appointment time given, and I was thoroughly explained of the work completed. I will definitely recommend Jeff Haas to everyone!!!!! I'm enjoying every moment of my 2014 Mazda 3. Keep up the excellent work guys!!!!!!!!! ??

A couple of weeks ago my GPS said I should turn and I did ... onto a rutted clay road in the rain. It took me a bit to get out of the mess I had gotten in to. After my 'mudding' incident my little Mazda 2 had just a little trouble. It was riding rough, but, only at speeds above 70 mph. I scheduled a Saturday appointment with my Service Advisor, Todd Troublefield.Todd was off on Saturday, so, Service Advisor, Carlos Guzman helped me.I explained my unfortunate off-roading experience. Carlos Guzman understood the issue completely.When I got my car back she was fixed! I love to drive and that is how I work off stress, so, it was a great relief that they were able to get her all back in balance and riding smooth.I had gotten a clump of clay in the front floorboard that had hardened and I expected to have trouble getting that out.I didn't have to worry about that either. They had vacuumed the interior and gotten that monster out of my front floorboard.I'd like to say thanks to everyone at Jeff Haas Mazda for helping me and my little Mazda 2 last Saturday.You did a great job!Anne

I feel fortunate to have had the chance to work with David Villarreal at Jeff Haas Mazda. David is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in every way. I took my Mazda in after the tire warning light came on while I was driving to work. After discovering a large screw in one of my tires, David called the roadside hazard company and asked that the tire be replaced instead of repaired. He suggested that I have my 15,000 mile warranty service completed at the same time so I could avoid a second visit in another week or two. He kept me informed of their progress throughout the process and seamlessly coordinated all aspects of my visit. My car was ready quickly, and, without even telling me, he had my car washed and handed me the keys to a sparkling vehicle that looked like new. David does his job without fanfare or self-aggrandizement. Jeff Haas Mazda is lucky to have someone of David Villarreal's caliber on its staff!

Even now after 5 years I still get great service from the team. My car is paid for now and, as you would imagine, only now has started to give me trouble. I've had to visit the service team three times in the last six months for different reasons. Each time they were helpful and kept me informed about the state of repairs (via text - my favorite thing) on a regular basis. I always felt like I knew what was going on and they were accommodating from a 'loaner' car perspective as well. Down here in Houston the heat is unbearable. When my air conditioner went out, they were full from appointments but took my car in anyway - they worked it in somehow. I really appreciate that!

The folks at Jeff Haas Mazda were wonderful to work with! We were not planning on buying a new car. But my daughter was in a no fault accident, and the insurance company totalled her car. So, in a pinch, we had to get a new car, with the insurance money. They put us in a car much better then I thought we would be able to (a great Mazda 2 2013), and brought the price down as low as they could to get it within our budget. Then they even let us drive it off the lot that night! I left them a check, knowing it would be covered as soon as we got the insurance money. They waited - and we were happy to get them fully paid. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership, but Cong and the team, as well. They aren't the typical "get all you can" salespeople, but more "get for YOU all that they can". A much, much better point of view to buy from.

I can't say enough nice things about Carlos Guzman who was my service advisor during my last trip. He was friendly and immediately made me feel my car would be well cared for and he went far and beyond any of my expectations by getting Mazda to agree to participate in adjusting the cost of a major repair. When I had a question about one of the repairs he immediately contacted the shop foreman and had him talk to me explain what had been done and made sure I understood. Allan Hempel was also terrific. My Mazda 3 is 5 years old and runs like a new car...it truly will Zoom Zoom thanks to the good service it receives at Jeff Hass Mazda. It's a 20 mile drive one way for me to get to the dealership but I bypass a number of closer repair shops to get quality service from qualified people. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, but I was less than impressed by the women at the reception desk in the service department. I hope Jeff Haas recognizes quality people in their service department and rewards them appropriately. Thanks again Carlos! Well, I was very happy until I tried to submit this review...I have entered the requested info several times only to be asked for it again and again...soon I will just quit!

I bought a Mazda3 at Jeff Haas Mazda a few months ago and was very pleased with the experience. I was in the market for a new car and I hadn't considered a Mazda but after trying unsuccessfully to work with several salesman at another dealership I ended up at Jeff Haas. I got there on a Friday night a couple hours before closing and worked with Ray Maxa. Even though I came in at almost closing time Ray still did everything he could to help out. He even stayed over late when I decided I wanted to buy a car and helped me get all the paperwork done so I wouldn't have to come back the next morning to finish everything. He could not have been any nicer, and despite being a little new to the job, he was very knowledgable about all the cars and the entire buying process. I would definitely recommend Jeff Haas Mazda to someone who needs a new car and doesn't want the typical run-around. Make sure you ask for Ray.

I took my mazda 5 to a dealership (name withheld) for repairs, the quote was in the thousands (which was ridiculous) but when I took my mini van to Jeff Haas dealership, not only was Carlos Guzman polite, friendly and welcoming. He gave me the details of my car issues and an estimate. He helped me through the rental car process (by the way, the rental car price was very good). The initial arrangement was that the repair work on my car will kickoff the next day due to a full schedule but I was surprised when I got a call from him few hours later saying ' m'am your car is ready'. The best part was the final cost of repairs that he gave me which was less than half of the initial quote fom the other dealership. (The price was very goood).I told him when i went to pick up my car that they have me as a customer for life (for as long as I have a Mazda Vehicle).Lara

I had to take my CX9 in for a brake issue. I let Carlos know that I would need a rental car, and that I would be on a time crunch. When I arrived, he had all my paperwork waiting for me. I was in and out, within 30 minutes.... with the rental car! The next day when I came to pick up my car, things were much the same. I was politely greeted by Carlos, who pulled my paperwork, went over the repairs, collected my key and payment for the rental, and got me on my way! This was by far, the best, most efficient service shop I have ever visited.

My first experience with Ray was a pleasant one. I test drove a car and we negotiated prices with which I was comfortable. All that was left was to decide which package I wanted to include with the car. A few days later, Ray called me up and confirmed the two cars that I was deciding between were available. I left work early to come to Jeff Haas, went out for a short test drive, and made my decision. There was a lot of time wasting during which he tried to talk me into lesser cars. Then after I had spent an hour and half there, he told me the car I wanted would not be available for over 5 weeks. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. I was very angry. I knew the car was available at another dealership but I wanted to work with Ray because he seemed nice, Jeff Haas Mazda had a good reputation, and he had good reviews on this site. I left completely unsatisfied and I took my business to another dealership. I thought about this for a week before writing this review. If Ray had been upfront about the situation when we talked on the phone, I probably would have waited. No one likes to be labeled a stereotype, but Ray Maxa is your stereotypical sleazy car salesman.

Had some initial issues with a car I purchased. I returned and they worked with me to get the problem sorted out. It took a little longer than I would have liked to get their attention, but in the end they came through. I'm extremely happy with the car and with the effort they put into helping me solve my prior issues.

This was by far the best car buying experience that my husband and I have had. George was excellent!! My husband was rear-ended, so all of a sudden he needed to buy a new car. He did his homework and knew which one he wanted. We went in one evening and met George. George was not pushy at all. He was extremely helpful, and understanding that we were not there to buy a car that night. Just to look. We called him a few days later and came back in knowing exactly what we wanted. He had the cars ready to look at, and paperwork started. In just a couple of hours we were out the door in a brand new Mazda. Beautiful car!! Walked-in to test drive a couple of new Mazdas eventually set my eyes on a new 2014 Mazda6. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle so I tried my best to research and listen to what they were offering. I found a cheaper deal elsewhere but Ray worked hard to match it. My 13 year old Mazda died and I had to get a new car fast! Charles Silmon and Nate Hoffman did an excellent job getting my a car that I wanted, and it was no easy task! They both searched exhaustively for 3 days to try to find the model and color that I wanted. They were so patient with Miss Picky here and in the end, they got me a CX-5 that I really love! I was a nervous wreck but they made me feel comfortable and never got impatient no matter how many times I called or how many questions I asked. Todd listens attentively to the problems you are having with your vehicle and gives advice followed up by an appointment time and date. If Todd cannot answer when you call him he always returns your call as soon as possible when you leave a message. My experience is within a very short time after the call comes in. We first met Ray Maxa when we were just in the "looking phase". When we were ready to purchase a few months later, we came back to Jeff Haas because we wanted to deal with Ray. He has an exceptional manner which is friendly and professional. He works naturally well with people and does not stress you in any way. We felt the price we were first offered to be very fair and the entire process from test drive to driving the car away was completed in just a couple of hours. As a matter of fact, we had gone into the dealership expecting to finalize a deal in a few days since we did not have a lot of time, but it was so efficient we were able to accomplish everything quickly even with two small kids in tow. Ray and the rest of the team worked hard to make the process as quick and painless as possible. I highly recommend Ray and if Jeff Haas hires people like Ray, it inspires me to recommend them as well.

I loved the patience Mohamad Rahhal had with me when I called him for the car I was interested to purchase. Once I communicated with him over e-mail, he called me promptly to assure me that the car was available and ready to pick up. Once everything was confirmed with him (including price, milage and condition of the car) I visited the dealership that Friday evening. It may had been cold and late that Friday night but once I arrived to the parking lot, Mohamad was standing outside eager to serve any visitor that arrived to the dealership. From there on, his friendliness and patience (I can't stress how patience he was) I felt comfortable and confident enough to make my purchase. Mohamad did ease my doubts about my purchase with the car and made me feel sure about about the whole process. Overall, the purchase and entire experience was quite comfortable and easy going, literarily, just how I had planned it before I got to the dealershipand that is not how it usually goes with other dealerships as they tend to (no pun intended) drive your decision until you feel pushed to purchase a car.

My husband and I walked into Jeff Haas Mazda initially to test drive cars. We were immediately greeted by Brant Dixon, Used Car Sales. We told Brant that we were not really ready to buy as we were still not sure what kind of car I wanted. He said no problem! He asked questions to find out what I was looking for and I ended up realizing that if I were to buy a Mazda, it would be a Mazda6. At that point, I felt like Brant was giving me free reign to test drive to my heart's content. Brant was super patient. Even more so than my husband, who opted out of my third Mazda6 test drive. I've been to other dealerships where the sales reps were so pushy, it made me uncomfortable. But because Brant truly was there just to serve my curiosity by answering questions and giving me free reign to test drive, he basically let the car I ended up choosing sell itself to me. Because I bought a used car, it did have a poor patch job on the driver's seat from the previous owner. That was when I met Lee Pollack, the Used Car Manager, who came by to tell me that if I brought the car back in the next couple days, he would ensure that the seat was fixed to my satisfaction. I was able to drive out with my car that night and a few days later, I took my car in to get my seat fixed... Lee immediately sent Brant to get me a loaner car. I got my car back and was really happy with my seat. I've had my car for a week now and am surprised at how great the gas mileage is... I still haven't had to fill it up even though I've been driving quite a bit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brant Dixon, Lee Pollock and Jeff Haas Mazda to anyone looking for a great car at a great deal with great service from people that CARE!

My car had broken down so I was in need of a car ASAP but I needed it in a reasonable budget. I looked at many other dealerships but Mohamad Rahhal was by the far the friendliest sales man and genuinely tried his best to find me a car that would work. Out of all the dealerships I went to he was the only one who stayed close to my price range and only showed me cars I would want. He was very persistent in getting me a car and continued to call me everyday with different options. The only bad experience I had was with the manager of the dealership who did not take the time to introduce himself or be respectful to RETURNING costumers but Mohamad did everything he could as a salesman. I was in a rush when I finally found the car I wanted to buy and he went as quickly as possible to get everything done and let me leave in my new car. I was VERY happy with the car I got and everything Mohamad did. I purchased two vehicles from Jeff Haas Mazda and I've been working with Allen Hempel in their Service Department for about 10 years now. Allen has become a trusted advisor. I always know he's going to tell me exactly what's going on with my vehicle. Always very patiently explaining how the various systems work and what repairs need to be conducted. Many times I've had a concern and Allan gets me right in to evaluate the situation. How many service advisors know you by name the moment you pull up??? Allan does!!!! Allan is usually sporting a smile and a great attitude. Above all Allan is someone I trust with my vehicle. How good is Allan? Well my Mazda Protege 5 is almost 13 years old and it's running like a top with nearly 160,000 miles on it. Nobody likes paying repair bills on a car, but with Allan I know the work was done with quality and attention to detail. In fact, I purchased a third Mazda about 4 years ago from another dealer in Houston and Allan is the only Mazda service guy I will work with. Allan is a gentleman, a family man and frankly I consider him a friend. How many service guys can you say that about? Thanks Allan for the great service and confidence you have given my wife and me knowing that you are taking great care of our Mazdas!

Allan Hempel has been our service advisor for about 15 years and I can't think of how anyone can do a better job. He is honest, knowledgeable, very friendly and outgoing, always trying to save us money, and if he tells you that you need a repair, you need a repair. There are certain people who should have the jobs they do and Allan is one of them; he is very comfortable with his customers and co-workers. What you would call a real people person. As long as he's there, we'll continue to buying cars from Jeff Haas and also encouraging our friends to do so.

My whole looking and buying process was great at Jeff Haas Mazda. I went to a few other dealerships and had horrible service so when I went to Jeff Haas I was already in a bad mood. I had looked online at Jeff Haas website before I drove in and found a car I was interested in. I was contacted via chat while on the website from Brant Dixon. He had told me to come on in a few days later and he would help me out. Two days later I showed up at the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday. I walked in, asked for Brant. Brant was currently helping another customer but he quickly had another sales man help me. That was Nick Acevedo. Nick had the car I was interested in and ready in less than % minutes. He was awesome for the test drive. When we returned, Brant was still with his former customer so Nick helped me with all my questions. I left the dealership in love with the car but wanted to sleep on my decision. On Tuesday I called in and asked for Brant. I had to have the car. Brant was awesome with answering all my questions and helping me through the entire buying process. After the purchase he sent me a couple emails thanking me for my purchase. He made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. I seriously love Jeff Haas Mazda. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. We have worked with Allan Hempel for over ten years on two different Mazda cars we have owned. Allan is absolutely great to work with. He always accomodates our requests with a smile, handshake and the words "thank you". Allan is very clear and accurate in describing the work he thinks should be done and why. Allan is also very clear re: the price for such services and that is always the price charged. There has never been a mistake or unpleasnt surprise. Allan is also always very helpful in answering our questions. Our 2009 CX7 now has 80,000 miles and there are no problems with it. It will run a lot longer thanks to Allan. I had a nail in my tire, it was going flat. Carlos sent out a tech with an air compressor to refill the tire so I could drive it to the dealership for service. That saved me a tow bill. I am physically unable to change it myself, so knowing I could depend on them to help me was invaluable. This team always takes care of my 12 year old car, and they take care of me.

I came into Jeff Haas Mazda for a routine oil change on my Mazda Rx-8. I dealt with service advisor, Todd Troublefield. I pulled up under their awning and was promptly greeted at my car by Mr. Troublefield. He was very polite and asked me how my morning was going. I had previously called to make this appointment. He told me my oil change would be about 40 minutes and to please have a seat in the waiting area. The waiting area had coffee and water available, as well as some very comfortable chairs and a tv to watch. After 10 minutes or so, Mr. Troublefield came back to let me know my car's air filter needed to be replaced, that it hadn't been replaced in almost 40,000 miles. He gave me the price to see if I wanted to buy a new air filter or not; I did. Shortly after this, he came back to tell me my car was almost ready and asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash as well. He then walked me to the service desk to go over the final pricing and the full inspection on my car to let me know how my tires, battery, and other components were wearing. Jeff Haas Mazda has a rewards point system now, where you can accrue points based on what you spend at each service. He asked if I'd like to use some the points I had accrued; I told him I'd like to wait until I have more points, perhaps using the points towards new tires. The price for an oil change and new air filter was relatively cheap. Mr Troublefield was a great service advisor: very knowledgeable, friendly, always had a smile, and even made a few jokes since it was early in the morning. He let me know my car was in good shape and also a few things to watch for in the coming months. I'd highly recommend Jeff Haas Mazda, especially service advisor, Todd Troublefield. I've been coming to this dealership for the past 5 years, about once a month or so for routine oil changes; I drive a lot. They've always been such great help and make me feel welcomed when I'm there. The technicians do great work, I've never had an issue with their workmanship and it's always right the first time.

I rate all aspects of the service department at Jeff Haas as GREAT except for price because I suspect I might find cheaper service at a non-dealer location. But I wouldn't trade the potential (assumed) cost savings for the terrific service I have received from Carlos Guzman over the last 15 years. He reports on the repair along each stage of the process. I have owned or leased 9 Mazda vehicles in my lifetime and have purchased 6 from Jeff Haas directly due to the level of service I have received from Carlos over the years.

Working with Charles to purchase my first vehicle (the 2014 Mazda 6) was a great experience. Unlike other dealers that I went to, Charles wasn't pushy and was willing to work with me to find the car that I wanted. Although the dealer didn't have a particular model in stock at the time, they were able to pull the car from another dealer in a relatively timely manner and I thought their price was fair right from the get go. I cant express how unsatisfied I am with this service department. My first experience with them left me shaking and in tears. Now two years later, they have done it to me again. After waiting 3 hours to repair a tire I bought the Ultra warranty on, which when I paid over $400.00 for it they said would repair tires and rims for road hazards and give a % towards new tires based on wear and tear. I find out that is NOT true. I am sharing this with you so you wont allow yourself to be lied to the way I was. There is no reason for me to have to speak with 4 people before I find someone who can tell me about the warranties I purchased and what I have to do to use them. Please for your healths sake find another dealer.

We wanted to look at the new Mazda6 and take it for a test drive. Ray Maxa called me and we setup an appointment. The test drive was great, and he was very helpful through out the entire process, and there was never a time where we felt pressure at all to buy. He actually asked us if we want to take the next step in the process and talk numbers. This was probably the best car buying experience we've had so far, and really appreciate Ray being there as he is an outstanding salesman and asset for the dealership. I left some items in our trade-in car and he has offered to hold it for me until I can drop by and pick it up. Jeff Haas Mazda is highly recommended!

This was such an easy and really enjoyable experience! I am a first time car buyer and I must admit I was a little nervous, but the atmosphere of the dealership made my boyfriend and I really comfortable! I wasn't hassled by anyone, I was allowed to freely look around and then test drive the car without a salesperson and really get a feel for it, play around a bit. Then it happened! I absolutely fell in love with a 2010 red Mazda 6 for so many reasons, and not only did I get an EXCELLENT deal on the warranty I got with it, Nick, the salesman I worked with, made the process super easy and actually kind of fun, which i did not expect, like at all! I was comfortable closing the deal because he made me feel confident and at ease the whole time. I went to Jeff Haas Mazda to get my oil changed on my 2009 Mazda 6 which is in great condition I was walking around the service bay when I bumped into Rainie Coleman. He was giving a vehicle demonstration of the 2014 Mazda 6, explained the vehicle exchange program that Jeff Haas is offering this month. Trust me I didn't want to trade my vehicle in but after the rebates that were offered, and getting top dollar for my vehicle it was a no brainier. If you haven't seen the 2014 Mazda 6 you're missing out the whole process was great everything Rainie promised he delivered! No pressure, and no running back in forth to the manager he did a awesome job along with the rest of the staff I will definitely come back to see Rainie when my daughter starts driving next summer.

It has been one week since i bought my 2012 mazda6 from Nick Acevedo at jeff haas mazda in Houston. This was my first time to buy a car from a dealer and overall the experience was an exceptional one. I have some sales experience from a previous job, and my dad was a salesman before he retired so i appreciate their low pressure approach and the fact that Nick allowed me to maintain control of the haggling. There was a small problem with the exhaust that i noticed the day after i purchased the car, i took it back and the sales manager set up a time to get it fixed and put me in a loaner car with no questions asked. Kortney and Amy were amazing, and from start to finish the whole experience was very comfortable and relaxed. Kortney the financing guy even helped me with some personal credit issues that ive been struggling with. I gotta say that i will very likely give them my business in the future, and definitely refer any friends or family to them.

THe people here make it really easy to deal with the stress of buying a car. I bought three pre-owned cars from Cuong. Your best value may not be the cheapest, but Cuong wont pressure you to buy something you dont feel good about. Low mileage late model cars at very competitive prices and great trade offers. They clean the cars up very nice before putting them on sale. Not a clunker on this lot. THey make everything work, service it, oil change, keys. No worries. Call him before you come and he'll have two or three waiting for you to look at.

I had posted my ad to sell my 370z on a popular internet site because I thought I could get a better deal from selling to an individual. If you're thinking the same, you may want to read the following carefully. After reviewing many mid sized SUV's, I knew that the CX-9 would suit me and my family's needs. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from Cuong Nguyen. I told him my price range, what I was looking for and yes that I had to first sell my car. It didn't seem to matter to Cuong that I couldn't buy at that point. What i felt mattered to Cuong was providing great customer service, and he never fell short of that. He allowed me to test drive 2-3 cars that day. Afterward I told him after I sold my car, I'd be back. I think I waited another week with no success selling my car. At that point I thought I'd test the waters and see what dealerships would give me. CARMAX gave me a below blue book value, then I went back to see Cuong at Jeff Haas Mazda. We looked at cars yet again and test drove a few. I told him what CARMAX had offered. He said let me see what I can do. When I tell you they beat their fellow competitors offer, they went beyond my expectations. I have my CX-9 now, Cuong Nguyen rolled out the red carpet for me. I had an excellent experience and my family and I are very thankful for the personal service that was provided. Jeff Haas Mazda and Cuong Nguyen....top notch!

I live 2 1/2 hrs away from Jeff Haas Mazda and refused to make a wasted trip. I got in contact with Lance Lavigne and expressed that to him. I told him some cars I was interested in and he offered me a similar car in the same price range that was certified. I feel in love. He asked me to fill out the loan application and would get back to me as soon as he knew something. It wasn't as long as we both had expected and we were making plans for me to head that way to purchase my new car!! On my way there i wrecked my trade in, which of course hurt the trade in price. I wasn't happy with the amount they offered, and he came back with a new offer that made me happier. From beginning to end, Lance helped me out tremendously!! I have been to many dealership in the past few years looking for the perfect car and experience and no place or salesperson made it so easy. I just did a trade in for a used CX-5. The whole process here was great. I worked with Muhammad and he was really nice. He even got me more for my trade in than I asked for, and let me borrow his phone charger the whole time I was there. I was in and out in 3 hours with a trade in, all the work was done. I was shopping online came across Jeff Haas Mazda. Asked a few questions online before i decided to go visit. Chatting online with Lance Lavigne was asked some questions on type of vehicle i was looking for and did i see something online i like. After chatting briefly and telling Lance i do not want to waste time coming down to dealership because my credit is not good at this time but do you think i have a chance and he said to come on down to see what we can do because time is money and time he has but money he do not lol. Well long story short Lance said if he was not in to asked for Nick and he ended up calling me because i said i was coming in after work but that did not work out for me. I talked to Nick more on my concerns about coming down to dealership for hours just to be turned down. Boy i tell you after talking to them both i could not wait to come in and be driving off the lot with a car.Guess what i came in the dealership about 10:00 am was finish with closing the deal with my 2010 used mazda by 12:30 noon time. Yes it was all Good at Jeff Haas 3/29/13.This was the shortest time i have ever purchase a car. Everyone was nice and professional in which i love. I also notice some minor issues with my car like the dorm light not working and one of my fog light was broken. So call back to Lance because sometimes you do not notice the simple things are damage but guess what Lance was like i will take care of it. This what great salesmen do take care of their costumers right. So now i,m waiting for the part to come in this week. Great! So when shopping at Jeff Haas asked for my salesmen Lance Lavigne i tell he is the one...

We went to Jeff Haas to see some vehicles we seen online. My used car buying experience was great. Mohamad Rahhal was great. He was laid back, not pushy, and very helpful. After we decided on the vehicles we were interested in, Mohamad pointed out the vehicle differences to my daughter which was very helpful with her driving safety. My wife and I were shopping on line for our first ''family vehicle'' when we stumbled across Jeff Haas Mazda. We had already spoken with a competing dealership and were pretty sure we were going with them but my wife encouraged to check out one more dealer before we made a final decision, so of course i agreed. I made the call and a gentleman named Mohamad answered. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles he had in stock and was eager to get us there to shop. I explained to him what we wanted in price and mileage and what APR we would be comfortable with financing. He worked diligently to get us what we wanted and was never hard to deal with, no hassle at all. He was very up front and to the point on what he could do for us and all we had to do was get in the car and drive 2 hrs. to come see what he had to offer. We were skeptical due the fact that we have heard horror stories of ''Bait and Switch'' car dealers But, we trusted his word and drove to houston with my wife 9 months pregnant. Gotta say that Mohamad came thru for us! He was on point and stuck to everything we spoke about on the phone. He made us feel comfortable with our decision and my wife and i were very pleased with the vehicle he showed us so we bought it. Gene was always polite and friendly- never high pressure. There were several hoops to jump through in order to have the sale happen and Gene always made sure he did what was necessary. Good follow up and easily the best prices in town if not the state! My only wish is that there was more communication between the sales offices and the business offices however it was very busy that day so that may have contributed to the slight break down in communication. Overall, as enjoyable as car buying can be.

My wife and I spent weeks looking for a car, new or used, around town and were exhausted from the heat and all the little tricks salespeople play. I wanted something economical like the new ford focus but she wanted the maxed out model and we couldn't agree on a price so we ended up at Jeff Haas Mazda. We looked around and I found the Mazda 3 interesting but none were equipped with what we wanted plus most of their new cars were missing little items in the interior. We had a nice salesman but he is still programmed to get the best deal for him.At the very last moment when we were ready to leave they brought a used Mazda 6 out that they had just washed and had a sign hanging from the mirror saying "special deal" It was fully loaded and a beautiful car. The test drive was impressive and when we got back to the dealership, I checked out the oil and and filter and various other things. I asked for the inspection sheet and was told that I would get it but it wasn't available at the moment. I really liked the car but I was ready to go but my wife wanted it so bad that she ended up buying the car.First, it was too expensiive and no inspection. The oil was dirty and it had specs on the windshield and they wouldn't come down in price but she went ahead with the purchase. I was so burnt out from looking that I gave up. He through in a free oil and filter change and that's it. I took it out in a few days and had them to perform the oil and filter change. I had to leave immediately afterwards and then I checked the oil and filter. Both were dirty and I had found that opening the glove box from the driver's side, it would fall on the floor.I found a few other things like the wipers were worn and it also overheated on my wife. So, took it back and talked to the manager, Crabtree, and told him about the problems. He just laughed and said I was one of those rare individuals that check things out. I wanted to call him a lier and a thief but I restrained myself.The gas guage under miles per gallon fluctuates from 4 to 90 miles per gallon constantly and one rainy stormy day we were driving along and had a flat tire. So I pulled over and found there was no jack in the car. Some inspection. There are several other things that I could go on about but I have to end this now,Todd Crabtree, the manager of Jeff Haas Mazda is a lier and thief and he thinks it's humurous. I'm going to write Mazda USA headquarters and already contacted the BBB. He should be fired immediately. When I was there several times waiting to talk to him, I noticed clients in his office very angry. I did switch to Russel and Smith for all my service needs. I wish I had gone there in the first place. They are truthful and nice human beings.Russel and Smith told me the car had never been touched which I could see and took care of me. Of course it cost me money but Crabtree ant Jeff Haas denies everything even when you have proof. I showed him the air filter and the cabin filter which were filthy and he just laughed. Anyway, I'm tired of going on. There's more but I have to go. JUST DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM JEFF HAAS IS MY ADVICE.

So glad we decided to visit Jeff Haaz Mazda after submitting a last minute credit application on line a couple of days ago. Initially our "car buying" plan was to return to Toyota where we'd recently had a long term rental. However we were previous owners of a Mazda Millenia that we'd paid off a few years ago and sold a couple of years ago on craigslist after driving it for over 300,000 miles. Needless to say we must have like it and it was a reliable car for our family. We've also had a Toyota in the past as well. Anyway after checking out the website and reading about the application I decided to go ahead and fill it out. Note: we filed bankruptcy in 2008 and are rebuilding our credit history so we were a little concerned about what kind of deal would be offered but we knew we could always just say "No" and go :-). After filling out the credit application on line, Lance called the next day and invited us to come in but we didn't want to come in and spend a lot of time talking and taking test drives only to find out we wouldn't be offered a workable deal. Lance didn't pressure us to come in but instead asked us in what type of vehicle we were interested. We shared about our previous Mazda Millenia experience and told him we'd want something similar to it since we knew Mazda no longer makes Millenia's. He said OK and said he'd run it through and get back. That was at 4pm on a Friday. The next morning we realized he'd actually called us back around 6:30pm the same day but we'd missed the message. He called again on Saturday morning to let us know that we'd been approved and could come in and check out and test drive the kind of car we mentioned so a couple of hours later we did just that!From the initial greeting Lance was awesome and made us feel comfortable and confident about our decision to once again consider purchasing a Mazda vehicle. We checked out the cars that met our preference and did the test drive eventually choosing the one that Lance had picked out when we had the initial phone conversation. He showed us the options we had, answered all of our questions and patiently waited for us to make our final decision. We then met with Danielle Cares to complete the financing part of the deal and she was great. We teased her about something that she suggested that showed that she really did "Care" about us :-).. There was also another lady we spoke with for a short time to see if we wanted some add ons and she was also pleasant even though we flatly said "No, No, No, No except for the tinting that my hubby wanted.On our ride home we agreed that our time at Jeff Haaz Mazda today is actually the best "car buying" experience we'd ever had. We were also glad that one of our teenage children was with us and got to see a positive car buying experience which be of help to him when he is older and purchasing his own cars! So far we are happy with our purchase although we have to return next week because we chose to upgrade to leather. We are looking forward to having our Mazda 6 for many years to come and hope that our experience with Jeff Haaz Mazda remains as positive as it is for us right now!

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Although I gave them their stock numbers of the vehicles I was after, they were fine with me driving to their dealership from a distance and not bothering to let me know the specifics I was after were sold. However, they were fine with showing me other more expensive vehicles on the lot if I was interested. Strange how 13004A is still on their website, cars.com, etc even though it was sold over a week ago. If they can't get something this simple right, good luck with the fine details of buying a quality car with quality financing and followup. Maybe the other reviewers were the rare lucky ones.

The car buying experience was very good, but the service department has been very incompetent at fixing anything on our Mazda CX-9. This will definitely be the last car we purchase from this dealership, which is sad because the sales and finance process was very good. However, service after the sale is far more important and their service department has shown to be far from experts on working on Mazda vehicles. We'll take our vehicle to another Mazda dealership and get the issue resolved as two attempts haven't worked at Jeff Haas Mazda. Update: My wife went to Joe Myers Mazda and in less than hour, my wife spent 2.5 hours at Jeff Hass, they figured out the two problems and the parts are being ordered and ready for install the next day. Jeff Hass told us that we needed to go to radio shop to get the radio fixed, although it is the original radio from Mazda. Joe Meyers said it needs a new media port. The other problem was the drivers side door is sticking, Jeff Hass said it is what it is twice. Joe Meyers is ordering a new part for the door. So for me, the proof is that there is a total lack of competence in the service department at Jeff Hass.

Let me start by stating that our issue was never resolved. We have taken the vehicle to the dealership approximately 8 times since this summer over my audio system. The first time we were told the radio had coins therefore needed to order a new one. That was followed by a so called "defective" radio. Which leads us to a third time having to take the vehicle in which that visit lead to more questions than answers, we were simply told they had no idea what the problem was and I needed to return the vehicle at a later date. Keep in mind all these times we have not been offered a loaner. We take the vehicle back yet again and were told just to leave it there til the following day. This went on and on. Finally my radio worked (hooray), this time we were told all the speakers were bad. Unfortunately that only lasted 2 weeks, upon going over some radio tracks the radio again shut down. Once again took the vehicle back to the dealership (over 30 miles away from home) and were told to leave it there (again no loaner). Outcome, supposedly coins is the problem again. Needless to say I could have solved the problem at a small shop down the street from my house ages ago for less money. It is ridiculous this vehicle is 2 yrs old, never again will we go to Jeff Haas Mazda, much less recommend their service to ANYBODY.

I wrote the review below about the battery & I received a call from Carlos immediately after I wrote the review. He told me he was going to refund me the difference of a quote that I THOUGHT I heard. He told me he just wanted to make me happy & he wanted to keep my service. Which he did. I recently have moved....too far & out of the way from Jeff Haas. I took my car to Performance Mazda on 59. & the customer service is night & day compared to Jeff Haas. I brought my car in at Performance for a head light change cause mine went out. I ended up having to change a few filters with that. All together that cost about $160-170. I was also told that I needed to change my transmission fluid which I've never had to do. I brought in a coupon for $190 to get a full flush. I was told it was going to take 1 hr & 15/30min. It took 30 min to do. Later that weekend I decided to call the service manager Lynn & ask about it cause of the little time it took. Sure enough they just did a half pan flush, not the full. She tells me to bring it in & they would do the job right. I ask her if she's going to give me some sort of refund on this & she tells me I got a discount cause its normally well over $200. I told her well you didn't give me te discount, I did by bringing in the coupon. I'm here AGAIN waiting for my car to get done for the second time, for the same service. Lynn offered nothing to compensate me for the time I'm wasting & not to mention the gas. She could have given me a free oil change...SOMETHING. Even though I live on the other side of town from Jeff Haas, I plan on taking my car there EVERTINE to have it serviced. Especially cause now I realize how much Carlos cares about great customer service. So thank you Carlos. Plan on seeing me on my next oil change.

I found the staff at Haas Mazda professional, attentive, thorough, and respectful. We had been in the market for a new car to replace our Lexus LX470. After reviewing the options offered in this class, my wife decided on the CX-9. She delegated the purchasing to me. I called Haas and was connected to David Morgan. We talked about what I was looking for, David asked questions, and then pulled up the color, model, and the options we wanted. He found the car in stock. I could not get to Houston for two weeks, but David agreed to hold the price for me for that time. We've all been to dealerships where the manager walks into the room with the sales rep and says he'll take $X off the price if you buy today. David and Haas don't work that way. David navigated the process for me. He gave us a fair deal on the trade-in (the same value as Carmax), and within the blue book values. The day of the sale, David had the CX-9 pulled up for me to test drive when I arrived, professionally walked me through the figures on the transaction, and worked hard to get me out of the dealership as soon as possible. They had to install a couple of options, and did a great job. You should know that we live in Austin. I would have purchased the CX-9 from the local dealership, but they wanted more for the car (enough to justify going to Houston). I had also contacted a Dallas Mazda dealership, which offered me the same price as Houston. Houston is closer to Austin than Dallas, so David at Haas got the business. One final note, since buying a car is not a common experience, and its a big purchase, I do get a bit anxious about the process. Yet, I felt very comfortable with the personalities, environment, and people at Haas.

I used to live in Bryan-College Station and the service team there for Mazda was HORRIBLE...I could go on and on with horror stories with that Mazda dealership & their service team so word to the wise, don't go!!! Since moving to Houston, I've dealt with Jeff Haas Mazda, 4 or 5 times. So far, I've been blown away by their service until today. Carlos has always been a help. He's nice and seems to know what he's talking about. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation with coupons. I ended up having to replace my battery and windshield wipers. All of this was a total of $317. I was supposed to get a free carwash with one of my coupons, which I did, but it was a HORRIBLE job. Not to mention they didnt even vaccum or wipe off my interior. Normally when I just come in for an oil change, it's done regardless and it's done nice...vaccum & interior done. It just hit me wrong today cause I spent well over $300...the least they could have done was do a nice job on my car wash. Only complaint I have on Carlos is that he didn't inspect the car before he told me it was ready. It's always a pain when it's time to pay...especially when it's more than what you were expecting to pay. But when you see your car and it looks and feels nice, it all makes up for it. I walked my car and saw how horrible of a job the car wash was and when I opened the car, I was so annoyed that they didn't even clean the inside...I left not happy. I'm really hoping the next time I go, the overall experince is better. If not, I have no problem going to another Mazda dealership. Bottom line is, you want your customers to leave happy.

Today, I hoped to buy a CX5, but it wasn't possible due to the complete unwillingness to negotiate from sales manager Larry Bennett & salesperson Ted Griffin at Jeff Haas Mazda. Granted, I am a bit upside down on my 2010 Honda Accord (owe $20K) and my credit is not perfect, but they wouldn't offer more than 13K on my trade, nor even try to secure financing for my situation. After less than 15 minutes, they told me it wasn't possible for me to buy the CX5. No suggestion of me coming up with a bigger down payment, no attempt to work with me at all. Just handed me my keys, my financing application and told me goodbye. I know mine wasn't going to be a big commission, but I was made to feel like my challenging finance situation just wasn't worth their time. This complete lack of customer service was shocking to me, especially since my partner had a good experience in March buying her Mazda3 and her credit isn't perfect, but they bent over backward to make her deal work. VERY disappointing.

I had spent months test driving various cars and decided I wanted a Mazdaspeed3. I sold my car privately on a Monday night: then on Tuesday contacted Jeff Haas Mazda to begin negotiations for a speed3. Rainie contacted me and we set up a lunchtime appt. He had an offer ready to begin negotiations when I arrived and 15 minutes later we had a deal signed which met my goal for a deal! After work I came back to finalize paperwork, get the orientation etc., and then drive away. The whole process was painless and efficient. I am confident I now have a car which meets my needs and a dealership interested in doing the same--everyone was really very friendly and informative.

I have been having my car (2007 Mazdaspeed6) serviced by Jeff Haas since January of 2008 with CARLOS GUZMAN as my service advisor. In all these years I have never written a review regarding the excellent services I received from Carlos. Carlos has given me the utmost and best customer service from the beginning. He listens, answers all my questions, updates the progress of repair/maintenance, explains in detail any issues my car has and any additional cost I may be charged over the normal charges or outside the warranty. My car has had an alignment problem since I drove it out of the dealership. Each time my car was serviced the alignment was checked and the results always showed no issues. My original tires rapidly wore out which I believe was less than a year due to the alignment issue. I purchased a set of Michelin tires hoping they would last longer. During this time Carlos continued to address the issue with the shop supervisor. Checking the alignment became part of the standard maintenance for my car. I brought my car to NTB to see if their test will show any different and the result showed a negative result. I gave the result to Carlos in which he shared with Chris. At this time my new set of tires were rapidly wearing out just like the original. Again Carlos continued to address the issue while Chris continued to look for a resolution. Instead of feeling upset and frustrated over the possibility of spending more money to replace my tires again in such short period of time I felt at ease at the fact that the issue was not being ignored. Chris resorted to all resources to find a resolution whereas others would have given up. Chris was finally able to find a resolution and I have not had an alignment issue since!Above is just one of the exemplary and outstanding services I have received from both Carlos and Chris. They have proven over and over again their commitment on customer satisfaction.In summation I would like to commend Jeff Haas for having Carlos and Chris as members of the service department team. The service I receive from Carlos always exceeds well beyond my expectation....thank you Carlos!!!

Great experience dealing with Rainie Coleman and Jeff Haas Mazda for new car sales. Rainie provided personal attention and care with me and my purchase of a new 2013 Mazda CX5. Since the vehicle was in high demand the color I wanted wasn't available. I had to wait 1-1/2 weeks for the vehicle I wanted to arrive, but Rainie assisted me with finding alternative transportation since I was without a vehicle until the new car arrived. Everyone I dealth with at Jeff Haas was informative, friendly and helpful without being pushy or condescending. You feel like part of the family when you buy from Jeff Haas. We just purchased a MazdaSpeed3 at Jeff Haas Mazda and I could not be happier with the entire experience.Id highly recommend asking for Rainie Coleman. He was quick to respond to our initial email questions and phone calls with helpful and polite answers.The dealership as a whole had a pleasant and professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Rainie spent quite a bit of time with me answering all of my questions and offering information while at the same time not making me feel pressured in any way.We went to several other dealerships before Jeff Haas including another Mazda dealership that was closer to our home. Jeff Haas was the only dealership that treated me exactly the same way whether my husband was with me or not. I recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Jeff Haaz Mazda and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My salesman was Rob Morrison, and I can't speak higher of him. He was energetic, enthusiastic and friendly, and he gave me more than enough time to ask questions and gather information about the car. He walked me around the lot and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted without pressuring me or hustling me in the least. Once I finally selected the car and trim I wanted, he answered all my final questions and sent me over to Danyel, who helped me set up a special finance loan. Overall, Rob and Danyel made the process entirely painless, and I'm even planning on dropping by Jeff Haaz occasionally just to say hi. Like I said, it was an entirely pleasant process and I highly recommend Jeff Haaz to anybody looking into buying a Mazda.

My visit to Jeff Haas was for the purchase of a new vehicle. My wife adn I could not decided between a Mazda 6 and a CX-5. The salesman took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and let me test drive each. He did not pressure us to make an immediate decision, but we were so impressed with the dealership and with the salesman that after just a short discussion we settled on the Mazda 6. I showed up at 10 minutes to close. I hated to do it, but I really needed a car. My van was too big, and I have a 20 mile daily commute in stop-and-go traffic. They were very polite and spent time with me to show a few cars. Cuong is a RIOT! It was really fun to work with them, and I appreciated their help and sensitivity to my needs. Really, really good people, and HONEST! I got a great deal on a Mazda 2, with payments I can handle. Also, Kortney (finance manager) spent the time to explain the GAP insurance, and some other add-ons that were frankly a steal in price. GO THERE--you will get a great deal on a great car from good people, and no pressure. They gave me the internet price (I used to sell cars--it's the lowest they can usually afford to go and still keep the lights running). If you see this review elsewhere, it's because I want to tell anyone I can! I am a real customer, not a robo-signer. Great dealer, great experience.

This is the second time to buy a vehicle from Jeff Haas Mazda. The first purchase was a pre-owned vehicle. Bought a new vehicle last night. Rainie was wonderful, friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and a great person to work with. I would definitely recommend Jeff Haas Mazda for both pre-owned and new vehicle purchases.

I came to Jeff Haas to look at a Mazda3 and Rainie Coleman was the salesman I worked with. He was my first stop in car shopping and a week of headaches later, I came back to him, exhausted from dealing with less-than-stellar dealers and salesman. Rainie treated me fairly, followed up when he said he would but did not bombard me like other dealers. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. His customers love him, as you will read often if you look at more Jeff Haas reviews, and it is easy to see why. The best part about Rainie is he will listen to you as a customer. If dealing with an awesome salesman isn't enough, his positive qualities echo throughout the dealership staff. If you're familiar with the automotive industry, you undoubtedly are familiar with the ridiculous turnover rates. Not at Jeff Haas! The service director has been there for over 20 years and even porters have been there for years! That is unheard of in this business! I am so happy with my brand new Mazda3 i Sport and my husband was so impressed with how well I was treated that, even before I signed the paperwork, he scheduled to come in to test drive the Mazda Speed3. Would highly recommend Rainie and the Jeff Haas family to anyone! Thank you Rainie!

I dreaded visiting dealers to purchase a new vehicle but had to replace my 14 year old minivan. Rainie understood quickly that I wanted to downsize but still have some cargo space. He suggested the Mazda 3i 5-door Grand Touring hatchback which met my needs perfectly. Rainie did not try to pressure me into a larger more expensive vehicle. If he had, I would not have returned to the dealership. Rainie is attentive to what the customer really wants in a vehicle. I got a car that is functional, comfortable, and gets great gas mileage. I would encourage anyone interested in a new car to visit Jeff Haas Mazda and ask for Rainie.

We bought a Mazda CX9 4 years ago and have loved it ever since - When We went into the dealership last Saturday, we were Blessed to have been paired up with Rainie Coleman, He got us a great deal on our Second Mazda CX9 - He was very knowledgeable in what met our needs, he went above and beyond what I expected and the communication was on point! In Finance, Daniel Cares, got us a better deal than we had before, with lower monthly payments - She really knows how to work a deal! Darlene actually was there 4 years ago for our first purchase and did the tutorial with our car, It was difinitely nice to see a familiar face She is one of the most customer service oriented people I have had the pleasure of meeting in a Car dealership and she knows her Mazda's inside and out!I would Always recommend Mazda - they are very dependable vehicles.

I showed up at 10 minutes to close. I hated to do it, but I really needed a car. My van was too big, and I have a 20 mile daily commute in stop-and-go traffic. They were very polite and spent time with me to show a few cars. Cuong is a RIOT! It was really fun to work with them, and I appreciated their help and sensitivity to my needs. Really, really good people, and HONEST! I got a great deal on a Mazda 2, with payments I can handle. Also, Kortney (finance manager) spent the time to explain the GAP insurance, and some other add-ons that were frankly a steal in price. GO THERE--you will get a great deal on a great car from good people, and no pressure. They gave me the internet price (I used to sell cars--it's the lowest they can usually afford to go and still keep the lights running). If you see this review elsewhere, it's because I want to tell anyone I can! I am a real customer, not a robo-signer. Great dealer, great experience.

My experience with Rainie was awesome. I told him I wanted to trade in my vehicle, he suggested a vehicle for me and it was as if he read my mind. I ended up getting the vehicle he suggested and I love my new car. Rainie made my entire car trading experience a pleasant one. On the financial side, what Danyel did was a little short of a miracle...the only other person who gets full credit is Jesus, but Danyel was able to keep me paying the same amount monthly that I had been use to paying and I had not had my old vehicle for a full two years. I am recommending Jeff Haas to everyone I know. Rainie and Danyel were GREAT!!!!!

A friend recommended this particular dealership and I can see why. Wanted to check out the performance of the Mazda3 with SkyActiv tech. Rainie Coleman was knowledgeable about the level of detail that goes into the performance of a Mazda, and the mechanics of the SkyActiv tech. He accompanied my friend and I for the test drive, which I appreciate greatly; when test driving a new vehicle there are numerous question which can only be answered during the test drive.Upon my return the following day Phillip helped my mother and I; equally as knowledgeable as Rainie and very helpful when listing the safety features and how the Mazda3 performs in an accident. For the amount of amenities the Mazda3 i Touring offers, Mazda certainly has a reasonable starting price point but it was Jeff Haas that worked diligently and honestly in negotiating the price. Phillip and Rainie called all over town to find a Mazda to my aesthetic liking. The very next day the car was brought in from San Antonio and ready to be picked up. Kortney, the finance manager, was diligent and had us out of the dealership in a very timely manner. An execution that can only be described as militant but far more friendly and personable. Jennifer Beals very helpful in arranging the tint and alarm on the car; I was ready to go the following day. The car looks and feels wonderful considering I loved the luxury and amenities in my previous car. (Previously owned and traded 07' Honda Accord SE, gave an honest and great deal on the trade-in).Any concerns, questions or doubts are wiped away from my experience at Jeff Haas. Great dealership, and not pushy. They really listen to what you want in a vehicle.

I recently bought a certified used 2009 Mazda CX9 from this dealership and it needed some minor body work caused by a flying stop sign while on the lot. We purchased the car on a saturday and the associate told us that it would be ready the following Tuesday, well that was not the case, it is now Saturday, a whole week later and I cannot get a straight story on where in the process the vehicle is. The associate initially tole me the vehicle would be ready on teusday, then thursday, then thursday afternoon, then friday morning, then late friday, now im being told that they are waiting on a part and that it might be ready on monday. My wife is still waiting on our new pre owned vehicle. All I want is to be informed and I thought I made that clear to the associate, but I have had to make every phone to check and see what the status of the car was. I do not feel like I should be the one with the initiative to call. A deal is not finished untill I have the finished product. I dont care if it takes 2 weeks to get it right, but I would like to be informed with accurate information and not kept in the dark about what is going on, after all the car is already ours. I do appreciate the fact that they gave us a loaner vehicle, but it is an inconvenience to have to get off from work everytime someone tells you that your car will be ready for pick up on a certain day and then you call to confirm and get a different story.

We were reffered to Rainie Coleman from another mazda dealership that didn't have the car we were looking for. Rainie was extremely nice and patient with us. He gave us a pretty good deal on the Mazda CX-9. We had some issues with Kortney (the finance guy) but Rainie pushed to make sure that we got what we wanted. Overall, a good experience with the sales man but not satisfied with the way the finance person handled the whole situation.

Shopped around a bit before I made a decision to buy a Mazda, and even shopped different Mazda dealers. Jeff Haas was a smooth, positive buying experience. Rainie Coleman is very knowledgeable about his cars and made it easy to select the make/model that fit our criteria. The negotiation was brief and the paperwork went quickly. This was one of the easier car buying processes I've experienced....I would definitely recommend Rainie and Jeff Haas.

As a single mom trying to make ends meet on a teacher's salary, I wasn't very optimistic about making a used car purchase. I had to replace my old car (or pay for a new engine and a new transmission), and I didn't have a lot of time to look around either. I visited two dealerships prior to visiting this one, and I was really unhappy with my experiences with them; I felt they were dishonest and pushy. This dealership was great. I called ahead, and Lee was waiting for me outside the building with the keys to the car when I got there. The car was exactly as it was described online, and the price was better than the other two dealerships I'd visited. No one tried to get me to look at more expensive vehicles, nor did anyone pressure me to pay for upgrades or warranty plans. They even helped me do a trade in that was in my ex's name (don't worry, I had my ex's approval) without having to deal with getting my ex to sign any of the paperwork myself. Financing was fast, too, and they got me a better rate than what my bank offered me for pre-approval. I can't imagine a better buying experience.

We got the car online from this dealer, advertised as 4wd car for a retail price they were asking, next thing we received a 2wd junk. 1) Misleading in sale and advertisement 2) Not willing to negotiate for their mistakes 3) Never buy from them online 4) lost 2000$ in delivery charges and they refused to cut any loses even it was fully their fault.

The Used Car Dealer My used car buying experience was great. David Morgan was great. He was very laid back and not pushy, and brought a good essence of "Family-Owned" to Jeff Haas. He communicated great, even after the purchase with follow up emails and a phone call -- I've never had that before from a car dealer. The buying experience was just as good, same laid back feeling and no pressure of putting me in "special financing deals". The Service Dept The Service team was just as good. The service reps actually have a positive attitude like they actually enjoy their job. They did great work on my car in a timely manner; even though all I was getting was an oil change and plates on the car.

Total process took me a little over 5 hours, which included one of those hours in front of the computer browsing what Jeff Haas Mazda had in stock. I researched edmunds.com/blue book values and also did a trade-in quote on line with Jeff Haas. After chatting with the online assistant, Raine Coleman gave me a call and I discussed what I was looking to do. I knew that I would be upside down in my trade-in and was concerned with that whole aspect. I arrived at the dealership at 5pm and had signed and left with my new Mazda CX-7 i Sport at 9pm. I've had some very terrible experiences in the past with new and used car salesman, but this was the absolute best. I was relaxed, confident that my limits were not being ignored and I feel I was treated fairly. I didn't have the best credit, but they didn't make me feel any less human, but worked with me and within my limitation. I am extremely pleased with Jeff Haas Mazda and I will tell everyone I know and I myself will be a lifetime customer. The customer service was great, we toured the service department, went over all the car features, and every question was answered. Thank-You team Jeff Haas Mazda!

I went to other dealers (2 Nissan and one other Mazda)and had unpleasent experiences. I spent nearly 3 hours on each one of them including test drive and explaining exactly what I need, but in return hearing only what they want to sell to me and leaving the dealers not only unsatsified but also angry and frustrated that they wasted my 3 hrs. Then I went to Jeff Hass Mazda on I-10 and I told to the sales person exactly which vehicle I want with what options and the price range, he asked few questions left to discuss with his boss and came back, we agreed and shook hands in less then 30 minutes. Two hours later we left the dealer driving our new car , all paperwork was done , service department visited etc. It was not only the sales person but all their staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. Truly satisfactory experience..

Both my wife and I were very pleased with the service and attention we got from Rainie, mainly on being very honest and straightforward as to what we could expect from the car and the lease (and also on what he mentioned to use when we told him about our other car options).The follow up given to us by him was also good as well as the overall buying experience when we got the car yesterday (which is in very good condition, clean, full gas tank, etc)I'd definitely recommend this dealer and the Salesman.Also on the rest of the people there, the woman resopnsible for Service was also very good, she gave us a very complete explanation on critical points to look after and on the booking of the first oil change (had never seen this before in any car dealer, but it is plus)

Raine was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for, showed compatible vehicles on the lot, offered good deals on his inventory, and patiently waited for me to shop around and make a decision. There really wasn't much haggling, as Rainie fought hard to get an even lower price on the car. After the purchase, Rainie still continued to work with me to "fine tune" the purchase with outfitting the vehicles with accessories, and fixing a chip in the windshield.Absolutely NO Buyer's Remorse! After turning in two vehicles because the leases were up, my husband and I had only one vehicle, which is a Toyota Solara convertible. I recently started a new job, which not only meant we needed a second vehicle, but we needed a four door vehicle, which was a requirement at my new job. We've purchased many vehicles through the years, and looking for another was not something we were looking forward to. We both really liked the Toyota Venza, so my husband went to the Toyota dealership and arranged to drive one home so that I could see it. On the way home that day my husband stopped by Jeff Haas Mazda to see what they had available. One of our previous vehicles was a red CX9, which we loved, but had to give back when the lease expired. Long story short, my husband met with Rainie on a Monday and was very impressed with him, along with two choices Rainie found for us to consider. So, then we were second guessing the Venza. My husband and I went back the next day to meet Rainie (which was his day off), of the two choices the red CX9 made better sense, so we took it out for a test drive - I loved it! We both really missed the one we previously had, and this one had a gps, which was awesome! We weren't planning on making a decision that day, but Rainie made us feel so comfortable and confident that we decided to go ahead of move forward with our purchase. From that point on, the process was seamless. Kortney Malito was very patient with us as we went through "our story", which was a bit confusing. Kortney also made us very comfortable, and we were very pleased with the attention and service he gave us. Everyone we encountered was awesome, but I can honestly say that I would not be driving my red CX9 today if it were not for Rainie being so accommodating and personable. Our communication with him did not end with the transaction that day. My husband has called Rainie several times, and gone to see him at the dealership to get some information that was not available for us the day of our purchase. Rainie has followed up with us exceptionally, and we know that we will be able to count on him to help us with any of our needs going forward. By the way, my husband and I took the Venza back to the dealership on our way to meet with Rainie on Tuesday! I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason - I LOVE MY RED CX9, Rainie Coleman and everyone who help put us in it!

Prior to visiting Jeff Haas Mazda, we hadn't been to a dealership to purchase a car in a while. Going in, my family and I were a little apprehensive about the entire situation. But once we met Rainie Coleman in the parking lot everything seemed to flow very smoothly. Jeff Haas Mazda happened to have the exact model and color that I wanted which was excellent. And Rainie made the car buying experience all the more enjoyable by making us feel like he actually cared about our family not only getting a good new car, but also a car that we were going to be happy with, a car at a great price. Overall the buying experience at Jeff Haas Mazda was terrific, one that I hope to replicate in the near future. We went to the dealership simply to look but ended up driving away in a brand new Mazda 6. I highly recommend Rainie Coleman as the sells person to contact if looking into buying a Mazda but also note that the entire team at Jeff Haas Mazda is excellent, making the car buying experience all the more enjoyable.

I presented Rainie with the challenge: two hours to buy a car. He said, "I'll be waiting for you!" Roughly two hours later I had my brand new 2012 Mazda 5! Rainie was able to take care of everything quickly on a busy Saturday morning without making me feel rushed. Later, when the aftermarket parts I wanted did not arrive on time, he personallly followed up and fixed everything by the coming weekend. Bottom line, not only did he perform his own job well, he went above and beyond to fix what anyone else would have called, " Not my problem". And he did so very pleasantly!

Drove by on a Sunday after totaling my car just to see what they had. Rainie happened to be there (on his day off) and was able to let me look in a couple of the cars. I saw the car that I wanted- and wanted it badly. My Dad, on the other hand, was dead set on working with a dealership he had used two weeks before to purchase another car. (He was convinced any other dealer would give us an awful deal.)As it turns out, not only was Rainie able to get the car I wanted (of which was no where else in Houston) but he was able to get us a truly unbelievable deal!!! I can only hope that he stays in the industry for good. I would follow him to friggin' Arkansas to buy from him. Then it came time to do the financing and, let me just say, working with Kortney is like being in the eye of the most pleasurable hurricane of efficiency. He has a no-nonsense approach that left me feeling like I got EXACTLY what I needed without some of the bull that comes with all the different "insurances" and "warranties" that other dealerships "offer".I met with the sales manager who was exceedingly kind and a slew of other people who made me feel like I wasn't just another sucker with a checkbook walking in. I feel very comfortable sending anyone and everyone their way. Go see Rainie- you WILL NOT be disappointed!

We visited Jeff Haas Mazda on a whim after seeing the CX-9 on the road and liking it's appearance. We were not intending to buy but were in the middle of the information gathering process. We were very impressed with the car. It had all the features we were looking for. We wanted to know how much our car was worth and what a CX-9 would cost. We agreed that we would go no higher than 22k and our car. We really liked our salesperson, Rainie and he let us know he was going to get us a good deal, although our ideal situation was impossible. We really liked him and ended up buying the car mostly because of his diligence and determination.

This was the second car I have leased from Jeff Haas and I will probably lease from them again. I worked with Phil Brown on this last lease. He is the best. Always straightforward, very accomodating and pleasant. My last name is not the easiet to pronounce but he asked what the correct pronuncition was and nailed it every time I came in. He even put my plates on my car when it was pretty cold out, which I appreciated very much. I have always gotten fabulous service from Darlene and Kourtney which adds to the comfort level of working with this dealership. Working with Darlene is like visiting with a friend. She takes time to visit with me whenever I stop in. The only recommendation I would make is to have the girls at the desk be more engaging with the customer. When I went in to pick up my plates, the young lady wouldn't take her eyes off of her computer long enough to even look at me. Must have been a good show! My overall experience has been excellent and I have recommended them to friends.

The moment I drove onto the dealership I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Rainie actually took the time to listen to my needs and my credit situation and he made me feel like anything was possible. I was not pressured into buying at that moment and told him I really needed to think about it. He understood and after much praying, I came back the next day ready to make a deal. It was one of the best experiences of my life with all the support and help I received from him and the financial manager. I was driving a 2006 Mustang Rousch (no kidding!) - and since I picked up my Mazda 3 from Jeff Haas on March 9, 2011, I haven't even ridden in the Rousch (which we kept) much less drive it! My Mazda 3 is so sweet and responsive and fuel efficient, I just don't even want to drive that 350 hp Mustang!! I would gladly recommend Jeff Haas and Rainie Coleman to anyone who wants a wonderful, fuel efficient, elegant car!

Carl Scott (the salesman) had worked out a deal with us via the internet to be in a specific price range with no money down and an upside down trade. When we arrived he let us test drive the car but then immediately sat us down to record our information, before showing us any numbers. He then brought us back figures well out of the agreed upon range (even with an ample down payment, which we specifically told him we did NOT want), but had us initial them with the comment that "the finance department will work out the numbers with you." Fine. So we waited 30 minutes in the "holding cell" for the finance manager Kortney Malito (should be maldito!) who was smug and angry that he was having to do any kind of bargaining. I realize it's only a couple dollars, but when I come to you looking for a price range and you give me a number outside of that price range and tell me "it's just semantics," I have to disagree. If I ask for 500 to 600 and you say "602, sign here," it's not going to happen. I expect you to try and work with me to get me around 550 (which, to me, would seem ethical and just all around good business practice). Mr. Malito was smug in his responses and downright mean at times. My complaint that he was not working with me was met with argumentative statements about how other people were waiting to buy the car and other people were waiting to be "helped," so I should just hurry up and take his "deal." If it had been just me there, I would have walked out and never looked back, simply because of his demeanor and the way he talked to me. I did my best to hold my composure and eventually got them down to an "acceptable" price, at which time we signed off and were given the key... wait, only one key?!? Why wasn't this disclosed? This is a $150 item! Overall, we are happy with the car, but the dealership was just lucky to have it, because they are horrible and we will never ever return there. We are also telling everyone who loves the car, NOT to go to Jeff Haas Mazda!

I've recently purchased my second Mazda and after working with a few of the Mazda dealers on the west side of Houston, I can easily claim that Jeff Haas Mazda is by far the best all around dealership. I took my first Mazda to two others out of convenience (one closer to home, the other closer to work) at the time but once I took it to Jeff Haas, I knew I'd never be going back to the others. For service, I primarily work with Todd and believe he's the model of what service advisor should be. The customer experience he and his support staff provide is spectacular. Todd is friendly, courteous, honest, organized, thorough, and sees to it that I am totally satisfied with the outcome of my visit before I leave. I always look forward to working with Todd when I need service of any kind performed on my Mazda. Sharon, the cashier is also very friendly and pleasant and always makes sure we are comfortable while we wait. In addition to the awesome staff, the work performed by the service techs has been flawless from what I can tell. I've never had to have repeat work done and they seem to take great care of my car while they have it, which is a great source of apprehension for a lot of car owners who need service performed on their car. Lastly, if I were going to buy a new Mazda I would buy from Jeff Haas. My recent purchase was for a slightly-used specific Mazdaspeed3 so I had to purchase elsewhere. I had initially shopped a new one at Jeff Haas though and Albert and Phil were the coolest sales staff I've worked with. They allowed me to work within my comfort zone and supported my buying decision even though it wasn't with them. How cool is that?To summarize, since my first encounter with Jeff Haas Mazda approximately 5 years ago, I've had absolutely nothing but positive experiences with them. If you're like me, that seems very improbably if not impossible, but it is true. There are fancier and flashier dealerships out there sure, but if you want an outstanding overall experience with a car dealership, I would tell you to go straight to Jeff Haas Mazda.

I went in to visit with Larry Bennett and was less than thrilled about his customer service (acted more like I was bothering him). I have bad credit, but I had the income and down payment to get a decent deal. He tried to state that they could only get me financed for a certain amount with ALOT down and my payments were over what I wanted. I went to Honda Cars of Katy and the salesman there got me financed with less down and my payments what I wanted! I will NEVER deal with Jeff Haas nor will I recommend them!

The service at Jeff Haas was great. Lane Tate made my daughter's first car buying experience a smooth and enjoyable one. I met my daughter there to help her through the experience but didn't really have to get involved much. He 1st sent to her the internet pricing quote (I love no haggle pricing). Lane set an appointment time w/ her to show the car. He had the car in front waiting for us to view when we arrived. He assisted us w/ our trade in to get what we needed. Before he walked us to finance he sent the car for detailing so it would be ready by the time we finished. The finance specialist (I'm sorry I can't recall her name to post here) was determined to get us as good a rate as she could and she succeeded. I was extremely surprised and pleased with the rate she found considering my daughters less than stellar credit history. All things considered, it was one of my best car buying experiences.

By the time I arrived at Jeff Haas, I was so tired of going to dealerships only to have my heart broken. Every dealership that I had visited had agreed to help me get another vehicle but kept falling short. I am a new mother and the vehicle I had at the time was getting a little cramped; sadly, I still owed for it. Craig Foster and all of the staff at Jeff Haas worked to make me a new Mazda owner and kept looking until they found a better finance offer than the one I came in with. Even though the business should have been closed long before my contracts were signed, they made me feel welcome and they did not try to rush through anything. I already have recommended Jeff Haas to anyone that wants a great vehicle and wonderful service. I will return for my next vehicle.

This was the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I first contacted the dealer via the web (online) and was called by phone from Mr. Foster. He was very nice and informative on the used vehicle I wanted. When I arrived he had the keys waiting for me and even put the car on the rack so I could look under it. About a 15 min. wait and I was in finance with D. Cares. She helped find me the best pay options and was up on the warranty that I purchased. Great personality. I had a big smile on my face all the way home, so much my jaws hurt for days. I have used this location for my car's maintenance for nearly 2 years and been fairly satisfied with the service and technicians. However when my car was towed in for a sputtering engine and smoking tailpipe, their standard of service quickly changed!! While still covered by my powertrain warranty, they are refusing to make the nearly $9,000 repair on a 3yr old vehicle!!The 07 CX7 has presented me with numerous problems and been subject to numerous recalls which have resulted in failing state Inspections...... thus receiving citations.I expect so much better from Mazda! I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years.

Big ScamstersBought a used car once we paid for the car thats when they stopped caring for us. We have to wait for 2 hrs to get the registration done and later when we went to pick up the car after a week they din't have the car ready inspite of we calling them 2 twice before coming and we have to again wait for 2 more hours to get the car. Within 15 days the battery died down and we had to get it replaced and within 20 we had to change the transmission fluid and when we went all the way to talk to them they made us wait for 1/2 hr and acted very rude saying they did the inspection and everything was ok then and we signed that we are buying the car as is and if we are expecting to be paid for the repairs thats not going to happen period. I have met anybody who is more ruder than these guys. Avoid doing any kind of business with these people. These people want to ripoff the money and run away no proper customer service, all that they say is they have inspected the car but no proof of details or inspection records.when the Toyota dealer of the car fixed it Jeff hass says that's their marketing strategy as if these guys did some charity by selling a lemon to us

Albert Bledsoe(Salesman) friendly,informative,no aggressive car salesman hype,polite manners,overall experience was good. Paul Clos(New Car Sales Manager) obtained fair deal on trade-in,informative,explained car purchase well,cooperative, eager to please me. T.Danyel Cares (Finance Director)not a good experience, took first finance loan thru Capital One Bank they offered 9.8% she was in the process of writing up the contract without even speaking to me about the entire finance process, very inappropriate to write up a contract without speaking at all to the buyer, whose money is it anyway, I got quite upset over this, felt like I was being railroaded into high finance rate so she could close out the deal, I told her this was not acceptable at all to me, I almost walked out of Jeff Haas Mazda over this I was so upset, she went through several credit unions and got 6.1%,however; I had one offer of 5.99% through my personal credit union which I used. Also, I received a call from PrimeWay finance officer stating she was not responding to the information requested be faxed over to her from Jeff Haas Mazda, I called Albert Bledsoe and I was upset I told him this was not acceptable at all. I will not have business dealings with Danyel again. Darlene Plunkett(Service and Delivery Coordinator) good experience,she was friendly and informative.I picked up the car on 8-4-10 and the car was dirty on the outside, seats had some kind of dried window tint spray droplets on the seats, the back passenger sheet had some type of white streak on it, very noticeable. The floor mats were not in the car, it had one floor mat in the driver side which was very dirty with actual gravel on it and was not even the actual floor mat that came with the car. The clock in the car was not set to the appropriate time. Darlene had the car washed, correct floor mats put in the car. The car was not serviced for new owner pick up. This leaves a poor impression the the new buyer/dealer experience.Once I purchased the car it appeared to me good service did not apply. Poor finance experience, car not ready for pick up. I would probably buy another car from Jeff Haas Mazda but would inform them I expect good service after the papers are signed.I feel the Mazda-3 is a good car for the price and rides,handles,drives well. I must say that this was best experience i have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. It started with me filling out a price quote for a particular vehicle that I was interested in. I recieved a call from Paul not too long after that making me what i know was a great deal. I decided to go in on a Saturday to check the vehicle out and was greeted by Albert. Though he's only been there for 3 months, he was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. He answered all my questions and was just plain awesome. Once i decided to get the vehicle, the negotiating with Paul went as painless as possible and walked away with an awesome deal. I absolutely despise a car salesman, the dealership, the "finance guy"...the entire experience. I had been researching cars on the internet for weeks...couldn't make up my mind. After a trip to a few other dealers I found some beautiful cars at Fred Haas. Today was an exception to all my previous auto purchase experiences, so much so that I had to find a way to share my opinions. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Carl in the Pre-Owned Department. The original car I wanted, a Mazda6 wasn't feasible for my budget; however, just as we were about to leave Carl checked on another car, a Mazda 3...newer, less miles and the same options..fully loaded. He gave a fair price for my trade-in, a great price on the car (internet deal), and Kourtney in finance wasn't the typical shady character we've all come to expect. He was upbeat, he was not pushy at all about adding on options, and he was actually interesting to talk to. Much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Houston area. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Cuong knew the answer to every question and didn't hesitate to go find out anything I asked that he didn't know. When I first stopped at the lot he approached me and I told him I was just looking today. I really had no intention of buying for another few weeks/months. He assured me he would be there to answer questions and would not pressure me. I jumped into a car and he asked me if I wanted to test drive it. After the drive I told him exactly what I was looking for and asked him to find one. We text messaged back and forth for a day or so, great way to work out the sale as I'm in meetings 70% of the time at work so texting is easier than fielding calls. I bought my first Mazda from Cuong mostly because of his 'no pressure' approach. Most sales guys are too pushy and end up causing me to leave. Darlyn was great in demonstrating the features of my new Mazda and she was very accepting of my wound up kids I had with me during the sales process. The finance person was also very helpful as she fit my budget as well as found the absolute best deal for me. I was buying a new Mazda3 fully loaded. They did not have exactly what I wanted, so they picked it up for me from another city. I feel that the price was good and that they actually care about pleasing their customers.Nelson is a huge asset to this dealership. He is professional, courteous, and on always on top of everything. I was happy with his call backs, reminders, and he was very patient with me (took over a month for me to decide what I really wanted).Paul is also very helpful. He is willing to do what it takes to make you happy. He can be somewhat to-the-point at times, but I don't think that this is a problem. He seems very honest, friendly, and very personable.CON:The only problem I had with this dealership was their finance employee "Kourtney". What a disgraceful employee. If he were to be the only finance employee, I would have taken my business ANYWHERE else. He started off by spilling warranties to us, without drawing any sort of sense as far as the benefits per cost. When I told him I wasn't interested, he got snappy and continued his speech. He was VERY RUDE. I told him that we weren't sure about signing papers tonight, and that I really wanted to double-check everything and sign in the morning. He asked me, "So you want us to bring a car here, without you paying for it?" with the attitude of a teenager. When I told him that I wasn't interested in purchasing that night, he said "Okay? Let me inform the others of your intentions." with such hostility that I wanted to walk out that very moment.I am not sure if he was in a bad mood, or if he treats all customers with such disrespect, but judging by his flashy watch and pompous attitude, I would expect that all customers are mistreated by him. I feel that without Kourtney, this dealership would be perfect.

When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by Coang. He was so nice and very, very funny. I know nothing about cars and Coang was very patient when I asked him very simple but important questions before purchasing my car. I had never owned a Mazda but knew that if the employees were this nice and patient, then it was worth looking into. Once inside, Jeff made me feel equally special. This was the first no-pressure sales experience I've ever had with any vehicle dealership. Bob Wills worked with me over e-mail, which was my preferred method, to agree on the model, color, price, etc. By the time I arrived at the dealership, all I had to do was sign my financing paperwork and I was ready to go. When I first started working with the dealership, I told them which model, package, and color I wanted, and they ordered the car from another dealership in Texas and had it on the lot in 24 hours. When I test drove it, I knew I wanted it but needed to wait until the end of the month. Without any pressure tactics, the salesman simply told me he would hold it for me, and he looked forward to doing business. No tactics, no pushing, it was great. Furthermore, this is the first time I've ever bought a car where someone from the dealership - Darlene - sat in the car with me for forty-five minutes and made sure I knew EVERY feature of my new car, how to use everything, and what all the buttons did. This was huge. Also, financing with Danyel was seamless and she worked with me to get me where I needed to be. Great experience!

After being thoroughly disgusted with the internet sales people at Russell & Smith Mazda I e-mailed Larry Bennett at Jeff Haas. From his initial reply to the time I drove off in my new Mazda 3s Sport Larry was friendly, courteous, informative, and more interested in finding the car I wanted than just selling me something. There was no pressure to buy and my questions were answered fully and completely. Darlene was helpful in suggesting extras I might want but did not continue to try to sell me something after I declined it. Danyel zipped me throught the financing and explained everything as we went along. The entire time I was in the dealership I met nothing but friendly and helpful people who made fresh coffee for me and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer they might never see again. I cannnot recommend Larry too highly and I will definitely recommened both Larry and the Jeff Haas dealership to everyone. Russell & Smith lost a sale by being too pushy, not answering questions, and continuing to send me useless e-mails after I told them to stop. Everything about their internet sales people was pushy and seemed desperated to sell me a car, not the Mazda 3 I asked about, but virtually everything else in their inventory. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly and receive professional service, go to Jeff Haas Mazda and see Larry.

I went in on a budget and the dealership went very far to making the best deal possible and getting me into a new car. They kept in touch with me throughout and responded to questions/emails promptly and accurately. The final paperwork process was quick and efficient, i wasn't there for more than 2 hours on the final day of picking up the car from start to finish. Even at the last minute, the finace manager worked another deal to help me out. The service and delivery coordinator was thorough and a delight to work with. The salesman was very patient and understanding. The car buying process is stressful enough but this dealership made it a lot easier. I chose them over 4 other Mazda dealerships I had shopped around at.

From the moment I arrived, I recieved nothing but excellent customer service. Craig Foster answered all of my questions, and made sure that he knew exactly what I was looking. I a writing regarding my experience with this dealerships Service Department. I just can't hold my experience back anymore without letting customers know how I was treated regarding service on my Mazda and being a loyal cutomer for over 12 years. What turned out to be a alternator problem escalated to not only the alternator but much more after they replaced it with a new alternator. This "new" alternator ended up blowing all my fuses, all light bulbs, AC part, power supply to the radio. They did cover the PCM board which of course was under warranty so they could get their money back on their repair. My issue is that I brought the car for repair and left it running for them "ALL SYSTEMS WORKING FINE." I received a call mentioning they performed a test and my alternator needed replacing then it turned into the the blame game and them running their internal test to find what caused the problem. All in all I ended paying the additional $600 over the estimated cost but still am considering some type of action. Heck, I even sent a letter to the General Manager and never received a call or response and of course Mazda USA was on no help basically backing up the dealership with a sort of snotty reply. Ohhh... I forgot when I went to pick the car up there was a tail light out, one foglight was out and the power window for the passenger side was not working and finally opening the truck the felt lining was laying all over the place. You call this service; is sure don't. My wife was worried about the car that was serviced their. How much damage was done to the electrical wiring? She was scared to drive the car and I don't blame her. We ended up trading the car in on a brand new Honda. Someone that really cares about their customer with a actual phone number you can call reagarding anything you have problems with. This is unlike Mazda which has no support line. At the end is seems it is all about the money...forget the customer.....bye

Bob Wills gave me a great price on the new car via email and a trade price after a trade evaluation that took only 20 minutes. Both prices were excellent and no further negotiation was necessary. Jeff Haas' first offer was the best offer on both the new and used car and both prices were extremely competitive. When we signed the final papers the next day, there was no pressure from finance or accessories to buy unnecessary products. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a Mazda.

When I showed up, I was helped by Freddie Palos and he was one of the friendliest car salesperson I have encountered. He gladly answered every one of my questions, and I ask a LOT of questions because I don't like making mistakes. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about and that made me feel confident with my decision. Anyway, overall it was a very pleasant experience, including the financial department (I always ask for Danyel Cares because she is very kind and helpful too). This great service is the reason why I continue to take my car to this dealership for my regular maintenance.

Overall, my experience with Jeff Haas Mazda was great. Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgable, which I found to be impressive compared to other dealers. The salesman obviously tried to close the deal (and he did), but wasn't pushy. My wife even had a follow up visit to pick up plates and one of the salesman went the extra mile to help put them on and track down some specific brackets we needed. I would recommend Jeff Haas to anyone - they have a great inventory of used cars. From my experience, they're the best place to find quality used CX-9s in the Houston area.

I originally went into Jeff Haas Madza looking for a used CX-7. Mohammed quickly greeted us on our first visit, and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm. He let us look around the cars in a relaxed manner but was always available to answer any questions we had. We actually visited the dealership about 4 or 5 times, always asked for Mohammed, and he was always patient with us despite our indecisiveness. On our last visit to the dealership, we found a used car on the lot that was absolutely perfect and a FANTASTIC price. Mohammed agreed to include a few additional features with the car, such as running boards, and we soon settled on a very fair price. Mohammed stayed involved with us through the whole sales process, even as we dealt with financing, etc, and it was great to have a salesman continuously dedicated to us through the process. Since the purchase, Mohammed has called me a few times to check up on how the car is working out for me, and I really appreciate his continued service. We have purchased from other dealers before, and the experience always seemed rushed and impersonal, but with Mohammed we felt like we were purchasing the vehicle from an old friend. I will definitely return to Jeff Haas Mazda for my next vehicle purchase!

I have never owned a Mazda....we happen to stop by because of the clunker program -- I never intended to buy a new vehicle. I have alway driven a SUV and since the clunker program offered me the opportunity to buy a new vehicle and Mazda also offered some great perks and incentives, I just couldn't resist buying a new vehicle.By far of Toyota and the other dealers that I looked at that offered the SUV Cross Over Vehicle -- i was sold on Mazda as soon as i saw it.... I was very impressed. It is roomy, economical, looks good, handles well and perfect. I am very very happy with it. Although it is not a BMW (and I do have a BMW at home....this is much lighter to drive and it is just mine) I have to share the BMW.Mr. Cuong Nguyen was an absolute joy to work with. He was very personable answered all my questions. He made it very easy for me to want to buy a vehicle from this dealer. He checked up on me and has kept in touch.Also - interestingly enough -- I have never used a dealer to do my oil changes -- and I am also using them for maintenance of my car....they are in-line with what other companies offer.Thank you.

First of all i already bought a Mazda 5 a few years ago and i that was already a pleasure to deal with Jeff Hass Mazda.Buying, Selling and maintaining a car is easy with Jeff Hass Mazda.I came not really prepared to buy to check what was available at a reasonable price and a good trading for my 20 years old Mazda Miata.... (anyway, my wife told me, please do something, i don't want to see your car anymore without any paint... This was the 1990 serie which was having the primer issue).I have met Mr Foster in front of the car i wanted to see ... He proposed the keys for a drive. I went out with the strange impression the car was mine. Well, i came back 90 minutes later with great expectations: trading well my old Miata.First try, second try and the deal was done well. Ok Graig, you've done a great jog dealing with me! The longest part was to empty my previous Miata and to wait for Financial papers to be signed - 10' wait, that was not too long!I will deal again one day with this dealer!Great deal Graig!Thanks a lot

I purchased two new Mazdas at the the same time. My salesman, Mr. Nguyen made the process seamless. It was the most pleasurable new vehicle buying experience I've had in the past 35 years. Very good atmosphere. Greeted right away, and felt that Mohamad was there to make sure that i got the right car that i wanted. Overall good selection of what i was looking for and the pricing was great. I went in just looking to see what the mazda6 looked like in person. And coupled with the great service, good price, and good selection. It turned into a no brainer. I am very happy with the car and the place that i got it from.

I had recently gone to another dealer and was about to purchase a Used Ford Fusion until a friend of mine knew how much I love my Mazda CX-7 and recommended I'd check out a Used Mazda 3 Hatchback at Jeff Haas Mazda. The staff was not pushy and kept there distance until I was ready or asked for help. Not only was the sales staff helpful, but the Financing Dept. was very understanding of my thin credit Status and explained to me some of the options and were very straight forward. I can't have an opinion on the quality of work since I have yet to have my car serviced at there location, but if it's a reflection of the service that I did recieve, then I'm sure that I would give it a good rating. Good and quick service. I purchased a used Pontiac. The price was in my budget and there was no pressure from the sales person "Mohamed". They gave me a good price for my trade in and I was out of there in two hours. That was my second car from this dealer ship.

Although I am a car buying veteran, usually buying a new car every 12-18 months, it is still an uneasy tedious decision when shopping for and buying a new vehicle.My salesman Cuong, the manager Paul and the finance manager Danyel along with the team at Jeff Haas made the whole process simple, hassle free and ZERO pressure. I got an excellent deal at this dealership. The finance person worked with me to get the best possible rate and package that fit me. The dealer found the perfect car for me at the right price. The best part, however, was the customer service. I have purchased a Mazda a few years ago at Russell & Smith and the service at Jeff Haas does not even compare. After I purchased my new vehicle, the employees there took the time to explain every detail of my new car, show me all of the cool gadgets and safety features, and even took the time to set up the bluetooth feature in my car. They also gave me all of their contact information for any further help and questions. I did not receive any of this at any other Mazda dealership.I highly reccomend this dealership and look forward to continue business with them.

I bought my Mazda5 new in May 2006. I found the car online searching their inventory. I emailed the dealer asking for the best price. Mel responded immediately and gave me what I thought was fair price. I even got the blue book value on my old car as a trade-in. I showed up, wrote out a check, and drove off with absolutely no hassle. Since then, they have been the only people to service my car. When it's time to buy another vehicle, Jeff Haas will be my first stop!

The initial contact with Bob and the sales was okay; we drove 3 cars and throughout it all Bob was very professional and courteous. However, once I agreed to the sales, Bob left me hanging. He introduced me to Darlene in Customer Service and this lady was a total disorganized mess. She could not get anything straight. The new car was not ready for me to drive home and the dealership was supposed to provide a loaner since they were going to keep the trade-in. I had to loudly voiced that I was going to take my old car home sine they did not have a loaner, and that's when some other salesman reacted and helped me. Bob did not appear in all this neither Darlene. The next day I had to call at least twice to find out when the new car was going to be ready. It was noon time !. Once I arrived at the dealership I was dealing with Darlene Plunkett again, who by the way did not remember me at all !!!. Surprising since only a few hours before (the night before) I had sat with her and she had given me the manuals of the car. But the story did not end there nor was it happily ever after: the lost the second key of my new Mazda 6 !!!!!. How could this be possible ?. Truly after looking at all the disorganized array of people at that dealership it should not surprise me at all. So, Darlene called the Service Department so I could get a replacement key for my NEW car. She said Friday Dec 18 at 8:30AM. I showed up at the Service Department as indicated, and SURPRISE AGAIN !, they did not know that I was going to be there for a replacement key: the appointment was not made. Allan, the service department rep was nice enough to take the car, but we have to leave it there until noon time. Again, one whole morning lost and all due to the incompetency and disorganization of the sales team: first loosing the key, then not making any appointment.This is not the first Mazda I own, and in fact back in 2008 I bought a Mazda 3 from this dealership and the service was excellent: don't know what happened to the folks that attended on me then, but Mazda should really considerer bringing them back.Now, I do want to take this opportunity to mention that the Service Department has been so far an excellent provider and can only hope that they do not get tainted by the poor customer service skills of the sales department.Unless something radically changes within the sales department I will not buy another Mazda from this dealership!

so i went in there with a print out sheet of paper in hand with a mazda3 i like, but upon hearing my price range the salesperson immediately rejected my choice, forcing me to go to a lower class. very disrespectful. this not like i cant afford the car i just giving out my ideal price range. then later after i test drived the car we started to talk price, after some disagreements over the price i left the place and on my way back home the salesperson called me and try to get me back with offering $2000 less than the original price. although it's not the ideal price i agreed to go back. i went back told him i want $500 less than what he is offering and i agree to put a thousand more down, he went to finance department and i heard from the finance guy very loudly, i quote word for word "TELL THEM TO GET OUT OF HERE!" and i left without a word. so overall i would not recommend this dealer. they just way too cocky and unappreciative of their customers.

The Jeff Haas Mazda dealership was the most legitimately competitive I dealt with (as opposed to some which will say/email anything to get you on the lot THEN reveal that the unit they mentioned is no longer available but they have another just $2K more ...). I explained what I was looking for and Bob Wills searched till he found something -- though he had to work with out-of-town dealership to get it. There was small electronics problem w/ car that should have been spotted, but it was fixed quickly. Straightforward dealership, willing to deal.

I went in Thursday, Bob told me my options. I test drove the car I wanted, and told him I wanted to go with a lease option for the CX-7. Then my application went to financing where Kourtney got me approved. I drove off of the lot Saturday with a clean car. It was easy, simple, I got what I wanted and they were quick. Overall, a great experience, being that it was my first car purchase at a big dealer.

My first Mazda was a Mazda5 lease from Jeff Haas that just completed. I replaced it with a purchase of the same model. Throughout my 2 year lease, I brought the car to Jeff Haas for service. Every appointment was handled with courtesy and professionalism. I gave Craig and the staff of Jeff Haas an exceptional rating based on them delivering an awesome experience when I bought my 2010 Mazda CX-7 last week. Craig's laid back sales approach made me feel comfortable from the test drive through until I completed the sales process. This is the first time that I felt I was able to focus on choosing a car, and not having to keep the salesperson from trying to run my credit or fill out this or that form. This is also the first time in buying a car where I actually sat with someone who showed me how things work inside the car! Truly amazing!! I am excited about my new car and I look forward to a long relationship with Mazda! My only wish is that I could get the 0 APR special that you guys are running now (hint, hint)!! Sales people were great (my salesman was Bob), including the sales manager Paul. I enjoyed the entire experience. In fact, I liked Bob enough to request him get my car (with color/options I wanted) from a different dealership so that I could continue to interface with him (and it saved me some trouble). He did everything I asked!The financing people WILL try to sell you on a lot of things, talk fast, and try to talk (read "verbally intimidate") you into everything. I found the financing department side of things somewhat stressful, but I don't include that in the experience of shopping for and buying the car. I did get a great financing deal so I will not complain too much.Overall, I love the car and will go back to Jeff Haas (and ask for Bob, no doubt) when I am looking for another car.

Prior to purchasing my new Mazda 3 this past weekend at Jeff Haas Mazda in Houston, Texas, I bought 3 other new cars in years past. First, I called Paul Clos at Jeff Haas the night before I drove to the dealership and asked him why I should drive almost an hour away from home to buy a new car, when I could easily drive 10 minutes from my home to a different dealer. Without hesitation, Paul gave me several reasons that I would enjoy my new car purchasing experience at Jeff Haas, over the closer dealer. He also sent me an email quote for the car I was considering purchasing and we had a very nice conversation! It was so nice to talk to a REAL human being, not someone who was just trying to get a car sale! When I went to Jeff Haas Mazda last Saturday, the day after I spoke to Paul, he had already advised his salesman, Craig Osborn, that I was coming. I immediately test drove the Mazda 3 (and fell in love with it!!!!!), then looked at some other models with different options, just to be sure. EVERYONE at Jeff Haas made me feel comfortable and gave me more than the information I needed to make an educated decision on my purchase. Because I'd had some bad experiences in the past buying new cars, I was really not looking forward to another one. JEFF HAAS MAZDA'S EMPLOYEES TOTALLY CHANGED MY OUTLOOK ON CAR BUYING. They were extremely nice (not like seedy car salesmen) and took the time to explain the process, the financing, and the delivery. I would recommend Jeff Haas Mazda to ANYONE looking for a pleasant experience, whether buying a new or used car (in fact, I've already been blabbing to my friends that I had an AWESOME time at Jeff Haas!) BTW, I was in and out of the dealership in 2-1/2 hours...a RECORD for me~ If you are reading this survey and want a GREAT/AWESOME/SUPERIOR deal/experience, YOU SHOULD GO TO JEFF HAAS MAZDA~ FINAL WORDS...ZOOM, ZOOM, ZOOM~ LOL
