I'm only writing this because I don't think the $1400 fee they add to the total finance price is fair. I went in to look at a 2007 Lexus ES for $8,400. The lady who helped me was very pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable and didn't pressure me to do anything. The customer service was really outstanding. They broke down all of the details of the fees and charges that was going to be added to the final price. Well one fee was the $1400 "accessories fee" for making sure the car is in working condition for the consumer. She said they were required by law to make sure the car is in working condition before they can sell it. So that is what the $1400 accessories fee is for. Why should the consumer have to pay to make sure the car is in working condition before they sell their car? It's like you have to pay a 1400 repair bill before you any buy the car. Let's say you had an apple phone that you wanted to sell but you had to get it repaired because the state requires that the phone had to be in good working condition before you could sell it. That is my responsibility and not the consumer.

Great sales experience. Rarely does an important decision like purchasing a vehicle go without issues. I did have a couple of issues during the purchasing process after I arrived to close the deal however Jeff Wyler Nissan in good faith made it right by offering concessions. They could have just as easily said “we’ll sell this car the next person in line” but they didn’t . They really wanted to make the situation right and they did even though they didn’t have to. Thanks for the great experience . Ask for Mike Wiltzius !!

We contacted Jeff Wyler late on a Tuesday night after business hours regarding two cars in their inventory. To our surprise Tyrone responded to our message almost immediately and we scheduled a time the next day to come on and test drive the car. When we arrived they were ready for our test drive. They car purchasing process was relatively painless and although we had to return the next day to finish the process (due to our schedules) Tyrone came in on his day off to finish the transaction. The entire staff was friendly and good to deal with.

Bought a Nissan Armada off of Corbin and he did a great job on selling this SUV to us . Although I wish someone was there to go over the vehicle with us to show us everything about it . Took car back 2 days later because I thought there were scratches on it and Corbin immediately took it back to check on them and it was just tape and he wiped them off and checked the whole car after that .

Chris Patton and Mike Jasper made my car buying experience painless and easy. I was in a tough situation being upside down in my current loan, and my credit is mediocre at best. I typically don't take the time to write reviews but my buying experience with Tom Jones warrants one. I do not buy cars that often, but when I do I dread it. Most of the time it's because of the "pushy car salesman". Tom blew away this stereotype. I found a car I liked on the web site and showed up without an appointment. Tom was the first person I saw and welcomed me to the dealership. We went for a test drive, agreed on a fair price, and I drove home in a new truck. It doesn't get any easier than that! I would highly recommend asking for Tom at your next visit to Jeff Wyler Nissan on Colerain. Thanks, Tom!

The service dept was to order a new key and reset it. The original key was lost, a diagnostic was ran and repair made but the car not fixed. The service dept asked to have the car removed from the lot but made arrangements for a locksmith to go to the car and "make" a key-but that was the original purpose for the car being there. A three week ordeal that ended with a car without the original key and still not running.

My husband and I leased a vehicle, the Nissan Rogue from Jeff Wyler Nissan of Cincinnati. My husband loves his new car and Derron was very helpful in talking us through leasing and making sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle. The one thing I would have liked was a little more discussion on color and style, but his passion for Nissan was so strong that we felt very confident in our purchase. Additionally Jimmy was very helpful in explaining the financing and what a great deal the maintenance package was. If I ever trade my Ford Focus in, I'll definitely pay Derron & Jimmy a visit to see what kind of options and deals Nissan has to offer.

I don't see the name of the young man, ALEX GRACE, who worked with me on Saturday, Aug. 27. I want to be absolutely sure he gets the accolades he deserves. He made the trading of my 2014 Sentra lease to a 2016 Sentra lease, a pleasure. He is very sincere, helpful and professional. My fiancee and I were looking to trade in her old car to get 2 new ones. One major problem was that I live out state. They worked hard on making it so the banks would accept an out of state deal. Our sales associate was Corbin. He really made sure that we had gotten the best deal that we could possibly get. Even on his day off he was working hard to make things work. Thanks to Corbin and Jeff Wylers team. We ended up with a brand new Nissan Sentra and a really nice Nissan Versa. Corbin was really honest about everything. He made sure that we had the best and safest car to make it to Florida with the best gas miles. He made sure that the warranty was great, and the banks had their ducks in a row. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. In fact my fiancee and I have recommended our best friends to them. We told them that Corbin was amazing as well as the Jeff Wyler team. Although it was a mixed bag, in the end, it tuned out all right. Tom Jones was a salesman who aimed to please. There was a long wait ( about 6 weeks) to get the deep scratches fixed. Things did work out after. the GM of the dealership finally resolved the issue. At first it was wet sanded with not too good of results, A touch up man later made the proper repairs and it is OK now. A trade in makes it hard to determine what kind of deal you really got. Anyway, I think I got treated fairly in the end. I just had to do a lot of calling and waiting. I have been back to the dealership 4 times to sign paperwork. The last time about a month after the sale because they had screwed up the loan paper. I am now receiving notice that I did not make my first payment because it was before they finally submitted the paperwork. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. Closing the deal is the most basic function of a car dealership and they can not get it right. 2016 05 06Jeff Wyler had no interest in doing anything about our bad experience until we posted. Now they are acting like it is important to them. When I tried to contact the dealership management concerning my experience they would only have the salesperson call me. When we posted is only time they have become concern about this.

We bought a new Nissan at Wyler. We thought we had completed the sale and took the car home.The dealership proceeded to call us four separate times to come back and sign paperwork they messed up. The last time was the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation paperwork at the beginning of the second month since we bought the car. We did not receive a bill till the middle of the following month that now says we are late on our first month payment and owe them two months payment. I have done nothing wrong but the dealership inability to do paperwork can now possibility affect my credit rating.

To be fair, my husband and I went to this dealership only a few days after they had changed from one owner to another. However, this does not excuse some of the difficulties we had. Our sales person, Leroy, was poor with communication. We went to the place knowing which car we wanted to see and likely purchase, so we were an "easy sell," for the most part. However, it did not feel as though we were engaged in fair negotiation with the sales team (salesman and "manager). They conveniently attempted to hide some "extras" in the deal they offered to us, saying that we could have the car for $200 a month for 60 months. However, we did our research and knew the going interest rates, the sales tax, etc. and knew that we could get the same monthly payment for 48 months. After challenging the salesman he came back and said, I just learned that there were extras thrown into the first deal. My husband actually sent his phone with the sales person and we got what we wanted. After that process, we waited for hours to sign papers- and there were no other customers! However, we were not told which finance companies were options, what interest rate(s) we were offered, etc. We had to ask as we were sitting down and finally signing papers who the lender was and what the interest rate was. FINALLY we took the vehicle home. It was after running an errand that evening that I saw that we had no temp tag on the car. There was a Jeff Wyler ad plate, but nothing official. AND WE WERE NOT TOLD. My husband called the dealership and they said they were out of them and it would take a few days to get them in. In the meantime, my husband had to drive round trip 35 miles to and from work each day with no license plate. We arranged that I would be able to stop by the dealership and pick up the tags and that they were expecting me. I walk in, tell the sales guy why I was there, and am left standing and waiting at the desk. After about ten or so minutes I was shown to the waiting area for the service department because they havent printed it off yet. After waiting for about another 30 minutes I walked out onto the sales floor and the salesman said, It will be awhile yet because theyre working with a customer who was having a problem. I wanted to say, I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER FOUR DAYS AGO AND I HAVE A PROBLEM! I walked away before I said something reckless and the salesman followed me making excuses. I then explained I was upset because we were not told from the day of the sale that we did not have a license plate. Then the sales person made excuses about the fact that he wasnt told, etc. I was so angry at this point that I was tearing up. Finally, a business office guy came out to get me. He asked how I was doing, and I was honest. I said I was upset and why. He was very comforting, said that the plate had been sitting on his desk THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS WAITING and that I never should have had to wait. It seemed again, that the ball was dropped by Leroy, the salesman. We then were called and told that we had to come in and sign more papers because of the changeover in owners of the dealership. We again had to wait, but waited a more reasonable length of time. However, Leroy was sitting at his desk, which is right by the door, and completely ignored us. And Im glad. We will not go back to this place again, even if they advertise a car we would like.

This is my third Altima. I was a newcomer to Ohio, in 1994 when I bought my first Altima from Mr. Falhaber (R.I.P.). It served me well and I came back and purchased my 2003. After 12 more dependable years, it was time for a new car. Brant helped make it an easy transition and got me a good price. He helped me catch up on the 12 years of technology changes I missed, explaining and demonstrating how things worked. It is nice to know that I will be able to continue to bring my car back to the same place. I have been learning all of my new features and loving the driving experience.

He listens to what you want, doesn't try to oversell, and explains all the new features each time. I feel that the Jeff Wyler dealership has captured some of the family feeling that Falhaber had, and all the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I highly recomment Brant as a salesman.

I am a younger female buyer and have gone to many dealerships who try to take advantage of me or do not treat me respectfully because of this. My experience at Jeff Wyler Nissan this past week was completely different. Fred, Corbin, and Rick all treated me with respect and were very reasonable and friendly to work with. I left feeling like not only did I receive a great deal on my 2016 Nissan Rogue SV (which I love by the way) but that I had a very satisfactory experience in the process. They were very adamant that they were available for any problems that arose and that they try to treat their customers like family both during the sale and after. This rang true as I found a small defect in my interior after bringing the car home and they were very quick to respond that I could bring it in for repair.I appreciate the experience I had with these guys and am glad I ended up giving them my business.

My experience wasn't good with Clay Cooley Nissan in Cincinnati. Notice that all the other reviews are for Falhaber Nissan. Clay Cooley bought from Falhaber in the spring of 2015. I bought my car in December 2015. This certainly wasn't a Falhaber experience. They treated me poorly by not returning calls, my salesman was relatively new and used that excuse for everything that he didn't know or didn't want to answer. I made the mistake of signing on the dotted line. Later realized they charged me $595 for a "clear coat" that I didn't even want. I will say that they told me that could be refunded to the bank. The pricing on their website for Cincinnati is for a different geographic area. The pricing on the Internet doesn't match what they charge. I kept asking and the finance guy, who was also new, finally agrees with me that I was right. And then he said he would look into it. That was almost three weeks ago and it's still the same. To me that's false advertisement. He told me it was an error and not deceptive. It's deceptive if it stays that way! I also didn't get the money for my trade in until I called corporate to complain as they told me a few weeks later that there wouldn't be anyone there to sign the check for another week. Ironically after I went to corporate I received a call that I could come pick it up. I paid a $250 document fee.... Why not mail it to me? Regardless I didn't want these clowns to have my money one more day so I went and got it. The GM ignored my calls, my sales guy ignored my calls/texts. They are unprofessional, rude and in my opinion they are crooked. Don't make the mistake I did by going here.

I had made a decision to stop looking and continue driving my vehicle. My husband and I made 1 more stop into Falhabor Nission before going home after a long day, for the first time that day I was pleased what I look at and the price. I desided to go home and think about all the vehicle I had seen within the past several weeks. After a couple of days, my husband and I went back to Falhabor to test drive the vehicle. I was pleased how it handled and all the options offered. Within several more days, I bought a vehicle I'm please to say is my own. As I mentioin earlier in my review I'm not a person who make a decision quickly, the last time I bought a car it took 2 years of looking before I bought one.

I LOVE my Brand new Nissan Altima. I can not express how happy I am to finally own my own car. Nissan made this process super easy and allowed me to feel comfortable with my purchase. They did not pressure me about my purchase and since this was my first time purchasing a car, they made sure that I was doing everything right and I appreciate that. It was really hard for me to go to a dealership, not know anything and hope that I would not have a wool pulled over my eyes. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Brant Renner, I explained to him my recent situation with how my car had been damaged and how I wanted to upgrade my 2011 Nissan Versa to a newer model. My husband was looking for a truck and no one would work with him - UNTIL we walked into Falhaber Nissan...he found what he wanted at the price he wanted. Bill Hesse is a great sales person and very knowledgeable and customer oriented. While my husband was working on his truck deal, I also found a Nissan Sentra that I absolutely loved...so, I bought it - once again working with Bill Hesse on it. While sitting at the dealership and waiting on my new car, EVERY employee that walked through the show room either stopped and talked to me, or spoke to me. EVEN Brian and Bill Falhaber came over and talked to me. It was amazing! I will never shop at another car dealership again when I need a new vehicle other than Falhaber. He is very knowledgable, answering all my questions with patience and respect. There were a few vehicles that I was considering while looking for a new car; Falhaber Nissan was my first stop. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Jimmy Singer. I test drove a Frontier and Jimmy went over the features with me. He was very friendly, helpful, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He helped me find the right truck for me without being one of those pushy sales people. I loved the truck and was very pleased with my time there that day. I did leave to visit some other dealerships, including another Nissan dealer, but the customer service I received did not compare to that at Falhaber. I really feel that everyone there did everything that they could to make buying my truck the most pleasant experience possible. Even after I left with my new truck, Jimmy was still helpful in answering the questions that I had about my truck. I will definitely recommend shopping at Falhaber Nissan, and I will tell everyone to ask for Jimmy.

This was one of my favorite car buying experiences. We looked for a descent first car for our son and never felt the dealer's had our son'swell being and safety in mind. This was a whole new buying experience. I feel our son has a safe and reliable car.

I have chosen Falhaber Nissan to continue leasing my Murano (this is my 3rd lease with them) because they are honest and really listen to what their customers want. Brian Falhaber and Jimmy Singer knew what I wanted and respected my time constraints - got me in and out in record time. I trust the dealership and would recommend them to anyone - great experience! Won't go anywhere else because I really don't like shady car salesmen. I travel from the east side all the way over to the west side because it is worth the drive to deal with honest sales people.

I'll never shop anywhere else for a car. This is the 3rd car I have bought from there. They are the friendliest most straight forward dealership I've ever done business with. I took care of most of this purchase over the phone. Couldn't be happier with the way they treated me. I almost feel like they are family. No one looks forward to buying a new or used car and spending 1000's of dollars, but they make it an enjoyable experience where you don't feel like they are out to rip you off. i just bought a nissan 370z and had an excellent experience. was really well done plus a really great car. they really made an effort. there was no pressure to buy and let me test the car for as long as i wanted. they brought the car up thru the service bay with all the snow cleaned off and really made a nice presentation of the car when i went out for my test drive and after i purchased it. as we were discussing the car Herm spent 30 minutes going over everything the car does and how to work things. he went over it in more detail after the purchase. when you are aware of the little things, especially on the display or in the computer, you can take advantage of them.

I was and am very upset with your dealership I will never purchase a vehicle from any Falhaber dealership EVER! I came in there to test drive a 2013 370Z & I had explained that I was working on a deal but nothing solid with the dealership in FF, after the test drive I was convinced I would own/lease one of these cars. Your sales person shot some numbers at me and look GREAT almost too good to be true in comparison with the trial number I was receiving from Wyler in Fairfield and after further persuasion from the salesman he wanted to see where I was at as far as a potential deal with getting a 2013 370Z. After myself asking multiple times at least four that I am 100% about to your salesman to make sure and not run my credit, I was not at that stage yet & I wanted to get back with my long time and future dealership Wyler in Fairfield. I was told by your salesman over and over again that they would NOT run my credit period. But low and behold your salesman did thusly just that and ran my credit trying to push a deal through with Nissan against my wishes. By doing that it had locked me in to be stuck with that deal that your salesman received back form Nissan and I would then be forced to work with your dealership and that salesman to vie for better rates/terms & such. This was highly unprofessional and in my opinion, a good ole fashioned way of trying to make return to your dealership to work that deal with your salesman. I also then three days later purchase a used Xterra from another dealership for $10000.00 and paid cash I might add. I will tell everyone that I know that even mentions about going to ANY Falhaber dealership to stay away and share my unhappy experience I didnt even purchase a car from your dealership jut the results of a lying salesman after a test drive. I have also filed a formal complaint in this matter seeing I am a VPP customer and this was highly unprofessional and unethical practice from your dealership or salesman either way it was plain WRONG.

Falhaber Nissan is one of the best dealerships, if not the BEST, I went to during my search for a new vehicle. I went to over 6 different dealerships, and dealt extensively with 3. Only at Nissan did I always feel welcome and was always "thanked" when I came in. The sale associated went out of their way to make me feel at home, and never pushed or pressured me to buy. Brant bended over backwards to accommodate me and my wishes. They were straight foreword with pricing and options from the very beginning. It was nice to feel like they wanted to sell "my dream car" to me, instead of just wanting to sell "a" car to me just to get it out/off the lot.

I was hesitant to visit the dealership after finding a car on the Internet. I was prepared to be told the car was no longer available and subjected to a hard sell on another vehicle. This did not happened. Everyone I interacted with (including the owner), was friendly (but not overly friendly), professional, and accommodating. Very good car-buying experience. They should run a clinic for other car dealerships!

This is the 5th vehicle my wife and I have purchased (leased) from Keith. There is no one better to work with!!!! After following him from another Nissan dealership to Falhaber, and even after moving to Florida, I still get my cars from him. I did my entire deal over the phone in less than an hour. Keith even had my car driven down to me in Florida. His customer service is beyond exceptional and Nissan is lucky to have him. I loved the sales approach in the fact that it was not high powered. Brian was very professional and patient during the various test drives of different models. When I selected the make he worked hard at getting the color and features that I needed. The modern sales floor and bright lighting made the visit more pleasant. My family has purchased both a new and a used car at Falhaber Nissan in the last two months and the experience could not have been better. We did our homework and were prepared for heavy duty negotiations but in the end the price they gave us met our expectations without any negotiating at all. I have always hated buying cars from a dealership because bad experiences I had back in the 80's and 90's, in fact I haven't stepped foot in a car dealership since 1998! With our new car purchase we went to four different dealerships before making our decision and Falhaber was by far the best experience. No pressure, fair pricing and no surprises. Just a great overall experience.

I recently bought a Versa from John Powell at Falhaber. I had talked with 4 other dealerships via email and phone and was very unimpressed with the discussions I was having with sales guys just trying to figure out how much they could sell to me. After talking with John, I felt I was dealing with someone who was interested in what I wanted and how he could make that happen. Also Rich Falhaber sent me a note say the magic words "what can I do to win your business". John provided me with exact pricing upfront and financing options before I ever went to the dealership. John also located the exact car I wanted and had it delivered to Falhaber. When I arrived to pick up the car John and Rick provided me with the exact car at the exact price and credit terms we had agreed to. As others have said this is a family business where you are talking with the owner. These guys are good for their word and not some high pressure sales shop. John is old school and still remembers that customer satisfaction is key to making a deal work. I would buy another car from John Powell and Rick Falhaber.

In April 2012 after parting with my HD Road King, I was in the market for a convertible. In looking at autotrader.com I found a 2006 Pontiac Solestice at Falhaber Nissan in Cincinnati, OH and called on it. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Rick Falhaber, and was thoroughly impressed by the way he treated me over the phone. Let me explain a couple of things. First of all, I was calling from New Albany, IN about 115 miles away, and secondly I manage the customer service call center for a five hospital healthcare system in KY. Customer service is something very important to me, and had Rick not set the tone in the initial call I would have never committed to driving 230 miles roundtrip on a Saturday morning just to look at a car. When I arrived a Falhaber, I was greeted by Rick's nephew Brian, and then Rick shortly after. They both spent nearly 20 minutes just talking to my wife and I and getting to know us and thanking us for the opportunity to earn our business. They went over all of the details of the car we were looking at, and then sent us for a test drive. We drove the car, we liked it, and negotiated a fair price for both, and bought the car. The total experience was without question a 5 star experience.In August 2012 after deciding the small convertible and my arthritic back were not going to be able to co-exist, I called on my new friends at Falhaber Nissan and spoke with Brian about my situation, and he invited me to come see him. After driving back up to OH, I was able to work out a trade for a 2009 Nissan Frontier Crew cab LE 4X4 which I totally love. They truly make the process of buying a vehicle PAINLESS! This dealership has earned my business, and I will refer anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle to Falhaber Nissan, and make sure you ask for Brian Falhaber, he's grown up in the business, and is very knowledgeable about what he does.

Dear Mr. Falhaber: I wanted to let you know about my recent experience with your dealership, specifically Andy McManus. I had leased a 2010 Rogue from Kings Nissan and the lease was ending in January 2013. I knew I would be over the mileage allowance by then and it just so happened that I received a phone call a couple of weeks ago from the sales manager at Kings informing me of a promotion Nissan was running through August for early lease termination. I didn't think much of it at the time but after some consideration, I thought I would look into it more since it may truly benefit me. I called Kings back but didn't get an answer so I left a message for the sales manager. I received a return call the next day, and they proceeded to call me repeatedly that morning. (I was working at home as I had said in my message and told him if I didn't answer I would call back.) By the end of the day, I had received 8 calls from there without a single message being left. I have to tell you, I was turned off by the constant nagging. But being a money conscientious consumer, I still called back to see what I could get. But I also searched for another dealer to compare with. I came across Falhaber and began talking to Andy. From the get-go, I felt much more comfortable with Andy's demeanor then I ever did with Kings. But still, bottom line number was my deciding factor. Thank goodness, Andy was able to come through! So not only was he wonderful to communicate with: not pushy, seemed genuinely caring about my wants and needs, flexible, and much more; Andy also got me what I feel is a very fair price on my new 2012 Juke. I had never bought a car basically over the phone with only coming in to sign papers, but Andy, Gary and (I believe) Rick were able to take care of me so well that I literally only came in to sign papers. Andy also gave me an excellent orientation of the new car. Andy gave me his business card and I can promise you I will be sharing it and my experience with others. I dealt with Steve Konow and Ben Misner. Both of these men were very helpful. Steve is the veteran salesman though. This means that Steve demonstrated a deep knowledge of vehicles produced by various manufacturers in recent years. He was even aware of the design flaw in the vehicle I recently sold privately. I wound up buying a used vehicle on the Falhaber lot, which I located by the internet. I would recommend either of these salesman, and this dealership, to anyone buying new or used.

I spent an Hour with Brian Falhaber yesterday looking at a 2010 Nissan Altima and i must say his customer service was Excellent. I been reading other post on here an i just cannot agree with the comments stated below. Brian gave me true specs and information (Aside from the fact that everything i researched before i came he told me before i could ask - great). He is also a very informative person an i wouldnt have my sales person be any other way. Brian is also excellent in communication. I have been to several different dealers in the Cincinnati area and none contact me back as quickly and as frequently as Brian does. On a side note your at a nissan Dealership... Nissans are not cheap cars so expect to pay for the quality of a veichle your going to receive. Ending i just want to say that Brian was great. Because of the test drive and information recieved and research i am now one final step closer to making my purchase of the nissan Altima and i will be going back to Nissan Falhaber to purchase from Brian.Thanks Again

You are right. Dealer cost is not the factory invoice. We pay Nissan invoice minus Holdback which is $945. Holdback is what they give the dealers to help cover costs such as rent, HVAC, the girls in the office that process paperwork, etc.. We could not survive just by making $250 per car. We are making a total of $250 plus $945 of holdback, $1195 total. They pay me 20% of the profit (approx. $220) and the dealershit gets $975. That is more than fair on a $36,000 car. Would you invest $36,000 of your money to make $975. I know many CPAs and I know what you all charge per hour. There is a lot of profit involved in that. If you would like to buy the car for what I told you, great. If not, I understand but we are not going to move anymore on the price. Here are the 3 lease sheets. I would avoid this dealership and go with the larger nissan dealerships in the area. They will lie just to get you in the door and try to jack you around once in there. Trust me avoid this dealership at all cost, there are many in the area that are much better to deal with.

I had a horrible experience with John Powell. Do NOT buy a car from this man or this dealership.On Friday, we looked at a car at Falhaber Nissan. We started negotiations with "Nissan John" Powell. We finally agreed to a price on Monday, and agreed that we had a deal. We made arrangements for me to pick up the car on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. This should have been considered a binding verbal contract. We even called him Monday night to get the exact amount with tax and title so that we could go ahead and write the check.Powell called me on my cell phone at 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday, informing me that sorry, they went ahead and sold the car to someone else. There was no offer to try to make it right, just a lame excuse that "I maybe should have told you to come down and put down a deposit." I was never told that this was necessary; I would have been happy to do so. I was told that we had a deal and that I would pick up this car 8:30 on Wednesday.This is a horrible sales practice and incredibly upsetting. This dealership is untrustworthy.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I purchased a used car from them and within 3 weeks, the car engine light turned on. I talk to the sales guy (John Powell) and he smirks and laughs and says, "good luck - you bought a used car!!". I got the car checked in Firestone and they said the dealership already knew about the car engine light problem as the diagnosis error code is written by chalk on the front itself!! I talk to the dealer and they say theere was no problem when I bought the car so they are not resposnsible. I am still tlaking to them. Its a small dealership and I won;t recommend going to small dealerships to anyone. They don't worry about their image coz they don't have any image in the first place!!

This dealership has done nothing but give me the run around on my new 05 Xterra. I bought it in August and it is almost May and I have done nothing but try to get a steering problem fixed.After 4 attempts to spray oil on it & get me out the door I took them through BBB arbitration and they were ordered to fix it or buy the vehicle back. Within 2 hours of my 5th visit they were able to locate the problem. A major problem with the initial assembly of the vehicle. The parts are on back order and when I went to pick it up (keep in mind I have to bring it back again for the 6th time when the parts come in) I was offered no apoligy and they were again rude.

I bought a new 2005 Xterra from this dealership in Aug 05. My sales experience was very nice & I have no complaints about it. But before even hitting 1,000 miles on my vehicle a steering problem started. This vehicle has been to Falhabers service dept 4 times - and is still not fixed. 1st time they sprayed oil all over my dash, windsheild, & radio. 2nd time they only sprayed more oil. 3rd time they aligned my tires!! And 4th time they actually cut away rubber from the inside the steering cover! Only after I complained to the manager was I offered a loaner, an apology, & any friendlyness from the service staff.

We went to Falhaber to drive/get a quote on a Quest. Kept us there for 2 hours trying to get a firm price on the van. They did not have the options we wanted on the lot and were not offering to get it for me even though they tried to negotiate over it?! My pregnant wife was hungry and tired after 2 hrs so we said we would go to lunch and come back to discuss the price on the options we wanted; I asked them to get it straight while we were gone. They told us that they could not guarantee the 'great price' we were offered if we left and came back. We came back after lunch and were presented with a low-ball trade in offer and near sticker price on a van w/o the options we wanted. We left and bought a Honda.
