It's all ways great service. We live in Farmington Hills, MI 32 miles from Jeffrey Kia. It's worthy coming. The services all way a smile and you're comfortable. I'm Disability, I need a walker, so the service worker all way Drive my car to a Disability ramp. The waiting room is up-stair they have a ramp but it's walking for me, my knees is really bad. The Clerk all way comes up-stair and get my visa or money. The people in the Jeffrey Kia is the best service ever.... I'll think it's for family lolol GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I had a bad day. I was told to come to a dealership in Mt.Clemens which was the worst and very unprofessional experience ever! They tried to put me in a vehicle that I did not want! I left so upset! That's when I called Dan at Jeffrey Kia. He told me not to worry which made me feel so confident. I met up with Joe C. Omg! He is a very caring person and in a matter of minutes I was approved a KIA Soul. Thanks so much. I am so glad I made that phone call. I love my new 2015 Kia Soul. It rides great and serves my needs. I was very satisfied with my salesman Joe H. he was the best! I didn't feel hassled he explained the features of the Soul what rebates were being offered and what was the best deal for me within my budget. He listened and wasnt pushy. The day I picked up my Soul everyone that I dealt with, it was an overall great experience. I would definitely say if you are looking for a Kia go to Jeffrey and see Joe H. Emailed on the price asking if they would accept my offer proposed. Andre Gobert came back with a response saying we received your offer, when are you prepared to take delivery? Call me stupid, but last I knew, that means they are accepting my offer. After going back and forth with emails, and setting up everything with my bank, I call him as requested to go over last minute details and to get a purchase agreement. He was very arrogant saying WELLLLL I never DID say I would accept that offer. Ok. That is a bunch of bull! He had his boss call me back saying there was an error in the listing but they will accept the offer they were asking. Let me add that this vehicle was listed on SEVERAL different websites for the same price. I told him I was very disappointed and his response was ok well have a good day and HUNG UP ON ME! SHADY BUSINESS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 1st oil change was free so I'm happy. It is hard to find the service station. It is not properly labeled. Some of the workers there ignored my beeping to ask them where to pull in for the oil change. The cashier explained my bill thoroughly but did not know about the punch card. She had to track someone down about that. That is something everyone in the service area should know about. So thats why not all the ratings were excellent.

Bob was very helpful - he addressed all of my questions (of which there were many), was never pushy - I can be an indecisive person, and he patiently worked with me until I found the exact car I wanted - even test drove the top 2 picks and answered questions about both cars until I was happy with my choice. I had been focusing on the soul since I know many who have them and are happy with the soul. Walked in the dealership and by the end of the day I was driving away in my new car. My only dislike is that the dealer was cold in temperature. Bring a sweater or jacket.

I popped in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to see if I could get a quick oil change and maintenance inspection for a road trip. As usual, Christian was kind and helpful. He even helped me get a "stuck" CD out of my CD player, which got stuck during our very cold winter months. I was in and out in no time with great service under $30 bucks and a complimentary car wash. Love this place!!

Ken provided outstanding customer service, from honoring an online coupon to handling my fuel reimbursement. He was extremely thorough in going over my 360 safety inspection and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. The service was performed in a timely manner for it being a Saturday and they even vacuumed my vehicle which no other Kia dealership service center has done. Fast, Friendly, Thorough, Honest. A+.

A wheel bearing was making noise on my 2011 optima ex. Summit Place Kia wanted to keep the car for 3 days. I couldn't get a ride home so they said to try Jeffery Kia. Without an appointment I was seen right away. Mark got my paperwork done quickly and showed me to the waiting room. After 15 minutes the service manager came and told me the repair is covered under warranty and offered me a ride home instead of waiting 3 hours. If my Optima ever needs service I'll be back ! They went above and beyond Summit Place Kia. Thanks again for the excellent service !

I have my Kia Sedona for 8 years now and have always trusted Kia Service Department for maintenance and repair of our vehicle. The staff (specially Christian and Mark) have been trustworthy and gives you their best foot forward to make sure that the work required is done in the most efficient and timely manner. There was a time when a work order was not completed on time as promised, but instead of making excuses for it, I appreciate the company's effort to rectify the inconvenience and aggravation by apologizing for the inconvenience and giving us a discount when the job was completed. It really showed their respect on the value of my time, and in return, they have also earned my future business because of their effort to make good out of a bad situation.

I have had my car serviced several times at Jeffrey Kia. The service person, Christian, is awesome. My wipers quit working during a recent snow storm. I took my car to a nearby repair shop, not wanting to drive in the seriously bad weather. They wanted over four hundred dollars. I thought that was ridiculous and decided to drive the distance even though I did not have an appointment. When I got there, Christian immediately took care of what needed to be done, and offered to have me driven home and picked back up when my car was finished. He did not pressure me to get any repairs I didn't need. The person who worked on my van did an excellent job. I would highly recommend going to Jeffrey Kia. Oh, by the way, my repair cost $105. A really big difference from the other repair shop. I am really, really satisfied.

I waited at the parts desk for over 5 minutes. I then found a service tech and asked him if anyone was working in the parts department. He had to go back and find someone to get the parts I ordered. I then stood at the cashiers desk for over 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. She was on the telephone. After that it took a while for her to figure out how to ring up the parts because I was using my Kia Customer Loyalty $200 credit. Weeks after my visit someone called me and said I had a balance on the order that I had to pay. I paid the balance the day I picked up the parts. I told the person that I had already paid it.

I originally leased my car through this dealership and had a pleasant experience so I decided to go back now that my lease is up. Unfortunately, my experience this time was entirely different. I walked into the dealership where there were several salesman in the offices to the left of the door talking, laughing and using profanity loud enough for me to hear. I walked around the showroom for about 15 minutes and no one even approached me. I walked up to a window where I was told that someone would help me shortly. I decided to sit down in the chairs that were lined up thinking that they would surely notice I was there. The salesman in the far left office leaned in his chair, hands behind his head and looked at me, but went back to his conversation. Finally, a young man asked if he could help me. I explained why I was there and he directed me to a salesman. This salesman was inexperienced and couldn't answer my questions. He had to keep leaving and find out the answers for me. The whole experience was so frustrating, I just left. I went home, looked online, and decided to go to Serra Kia in Washington Michigan. The difference between the two dealerships was like night and day. The moment I walked into the Serra showroom, someone was there to greet me. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a new car, turned in my old one and had everything taken care of - all in one visit! My recommendation is to skip Jeffry Kia and go straight to Serra Kia - you will be glad you did!

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the work was completed sooner than expected. If I had any concerns, the first would be that it took from Tuesday of one week to Monday of the next week to get my replacement tire because the place that was sending it shipped it to the wrong dealership. So I had to drive limitedly on a spare for that period of time. The second concern is your demand that a review of 25 words or more are required to complete the review. If I rate everything as great and give you the name of a person who was helpful, it should be satisfactory to say nothing more or or simply "service was better than expected." Next time, unless I have a problem, I simply won't complete the survey. It's easier and takes far less time.

I never ever thought I would trust any car dealer's service department due to nightmare situations with past cars in other dealerships, but Jeffrey Kia has earned my trust with their outstanding service every time. They are courteous, honest, and thoughtful. They take care of my service maintenance on my Kia, but then they go above and beyond by returning to me a washed vehicle as well! This time they also lightly vacuumed my dusty / dirty car mats as well! That was unexpected, and very much appreciated. I was especially impressed by the swiftness the work was done. I was expecting to be sitting in the waiting room for at least 2 hours, and I was in and out, washed car and all, in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Thanks Jeffrey Kia, and Christian Tomlinson. I'll see you again for my next maintenance service!

We made an appointment for a recall and the advisor knew of another campaign item that needed to be done... they got both done reasonably quick and even gave us a discount coupon for the nearby Bob Evans so we could grab some lunch while we waited! Brad Klein made my new car purchase outstanding. He listened to what my needs and wants were and made it happen. He spoke highly of Kia, and made me feel like I was making the best automotive decision. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, however he made sure that my questions were answered. The price is reasonable and do not have a service person trying to sell me something I don't need. I am told if it is time for a tire rotation, I would never have it done and do know I will get the best wear out of my tires. My tire pressure light was on and they took care of it. I had a small nail in a back tire. I was on vacation and I got a friendly reminder that I was due for an oil change. I am a recent widow and is glad I have Jeffrey Kia's service department looking after me and my car.'

It amazes me that the service I received on Jan,11, 2013 was so different from the service I received on Dec.19, 2012. I know not everything can be fixed quickly, but in December it took 2 1/2 days before my car was finished. The most maddening thing was that the service department didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me the car wasn't finished. I drove to the dealership twice only to be told that it was not ready. My appointment was for 8AM Wednesday morning and I was told the job would take all day. Repairs were finally finished Friday at noon. I question the competency of the technician who could not give a more accurate estimation of the amount of time needed and I fault the manager for not informing me of the additional time needed to complete the job. All I ask is an honest appraisal of the problem and the time needed or at least an explanation for the delay.

Parts had to be ordered for the repair and the dealership was supposed to call when the parts came in. After 2 weeks I acalled and the parts were in with no word from the dealership. The repair was done in a day so the service was good but would have liked a call from the dealership instead of having to call myself.

I did not feel there was constant running to the "manager" as was the case at other dealerships I visited. I was given clear and understandable language and everything was explained to me in detail. I loved my experience at Jeffrey and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Made appointment for oil change on Internet for 7:30am. Arrived there at 7:20am and was immediately taken care of by Mr. Odom. My car was ready, car wash and all, at 8:00am. My wife and I both purchased cars from your dealership. We could not be happier with the service but more than that the overall way we are treated. I am thoroughly happy with the service on my Soul. I got to let my 1 year old daughter run around the dealership and stretch her legs while my car was being worked on. It was so nice not to have to appease her while she sat strapped in the car seat during an oil change like I would have to at another oil change shop. I would like to mention that it would be nice if the servicemen would remove the paper floormat, the number that hung from the rearview mirror, and the number on my keychain. It was just extra things I had to take care of. It would be nice if I didnt have to take the time to dispose of those things while juggling two kids. Thank you so much for all of the friendly smiles and great attitudes. I will definitely be back for service!!

Pleasant people, pleasant experience. Bought an Alien Green 2012 Kia Soul and am super happy with the purchase. Brandon and Fernando told us the way things were honestly and openly, explained the entire process and answered all questions without any redirections. They made the dealer experience a pleasant open experience rather than the stereotypical feeling of being taken advantage of that is often felt at many other dealers. I would recommend that anybody in the market for a car come see these guys and at the very least let them shoot a price and discuss it with them. We will definitely be coming back in the future when the time comes for another car. Really can't say anything more than if you want honesty, integrity, and straightforward sales people that truly seem to care, look no further!

Brad greeted me with a great big smile and make me feel comfortable with talking with him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying (a Kia Forte hatchback) and was familiar with my approved lender, Capital One Auto Finance. We talked about my reason for selecting this vehicle and he informed me that Jeffrey Group had 3 other car dealerships besides Kia that I could consider purchasing in my price range; I told him I had my heart set on the Kia but had previously considered the Nissan Sentra. He presented the Kia for me to take a test drive, explaining some of the exterior features, and then the interior features as first he drove then I drove. When I confirmed I wanted the Kia Forte, he showed me my estimated monthly payment both with Kia financing and Capital One financing, which there was only $2 difference. I went with the Capital One, as it had already been approved. Brad was friendly, listened patiently to my car needs, showed me every step he was taking for me to acquire the Kia, as well as helped me to find a car transporter to transport the vehicle to Massachusetts. When completing the deal, he again went over all aspects of the car, asking me to try the all accessories out to make sure I knew how to operate them. I have bought several cars over my lifetime, and I have never had such good service from a Sales Consultant before. Brad is a good representative for the Jeffrey Group and I was very happy to have him for my Sales Consultant. I have always been very satisfied with the service on my Kia Sportage at Jeffrey. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My last oil change was extremely fast. I had windshield wipers replaced in December and the one on the driver's side was not clearing the window well...as per great service that wiper was replaced this time.

Everything was great! From this time I pulled up someone immediately directed me to where I needed to go to service my vehicle, as this was my first time there. They promptly completed the paperwork and even notified me of updates that were available to the keys. I did not have to wait very long at all and when the car was returned to me after the service, it was very clean.

Had my car towed to dealership from firestone across-town,( Firestone recommended me to take to dealership ), car is having driveability problems,rough engine and stalling. Once at dealership, was informed by service advisor that my car needed both O2-sensor and catalytic converters at a cost of 1700.00+. I had my car towed once again,but this time paying out-of-pocket at a tune of $144.45,to a muffler shop. They troubleshot my situaton and found i did not need to replace cats and recommended to take to Kia dealership?!$

I came in recently for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The scheduling was efficient, the work was done in a reasonable time, the service representative was very friendly and the cost was reasonable.Unlike many of the dealers I have used in the past, Jeffrey continues to follow up with me regarding my continuing satisfaction with the vehicle I purchased in 2007 and also with service interval reminders.Our experience with both the KIA brand and Jeffrey Honda, Nissan, Kia, etc. has been so satisfactory that we have recommended this dealership to our daughter. She has very recently purchased a KIA subcompact and tells us that she is thrilled with the car and had a very pleasant experience during the sales process. She had previously stopped at a competitor's place (Hamilton Chevrolet) and was virtually ignored by the sales staff.

I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. I needed to bring it in early because I had things to do with family. The service rep told me that they would do their best to get it done as soon as possible. I left my car there at 11:30 and they had the job completed before 1:30. I was very impressed for my first time dealing with the service department :).

I was surprised that they did not wash my car after service. (maybe conserving water?)This is my second Kia Sedona. I loved the first one and I like this one though there are some things that I miss like temp and clock (different spot now). On the drivers side they took out the handle over door and put a sunglasses holder? I do like that they modified the area by front wipers so leaves do not collect there any more.

I came in just to have my oil changed and the service person told me about a recall or service that needed to be done on my car that I wasn't aware of. It was a sat. and I'm sure most people don't want to be there however they took my inside door apart and partially fixed the problem until they could get a part. I only waited 3 days for a part.The women who took my money was super friendly.

I had a coupon for an oil change, but by the time the technician convinced me that I needed an air filter (which I could have done myself, but he refused to tell me where it was) it cost $53. They must be on commission, because basically I spent $53 for an oil change. Also when I made the appt. and when the car was written up, they made a big deal about the free car wash and vacuuming. I took everything out of the car--but it didn't happen. I didn't say anything because I just wanted to get out of there after an hour and a half oil change.
