Our experience at Jim Coleman Cadillac was great! We worked with Nana throughout the entire process. We purchases a used car, and we were coming from out of state to pick up the vehicle. They made the process as easy as can be. They took the extra steps to make the process painless. They sent a car to pick us up from the airport. As well as making sure the car was in perfect condition before driving it off the lot. They even provided us with a car while we waited for our vehicle to be detailed. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic and Nana was such a great person to work with!!

I got a used car from Gregory. During the pandemic, I've had multiple dealers either going completely silent when I emailed them with questions, or respond with "when can you come in to see the car" without really answering my questions, and then going silent when I asked more questions. Then, they had the audacity to reach back out about a week later saying as though I'm the one that went MIA. I really appreciated Gregory being so responsive with his emails and taking his time answering my questions. Especially because I was buying a used car and the dealership was an hour away from where I live, I wanted to make sure I covered everything before I drove down. Gregory was patient with me, of which I really appreciated. After exchanging emails back and forth, I finally drove down. He was waiting for me outside the dealership, and he wasted no time in having me test drive the car, and then start the buying process. I did have a couple of other cars that I had in my mind (from different dealerships) that were arguably priced a bit more aggressively, but at the end of the day, I'd rather spend little more and deal with people that are nicer. Especially when you finance, that's like $20/month of difference, and again, Gregory made me feel like they're earning my business, not the other way around at some of the other dealerships, as if they're doing me a favor by selling me a car. This was at Audi, and I did not like the experience, and I let them know about it. In any event, Gregory also made sure my somewhat ridiculous request was handled with buying the car. I thought it may have been a long shot, but he came through, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Gregory and Jim Coleman.

Matthew Muradaz was the salesman who worked with me throughout the whole experience of buying a new car from listening to my interests, going with me to test 2 new models, answering all my questions, providing information and options and so much more! HE IS EXCELLENT!!! And the person who worked with me to finalize the purchase paperwork, etc. was also excellent. And after all that was completed, Matt took me to the car I bought and showed me what the various buttons on the instrument panel and others were for and how to use them as well. He also transferred the names and phones numbers on my iPhone to the Bluetooth panel to show me how that worked. It could not have overall been a better experience. And I absolutely love my new car, the Red 2016 Toyota Corolla LE, which is quite an update from my Toyota Camry LE from 2001!!!

Shannon Lauer and the entire staff are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I'm having problems with the air conditioning system on a 2003 Prius which prior repairs were not successful in fixing. Shannon had the relay replaced a second time on warranty and made an extra effort to fix it while letting me know that if this fix doesn't work, my only other choice is to replace the compressor at a cost which doesn't make sense for a 13-year old car. I appreciate being told the practical side of my repair options.

Result was that not only did we decide to purchase a Toyota but we decided that we wanted to purchase one at the JimColeman dealership. Most importantly, the salesman, Abu Bangura, is a rare find. We had purchased a Toyota Highlander from him four years earlier when he first started at the dealership. The experience then was such a pleasure that we sought him out when we needed another car. Well, four years later and the expience in purchasing a Toyota Prius was again a pleasure. Abu has not changed over the years. I had made an appt for just an oil change w/ 'Grey' on the Green team but when I arrived 40 min early, he was busy & Ben (next to him) saw me waiting, offered to write up my paperwork, & went out of his way to answer several questions he hadn't bargained for !! I ended up agreeing to go ahead & do my 60,000 mile maintenace (I was already overdue- at 63,000- but planned that for the next time). When he offered some coupons to help defray the cost & offered a rental car so I wouldn't be trapped all afternoon, I decided to go ahead :-) Glad I did... everything went smoothly & efficiently. Ben called w/ a few "finds" & recommendations that I agreed to & the car was ready when promised w/ the flexibility to pick it up before closing. I just leave the rental at the Dealership. Despite a $1300.00+ bill, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous & efficient. I bought my last 2 Toyotas at Koons in Annapolis & have traveled there (from Rockville) for service til now. More out of loyalty than convenience. I think I will change locations. Thank You ! *Also nice to get it washed free !

She looked into it for me and told me which team/advisor I'd be working with and she took the time to check my car in while my advisor was on the phone. Destiny is ALWAYS so incredibly pleasant. Her welcome always makes me feel better. Shannon Laur was my service advisor and she was great too. Ben Thurston once again provided excellent personal service. I heard from him several times during the 5 hours my car was at Coleman for service. My car was there for a 96,000 "A"-level service, but Ben called to say my 2006 Avalon should have the brake and steering fluids flushed and replaced. Ben gave me the date that I last had those services performed, described each service, and said he could still meet the noon-1:00 timeframe I had requested for pickup. He called again when my car was ready. The Avalon was also washed when I arrived.

This very positive experience began with Julie, the calm, cool, collected person who answered the phone call, listened to our snow story and special disability needs, and was able to set up an appointment in less than 12 hours to check a possible cracked windshield and broken windshield wiper in our Toyota Sienna ramp van that we depend on to transport my husband around in his power chair!!!! Enter Tyler, the team manager. We were absolutely blown away with Tyler's handling of the problem. After I explained to him how critical this van is to my husband, he had someone drive to pick up the only windshield wiper available for this model/year, etc. and had the car ready for us to pick up in less than 5 hours from the time we dropped it off. Finally, the cost was a fraction of what we had expected. Noone tried to sell us a new windshield, etc. The person who needs special recognition is TYLER! He was the person who orchestrated this symphony of joy when it could have easily been a "tragic" overture. All of this happened on a Friday afternoon during the week of one of the worst snow storms in Washington DC history, which meant that we would be without the van over the weekend if Tyler had not been able to solve the problem before the end of the day. You have no idea how much this meant to our family! Indeed, it is a perfect example of "special care for someone with special needs."Thank you!Anne and Julian W.

I trust Ben's opinion completely and never got the feeling that he was trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Also very good at communicating status reports with me. He made it easy for me to obtain a rental car, and was very accommodating when I ask him to have my car washed before I picked it up. Someone greeted me as I came in, reminded me to leave the keys in the car, and directed me to the counter. My representative was gracious and told me exactly what would happen. The waiting room had comfortable chairs and a TV with sound at a quiet level, so you could opt in or out of that. A great selection of coffee was complimentary. Really nice.

I am extremely disappointed there are no car washes on Saturdays. This was a major point for upselling me on Jim Coleman extra service. I'm still thinking about asking for a refund for my paying $599 for doing so. I do not live close by and with traffic the way it is, Saturdays are about the only day I am willing to have my car serviced. Why did no one tell me earlier that getting a car wash on a Saturday would result in an EXTENSIVE wait?!!! It's not like this is the first time I've asked for a car wash (I merely didn't get them before and didn't complain), just the first time someone told me. The routine service itself was quick. Thanks for that.

The really great and wonderful part of the repair was that they replaced the small spare, tool box, and assorted trunk items in the trunk!!!!!!

I had a maintenance check appointment. "Check in" was efficient. The appt took an 1hr+ which was the estimated time. After our car pulled up (next to the customer lounge) nobody came by to tell me it was done and ready to go. I ended up going to the "check in" station (keep in mind I have young children in hand). The receptionist "Sharon" told me that if she didn't get anything less than "exceptional" on this survey she would fail. I feel this is extremely inappropriate since I am the one filling out the survey and it's up to me to be "honest".

I liked the flexibility to take a somewhat longer test drive to get a real feel for the car on familiar roads. Matthew answered my questions and treated me respectfully. Recently I tried to buy a new vehicle. I spent many months looking and finally found what I thought was the best place to buy. Alas, I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, the sales person I dealt with was wonderful-he was kind, polite and ready to help me make a deal. So, what killed it-the sales manager. He was rude, condescending and created an environment that put me off buying the vehicle. Buying a car involves negotiation and price comparison. Shopping for the best deal is what any smart consumer should do. Yes, I talked to different dealerships and yes I was looking for the best deal. I would have gladly purchased from Jim Coleman Toyota but as was stated above, the interaction that I had with the Sales Manager was so awful, I have chosen to wait and when I find the vehicle I want, at the price I want to pay, will do so. Will it be at this dealership? I doubt it.

Both the user car manager Martin and the user car mechanic Steve were outstanding during the process of trading in my old car and purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Even after the purchase, when I pointed out some items that still needed attention, they took the time to go over everything and make sure I was satisfied. My appointment was at 8am but got there at 730am. There were a lot of people waiting but enough staff to accommodate everyone. I waited for maybe 3min and was helped by a nice gentleman (sorry I don't remember his name but of SE Asian descent) and he was polite and quickly got my car serviced. I was there for an oil change and was surprised that it was done in less than an hour! Great job!!

The people I worked with had great people personalities. I played into what I call "the dog and pony show" (the salesman sat with me, moved away a minute and the manager arrived, then the little girl who wanted to help me protect my car with lots of extras. It was a fun experience-and working with Larry, Benventu, the manager (whose name I don't know) and the person who taught me blue tooth, navigation tools, was excellent (from Ghana). The quality and what I believe was transparency for me could not be surpassed. I think if I tried harder I could have gotten the price down another 1,000, but I have what I want and that is what I came to you for. In fact, truth be told, I looked at nothing else. Online prices help to guide the customer and so the game is not so strong anymore. Don't get me wrong- as an anthropologist I love "the game'. Thank you all for such a fine experience.
