I sent a message through a car buying service offered by my employer. Within an hour, several emails came from the dealership, welcoming me. On the next day, I received an email from Joe who said he would be helping me. My husband was traveling so we had to wait a few days before we could get to the dealership. However, Joe kept in touch to answer any questions and to make sure he had the car for me. Joe was polite, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were his only concern. Joe had a previous engagement and left us with an equally capable sales adviser, Luke Bialas. Luke assisted us through the paperwork and gave us a thorough tutorial. He, too, was polite, attentive, and concerned about me and my time. He introduced us to the General Manager who welcomed us to the Audi family.My experience with both advisers was excellent. I could not have asked or wished for a better experience. This is the second car I've purchased from a Jim Ellis dealership, and the second extremely positive purchase experience. From the initial inquiry, to scheduling a test drive, to purchasing the vehicle every Jim Ellis colleague I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't actually purchase an Audi; it was a used Toyota 4Runner that they had promoted on Autotrader and Autoblog. Happily, Shawn Gamby (Audi Brand Specialist) possesses a depth of experience in this industry, and was knowledgeable about vehicles well beyond Audi's available fleet. Our test drive was also a practical lesson in that particular vehicle. He also took the extra step of identifying a recommended store to purchase the after-market running boards I was looking for. In an industry populated with self-serving salespeople, Jim Ellis and Shawn Gamby are a breath of fresh air.

I decided to come to my local Audi dealer to take a look at the 2017 A4 and was not expecting to make a deal so quickly. Given the time of night we came into the dealership, our plan was to just look at one in person and come back another day for a test drive. Luke was unbelievably professional and helpful and found us an A4 to test drive, worked with Scott on the monthly payment we wanted, and drove out of the dealership that night with a new car :). I absolutely will be coming back to get a new Q3 or Q5 as soon as I possibly can. These are the guys to talk to and both made us feel more comfortable with leasing a car than we ever have with any other manufacturer or dealership. Personal, trustworthy, straight shooting. Can't say enough good things about these guys. If I was rich, I would buy 10 Audi's and only buy from them.

I had been shopping for this car for weeks in my hometown (150 miles from ATL), but was unable to find the car I wanted with the deal to which I was willing to commit. While in ATL for business, I decided I would "stop by" and check out Jim Ellis Audi. I walked in not expecting to buy the car at this dealership, but to educate myself more on pricing and available deals for this particular model car. To my astonishment, Jim Ellis Audi had the car I had been shopping for (and in one of the 2 exterior and interior color combinations I wanted) with the exact equipment. This particular car had a few miles on it due to it being a DEMO, but that was even better for me, as I felt it gave the dealership some room for negotiating price.My sales person, Joseph, worked well with me to identify this car and to bring it to the showroom for me to view and drive. Although I had already driven the same model twice at other dealerships, Joseph suggested I drive it again, which I did.One of the most impressive things about Joseph was his ability to identify his need for assistance. According to Joseph (as I later found out), he had not yet sold one of these model vehicles and had been working at the dealership for only 2 months. Joseph brought in the General Sales Manager (Hobbie), who ASSISTED Joseph in making the deal with me. We went back and forth on price, BOTH sides sharing HOW each of us came up with the latest number. That was very helpful and endearing to me, as I quickly understood how the numbers were formulated, which allowed me to get comfortable with this particular final sales price. Moreover, Hobbie, Joseph and I all went online together to research pricing and equipment of similar cars throughout the Southeast, so that we both were comfortable with the final deal.At the end of the day, I bought the car that day at Jim Ellis Audi, something I have never done before. I am 3 days out from my purchase, and have spoken to Joseph and Alli (Technical Assistance) with a few questions, all having been answered.Great experience, and I look forward to trading again with Joseph, Hobbie and Alli.

Gee felt like family from the moment he introduced himself. My deal was a bit challenging but Gee was so positive and refused to give up. I truly feel I made a lifelong friend. Please stay away from this place at all costs. Avoid the advisor Kevin S. Fayerweather at any cost. I had to wait close to a month and at least 200 phone calls to get my service done and the problem still remains. I had a tire blowout which caused one of the control arms to bend and took the car to the dealership for scheduled 25k mile service/fix the control arm. I left the car at the dealership on september 26th and called geico for the claim. Geico sent an adjuster to evaluate the repair in a few days. Kevin or others didn't even meet the adjuster when she was there. She estimated the repairs and sent the quote to the dealership the same day. She estimated the repairs to be done in "one day".I kept calling the dealership for a few days and Kevin would continuously ignore my calls and when he answered he kept saying he hasn't heard anything from Geico. After the 5th day he called and told me, the adjuster did send him an email 5 days ago but he missed the email because "he had too many emails in his inbox". He added that the car would be ready in a few days. Fast forward 3 days and he wouldn't answer/return any of my calls. Then got a text message saying the parts they ordered were delayed by florida storm. When i tried calling him back he would ignore the phone calls. He texted on october 10th saying it will be ready by October 12th. When i called october 12th again he started ignoring the calls. It was extremely difficult to even get hold of him. Got a txt msg again saying they dont have one part which they were waiting for.. I didnt hear back from him for a week and when i tried calling the dealership they kept saying kevin is on vacation and they will have someone call me back regarding the car but i never heard back from any of them. After calling them everyday and leaving messages , on october 24th Kevin texted saying car is ready. When i went to get the car, he tells me Geico hasnt sent them the reimbursment. He had to wait three weeks to tell me this ?? WTH. I called geico on the spot and they told me they sent the check to dealership on October 3rd!. Out of frustration and wanting to leave the dealership soon, i paid the bill out of my pocket and called geico to send me the reimbursement directly. Not to mention they added extra money to the total cost saying the adjusters estimate was not right. This is the worst dealership experience i have ever had. The worst part is the car has the same problems when i dropped it of the dealership. I have all communications from Kevin saved on my phone . PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CAN. They put you through so much mental trauma.

Luke is th unique combination of friendly and unassuming! We have narrowed our car selection to an Audi Q5 and a BMW X3.. Global BMW felt to chaotic of an environment and the sales associate did not get back to us ina timely fashion. I went to Jim Ellis because my wife had been leasing cars from them for many years and always raved about their service and professionalism. I worked with Gee Techilo in sales and Tony in finance and they were both very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience with terrific. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in, worked with me to get the pricing and mileage I needed and I am thrilled with my new Q5. It is one of the best cars I have owned. Being a retired Auto Executive, who has literally called on hundreds of dealers,I was intrigued at what would transpire at Jim Ellis Audi..I must report ,in all honesty, this is one"buttoned up organization".My salesman, Saban Dawood was both professional, honest and patient. These observations are also applicable to the F&I Manager as well as Parts Department personnel I had contact with while at the store.While waiting for them to finish prepping the A5 purchased, I observed a number of dealership personnel interacting with showroom visitors. Every one was treated with interest and with zeal to answer questions or tackle issues...that is the sign of a well managed operation. Overall,one of my most enjoyable visits to a dealership. I would highly recommend this store!

Very understanding and not pushy at all during negotiations process. When financing was not going through, he got together with the management/finance to work things out. Not once during the whole process did I see any sign of frustration. Snacks and drinks were accommodated by the dealership, which is always a plus when you spend all day there buying a car. I had found an 2015 CPO S5 through their website and called to make an appointment for a test drive. I gave them all of my contact details to include my cell phone number. I called back 1/2 hour later to ask if I could come in earlier for the test drive which I was told I could and that the car would be waiting for me when I arrived. After fighting traffic down Cobb Parkway, I met with Gee who proceeded to tell me that the car was sold. When I asked why didn't they just call me to tell me so I wouldn't drive all that way for nothing, he wouldn't tell me but instead was trying to push me to buy a new S5 instead. Talk about a bait and switch!! I had been planning to also trade my wife's Q5 in for a Q7 at this dealership, but I guarantee that won't be happening. I understand its first come, first served for buying a car, but I had confirmed twice my appointment and they had my phone number, it would have been just courtesy to call me and let me know it was sold.

I will always remember this experience. Not only did i leave with one of the best cars on the road, but the customer service was wonderful! My 23 year old daughter took her 2009 A4 in for a new battery. She told them that she needed a new battery. They told her that they would run some tests to verify. After 2 hours, they came back and told her that she did indeed need a new battery and that it would be $494 for the battery and installation. Fortunately, this sounded high to me and my daughter called me. I knew that was high. After checking with 2 other Audi dealerships, we found that it was 100% high. She left there (they tried to charge her $150 for attempting to rip her off) and went down the street to North Atlanta Audi, where they replaced the battery for $278. I called to talk to the service manage of Jim Ellis Audi before she left, but the service tech said he was not there...my daughter said he was! I left him a message and he did not call back. Obviously, this dealership tries to prey on young women. They were condescending to my daughter and lied to her on multiple fronts. BEWARE! North Atlanta Audi was awesome and Amy treated my daughter like a customer should be treated!!!

However, we wanted to shop around and check out some other brands. We chose a day to shop around with no intent to purchase that day. However, I fell in love with the 2017 A5. My wife and I recently visited the Jim Ellis Audi Dealership and purchased our first Audi A3.Upon arrival we met salesman Steve Cole entering the building at the same time and quickly inquired if he could assist us.Steve remained with us the remaining portion of the day listening to our desire of wants in an attempt to locate the perfect vehicle. He quickly showed us the various models and styles of Audi and upon finding one we liked he arranged a test drive.The vehicle performed fantastic and had the desired features and options my wife wanted. While there, we found another vehicle for the perfect match. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by several sales people and eventually the sales person we nade our appointment with came over to hand us water and the keys to the A4 we were interested in so we could check it out on our own. I just got my daughter her first car, a 2003 G35. I originally saw the car a week or so ago and contacted the dealer via one of the car apps (autotrader, cargurus, etc.) They promptly called me back and told me the car was still available. My daughter had her mind set on a crossover so I kept looking for one and didn't come look at the G35 initially. When I did decide to finally come take a look at it I was told someone else bought it. This past Saturday night however, Steve reached out to me to let me know that deal fell through and the car was available and the price had dropped from when I first saw it. Even thought Steve was scheduled to come in at noon, he met me promptly at 9am so I can take a look at the car. Although it had a few scratches on the bumpers, the car was in immaculate condition on the inside. Despite being 13yrs old, the car only had 84K miles on it. I started my car search in September 2015. I worked with Brian Nowlin who was very patient and helpful in my evaluation of several models, ranging from A4 to A8. Brian explained the features of each model during multiple visits and test drives. I never felt pressure to purchase, which is very important to me. I ultimately gravitated to the S7, and Brian helped me work through the custom options available. He had terrific advice on what to consider. I ordered the car in November, and took delivery in late February. During the wait, Brian kept me updated on status. At purchase, I worked with Brian and Tony Jackson, who made the paperwork/overall process as painless as possible. I was offered several options during purchase for extended warranty, Lojack, etc., and Tony was quite helpful in explaining the various packages.I have no reservations about recommending Jim Ellis in general (I purchased a VW Jetta from Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw in June 2015 and had a good experience at that dealership as well), and in recommending Brian, Tony, and the Jim Ellis Audi team in specific. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made my buying experience actually enjoyable.I have been driving the S7 for about 3 weeks now, and I am thrilled with the performance and driving experience.

I went in at the end of the year. I was unsure if I really wanted to trade up from my current car because of price. A friend referred me to Erikka, but she's not a sales rep. She welcomed me in and matched me with a sales person, Kevin. Initially he asked a lot of questions, but then he showed me the car. He treated me like family. They made sure that I got all of the options I wanted and even paired me with a really cute finance guy! He made sure to give me all the rebates. After my purchase I received calls and surveys to make sure I had a good experience and even a call to remind me of my free oil change. A month after getting my car, I hit a pothole :(, but lucky for me, the warranty and Audi Care paid for the tire and service. Everyone that was involved in my purchase came over to speak to me to make sure I was okay. They even made accommodations for me while I waited. The waiting area has lots of complimentary snacks, bottled water, and flavored coffee. They even had coupons for restaurants in the area. (The service rep Rich was such a sweetheart, he didn't even comment on the fact that I was back for a tire so soon lol.) I can honestly say it has been one of my best car buying experiences in years. I was treated fairly and even given gifts, I didn't expect that. I felt special driving off the lot. I tell all my friends to try Jim Ellis!

Before I begin, I must apologize for the length of my review, but I recommend you read it in its entirety so you can understand how the service department at Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta views customer service. I cannot speak (write) about the service at other Jim Ellis dealerships as I have only this one abysmal experience to share. BackgroundMy 09 Q5 was running perfectly until one day it would not start so I towed it up to Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta and they diagnosed that the starter needed to be replaced (they did not charge for the diagnosiswhich is important as you will read later in this review). After 2 working days to diagnose and an additional 3 days to perform the replacement (2 day lead time on the partnot the fault of the dealership) the new starter was in and functioning properly. Once the service department started the car, the engine was shaking (again, running smoothly before the starter was replaced) and the Technician stated that I would not be able to drive it off the lot. With this new development, I decided that the Tech should investigate the cause for a diagnosis and a price to have repaired (frankly, I believe that the cause is from something they did while replacing the starter (I know this may seem like a stretch, but replacing the starter is actually a pretty intensive process and not simply a part swap)). By the time I had an actual diagnosis, they were pretty deep into the motor and the fix would be roughly $8000 to replace the bad parts (which would not guarantee the motor would last very long), or over $13,000 to replace the motor. Since the car is only worth about $15,000 at this point, I had them put it back together and towed away.Getting Squared AwayDuring a phone conversation while re-assembling my motor the service department informed me that they would be charging for 2 hours of labor for the diagnosis which they assured me was a good deal because the tech spent at least 6 hours going through the engine to diagnose. I agreed to the charge because I was not willing to argue over $250 and at this point, I just wanted the car back. I informed my wife and she did not agree with the additional charges so when we dropped off the loaner car she asked to speak with the manager. The manager claimed that we should have expected the charges to diagnose because diagnosis takes time and they need to charge for the time (as stated above, no diagnosis charge for the starterwhich took 2 days to diagnose) and he claimed that I knew about, and agreed to, the charges the entire time. I corrected him and stated that I had agreed to further diagnosis so that a quote could be generated, but at no point did anyone tell me that they would be charging for the time to diagnose. I told him that Scott, the service guy with whom I had been working would corroborate my statement, but as soon as he came into the office, he turned on me said that I had agreed to pay for additional charges to diagnose. This came as quite a surprise as he had been acting like my best friend for the (almost) 2 preceding weeks that my car was in their possession. At this point, the manager has turned into a pompous (expletive deleted) saying do you know how to fix an Audi? and my Technicians are on commission; do you think they work for free. My wife then expressed her disappointment and Scott said you should be disappointed with your husband; a comment about which my wife is still furious. We were so appalled by this situation that we just paid for the starter replacement and additional charges and left the dealership. I am astonished that the service department would treat their customers like this and I am pretty sure Jim Ellis would be disgusted at the way his employees spoke to my wife and me. I am now taking my car to an independent German car Mechanic who is replacing the engine (2 day job) for a total of $4,200 (not a typo$4,200).

From the moment I walked into Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, Ed Jenkins was calm, cool and collected. He greeted me, answered my questions, professionally set my follow-up visit and test drive. I returned with my wife so that she could get a feel for Ed and the dealership. We test drove an A4, my original selection. Then, I "looked" at the A5 ... and the wife suggested I drive it. Maybe Ed and she were working on me ... I'll never know. In the end I settled on the A5. The Finance/Business Manager, Ray, also added to my buying experience. Both Ray and Ed made sure that there was a personal connection in the saeles process. Ray's counsel and business approach to the procurement process made sense and was fair ... looking at the big picture. The result, for both of them, was an upsell. They both did a great job. Years ago, I sold Lincolns. So, I know Ed's job. He followed all of the steps to closure. And having worked in a dealership, I know Ray's job, too. I appreciate them both, plan to have my car serviced by the dealership and will gladly make referrals. Thank you Ed. Thank you Ray. Thank you Jim Ellis Audi.

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy an Audi A3. Henry Deen showed me 2015 Audi and then showed me the 2016 A3. I really loved the 2016 A3 but the dealership did not have the colors I wanted. I wanted a scuba blue with a lightgray interior. Henry did not try to change my mind on the color, but rather looked for what I wanted at another dealer. To be fair, the people there are very nice. They worked with me and made the process as easy as possible. But, they missed a chance to make it a great experience:1. After signing the papers, completing the purchase, I walked out to the car, the salesperson handed me the keys and started it up. Before the salesperson had gone back inside I had a break light error. Checking it out found out it was the center break light LED bar was out. The salesperson was reluctant to do anything - but begrudgingly wrote up a work order for a repair on the Dealership. I thought that was a nice touch. The next day, he called me a said he noticed it flickering, said it was a short and that I should take it apart and adjust the connection myself - work order gone.... Ok - Used car, the cost of doing business.2. 30 days later, I still do not have a registration for my car, and the temp is running out. I send a email and was inform it was being mailed out that day. I go it by FedEx the next business day. They totally forgot to do the registration with the state. A day after I got a letter from the state demanding to know my I let the insurance laps on the car I traded in - and they want to assess fines. So now I have to go to the tag office and take care of this. Two or more hours of my time.There is a Tax with doing business with this dealership. They are nice, but they just can complete a good customer experience - or at least they did not with me.

Tim Brooks was assigned as my service agent and after telling him about my new life experience with my Audi, he went above and beyond with researching my vehicle service history. He explained to me all the past information concerning service and recalls and told me to let him handle the rest. He handled every service and recall that my car missed by the previous owner and some new concerns I had. He kept me updated daily on my vehicle progress. When we set out in search for our next purchase, we located the Infiniti FX35 on Jim Ellis Audi Marietta's website. We sent a message online requesting additional information around 11 PM on a Friday night. First thing Saturday morning we received an email response, as well a voicemail from Caleb Williams. We set up a time to come later that afternoon to view the vehicle. When we arrived, we were greeted by Dustin Colburn. Everything checked out, it drove great and we felt good with what we saw... The time had arrived to begin negotiations. When it was all said and done, my husband and I could not have been more pleased! There was no haggling back and forth, moving numbers around or manipulating figures. The deal we were presented from the very beginning was fair and respectable. What a relief! This was by far one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle for both of us... We both walked away and said we would absolutely be back when the need to purchase a vehicle arises again. To add to this, Dustin Colburn will be our go-to guy! Dustin was hands down the best salesman we have encountered... He was personable, knowledgeable about the process and went out of his way to help. He truly made our experience perfect! An example in his level of professionalism and service to his customers... The vehicle we purchased was used, and understandably had a few scratches on the doors. The scratches weren't anything we couldn't live with but to Dustin, he felt most of them could be buffed out with their detail department. Because we purchased the vehicle late on a Saturday, most of the detail department had left for the evening. When the vehicle came out from getting a quick wash, Dustin mentioned that he wanted to bring it back when the full detail department was in, as he felt more of the scratches could come out. Obviously this was far outside of our expectations but we definitely appreciated the gesture. Dustin was going on vacation the following week, but agreed to follow up with us when he returned. Without prompting, we received an email upon his return asking when would be the best time to pick up the vehicle. As I sit and type this, Dustin has my vehicle at the dealership getting the full detail that he promised. He came by my office this morning, picked up the Infiniti, left his own personal vehicle for my use, and will be dropping the Infiniti back off once the detail is complete. I don't know of many people that would have remembered, followed through and personally delivered. Needless to say, he has far exceeded our expectations and Jim Ellis is blessed to have such an amazing person on their team! Thank you all for this experience!

This was the best dealership that I've ever done business with. They have a 0 pressure sales team, that really did make my shopping experience memorable. Their knowledgeable employees answered every question that I had in a friendly manner. They explained all the financing options to me in detail, but did not try and sway me towards a specific option. They let me make my own decision. They were also willing to do a lot of the buying process via email and phone calls, which was great because I it fit with my schedule and life style. Other dealerships would always ask me to "come in to discuss" but Jim Ellis Audi Marietta understood that I wanted to conduct most of the business via email/phone and was willing to work with me the way I wanted to. Ultimately they offered me an extremely aggressive deal that beat all the competition.Even after the sale, the sales person I worked with, Atiq, has been very helpful and responsive. I was in a bind and for the first time I took my 2004 A6 2.7 with 113k miles that I bought new to a chain service center to diagnose and repair whatever was causing the Check Engine light to come on. Not only did they not repair the problem, they made it worse, and then told me they saw a crack in the exhaust manifold! I took the car to Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, which has taken great care of my favorite car since moving to Atlanta in 2006, resigned to the possibility that I might have to replace it. Matt Chin, my service rep and former technician, quickly examined the engine, and assured me that the problem was probably not a cracked exhaust manifold and that he would fix me up with a loaner while the car was being checked out. Matt was great at keeping me updated and, when I picked up the car, took the time to show me where the leak was and the repairs that were made. My car drives like new, and I couldn't be more pleased. Big thanks to the technicians at Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, and especially to Matt Chin!

Overall a very difficult buying experience. I was first placed with a very nice and thorough sales person who was great and answering questions and following up quickly. I was then transitioned to a sales admin who didn't timely return calls, didn't have answers, and was difficult to get a hold of. After completing the purchase I was told they would arrange transport to my location (for a fee). We discussed getting everything rolling for a Monday shipment date. After no hearing anything and not getting any response to voicemail, I escalated on Tuesday, only to be told it would definitely go out Wednesday. I didn't receive any confirmation and follow-up on Wednesday and was told it wasn't there so it must have shipped. On Thursday I was told it didn't ship and had to escalate again. Ultimately they did get it resolved and the car shipped out overnight via special transit. It too almost two weeks from being billed to getting the car. I understand issues occur and wouldn't write a poor review due to just that. My issue is that nobody called, follow-up, or even responded to my calls in a timely basis. In fairness, the car did come in the condition described and I am happy with the vehicle.

I had the 35,000 service completed on my 2012 A7 & the entire service department is awesome. I normally deal with Kevin, but he had just stepped out, so Matt took care of me. He was great & even informed me that the service was going to be longer than usual because of the updates that needed to be done. I had setup my appointment online & had requested a loaner, which was nice (Q5). He also told me that it would be a couple of days before my car would be ready. I received a text the next day & my car was ready! I then was able to deal with Kevin for checkout & he too was great, just like all of the other times I have had my car serviced. Oh and the price was lower than originally expected.

He know was I was looking for when I came in the door (I had done some internet searching) and didn't push me at all into something else. He was very knowledgeable when I did ask questions and best of all, when he didn't know, he didn't BS me...he went and got someone who did know the answer! A couple days after the purchase, a small problem arose (the switch on the adjustable seat broke). I called Justin and explained the issue...he instructed me to take it to the nearest Audi dealership and they took care of everything...called me back a few hours later and the car was brand new again. I had a amazing experience with this dealer. Dustin is a passionate and professional individual that treated both my wife and I with hospitality and respect. I arrived at the dealer with my car washed and cleaned ready for test drive. I was soon able to build up a personal relationship with Dustin as he's so easy to talk to, and he's truly sincere when helping us.I was happy with my purchase(Used E92 M3), and was able to walk out the dealer in a short time.I later discovered a small oil leaked under the car, and despite that I suspected Dustin and Jim Ellis Audi was going to take care of me, I called Dustin's personal phone during his off day(Sunday). Surprisingly, Dustin was able to call me back right away and asked me to bring the car in on Monday.After arriving at the dealer, we soon discovered a small oil leak from the DCT oil pan(Later during my online investigation, it's apparently a common issue for E92 M3) . However, Jim Ellis Audi repaired the leak for free with no questions asked within 3 hours. I walked in the dealer expected being told that they can not be responsible for the leak due to I purchased the car used as is, and they truly took care of me and put customer's satisfaction at the first place.

It's hard to put such an amazing experience into words. I started this process with another Jim Ellis dealer and was treated like a number almost as if I should not ask questions and just sign the paperwork; otherwise stop being bothersome like I was wasting her time. Then came my response from Travis and Dustin at Jim Ellis in Marietta, these guys genuinely want to place you in a car of your dreams and means. No pressure, honest, upfront, enthusiastic people. I have bought several cars over the last decade and this was by far the BEST dealer experience I have ever had. Think about buying a car from your best friend and that's about what it was like just more professional. As soon as I walked in it was not about the typical dealer hustle. I am very busy and Dustin and I handled 90% of all communications via email prior to Saturday (the day I actually saw the car the first time). Everyone I encountered at this dealership were Audi Enthusiasts not your typical salespersons that regurgitate the brochure and arbitrary facts. These guys are as pure as the quattro brand has made Audi. Even my wife who LOATHES to shop for vehicles (even when it's for her) had a great experience.I am loyal to the VW/Audi brand, as long as I need cars, Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, Dustin and the gang will have a loyal customer. Hello-I had negative experiences in the past with big dealerships with honesty, trust, and haggling. I got lucky and came across Ed on the sales floor. I was interested in a used car. Ed was very easy to talk to-laid back, very professional, but soft spoken. Before buying the car, I noticed some wear and tear. I knew that the maintenance had already surpassed the value of the car, and I needed to take steps toward purchasing another car. I'm extremely thankful for the time and care Ron took to help me with a nail in my tire. Earlier that morning, I sat at a tire repair place for over 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn't repair my tire. Being extremely frustrated at this point, I called Audi to see if my tire was covered under warranty. Ron was able to take my information and return my call within a couple of minutes to let me know my tire was covered. Also, he was able to fit me in to get my tire replaced that afternoon with no issues. Being 9 months pregnant, this was an extreme relief to have someone care so much to help me out. My service team was Scott and Bret. They are both very nice, professional and want you to leave satisfied and nothing less. I have a 2015 Audi A6 that I bought from this dealer and my navigation cursor was not finding it's location. They made sure to have a loaner waiting for me as I arrived and they would have washed my car to perfection for pick-up if it was not freezing temperatures. They only hand wash their vehicles so I don't mind returning after it gets above freezing temperatures. So far my experience with the sales team has been excellent and now the service team. They truly make you feel like family. Scott and Bret were the best. Oh and anytime I want a hand-wash, I'm able to pull up and get it washed for free since I'm an Audi Owner.

She took excellent care of me. She found the Audi I was looking for, provided me various options to bring the car to my price range, gave me tutorials on how to work the technology and provided me with excellent customer experience. Rose (the sales manager) made sure to give me an excellent deal that I can afford. She was excellent and is another excellent asset to Marietta Audi. These women know how to make sure a customer does not leave without a car and only leaves with a huge smile on their face while walking to their new car. Tony deals with the finance part and contract, and he was wonderful! He explained everything in basic terminology and was very patient and accommodating. Tawana, Rose and Tony are EXCELLENT and due to them I purchased my vehicle with Marietta Audi instead of the other locations. All the staff at this location are very friendly and nice. It feels like an Audi Family in there.

We found Adam to be very professional, pleasant and forthright in his interactions with us. He was very easy to work with and did a good job of articulating the realities of the market in terms of price and availability of the Q5. His professionalism was tested during one of our interactions where I was perhaps less than civil (I apologized) toward him. Yet, he stayed focus, maintained a professional demeanor and we were able to work thru the issue. The Quality of work rating isn't a reflection of Adam, rather, it reflect my expereience with your detail shop. I thought their work was just "average". The obvious items (tires, body, windows etc.) were done well however, the proof is really in the details: the seams in the the seats, console, doors edges and carpet needed work. To Adam's credit he had the car datailed a second time for which we were appreciative.

Called the dealership and got an appointment to check out 2 different AUDI Q5s and gave them the stock numbers to make sure they still have them available. I was assured that they are in stock. Took an appointment for an hour later and drove down to the dealership to find out that they were already sold. As other have mentioned in the previous reviews, stay away, unless you want to buy a new car. These guys use tactics with low price and cars they don't even have, to get you into the door.

My experience started back in March when I finally pulled the trigger on a new S7, it being completely custom meant i needed to order it from the factory. Sasha Landy was my Sales Expert and we went through every aspect and option of the car. He didn't try to talk me into something on the lot when he knew I was very particular about what i wanted and also removed an option or two that we agreed was unnecessary. There was a concern that my sons car seat wouldn't fit properly and my busy schedule wouldn't allow for a timely visit so Sasha sent an S7 to my home to ensure a safe fit of the seat. I've probably bought 20 cars in my life and would never say it had been a good experience. This time was different. Atiq was the consummate professional, totally informed about every detail of the Q5 I bought, found exactly the car I wanted and never, ever exerted even the slightest bit of pressure that, in my past experience, even if not overt, had always had at least a subtle presence. I was also considering the BMW X3 and researched and drove it as well before coming to the conclusion that the Q5 was a better choice. I was impressed that Atiq never had anything negative to say about the BMW which I considered to be a sign that I was working with a true professional. We are a two Audi family now and I can't see myself going anywhere else for the next one when the time comes.

After 13 years of faithful service, it was time to hang up the keys to my 2001 Audi TT. I honestly thought those keys would need to be pried out of my cold, dead hands - I loved that car. But with only one Midtown parking spot and the need for more trunk space to support my equestrian habit, it was time for a change. Kevin Fayerweather, who has serviced my TT since 2003, recommended I speak with Shaun Camay to help determine whether I should keep the TT or make a change, and I'm so glad he did. Shaun is not your typical car salesperson, but then again, none of the Jim Ellis Audi- Marietta staff are typical. Every one of them exudes a passion for the brand that I've never seen at another dealership or by another manufacturer. Shaun told me his goal was for me to leave happy and to not be in any way upset about my decision - a tough challenge since my TT was practically a family member. What did I absolutely love about Shaun? He was absolutely delightful. He was attentive. He pays attention. To details. He could tell you the name of my horse if you asked him. Even though a few weeks have passed since I made my purchase. Shaun is to-the-point. He was extremely patient and not pushy. He let me formulate my own opinion of each vehicle I tried and never tried to push me in one direction or another. I was EXTREMELY impressed with his knowledge and demo of the new A3, and while I didn't end up choosing that car, I can tell that Jim Ellis invests in their sales team and truly empowers their staff to be Audi brand ambassadors. I wish all the sales reps at our company could be so informed, excited and passionate about our products as Shaun is about Audi. Shaun is an absolutely lovely person and I highly recommend him. I ended up choosing an absolutely lovely A5 Cabrio and couldn't be more thrilled. And as much as I hate to admit it (since I kept the TT for so long), I actually love it more than the TT and am overall thrilled with everything! I have used Jim Ellis service for several years, and Kevin has been my primary interface. Kevin takes a personal interest in my issues and my convenience, as well. It is people like Kevin who set Jim Ellis apart from the others. I just bought a certified A7, and I went straight to Kevin when I had a slight service issue. As usual, he personified what I view as the Audi experience. My issue was a slight malfunction of the MMI, and Kevin initially put me in direct contact with the MMI specialist to diagnose the issue and then scheduled my service appointment promptly to rectify it. Service staff is very stable and this longevity allows one to build relationships with the staff and allows them to be familiar with your vehicle. The quality of the work is unquestionable and their is a confidence in their knowledge of Audis. You get the sense that you are getting the best Audi service possible at all times. Cleanliness of the facility is second to none and the communication and updates from the staff are clear, uncomplicated and informative. Would easily recommend this service department to others. They are not the cheapest, but you certainly don't feel cheated by paying more for the superior service!

I have never had such a professional and enjoyable car-buying experience. I have purchased many cars over the years, and this was, by far, the best experience I have had. Ahamed was extremely knowledgeable, and everyone on the Jim Ellis staff was positive, professional, and supportive. Trust me, I would rate most of my car-buying experiences as unpleasant, because I often felt the focus was more on making the sale than on educating the consumer. In this situation, I never felt pressured. Instead, I gained extensive knowledge of the different cars and was allowed to test each one. Even the financial process (I wish I could remember his name; he was great) was stress free, professional, quick, and supportive. Many thanks to Ahamed Eboo and the entire team. We will be back. Was given a verbal price from a salesman. When we requested the quote in writing, it showed up from a manager and was $1300 more. When we countered, she took 24 hours to respond, which was at close of business on a Friday. Sent a few emails back and forth and agreed upon a deal at 10 pm on Friday night, which was too late to put a deposit down. Started a 4 hour drive to pick up the car the next morning and receive a phone call when halfway there that the car was sold to someone else the night before. Waited 2 hours after opening that morning before they bothered to call.plus it was a random salesperson I had never spoken to before and not the manager who had actually sold me the car. Highly unprofessional!

My car required extensive, unexpected repairs. Tim Brooks provided excellent customer service from initial diagnostic to final repair of vehicle. He determined and explained the problem, offered options for repair and pricing, maintained a schedule for completion of work, and made sure I was taken care of while waiting for the work to be done. I've yet to meet a service adviser as courteous and professional. The quality of work, friendliness, overall experience and price were all well above my expectations. I fully recommend this dealership.

I live about a hour and a half away from any of the closest Audi Dealerships. I Chose Jim Ellis Audi because I was on heading out on a business trip and Jim Ellis was on the way. I informed Mr. Barbine that I was in the beginning of an 8 hour drive. I said I would appreciate faster service over the usual perks that come with service at a dealership. Mr. Barbine managed to still take care of me with the same great service in half of the time. He also gave me recommendations from the Mechanics for further service related issues. He got me on my way in half the time I was quoted from another dealership. I'm thankful I stopped by Jim Ellis Audi and would like to make known the great service of Mr. Arthur Barbine at Jim Ellis Audi.

I visited the Audi dealership in July while on the hunt for a new car. I was looking at the Audi Q7, Lexus GX460 and the Volvo XC90. I ended up purchasing the Volvo (cargo space and price were the winning factors) but of all three sales people I dealt with, Aaron was by FAR the best. His knowledge about the Q7 was extraordinary and he represented the Audi brand heads and tales above the other sales people we met (including the one we ended up buying from). For a young man who is new to the business, I felt very comfortable and confident that had I purchased the car from Audi, Aaron would have handled the transaction brilliantly.

I took my 2005 audi A4 to this dealership for the transmission to be serviced because it had a recall on the CVT transmission. So far, the least said the better. First they told me I have to get service records when I furnished them with the records, they said it wasn't AUTHENTIC because it was from CARFAX, after arguing it out, he told me I took the car somewhere else before bringing it to them so they will not fix it until I contact the settlement administrator. It has so far taken me two weeks to get hold of a supervisor, only for her to tell me they are investigating the issue with the dealership. Guys I am talking about 20 mins hold calls on the average here. My car has only 88000 miles on it and under 10yrs. Qualifies for the transmission to be fully replaced under the class action and this is what I have to go through just to talk to a supervisor. I have driven a Volkswagen all my life and I have loved just decided to upgrade to Audi and it has been my most painful experience ever. My car is over 3weeks at the dealership, and so far nothing has been done. Still investigating.............

The complete Sales Team of Erikka Tiffani, Atiq Choudhry and pre-owned Sales Manager did an excellent job with the price, friendliness and approach to potentially winning my business especially Erikka. They didn't pressure me at all and were willing to wait and provide me with quick answers/documentation to my questions. There approach and practice should be the standard in the automotive sales/service industry. I would recommend to anymore interested in buying a vehicle from Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta to work with these individuals. By the way, I didn't work with anyone else at this dealership but them. My guess is with a team like them, I would believe the rest of the team members at this dealership should perform equally.At the final minute, I had to purchase a different type of vehicle altogether for family reasons and Jim Ellis Audi different offer this vehicle or I would have definitely purchased it there.Great job Sales Team, keep up the good work.

First I am a procrastinator. I went to several dealers in town and when I went to Jim Ellis Atiq worked with me. I was still debating color and options, but Atiq was great. He introduced me to Erikka and we discussed possibly ordering a car. I was then introduced to the person that does the ordering. The entire time a very friendly and professional experience. I have dealt with all 4 Audi dealers in Atlanta as well as various other luxury car dealers and I must say this, these guys are by far one of the best I have dealt with in the 33 years and 20+ cars I have purchased. I unfortunately did not order a car from them, but that was for other reasons. In the end any time I am in the market for any Audi, Atiq and Erikka are the best people to do a deal with and I will be sure to work with them when I am in the market for an Audi. You can not go wrong dealing with these folks. Even though I did not purchase at this time they wished me well and encouraged me to come back to them at any time. I regret every minute that I did not purchase and Audi from them. You will not be treated better by any other Audi dealer in Atlanta.

I had a pleasant experience with my salesman, Aaron. I truly would not have purchased an Audi if it wasn't for Aaron's non aggressive style and patience. His attention to follow up with me even after the purchase with gratefully noted. Although I had a few issues with Rose and how she handled the paperwork, I would not use that to prohibit my return to this dealership in the future. I purchased my Audi A4 last year from this dealership and had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the time Rose, the group at the Jim Ellis Audi store really went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied customers. They have always been available if we had any questions or concerns with our vehicle and did a great job of making a deal work. I have since been taking my vehicle in for service at this dealership and have also had a great experience in the service department working with Matt Price. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is available on time. Something nice that he does is use text messages to provide updates on my vehicle so that I am aware of the service status. Matt comes across as a very cool and honest guy and I have not ever felt like he is over selling me on a service that I didn't need or that was not necessary on my vehicle which based on past experiences seems to be rare in this industry.I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at this dealership. It speaks well for the dealership as a whole and I will be continuing the service of my vehicle with Jim Ellis Marietta. They will also be my 1st stop when it's time to find my next vehicle.

Wow-where to begin... As cheesy as it sounds, I would say the day I drove my 2012 Audi A3 off the Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta lot was one of the best days of my life. Within minutes of pulling up to the dealership, I already felt like an esteemed, priceless customer and meeting some of the most professional and friendly people I have ever known. Kevin Fenner, Erikka Tiffani, and Sasha Landy instantly became like family to me. As they explained and reviewed every ornate detail of my new "baby", they celebrated my excitement with matched enthusiasm. Their knowledge of the brand, as well as my particular model, was absolutely outstanding. Their level of class exceeded every expectation one has of a traditional car dealership. Their sincerity and kindness transformed the experience from one of a consumer to one of an Audi family member. "I normally deal with Kevin Fayweather, however since he was not available at the time I worked with Arthur. He has a wonderful disposition and made my repair service effortless. He was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my service was completed to my satisfaction. I will say that he gave me an almost on point estimate of the length of time I had left before the repair would be needed (I had front brakes replaced). This was the best car buying experience that my wife and I ever had even though we live 8.5 hours away. They were kind enough to bring me to (after I drove my trade-in up to them) and pick us up from the airport when we arrived on the day to get our new car. Ahamed was fantastic from the first day I spoke with him until and after delivery of our 2013 A7. He took care of getting our windows tinted as well as other things that we wanted to have done on the car before we took delivery of it without giving me any problems at all. Additionally my wife and I have never experienced a car delivery like the one Ahamed provided as he was very detailed in going over the features of the car and we did not feel like he wanted to hand us the keys and wave good bye so that he could run off and sell another car. Further Ahamed followed up with me later that afternoon with an email and a phone call the following day to see if we had any questions regarding the car. We have already referred Ahamed and Jim Ellis Audi to several of our friends and highly recommend that you ask for Ahamed if you in the market to purchase an Audi!!!!!!

Overall the experience at Jim Ellis was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful explaining everything I needed answered. I drove from Birmingham, AL to Atlanta, GA. The drive was well worth it. Eventhough we have a local dealership, the staff, service and price was unbeatable. It was truly a great experience from the internet sales manager to sales to finance. I purchased a 2013 Audi A6. When we arrived to Atlanta the car had been detailed and had a full tank of gas ready for us to take delivery. Everything was everything that we asked for and more.

I took my 2004 Audi a4 because the transmission had a problem they charge me 1200 dollars and didn't fix any thing when I took the car back to them say the car have a new problem. But the car was doing the exact same thing. So they robe me and a I wont do business whit them any more.

I had to take one of our vehicles in for scheduled service two weeks later and was, again, treated perfectly. Our service advisor (David) was extremely helpful, we received our car back quickly and they had a detailed list of what had been performed outside the normal routines. This included fixing the backup camera. This dealership sets the bar. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta to anyone.

I took my car in to get a brake inspection. I was well greeted by Kevin and staff. They offered me a seat and something to drink. Kevin checked on me periodically to update me on the services. After leaving as a satisfied customer, Kevin later contacted me to make sure I was okay with the service and everything was perfect with my car. Jim Ellis is a great place; I enjoy bringing my car for service. The staff, especially Kevin, are great and the service my car gets have always been perfect. Although I did not purchase my car at Jim Ellis, I get my car serviced there. Getting your car serviced can be scary but the guys at Jim Ellis are so great! They are extremely knowledgable, professional and competent. I trust their judgement on my repairs and while I have searched around to other repair facilities, Jim Ellis has been the best. I once took my car to another facility for some work to be done and even though the other facility's price was less, the old adage, "you get what you pay for" rings true. When it is time for me to get a new car, I would be hard pressed to get a different brand because of the quality service that I get from Jim Ellis. I have been taking this car to them for 3 years and I am extremely happy with their service. I consistently refer any Mazda owners that I meet to Jim Ellis Mazda.

I had a wonderful experience throughout my whole buying experience. They were very real and down to earth people who genuinely liked their cars and thought they had a quality product. They let me take numerous test drives with various people and various cars even though I was quite undecided and took a long time to decide. They answered my numerous questions as a first time new car buyer and helped me find the perfect car for me. I got a very reasonable price that was comparable to what other people were paying across the country for my car and their customer service was outstanding every step of the way. I've taken my car to the dealership to be serviced every since, and they have always dealt with me quickly and with a friendly manner. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda. You can't expect better service than you'll get there. I'm a woman and despite the horror stories I'd heard about women buying cars, I had no difficulties at all and even haggled my own price.
