Excellent customer service. Brittany was able to evaluate my situation and found the perfect L-certified vehicle for me. I bought the GS 200t, and I've driven the vehicle for about a week now, and absolutely love it. Averaging 33mpg, the ride is smooth, quiet, and very luxurious. Having the unlimited mile bumper to bumper warranty and maintenance plan gives me peace of mind knowing I'm not going to have to come out of pocket anytime soon. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Jim Hudson.

This is the 3rd Lexus we have purchased from Jim Hudson. We live about 80 miles from Augusta and when one of our cars needs servicing, they bring us a loaner, take our car to be serviced and then bring our car back when the service is complete. The sales and service folks are knowledgeable and friendly. And when something is not done the way it should be (very seldom) they rectify it quickly and efficiently. And while not the most important quality to us, the fairly new facility is very top notch. What's not to like!? Highly recommended.

My experience with this dealership was outstanding. They make you feel at home and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Taylor Lovell was the salesperson who assisted me and she was awesome. Paul is amazing! I've already recommended him to family and friends. The only issue I have is with the numbers department (not Paul). There was not an avenue of open negotiation about the monthly. In all fairness, perhaps that's not an option for individuals who purchase with $0 down.

On the afternoon of September 22, I called Jim Hudson Lexus of Augusta to specifically inquire about the Lexus IS 350's on the dealers lot. Once my call was transferred to the Sales department, a lady by the name of Nicole picked up the phone. I stated I didn't have much time, all though she insisted asking me multiple questions, when I in fact just wanted to know if the particular car was on the lot. She asked me for my last name, which I said, "I didn't realize you need my last name to check the inventory. I just simply wanted to know if I needed to make the drive to Augusta." She replied, "No mam, and mentioned she needed to place me on hold to check the inventory, and it would take about a minute. I waited on hold for 12-13 minutes before being hung up on by Nicole. She never returned the call. I immediately called right back and asked to speak to the Sales Manager. I was informed the only Manager onsite was busy and he would give me a call back. NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Customer service really goes a long way. I was willing to make the trip to Augusta to purchase a vehicle in such a challenging market.

I dealt with Mr. Bill Gibbs and a couple of other people and I was 100% satisfied with their customer service. This dealer knows how to treat customers and should be #1 on your list to shop at. I guess as a gay man I should have realized taking my mother to go car shopping in the south would be welcomed with chauvinism and homophobia. Finally after the price of one of their vehicles couldn't be negotiated at all and one of the dealers implied we couldn't read we walked out. Their response was have a nice day ladies. Wow. I have no words for the place in xxxx I must have just visited. Never go here. Thank god I got a great deal on my new Land Rover!

I came on a Saturday to look at the GS 350 sport and the dealership was already closed but Brian was still there with a client and was very willing to help me with the car I was interested in. He even let me go for a test drive in the car. I loved the service and car so much I returned on Monday to purchase the car. I had Brian help me get my things out of my other vehicle that I traded in while I was finishing the buying process. I drove a Denali but this was my first "luxury" car purchase and I really enjoyed the experience with everyone here at Jim Hudson Lexus!!! The car had a small scratch and they fixed it while letting me drive another vehicle home. The service department was very accommodating and I will return for all service and eventually my next car!! I did not buy my lexus ES350 from Jim Hudson, but they treated me as if I did. When you are in the waiting room its like FIRST CLASS, you have your own personal consultant manager Mike Licklider. He is great after they check my vehicle Mike went over everything they found and made recommendations. Their was no pressure to get anything fix, when I ask a question about cost of repairs he showed me. I had a great experience at Jim Hudson in Augusta GA. Thank You, Paul Stanton

Actually drove my vehicle more than a 100 miles to Jim Hudson to get some service done. There were dealers closer to me, but my experience for service before was so good that I just decided to use Jim Hudson Lexus again. JH Lexus offered a more competitive price for the service I needed and provided me a loaner vehicle to enjoy the day. The staff was very friendly. Although I had only been there once before, they speak to you by name so that you feel that you are a constant and prized customer. Try Jim Hudson

We had a great buying experience at Jim Hudson Lexus in Augusta. Cardell and Joseph were very professional and excellent to work with. We got an awesome deal and they did everything they said they would for us. The closing on the car took only about an hour and they were ready when we arrived. We were coming off a very bad experience trying to purchase the vehicle in Savannah. This is the place to buy a Lexus. I highly recommend the team at Jim Hudson. My wife lover her new RX 350!

Bought a used LX470 I found on their website. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership, so I called and spoke with Kyle about the car to get some general information. 20 minutes later, I called him back, we agreed upon a price and that was that. I got one more call from the Jim Hudson finance manager and my car was delivered two days later to me. The car was better that advertised and it was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I may never go to a dealer again.

Called Jim Hudson Lexus last week about a used 2006 RX400h. Spoke to Kyle Christiansen who said he was with a customer and would call right back. Never did call back I called again and spoke to Kyle Christiansen who again said he was busy and after giving him my number never returned the call. They must not want to sell any vehicles. Worst Cars.com experience I have ever had. Now I see the suv I was interested in is gone. Won't try them again.
