Satisfactory service so far from initial vehicle purchase date. Oil changes take longer at dealership, as compared to a "Quick oil change business ", but I see my truck as an investment so I expect top notch service from the dealership. When it comes to warranty service and issues I believe it's best to have all work done at point of purchase dealership.

Literally every representative we spoke with was as friendly and helpful as he could be. Their sales approach was persuasive but not too pushy or cheesy. They really went the extra mile by staying late on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend to complete our purchase and showed no signs of being impatient. They followed up a couple of days after the sale just to check on me. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my day, and this was my favorite purchase experience.

Very professional. Oil change took too long! Most definitely not an express oil change. I saw an old coworker. He dropped his car off for an oil change without an appointment. He arrived before me. Therefore, he bumped me back. Appointments are actually worthless if walk in delay customers with appointments.

The finance managers nor the sales manager will take or return a call after purchase of your vehicle to resolve issues pertaining to their screw up. i left several messages over 3 days and had a salesman go into the managers office but the manager would not return my call. We had to lie to get someone on the phone to answer our question. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone because they do not care about their customers after the purchase. Very poor customer service.

Tony Hays and the Crew at Jim Kera's Chevy were excellent! Despite my terrible situation with a total loss, so no trade in, and no down payment available. Tony and the finance crew worked it out for me to be able to drive away in a 2016 Chevy Cruze! I will forever be grateful for their hard work. It was not about Tony making a sale it was about me getting into a new car and that is Priceless. I know that Mr. Tony did not make the same commission on a lease that he would on a sale that's just common sense! Came in for oil change which was part of the warranty. Did not expect to need a HVAC filter at 32,000 miles and to pay 49.95 plus tax/env to replace it. I bought a Certified car in January,2015 and would expect that to have been already replaced. The shop service Advisor was very polite and did not pressure me so it was my decision. I would still recommend Jim Keras for any service. I love my Malibu and have had no others issues. Thank you.

George Gulley was my salesperson, and He made my entire process comfortable and easy. I went in with one agenda, but after having sat in his office, and listening to him explain the process of credit approval, and financing, he steered me in the RIGHT direction to make an informed decision concerning choosing the RIGHT vehicle for my circumstance. I left the dealership with a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruz, and I've returned twice for service maintenance, which was rendered with just as much professionalism as my 1st encounter with George Gulley. I had very good experience on this last visit I believe because of the customer personnel I spoke with, it was a woman, and didn't get her name but she was polite as well as the gentleman, Tim who waited on me to get the work started pn my vehicle. Mr. Tim understood that I had no way to wory the next day, & didnt seem to have a loaner car, but was able to find one for me all the same & then fixed my car earlier than expected. Not a shred of impoliteness at any given time. I wish you guys had a whole store fill of Tims there, he's rhe only one I would suggest family & friends to see. Thanks again! Oh by the way, I wish you guys still washed our cars after veing serviced, it's a very good jester!

I brought my trailblazer in for a headlight to be replaced. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I dropped vehicle off that am and got a ride to work. I received phone call that it was ready probably around 10. I got a ride back to pick it up around 2. I did find out when I got home that evening around 6 that whoever had changed the headlight out had left my headlights on all day long. It has the automatic lights that come on when the truck is in gear. My reminder bell does not work that says the lights are being left on when you turn off the engine and open the door. The truck started but the battery gauge was lower than normal. Other than that I had no issues.

Great customer service as usual. Anyone who does not get great service at this shop would be a shock to me. I think this is the best service department in the area. I have deaalt with others and I haven't received better service/repair from any of them. If, on a rare occasion, you do have a complaint this shop will respond and try to resolve.

It's good to know Keras Chevrolet is keeping with the honored tradition of great service from its' service department. On my latest visit my usual service writers were out and Matt (Monaghan) stepped in and stepped up to the plate with a grand slam. He performed with the same great skills as the service writers before him. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with him, I was nervous and was tempted to wait on the old heads to return. Matt went above and beyond when an oversight occurred with my vehicle which I was unaware of. I came back to the service department and was waited on immediately so as not to inconvenience me for having to return. This is the type service I have come accustomed to from this service department. And I feel very good moving forward and continuing to do business with this shop. Thanks!

I have purchased several cars at this dealership. I keep going back because I have been treated fairly. I had my 2015 Z06/Z07 on the track at Barber in Birmingham at a REZOOM high performance track event. (NOT RACING). The fancy new differential failed and I had the car taken to a local GM dealership who refused to perform the repair under warranty. I brought the car back to Keras in Memphis and the regional GM Rep approved the warranty repair. Full new differential. The guys at Keras were excellent. If I lived in Birmingham, I would drive to Memphis to buy a car.

Simple Servicing and Tire Rotation - no problem.However, I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment (which I did not expect to be exact or quick), but I still was there for 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. There is room for improvement. One of your competitors is advertising "true 30-minute oil changes"

I've been a Jim Keras customer for 4 years and have bought two cars there. The service department does good work for fair prices.The employees are sometimes very rude. I have complained about this several times before. Someone always writes to me, says how sorry they are, and promises it will be better next time, but it's not.If I could manage it, I would only deal with Vaughn Kearney, one of the service advisors. Mr. Kearney is always thoughtful and polite. That certainly isn't true of some of the others.It is standard at Jim Keras for you to go there for service and stand in front of the desk of a service advisor who is busy writing up a ticket and who completely ignores you for 10 minutes or so, as if you're not even there at all--the service advisor doesn't even bother to look up and say "Sorry for the wait, sir," or anything.I took my car to Jim Keras for servicing on Saturday, August 29. My service advisor this time was a young man, probably in his 30s. He was very friendly and polite. I had no problem with him.The problem was with another service advisor, a white man in his 40s, rather tall, with brown hair, as I recall. He was standing right behind me. Suddenly, he yelled, right in my ear, "Look out, fella!" I nearly ducked, thinking a light fixture was about to fall from the ceiling.In fact, he was not talking to me and appeared to be unaware that I was even there, even though I was standing right in front of him.Instead, he was talking to another service advisor, a young man perhaps in his 20s, who was about to step off the curb next to where these men work, and evidently, the man behind me thought the younger man was in danger of some kind, though I'm not sure why.I don't blame someone for wanting to warn a friend, but it was the fact that this man showed no awareness that I was standing right in front of him and basically just yelled in my ear that I found extremely annoying. But I see a variation of this in a lot of Jim Keras employees I deal with. It's not that they are horribly offensive--they simply behave in a way that suggests that they "had no upbringing." Every time I go there, I wonder what minor rudeness and obliviousness I'm going to have to put up with this time. I came across a variation of that the last time I came there to buy a car, in August of 2014, when the salesman who waited on me, Alvin Wilson, kept saying "Oh Jesus Christ" all the time, which I really didn't care for either.So I'll keep coming back to Jim Keras because I need good work done on my car and need to buy a new car every few years. But I wish the place would hire people who had some manners and understood something about professional behavior.

I'm usually not happy about going to buy a vehicle .But I was in need seeing that I totaled my truck. So my wife and I saw a truck I liked on Jim Keras website. One Saturday we decided to go look.Once we drove on to the lot we were greeted by Jonathan Cano one of the salesmen. He was the perfect match that day to sell us a vehicle. From the start of the process till the end.We felt as if we had know him for a long time.He was very helpful with anything we needed or ask.We would recommend him to anyone . My experience with you all were wonderful, I came in on a recall after work. They told me it would take about an hour and a half, but it only took about 30 to 45 minutes. I usually have my 2008 Saturn ASTRA serviced at Jim Keras Chevrolet either on the way to or back from Maine each summer, and they have consistently provided excellent service for my car (they are a Saturn Authorized Service Provider). On this particular visit (August 24, 2015) I requested an oil change and tire rotation as well as a brake inspection since I had recently experienced "smoking brakes" after navigating a steep and winding road in the Mount Washington Valley in New Hampshire. The service advisor looked at the brake fluid and explained to me that its discoloration was a sign that a brake flush would be needed to avoid this problem in the near future (fortunately it is very flat in West Texas). The service was completed in a timely fashion, and I was pleased to notice that the engine oil life system indicator had been reset when I picked up my car (surprisingly, not all SASPs do this). Thumbs up to the Jim Keras Chevrolet service department!

Had a hitch put on my vehicle on a Monday as I was going to be pulling a U-Haul trailer early Thursday morning to Nashville to move my daughter back to college. Later that day the check engine light came on.The Onstar diagnostic said it was a misfire. Car was hesitating with acceleration like it wasn't getting gas and had knocking when I cut the engine. Tuesday morning early went and had a diagnostic ran. They stated the issues and that they had pulled the information and it was showing as a recall. They recommended taking to dealership for service due to this. I went to the dealership where I had bought the vehicle. I explained my major problem as I needed this fixed so that I would be able to pull the U-Haul and get my daughter back to college. They told me they were too backed up and wouldn't be able to get to it. They did recommend Jim Keras Chevrolet that was down the road. I immediately went there and pulled up to service. I spoke with Steve Hutchison and explained the issues with the vehicle and also the time crunch problem with moving my daughter. He said "I'm gonna do the best I can to help you. If you can get the vehicle here asap I'll get it in and do my best to get it fixed before you need to take your daughter back to school." I told him it was parked outside and I could get someone to pick me up. They got it right back and he even noted on the work order what the situation was and the timeframe issue and highlighted it. He again said they would do their best to get it ready by close Wednesday evening. I called Steve Wednesday afternoon to check and he said they needed one more hour to finish it up but be here at 530 pm and it will be ready for you." I got there at 530pm and it was ready. He went over everything and took me in to finish the paperwork and escorted me out to the car. He also said "we're here for any of your car needs and would be glad to help with anything you need." I am so thankful for all Steve and the person(s)that worked on my vehicle to fix the problem that was a recall and to get it done so quickly so that I could pull the U-Haul and get my daughter back to college. I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. It was such a stressful time to begin with and then added with the car trouble it could have been a horrific situation to us but due to the excellent customer service of Steve Hutchison and all at Jim Keras Chevrolet it was a smooth transition. I greatly appreciate all that was done and certainly will go to them for all of my car needs from now on and highly recommend them to others.

I have been having my 2012 Chevy Sonic serviced at Jim Keras Chevrolet since I purchased it in 2012. I went in for an oil change but made them aware that I needed a diagnostic test because my check engine light was on. After they were done servicing my vehicle. I checked everything out on my OnStar app. to my surprise my oil level was still at 30%, the amount it was when I brought the vehicle in. I found that my tires had not been rotated because the tire that always tend to be the lowest was still the lowest.All my tire were not filled as they say that is included in the oil change. The tire levels were at 30 when it should have been 38. I asked the technician about it and he had the Oil light reset without making sure the oil had been changed. The technician drove my car off to fill the tires and was absent for about 15 minutes which I can only assume that they were then changing the oil. I have never been displeased with Jim Keras but I sure was disappointed this time.

Steve in Service is the best. I arrived in Service with a low tire pressure. He had my car checked out and they found a screw was lodged in my tire. When I got my oil changed the mechanics noticed my air filter was closed with what appeared to be a rats nest. Yes, a new air filter had to be replaced for an additional fee ,but, if the mechanics who worked on my car had not done a thorough inspection of my car the problem could have become more costly. Now I have more fresh air coming from my air condition. I thank the team at Jim Keras for their keen eyesight and thorough inspection of my car.

I purchased my Equinox in Sept 2014. I had to have repairs in April 2015. I took my car in on Monday. They ended up keeping it until Friday to ensure the repairs where made, check the modules and clean it up. My only complaint is: On Friday, my husband picked up my car and them picked me up. As soon as I got in the vehicle, I noticed grease finger prints on both visors and on the ceiling. The repairs and all diagnostic seem to be fine. They washed the outside of my vehicle, but I still have grease fingerprints on the inside, the windshield (Inside) has prints all over it and there was a half bottle of water left in the back.

The staff was very helpful. I had a scratch on my car that had some paint on it, I asked if there was some way that it could be buffed out. I was told that it usually cost $$$ on hour. I told them that if it was going to cost that, then just forget it, because I just didn't have the money. They said they would check with the body shop and see, well, I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but they were able to buff it out at no cost to me. Now that's what I call great customer service because they didn't have to do it, but I'm sure that it didn't take an hour either. It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed, which is quite unusual for the service department, but they were really swamped and it was a holiday Friday when I was there so they may have been a bit short-staffed. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell me on the warranty work and have a nice, clean, comfortable lounge to wait in.

I ordered my 2014 Stingray from a local dealer, I went in for my first service (a simple oil change) and waited for over three hours and the work was still not completed. I asked them to bring my vehicle around so that I could leave. I let them know how disappointed I was in the shoddy service and I would not be returning for any further service. I call several Chevrolet dealers and settled for Jim Keras because of their close proximity. I called Keras Chevrolet, set the appointment, went in and was greeted as a valued customer. They completed the service in a very timely manner. Jim Keras will be getting all of my future service business.

I was approached as I drove up. They asked what was I there for. They took the keys and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. There was a lot of people, but they where getting them out. sSteve Hutchison is the most professional service personnel ever. He shows genuine interest in me as a customer. While there on for oil change, tire rotation, air induction & fuel system service, I received a call from my 15 year daughter's pediatrician and was told to take her to a cardiologist right away. Steve explained that my car was going through a process and although I don't know the technical terms I knew that he would get the car to me as soon as possible. But I admired the way he tried to explain it to me. Then after my car was ready he walked me to my car to be sure I did slip on the water that was in the bay. Considering that there were quite a few people ahead of me, waiting 3+ hours for an oil change seemed a bit excessive. I watched the technicians bring the truck back from being serviced and still had to wait 30+ minutes before they found my service ticket, so I could pay and leave. Despite this experience; past experiences have been fairly pleasant.

I found myself going to the service department frequently and I was able to trade in my 2010 to a BRAND new 2015 Equinox! First new car I have ever owned. John was fantastic, even had time to answer questions on his off day. John was very professional and patient. He even went an extra mile to fulfill a couple of request for me. BEWARE of INTERNET PRICING!!! we found 4 vehicles on the internet that we were interested in after about an hour at the dealership we decided on one vechicle. We already had our financing but Marcus wanted to check to see if he could get a better interest rate - which after us waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes - he returned and the interest rate was higher. During the conversation - I told him that we needed to discuss the cost of the vehicle because if we didn't come to an agreement on cost we had no deal. He said he thought we had already come to the deal. I told him no we hadn't even talked about the cost of the vehicle. So I am not sure why he was worried about financing before making the deal. Once he put all the figures together - the cost of the vehicle was more that what price was shown on the Internet. He explained that since we didn't have a vehicle to trade in or a GMC vehicle that was 1999 or higher we couldn't get those discounts. We told him that information was not on the internet - it doesn't state those 2 facts in the description. It was very upsetting that the cost on the internet wasn't the starting point for the car and when we started to neogiate the starting point was $2500 more. This truck was for my nephew (his first new vehicle) and we were trying to help him with the purchase. My husband and I purchase a new car every 5 years and this was the worst experience we have ever had.

I had brake problems, but the service department took care of it in a timely manner. It still had a knock when I picked it up, but when I took it back, they fine-tuned the repair and everything is fine now. May I say, I have over 100,000 miles on my Uplander Van, and I always take it to Keras Chevrolet Service Department, even for all oil changes.

I purchased a 2010 Silverado from Jim Keras in 2010. I brought it in a month later for the power steering making a noise when I turned. It was a saturday and I was told they put fluid in the resvoir but would contact me later to bring back in. At my last visit I was told my line has a small hole in it. I had two different flats two days in a row. Matt and Trey were great on getting me in and taken care of when I called almost in tears. Both days they had a loaner car there and waiting before I got to the dealership with my car. Tim Miller, service consultant, dealt with me both days and I have to give him tons of credit! I am not a patient person and I go straight to panic mode. He was fantastic at keeping me from spontaneously combusting. The ONLY complaint (and very minor) that I have is no one cleaned the tires or rims after putting the new ones on. Both times. Other then that I have nothing but great service.

Was NOT happy about the fact that I had to call the dealership three times to find out about my car. First it had to be towed there (on recommendation of one of the service people). Second, I waited all day to get a phone call to explain what was wrong. When I didn't receive one, I called them only to find out they did NOTHING with my car but let it sit. So I was told they would call me back with info and DIDN"T. So I called them AGAIN the following day to get "it is being looked at and should have an answer for you shortly." I finally got the problem rectified and then had it sent over to collision dept for some repair work that needed to be done. That dept and an employee named Kelly were AWESOME! Just like all the others I have dealt with after buying two cars from them in the past. I love Jim Keras and the people who work there. It surprised me to get below average service from the service dept because they have always been good in the past.

George Gulley, our sales manger, was most helpful in allowing us to make our decisions as to what we wanted, then finding the exact car we needed, and assisting us in exploring the various options regarding financing, etc. Once we got the car, he introduced us to a service manger, and gave us a thorough review of the car's equipment. I brought my truck in for service under my two year full service agreement and everybody was on their "A" game both customer and business focussed. They transported me to work and picked me back up and had my truck waiting and looking great as they washed it as well. Brake job - good. Fees for machining rotors and replacing brake fluid - a little high. Technician checked battery twice with a battery checker. The car would not start when I got where I was going and I had to buy a battery the next day.Car would not start when I tried to leave the dealership. Tech said he had done a batt check as part of routine visit.He checked again with his battery checker and it came up 670 CCA. Car cranked this time. He said batt checked good so I left. Drove 20 miles which should recharge batt if it had been a little low. Worked 3 hours. Car would not start.Had to get my mobile mechanic the next day and buy a battery.

I'm familiar with the dealership because I bought a Camaro last year. It was time for a "mommy mobile" because the Camaro was just not child friendly. Lol I knew it wasn't but I had to have it! The staff was soooo nice both experiences. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Randy Cox this time around. He gave me his personal cell # and answered every single question that I had even if he wasn't at work! He was so friendly and knowledgable and helped me get the car that I wanted at the price point I wanted. Truly a very nice fella! I knew exactly what I wanted and unfortunately it wasn't at the dealership. This sweet guy took the time to look for what I wanted with all the bells and whistles, tracked one down, and had it brought there for me! It's people like Randy that truly make a typically stressful experience just like it's an easy every day ordeal. Easy!!! Kudos to that guy! He even remembered my camaro's name after a couple of days passed by while he was tracking down my new Equinox. Who can forget a name like "Sexy B" though? Lol. I've given my parents his name and insist on them having him help them with their near future buying experience. I'll always use Jim Keras from here on out!

I went into the dealership on Saturday, 7/5/14 to get an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at about 6:50a.m. They also checked to make sure if any recalls were on my car, there was a minor one and it was fixed as well. I was out at 8:00a.m. Way to GO Jim Keras!!!!!

My extended warranty came into question. I purchased coverage until april 2017...The dealer had my warranty coverage ending in october of 2014. I provided a copy of my warranty proving my claim & the finance manager on duty at the time was going to correct the mistake & call me back...He never called back. Did he correct the error?I'm assuming my 'complimentary oil changes' under the CPO program will end eventhough I still have the extended warranty coverage thru 2017...I never got an answer to that question.The dealer needs to do like COSTCO does...honor all applicable advertised discounts automatically instead of having to submit a coupon to get the discount.

He said we would be through in an hour; I was on my way to school in 50 minutes. I managed to edit an article I was working on for a journal while I was there. As always, it was a pleasant, and relatively inexpensive, experience.

I tried to visit another Jim Keras Chevrolet on Saturday, June 21, 2014 and was very disappointed. After waiting for 2 hours for an oil changed. I decided that it would be best for me to visit Jim Keras Chevrolet on Covington Pike where I usually go. After getting there, Vaughn Kearney took care of me as usual and I was out of there quick. Sometimes trying to save a little gas and money is not always the best option. I want be visiting Jim Keras Chevrolet on Stage Road in Bartlett, TN anymore because the service guy who waited on me quoted me a different price to plug my tire and was not willing to look-up my vehicle with the VIN number to see what tires I had on my car so I could replace it. He told me they didn't have anyone to go get a tire today. What a mistake and time wasted.

I Feel that the problem with the seals on my 09 Tahoe (all doors, sun roof, and hatchback) should have been identified and replaced before I purchased the vehicle in January 2014. Now I had to pay over $900.00 TO REPLACE THEM for that issue, it was not fair to me. Service did order and replaced the seals on my truck but at over $900.00 I HAD TO PAY. I ALSO FEEL THAT THE MILITARY DISCOUNT SHOULD APPLY FOR ALL VETERANS, BECAUSE SOME OF US ARE DISABLED, AND OR RETIRED! I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK MS DONNA, SHE RELATED TO MY PROBLEM.

When I arrived one of the mechanics greeted me and said someone should be with you shortly. After about 5 min of just sitting in my car no one came over. So I got out and stood there still no one addressed me. So the young gentleman came back over to me and said some will be right with you, ok. After about another 2-3 minutes I walked over to the service counter and said excuse me can someone help me please. Then a caucasian man with red hair and beard walked from behind the counter and said yeah how can help you (Mind you he did not have a customer and the lady was looking up something on the computer. Mind you each time I have gone I have never gotten a warm feeling from the lady. She always seem like something is bothering her and you usually have to speak to her first. She will say how can I help you but never a hello, how are you, etc). I stated that I needed an oil change. He walked back to his counter and got a pin and clip board walked over to my car and started writing down info and never addressed me again. As he was walking off I stated I was told that GM has a special on oil change and tire rotation for $39.95 he said ok and walked on off. The service worker walked over and said you can have a seat in the customer waiting area and someone will come get you when your car is ready. About 10-15 min later my car was finished. I am very leary that the oil change, tire rotation and fluid top offs were done. However all I can do is trust that it was. I have never had this kind of experience with the Service dept and don't feel that the mechanic should have been the one to address me. It should have been the customer service workers. I would give this survey flying colors but I cannot this time. Thanks have a wonderful day!

I've bought three vehicles from Jim Keras. I'm a loyal customer. I bought my new Cruze in 2012. I noticed last week that my check engine light came on. I work right behind Serra, so I took my Cruze in to get checked out as I'm still under warranty. I was told that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. I was so upset. I drove the extra miles hoping I didn't make a bad problem worse to Jim Keras. Vaughn was ever so nice! Took care of me immediately, and arranged for me to use a loaner car overnight while the needed repairs were made. I will always go the extra mile to Jim Keras, as they always go the extra mile for me!

I was very pleased with the service I received at the dealership. From the time we walked in, until I drove off in my new car, I can honestly say was quick and "painless". The salesmanager, Chris, our salesman, Randy and the fiance officer worked with us to pick our something I liked and that fit in our budget. The other sales staff was also friendly and outgoing even though they didn't have to be.I had a problem with my car on Sunday (operator error) and another salesman helped me and Randy followed up on Monday to make sure everything was ok.I definitely will recommend Jim Keras.

They definitely treat you like a "valued" customer and there was no pressure! If there is such a thing as customer loyalty I guess this dealership just earned mine. Service department is professional as well! Don't expect "quick" transactions but they will treat you right.

I came in for what I though was a simple nail in a tire. It turned out that it had a large bolt that ruined the tire. Steve came to explain this to me and once he showed me the bolt that was taken out of the tire I knew the tire was damaged and unsafe. But Steve explained that the tire was damaged and unsafe, therefore I purchased a new tire at the dealership. I feel Steve was sincere, polite with what he said. That he just wasn't trying to sale me a tire but was concerned for my safety and other drivers.

My visits to your service shop have always been good experiences. The last two have been for minor repair services to my 2008 Buick. I used to come there for oil changes on my other Buick and had the same good experiences. I am doing a full synthetic oil change now and have had to come up with some ways to economize so I am getting oil & filter on sale and going to a shop and just paying for the labor. The service was quick and I had a concern about a problem under truck, when I told them about it they looked into it and serviced the parts even though they told me it was normal - but for my well being and protection in driving/owning a truck for the first time they took it upon themselves to lube it anyway so I would feel relief. Excellent Repair job getting rid of a rattle... Great service and getting the low tire light turned off on the dash..one tire was low and it said on the dash"Left front tire Low" So I added air and then the light did NOT go off so I called the dealership and i was told it had to be reset at the dealership as it takes a special computer tool.. which I do NOT Like this option as on the vehicle i had before this one i could reset it by disconnecting the battery for a little while then reconnecting it..So this tells me if i ever have a Flat tire i will have to go to the dealership to have the light turned off which i will not desire when the vehicle gets older and out of warantee as i have several miles to travel just to get to the dealership, and as i get older i drive fewer miles long distance..I generally just stay local.. an there is no Chevrolet dealership close to my area..However I am glad the things are repaired at the present time..And I am happy with the dealership and the help I get from the dealership..

Our experience at the dealership was way above average and we were extremely satisfied. However, our problem has been with the length of time it took for the finance department to mail our sales tax to the revenue department in our state. It took so long that the dealership had to mail out a new updated temp tag for us to use because the check would not have gotten there in time for us to get our tags transferred prior to the temp tag expiring. Again, our experience at the dealership was very good and the staff there was very helpful.

I first talked with George following an internet search for vehicles. I saw Jim Keras had a good inventory, so I called and spoke with George. I do not often purchase vehicles, my last purchase was in 2004, so I am leary of the whole car purchase process, but I did like my initial discussion with George, so I schedule a visit to the dealership in Memphis. My wife, son and I arrived on what turned out to be a very busy Saturday. We were met by George and Chris and were able to test drive three vehicles, Malibu, Cruze and HHR. The vehicle is for my 18 year old son and he found the HHR to be his choice. He really like all the features of this "tricked out" HHR. I really like the rebates and the reasonable price. George/Chris made the deal very smooth. We really appreciated the time spent on making sure we understood the features of the HHR including OnStar and satellite radion. I would recommend working with George and Chris to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.
