You'd be greeted as soon as you drive into and start looking around the cars lot. The sales agents (Kirk and Charlie) worked with my budget and got me the car I could afford. The rest of the manager tried to work out the car loan with the bank without any issues. I have felt welcomed, Heard from with the needs I want from the car. Most importantly, being appreciated for my business . Subsenquently, I've came back for car services and maintenance. The repair department manager, Andrew, seems like a sincere guy and patiently answered my questions. He gave honest assessment and not trying to skim anything out from their customers. There is no need to look at anywhere else but here for your car buying and maintenance needs.

I don't normally leave a review but this time I will. Don't buy from them. I went to buy a vehicle from them and even called the day before. I told him what vehicle I was coming for. I show up early and start talking to the sales guy. Before I can even test drive it another salesman comes up and sells it to someone else as I'm standing there. That was a slap in the face. Then they tried to sell me a different one with more miles for the same price. Not the one I came for. So I left went to a different dealership. Got a better deal, more on my trade in and put down less than what they wanted.

Mr Frank is the best salesperson ever, i went in only to find out what kinda trade in value i had and ended up driving away in my new to me Rav4, thank you again Mr Frank I'm so in love with my ride.

I have never had a more pleasant experience when buying a vehicle like I did at Jimmy Granger's in Natchitioches. Our salesman Frank Swafford was absolutely fantastic. He made the entire process a pleasant and memorable experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The environment was physically comfortable with great music, drinks and they grilled burgers. I highly recommend Frank and the entire staff at this location.

Frank swafford is hands down the best salesman! I can’t say enough good things about him or this dealership. They helped me get my dream car and I couldn’t be happier!
