The experience here was quick and very organized, I had shopped around a whole bunch of used dealerships and by far this was the best one. The cars on their lots looked like they were bought from good owners and he has good cars overall that look good interior and exterior. Purchasing my first Lexus ES 350 was a excellent experience, he had car fax for all his cars and was able to make a purchase! They had even detailed and cleaned my car before I had purchased it! excellent service would 10/10 go back to my man Freddy, very good hospitality from all employees!

My wife and I had been looking for a nice Lexus to purchase and my wife found a nice looking Lexus LS460L at Jimmy’s Motors in Orlando. She called and talked to Ashley who went above and beyond in her service showing the car to. We lived in Panama City and Ashley was nice enough to do everything over the phone. She recorded the test drive with her phone and described in detail all the features. We liked everything we saw and what Ashley had described to us. I have experienced serious back problems and a smooth ride was very important to me.. We bought the car and it exceeded our expectations and the service that Ashley provided was also above our expectations. Ashley and Jimmy’s Motor treated us well and I can recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

I flew in to buy a 2010 BMW 550i gt. When I arrived the car was filthy. They had 3 days notice. Car was not as described. Falling headliner, scratches, water in lights, hood would not stay up, gouges in the rims. I should of walked away, instead negotiated but didn't feel good about the purchase. Sat waiting for over an hour while it was cleaned. 2000 miles later the car needs a transmission. They gave me a "warranty " on the power train, but if you look at it only covers 2000$, just got a quote for 7500$ to replace transmission. I would never deal with them again.
