We had an excellent experience with JM LEXUS working with the salesman, Bobby Edmond. Working with Mr. Edmond we were able to arrange a very satisfactory lease of a Lexus RX 350. We were able to test drive the car to determine if it was suitable for our needs. Mr. Edmond’s assistance was invaluable, Explaining the intricacies of the car and the lease, clarifying for us any question we had regarding the car and the lease. He was particularly knowledgeable of the financial arrangements which she was able to present clearly and concisely. He made the leasing experience an easy transaction to conclude. I had heard very good things about the JM Lexus dealership and they turned out to be spot on. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase or lease of a Lexus automobile and Mr. Edmond as the sales representative. Their show room has a tremendous display of various LEXUS models in a well fell thought out floor plan.

JM Lexus was a great place to shop for a car. They were on the ball and eager to please. I was one of those shoppers and I made two big mistakes.Mistske#1 when shopping with the intent to lease, I was not aware you could negotiate the price of the car if you were leasing. I leased the car based on the MSRP! This means my monthly payments were at its highest. Mistake#2 I did not read the lease agreement to its fullest, nor was it explained to me by the lease department at JM Lexus. Here's how I found out. I returned the car one month early with 22,000 miles rather than the maximum of 24,000 that was allotted. The car was in near perfect condition. Two months later, I get a bill from the Lexus Financial services for $376.25. I called for an explanation. The charge was to prep the car and to transport it to a auction. I could not believe it. They would not negotiate at all. And yes. It was on the leading agreement. My fault!Also be careful not to load up your lease with extras such as tinted windows. You are increasing the value of a car you will be turning back in! You just made the deal sweeter for the dealer!

I recently received a message from JM Lexus stating that vehicles with a Navigation System were having a problem and that they had set aside a lane at their dealership to have a quick repair. I live in Dade County and this is a far trip for us but we came up to JM on 6/15.2016 at approximately 11:00AM. When we arrived there was a sign for which lane. I went into that lane which was blocked by an unoccupied rental vehicle.I was never approached by a service Tech. I waited several minutes then walked over to a Tech and told them I was there to have my vehicle checked. I went back to my vehicle and agin waited several minutes before a Tech came over. I told him that we had not been experiencing a problem and he got inside and checked something. He said all appeared fine. He never took our vehicle info or our name. My complaint is that we expect better service from JM.Why did I take a half of a day to come up there and be ignored. A better service message could have been sent. We have been with you for a while but will reassess our next lease As our Service experiences are getting worse.

I brought my Lexus in for its first scheduled maintenance. Before hand I had alerted the dealership that there was a defective rubber insulation strip around the driver side window which needed attention. When I arrived It was clear that no note had been made of this issue. I was told that it would take several hours to attend to this and would need to utilize a loaner vehicle. I subsequently received a call telling me I could pick up the car and that the maintenance was done but there was no replacement part in stock and would not be available until Friday sometime. Thereupon I was informed that I would have to come back with the loaner and then return once again when the part was in stock and start the process all over again and either end up waiting for hours or utilize the loaner again and have to make yet another trip to the dealership. Luxury service is about making it convenient for your client/customer not about comfortable sofas and free soda.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A VEHICLE FROM JM LEXUS A few months ago my wife and I turned in our originally leased Lexus for a new leased vehicle, since our current Lexus was at the end of its original lease. A few weeks after that, our nightmare began. When we turned in the car, there was still two months left on the lease and we asked the salesman what should we do.... should we pay it or would JM Lexus pay the last two payments? The salesman told us just to pay the last two payments, as we would normally...which we did as programmed. BIG MISTAKE ON HIS PART! We were totally unaware that JM Lexus had made a huge mistake and made the original car lease look like an early termination or Repo with Lexus Financial Services, another Toyota/Lexus company. This triggered a series of automatic procedures within Lexus Financial Services, which ended up 5 weeks later in my wife and I receiving a letter from Lexus stating that we owed them a lot of money for the Repo and that they had turned us over to the credit bureaus. They did all of this within 5 weeks of us returning the car to the dealership. Truly amazing! Lexus Financial Services proceeded to destroy our credit, by sending the most negative update you can send to the bureaus, what is known as a Charge-Off. This basically dropped our credit score instantly by over 150 points. Prior to this, we had a "perfect" premium credit score. Lexus Financial Services gave us no chance to fix the problem prior to applying the negative flag on our credit report. They claimed they sent by mail a letter weeks prior and called...neither of which we received. We informed Lexus Financial Services of this and their attitude was skeptical. Most companies do not send negative reports to the credit bureaus until 90 days have gone by.... Lexus Financial Services did it in just over 30 days. No human intervention....just automated processes. They did not even bother to look at our customer file to see that we were long time customers with perfect credit scores. They let a software program decide our fate. When I contacted the dealership, JM Lexus, to get their help in fixing this, I got the run around...promised call backs with answers...I got nothing. After many emails, phone calls, text messages and a visit in person, I finally find out that the salesman who leased us the car had been transferred to another department. So, since he was no longer responsible he decided it was someone else's problem and left us hanging with this grave issue that he had caused. He had not left the company, changed his phone number or his email address....he just chose to ignore us. Eventually, I got someone who was willing to help us escalate and navigate within Lexus Financial to fix the major problem that JM Lexus had generated. It took two months of frantic phone calls and emails to finally get Lexus Financial Services to reverse what they had done with little to no help from the dealership and taking no responsibility for their actions. I had to work alone with Lexus Financial Services and their corporate office in California to get it fixed. To be fair, eventually Lexus Financial Services offered to pay two of my monthly lease payments as a were sorry gesture. In the end, this fiasco had cost us "thousands of dollars". I contacted JM Lexus to find out how they were going to fix the problem they had caused me and compensate me for the lost money. They refused to do anything at all. Can you believe they had the gall offer us a free service next time we brought our car in? As a result of all of this, we have a VERY bad taste in our mouths related to Lexus and specifically the JM Lexus dealership in South Florida. In good conscious, my wife and I cannot ever do business again with Lexus and we cannot recommend anyone that they buy a vehicle from Lexus and especially not from JM Lexus of South Florida. Fable of this story, BUYER BEWARE....avoid JM Lexus of South Florida.

Last year I leased a Lexus IS250 from JM Lexus after getting a great deal. I went to return the lease (from going over my mileage). The plan was to just give the car back and go finance a car somewhere else, thinking I couldn't afford to buy a Lexus. Before I had a chance to walk out the door, I noticed a certified pre-owned CT200h at a good price. After some helpful assistance from the JM team I drove away with a luxury hybrid, helping me save some money on my long commutes. The best part is I can keep going to the JM "club" to have my car serviced and washed, with complimentary coffee and pastries. I'd certainly recommend JM Lexus to anyone looking for a nice car, an affordable price, and great service!

Unhappy with our local Lexus dealership, we drove four hours to buy a certified pre-owned car at JM. A manager - understanding that we needed an offer on the car before making the drive - gave us an extremely competitive offer over the phone. Particularly refreshing was that he accepted our price constraints and listened when I told him what we were looking for. As good a car-buying experience as we could have hoped for, and one in stark contrast to our interactions at other dealerships. Ask for Michael Robbins and (manager) Brian Mintzer.

Bought wife a 2013 gx460 happy with car. Don't know if I would buy another car there though. Took hours and hours to buy a car and my wife had previously came to pricing terms with our very nice and helpful salesman Maury. Unfortunately I had to be introduced time and again to each department Whether it was sales ( rims tint etc) which I clearly had 0 Interest in. Or service department, warranty. Etc. I bought the best aka most expensive service plan and her car alignment has been off since about the 1st. Day. they keep telling her it's fixed and after several attempts it's still a problem. As for the Free car washes. You get exactly what you pay for. Again. Everyone's nice helpful The dealership is beautiful and the car is fine. But I sure hope they can fix the alignment sooner or later

I leased/ purchased and drove a new Lexus for the past 20 years and more than once dealt with JM Lexus. However, for the first time back in 2011 I decided to purchase a pre-owned from them and dealt with their manager Victor Haviv (whom I knew previously). I understand that any purchase is an arms length deal, but I never expected that I will be deceived and "taken to the cleaner" with this purchase. I realized fairly soon how I was deceived by the true value of the car (this in addition to misleading information about a few item's conditions). When I called Haviv a bout 10 months later to see if I can make a change and get into a new car, I found out to my horror that my car is valued about $ 5000 less than what I owed. This was outright incomprehensible. So I was stuck with a car that had no value whatsoever for me. I tried to rectify this situation by writing and calling both Lexus headquarters and wrote to JM Manager Jim Dunn in addition to numerous calls, but never did they respond to my calls or letter. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT JM LEXUS SERVICE??? After so many years, I will never deal with them again.

I had a problem with my LS 460, seven year lexus battery completely dead after three and a half years. Tow service could not tow car to dealer because parking brake which is electronically operated would not disengage and I never engaged it anyway. I called them and talked to service, they told me how to do it manually, when this didn't work they developed an attitude and said, well we don't know what to tell you. Then I got Carlos my service rep. that I have been dealing with for seven years, explained the situation and he said he would call me back shortly. Well, that never happened, even after two more calls back to him. You can buy a car anywhere, it's the customer service that brings you back for your next vehicle. Needless to say it won't be at JM Lexus.

Drove across the state to purchase a 1 year old Lexus certified convertible. After speaking to the salesman, he told me the car was in as new condition and they really wanted the car to go away as they had it too long. After driving for 3 1/2 hours the car was NOT as new with the front bumper damaged and scraped. There reply was someone must have backed into it on their lot. They finally agreed to repair the bumper acting like they were giving me a great deal. I told the salesman on the phone that I DO NOT pay dealer fee's of $700 - $900 dollars, and he assured me it could and would be negotiated out and I was fine with that. Then they put me with the sales manager and the games started, which I can not be bothered with. Well their price was their price, period, no negotiation, no nothing, When I mentioned about their dealer scam fee his comment was everyone pays it, period, and we DO Not negotiate that. I understand that they have to show it on the invoice, but they told me it would be negotiated away. Not So! Ultimately I walked out Not purchasing the car and it went to auction. The used car sales manager had a smug and arrogant attitude, and I can not deal with an attitude like that. The salesman actually called me on my cell phone after I left and appologised for the sales managers attitude. He said he had a really bad day, which is not my problem. I wound up buying the exact same car that was sold at auction three weeks later from my local Lexus dealer, it was also fully certified, and it was $3120.00 dollars less at my local Lexus dealer, and guess what, they negotiated the dealer fee away. There, the buying experience was wonderful, and as a result my wife just took delivery of her new LS, and is loving it.

From the sales MGR Jeffery Felder, David Doan, and not to mention the sales representative: Mike Robbins who constantly kept in communication with me to make sure that everything was flowing smoothly. It's been a long time since I bought anything other than a brand new car, so buying into the stereotype of "used car dealer," all of my defenses were up. No need; JM Lexus provided top quality service from start to finish, from the time I entered the showroom to the time, two days later (my choice; I don't like to jump into these things!), that I drove my 2013 Chrysler off the lot. Special shout-out to Anthony Pezzuto, the Product Specialist (they used to be called "salesmen") who handled the sale from start to finish and to Gary Catronio, the Delivery Specialist, who walked me through all of the car's features and even synced my smart phone with the Bluetooth feature on the car.

I went in to JM Lexus to get a service today they where busy it took 10-15 min before someone came and helped but the guy was helpful and realized i have been waiting so i asked how long would it be because i am in a hurry to the guy that wanted to take my car, he told me that express is full so lets speak to an advisor and most likely they will give you a loaner so i was like being that i am going to get a loaner i complained about a ticking noise the car was making i do not know if its unusual sound but being they are keeping the car they can check it. i got to the advisor he told me let call someone to take a test drive with u i was like ok i waited 10 min no one should up so i told the advisor i am in a hurry i do not care about the ticking noise i need to get back to my work let them check it out if its normal sound its normal if not they can fix it he told me wait the guy should be down any min i waited another 5 min no one showed up so i left. then i called the service manager to complain he didn't take me serious and didn't do anything helpful, he sided with the advisor instead of reassuring me that my problem will be resolved. just for the record I am a 4th time owner of a Lexus from JM Lexus. In the past they have been good with me.

Ive always owned Mercedes Benz cars, but decided to trade my 2005 Merc clk 320 Cabriolet for a lexus this time. I was dreading to go coz' I was not in the mood to deal with pushy sales people. So I quietly went to JM and looked around. "Jean" approached me and he was very polite and easy going. Very patient with me, I did not feel rushed or pushed. Jean took me around the dealership and I was very impressed with the facility and the free food and drinks. I'm like HUH? FREE?? Never got that from my Mercedes dealership! I ended up getting an IS 250 F sport. Heath and Aryeh really made it happen for me during the qualification process. Mike Cooke explained the features of the Lexus in detail! Wow! I didn't even get that treatment when I purchased my Mercedes Benz Cars! What can I say, hands down, best dealer I came across my whole life! Highly recommended!

Paolo Scalici made our Lexus buying experience what it was. Awesome! My husband and I saw a new model Lexus IS on the road and decided to stop into the dealership to look at the car as a potential future car, once the lease on our current Lexus ES was up. Well, Paolo did a great job of explaining all the advantages and disadvantages of moving into a smaller car, but he was not pushy or manipulative, yet rather real. After test driving, we decided that the IS was in-fact too compact for our family needs. Paolo listened to our concerns and recommended that we test drive the GS 350 (F). He was very knowledgeable of the features and pointed out all the additional things that we could get in the GS that did not come on the IS, or on our ES. Low and behold, we ended up driving out of the dealership in a brand new GS! My only complaint was the lengthy financial/paperwork process, but that is to be expected.

I had never leased a Lexus vehicle before. I was a devotee of Toyota Prius. My experience at JM Lexus, first with Ron Pezzino, our salesman was simply the best that we could hope for. He knew EVERYTHING about the Lexus ES 300 H and he explained the features clearly and patiently. He was warm and comforting and because this was a big price jump for us, he helped to calm us and gave us confidence in the excellence of the car, its spectacular interior, and its high grade mechanical, engineering and technology features. He test drove with us showing us the specific features that will keep us safe when we drive: signals on both side view mirrors which indicate if there is traffic in a lane we want to drive in. He demonstrated the cross-back signal which will tell us if a car is coming as we back up and out of a parking space. Then of course he showed us the Navigation System and the Radio system and how they were operated. After we made the decision to lease the car, Ron brought us to the Sales and Business Manager of the dealership, Robert Seeley. He just kept introducing us to Lexus financial programs that saved us so much money on our Lease. Pleasant and forthright, Robert too was amazingly knowledgeable. The decor and the courtesies extended to us throughout the leasing process was so impressive and helpful to us. I cannot think there is a finer Lexus dealership than JM Lexus. this dealership should be a flagship for Lexus dealerships and personnel.

I have leased or purchased seven Lexus vehicles from JM Lexus since the brand started in the early 1990's. Even though I have tried other Lexus dealers to compare prices, I have consistently come back to JM Lexus. Every member of their staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and gone out of their way to make me happy long after the sale took place. I even love their service department, between the TVs, leather lounge chairs, newspapers, bagels, golf and refreshments, getting an oil change is like an hour of vacation ! Our salesman, Paolo Scalici, went out of his way to make our latest lease of an RX350 a pain free and enjoyable experience. He has been selling Lexus for over ten years and his knowledge of the products and easy going personality were so much different than the intense pressure to buy today that I hated at other dealerships. I have no hesitation recommending these guys !!

This dealership is set up in a way that is very confusing! We visited JM Lexus on yesterday and talked to a nice sales person who we explained all our wants and needs in a vehicle. He showed us a few options, we test drove a few vehicles and was impressed with the many options there were. At this point we were excited and ready to do business. We came inside and our nice sales person left us like a knight in the wind only to leave us with a sales manager that we had no prior introduction too. We explained what we were looking for and this sales manager insulted us by telling us he could only offer coupons and a oil change!! We wanted to come down on the price roughly around 1000 maybe 1500 only and he said flat out "NO"! The sales manager told us that is the best he can offer and sent us home. Mind you last month makes a year that we purchased a Lexus at JM in CASH!! That experience was not great either because we were not told of the many perks JM had to offer however this visit is by far the "worst car buying experience we have ever encountered". Buyers be aware of the difference between your "tour guide" and the Sales Manager, they are not on the same page!!! Very Disappointed the second time around!!

Outstanding buying experience! I visited the showroom two weeks in advance of making the purchase decision. Maury Brodsky's demo ride presentations for both the IS and ES 2013 models were extensive and informational. When the time came to make the purchase, the only real questions I had related to color and price. The color question was resolved in short order. Then, discussion began regarding the final deal structure. Maury introduced me to Jeff Felder, VIP Business Specialist. Jeff and I discussed my "comfort zone" regarding monthly payments and he offered a multiple of lease financing solutions...none of which resulted in a satisfactory payment amount. This wasn't his fault, noting I was working hard to maximize the amount of car I would receive for my monthly payment. For a moment, I felt like the deal may not get done and I would have to settle for my #2 make/model selection from another dealership...located across the street. Sensing my growing concern, Jeff introduced me to Sales Manager, Matt Shearman. Matt is engaging and insightful. His actions and his words conveyed that he is motivated to find a mutual solution, not just sell a car. We spent approximately 30 minutes reviewing various financing alternatives AND speaking in general about satisfying client's needs. As a salesperson of 30 years myself, I appreciated his and Jeff's candid remarks. Bottom-line, Matt made the deal happen! I now have a new Lexus (which is incredible, by the way!), I stayed within my budget, and I feel as though I actually know someone (4 someone's actually) who will be there to help me if ever I have a problem! Now, that is a feeling that I wouldn't have expected to find! Lastly, a sincere thank you to Alex Bondarevsky, our Delivery Specialist who not only made sure the vehicle was ready for us to pick-up, but provided us with the Lexus Technology functions primer. As you might imagine, the Technology primer could have easily been a bit overwhelming. Alex did a great job though...and, most importantly, he provided us with that all important cell # of his...telling us to give him a call anytime with any question. Overall, great experience thanks to those individuals mentioned above. As much as I enjoy sharing a poor customer service experience with people, I find much greater satisfaction by sharing a GREAT customer service experience. I am current Lexus owner and went there to buy another one for my wife last week. I was impressed by the size of this dealer's inventory. Too many Rx's to choose from. The buying process however was so terrible that I had to report my experience to Lexus headquarters in Torrence, CA. We have been passed to their VIP section to finalize our buying process and we were introduced to a manager called Jeffrey Felder. A typical car salesman. He did everything he could to make us not pay cash but to finance the car. After offering us several incentives. We kindly rejected his offer of financing the car and offered to pay cash. He came back with extremely unusual excuses not to make it happen. When he told us that he still had to run our credit to make sure that funds were not coming from a terrorist organization by citing the country of my background, I got up and left. They have no respect whatsoever for their customer. It is amazing to see the distance they would go just to make a few hindered more. When I shop I pay attention to the service and people behind it. The toys they offer you to play it, such as an ipad, massage chairs or a little green simply will not cut it, especially for someone who is the market for a luxury vehicle. Think twice before you head out to this place. Are you sure to give your valuable business to someone who will laugh and maybe curse at you behind the scenes?

My first experience with Khaled Dandashi at JM Lexus was to purchase a low mileage RX 350. Khaled presented three fabulous cars to me and worked hard to get me a great deal on the car and the loan. I was trading in a car that had a high interest loan on it so this was not easy to do ! I love my car and it is now a year later. This past weekend I sold to JM Lexus a 2001 Lexus ( my second car ) that was paid off. Again, I was given the best deal and did not have to shop around nor feel like I had to sell it myself ( of which I do not have time ) to get the best price. This is my dealership for life. Absolutely everyting is taken care of for you. Although I am a General Manager of a resort hotel, the car buying and selling process is not my skill set and with Khaled it did not have to be.

Their staff is exceptional and from the first time you enter the new car area, you are greeted by Unell Beasley. She is very personable and enjoys helping people. Her smile is contagious and she treats customer with courtesy and respect. In addition, the mechanics always relate the exact work that needs to be done on your vehicle. While waiting for completion of the work, the customer can enjoy the best service lounge worldwide, with food, computers, TV's and even a putting green to sharpen your game. I had been in the market for a new car for about 4 months before I started my relationship with JM Lexus. Many of the other dealerships and their sales consultants I came across didn't seem to take me seriously. I suppose I look a bit young to be in the market of purchasing a new car, and I had a feeling they were waiting for the person with the money to show up before making any effort to get me into one of their cars. When I called JM Lexus to set up a test drive of the new 2011 CT 200h, David Falkenstrom, one of JM Lexus' sales and leasing consultants, immediately treated me with more respect than any other consultant I had previously dealt with. While on the test drive, he showed me every feature the car offered, answered all of my questions, and treated me as a legitimate new car buyer. Throughout my visits to the dealership, David always made me feel comfortable, and valued. He put much effort into satisfying my requests when in came to adding a few extras into the purchase. When I came to pick up my new car (and trade in my old), and while I was inside signing some final papers with their financing agent, David moved all final papers from my old car into my new one, moved my SunPass over to the new car, and even moved my Longhorn (Hook 'em!) detail over to the new car. Everything was perfectly set up for me by the time I was finished with the paperwork. David also set up an appointment for me to get my windows tinted - one of the extras he was able to include at my request at no additional cost. David maintained his unbiassed professionalism throughout my car-buying experience. He made the experience, the first solo purchase for me, which I had been told since childhood would be so painful, a truly pleasant one. I will not only buy my next Lexus from JM Lexus, I look forward to having David as my sales consultant and will not hesitate to pass his information on to anyone I know who is in the market for a car! I drove a new RX350 out of the showroom today. What a marvelous experience at this dealership. The two sales PROFESSIONALS I had the pleasure of dealing with were Ray Torres and Joe Caruso. These two pros became almost as close as famility in less than an hour! They actually cared about getting us the car we wanted and satisfying us so we would return in the future - they succeeded. They were our avocates and set us at ease immediately. It is apparent that JM features cusotmer satisfaction, and have instilled that culture in their staff. We will recommend all our friends and relatives to this dealership; and we shall return to our friends, Ray and Joe, whenever we are in the market for a new, or used car. All facets of the car were explained simply and completely as were the details of operation and the latest upgrades (compared with our old trade-in). Their knowledge of the product line is encyclopedic. The finance person, Hue, was extremely competent and made the arcane issues related to leasing option easy to understand. He too came accross as a buddy. Did the dealership make money on us? Of course; however, we never had the feeling we were dealing with the traditional, and stereotypical, slick, flim-flamming, adversarial, car salesman con-man. When we drove away after concluding our business Joe was standing at the curb and waived goodbye to us as though he was family and wishing us a safe journey. Whilst I had some credit issues and the like they really worked with me and really went to bat for me with the bank. Gary Catronio and Greg Ziegler found the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We described what we were looking for and the price range, and the JM Team found it for us quickly. The delivery was immaculate. Everything relating to the vehicle was explained in detail, along with the services offered by the dealership. The decision to buy was an easy one. Actually papering the transaction seemed to take longer than I would have expected for a cash purchase. The car was in perfect condition when delivered. Overall, this was a great experience.

I had gone to another dealership prior to coming to JM Lexus. The other dealership was a horrible experience... I could barely make it out the door. They were so pushy and overbearing! I wanted to give up, the car buying experience can be exhausting! The experience at JM Lexus was the complete opposite. Relaxed, helpful, comfortable, not pushy. The facilities are beautiful. Customer Service is fantastic! Loved the coffee & cookies too. My salesman Mel was great. He showed us around, answered all of our questions, and was patient with me through the entire experience. JM Lexus has been well known for years here in South Florida, as they are a high profile dealership and advertise extensively. I was skeptical as to whether the actual customer experience could possibly be as good as the advertisements indicate. My first exposure was following the 2010 Ft. Lauderdale Auto Show, after I made an inquiry at the booth after looking at the ES350 on display. Even though I indicated I would not be ready to purchase for almost a year, I was contacted a short time later by Eve Bandolik, a Sales and Leasing Consultant. I explained my situation, and Eve mentioned she would stay in contact with me. I figured that would be the end of it, but I was impressed when Eve followed up with me several months later. I had accumulated a few questions that she was prepared to answer. In October, my wife and I went to the dealership to look at the car and were met there by Eve. The dealership is magnificent, and we were given a thorough tour of the vehicle as well as the safety features. We were then given a test drive, and a thorough tour of the service facility. It was decided that my vehicle would need to be special-ordered, and that it would take 90 to 120 days. Eve was able to work out an outstanding deal and we ordered the vehicle. During the next several months Eve stayed in touch with us to keep us informed as to the progress of the vehicle, providing a production date. In the interim, she met with me and arranged for me to meet with J.C. in the detailing department to select window tinting so that it could be done prior to the delivery of the vehicle. Eve was an excellent guide throughout the process, advising me of when my vehicle would arrive at the port, and making arrangements for the final delivery. When we went to JM this past Saturday for delivery we were greeted by Eve along with Justin Warner, the Sales Manager. The delivery process was flawless. I was escorted out to the vehicle to take a look, then we went back inside to finish paperwork. I was offered excellent financing terms through Lexus Financial Services, and met with the Finance Director Lance Digges. Once everything was signed, Eve took us out to the car and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the technical devices in the car including the navigation, voice recognition, audio system and cruise control. It was a lot to absorb, but Eve was in no hurry to let us go until she was sure we were satisfied. As the advertisements indicate, JM Lexus is a first class organization, and each and every employee there works with each customer as a team to assure the most enjoyable buying experience possible. If you are in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend that you go to JM. If you don't go there first, make sure you pay a visit before you buy anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

I just bought a used car from JM Lexus of Ft Lauderdale yesterday. To start with, the salesman, Mike Robbins was unlike any other that I have ever met. I actually enjoyed dealing with him - Never thought I'd say that about a car salesman. I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime and most car dealers would serve as examples of what not to do. My first visit was at Honda and after meeting the salesperson, I didn't last there for 5 minutes because the man did not know anything about his inventory and just ran me around the lot..............forget it. My next visit was at Car Max. Salesman was all right, inventory was not for me, so off I went. Thankfully my next visit was at J. M. Lexus and I had the great fortune to meet up with my salesman Gary Catronio. You notice I said "my salesman" because Gary stuck with me through three days of my bringing my family over one by one to help in my decision. If I had listened to Gary the first day, I would have owned my car three days earlier. The entire purchasing process was quite pleasant......no pushing.......no stress at all. The entire staff was hospitable and I actually felt quite comfortable.......a very good experience. The business manager Duane Massa made the paper signing uncomplicated and was eager to answer all my questions with a smile. I am now looking forward to my car service days and enjoying the J. M. Lexus repair accommodations which are available for the owners bringing in their cars. It's a facility like none other I've ever seen...........it's kinda like a day out at a club............not bad !!!!! I think I'm hooked on Lexus and will probably not want to own another car other than Lexus. I wish I had done this 10 years ago. Did I mention that "I love my car?"
