We just purchased our second MKT from Doug, who made the purchase real easy. Also a "atta-boy" to Charlie Brown for his help !! I found the show-room to be convenient and clean, even the restrooms were clean !!!

My wife and I recently traded our 2012 F250 for a new 2016 F150 at Machens Ford. We had a great experience working with Doug Mooney and Brian Rush. I was just starting to look for a new vehicle and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when I stopped by Joe Machens Ford in Columbia. Brian Hardaway met me in the lot. He was very friendly and helpful and by the time I left I was seriously considering a purchase and within 2 days was driving off the lot in a brand new Ford Explorer! Everyone at Machens was great to work with, friendly, attentive and I couldn't find another dealer that could match the price! Highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely consider them when we purchase our next vehicle.

After my car was totaled I went to Joe Machens Ford to purchase a replacement vehicle. Still emotionally wounded over the loss of my beloved 06 Trailblazer, Ronni found me shuffling around the lot and directed me to her desk. Patiently, she reviewed several cars with me. I selected one, went to Charlie for finance, and left with full intention to buy that vehicle the next day. However, a nearly sleepless night left me uncommitted. I went back two days later and re-did the search process. Ronni was once again helpful and patient. We found a 2013 Dodge Avenger (now named Tony) and while I still retain love for my dear departed Trailblazer, my new car makes me feel things I have never felt before. Thanks Ronnie for the help. Lou Ann Montague was an awesome sales rep. She allowed my two young sons to come test drive a vehicle and we were not sold on that vehicle. She asked what we needed in our next truck and then a couple of days later she found it for us. We agreed on the price and we have been very pleased. We wanted a solid used vehicle 2014 or 2015 model was important as we expect to keep the vehicle for the next 6 - 8 years. He was pleasant to speak with and very helpful. I asked to test drive a Ford Fiesta. He had sales consultant, Ronni Niswonger to help assist me. My experience with her was very pleasant and she was very knowledgeable. Ronnie answered any questions that I had about the Fiesta to my satisfaction. Finance consultant, Brian Rush was very informative and helpful in finalizing my car purchase. He informed me of all purchase extras; such as the extended warranty plan. While I finally got the vehicle I wanted, it took weeks as they kept changing the price on the vehicle after we spoke and agreed. Once I finally picked up my car and arrived home, we noticed a GIANT scratch across the entire hood of the SUV. They had to buff it out two times before it was no longer visible. After the first time of buffing, it was still completely visible and they thought I would be satisfied and seemed disappointed when I said no it was not okay. Now 28 days after purchase, I still don't have the title or the 2nd key or the master key code for the door and multiple calls and texts with our salesman gets us nowhere. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

He asked immediately if I needed a car to drive while mine was being serviced, located a car, gave me a lesson on its features, and sent me on my way. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new car, but listened to what I had to say about my present vehicle. Doug has always been tremendously helpful, honest and direct, while seeming to be interested in me and my family beyond a car sale. Today was the second car I have bought from Doug Mooney at the Ford Lincoln location in 2 years. The first car I bought was an easy experience with Doug although that was my first experience of meeting Doug. A year later Doug called me just to see how I was getting along with my Fusion and if I had any questions. When I had my car for 2 years, I decided to trade,, I got in touch with Doug, told him what I was looking for. Since I am a working single lady, my time like everyone's, is limited to taking time to go to dealerships and test driving cars.. We had a lot of communication back and forth with text / phone calls, he asked the questions, I gave the answers. Doug didn't quit or try to talk me into something with less "wants" , he kept trying and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. Within a few days he had a car with all my wants sitting at the location for me to try. He even accommodated me on scheduling a time that worked for me to come in and sign papers. I am a California Resident, and had the misfortune of dealing with Joe Machens Ford. When looking for a Chevy Caprice, I inquired about the two 2011 Chevrolet Caprice PPVs That JM Ford had in stock. I was informed by Mr. Jason Lane that Joe Machens had two cars, one with 105,000 miles and one with 121,000 miles that they were asking the same amount of money for. I expressed my interest in the lower mile Caprice and to negotiate a price/shipping for the vehicle to my residence here in CA. Moments after, I was informed that the lower mile Caprice was just sold, and only the higher mile unit was available.Upon hearing this, I begrudgingly accepted to buy the higher mile unit, with promises by the seller that the vehicle was, aside from the mileage, functionally identical to the lower mile vehicle. With this assurance, I decided to buy the car and send payment/ sign the paperwork that was fedexed to me.After the transaction was completed (on paper at least) I was browsing the JM Ford website, and found a photo of the dash of my new vehicle that appeared to be showing a Traction Control Light. THIS PHOTO WAS NOT ON THE EBAY AD. I asked the seller to confirm the light was on, and he sent me a photo showing that the light was in fact lit, and because I bought the car "as is" I should have expected problems from a used car, even though prior to sending payment, I was sold the vehicle as "functionally in great condition" and "identical to the other, lower mile unit aside from the odometer", which did not have any lights shown on the dash or any issues based on the provided photos on eBay or your website. He also informed me of a wheel imbalance issue at this time, another fact that was not included in my inquiry of the vehicle's condition prior to the sale.All in all, I feel that Mr. Jason Lane purposely withheld information from me in order to sell a car in poorer condition than the car I inquired about for the same price.After receiving the vehicle two Saturdays ago and attempting to diagnose the problem, it has become evident that the EBCM is faulty, and will be a high three to low four figure repair for a problem that was hidden from me during the sale of the vehicle. I feel that a combination of half-truths, deceitful sales tactics, and complete fabrications have led me to own this Chevrolet Caprice, and I am completely and thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of honesty and integrity exhibited by Mr. Jason Lane through phone and text correspondence.

They spent numerous hours working with me to find me the best match to get me out from being upside down on a vehicle that i was in. They took their time and looked at all options available (trade in $, cash back offers, rebate offers). What I didn't understand, they explained to me. Very professional, very respectful people. While I had done my review with USAA total car, it remained super easy to locate vehicles that interested me. Ironically, Joe Machens possessed all of them! Once I indicated my interest, an email quickly followed asking method of contact preferred and times. Marco Tapia contacted me shortly there after and remained flexible to texting and emailing as well as offering additional pictures of the vehicle. Once the insurance finalized on my recent total loss, I stopped by the dealership the next day. I forewarned Marco of my limited time. Altogether time, less than 2 hours. Made it to pre-k graduation and that meant the world!Turns out Marco Combat Vietnam Vet and Mike -the one who recruited my husband as a Marine years ago. Clearly felt welcomed!*Never considered a Ford or Lincoln, but site will not process the review without it. Bought a Hyundai.

We had bought a new Explorer in 2012 so I called the salesman we had at that time, Doug Mooney, and discussed trading vehicles. He was very helpful as he patiently answered all my questions. We went through the used cars then we went through new cars looking for specific options and pricing. My husband and I finally decided on a 2016 Explorer. I hit a DEER with my Minivan and the ins. co. Totaled it out I was not prepared for this at all, mentally or financially. I loved my little minivan!! I found the same minivan on the internet with less miles and a upgrade on the interior. Inquired via e-mail and within minutes had a reply and a phone call. I believe her name Tracy very nice & she was able to answer all my questions and I told her I still had to deal with my Ins. Co. and she even had some suggestions for that which was VERY helpful!!!So when I finally got a way to get to Joe Machens Ford. I was introduced to Doug Mooney and proceeded to tell him what had happened and why I was there, he went to get the keys and someone was already out driving it and making a deal on it ? !! Another disappointment!!! And after cursing my Ins. Co. again Doug proceeded to see what else was available that Might Suite me. Notice I said suite me because not just anything would do, I have very specific demands when it comes down to what I am driving in a minivan and the price was a big Leap also because, of course the Ins. Co. only thinks your vehicle is worth what you think it is when you are paying the premiums. Hit a Deer and the whole thing changes!!So we looked at this and that drove this and that but, nothing was saying this is for ME - ?!! Then when he was about out of options he found something that had not even been added to the inventory yet ;-) over at one of the other branches it sounded interesting so we went over there the only thing that had been done was a bath it was parked in the shop and it was past closing time for the shop workers!! So there was no way I was getting to drive it that day but!!!! That was OK I LIKED IT!! You can say it was like a Little Lost Puppy saying PLEASE take me home or whatever you want LOL!!! It's been great experience to purchase my brand new ford escape from the Joe Machens Ford dealership in Columbia, MO. We plan to buy a SUV and decided to have some test drive. As soon as we parked at the parking lot, the sales person Ronni already stood by our car. She is very friendly and not pushing as all. She asked our needed and went through the inventory to recommend cars for us. She showed great patience by answering our concerns and staying with us the whole time when we just walked back and force in the parking lot to compare the difference among the vehicles. With the help of USAA car buying service, my wife and I made a decision on the type car we wanted and was provided with the name of Troy Atkisson at Joe Machens Ford in Columbia, MO. Troy took the time to personally contact us to help with questions and decisions we had about our choice of vehicles. Troy was punctual at our meeting at Joe Machens and was prepared to show me the many different selections of Ford Escapes on the lot. I was most impressed with Troys knowledge of all the features of the vehicles and his superb demeanor in our conversations. My daughter needed a new car so we searched online and found a nice 2010 red Ford Fusion in her price range located at Joe Machen's Ford / Lincoln on Bernadette Dr in Columbia Missouri. She called early in the morning on 2/17/2016 and asked if she could look at the car. The Machen's representative, Tracy (no last name provided), told my daughter that the car would be available to look at that afternoon. My daughter gave Tracey her name and Tracy said she had her info and the car would be there. I went with my daughter to look at the car. We arrived at the showroom and Mike Butler greeted us at the door. We told him why we were there and who we had talked to. Mike went back to the desk and then reported that he couldn't find any record of the appointment. Not a big deal so we told him we were there to look at the 2010 red Ford Fusion, our budget amount and that we would be happy to work with him. Mike searched for the car and told us it had been sold already. He suggested we look over the lot for any other Ford Fusions or any other car that fit our budget. We agreed and went with Mike to look thru the lot. Mike showed us many cars that were way over our budget amount. My daughter repeatedly told him that the cars were above her budget. Mike took us to several other locations to view cars but they were all over the budget amount. We spent about 2 hours driving around Columbia.When we got back to the main lot there was a 2010 Silver Ford Fusion parked in a spot that was empty on our last pass thru the lot earlier in the evening. Mike showed us the car and said the keys were not available. We decided to go with this car and wanted to hold the car until the next day when we could see it in the daylight, drive it and check it out.This is where things got confusing. We went back to Mike's desk and negotiated a price. They would not budge off of the $7495 sticker price. They said the car belonged to Joe Machen's Nissan and they couldn't negotiate a price. We started to leave and thanked Mike for his time. Mike all of a sudden got out a contract and said "I'm going to sell you this car" He asked for our drivers license and said he was going to take the info to his manager Joe Patucek. They both returned and said the price was firm. I told them they were asking above retail book value and they disagreed. We again tried to leave and Joe said, "will you pay $7200 total price out the door?" My daughter agreed and they wrote up the paperwork and she wrote a check for the full amount of $7200.We went to test drive and pick up the car on 2/18/2016 at 5pm. Mike Butler met us at he door and asked us to have a seat while he pulled the car around. He came back and said he had made a new key that cost $100. Mike said the original key(s) were not available. This seemed very strange to me and my daughter. Mike took us out to the car and we went on a short test drive. Mike said we were next in line for the business office to do the paperwork so we rushed thru the test drive. When we got back we discussed the mysterious key situation. I'm not clear on what the reason was but Mike said something like the Nissan dealer owned the car and wouldn't give them the keys. I'm going to copy in the conversation I had with the Joe Machen's Nissan representative. See below.Last night I purchased a car from the Joe Machens group of dealerships at their truck center on Bernadette Dr. I had a question about the transmission and opened a chat session on their web page since it was after business hours. The chat agent recorded my question and said someone would get back to me in the morning. I got an email and a phone call from Michael Hartgrove at Joe Machens Nissan this morning. Michael tried to answer my question but said the car was no longer on his lot. He asked several questions. "Did you buy the car?" I replied yes, we signed the papers and wrote a check. He asked what we paid and I told him the amount of $7200. He replied "I could have sold it to you for a lot less". I asked how much less and he replied $6800. I told Michael that I would discuss this with the other salesman that sold me the car (Mike Butler). While I was talking to Mike and Joe at their location on Bernadette we talked about the extremely unprofessional call I got from Michael Hartgrove at the Nissan location. I asked if they could lower the price by $400 dollars and they refused. Joe offered two free oil changes. We were very close to cancelling the deal but my daughter accepted the terms and we went thru with the purchase. I had to be very insistent that they provide a second key and the keyless entry FOB (clicker). After a total of about three hours we got thru the process of working with Mike and Joe on the deal and signing all the paperwork. We were told that the car would have to come back for a state inspection on 2/19/2016 so we set an appointment for 9:30am today 2/19/2016. My daughter showed up at 9:16am and was there until noon. They provided a second key and very old FOB clicker. They didn't provide a full tank of gas in the car.I was very disappointed with this level of service from all of the Joe Machens team members. I simply will never buy a vehicle from this business again.

I contacted Mike Vanella in regards to trying to find a cheaper vehicle that was better on gas mileage. I worked with him and Keith Reiss. They both were super easy to work with. They met and exceeded my expectations. Not only is my payment lower and gas mileage better they were able to help me get cash back on my trade in, new floor matts, and everything I wanted in my new to me vehicle. Every time I had a question or concern they were quick to answer and address it. I recommend them all the time to all my friends and family. Troy really helped me out. I told him what I was looking for and he found a perfect fit. A 2009 Ford Escape with fairly low miles for right around what I wanted to pay. As soon as I made the decision to get the car, it was a very speedy process. Eric in the finance department was also extremely helpful and checked every possible route before we came to a solution. It was an overall great experience that I would highly recommend.

I took my son to Joe Machens Ford in Columbia last Friday to buy a truck. What happened was terrible. As we negotiated our deal with a great salesman, Brad, some jerk named Terry came into the deal and tried to take over. I guess he thinks a lot of his people skills, but they suck!Not only did we not need this condescending egotistical xxx, but he called me a liar. My son and I disagreed about an issue with the truck. Not a big deal, but when Terry the jerk got involved he made a comment to me, "your word should mean something". What an xxx. Not only was he wrong, but then he had the rudeness to tell me my word was no good. Then the little jerk called and left me a voice mail, (which I kept), stating he had been there 30 years and no one had ever been displeased with his customer service skills. What planet is he from? Even his co-workers have told me he is a jerk. I have purchased several vehicles from Joe Machens over the last several years and have sent a lot of customers to them too, but those days are over.All I can say for the new owners of Joe Machens, is they may want to give Terry a job he is better suited for, like custodial work. Probably won't be much involved with pissing off a 15 year loyal customer.

My husband and I had been looking to trade in both of our vehicles and came to JM Ford at the recommendation of my father. Dan (Mahuri) met me in the parking lot, and it was smooth sailing from there. His patience while we decided what we wanted and tried to find time to come in and take a look at vehicles was appreciated. He spent a great deal of time getting numbers worked out and contacting me via phone as it was difficult to get into the dealership throughout the week. He entertained my kids, gave them snacks, and even played with the baby while we worked out financing with Gene. The night we signed on our vehicles, it was pouring down rain. Dan personally switched everything out of my old car into my new car, placing everything in the exact spot he found it. We have bought several vehicles from JM and this is by far the best experience, hands down. Don't let Dan's youth fool you, this is one salesman who knows exactly how to take care of his customers. We were in the process of deciding whether or not to trade in our 11 year old Monte Carlo and began reviewing available inventory at Machens Ford online. We found a 2016 hybrid we were interested in and arranged to test drive the car. Mark (sales) listened to us when we told him what and why we were looking at that particular car and he never tried to push us in a different direction or into a vehicle we didn't want or one we didn't feel we could afford. The repair work facility has not been renovated as have the other Joe Machens show facilities, therefore the 2 star rating. I frequent the Toyota facility on Vandiver, but this was a car accident repair.

There I found a new 2015 Explorer Limited with at a very good price posted. I called Troy Atkisson and he was very accomodating and suggested that there was even a little "on line" discount which made the price even better. I set up an appointment with him and found him to be professional and friendly. We agreed on the price that we discussed over the phone and finished the deal that day. Troy gave us a through tour of the SUV's features and worked with us to make sure we understood the most important features. We drove more than 100 miles to Joe Machens Ford to purchase a Ford Edge. They were our only choice because we heard from friends in our area of their professionalism, their knowledge of product, friendly, not pushy, sales staff and their followup service being excellent. We also saw more "J. Machens Ford Lincoln" on vehicles in our area than any other dealers' I.D.Our Sales Rep., Bruce "Cotton" Mulnix, worked very patiently with us during the search for Edge vehicles that I had placed on my computer called, "My Car Watch." He found what we wanted in a color my husband loved immediately. After test driving, came a multitude of paperwork which Bruce did everything possible to farm out various items so those people in business section(s) could begin working on their end of our new purchase. This saved us tons of time !! He went over many new features of our soon to be new car and showed me how to go online for explanations, education and many pieces of information. My husband received a stack of books to peruse. Bruce answered every question either of us had and did it in a professional and friendly manner. When we asked for additional items to be added to our purchase, he made it happen. Besides. Bruce is a great fellow Cardinal Fan, we were delighted!!All of the staff we met at the Worley St., Joe Machens Ford Lincoln facility were very friendly and made this huge, scary major purchase a small slice of comfort for us. While we sat inside away from the steamy sun, drinking icy cold waters providing necessary information to our finanancial officer, John; others were getting us prepared to leave. Bruce getting our new beautiful 2015 Edge to the garage for cleaning and final check. Our trade in was being tested for its worth and Bruce kept moving on making sure everything was getting done in order to get us through this lengthy process as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am very disappointed with the service here. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning for a power steering recall. They said it should take half a day. It is now Friday at 330 and I get a call it will not be done until Friday. A power steering problem takes 3 hours and an alignment takes 45 min. I'm very confused why it took one week to do a 3 hour job? They never called about what the status was, I had to call them repeatedly. Although they did offer me a rental car, it's just very disappointing.

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from one of Joe Machens other locations. After many issues, and a long legal process it was repurchased. I was able to work with Marco from Joe Machens Ford Lincoln on purchasing another vehicle to replace my Jeep. I was unsure of exactly when I would be able to purchase the car that I wanted, a BMW 328i, but Marco and the other's were willing to hold the car for me until I was able to return the Jeep and secure financing on the BMW. They also allowed me to have an extended test drive, and they helped me get from one dealership to another on the day I returned the Jeep. Tate was very efficient and helped me narrow doww to only a couple options thoroughly explaining the different aspects of each car. Received a phone call from Tracy after requesting information about a couple of vehicles listed on the Joe Machen's website. Tracy referred us to Nathan Hart in internet sales and he was great! Nathan helped us get the information we were looking for concerning the cars we were interested in-- turned out that none of those were available. Nathan then asked our price range, vehicle type, mileage and told us he would see what he could find that might interest us. Within a day he called to let us know about a car that he thought fit our criteria. We went to Machens to price a new '15 F-150, built to our specs. Troy said they would beat anyone's price and gave us their price for the truck. We looked and called around and found that they were correct. We ordered the truck and when it came in, the price was exactly what they promised and lower than anyone else by a lot. The truck was exactly what we ordered. Then they sold and installed a few extras (mudflaps, etc.) at dealer cost and free installation (thanks Troy). WOW! Troy could not have been more accommodating and followed through on every promise. He also gave wise counsel on what to order and how it fit our needs. We certainly got the exact F-150 we wanted at the very best price possible. Throughout, the entire staff was honest and straightforward with us. A really outstanding buying experience.Only two things detracted from our experience: (1) We wanted to use our credit card for part of the purchase, but the financial paperwork took so long that the cashier's office was closed and we could not (lost some reward points). Don't pick up late in the day. Maybe the cashier could stay until end of business? (2) Folks (including Troy) would answer their phones when they were working with us, so we would have to wait. Voice mail would eliminate that minor irritant.

Always a good experience at Machens. We bought last four cars from there and will buy the next four there. Excellent service and service managers. The only thing that needs to change is the very mediocre waiting area. Outdated and uncomfortable furniture and dark, inside room - usually packed with people. It is time for some major improvement there. However, it is well worth the 2 hour trip (one way) to drive there, even for an oil change. Superior service - excellent dealer.

I went to Joe Machens after my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident. Given the fact that I was buying my first car and it was an unplanned purchase, I needed a great deal of guidance (and probably took some amount of patience!), but the staff was wonderful throughout the whole process. Trey definitely put me at ease as I test drove (lots of) cars, and he was thorough in checking through the inventory (even when I wasn't there at the time) to find vehicles that met my various specifications. I was confident that I was going to get a great deal and drive away with a car I loved. Gene went above and beyond in making sure I got the best possible financing option, and he took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood exactly what the terms were. Everybody in the office was friendly and helpful each time I went in, and I was probably there on at least seven different occasions. We visited to Joe Machens to test drive a few pre-owned vehicles we saw online. Mack McKinney offered to help us find the vehicles we wanted to try out. Our number one choice was at Joe Machens in Jefferson City, so they offered to have it brought to Columbia. In the meantime, Mack offered to find us something comparable to drive while we waited. We drove a Lincoln MKX and once the Ford Edge Limited arrived we took it for a spin. No comparison, the Lincoln MKX was hands down the best ride, and thanks to Mack its now ours to enjoy. When we returned to pick up our vehicle, a few days later, Dennis Gish and his staff had done a fantastic job detailing the vehicle inside and out. Thank you, Joe Machens, for the great service!!

These are the men we worked with this week to get a great pre-owned Ford 150 truck, Russ Berry, Troy Atkisson, and Todd Marple. We explained to Russ what we were looking for and he lined us up with Troy Atkisson, sales representative, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. But Russ stayed in the loop, too, like the great manager he is. What was special is that they didn't try to sell us what they wanted to sell. They accepted our desires, and then knocked themselves out to make every aspect of the trade happen. Luckily for us, Joe Machen Ford has a magnificent inventory cars and trucks, which I am sure makes their job easier. But there was never any pressure, or distraction from the task at hand. I got a great deal at a great price, and the trade-in part was more than fair. Troy was fantastic. He is knowledgable, forthright, and dedicated to the task. Todd put all the financing together. Whew! Was he ever great, too, and totally task oriented. My wife and I have been buying cars from Joe Machen Ford for at least 20 years. These three men are the best. Also, we have had 20 years of competent maintenance and service from the service and parts department, too. My wife and I came to Machens Ford looking for a capable vehicle to replace our Toyota 4Runner which served us very well for many years. We began looking for a truck, for which we relieved very good help, and we're able to take a very nice test drive. Our salesman was helpful and friendly from the start, and we were very pleased to have not been approached or awkwardly confronted while we chose to freely browse for a few minutes. After we had our time to ourselves we were able to speak with our salesman about many different options, models, etc, to which he was knowledgable enough for us to receive the information we wanted. Everyone was very friendly, our only negative experience was related to the amount of time it took once we came to a decision, probably no longer than normal, but we are not very experienced with the new car buying process and we're getting quite anxious. A year ago I was in need of a vehicle. My neighbors had purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion from Nathan Hart. My neighbors took their car in and the same day came home with their new car. I was amazed at how fast it took them They highly recommended asking for Nathan to help us. Right away Nate was on top of the game trying his hardest to come up with a good deal. It was getting late and my hope was dwindling. At last he had found a 2010 Ford Fusion that he thought was worth looking into. This was the most care free and fun sales experience I have ever had. Mack was great. No pressure and complete trust even from Russ in finance. And since I was from out of town this especially meant a lot to me. Mack even gave us recommendations of some places to eat. My husband and I stopped in just to browse and left with the Jeep I've wanted since I was 16 years old. Jason Lane was by far, the easiest salesman we've ever worked with. He understood we didn't want to be pressured and left us free to browse as we wished but was available to answer any questions we might have. Just bought a 2012 Hyundai Tuscan, I originally wanted a Hyundai Santafe but once I test drove the Tuscan I was sold. It has lower mileage and drives great! I am a Deputy Sheriff for the Macon County Sheriff's Office any we recently purchased 2 Ford Explorer Police Interceptors and 2 F150 pick ups. We took Delivery of the SUVs this week on Wednesday 10/08/2014. We purchased them through Kelly Sells and he was great to deal with, I didn't talk with him personally on the phone before we picked them up but was there and who ever was talking to him was usually smiling even with the delayed delivery. We were treated very well when we arrived to pick up our SUVs, the staff and Kelly was very helpful, friendly, and got us in and out without any delay. Like I said earlier the only problem we had was it took longer to get our vehicles than the time frame we were given. Yes we would go through Machens and Kelly Sells again.

I paid around $11,000 cash for a vehicle that wasn't looked at before they sold it that is the only way this could have happened to me.Troy and Mike (sales mgr.) did nothing but B.S. this truck saying how great it was. It wasn't detailed, it probably got brought in that day. I had it inspected and it failed on 6 items.. all which had to be fixed and set me back another 900 or more. Then the trailer lights didn't work. Had to have my wire harness repaired. then The first big rain comes, and I find out the 29 dollar 4x4 solenoid is actually the 4x4 unit and that was 1300 bucks.Now I've owned this truck around 38 days... and the motor has blown up! And o babied this thing like crazy. Troy calls me a few days ago after I complained to say he shouldn't have rushed me into that truck. Well a lot of good that does me. My repairman says its going to cost 5000 plus for a new motor.not happy and have talked to several people about it, and will continue to do so. Only come here if you like spending lots of money on empty promises.It's been less than 5 months I have owned this truck and it has been in the shop 8 times. Now tonight as I drive home the transmission fails. Do not buy from Machens' ford stealership! Oh by the way Mr. Butler you said your boss wanted to talk to me last time we spoke... well he never called me back. Speaks a lot for your business there.

He was not pushy just honest and up front, and easy going! He let us discuss the vehicle with out him interrupting or trying to shove a vehicle down our throats to sale sale sale. We felt at ease the whole time, and in control of our decision to purchase the right vehicle for us. Darin was right there when we had questions to answer them quickly and honestly. This is the best and most professional service department anywhere. We buy all our cars from Machens and live two hours away from Columbia. It is well worth the trip to purchace our cars there and then follow up with their excellent service department and the very fine treatment we always get. We even drive that distance for all of our oil changes. For instance, we drove down yesterday for our oil change and, as usual, we were met by friendly and knowledgeable people who answered all our questions and gave us an accurate picture of how long the service would take and what needed to be done. Although we have had two major repairs over the past twenty years, they have been few and far between and when we do need to have it done, we trust Machens to do an excellent job. On a more personal note, it is clear they don't need any more customers, the place is teaming with people, but they still treat each us as if they appreciate our business.

Had a very good selection. If a vehicle was in Jefferson City they brought it to Columbia so we could look at it.Only problem was the 2 used vehicles that we drove down there to look at both had check engine lights, TPMS light was on and the Torrent had traction control warning lights and the driver's window wouldn't roll up or down. Not how i would try to sell a used vehicle but I did buy a new one so.

I went to Joe Machens just to look at the vehicles and prices. Don Wilson was soo much help! I ended up buying a car! I never once felt like he was trying to get more money out of me. He was very genuine and sincere in everything he had to tell me about the vehicle and the process of buying a vehicle. I went to a dealer before coming here and this was not the case there. I was already hesitat with being a female and buying a car alone. Don Wilson is not a sleazeball used car salesman that I had experienced at the previous dealer! I cannot express how happy I am to have a new car and to have had Don as the salesman. I rated the overall experience lower due to my paperwork for financing not being correct 4 different times. I had to wait extra long for the paperwork to be correct and then it was still wrong when I got home! A little frustrated about that...

After getting rear-ended on the highway a few weeks earlier (which resulted in my car being totaled) I strolled in to Joe Machens Ford Lincoln in search of a vehicle. I had done some research and figured I was going to buy some sort of mid-sized sedan, because that's what I had before. After looking at some, though, I wasn't particularly happy with anything I saw. Don asked me what I was looking for in a car and I told him "I want something that's fun to drive." So, he convinced me to try out a 2012 manual transmission mustang. I loved driving it, and realized that this was what I wanted. They gave me an awesome price that was still in my budget.

I recently decided I wanted to purchase a VW Passat. I was guided through the process by Nate Hart. He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for within our first phone conversation. The next day when I was able to come in and test drive, Nate was straight forward about everything and had everything all set up before I arrived. After a test drive I told Nate what I was willing to pay, he talked w/ the financing people for a minute, I signed the papers, and drove off the lot in my new car a satisfied customer. I purchased a used 2007 Honda Civic from Joe Machens. I live in the St. Louis area and Joe Machens is in Columbia, MO 100+ miles away. When I picked up the car, it only had one key and since I lived so far away, I was told that I'd be reimbursed for purchasing a new key at my local Honda dealer. While they were making my key and doing an emissions inspection, they noticed some structural problems with the car (broken cradle). I was not happy and told them I no longer wanted the car. They said they'd replace the cradle. So on the July 4 holiday, they sent a driver to my home to bring me a car, so that they could take the car I purchased back to Columbia to fix it. About one week later, they brought my Honda back. I had it checked at a local dealer who said it looked good. Joe Machens really impressed me. They did make it right. The people I dealt with were very good as well. Troy Atkisson was my salesperson, and Adam Neale was my contact for getting the problems fixed. I would definitely recommend them and I would buy another car from them, if they had a car I was looking for. The only thing I'm still waiting for to be reimbursed for my key.

When I went down to close the deal they were 3500 above the amount I wanted to pay. Wish they were more upfront on the beginning so we didn't waste each other's time.

When I moved to Columbia in 1990, this dealership had a bad reputation. Sometime in the late 1990's things changed for the better, and the last few times (over the last 15 years) I have dealt with the people at Machens, its been a great experience. People want a dealership that is helpful and will go to bat for customer needs without being pushy - let the product sell itself and have the salesman fill in the gaps - because Machens seems to have this attitude now, things are a lot better than years ago. This was a great experience and I got a deal on my truck that others in the area could not match. I would definitely recommend to others.

This was my first car purchase. Hooray for adulthood! I had no idea what the car buying process was about. While looking around the lot I was approached by a salesman that was genuinely interested in my needs. My needs were not just finding the right car but also getting the best payment possible. We looked at the C-Max, Focus, and Fusion. When it came down to the fact that I'd be coming home for the holidays from Idaho, the 2014 Ford Fusion would be the best option. Best part my salesman worked in internet sales and was able to scan the entire inventory for the right Fusion for me! We found it! It even comes with Eco-boost, I am VERY environmentally thoughtful and budget minded. The Sync was an added plus, I can safely drive without my phone as a distraction. When I selected my car the 2014 Ford Fusion in Sunset Red he just didn't drop me off to the financing department he kept me company and kept the long process of car buying stress free! Even after delivery of the car he gave me some car operations pointers, but because I was exhausted he gave me his cell number to call him directly if I had any questions! Best customer service! But it doesn't end there, he even met with me nearly a month later in person to go over some kinks I had with the Sync system. Awesome car buying experience! He'll be my salesman as long as I make it back to Machens!

All of the staff that we dealt with at Joe Machens Ford Lincoln in Columbia were great. Our salesperson, Nathan Hart, was so easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for in a truck and showed us trucks that met our criteria. When it came to making the deal they were fair and worked with us on the trade in, rebates available, etc. When we took delivery of the truck Nathan made sure that he went over all the features, he set up our phones with SYNC, reset the door code, all we had to do was drive our new truck home and start enjoying it.

We brought our 2014 Ford Escape in for a recall about a door handle issue. WHen I picked up the car, my sync for phone was not working. I was told I would have to redo this as they updated the system. I found the person who sold the car to us, who is so wonderful and he helped me try to get it back but then the screen had not been reprogrammed for touch so he couldn't complete the process. So I drove it back into the shop again. Then another person worked on it and got it to work but then the back up camera was not working. This was a very frustrating visit as I lost another 30 minutes after I was told the car was done. It was not acceptable to be told to just resync my phone which, had I left, I could not have done due to other problems that were not corrected. Also, it would be nice when taking in for a minor recall that people are told that other things are then updated too but they were not done correctly. While everyone was polite, it should have been returned to me in proper working condition as these are features I used every day and are important to me and not something I want to try to figure out on my own to re-install. Thanks to our sales rep for being so kind---the service dept. just needed better quality control.

Great buying experience. My wife and I arrived at the dealership undecided about what we wanted to buy. Should we buy used or new? Well, salesman Mack McKinney showed us several used cars and a new cars that fit our budget. He was very helpful. One of the main things we appreciated was how he gave us all the time we wanted to decide what we wanted to buy. We decided to buy a new Focus se. At that time it was to late in the day to do the financing so we had to wait till the next day to finalize the deal. This worked great for us because Mack got the heated seats that we wanted installed for us before we picked the car up the next evening! Next time I need a car I'll go see Mack!

I first visited my local dealer for a "The Works" service on my 2010 F150. There was nobody in line and nobody at the service techs desks. When I got ones attention I was told that I would have to make an appointment. Next day, I lined up at a VERY BUSY Joe Machens service department and was treated as if they were glad that I stopped in without an appointment (though I'm sure they would have appreciated it if I had one). Like the Satellite radio, security keyless entry, dual zone electric temperature control, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, push button start, rear view camera, leather seating, heated sets in the front, heated mirrors, power seat with automatically memory seat on front, power lift gate,hands-free lift gate and outside control buttons with in 3 feet of the lift gate It has navigation equipment. We were headed to Kansas City when the motor in the pickup we were driving blew up. We were towing a trailer and were 3 miles out of Columbia. The tow truck took our unit to the dealership and delivered us to a nearby hotel as it was 10:00 at night. The next morning my husband went to the dealership to find out the situation with our vehicle. It was decided that we would trade off the vehicle and purchase a new pickup. The dealership worked hard to get us back on the road again. They had to transfer a fuel tank from the back of our old pickup and put it in the new one as well as transfer the fifth wheel hitch. We had to spend another night in town while this was being done so they provided us with a vehicle to get around in as well as recommended a fabulous place for dinner. I would definately recommend Troy Jones the salesman and the Joe Machens dealership they were very accomodating and helped make the situation less stressful.

My first financed car My parents and I, after they convinced me that my old truck was finally ready to go, took me to Joe Machens to look for another car. James walked out to us, and answered every question I had. He took me around to look at a few cars, including one that was back in the service center. Once I picked out one I was interested in, he let me test drive it and answered a few more questions. James did all of this while also answering questions from my parents. As it was late on Saturday, I didn't buy the car then, but told James that I would be back on Monday with my parents. On Monday, James and Lance took me and my parents though financing and answered every other question we had. There was a small mixup with my car being at the service center, but James arranged for me to have another car so I wouldn't miss class. When I returned after class, my car was ready to go. For my first time financing a car, I could not imagine it going any easier, or feeling as if they had known me all my life.

Of course, you always think you should have got a better deal (price) but we are very pleased with our purchase and the deal we made. Definitely would recommend your dealership based on a poor experience at Fulton Ford.We realized the owner's manual was not in our truck on the way home. We called Troy and within two days we had the manual in the mail. Charlie Brown was also very knowledgeable and good to work with. Don't recall his name, but the gentleman who actually gave us the price of the vehicle and our trade was also great. Mike was just disappointed that you don't provide the 90 days of free car washes at Tiger Express like they do in Jefferson City. We found the vehicle we wanted on Ebay, and contacted Mr. Jason Lane. Mr. Lane assured us that if we drove the 10hr trip that the vehicle we wanted would be worth the trip. And he was right!! We got the vehicle and financing we wanted!! Gene in the finance department was great in getting the rate that was fair for us. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my time, and this was by far the easiest buying experience of my life. Other car dealers could learn a lot from Joe Machens Dealerships!!!

The process seemed to work fine, all the pertinent information was shared/explained. This vehicle was from a lemom/buyback program and this program was clearly explained to us. The demo of the car was done properly, all questions were answered. The price initially quoted to us by Mac was $2,000 lower that it should have been. We moved forward with the transaction based on that price then found out it wasn't right. Mac apologized for his error and when we came back the next day, he offered us a 2013 Fusion for the same price. We appreciated that offer but liked the 2012 better. Our only comment was it seemed to take to long to finish the process after we agreed to the price. I realize there is a lot of paperwork requred and many transactions being done each day. But I would look for ways to reduce the amount of time the customer has to spend sitting there waiting. I would certainly return when we are in the vehicle market again.

It was a red Mustang convertible. I opened the door to look inside and Joshua came to us. After a quick check he informed me that it was possible for me to own this car! I took it on a test drive and noticed that it pulled badly to the left and that the front door did not close well. I told this to Joshua and he agreed that they would do an alignment and would look at the door. I filled out the paperwork, paid the down payment, and drove my new car home! The next day we were driving it around and the left front tire blew! It was Sunday, but we were able to find a tire shop that was open. They told us both front tires were bad so we replaced them both. Since the next day was Memorial Day, I waited till Tuesday and called Joshua. He worked with the dealership and I am getting a check to cover half of the cost of the new tires. This was very nice! They also fixed the door and told me how to fix the small leak in the back window. I had a great experience with this company!

Buying a car can be anxiety provoking in itself however, with Brad, you can trust he has your best interest at heart. I have purchased two vehicles from him and have had several friends do the same, we all come back. My experience, with my 2007 vehicle (with over 106,000 miles on it) having major transmission issues, Jared Phillippe (service department) walked and talked me through the "health" of my vehicle. The decision was mine to make - no pressure, no pushiness by the service or sales department. During my "decision" I had a rental car, a Ford Fusion, which I also, almost, purchased - so smooth and easy to drive. However, I wanted more height to make getting in and out easier. I wanted to express my complete satisfaction in my recent Ford F150 purchase at Machens Ford in Columbia. Vehicle replacement has always seemed to be a pain in the rear, with incessant back and forth haggling to make a deal that seems way out of reach. Not here, no sir. I was pleasantly greeted by phone and in person by one of their knowledgeable sales team member, Mack McKinney. I told him by phone what I was interested in, what my trade looked like and met up with him later in the day. He toured me all around the sales lot, but we didn't have the exact model in the year I was looking for. I thought I was done, HECK NO! Mack put together a deal for me in the exact model I was looking for, but in a year NEWER and in my budget! Mack didn't fool around with dealing, HE DIDN'T HAVE TO!! He gave me a deal on this new Ford that was better than I could have possibly expected. After a 'handshake on the deal', Mack then acquainted my with his Finance expert, Russ Partidge. Russ walked me through the finance options available, pointed out some factory incentives available to me, and put together a plan that met my budget and didn't cause me any anxiety doing so.All in all, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and hope to become acquainted with the fine dealership's service team to care for my day to day maintenance needs. Car we purchased was a lemon -- still is -- been in the shop now three weeks. Buy elsewhere. We were told it was gone through by their (Machens) machanics and "there were no issues with this car." Well it has issues -- so bad that the dealership I took it to (not Machens) has called in Ford engineers from Michigan trying to fix it. My husband worked with the salesman, however I purchased the car (in my name and my name on the title and the loan -- the salesman never notified me it was a lemon. In fact, I could not even get him to return my calls. Almost didn't get the loan done because no one would call the lending agency. Made six phone calls to get someone to call the lending institution. I thought we were past "not dealing with women", but not at this dealership. Only the finance manager was honest with me and said "someone should have told you about all the problems this car had." Well, Machens is big and doesn't care -- got another car sold -- that's all they care about -- well, you won't see me back. I'm trying to get Ford to take this car back and if so, I'll buy from some other Ford dealer.

Was in the market for a new Lincoln MKS for my wife who is currently deployed. I checked my local dealerships but opted for the Joe Machens in Columbia which was 134 miles away. Nathan Hart had helped the wife and I find a reasonable used car for my son a few months back and Nathan did a great job for a sale that could not have given him much of anything in return but satisfaction of a job well done. He went above and beyond then and he did so on this sale as well. Where to start... I told him what I wanted and he found it. He did not try to talk me into something on the lot like the local dealerships did, he did not try to pressure a sale, change a color, nothing. He listened, and did everything in his power to get EXACTLY what I asked for which was EXACTLY what the wife wanted. All this results in me being SUPERMAN in her eyes. She now has a new 2014 Lincoln MKS sitting in the garage waiting for her once she returns from the Middle East which is just Days away. Now to the details... Again we got the 2014 MKS with the exact options we wanted. I gained $1,000.00 on my existing trade in of a 2010 MKS, Todd Marple in the finance department understood I was pre-approved for my loan however he was able to lower my % rate by a full 2%. That saved me over 100$ a month, Todd Also dropped $1,000 off my extended warranty due to my military affiliation. When you go to a dealer and they prevent you from paying money that you don't need to that yields them no benefit, it just shows they care about their customers. I can't explain how satisfied I am with this purchase adequately, but I can say it with actions. I will be buying my new Boss Mustang from these guys for sure. I won't have to ask where I can save $ or if I am getting the best deal. I know it will be guaranteed!!! These are the kind of people I am happy to serve for, true Americans.

Went to Joe Machens Ford in Columbia Missouri which is 140 miles from my home and I am glad I did. Nathan covered every possible base and went above and beyond. He explained every detail of the car and the process of finding the PERFECT match. Kept me informed the entire time. He worked to get me the most for my trade in $1,000.00 more then any other dealer, and the financing department acquired a % rate 2 full percentages lower then anyone else even the current company I have been using. I have never been to a dealership that worked this hard to help a customer. I wasn't bum rushed at the door, they never tried to sell me something I did not want, did not try to make me settle for anything, They listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for and more. My wife and I got out of the car and started walking when Brad Davis asked if he could help us find anything. He was on a smoking break at the time so I said no I do not want to interrupt your break. Next thing I knew the cigarette was gone and we were shaking hands and doing introductions. We told him our price range and what we were looking for so we went to his office to break down reality. A Ford Focus was in our price range and possibly what we were looking for. He got a set of keys and sent us on a test drive with out a second thought. We did our test drive and brought it back, happy with the little car and started talking final numbers. (this is the basic model so no real badging) Me being a man asked why the Focus S had no S on the back. Then I said if we buy this I might just need that little piece of plastic. We ended up buying the car S or no S and when we came to pick it up after detailing It had the shiny little S on the back making my car a one of a kind here in Columbia. Its a stupid little thing but its those little things that make a great sales person. Now when we bring in the car for an oil change we get a loaner (since we work close to the dealership) so we do not have to depend on friends to take and pick us up. Brad is the kind of person I will still try and buy from even when I no longer lived in Columbia.

We had bought my Escape 2 years ago and loved it so when it came time for my Mother-in-Law to get a new car we knew we needed to take her back to see Brad Davis because he bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted last time. It has been 12 years since I purchased a new Ford F-150. I thought back then that the service and sales personnel where OK. They did their job and I went on my way. Visiting and working with Mark Dietzel at Joe Machens Ford was a whole new experience. I spent over two hours with Mark going over the in's and out's of owning a new vehicle. He took me on a tour of the vehicle lots and experienced seeing the vast amount of vehicles for sale. We test drove two vehicle that I though would fit my style. I must have had a hundred questions for him concerning style, options and pricing. All where answered in a professional accurate manner. When it came to pricing- the sales people worked with me on what vehicle fit my budget. After getting preliminary numbers, I left and contacted other Ford dealerships and went on line and purchased Consume Reports on the vehicles I wanted. In all cases, Joe Machens price beat them all. They where up front with all their quotes and pricing. Nothing was left in the dark. Good Job guys.

I arrived at Joe Machens Ford at the recommendation of a good friend. She had worked with a salesman there multiple times with great success, and when I called her and told her I was in the market, Adam Miller at Joe Machens was her first and only suggestion. This was my first vehicle purchasing experience, and I could not have asked for a better one. Adam spent the better part of a day talking to me, working with me and showing me different Joe Machens trucks. I had a decent idea of what I was looking for but needed some guidance and assistance. I'm not anything but a Navigator person. I'm used to luxury period. However, I'm not used to paying the leasing prices offered here in MO. I'm form LA and this would have been my 5th Navigator, but I just could not wrap my head around the leasing prices. Brad Davis and Marc Weiner went far and above their jobs duties, in my opinion, to find a vehicle that fit into my spoiled self. I did not want a vehicle that drove like a truck, nor did I want a vehicle that made me feel as if I was sitting on the ground, as I am not a car person nor did I want to pay anything above a certain price and it had to be a lease. Much to my surprise, these two gentle men found a vehicle that fit into my bottom line requirements. With 22" wheels and all the bells and whistles, they found me an SUV that allowed me the height requirement I needed to feel safe on the highways as well as luxury, price and leasing options. I cannot say I'm 110% in love with the SUV, as I said before I'm a Navigator Girl, but I can say, I'm happy with my choice to go through with what Brad and Marc worked so hard to find me and fit my criteria. Brad Davis is a gentleman through and through. He was kind, considerate and never once made me feel as if what I wanted was insignificant. He was also available to me at any given time--if I had a question or simply had another check in my long list of wants. Marc Weiner too was a gentleman and went far and above his call of duty to help me find what I wanted that would fit into my finances and needs. He took too the time to explain a load of questions I had regarding leasing a vehicle here in MO vs CA. He made the purchasing of the SUV as painless as possible.I highly recommend these to gentlemen if anyone is looking for a great experience and has a very specific need such as I, even if it is a spoiled need.

Taylor wasn't pushy, has a great personality and sense of humor and helped me find a vehicle in my payment price range. The car I ended up with ended up to be EXACTLY what I really needed. 2011 Ford Taurus SEL Sedan. Having Taylor as my sales rep. definitely made my Machens experience pleasant. Things were a bit rushed. Seems like personnel were pushed for time. The worst part was explaining the features of the new vehicle. Location of the jack was not mentioned. Loan rate (%) was not explained well until it came time to sign the papers. Bluetooth, information system, needed more time for explanation than what was allowed. Too many cell phones ringing while talking to the customer. I believe this fast pace is the way management wants it and I don't place any fault on your personnel. The personnel was just doing their job as well as they could under these rapid circumstances. But management needs to know it takes time to explain the electronics of new vehicles, especially to older buyers. I understand that this fast pace will happen from time to time, but when you explain the new features on a new vehicle, it's time to slow it down.A checklist on what needs to be explained would help. Just like a checklist you use when making a car inspection.

Having just purchased a vehicle a year ago (also from Nathan Hart) a hail storm caused it to be totaled out and we were again looking for a vehicle in somewhat of a time crunch. Nathan not only remembered us but listened to what we liked about our previous vehicle as well as what we wished it had that would better meet our needs. He showed us a vehicle that met our needs and was also a fair price. He took the time to explain the features thoroughly as well as compared features to those on similar makes/models so you know what else is or isn't available to be able to make a decision. In my opinion he truly cares about making sure you get something you will be happy with for a long time and is not just in it for the "sale". The whole team is very friendly and even though it is clear they are busy with a lot of customers you don't feel like you are just another number. We are very happy with our purchase and thanks to Nathan the process of making a selection was efficient and enjoyable.

I had been looking for a Ford Expedition EL for several months. I live in Colorado I was shopping through the USAA car buying service. I noticed Joe Machens Ford Lincoln had several Expeditions EL at the dealership. I contacted them on one vehicle . Rynda called me back with some questions I had answered all of them and was very to the point. She gave me some prices over the phone and in just a few days the deal was done over the phone.It was an easy process dealing with Rynda and Joe Machens dealership. I had been talking with several other dealerships in Colorado and ALL of them had that carsales man pitch . Trying to sell me something I was not interested in. A friend of mine recommended Nate Hart to help me look for a vehicle. Initially, I didn't find a vehicle that I was in love with; however, Nate was so patient. I called up about an Expedition I found online, but it had sold already. But Troy Atkisson went the extra mile to find me one at a dealership in Jeff CIty and had it brought up early the next morning. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, even better than the one I had originally called about. Troy was great to work with the entire time. He even made himself available via text, as that fit my busy work schedule best, and even brought the vehicle over to my work for me to look at and take a quick test drive as I only had about 15 minutes to spare. She found what I was looking for and got it for me at what I consider to be a fair price. Machens Ford has treated us acceptionaly well since our first purchase in 2008. Our son from Tulsa, Oklahoma, bought us a brand new Mercury Mariner, doing all the business of purchasing over the phone with our wonderful sales rep. Ryan Longnecker. The day we picked it up Ryan was in the parking lot with the car and had put a beautiful, large red bow on the front of it. He made this such a special, exciting experience for us. In 2010, we traded it in on another new Mercury Mariner. Then in 2013, we upgraded again to a 2014, Ruby Red, Ford Escape. We always take the car to Machens for service, even though we have to travel 70 miles to do it. I don't trust anyone else to take care of it like the service department does at Machens Ford. We have had a delightful relationship with Ryan and he always welcomes us to come by and chat with him which we do as often as possible. He is an outstanding young man, husband, father and very family-oriented. We love this guy.

After looking for a truck I was getting disappointed. I drove through the lot at Machens on Monday during my lunch. No one really bothered me. I flagged down JJ in the parking loy and asked him about the inventory. I was looking for a 'deal' (cheap). JJ gave me his card and asked me to stop by the office so he could do a better search of the inventory, but I had to go back to work. I saw a few that looked promising and went home and trolled the machens.com website. It was easy to use and I created a list of trucks I thought would work. I went back the machens and found the one I liked best. It was more than I wanted to pay, but it was fair according to KBB and NADA values.I called JJ Tuesday morning and scheduled a test drive during lunch break. It was a good fit for me. JJ was able to reduce the price and made the whole deal better. We signed the initial paper work and I went back to work. After work I completed the paper work, and took delivery of my new used truck. The whole process took less than 24 hours for me.Good inventory, no pressure, good pricing, good people and the value of a good dealer with a clean detailed truck, car fax, and a full tank of gas.Customer service always beats the competition.

They have done service and repairs perfectly and will take care of any request we have. They check regularly to make sure we are happy with our vehicle/service. They only do service/repairs which are needed. Their prices are as good as anywhere, and you can always be sure of quality work done on time.
