My '06 Acura TL needed a new timing belt per maintenance guidelines and I had a price from a local service shop before I checked out Rizza Acura. I was pleasantly surprised and glad I stopped by for a quote. Not only was the price less but I was provided with a free loaner car! I am writing review after a year i bought my Acura ilx. I bought Used Acura ILX 2013 only 3000 mile dealership demo model. when me and uncle went to see the car it had almost new tire since it had only 3000 mile on it. I bought the car that day. sales associate guy told us to come pick it up next day so they can wash, wax and detail the interior of the car. i went next day to pick up the car and do final payment on it. i made a full payment on the car no finance nothing and about a week later i drop through construction zone and a nail got stuck on the tire. i had my mechanic take it out for me and to puncture the tire for me. and he told me that my tires are really old compared to the milage on my car and that they are worn out and they already had a previous puncture done to the tires.

I've been to two other Acura dealerships (Muller's Woodfield Acura and McGrath Acura of Westmont) and they don't come close to the kind of service that is provided at Joe Rizza Acura. The customer service is phenomenal. Big thanks to Chris, one of their service advisers, and Jason, one of their mechanics! Jason stayed late to work on my car and took the time to explain and show me things on my Acura that I had questions about. Chris, took the time to explain options and was very patient with me. I'll definitely continue to get my vehicle serviced at Joe Rizza Acura.

This was my best car buying experience ever. Gerard Dumas greeted me when I cam in and answered all my questions, accompanied me on the test drive and walked the lot as we looked at color option. He never pressured me for a sale, asked when I wanted to buy. He simply provide information. When I asked for a price he found the GM - Pat Dazzo and gave me a great starting price. Once we agreed on specifics, they found acquired the vehicle with the options color I wanted within 24 hours and closed the deal. Pat and Gerard could not have been more professional and helpful. After the sales Gerard called to made sure everything was going well with the car. Fantastic experience overall.

My wife took our acura to Midas to get a tune up. the car is 15 years old we bought used a year ago and it needed a tune up. Midas ran a diagnostic on the car and found it need parts which we had fixed at a cost pf near $700. It also had an engine light on but they said we would have to take it to a dealer because there was also a recall on the modeal of acura. So we did just that. they Joe Rizza acura said they would have to run another diagnostic on the car because they wouldn;t take Midas word for it and chare me $130. when the got done they said we had to get the same part changed that Midaz again for $792 + Tax. I know that is how a dealer makes his money is on serviceing cars ar by cheating the car owners? Then we were told the recall had expired. What is going on your service department? Chris Kailer is the man she was dealing with.

We were able to make an appointment and have the car serviced for oil change and tire rotation within two days. The service was prompt, courteous, cost was fair ($59 synthetic oil change, $19.95 tire rotation), and car was hand washed. We had our other car recently serviced here as well (100,000 maintenance w/ oil change, transmission fluid flush, and spark plug replacement). I would recommend Joe Rizza to anyone. We will continue to use them for our cars' service.

I bought a brand new Acura ILX last year. When purchasing it I was recommended to get the maintenance package as well at the tire warranty. The Maintence package included free oil changes as well as free tire rotations. The tire warranty covered any damage the tires had as well as replacing them at NO COST if needed. I eneded up purchasing both packages when buying the car. A year and half later one of my tires blew out on the highway. I had my father take the car to the service center to get the tire replaced. They told him it would be $179 for the new tire. He let them know I had tire warranty and they insisted that nothing showed up on my file. He ended up paying and I started to second guess myself that maybe I didn't have the warranty. I then looked through all my paperwork and there it was! The contract for my tire and wheel warranty. I called them back and they didn't even apologize but just let me know that I had to call the number on the contract and place a claim in order to get my money back. This isn't the first time something like that has happened. The first time I got my oil changed they tried to charge me as well until they looked into my Maintence package and realized they were wrong. I'm extremely disappointed on how poor the customer service is at this location. I would go to another place but I figured since I purchased the car there as well as all the warranties it would make sense to take it there for Maintence but I think at this point I'd rather go somewhere else. If you purchase ANYTHING at this dealership make sure you keep all your paperwork because they might just be too lazy to investigate what you have and take advantage of you. So much time and money was wasted.

Went in with an offer from another dealer. Wanted more proof than an email correspondence. I then asked for their price independent of the best offer I received. The manager, Pat Dazzo, declined to give a price on the vehicle I was interested in and did not want to sell me a car that day. He said to go get the best offer from another dealer in writing with full details of the car and then comeback and see if they can beat it. I already did that Pat! I'm not wasting my time doing more of the same legwork and coming back hoping you will match the offer. What a waste! I will never recommend anyone going to a place where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Joe Rizza should be ashamed of the way you treat customers. The dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I did not buy my current Acura from Joe Rizza for which I regret. Despite that, I stopped at the Service Department with no appointment and asked if they had time for an oil and filter change. Of Course!The young man recognized me and said, welcome back! All 3 of the advisors greeted me like they always did and made me feel welcome. I miss that personal touch. Very shortly my car was ready and I was on the way. So, I have learned a valuable lesson late in life, money is not everything! Excellent treatment is worth so much and that is what you get at Joe Rizza Acura!

I needed a transmission fluid replacement on my Acura MDX, I made an appointment to have it done and i got it in. The waiting time was 1 hr, I got it back in 1 hr and 45 min. They show me an air filter that was dirty and needed replaced, for a price that I agreed, when I went to pay they charge me a different price. I left a voice mail for the Service Manager to resolve this issue and I never got a call back. This suppose to be a luxury dealership, it does not look like it. You can get the same service from any other shop for a fraction of their price. If you go there you will waste your time and money.

I kept getting a message that my security system was on. I could not start the car. I was at a walgreens 3 blocks from the dealership. I called the dealership and the service rep said he would be right over. He came tried to charge the battery and tapped the starter and the car started. This was about 3:00n Monday. I drove the car over to the dealership. The new starter was installed and the car was ready to go at 10am on Tuesday. I got a ride from the driver Dan. Dan has driven me for around ten years when I get oil changes. Great guy easy to carry on a conversation

Getting an oil change this time was very frustrating. I called for the service hours and the lady who answered the phone said that as long as I was there before 5.00I didn't have to make an appointment. I drove all the way to Orland from Chicago and got there at 4.38. When I parked my car, a worker rushed to me and told me that I had to be there before 4.30. I explained that I worked until 3.30 in Chicago and there was no way that I was ever going to make it before that time. She wouldn't budge and I could get my oil change. So, I had to find coverage at work and leave early so that I could be there in time three days later. I didn't appreciate losing the money or having to find coverage and lose time.

I recently went there for an oil change. I arrived at 7:20. They took my car at 7:30 when they opened. I was told I was the first oil change of the day and it shouldn't take to long. The time on my receipt was 8:43. If I did not go to the service desk and ask what was going on I think I would have been there even longer. If Oil changes take this long I need a ride home or a loaner like I have been getting the last 10 years. I don't want to use vacation time to get an oil change.

From the initial call to book my service appointment until the time I departed, the staff was warm and welcoming. All of my concerns were addressed as promised and ahead of time. I set up a temp office at a corner table near the waiting room to conduct a conference call. Others came by to see if I needed anything else. I observed techs/mechanics/reps communicating with customers as they waited to keep them apprised of what was going on with their vehicles. As I was not from the Chicagoland area I skipped stopping at the local Starbucks to ensure I was on time for my appointment, and to my surprise and delight there was quality coffee in the waiting room. I would definitely refer others to this Acura location!

I have been a loyal customer to this dealership since I purchased my Acura from them in 2008. Called on a Friday to make an appt for the following Monday only to be told they no longer take appts except for Saturdays and that I could come in any day at any time and have my vehicle serviced in an hour. I arrived that Monday had two cars ahead of me and had Deanna Kalas come up to my car and ask if I was here for an oil change, I said yes, and she said there is a wait. I asked how long, and she said it will be at least an hour before they will even look at my car. I explained to her about what I was told over the phone that previous Friday and she said yes it's their new program called express service. She said was sorry and said they will try to service my car as quickly as possible and give me a call when it was ready. An hour and half later I received a call from Charolotte Guinta saying they were recommending spark plugs on my car and asked if I wanted that done at that time, I said no and she said they are just washing my car and will call me back shortly to let me know my car is ready. A little over an hour had passed, no phone call with an update. I called the service dept. Deanna answered and I explained to her I had been waiting for over two hours for an oil change she placed me on hold to check on the status of my car, came back and said yes it's done. I asked her was someone going to call me to let me know it's been done, she said with the new express service, it being a Monday and people at lunch that they forgot to call. Pointing the finger as to why the ball was dropped is a poor excuse for bad customer service. She said the new express program is not her doing that it comes from the Acura company. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this dealership until today. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel I was being heard. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere seeing as though I was not compensated for the time it took for an oil change (3 hours) or the poor customer service. Side note, I did not receive the page with my inspection.

She was very honest and told us what she knew about he car we were purchasing and what would be the best fit for my needs and wants. This is my third Acura from this dealership (first two from Orland Park Acura andcurrent car from Joe Rizza Acura) and the level of customer care is always outstanding. Matt Fondren is an excellent Service Advisor and I always ask for Matt when taking the car in for service. The quality of the car and the service received is better then when I owned a Lexus RX 300! Even though I did not purchase a vehicle today, Denise Manikouras is a Sales Associate that is outstanding.

I visited Joe Rizza Acura on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was extremely inviting and helpful. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, nor did I feel uncomfortable during the buying process. Ahmad and Pat worked together to get me the I wanted at a price/payment that was within my budget. I did not have to settle for different car. Denise was extremely helpful! She was very personable, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She even brought me hot chocolate while I waited- since I had a sore throat due to a cold that was forming. I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided, and I would most definitely recommend Joe Rizza Acura to others!

Joe Rizza Acura has serviced several of my cars over the years. They make it so enjoyable owning a Acura. I recently had trouble with my 2006 Acura RL. I called Joe Rizza's service department. They indicated that it was very likely an alternator issue but to bring it in to be sure. I had it towing and they had a loaner car ready to go for me. Normally it take a week or more to reserve a loaner but they saw that I was in a jam and took care of me. The diagnosis over the phone was right on. The repairs were done and my car was ready within a few days. Now I'm back on the road in my awesome Acura RL. Thanks Matt, Chris & Charlotte!

Impossible to make the experience better. I took an MDX for a routine maintenance issue. By accident, things took an unexpected turn. However, the Service Department Advisor (Matt Fondren) treated the situation like the professional he is. Could not be happier. Although I live in Chicago and there is a dealer within 1.5 miles from where I live, I will continue to take my two Acuras to this dealer (which is where I bought them), about 30 miles away.Kudos to you all. I also had a great sales experience in both purchases.

Therefore I enter my info to be contacted so I could schedule a test drive I was contacted within a minute and scheduled for a test drive. It's amazing how different all the dealerships actually are. Even though I could go to the McGrath Acura dealer 10 min from my house Joe Rizza is worth the drive! They are honest, pleasant, really accommodating to make an appointment, they always have my car done when they say it will be and explain everything that will be done. Definitely worth the drive!!!! Also, we have bought many new cars through the years and Jerry Johnson makes the buying experience exciting and very easy as well. We will definitely buy Acura's from this dealership again.

I happened to be in the area of the dealership when my oil change indicator light came on. I contacted Matt in the service department and asked him if I could get my oil changed it I arrived in the next 15 minutes. He said that although he couldn't estimate how long I may have to wait, he ensured me that my car would be serviced ASAP. When I arrived, Chris (?) did my intake and indicated that it would take about an hour to finish my oil change. It took much less time than that and I was on way. Both Matt and Chris were professional and friendly. I also had a pleasant experience with the cashier. There are a lot of places where I can get an oil change, but I bring my car to Joe Rizza because of the service that I receive.

Last year 2013 , I bought a used car from Joe Rizza and was very happy. This year someone hit and totalled my car and I had to find another. I immediately went back to see my same salesperson. I keep was able to put me in a used Honda Accord, loaded and I am very happy. The quality of cars they have are fantastic! I found my car, drove it and took it home the same day. I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orland Park (after finding them online) which was another hour from there on Saturday evening in terrible traffic. Got there around 5 pm. Salesperson Jon was amazing. He listened to us and tried to work the numbers and the deal. I was impressed by their customer service having encountered a totally opposite behavior at Downtown Acura on Elston earlier in the day. I came to buy a used car but they gave me an irresistible deal on the new ILX. They closed the deal even though it was way past their closing time and never for a second hurried me into anything. Courteous people who actually love their job - hard to find in this business; mostly car salesperson are pushy. Even though me and most of my friends live in the northern suburbs, I'd still highly recommend Joe Rizza to everybody. Trust me, its worth the drive.

A wonderful experience from my first contact with Chris Chojnowski in internet sales. My second contact was with Omar Hammad and that was followed by Ahmad Aburas. Each gentleman could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful experience...the entire deal was handled through the internet sales dept. When I went to pick up my MDX (fabulous vehicle) Penny Nomikos was the sales rep that took care of me. She took me for my test ride and handled most of the paperwork as well as the final walk through on the MDX. She could not have been any nicer as well. She was, as the other three gentlemen I mentioned above, very professional, courteous and truly helpful in every way.My final contact was with the GM, Pat Dazzo. He was fabulous as well. I can not say enough good things about these people I just mentioned. Great dealership founded on great sales people. It was a pleasure doing business with each and everyone.

Scheduled my recall service and car was taken promptly at 0730. I actually forgot my updated insurance card but Chris worked with me on getting it emailed from home so I could take the courtesy vehicle, which I appreciated. Car was immediately ready for pick up when I arrived and had been cleaned as promised. My only gripe is I was told to refill the gas tank in the courtesy car I was given. I only drive a total of 24 miles and averaged 21.7 MPG. When I filled up with gas it took over 3 gallons and $13. Obviously, the car was not filled entirely when I picked it up. No big deal, and hopefully, unintentional, but you multiply that by thousands of courtesy vehicles loaned and the cost of gas and it adds up to a lot of dealer savings. I told Chris it wasn't a big deal, only a few bucks, but it was noticed. My wife had her Toyota serviced recently and she did not have to refill her courtesy vehicle. I would suggest, as a luxury auto dealer, Acura consider doing the same.

My Salesperson Donna Galatte was fantastic and greets me every time I come in for service, which is not too often, mostly for oil changes and a few checks on the car. The service I receive is ALWAYS exceptional, quick,HONEST! I had been told at PepBoys that I needed new calipers and they wanted to charge me over $700 to do this.Chris Kailer at Rizza told me my calipers were fine. They flushed my break line, repaired a small leak, completed my oil change and had me out of there pronto! The cashier Erica always greets me with a big smile! After completing a thorough search for a pre-driven Acura TSX, we narrowed our options down to about 12 cars spread over 7 dealers. (I should probably mention that there are 2 other Acura dealers a heck of a lot closer to us as well.) What caused me to drive an hour from Batavia to Orland Park was the competitive pricing at Joe Rizza Acura. As soon as I was greeted on the lot, I felt at ease, which is often not the case at car dealerships. I explained specifically what brought me down to Joe Rizza Acura, asked to drive two cars, traded in my current vehicle, and purchased all within 3 hours.What was noticeably different about Joe Rizza Acura was the absence of an arrogant, know-it-all salesperson trying to make me feel uneducated. I never felt pressured to buy. No members of management were paraded in front of me to ask me to sign an agreement to purchase within moments of finishing the test drives. No one felt the need to criticize my ten-year-old trade in with 139,000 miles. No one tried to convince me to purchase more than exactly what I came in to purchase-- a gently pre driven Acura. My salesperson and I simply had a straightforward conversation based on facts. I knew what their car was worth. I knew what I was hoping to get on a trade in. I felt their no-haggle pricing was very fair, so I purchased. It was painless.What time I did spend in the showroom seemed necessary while my new purchase was cleaned and prepped. I sipped some Starbucks coffee and read a magazine; the employees did what they had to do to get me out the door as quickly as possible without constantly bugging me or attempting to make small talk.Before I left, I mentioned to both my salesperson, Donna Galatte, and the finance guy, Omar Hammad, that this was the nicest experience I have ever had buying a car. Even if Joe Rizza Acura isn't in your neighborhood, it's well worth the drive!

This was my first time buying a car myself. I went to car shows, numerous dealerships, and multiple Acura dealerships. I was not getting the type of service I was hoping for when traveling around my area. I started Googling other Acura dealerships around my area and found Joe Rizza in Orland. Sales rep Penny was great! She showed us what we were looking at and gave us information about the car and then left us on our own to look and discuss. She was there for us but not in our face. Acura Care would not authorize replacing the rear springs on my 2009 MDX claiming that that the sagging springs (at 62,00 miles) was from normal wear & tear and therefore were not covered. Since I am a good customer, i.e. all my service (Including tires) since the vehicle's purchase has been at Rizza, the service department worked out a "One Time Customer Goodwill Split Repair Per ACURA"." Rizza has a great service team.

From the moment I arrived, I was quickly met by Chris Kaller and he had all my information in the computer and he listened as well as checked my vehicle, when I told him the service light came on. He was very helpful and courteous. Within an hour, he advised me of what further work was needed and how much brake life was left (15%). I am thankful for his attention and explanations. When my car was finished, Charlotte came to get me and was very courteous as well. I told her I have owned 2 Acuras, and she was here when I bought my first....The car was washed and neat. The people are great. I thought that they were personable and trustworthy, down-to-earth and even pretty funny. I enjoyed the car buying experience. It is evident that these folks are hard working and willing to go the extra mile. My salesman Jerry had to brace against the frozen tundra as I chose to shop on the coldest day of the year; yet, he warmed up my vehicle of choice (after he had to locate it under 6 inches of snow), and was a cheerful passenger as he thawed during my test drive. It was also nice to be introduced to the service staff. Ahmad was friendly. Charlotte was dear. Pat was great. I have tremendous respect for the teamwork at Joe Rizza Acura.

When we first walked into Joe Rizza Acura we where impressed I was greeted at the door rite away, met with my salesman Otis,introduced to me by Ahmad Aburas who we had talked to on the phone. He was very helpful in coordinating .the meeting and any information we asked for on the automobile. The Salesman Otis was friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The guys at Joe Rizza Acura were fantastic. I like to do most of my shopping and negotiating over the internet and phone, so that most of the work is done before I even walk into the dealership (which is only possible if you already know what you want, of course). Unlike other dealerships in the Chicagoland area, Ahmad was willing to talk numbers over the phone and let you know exactly what you're going to pay. I also had a trade-in and I took photos of any damage I thought they would be concerned about. When I actually came in to trade the car in and pick up my new MDX, it turned out that they saw a lot more damage on the trade-in than I had noticed. Normally one would assume that this is a common ploy to screw the buyer over, but these guys saw how far I had driven to do business and they were willing to work with the numbers to make sure I basically paid what I had been expecting to pay. Very impressed, and would highly recommend Joe Rizza to anyone based on my first experience with them.

I was as always greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. It started as a routine oil change and but lead to a complete brake job front/rear. I was immediately offered a loaner which worked out well because I did have other obligations to take care of. And it didn't stop there because the cashier was also very courteous and thorough in explaining what service was done and providing an extra copy of the invoice to mail in our rebate info.

(I drove 100 miles to see it). I was pleased with the overall customer service that day. The only disappointment was getting the title to me in a timely manner. That did get resolved satisfactorily, however, after some phone calls.

I own two Acura MDXs both purchased new from this Joe Rizza Acura. I bought the vehicles because John Malioris earned my trust. He was honest, knowledgable, and never tried to manipulate me. Since then my mother (RDX) and my sister (MDX) both bought new Acuras from this dealership on my recommendation. I also recommended the dealership to a friend who leased a TL from Rizza and and to another friend who purchased a new TL for his wife.I have used Rizza to service my vehicles because very much like John, Ted Jurick is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Bringing a vehicle in for service used to make me feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. I was always afraid of being hit with add-on service items that I didn't need or want. With Ted, I trust him like a family member. He and his team, Charlotte, Chris, and Matt, are extremely professional and accommodating. They keep my vehicles up to date with all of the scheduled service items that are required and in the event something breaks down I can count on them to accurately diagnose and repair my vehicles without fear of unnecessary add-ons. The reason I continue to use Rizza for all of my service is because of Ted and his team. I have a choice for service and as long as Ted is running the service department I will continue to use Rizza.BTW - I am not happy that John is non longer with Rizza Acura and that will likely impact my purchases going forward!

Their commitment to service is the best I have experienced anywhere and they have earned my total trust. Overall good experience. This was my very first experience, first time Acura buyer. I was slightly dissappointed because I was not informed of a delay in the estimated time about my service. I was told it would be about an hour. I saw that the estimate time sheet reflected .7 hours. I was informed that there was a recall on the 2013 RDX. However, days after my purchase, I had the vehicle in to install a luggage rack and I was told the recall was cared for that day. The service manager told me that she would have it checked out. The service took over 2 hours. I would have expected an update that the recall work needed to be done and that my service would take an extra hour.

Transmission indicator light came on, thought this was going to be a major headache. I called and was able to get appointment the next day. The crew was very knowledgable and suggested I wait for the diagnosis, but had a loaner car ready. Waited comfortably in room with beverages, TV, and computer/internet access. Fixed the positional sensor in 1hr, no charge because I have extended warranty (highly recommend). As aways, love the complementary vacuum and car wash. Bought my car from this dealer 6 yrs ago, this is the second potentially expensive repair. Never a hassle compared to my other vehicle (Porsche dealership, which you'd think has better service).

By far the best experience with a car dealer I have ever had. No run-around, no trying to add random charges. Worked out the price over the phone, got there and that was the price. Other dealers tried adding thousands of dollars in "dealer installed accessories", they agreed to a price + tax, title and license and that was the final price. Highly recommend this dealer.

Ted and Denise made this the easiest car buying experience ever. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we got to the showroom. The RDX we were considering was washed, polished and ready to test drive as soon as we got there. Denise was especially attentive to us, ensuring that we got the best price possible for our trade-in as well as for the model we were thinking of purchasing. Honestly, we were just coming to look at the car but decided to buy on the spot because we knew we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Kudos to Ted as well. As a long-time friend, I'd often heard all the stories about how he bends over backwards to help local Acura owners with their service needs to make it as simple and easy as possible. I appreciate the people in the service at Joe Rizza. They are a busy department. I sometimes walk into the show room, and in fails, a sales person approaches, like a buzzard around a kill. The sales staff don't know when to stop. The walk around with little to do, walking loudly in their obnoxious shoes or the talk among themselves very loudly. I find this so rude. CAN"T THE SALES STAFF FIND SOMETHING TO DO TO KEEP THEM OCCUPIED? There is one sales person (male) who will walk from pillar to post with the same story repeated multiple times. WHY ARE THE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SERVICE SUBJECTED TO THIS BEHAVIOR REPEATEDLY?

I am not looking for the top of the line wash but the windows were streaky and hard to see out of once they dried. I had to work hard at removing them on the windshield.

When we bought the car the sales guy was fawning over us, and later we found out we were screwed over on price. Howeqver, I absolutely do not mind paying more for a better experience. What hurt me more was the fact that the same sales guy who kept reassuring us that we could call him any time with any questions, was almost borderline hostile when we actually showed up asking for help. We live more than an hour from the showroom, so we could not go back immediatrly for a full demo they were supposed to give us. When we returned 3 months later for an oil change, I found the sales guy and asked him if he would be able to spend a few minutes with us demo'ing the car. First off he had no idea who we were, and secondly, he abruptly ended his conversation ( he came to us thinking we were potential buyers) and said " it might look like we are free, but lots of customers come in usually on Saturdays.". These guys were actually sitting around a table chatting! He just walked away. Lots of ways he could have handled the situation, asked us if there were any specific questions he could answer, or set us up with someone from service to walk through the features, or at least apologize and set up an appointment for the future! Nothing. He just walked away.I guess if I really was looking for a premium car experience, I should have coughed up for a BMW. Lesson learnt. Am never going back to these guys ever!

Despite service light on for both oil change and differential fluid change, Matt checked to make sure duplicate fluid change was not needed and clearly explained what is needed for next appointment. I only received exactly what the car needed and got a complementary car wash so it was a great value for an oil change. My wait was comfortable with TV and computer access as well as touring the showroom.

Denise was a very friendly saleswoman, and took the time to show me different colors and options available to me. She made every effort to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for! John, who processed my payment, was also very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Both Denise and John made themselves very available in the weeks leading up to the delivery of my car via email and phone when I had questions. Once my car arrived, Ted and his service team did an excellent job installing the accessories that I had requested! First of all, you had the car we were interested in on your lot. Jon and Pat were friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. They wanted a sale as much as we wanted the car. Yet at no time did we feel pressured. We appreciate that quality in sales persons. We were very satified with the agreed upon price. The car was ready for us the following day before the promised time. Jon gave us a crash course on all the new technology, and then we were on our way. Acura in Orland Park has the best service department that I have experienced in all of the years that I have owned a vehicle.When I schedule an appointment my vehicle is pulled into the service bay immediately. Once my vehicle is on the rack, the waittime is exceptional. In 2013 I will be in the market for a second vehicle. Acura in Orland Park is my first choice just becauseof the service department.Acura in Orland Park has a fantastic service team and also a dynamite service manager in Ted Jurick, for which I have dealt with himregarding a problem that I encountered in 2012.Keep up the good work.

Ms.Gallatte, her Manager Mr.Kay were "tenacious""professional"-without being offensive.They made me feel I "bought" the car-not that it was "sold" to me .Young finance guy"the closure" like the rest professional, courteous and a sharp salesperson.Mr.Pat the General Manager staying behind and completing the transaction -much appreciated.Price could have been lower-the difference .9% vs.1.9%for "used"-is the reason for 4/5-I believe this just happened to be the way the situation unfolded-no intentional misleading acts were perceived-indeed Ms.Gallatte,s Manager,Mr. Kay did a nice job of compromising-allowed face saving. Monday,Mr.Kay to cancel the extended warranty- and to notify me-a nice touch.Call from Ms.Galllatte on Monday and help on Tuesday again much appreciated.

Had a great experience buying 2012 Acura TL. They did not have the Advance package in stock but let me drive their loaner until they were able to get me the car/package/color I wanted. Chris and Dale were great to deal with. They know their stuff. Also so friendly and easy to talk to. They want to make sure you are completely satisfied. They deserve all the credit. Highly recommend dealing with them and getting their internet quote that is very competitive and they even match the lowest price. Do not hesitate to contact them with any questions.

The employee I worked with was good however, after I purchased my car and went back to get some additional work done, I came across another employee that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was supposed to get some work done on a used MDX I purchased per the sales contract but the sales person who I signed the contract was not available and I wanted some clarity on some work that needed to be done so I was forwarded to another employee.....boy was this man the rudder customer service person I have ever met! He even went on to tell me "well you should have thought about it before you paid for the car" and that too in the worst possible attitude and the russet tone! Very unpleasant experience that happened two years ago but I will never forget it. I will also never buy a car from that dealership again.

Great Experience. Make sure if you visit the dealership to work with Denise Maniakouras. She made the whole buying experience very easy for us. Also, we requested that the dealership inspect and fix a few items, and Denise saw to it that each one of them were done before we arrived.
