My vehicle was arrived on time and was taken into the service area promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner and I left the dealership in time to visit friends and run errands. I rely on the service department at John Jones to keep my pickup running at its peak performance as I hate getting stranded on the road when traveling. I had a comfortable work area to use while waiting for the work to be done and I was updated frequently about the work being completed and checked on for my personal comfort. These are only some of the reasons why I have stayed with this dealership since John Jones took it over many years ago and try to be a good ambassador for this business. I appreciate the loyalty that John shows to his customers.

I drove 45 minutes to get to this dealership and initially it was a great experience. I found a car that I liked, the staff was very nice and professional. The facility was very clean and well kept all the way down to the service department. Very impressed. I was able to find a car and have paperwork complete within a few hours. The AC was not working properly so I decided to leave my car to have it serviced the next day. The next day has now turned into next week! So I have a new car that I am paying for that I’ve won’t even have the chance to drive until “next week”. I realize that things happen but if I had known then, I would have chose a different car and maybe a different dealership because now I know that any maintenance needed will be a drawn out process. Now they offered for me to come get the car without air and bring it back but the several day process will be put off until another day which isn’t a solution. They offered to drive the car to me once serviced which is great but once again, what will future service be like and I’m currently having to pay for a car that I have never even had in my possession. There’s no compensation for that. If I could cancel the purchase, I would but that’s not an option. I just expected more from a small town dealership. I feel like they sell u a dream and once you sign, that great service goes by the dumpster. So sad and disappointed 😔

I love the vehicle I purchased & the service team really did a great job in a timely manner but beware if you purchase a critical protection plan or warranty & like to pay bills over the phone. Literally every month when I call to pay I get bounced around to 3-5 people & sit on hold for 30 minutes & sometimes I'm asked to call back another day. It is by far the most inconvenient payment I make every month.

Make Adrienne Your Salesperson! I recently purchased a vehicle from John Jones, Salem location. I walked in having no idea of what I wanted or how this process worked, but knew I definitely wanted Adrienne Hoar. Adrienne went above and beyond for me and to make my car buying experience so amazing. I told her I wanted to stick to a certain budget and she made sure to stay within that. She also never once pressured me into something else. Adrienne also stayed with me that night to make sure I was leaving with something. She even helped me with all the new gadgets my car had. She is the sweetest salesperson I’ve ever been to and I’m so thankful I got her for my car buying experience. I would recommend Adrienne to anyone and everyone. She is simply the best and I will definitely be back!

1st I would like to thank Xavier Burton and his help. We live out of town and looking for a car for my wife. I found John Jones online using text, emails & face time. Xavier walked us through cars that we wanted. Communication was great. We bought from him without personally seeing or driving our car. Xavier delivered our car to our house.
