I own a small plumbing business and have purchased all my vehicles from John Kennedy Ford of Jenkintown. 2 new and 1 used Ford Transit Vans and I also recently purchased my personal F-150 from here. I have worked with John O. since the first day I walked in their door for my first van 2.5 years ago and would only work with him. He is great to work with and is always professional, honest, and fair. John O. is my go to guy and as my company grows I'll be purchasing all my future vans/trucks from him. I have also used their service department for regular maintenance and they also do a great job. Thank you for the great service and vehicles.

Super friendly folks who work there. Took my car to get an internal diagnostic. The intake process for your car is very easy. Simply drive inside the service garage, give them your identifying information, and they will have you squared away.

I’ve been coming to John Kennedy Ford for a little over a year to take care of my 2018 Escape todo regular check ups. So when then chance to get a new Bronco Sport came I knew where to go. Emily Evangelista, Kevin Martin and Rob the sales manager were an awesome team. Kevin got me the best APR and Emily walked me through the whole process and helped me reserve the next shipment of Bronco Sports. Most of the paper work was done before we got there making it the quickest car purchase I’ve ever had. Trust in this place and this team for honesty and service.

I called this location around 10:45am on September 9. I asked if I needed an appointment to test drive the brand new bronco they had sitting on the lot facing the main road. The guy said no, just come on down whenever. I should have asked his name but he never provided one even when initially answering the phone. But I come in 30 minutes later. Walk inside, there’s like four employees talking with each other. One of them says hi. That’s it. Didn’t even ask if I needed anything. So I just walked out. I don’t need to spend 60k at this place. Never do business with local dealers.

They are pretty much a bunch of crooks! I brought my Ford Focus in with the transmission issues because the warning light was on. There is a class action lawsuit for it so the dealership should be fully aware of it. They turned off the light and charged me money, and then their service advisor Ricky said everything was fixed and returned the car back to me. Of course the issue was not fixed! I took it to a mechanic friend that I know. They figured out the issue and took the car back to the dealership. They admitted what they did and sent the fee that they charged back to me as a cheque in the mail. They totally disregarded safety and failed to mention the recalls when I brought the car in, but turned off the warning light, lied about having the actual issue fixed, and charged me a fee for it!! Stay away from this dealership and service department for your own safety!
