I have purchased many vehicles over the years, some good experiences and some not so good. With Toyota of Johnson City, it was top notch. People of their word when pen hit paper. My sales person Logan was outstanding in working with me and ensuring my experience was as smooth as possible. Logan is a top notch individual in a top notch organization. Mark (manager) also deserves a mention as good people. My new puchase of a tacoma was nothing less than spot on as i hoped and wished for due the hard work put in by Toyota of Johnson City. Recently, I was shopping for a vehicle. I had been to a couple of car lots and the salesmen were very pushy and even tried to sell me vehicles I wasn't looking for. Right down to telling me that the color (diaper green) "would grow on me after time!" I went to see Logan McDavid, and told him what I was looking for. He didn't show me the "tiny" cars, the "diaper green" cars, etc. He showed me ones that I may be interested in. He was very polite! Very helpful! Answered all my questions! ( sometimes more than once!) He never got frustrated with me and definitely NEVER tried to push a vehilce on me that I was not interested in just to try and make a sale. He worked hard with me! And he never left me stranded.. He stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. I would recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to go to Johnson City Toyota and asking for Logan McDavid! He will help you to get exactly what you want!

We were interested in buying a used Toyota 4 Runner from this dealership . We dealt with LM and NP as the sales consultant.We were scheduled to see and drive a used 4Runner that had been traded into the dealership and had committed to them that we will proceed with the deal once we drove the car. After having called multiple times to the concerned salesman , we received the call that the car had " been sold" behind our backs over a weekend when it had supposedly not even made it to the lot.It's very disappointing to know that these used car salesmen are so not trustworthy and lack thorough professionalism.Dr M.

I'm really sick and tired of writing nice reviews and giving this dealership the benefit of a doubt because now, thinking since the 2016 Jeep patriot was returned and the deal was cancelled(due to them selling it to me with no AC unit ), that they would have not put a hold on my bank account for the down payment... I finally got in touch with the finance department (that was with me calling them back, due to the whole leaving a message thing not working with anyone in sales or finance it seems) Now I have to pay for their mistake literally.I you need anything taken care of I suppose you just have to show up their or not deal with them at all. . I've been way to nice and patient and clearly that gets you no where with Johnson City Used Toyota... I am letting everyone know my story. I feel bad for the ones their that actually do there job because the ones that don't make the whole place look pretty bad.

2010 honda pilot came in on a trade to JC location on a Saturday. I drove it on Monday. Was told it needed to be detailed and then inspected before sale. Made arangements to pick up on Wednesday, on Wednesday i was told the car was sent to Morristown to pick up another car and was left there and not brought back. Was promised by management that they would get the car back to JC that day and get inspection/ detail complete on Thursday and it will be held for me to pick up on Friday. Today is Friday and i recieved a call telling me the Pilot was sold in Morristown without their knowledge. Not only have i been led on the TYPICAL dealership "we will help you out" charade but wasted the entire week for finding a family car that i am looking for. This dealership does not deserve hard working and honest business from me. They certainly do not want my business. Thanks alot for wasting my time.Glad i didnt spend my money here

We purchased a used Crosstrek at this dealership today. From the minute we walked on the lot we were treated with respect and consideration for our time. The salesperson we worked with was Matt Hamilton, who deals with Internet sales (we had identified the car we were interested in on Car Gurus) He is a wonderful person and did not pressure us in any way. He got us the deal we wanted and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The whole process was accomplished very efficiently and respectfully. We were astonished to discover that a one year bumper to bumper warrantee was included in the amazing deal that we negotiated. The dealer had only one key but made a promise and put it in writing that we would have a second keyless entry key within a week. We plan to return to Johnson City Toyota for our next purchase and highly recommend this dealership and Matt Hamilton!

My husband and I just traded our Camry for a Rav 4 at Johnson City Toyota. We were given 2000.00 off the purchase price and an additional 500.00 rebate. We also paid 2500.00 of our own money. After doing my own research I knew my Camry's trade in value was anywhere between $10000.00 and 12900.00. Michael and I owed 12300.00 on my car. They offered me $8500.00 for my car. I said no that is too low. My sales guy asked "What can I do to make this deal?" I said you need to pay off my car. He checked with his sales manager, came back, and said "Good new guys we are going to pay off your car." Of course we thought that was just great. We were feeling pretty great about our purchase.Well after spending about four hours in the dealership with a six month old, which in my opinion is an excessively long time, we were finally taken back to a business office. We were presented with all the additional things we could buy with different numbers listed. We only chose the gap insurance. The numbers listed included $8500.00 for trade in, the balance on my Camry, and any down payments. At that point, I specifically asked about the 8500.00 and asked once again "You are paying off my Camry, correct?" And once again I was told yes. At that point I felt completely confident about my purchase. Then, the flurry of paperwork began. Lay a paper down sign it and then take it away. Lay a paper down and then take it away. Repeat. Several electronic signatures. And this is where I made a huge mistake. And believe me, I own this mistake. I did not read the itemized purchase order. Where it listed that I had negative equity. The difference between my pay off and 8500.00. You see. "I need you to pay off my car" is obviously an ambiguous statement. One that I personally feel I was tricked on. At no point were the words "negative equity" muttered. Not by the sales person and not by the financial officer.My husband and I went back this morning to confront the situation. I told them I hoped they would correct this mistake and honor the deal that they made and to let them know that I know they knew what I meant about "paying my car off." After explaining to multiple people what was said and done, the sales manager laid all of the paperwork with our signatures and told us that we signed for the purchase agreement and he was not going to change a thing.One thing that upset me the most is this: I asked them if it was their policy to not verbally state we would have negative equity. He asked me if it was my policy not to read a contract I signed. We have great credit. We had money down. We are a Toyota family and this was my second Toyota purchase. We have always paid our payment and have never been late. I do not appreciate the way this purchase was handled.

Overall a very pleasant experience. However, the day we had an appointment to test drive the RAV4 we were looking at. The salesman we had been talking to, was very late and we ended up doing the test drive and started the buying process with another salesman. After we had been with him we were turned back over to the original salesperson and had to start over again. We felt that he missed the appointment so we should have stayed with the one who was helping us then. We were also promised that we would be called to bring the car in to have a small area touched up on the back. We were never called and it was supposed to have been done Thursday the 7th. We are very happy with the RAV4 and if it last as long as our Corolla did, that will be great.

I wrote a review 2 days ago and I guess again because it was honestly negative it didn't get posted.Probably the same here.Anyway as a follow up to my terrible visit there from a hundred miles away,I was called by a lady who wanted to know what went on and upon telling her she said she would resolve it and call me back a little later that day.Well it's been 2 days and she hasn't called yet.I'm not surprised.As I said before,they just need management that knows how to sell autos and deal with customers.But,again,so do most Take it or leave it dealers such as this one.

I am very pleased with the deal I received from Johnson City Toyota. I shopped online for the best price on a 2016 RAV4 for a couple of days. I talked to dealers in GA, NC, OH, SC, and AL. My previous two vehicles were purchased out of state due to better pricing elsewhere. On Saturday morning I contacted Dylan at JC Toyota and was informed they received a RAV4 on the truck the night before with the exact color and options I was looking for. Johnson City Totota went out of their way to make the deal and that says a lot about this dealership. It was refreshing to be able to buy a car locally again. There was a slight misunderstanding during negotiation, but the staff was professional and did what they could to make it right. Most of all, I got the exact Toyota I wanted for a competitive price.

My car (2007 Rav4) was scheduled for an oil change at 11:10 am and as I had to wait on my car, I decided to walk around the car lot. There was one car I was looking at and a salesman came over and asked if I wanted to look at the inside. As I had about 45 minutes to wait, I thought why not; and then I took a test drive. The car was okay; but I was not in the market for a new car. The salesman asked me to wait a minute to see what he could offer. His offer was way out of my price range. The salesman then wanted to show me another car, one which he said had more leeway in "dealing". The car was okay; but again, I was not in the market for a new car. At this time my car's service was complete. I paid for the service and the salesman said I would be reimbursed for the service if I left with a new car. The price, again, was out of my range. I told the salesman my grandson (age 13) was at home alone and I had to go. He asked me again to wait a moment to see what he could do. I know now I should have been rude and said sorry, I have to go; but I was trying to be courteous. This back and forth went on for about two more hours. At this point, I was extremely hungry, my grandson was calling to see when I would be home. I told the salesman I had to go and he asked for me to wait once again and brought out the sale manager who talked about another hour trying to get me to buy or lease the car. As I had had nothing to eat all day, my mental capacity was not as sharp as it should have been. Again, I told the salesman and manager that I needed to go as I was hungry and my grandson had been home all day by himself. I should have left; but I agreed to a lease on a car I really did not need just to get home. Then - they rushed me to clean out my car, the salesman helped me as he had a funeral to attend; by saying he cleaned out the glove compartment and doors. I was so glad to get out of there - at this time it was 5:00 or 5:15. I went home and realized the salesman had not cleaned out the glove box or the doors. I had some important legal papers in my glove box and had to return to the dealership to get them. AND I was not reimbursed for the service that was performed on my car. I have purchased several cars in the past; but never have I been treated like I was being interrogated and could not leave. I have driven Toyotas for the past 18 years and am sold on the quality of the cars; but do not recommend this dealership.

This was the worst car buying experience ever. After taking my 2015 Nissan rouge in for a trade on a 2015 Toyota highlander only because the rouge was to small for my wife's business needs, we were insulted by a trade in value offer of 15000.00 on a car that listed for almost 34000.00 a year ago. We went down the road to morristown and was offered 9000.00 more on our trade, which was a very good experience. Will never go to Johnson city Toyota again, ever! Crooks

Overall we had a great buying experience. I just have one bone of contention and that is regarding our trade in. At the urging of Toyota of Johnson City's website I valued my trade according to their link to Kelley Blue Book. I then received an e-mail with an approximate value for my current car. During the negotiation I was offered about $6000 less for my trade-in than the low end of my estimate. I was told that the Kelley Blue Book method is not valid and that banks won't lend used car buyers that kind of money. Needless to say I was shocked! After a couple of hours of negotiation we finally agreed on a value that was higher but still significantly lower than the low end estimate. My wife fell in love with the car so I purchased it... No body forced me to do this of course but I was very disappointed that the dealership did not honor the trade-in value that I received via the site LINKED on their web page. I will not buy again from Toyota of Johnson City.

We went to take my stepdaughter car shopping and ended up driving home in our very own 2016 Tacoma Sport. We couldn't have been more pleased with the staff and the personal touch they applied. My husband was looking for a reasonably priced toyota truck .He found 1 online and called them about it. He offered them a fair price which was NADA book, meaning that is what the car lot can sell it for top retail. They said come on down we will work out a deal. We get there, test drive it and start to look at numbers. There lowest price was 2000 OVER retail. Then he proceeded to explain the price. Needless to say, he didn't leave room for questions about why used car salesmen get a bad rap. He proved the rule. Wasted trip to johnson city..we could have been told his deal over the phone ...no leaving house required.

The service center is very poor. I was charged $150.00 to test drive my truck because it was vibrating at 50 to 60 mph. They said it need a tune up. I told them it needed a tune up. They also used 1/2 a tank of gas.. I was given a estimate of $2000.00 to fix other problems, my bill was over $ 2000.00 and the work is still not finished, and they can not tell me how much more it will cost. I called the service manager, and left a message. It took him 4 days to call me back. He stated he was not at his desk. He would call me back. Four days later he did call and left me a message to call back. I have since left him two new messages and have not heard back. I call the service department, to try and the cost to finish the work. Again was told they would have to call be back. It has been two days and no return call. They never did tell me why my truck was vibrating. They did give a estimate for 4 new tires $7206.26.

Communication, follow-up, and attention to detail have been amazing from this entire group of folks - They were willing to look nation-wide for a vehicle in the make/model I wanted with specific options, then paid to have it brought here from another city for me to see. I have several vehicles and have dealt with several dealerships over time, but have never had the level of service I've had so far from this group. They are friendly, accommodating, and fun to be around. Oh, and they recommend great places to eat - Don't get Kelly started on Hokie Smokie - HA! We were in town for the Bristol night race and were looking at used 4wd Tacomas on the lot but after looking at the new 2015 Tacoma Access Cab wanted to see what kind of deal could be made on it. We arrived at Johnson City Toyota about 11am and within 2 1/2 hours we were driving off the lot with a brand new truck exactly the way we wanted it. Loved how fast and efficient the entire staff was. If and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely return to Johnson City Toyota!

I have purchased my vehicles over the course of my life. This is a couple of first time experiences. I contacted the dealership via the internet to discuss a particular vehicle in inventory. This particular vehicle appeared to meet my needs. Andrea from internet sales contacted me and we reviewed several options. We agreed to the terms of sale and decided that my wife and I would come to Johnson City to drive the vehicle. Just to make it clear this was a three and half hour trip from our home in North Carolina. As you can imagine Johnson City is not the closest Toyota dealer to me. However, the fact that Andrea was prompt and followed-up was most important. Once we arrived at the dealership we found it to be a buyer friendly experience. Back to the first time experiences. Johnson City Toyota is a great place to buy a new car. I decided to think about their offer overnight and told them I'd get back with them the next day. In the meantime, I contacted another Toyota dealership and got a price on the same car. I called Johnson City Toyota and told them and they came back with a deal sweeter than the other dealership. I was pleased with their willingness to work with me. After I decided to buy my Prius there, they were extremely professional. I liked that. This is the second car I have purchased from that dealership and I received excellent care with both purchases. I highly recommend Johnson City Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car.

I went to Johnson City Toyota to purchase a Toyota Corolla LE Premium they had on their website and on AutoTrader.com. The car was on both websites for over a week and I emailed someone about it the morning that I went to see it. When we got there, a nice young man looked over their parking lot several times in the rain looking for it. After waiting for about an hour, I was told the vehicle wasn't there. I was then shown several "similar" cars, but none had the features or the price the website car. They showed me a car that was almost $7000! more than the one I wanted. After a lot of stalling, they finally said that the advertised car wasn't there, had never been there and that the website car was a mistake. I understand that mistakes get made, but it was on their website and AutoTrader for over a week. At what point does it become false advertising? One of the many people I talked to admitted that I wasn't the only one that came looking for the car, so if they knew there was a problem, why wasn't it fixed and why didn't the person I emailed tell me it was a mistake?They told me they wanted to make things right and would work with me if I found something I wanted. Of course I wanted the car that was $7000 over the original car and they offered me an additional $500 off the rebate price. What!!! That's not making things "right". When i shook my head no, the man scoffed at me like I was passing up the deal of a lifetime. It was very rude, especially considering that it was their mistake. I left Johnson City Toyota very upset and disillusioned. I decided to stop at Toyota of Kingsport to see what they had. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but said they could get it for me. I laughed and said they have it at Johnson City Toyota. Long story short, I got the car I loved at a great price from Toyota of Kingsport and they took the car from Johnson City Toyota. Save yourself trouble and aggravation and stay away from Johnson City Toyota. But if you're looking for a Toyota, try Toyota of Kingsport. They are great!

My husband and I went to Johnson City Toyota yesterday and were completely taken advantage of. We are both under 25, and I believe they thought we didn't know what we were doing and could sucker us into anything. We waited over 3 hours to negotiate the price on a 2015 Tacoma. We asked if they had any deals in which Fred responded "We have plenty of deals!". After test driving the vehicle, he prompted us to come inside so we could talk about the "numbers". Assuming that we would be negotiating the price, we agreed to go in. We sat at his desk as he logged us into the system, and said that he would first need to speak with Wade before we could talk about the numbers. Wade came out and asked us if he could try to get us a lower finance rate than what we were already approved for. We agreed, and he spent the next three hours in his office while my husband and I patiently waited at the desk. After three hours, Wade finally came back and said that we would have to pay a higher rate than what we were already approved for and I said "Absolutely not! We haven't even negotiated the price yet, that's why we are waiting!" He looked shocked and said "You haven't discussed pricing yet? Well there aren't any discounts on these, they are what they are! Hang on." After saying that, he went and got Fred, and then Fred said he couldn't make the decision, and he went and got someone else, and then the next man Fred brought to us said they could only take off $500 and no more. We were so frustrated; we left the dealership and went to the Toyota dealership in Bristol, and they found a Tacoma exactly to our specifications that could be shipped in. They took $1,000 off the price, and today I googled the VIN and it turns out that the truck is actually going to be transferred from Johnson City Toyota to Bristol. Much happier giving our money to Bristol since they were so nice and didn't give us the run around... We finished the deal at Bristol in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours like at Johnson City. I would never recommend anyone to Johnson City Toyota. Don't waste your time. They are obviously crooks if they will try to take advantage of two young customers.

Visited looking for a 2009 honda pilot that was listed online. Showed up in the system but no one could figure out where it was. Finally someone said a customer was driving it (didn't know if for a purchase or for a service loan) said it would be back Monday. It is now Wednesday and it's still not in the lot and nobody knows why. Car fax said it was serviced at JC Toyota on Monday but when I called I got the same response (customer driving it not on the lot be back tomorrow???) Wanted to buy the SUV but after all of this I'm taking my business elsewhere! Horrible organization.

Our sales person (Chris Nadeau) really knows the Toyota brand. He was able to answer all our questions regarding features of the Venza. The entire dealership staff was polite and respectful ...even after we signed the agreement! The listed car price was $1200 below neighboring dealerships which made a great starting point to bargain even further. Terry Sewell was professional, honest and very helpful with accessories we considered. Tyler Shuttle, the finance officer explained the documentation and warranties but was not overly aggressive to sell, and for that we are grateful. Based on our experience we will be back again!

My husband and I were car shopping and decided to look at a 2015 Toyota. A salesperson approached us and we told him exactly what we wanted and what was required on a new car. He pointed out a Camry and we test drove it. Seemed to be what we wanted so we decided to start negotiating. As the process proceeded, I noticed that two of our requirements were not on this car! So, back to the lot to find the right car. After a short time, we were back negotiating with another car. Not the easiest to deal with, but after a time, we came to an agreement. We left the lot with our new 2015 Camry with the temp plates attached. Our temp plate has expired and I contacted them and they stated the perm plate would be in the mail in a few days. We waited over a week, no plate. Called back and our salesman personally delivered another temp plate to us and said the perm. plates should arrive within the week.....a week has passed and still no perm. plate! What are they charging over $400 for???? They should be able to go and get the plate the next day and get it in the mail to the customer.

If you do so, be sure to ask for Dylan. When meeting with Dylan, he got right down to business and found us the car with the package that we wanted in minutes. Because of Terry, when the car was delivered to us at the front door, it had been totally detailed and was dry, even though it was a rainy day. I can't say enough about this dealership. I was referred by a former employee who said that I had to check out the Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. Having been a previous Lexus, Mercedes and BMW owner, I was hesitate to "drop back" into a Toyota. I couldn't have been more wrong. After driving the Highlander, being in it and spending some time with it, it blows away the Lexus RX in features and is so much larger than both the RX and new NX Lexus models, plus I didn't have to deal with the errogance of Lexus sales. While Christmas shopping we dropped in at Toyota in Johnson City. Your inventory had the exact make and model we were looking for in a new car. All staff was helpful and courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We are previous Lexus, Toyota Camry and Toyota pick-up owners and have family who also have purchased a number of Toyotas. My first Toyota purchase was in 1990 at this same location. That vehicle gave me many years of reliable transportation as have all the others. We are very hopeful that we will have the same experience with the new Avalon. Thanks again for everything.

We were just looking for my wife a new car. Happened to be in Johnson City and stopped by J. C. Toyota. Mark Lady was extremely helpful and patient, we have a hard time making final decisions. He helped us browse the options and models and now my wife has a new Camry.Really appreciate his attitude and personality. It felt like we were dealing with a friend. My wife and I recently traded in our 2003 Carolla for a 2014 Carolla! This is the 2nd Carolla that we have owned and were just so amazed by how far the Carolla has come since the 03 model. Overall this is our 4th Toyota purchase. Having said that, the buying experience that we had at Johnson City Toyota was by far our best experience! Dylan and Chad were exceptional at answering our questions and concerns. Additionally, they were extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. At no point did my wife and I ever feel pressured or threatened by the buying process. I recently purchased a '15 SR5 Premium from Johnson CIty Toyota. What was to be a test drive turned into the purchase of a new car! Brian Green was an excellent salesperson and very easy to work with. I would recommend that you ask for him if you choose to inquire about any of their cars. He will make you feel at home and make the process as easy for you as possible. As a woman, buying a car can be intimidating. I'm happy to say I never once felt that way. I was talked to with respect and was given a great price and trade in value from Kelly. I was also given a lower interest rate than my local lender could provide. Terry did an excellent job of walking me through the features and setup of my car. She also scheduled my first maintenance appointment and explained extra options and protection plans that Toyota provides. Although my purchase was made late at night, the staff was courteous and caring. They even helped me clean out personal items from my trade in (in the cold and dark) with a smile. This dealership is full of amazing people who will make sure you get the best experience possible.

Buying a new car with a very low mileage trade was a real pain. Too many games! Too much paper work and too much time spent buying. All in all I really like the new car and it's a comfortable ride. O nly wish we could get back to when things were simpler.

I WENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND TRYED TO PURCHASE A NEW TRUCK, THE MANAGER I TALKED TO MADE ME A GOOD DEAL OR I THOUGHT HE HAD UNTIL HE SAID HE COULD NOT GET ME THE TRUCK I WANTED AND WANTED ME TO TAKE ANOTHER ONE I DIDNT WANT AND SAID THERE WAS NOT ONE OUT THERE TO BRING IN LIKE I WANTED, I WENT HOME CALLED JOHNSON CITY TOYOTA AND THEY FOUND THE TRUCK I WANTED THAT DAY AND WENT THE NEXT DAY AND PICKED IT UP AND THEY BEAT BRISTOL TOYOTA PRICE AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE AND THEY DIDNT SEE MY TRUCK UNTIL THE DAY I WENT TO GET MY TRUCK, I TOLD THEM WHAT I HAD AND THE OFFER I WAS MADE AT BRISTOL AND THEY WERE HONEST WITH ME AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME. Everyone was easy and great to work with. Teri was very thorough in explaining the vehicle and Toyota services to us. I would definitely suggeset you talk with Johnson City Toyota. Lukas was great to work with in purchasing my vehicle. The sales managers were friendly as well. It is always stressful when making such a large purchase but everyone from sales to delivery helped ease the stress.

Buying a new car for the first time was super nerve-racking and even though I ended up having to order my 2015 Highlander and wait for it to arrive, it was well worth the wait! I love my new car so much! Kelly was awesome to work with while I waited for my car to arrive and didn't mind my weekly calls to check in! Terry was a delight to interact with discussing everything I didn't and probably still don't really know what my car does! Tyler really broke down what my payment would be and what I wanted to pay! Also, Brett who sold me the car was very personable and a big help! I really enjoyed my first new car buying experience thanks to JC Toyota!

I purchased a 2015 Rav4 from Johnson City Toyota. The salesperson, Brett Morey, was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure they were competitive in helping me get the best deal in the area. He was readily available by phone or text during the process of narrowing down the perfect vehicle for me. When he located a vehicle at another dealership, he expediently arranged to have it brought in to their lot the day after Thanksgiving, saving me from having to rent a car over the weekend. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, the process was simple and everyone was so friendly and helpful. From Brett getting the ball rolling, to Tyler, the finance guy, efficiently having the paperwork completed, everyone was super helpful. And, I can't say enough good things about Terry Sewell, the delivery coordinator. She made the whole process of showing me the features of my car and integrating my electronics seem like I was just hanging out with a good friend. She's awesome. Additionally, she recommended the PermaPlate on the vehicle and Tyler helped make it affordable. I tend to buy and keep my Toyota vehicles for years, but when I am ready to purchase another one, I'll be sure to revisit Johnson City Toyota.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Camry from Johnson City Toyota. We found the entire process to be an exceptional experience. Everyone from the sales associate, Mark; the financial advisor, Tyler; and the delivery coordinator Terry was professional. The staff truly care about your experience with them. There was no pressure, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. They had to go out of state to get the Camry we wanted. They had it the next day, we were impressed. Terry the delivery coordinator spent a great deal of time explaining everything about the car, set up my cell phone with the Bluetooth, and made sure we understood all the special features on the car. Her personality made you feel comfortable and confident about all the new things on the car. It means a lot to know that a car dealership cares that much about your experience with them. Tonight my husband and I bought our first Toyota!! We have been researching the Camry Hybrid for over a year now. We walked into the dealership and was greeted by Jamie. After buying 2 Toyotas from Phil Bachman, we thought to try Johnson City Toyota. We were not disappointed: great buying experience, great maintenance service, friendly staff in an updated facility with no complaints. We did not see exactly what we wanted on the lot, but Steve was able to find what we want in a neighboring state. An added bonus was the extra time spent explaining all the features on our new vehicle and pairing our phones via Bluetooth. Terry went above and beyond our expectations.

I purchased my car new in 2011 from Shane. I had purchased from Phil Bachman on 2 previous vehicles and stopped by on my way to North Carolina (to purchase an Avalon) and just "talk " to Shane per my brother-in-law. I had an absolutely great experience with Shane and would highly recommend him! He is extremely professional and courteous. I have loved my car and have had really good experiences with the service (John). I am glad I stopped and purchased my vehicle from them instead of going to NC. I will return to Shane when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

I was told they would honor an Auto Trader certificate. After driving 4 hours to get there, those idiots offered me $6,000 BELOW the Auto Trader offer. I was honest about the mileage and condition of the truck. There were no problems that couldn't be corrected with tough up paint and removing one dent! I'm sure if I had been a male the offer would have been much higher. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had! After traveling more than 3,500 miles (12.5 hr flight including lay-over time and spending $500 on my plane ticket) to Johnson City Toyota (which Josh Duvall and Sales Manager Vince Hawkins were well aware of) to purchase this vehicle VIN: 3TMMU4FN7DM057041. I realized that the truck had been in an accident after a visual inspection. The accident damage was NOT reported in the CARFAX, nor disclosed to me prior to my flight. The entire rear bumper is damaged as well as the entire passenger bed side panel. After I directly asked Mr. Duvall over the phone (before my flight) if the truck had any dents, scratches or other damage, he stated that there is a ding on the truck. I repeat, Mr. Duvall only stated that there is a ding on the truck that was impossible to see in the tiny photos that were sent to me. I am disgusted to know that these sales people consider damage to an entire rear bumper and side panel a DING. After spending 7 hours of my time at the dealership including collecting 3 unbiased body shop repair quotes with estimates amounting to $1,814.04 in extra repair costs, they were unwilling to work with me to repair the truck, They were only willing to pay $200 to their "Bumper Guy" to repair the damage. Their resolution was completely unacceptable and laughable! Results were Sales Manager Vince Hawkins refunded my $500 deposit, left me stranded in the evening in a small one horse town, and only offered to drive me 1 mile up the road to Enterprise rental car. After talking to a few of their in-store customers about my situation and why I was upset. Vince Hawkins finally conceded to paying $9 for a cab ride to the nearest Grey Hound bus station to get me out of their store. My advise is not to deal with Johnson City Toyota. They were NOT upfront, did not disclose damage to a truck they are trying to sell, and were completely disrespectful and unreasonable. If only I could post pictures of the damage to the truck, you would also be disgusted by their lack of car damage disclosures!

I try to buy 4 runner I can sell E155967 which is a 2014 Toyota 4Runner 4wd SR5 package WITH 3rd row and back up camera for $33,900 plus taxes, tag and $399 documentation fee. Orginal MSRP is $37,069. and when I talk to here she say been sell and I call back see what she write E155967 I am able to do teh $35,750 plus taxes, tag and $399 documentation fee. i will never deal this people it's scam and shame

Although it required several visits to repair the problem, Tony did what he could to expedite the delivery of the part and was quite helpful in getting the repairs done. i wish to commend him and the service area for the kind work and attention.David L.
