I am very pleased with the service that I recieved this week,on my 2014 Ford Focus HatchBack. The customer sevice Rep. Kevin Burns was excellent he guided me through the whole process. Putting me in a nice 2014 Ford Focus Rental car I loved it because it was my favorite color red. I must say somthing about the young lady that in the rental dept. I forget her name but she was very nice,and very professional as well. My whole experience flowed very,very,very well. Keep Up The Great Work. It was very appreciated. this is the 2nd recall for drivers airbag. which took around 9 hrs of my time. i asked around to get a hat at least for my time. and was ignored. bow i have the passenger airbag. another 4 plus hrs of my time. i work graves so its hard to spend time sitting atound.i live about 45 min away. and aint able ro drop it off. ?

I sent Pedro a question on a truck that they had not yet posted any pictures of. I was interested in the truck but wanted to see some pictures to help me decide if I wanted to drive down to Casa Grande. He went out and took at least a dozen photos and text them to me in just a few minutes. The truck was something I was interested in so I made the drive. Three hours later I was on the way home in my new truck. The deal went well and I got a price that was very fair and I was satisfied with.The experience was quite good and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanted to shop for a vehicle

I called after seeing a vehicle on cars.com that would be able to transport my electric wheelchair. It was a silver 2012 Ford Transit Connect. I explained that I was ddisabled with ALS with a 2011 Sonata Limited that was Paid off and that I was on a fixed income and wanted to wheel and deal on the car I wanted for 14k. He offered only 7500 or less on my car that was blue booked at 10k and didn't even try to budge on the price. I have never met a car salesman or dealership that didn't make any effort to try to earn my business. I also asked if the dealership helped people with disabilities and he said they are donated enough for the year. Not once did he make any effort to check with management or a supervisor to see if they could do anything. He was really nice at first and then rushed to get off the phone as soon as he found out I didn't have enough to purchase it anytime soon. I was only trying to get a guesstimate so I knew how much to raise on GoFundMe to pay the difference between my car and the Ford Transit. I'm sure if I went to one of the bigger dealers with my story that is known to help with charitable situations in the community, I would finally have a vehicle to transport my wheelchair and keep my independence. Even though I don't have family or anyone that can help me, it's not like I didnt have anything of value. we were only 4000 away from making a sale. But the salesman wasn't interested at all and his attitude changed from the beginning of the conversation to when he knew he wasn't going to make a sale. I worked in car sales before in San Diego and know that dealers make there money off of used cars and good trade ins because they can negotiate more on the used cars. The salesman represents the dealer he works for and clearly they wouldn't budge, negotiate or help in any way which is quite sad. I've been looking at cars online since I was prescribed my wheelchair and finally found the one I wanted. Even though they are in casa grande and I'm in Vail,Az, I would of made the trip but his lack of interest and unwillingness to try to negotiate at all even without asking a superior who has the ability to make such a decision to negotiate. That's really too bad. I had high hopes since he explained it was a family owned dealership. S. Hoppe

Needed to get a review of service engine lite as on the way to mothers funeral and first the service manager for GMC didn't show to work and they had to locate him. Found out he didn't come to work eye apt. Really They sent me to the ford side and they were rude and said nothing we can do. If you want to leave it we could look at it tomorrow. I'm on the way to a funeral. Rudely said nothing we can so. OMG WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP NJUST TELL ME WHAT THE CODE SAYS. AND IF IT IS OK To DRIVE IT

2015 Deep Impact Blue Fusion SE ecoboost - with dark interiorCame to dealership because of Tom, mad deal because of Steve. Impressed that they got exact cart we wanted from another Ford dealer. ( twice before in 2000, and 2008 ) not getting specific requests led to out of town purchases of cars first chosen at Jones..but were offered here. Glad to get local sale this time.

We purchased a 2014 F350 Super Duty Lariat White Platinum SRW Crew Cab 6.7L Power Stroke V-8 Diesel. Rick Honeycutt (Sales Consultant) was very helpful at finding the right truck for our needs and taking the time to go over the communication system of the new vehicle, even though it was quite late in the evening, once we completed our purchase. The rest of the staff was equally helpful when asked.

He spent hours with me test driving very small,small which did not work having driven a medium to large SUV for 12+ years,he moved me into small to crossover SUV'S.FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
