Incredibly helpful service from the time I stepped onto the lot! The sales people worked with me to find the perfect new car. They were patient while I test drove each option and understanding when I would ask them to keep looking to source just what I wanted. Angela made the purchase process simple, with a quick online credit application. She walked me through my new car, helping me pair my phone and making sure I understood how to use all the features. Went to Jordon Toyota, not knowing what to expect. Started talking to Dawn Myers and found her very receptive to my situation. There was really no pressure put on me as the covid situation is what it is and the dealers are dealing with what they have. Ended up buying instead if leasing. Very good communication with Dawn and she kept me up to date regarding delivery. Closing the deal with her and Business Manager K. Bailey was very easy, and they were thorough and concise. Definitely a stop in the future for and purchases. Thanks! I am enjoying a great car.

Vanessa was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and attentive. We never felt any pressure to make a decision, there were no gimmicks, sales pitches, or obnoxious music/announcements blaring over the sound system. We were very pleased with what they offered us for our trade-in, vehicle prices were on every vehicle - making it easy to know which ones were in our price range, and they filled up the gas tank before we left. It was a simple, straightforward car buying experience!

Dan Stacker, salesman, stayed with us for nearly two hours while the paper work was completed due to a legal requirement by the State of Indiana was worked out..He used the time to explain many of the features of the new car. We are repeat customers with Jordans...the company cares.

8/6/2015 I am traveling and my oil light came on so I Googled Toyota dealerships and Jordan's Toyota came up. I stopped in to see about getting an oil change. I was met by the Assistant Service Manager and explained the problem, granted, I didn't have an appointment but was told they could work me in. I proceeded to tell him it was a fleet vehicle to which he replied I would be interrupting his lunch because he would have to make a phone call to get the approval so therefore he couldn't take care of me today. What kind of service is that?

We hadn't purchased a car for many years, and the thought of car shopping was overwhelming. We had been researching cars since December. We had visited six car dealerships, and had driven manymany potential purchases. We walked into Jordan to meet with Dan Miner regarding a used Toyota. After meeting Dan, we knew that driving a few extra miles, to come to Jordan, was well worth our time. Dan met with us on several occasions. He was extremely patient and helpful. We never felt rushed. Dan stayed with us throughout our entire purchase experience. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize our decision! We ended up purchasing a new Toyota, and had the pleasure of working the Mike Banashak and Jessica Brandli. They were very helpful and informative. Mike was entertaining throughout his demonstration on what our new Toyota had to offer! I don't remember ever laughing so much throughout a major purchase! I worked with Kara Mitchell from the used car department.... she is absolutely amazing! She made my experience so completely pain-free! She worked with Mike (who is also super funny and sweet!) from the Toyota side and together they have me riding in style in a cute sporty Corolla! Jessica from the finance department worked her butt to help me out and get me into a vehicle that worked for my situation!! She was wonderful and a true pleasure to work with! Several months ago we embarked on a long over-due mission of replacing our Toyota with another Toyota. We hate car shopping and approach it with deep dread and regret. We began looking at a dealership near our home but the vibes were not good. We decided to try Jordan's recognizing we were zeroing in on a certified used car even though it was a little higher in price than other options. We appreciated the fact that there was no haggling and we were actually buying into a little peace of mind. The additional peace of mind came in the form of a gentleman named Mike Gaffney. His intent was to educate us and see that we purchased the product that we were looking for long term. The auto we zeroed in on was indeed in our price range, but before we took the test drive Mike's supervisor approached him. Mike then returned to us and we were told that there had been a meeting and one of the autos discussed was the one we were interested in. There had been a price cut on that particular auto and Mr. Gaffney could then offer the auto to us at an even better deal than the one previously discussed. Were we interested? After the test drive of that auto and another newer model, it became apparent that the original auto at the excellent price was indeed our choice. We were quite interested in the auto before we were advised of the price cut. Mr. Gaffney did not have to reveal that info to us, but integrity is important to this gentleman. We have driven the Toyota for several months now and have nothing but good things to say about the auto, Jordan Toyota and Mike Gaffney.

I would like to thank Jordan Automotive Group for the best experience of my life. I was hunting for a truck and I have been looking for a few months. I have been all over northern Indiana and really couldn't get anybody to listen to what I wanted. they wanted to give me what they wanted to sell. Until Mike Gaffney got a hold of me he listened to what I wanted and we work at it . it was the most satisfying experience for me and my wife. Now this Ford man is now a Toyota man. Sean O'Connell is a very competent, concerned, and caring sales representive. He worked to understand our needs and wants. He never pushed us in a direction we did not want to go. He spent all the time we needed in the sales process and in the process of explaining our new Rav4 to us. We never felt rushed. He answered every question fully. He gave us contact information we needed to reach him any time if we have problems or questions. He worked to establish a relationship instead of regarding us as a sale and nothing more. Kim Hogle handled our paperwork and financial transaction for us. She is also very competent and caring. She's well organized and made what could have been a long and painful process into a quick, easy, and pleasant time. We appreciate the Jordan Way. We like the up front pricing, the openess of the individual who handled our trade, all the staff who made of feel welcome and appreciated.

We entered the establishment and everyone was friendly and helpful. I talked to Mike on the phone and had a good repore with him. After meeting with him he was very knowlegable and if he didn't know an answer, immediately got an answer for me. Everything from the start of the sale to the end of sale was in a very timely fashion.

I was in a severe time crunch to get a new vehicle for a trip to visit my ailing father on the east coast. Great experience working with Tanya, who listened to what I needed, and what the price range was for my lease. Was upfront about what could and could not be done to get me into the car, and I never felt like I was being led on. Tanya also responded to my communication eagerly and quickly. The entire staff was friendly, and new my name when I would walk in. By far the best car buying(leasing) experience I've ever had.

This is the 4th Toyota we've leased from Jordan Toyota. We keep going back for many reason's. On this visit they came up with the deal and price we wanted,with no hassle, and we drove away a new car.We service our car's here. I even take my '01 Tacoma here for service. So it is not a Toyota service agrrement that keep's us coming back for routine service. It is the fact that Jordan care's,they have great customer service and they do the work the right way. I can always count on them.Mike Gaffney was so easy to work with. Very helpful and understood our need's. I would say ask for this gentleman because he know's what his customer's desire.My wife and I have decided for our need's and car buying experience we'll never have to or want to buy from another dealer. This is the second purchase we've made of a certified pre-owned Toyota from Jordan's in the past three years. You couldn't ask for a more easy process. We left our house at 3:00 PM to drive to Jordan's to purchase the car we'd previously picked out (it's a 50-mile round trip), and we were back home by 6:45 PM. While we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed, I texted my sister and told her that we were in the process of buying a car and that it could take a while. She responded by saying, "It could take days!" I guess she's never purchased a car from Jordan's. The process is very smooth and easy, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We checked-out the Rav4s at the other local Toyota dealership, and the one we actually chose to purchase from Jordan's was $2,000 more than the one we were looking at across town, but Jordan's had the certified vehicle we wanted with the amenities we were looking for. Thanks for making us another happy customer!

Best dealership I have ever been to for service. They are knowledgable and honest. If they don't know the answer they will tell let me find for you. Not just making an answer up as they go. I have 2 Prius' and they take very good care of my cars and me. I would tell anybody that asks me what dealership should they go to and I would always say Jordan Toyota. We purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid this week and are very happy with our experience. After looking at cars for about 2.5 years, we just couldn't find a car that had the combination of great looking exterior, luxurious interior with very pleasing cockpit design, great mpg and reasonable price. As it turns out, we just had to wait for the new Avalon to come on the market, because that car does the trick for everything we were looking for. My wife has now owned 4 different Toyotas over the past 30 years: a Tercel, Corolla, Camry and now an Avalon. We did look at Lexus several times but never loved the interior (or the price). So, we feel very happy to stay with the Toyota brand, which oozes reliability and affordable maintenance, while still getting the level of luxury that we've been craving for a few years. And what made me move quickly was the 40 mpg! Our salesman, Mike Gaffney, was exceptional and always very friendly and helpful. He over-delivered on service, making sure we were comfortable thru the whole sales process. This was a very easy and enjoyable process of buying a new car. We would buy again at Jordan Toyota in a heartbeat.

Mike made getting into a new car a pleasure instead of a chore. What impressed me most was his ability to find answers to all my questions by involving other team members. He also showed great initiative,suggesting alternatives when necessary,to sway me to do business with him and the Jordon Team. Also I enjoyed his friendly banter and he does make one feel very comfortable with his sincere effort to find a car and deal that was best for me-not best for him.

Mike was very helpful with making this experience very easy, even when my wife got sick he came to our house to deliver the vehicle and so that she could sign the paperwork. This is the reason we have purchase 5 vehicles from Jordan Auto.

I have to say working with Jordan was a completely different experience. They were upfront with pricing, generous with our trade and no pressure. They worked hard to help us get into the perfect vehicle for us. We did shop around and their pricing was less than the local competition and, again without haggling. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family (I already have) and will use them for future purchases. They get an A+++ for customer service!

I went in to Jordan Toyota on a whim to look at Rav4s and was lucky enough to be introduced their sales associate Tia Battenberg, who in 10 minutes hands down convinced me, based on facts and specs of the car, that the Rav4 was an ideal fit for me. And even though I couldn't purchase the car at Jordan Toyota because I live in California, not getting a sale from me didn't deter Tia in any was from providing me with the utmost customer service and giving me her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I completely recommend buying a car from Tia at The Jordan Automotive Group.

We came in to see what small Toyotas were available. We were greeted and Mike Gaffney worked very hard with us to find the "right" car. I ended up buying a 2012 Corolla, due to the incentives. I wanted a certain color and they ordered that right away from another dealer. When the car arrived, there was some minor blemishes and all. Instead of just fixing the car, they had the integrity to refuse that car and order another car. They were always letting me know what was going on. Mike was very careful to let us know that he was sorry for the delay, but we honestly felt that this delay was well worth it! I now have purchased my 3rd car from Jordan Toyota and we will continue to be customers in the years to come.

I was very impressed and thankful for our salesman, Mike Gaffney. He, to me is what a car salesman should be. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I never felt pressured to buy anything. He was very kind to email me different cars he thought would be in the range that I had given him over the phone. He even called to check in. He was always very courteous and even stayed past closing time to ensure that I would be able to test drive both vehicles I was considering. He even took time to chat a bit after the sale was done and went the extra mile.I would very much recommend Jordan b/c I hold the same values that they hold, treat others like you would be treated and they understand that treating your customers right today means repeat and recommended business! Also, I would like to add that the lady in finance, I believe her name was Jessica, was fabulous. I brought my daughter in with me to sign the paperwork and she was patient and very kind in regards to her questions and comments.Thank you Jordan for figuring out that if your salesmen get paid no matter what kind of sale, if they even make a sale at all, that this helps ensure that my visit and my experience would be hassle free and I would never feel pressured to buy something I wasn't quite sure of.

We moved to this area about 4 years ago already owning a Toyota Avalon. We used Jordan's service dept. and were very satisfied. So when we decided it was time for a new car we knew we wanted another Avalon and Jordans was the logical choice. We were more than happy with our choice. They looked far and wide to get us the car in the color, and with the features, we were looking for. It was so nice not to feel pressured into buying something we wern't intested in. Tia and Jessica were incredible. Tia did a great job educating me about the various cars I was interested in and made sure I had all my questions answered before buying the car. It was less like talking to a sales person and more like having a knowledgable friend there with me. Jessica also did a great job helping me get to the payments where I wanted to be and made me feel confident about the purchase. The overall experience was fantastic and I'm recommend them to everyone I know.

I went to Toyota looking for a newer car and I was expecting it to be like every other dealership I went to, but it was the complete opposite. I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable while looking for a car. They did not pressure me into buying the car if I didn't feel comfortable and they tried their hardest to work with my budget to where I felt comfortable with my payments. Nic was so helpful in making sure I understood everything he was telling me and did not try to hold anything back from me. Jessica was so friendly and helped me get a lower percentage on my interest rate and answered any financial questions I had (which were alot!)Lastly Tia was amazing!! This was my first car I bought by myself and she helped me with so much and made sure before I left with my new car that I understood everything about that car. I have never had someone explain EVERYTHING to me about the new car and that made me feel even more comfortable. I will always tell everyone I know where I got my car from and I will make sure they come here too because it is not like a usual dealership. They treat you like you are family! Every other employee was so nice to me as well asking me what car I was getting and congratulating me on it. Never felt so welcomed EVER any where else!! I can't give enough amazing reviews about this place and the people there!

Yesterday we had an OUTSTANDING experience from start to finish that has changed our perception."The Jordan Way" gives you upfront price information. We asked for quotes prior to going to the dealership, so we knew exactly what the car would cost. They have a "no haggling" approach, so we knew that we weren't going to be going back and forth once we were there. The price that they quote you, is the price you pay. It was also right on par with what my research had shown should be the price of the car. This technique relieves the pressure of negotiations. IT'S AWESOME!Walking into the dealership was a comfortable and friendly experience. We didn't feel "preyed" upon. We met with TIA BATTENBERG, our account executive salesperson, and everything was UPHILL from there. Never before have we had someone explain things in such a relaxed, but precise manner. Tia knew the information about the vehicle inside and out.We traded in our vehicle and for the first time ever, we didn't feel that they disrespected our trade-in. Our van was an older model, but they gave us a MORE than fair trade-in for it. TIM F. explained our trade-in value to us. On May 31, 2011 I purchased a new Ford Fusion from Jordan Automotive. My sales person was Shawndell Gordon and the two "Dans" assisted with the financing process and instruction on the vehicle's options. Each person I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I also felt that the staff was genuinely "happy" to see a customer able to purchase a new, reliable and safe automobile at the best possible price! Buying a car is often stressful due to financial constraints and all that is required with ownership. However, Jordan Automotive made the process stress free and provided a forthright package to provide confidence in making the purchase.
