overall great service and great professionals from sales managers to regular sales agents. by far this is my best experience in a dealership. even after I got the car I had a minor issue of which no party was aware of and took it back for service. Kenney was really kind and wanted to help me as he did before. he took the car from me and provided me with the approximated time of repair. not only that he also provided me with a loaner car so I can get around until my car is fixed.

Keffer Mazda works to get you what you want, if they have it in stock or not. Test drives are where you want to go and not on a predetermined circuit. We drive both the CX-9 and the Mazda3, and once it was determined what we wanted there was no pressure to get anything else. Keffer Mazda will get my business again.

At the door, Kenny greeted me, we sat as he asked what I was looking for. He seemed enthusiastic about the cars and seemed to want to focus on the exact kind of car I was seeking. The test drive was relaxed, and he ran what I could do in terms of money. He seemed to try to work the price of the car I wanted into my range, rather than us having to go back and forth, making things easier. Talking with Randy, when it came to doing paperwork for financing, he didn't try to push extra services that I likely wouldn't need.In general, it seemed they were more focused on giving good service and making it easier to find what you are looking for, then working with you from there, rather than pushing a sale on you.

When you are out to shop for car it in itself a very interesting experience. Its emotional, its about making sure you get all the boxes ticked. There are lot of thing going around in back of your mind. Among all these the last thing you want is a bad experience with dealership and the sales rep you are dealing with. I was sure of the car I wanted to buy but not sure where I would buy it. I went to a dealership (I would not name) which did all the things OK but were not warm and welcoming. It looked like they did not appreciate the business. On the other side I moment I stepped into Keffer Mazda I was greeted warmly by Mr. Chad Cowans. Chad was very friendly and seemed very warm associate. The best thing was I felt wanted at the dealership and they were keen on getting my business and very appreciative about it. Chad understood what I wanted, was very through and professional at the time of showing the car. He had good knowledge of the product and very patient to answer all my question. The dealership overall wanted my business but on the other hand were not very pushy to sell and make me commit to anything. They gave me a great price for my old car higher than KBB, they matched the price for new car with true car valuation and gave good rebate on top of that. They understood and gave me ample time to work out my finances and take a decision without any push from their side.Its a great dealership and Chad is a superstar rep. I'm a first time buyer and though I made an unplanned visit to the dealership almost before closing time, Yuri patiently listened to and understood what I was looking for and my financial situation. I work in customer service and I am tell you I have never had service like this. From the minute you walk into the door you are treated like family. I am nervous by nature and Chad immediately said, "do you love the car? Good. Now let me take care of the rest." AND HE DID! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy AND calm. The process from beginning to end was seamless. They let me park my rental at the lot overnight so that I could drive my car home that day. When they detailed it, he climbed into the car and cleaned the windows because he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Go to Keffer Mazda, and go see Chad!!!

During my service appointment while washing my car for free, passenger side plastic panels somehow were damaged (had splashes of some liquid). I came back and requested to wash this part again but apparently the splashes were still there. When I returned back to dealership I explained my issue to service advisor -Chris Brannon. He took it seriously, call the guy who previously tried to fix the issue. After hearing from him that many things were tried without success, Chris offered to change those plastic pieces with the new ones. He ordered new parts, called me when they arrived and arranged installation.I just want to express many thanks to Chris. He is always very polite and helpful. I wish more people like him work in dealerships around the country.

When I arrived at the dealership Michael introduced me to Donnie. After Donnie gave me a tour of the vehicle I took it for a test drive and made the purchase with no pressure. I was anticipating pushy sales-tactics from the get-go, but was surprised with the sales experience I received. Donnie was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure my car buying choice. He provided general information about the vehicle I was interested in, but also acknowledged features or downfalls of the car. I was clear from the beginning that I was not interested in making my decision the same day and he provided numbers and contact information to follow-up. When I returned to purchase the vehicle, I was immediately greeted and explained the process of the next steps. It took me a total of 2 hours to finalize everything and walk off the lot with my new car. I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth and non-pressured experience. I stopped at Keffer Mazda to examine the brand and was not expecting the level of experience I was given. At Keffer Mazda, there is no pressure sales and you are given the opportunity to "walk the lot" until you are ready to talk. Having the time to think, look at options, and come to a conclusion was encouraging and made me feel more at ease during my thought process. This is not normal for the auto industry because at most dealerships they are waiting like vultures to descend upon you to make a sell. This was the first in a totally different experience. When I opened the door and was greeted by Kenny Robinson the remaining process was seamless! Kenny was friendly and treated me as if I was an old friend. Every person involved in the sales process treated me like I was family! I wondered when the "too good to be true" moment would occur but it was all good and all true! I would like to thank the Keffer team for the best sales experience I've ever experienced in my many years purchasing cars. Kenny Robinson by far is the best!

Went in for an inspection and oil change. They accepted my car before my scheduled appointment time so I could get comfortable in the waiting area (which had comfy seats, tv, and charging stations all around). They gave me the expectation that the car would be ready within the hour which it was. Unfortunately they mistakenly forgot to perform the oil change. when I brought it up Nick and Jay were very apologetic and promptly took care of it. When I received my bill I was pleased to see they had done right by me. I'd recommend this dealership and this team for service.

As soon as we walked in the door Yuri was very friendly with us. We did not feel pressured at all by him. He showed us several cars we test drove two and did not like how they drove. We told him we wanted something that drove smoth on the road. Then he showed us a Honda CRV that had just came in. We were not allowed to drive it till they serviced the car. He talked to his manager and got it ready for us the next morning. He did a great job from the beginning to the end. A great person overall.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. It took a while and was a little more difficult than it should have been to get the deal done at a good price that worked for us. The first number they came back with was full MSRP + extras. Chad was on our side the whole time trying to get us happy and being the go between with us and management. I went with my mother to look at a car I'd found online there. We met with Chad and looked at the intended car. Then mom saw a Malibu that had recently came to the dealership and all attention focused on that car! We went for a test drive and she really liked the car....Long story short, mom bought the car that night! The only problem mom had was there was only 1 key to the car. So, Kenny enters the picture and finds the 2nd key for her. Mom was very happy with her experience with Chad and Kenny!

We had purchased a new Mazda Grand Touring Car in 2014 from the Winston Dealership and went back lately planning on Purchasing a 2016 Mazda Grand Touring CX-5 but they didn't have the vehicle we were looking for on the lot and didn't offer us a very good deal to get one from another dealership. We just so happened to be going to the car show in Charlotte on the 29th and stopped by Keffer Mazda in Huntersville. Everyone was extremely nice and not pushy at all. They didn't ask us all the dumb questions that the dealership in Winston asked us. They were much easier to deal with so we made a purchase from them even thought it is 1 hour and 45 minute drive from where we live. We are loving our new Mazda CX-5. Chad, Donnie and Randy were so nice to us it almost felt like family.

Donnie was with another customer, Elite assisted then turned us over to Kenny. What a pleasure dealing with him. He's a real pro, friendly and helpful. They were extremely busy, good to see. Before we left (we always sleep on a major purchase), they made us a great offer. We called the following day to set up a closing time. When we returned everything went as expected. Kenny was waiting for us. I asked why he looked so tired to find he was there until 12:15 the night before closing two deals. I test drove a Mazda 6 with Yuri.. it was the best experience I ever had. Everyone else inside Keffer Mazda greeted me and asked how I was doing. Yuri was very friendly, he told me everything I needed to know about the car. I even got a chance to use Bluetooth for the very first time in a car and adjust different volume levels . During the test drive I couldn't keep my smile off my face, the sounds of the acceleration was amazing, and it felt like a HUGE upgrade compared to my old car. I definitely wish to purchase this vehicle when the time is right.

Chad Cowans did an exceptional job in getting me the best possible deal on only my 2nd car, and respected how difficult it was to let go of my first car for a new one. From the first day of meeting Kenny Robinson, the only salesman along the entire Statesville Road strip of dealerships, who took my son seriously, when he walked in the door to buy a car for me right through to each service visit with either Jay Zimberg or Chris Brannon there are not enough complimentary adjectives to do everyone justice.Today's service was no exception and I would like to add a new name to the mix: Nick Azzara. Chad and Kenny at Keffer Mazda were amazing! We came in after a horrible experience just 2 weeks prior and I honestly never wanted to buy a car again. We were greeted nicely and attended to quickly. Kenny and Chad really listened to our needs and proceeded to give us options. During the time Chad helped us, he was extremely professional, polite, and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Staying passed his time, he transported all my items from my other car, gave us some goodies, and showed us around the car setting things up and so forth...making it an exciting experience like it should be! I should mention that Randy is financing was awesome too. Nothing hidden, straight forward....and because Chad got me the price I could afford I wasn't panicking and regretting the deal while I was signing. I came here first to just look at the new mazda mx-5. As I was out there on the lot, it didn't take long for Chad Cowans to find me and try to assist me. He's very friendly and greeted me with a cheerful spirit. Even though he was with another customer, he had time to answer a few questions and get another salesman to help. That's when Yuri Carvalho came to assist me. Another friendly and professional salesman. After showing me the mx-5, I decided it wasn't the car for me but he did have a solution. We test drove a new mazda3 and I never realized how great these cars are. Yuri explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. I decided to get the car the next day with my wife. With my unpredictable work schedule at times I wasn't able to get there at the appointment on time. No worries, Chad Cowans was able to take over and assist me. The management team worked out a great deal for me and worked with me on my trade in. I made a purchase on my 2016 Mazda3 hatchback and I love this car. You can't go wrong with this dealer, they are very friendly and will take care of you. I had a fantastic experience buying my first new car.

I was approved for financing, but the dealership I was dealing with lied about my final payment of the 2007 Chevy cobalt I leased from them. First, we came to Keffer Mazda because we had been impressed with them when we visited a couple of years ago to ask a question about programming our Smart Phone on our Mazda 3. We were treated so well then that we never forgot that experience put Keffer as our first priority to explore buying a new Mazda. Our experience for the present purchase started with a friendly receptionist, an attitude and friendliness we found in every person with whom we dealt. We especially liked the diversity of the staff, and, a visible positive attitude we could feel throughout the entire building. Our primary sales rep was Yuri Carvalho, who provided complete information, answered questions and smiled throughout the experience, helping us to find just the right car and not pushing us to certain cars or features. Both the sales manager and the general manager were personally involved in our conversations as we came to a deal. Also, Julio Molina, Finance Manager, and Jay Zimberg, Service Consultant, were skilled and helpful as we finalized our purchase. The dealership is great. I was in a credit bind when I bought my 2015 Mazda 3. They gave me a low APR% and low monthly payment. It doesn't stop there. I've had problems w/ my car due to an accident this past March. The lights. Things squeaking radiator etc...you name it I had it. There service writer Chris was very kind through the countless visits I've taken there and has guided me through of step and process on my vehicles repairs. Never coming back w/ the same problem because he made sure it's been resolved in a way Keffer is like family and they certainly treat you as such. Take a visit and test drive any new cars there. They drive like no other.

Found a truck on Auto Trader that I was very interested in and emailed the dealer. Kenneth called and left a message and was very courteous but did not pressure me to come out, I showed up and had a chance to look at the truck by myself and found the truck better than advertised. When I walked to the showroom I was met Yuri and introduced to Kenny, Yuri made us feel right at home and quickly had the truck ready for a test drive. After the test drive it was time for the "dreaded" negotiation. To our surprise the "dreaded" negotiation was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was given a very generous trade-in for my vehicle and basically their first offer was what I hoping to eventually get to. Needless to say I signed the deal. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Keffer Mazda because there were some issues with my car. In short, I received a phone call stating there were going to be 4 repairs to my vehicle which I approved. When I returned to the service department to pick up and pay for my repairs, they had added on repairs which I never approved. The service consultant went over the 9 jobs by quickly flipping the pages until the last page with the grand total. Granted these repairs were probably for the better, I just didn't know about them until I returned home and looked at my statement the next day.So the following day after service I sent a email concerning my problems with the lack of communication in an after service review email I received. The first thing the following morning a man by the name of Chris Brannon emailed and called me concerning my review. I told him I was just upset that they tech who called me hadn't stated that a few of the repairs on my bill were going to occur. I just wanted to inform him that I thought they could have at least told me. He said he understood and that he agreed that the tech should have told me. Like I said before, my car likely needed the repairs so I was okay they were still completed. But he went above and beyond.In the end of our conversation, he offered to buy back the repairs that they had completed on my vehicle which I didn't expect at all. This changed my view of this dealership. Originally, I thought they were out there just trying to scam people with petty repairs so they could make extra profit. Now I see that it was likely just a communication issue and that they do want every customer to leave happy. I appreciate what they did for me today and will likely be returning for future service.

I am a "car guy" and have purchased a number of older collectible automobiles. My experience with Chad and Elite is one of the best I have had bar none. Both are true professionals and treated me without the utmost respect throughout the entire purchase experience. My purchase was a long distance transaction as I live in the West. This purchase was a low mile German car twelve years in age. Chad and Elite helped me verify the history of the car and drove it over to the local marque dealership for an inspection and subsequent repair after I purchased the car. They coordinated pickup with my transporter. I was very pleased upon arrival. The physical description of the car was exactly as described - non-smoking interior, no dings or dents, smooth driving, quiet engine. The final price was extremely fair and the purchase price negotiation was a smooth and without drama. They even threw in a 90 day warranty.I have had a number of less than desirable experiences trying to find a particular automobile, but these gentlemen have restored my faith in old fashioned honest dealing rarely seen anymore. This requires conscious effort and patience to deal with the specific issues and concerns that customers have. They did everything they said that they were going to do throughout the process. Initially, I was confused as to why my sister dragged me all the way to Huntersville, when there was a Mazda dealership closer to our home. I even used this site to help pick which dealership I wanted to deal and I'm glad I did! Upon walking through the doors at Keffer Mazda I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who kindly directed me to my dealer Chad Cowans, and it is at this point that my story begins. Before we even began to look for cars Chad made sure my sister and I were comfortable. We each were given a bottle of water and as we searched their inventory of cars, Chad made us laugh with his silly jokes and antics. Although I had only spoken to him on the phone for less than 5 minutes and had only known him at that point for less than 10, his smooth conversational manner really put me at ease and I felt comfortable speaking with him. As we explored the Lot and then later test drove a vehicle, I was convinced that Keffer Mazda was the dealership that I would buy my car from. It is important to note that Keffer Mazda is not the closest Mazda dealership to me; in fact, it is a whole hour away from where I live, but after speaking with Chad on the phone I felt compelled to see what Keffer Mazda was all about. And I am glad I did! Even when I went to the finance department I was amazed at how nice everyone was. My sister and I even joked with the finance guy Randy Lodato (and usually I think finance guys are mean and rude because they only care about the numbers, but in this case I was completely wrong)! Basically, my mind was blown from the entire experience. The employees at Keffer Mazda appear to be a tight knit family and I even commented while there that it seemed like a great place to work. I am so happy with my brand new Mazda 6!

I bought a 2016 CX-3 from Keffer Mazda, and worked with Elite, Kenneth and JJ (finance). I heard that Keffer is the best rated Mazda dealer in NC and SC, and now I know it's true, and I know why. Mazda says "Driving Matters" but these guys take it to entirely different level. A positive attitude, quality customer service, being fun and easy to work with, attention to detail, going the extra mile, and DRIVING... all of these things seem matter to the guys that I worked with at Keffer. They seem to genuinely want to give you a good deal on your new car and make you a customer for life. I live about 2 hours away from Huntersville, but you can be sure I will be going back as often as I can to get oil changes and visit my new Mazda family.

My wife and I visited Keffer Mazda on a Saturday afternoon back in January without an appointment after test driving several models at another competing auto maker dealership in Charlotte earlier in the day. Before, we had done our own research, narrowing our interest to the compact SUV and mid-size sedan categories in finding the right new vehicle for my wife. Our salesperson, Yuri Carvalho was a pleasure to deal with. His easy going demeanor, impressive detailed knowledge of the Mazda product line, and patience in answering our many questions during several test drives made the experience a pleasureable one. He did not disparage the competition; rather, he let the Mazda vehicles' superior handling characteristics and features speak for themselves during the test drives, offering thorough explanations of model features and patiently answering our many questions. In fact, the only frustrating part of the whole experience was deciding between the Mazda6 and the CX-5, as my wife loved the handling and features of both vehicles. Yuri's extensive vehicle knowledge and his passion for the Mazda brand shown forth during the afternoon we spent at Keffer. My wife finally decided on the CX-5, and we felt confident that we got a great vehicle at a competitive price. We enthusiastically recommend Yuri Carvalho as a first point of contact if one is considering Mazda for their next vehicle purchase. We have owned the CX-5 for just over 5-months now and have driven it extensively in a variety of city commute and interstate distance driving conditions. The CX-5 has performed exceptionally well for us, and it is certainly a pleasure to drive. We have no regrets in purchasing it. I recently took the vehicle in for first service at Keffer's impressive, new facility, after having made a same day appointment a few hours earlier. Jay and the crew had the vehicle serviced in well under an hour, despite my being late for the appointment. It appeared in every respect to be a highly efficient service operation, and the staff were cordial. Our salesman, Yuri, even stopped over by the lounge to check that we were satisfied with the CX-5. Cannot beat that. Best car buying experience to date.

Let me start by saying that this is the sixth car we've purchased with Keffer Automotive Group. They have always done right by us. We started out looking at a truck at Keffer Mazda. We had the pleasure of working with an awesome salesman, Chad Cowans who was very courteous, knowledgeable, and all around great to work with. We liked the truck, but were waiting to see another truck later at a different Keffer dealership. We had other errands to run before we were going to make it back to the other Keffer dealership to see the other truck. To save us time and hassle, Chad offered to go pick this truck up in Matthews and bring it back to Huntersville to make it more convenient for us to take a test drive. I thought that was awesome! I would have never thought of that. Once we made it back, we took the test drive and LOVED the truck. This was definitely the one! The other dealership was calling and hounding Chad that they had a buyer and that they were coming to pick up the truck. They were told that we were purchasing the truck. Sorry, first come, first serve....right? Dealership politics meant we couldn't buy the truck then and there because technically it was owned by Keffer Hyundai in Matthews. Chad and Elite Trice (Sales Manager) worked out a verbal agreement with Keffer Hyundai to return the truck (they sent a driver to retrieve it) and make a dealer trade the next day so we could purchase the truck. We were assured that since we left a deposit on the truck that it was ours. No problem, right??? WRONG! Chad had the unfortunate task of calling us the next morning to let us know that Keffer Hyundai had sold the truck out from under us. WHAT??? Have they NO INTEGRITY whatsoever? We immediately returned to Keffer Mazda where Chad and Elite were BEYOND apologetic for the dirty work of their sister store. This is by far the worst thing that has ever happened to us while buying a car. As bad as it was, Chad and Elite went above and beyond to make it right. They worked us the best possible deal on a different truck. It's still a great truck, not our original choice, but still great AND we got a great deal in the end. I am huge on customer service, and this experience showed me the good and the bad. The bad on the part of Keffer Hyundai. What they did was not only dirty but just plain BAD business! They are the kind of people that give car salesmen a bad name. Needless to say, I will never do business of any kind with Keffer Hyundai in Matthews. Now the good...Chad stuck with us through the whole process (two LONG days in the dealership), even losing opportunities with other customers to see us through until the end. Elite was able to work us the best deal possible, which in the end we were happy with (not elated, but happy). Both guys went above and beyond when it came to customer service, always with a smile and a nice hand shake. I would recommend Keffer Mazda to any of my friends and family. Working with Chad and Elite was truly a pleasure. Last but not least, Randy in finance was awesome too!

Rodney Roseboro, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. Communication during negotiations was always prompt and courteous. There was much haggling, since the car was priced at dealer retail, yet hadn't moved for many weeks. A manager got involved, and he could win an Oscar for his performance of outrage at our 1st offer. He made statements in support of his price that were transparently illogical to this well-informed customer. However, in the end, both dealer and customer happy.The title/finance guy was extremely efficient with the paperwork. Through the entire paper-pushing process, he gave us an amazing pitch to award the dealership a "5-star rating". A well-rehearsed performance to behold. He promised a full gas tank and a well-detailed car which weren't delivered, . The car had about 1/4 tank at delivery, but we were too weary of the "push-pull" of this exhausting process to nitpick about that. The car was indeed, very clean, but not detailed. The rear passenger storage compartments were full of loose dirt. Both conditions we could live with, had they not been promised.But for those three let-downs beginning with the manager, 5-stars would be awarded. Alas, 4 is the best we can justify.Don't hesitate to work with Rodney; He's a nice guy and a very hard worker. Just do your homework and be prepared to defend your offer to "the manager".

Stopped in to "test drive" a new mx-5. Was quickly helped, given a tour of the new facility, and appointed to a helpful friendly associate to start the process. Came in the next morning and purchased the car! Mary was lovely to deal with and knowledgable. Elite gave us the deal we wanted, or at least thought was fair. We got almost what we wanted for our trade, and got a little more off of the new car price than we asked for. All in all a great experience.

It was my first brand new car & like anyone else, all the research on brands and types surely confused me. Through the process of test driving all the vehicles i was being sold on all the good and useless features the cars came with etc. However, as an experienced driver i was looking for a great drivers experience and not a dashboard full of pointless LED back-lit buttons. Day 1: 30 minutes, Kenny shows me how cool Mazda is and the test drive. Day 2: 15 minutes, I tell them that my financing got through and showed the check via email and got my car home. Day 3: Gave the check, got my duplicate key and wrote this review. My APR was a little high and even after we had a done deal, when i mentioned that part, Kenny was kind enough to make a considerable difference on the total value. No negotiation. I said so about my APR and he gave me a reasonable number immediately. ** no desperate follow ups, No selling me on BS upgrades(everyone knows a pair of floor mats do not equate to an extra $500 ;)). He let me drive, decide and pay. As simple as that.**I am not going to say i recommend kenny because if you are reading this, you should know by now that he's the go-to guy at Keffer Mazda.

Over the many years I've been to a million service departments. Ups and downs, knowledgeable people to first day employees. I recently relocated to Huntersville and needed to service my car. I called my new local Mazda service department and spoke with Chris, a service advisor. He seemed both knowledgeable and pleasant. He set up my next service appointment at the day and time I requested. I brought my car in for its general service and again spoke to Chris who I had made the appointment with. To my surprise he was even more knowledgeable and respectful than I had first thought over the phone (you know how some advisors can be!). He told me one hour and it was done in 45 minutes. Because of Chris's knowledge and honesty I will only come to Keffer Mazda to get service done. On top of that, again because of a Chris I will be purchasing a new car soon and for sure it will be at Keffer Mazda. Great job Chris! Thanks again!

I have been wanting to get a new car for the past 2 years but dreaded the process of car buying. There aren't many things that I enjoy less than being pressured into making fairly big decisions. Recently I finally made myself go into a few dealers and test drive several small size SUV's. A co-worker told me about their positive experience at Keffer Mazda and I'm so glad that they did. My experience at Keffer Mazda was really great and I appreciate that I was never too pressured into making a decision. I had the pleasure of working with Yuri who sold me the 2016 CX-5. He was super nice, very knowledgable and clearly loves the Mazda brand. Throughout the whole process and even after I purchased the car, he responded to my questions via text and email very quickly. I was weighing between 3 different cars and Yuri and the team were understanding in me wanting to take my time in making a decision. They let me take the CX-5 home for 24 hours so that I had more time to get a feel for the car--this was extremely helpful. It was fairly late on the day I went in to buy the car and they stayed a couple hours past closing until I was finished with the process. Even with it being late, I never felt rushed. I also still hadn't decided on which exterior color I wanted (between the navy and red). Yuri literally stood out on the lot with me between the different color options and waited patiently until I made my decision. He got me set up with the car and walked me through the infotainment system before I left. Tony was really great to work with on the finances. The whole process was very smooth and painless. He took the time to clearly explain everything I was signing and encouraged questions. He also clearly loves the Mazda brand. I'm really happy with my experience at Keffer Mazda and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda3 Touring Hatchback. From the minute I walked into Keffer Mazda, my sales agent, Rodney Roseboro provided absolutely outstanding service. I had been looking other places for months, but this was the 1st dealership that I felt like the agent gave me plenty of time to make the important decision of purchasing a new car, and was patient throughout the process. Rodney was knowledgeable, professional, and above all was not pushy, nor did I feel pressured from him in manner. This was a different experience from other dealerships I visited. He also set up my GPS, and explained it, and synced my phone before we left the dealership. I also had a positive experience working with Tony Rios. All the plan options were explained for the Mastertech vehicle protection program. I have received follow up phone calls to inquire as to whether I have questions or concerns from both employees. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had. I have already recommended them to others.

Chris Brannon and the other employees at Keffer Mazda have always explained problems well and offered options, along with pros and cons of those options. He has been very good in describing any issues and in giving alternatives for small fixes to problems, and everyone has been very professional in explaining ideas with no expectation of me understanding cars as well as they do. They are a great group that don't create any intimidation, and I would imagine that other customers who, like me, are not particularly car-savvy and occasionally dread the interactions we've had elsewhere also appreciate the relaxed environment that they create.

I was the first customer to visit the new showroom and once I made my decision everyone started saying, we will put your photo on the wall. Later, when there was an issue on getting my finance options as i was new to the country, things changed and I can see people ignoring this time.It did not bother me too much as I was keen on the car i wanted. However, It would have been better if the management and the finance worked together to sort or provide an alternate solution on the same day.I got better deals and finance options from other dealers for different cars. Mazda 6 was the car i wanted and had to wait for my finance options to be complete.Robert was supportive throughout the delivery process and assisted in talking to the other finance provider and getting things sorted out internally as well. I totally appreciate his help and support in delivering the car within the same week.

My buying experience at Keffer Mazda was the best experiences I've had. Rodney and Kenny were great showing me the cars I liked and let me test drive as many as I wanted. Zach was very awesome getting the numbers together and making us a deal. Other dealerships I visited and looked at similarly priced vehicles came nowhere close to what Keffer got me at for my payment! The buying experience was also very smooth and quick. Other dealerships take pretty much all day but Keffer only took 2 hours tops. I will buy my cars here from now on. Highly recommend Rodney, Kenny, Zach and all of the Keffer Mazda staff.

These guys all worked really hard to make a deal happen for me. I am so happy with my new car. The process took a few hours, but there was also a lot of work for them to make financing happen for me. If you have great credit I would imagine the process is much faster. Every single employee here was nice and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales techniques at all. I was originally interested in three different models, but quickly narrowed it down to one. I was allowed to test drive the car on the freeway. After all the paperwork was completed, they had my car pulled around and it was freshly washed and had a full tank of gas. I don't have any complaints at all. Great experience!

Yuri was great as a salesman, eventhough I asked to look at 2 other cars that I did not get to see. The BIGGEST problem was with them paying off my other car. I had to call the Mazda Corp number and talk to someone that way because I couldn't get in touch with the dealership. I kept getting calls from my old lender saying that I owed money, and asked why. Come to find out the dealership did not send off my payment as they said and showed they would on my paperwork. The customer service rep called and asked what was going on to the dealership, and they told her that they were sending the payment off next day which was a wed, which fine ok. But then get a text the FOLLOWING TUESDAY from Yuri saying my payment was sent that day. So not only are they lying to me, but also to the corp customer service rep. Needles to say I am stuck with a car I wished I could get out of just because of the dealership and should of just walked away. Lesson learned I guess. If they lied to me, not sure how many they have and will continue to lie to as well.

Compared to the other salesmen and competitors in the area, he was the least pushy, and fastest on the draw when it came to answering questions and providing insights throughout the whole car leasing experience. I am particularly commending the work and friendliness of Mr. Chris Brannon. He knows me by name and is very good at clarifying what is to be done at each maintenance visit. I negotiated a 2 year maintenance deal with the sales dept when I purchased my CX 5. He has honored that and made my visits relaxed. Most car buyers know that what is negotiated at the sale may not actually come to pass when service is obtained. However, Mr. Brannon has made the experience a reality and a pleasure. I also am very happy with my Mazda.

Brought my Miata in for normal service and to have a diagnostic on the smart key system that was not working properly. The advisor Chris Brannon and the technician determined that the key fobs were the problem and not the module and all I would have to do is replace the key fobs and everything would be working like it should. They were confident in their diagnostic that my problem was found the first time. Recommend Keffer Mazda to anyone ...... great job guys!!

just moved to N.C. from NYS. Received a letter from Mazda reminding me to get the defective Tahata air bags replaced, at no charge. Quickly scheduled an appointment. Arrived on time and the car was immediately taken into the shop. Was told that the replacement should take no more than 75 minutes for both air bags. Job was done in 45 minutes. Chris at the front desk was polite, personable., and helpful. Best experience in a dealership since the early 70's. Yes the last century.

We had a very nice experience shopping at Keffer Mazda from start to end. Kenny was the best salesman we had after visiting 5 dealerships, because he was very personable and was able to relate to what we were looking for. This was our first stop in the car buying journey and he made us feel comfortable and informed during our meeting. While we were shown offers, we never felt like we were attacked or badgered during the experience. Zac did a nice job of being able to adjust the numbers and while it did take some back and forth, he was able to provide a deal that was perfect for us. He responded back to my calls immediately which was also helpful. Tony did a good job in explaining all the details which can be very overwhelming with all the paperwork. Even for options that we didn't pick, he explained the options and why we should consider it, despite not pressuring us. The one flaw in the experience was the time it took to close the deal. We waited what was probably between 30-45 minutes just to see financing. Tony did mention that it was the end of the month which is extremely busy and how there was only one person compared to the more staff they will have at the new facility, but regardless as a customer it was frustrating and tiresome. Overall, we would recommend Keffer and Kenny to our friends as it was very close to perfection.

I was apprehensive going into the whole car-buying process. i'd never bought a car and didn't know much about the process. The guys at Mazda helped me and my parents find the perfect car! I worked with Travis mostly, along with Zack and Tony! They were super patient and explained literally everything from start to finish! They were willing to work with me, and I didn't feel like a number! it seems like they know how stressful and nerve-wracking buying a car can be but they truly made car-buying fun. Travis is awesome and made a conscious effort to include my parents in the process! They even stayed after hours to get me in my car that night! I was a hardcore Toyota fanatic but I have been converted. Love my CX-3 and my monthly payments that are well within my budget!

I do not look forward to buying a car, but we needed an all-wheel drive vehicle. Keefer made the entire experience simple and a pleasure. The essential key to the process was our Sales Rep Robert Ciarletta and of course, the great product that Mazda makes. Robert found out our needs and immediately took us out in the Mazda we'd come to test. We discussed financing, our trade-in, etc. and he came up with a Keffer price which we felt more than fair. We left to think about it and closed the deal the next day, no pressure, and arranged to pick up our new Mazda the end of the week. When we returned, Robert had all the paperwork ready, (even our first free service appt.). Tony Rios, Finance Director, walked us through all the papers and explained various extended coverage plans and extras available. Robert brought our Mazda around front, checked us out on all its advanced technology (hooking our phones into the car speakers, finding our basketball game on the high tech radio) and sent us off. We are delighted with our new Mazda and my husband is now seriously thinking of getting one, from Robert at Keffer, of course. We now have our car dealer!

I came to the dealership off a suggestion from my dad, looking for my first car to buy from a dealer. When I got there, I was promptly greeted by Mary. She let me into the car, a 2012 Kia Forte, and showed me all the features. We went for a test drive and she told me what she knew about the car (a lot). I also learned that it was a very fair price. We went back inside so I could fill out the paperwork. Once I had the basics filled out, she handed me over to an equally friendly JJ. He helped me through the finances, being polite and understanding, while also explaining anything I didn't understand. They have great people and great service. I would definitely recommend them.

First, the good. My salesperson Yuri Carvalho was extremely nice and informative. He was very detailed in showing me the car and always responded to emails very quickly. He was also helpful in the price negotiation. My entire interaction with Yuri was positive. I now own a Mazda3 and so far I really like it.After the car was finally given to me, John Jenkins was the one to walk me through all the features and got everything set up with the Bluetooth and my phone sync. I was very pleased with the delivery and hand off and my interaction with John.Now the bad. The car, with the specifics I wanted, was not on the lot. In negotiations I was told they could secure the vehicle and have it to me in 24-48 hours. That night I signed the purchase agreement and was given the detailed information on the car, including the VIN number. The following day they tried to get me to take a different car with more mileage. I refused. Then they said they could get a newer car, but it would take longer. I could get no clear explanation why they suddenly didn't want to give me the car they promised. I had secured financing prior to visiting dealerships. While I was there they convinced me to let them run my credit (only once or twice max) but only with somewhere that they may could get me a better interest rate. I had 8 hits on my credit. Not to all reports, but several places hit all 3 reports. They admitted to running it through 4 places. I was later told that they didn't have lenders who could beat the rate. They WHY run it? Three days after my original signing, when my bank still hadn't received the buyers agreement, I found out that they still had not secured the vehicle. It took four days and multiple emails and phone calls to get the vehicle I was promised. This was far from a pleasant or relaxed experience. It is doubtful I would purchase again from this dealership. My future dealings with the service department will make the final decision.

suv did not have top engine cover when offered for sale. Did ship dirty one, had 4 mats in rear, 3 fit, 1 for another vehicle. Would not make it good due to used vehicle, I had to order a whole set to get the one I needed. Beware make sure you have the right mats before purchase. We were looking for several months for a Mazda 3 black on black hatch for our teenage daughter. We had visited Keffer several times and my wife and I returned to look at a used Hyundai Elantra that was on their lot.When walking on to the lot we noticed a new arrival - black on black 2012 Mazda 3 hatch. We drove it, loved it and decided to do a deal. While we did not get to the exact price we were hoping in the end it felt fair.But here is where Keffer really came through. The was our daughters fist car and we wanted to surprise her. Carolyn and Zac were all in to help. So they willingly pulled the feature car out of the dealership, puller her car in and out en went beyond by tapping into a neighboring dealer for a big red bow to put in it.We arranged a time with them and showed up with our daughter to look at the Elantra. It was cold that day so Carolyn suggested we go inside to get the key and take care of the license, etc. when we entered the dealer, there it was....her car she had always wanted. My wife asked " when did this come in?" And Carolyn responded that it had just come I. And sold already. She talked to me and made sure I didn't feel like they were trying to shove the car down my throat. Let me look at my own pace, test drive as long and as far as I wanted. When it was time to discuss price they didn't try and push any special adds or dealer garbage on me. My story is long and drawn out so I will get to the point. When I first called for my Jeep Commander, I made contact with Mr. Rodney Roseboro. He was very nice and professional and he closed my sale. The process to get my car actually took about three weeks (on my end) and I spoke to several people over the course of that time, which all of them were very helpful and courteous. I was pleased with my car even though I live in Savannah, Georgia and I had to drive all the way up there (5.5 hours) in bad weather and a two hour detour. To add fuel to the flames about an hour into my ride home, a truck kicked some pebbles up and one bust my window, but all is well. I appreciate the friendly demeanor and pleasant atmosphere that they have and if I just happen to be looking for another discontinued fancy car I would use them again.

The Keffer Mazda team is a winner! After hours of research, I found the car I wanted online at Keffer Mazda. Living 3 hours from the dealership, much of the car-buying process was completed via email and phone. I make purchases online all the time but not car purchases so I was a bit unsure about how this was going to turn out. Donnie Grant was my first contact with Keffer. He was persistent but not pushy giving me the tools I needed to decide to take the next step to reach out and find out more. Zac Kittle found the interest rate I wanted to get the exact payment I wanted, and my financing was approved before I made the trip to test drive the car. I'll keep this short and sweet. I would 100% go back and buy another vehicle from these guys. They were very transparent in the sales process and worked with us to get into the car that we were looking for. They were fair and honest in their pricing and were extremely friendly.I wouldn't be completely honest if I didn't say that they failed to mention there was something wrong with the vehicle we purchased but it isn't something that would have made or broken the deal either way. It is entirely possible that they didn't notice, but I can't blame someone in the Sales Department for not noticing something the service guys should have.

I stopped by Keffer Mazda a couple of months before I purchased to test drive the new CX 3. I was just starting to consider the CX 3, which started selling in the US a month or so earlier. I was looking at several models of small SUVs across different brands, and wasn't anywhere close to choosing one. I was fully expecting to get a hard sell to buy that day, but JJ respected where I was in the car shopping process and simply gave me his card after the test drive and said to contact him when I was ready.That happened a few days ago. I contacted JJ directly to get a quote on a couple of different model CX 3s they had in stock. He gave me detailed quotes, which included all fees and dealer-added accessories, without hesitation. He didn't pressure me to come in, respected that I was doing comparison shopping across several Mazda dealers and took the time to quickly answer any questions I had about the quote and the CX 3.Once I had accepted his offer over the other dealers' offers, JJ made the trade-in process easy and transparent. John Jenkins (JJ) was a fantastic salesman! He came out to greet us even before we got out of the car. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he found it - even in my preferred color! The test drive was a little short, but we got stuck behind a student driver. I still got a feel for the car. JJ got me the best deal he possibly could and made me feel comfortable about the lease. Unfortunately, I couldn't lease from JJ because of emission regulations in the state where I live. But JJ did all he could to try and make it work. We found Keffer Mazda to have a decent selection of used cars. We came to view one car, ended up viewing three and test driving two. Our salesman was relaxed and not pushing us to buy a new car unlike a nearby dealer we visited prior to Keffer Mazda. It is nice to be able to just view what you came for without all the slick talk. So far we have been driving our used car about a week and all is good. Yes, we discovered dings and scratches that only revealed themselves on a bright sunny day later on, but it is used. And slight annoyances to the specific car we bought just due to the way it was made that we did not realize at purchase (like the passenger seat does not go higher, only the driver's seat), but again our fault for not thinking to check that! Overall our experience with the dealer was great, quick and the car runs fine.

Sean is great to work with, very laid back and low pressure. We were interested in the CX-5, but said we were not going to buy until we drove all the competition. Sean gave us the time and space we needed. He is very knowledgable, and had an answer for nearly every question, but was honest and admitted when he didn't, rather than making something up. For the most part, he waited till we asked, and let the vehicle sell itself, rather than pushing it on us. All the financial business took a while, and there was not a nice comfortable lounge to wait in like a lot of dealerships have these days -- but that will change soon when they open the new state-of-the-art building next door.We owned Mazdas about 20 years ago, but have driven only two Toyota 4-runners and a Jetta since then. The great experience we had buying a Mazda will make us start there, and at this dealership, the next time we buy.

This is a great dealership to deal with, which is a tribute to the people behind the doors, because from the road, it's nearly invisible.My family has lived in Huntersville now for about 21 years. When we started to consider buying a Mazda for the first time, I could not recall that this dealership was even there, sitting between the Honda dealer, and the VW dealer that we have purchased from, and used for service over all of these years.It sits almost silently among 6 or 8 dealerships along Statesville road, low profile, and barely noticeable day or nite. But... once you get beyond the doors, the people inside make you glad that you walked through them.Rodney Roseboro worked with us over several weeks from our first visit until the final purchase. He was very welcoming, professional, accommodating and simply a very nice, guy to work with. All creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Zack (the sales manager) clearly manage's by example, and his warm hosting personality flows throughout his sales staff, most likely beginning with his hiring choices. All in all our best car shopping/buying experience over my 57 years so far. Finished up with Tony Rios (finance). Same great experience all the way to the finish. Personal, kowlageable, informative, no pressure. More good news is... that just a few hundred yards down the road is a NEW DEALERSHIP under construction for Keffer Mazda of Huntersville. I took my Mazda 3 in for a minor service today, and was totally impressed by the service team, especially my Service Consultant, Chris Brannon. Chris and his team were friendly, extremely helpful, and patient in listening to me describe the car's problem. They fixed it quickly and completely. I was even more impressed, though, when it was time to settle up and I discovered that I had left my wallet at home. I never do this! Because I live across town from the dealership, Chris declined my offer to go home and get my wallet. Instead, he graciously waived the charge. Needless to say, even though the charge was small, I was embarrassed by my own carelessness. However, Chris was cool about it and made it clear that he was there to help. It's amazing that Keffer gives its people such leeway to take care of their customers--even when the customer goofs up the way I did! You can be sure my car will never be serviced by anyone else. (And I'm going back to pay for that repair!)

Our salesperson Rodney, was just great. I literally gbreak out in a rash when I have to shop fir a car, and the biggest reason for this is the pushy sales personnel. We asked a few questions of Rodney, and he quickly and efficiently got us the info we needed. I thought the Mazda 6 might be a better fit for us and we asked Rodney about it. Again, without being pushy or trying to upsell us, he got us all the info we needed. The following Saturday we made our final decision and drove out with a beautiful Mazda 6. Through the whole process Rodney handled everything professionally and courteously. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience and I never once broke out in a rash. Kudos to Rodney and the rest of the team at Keffer Mazda!!!

I didn't have the most pleasant experience with a gentleman at the Service Desk on Wednesday November 18. Apparently, the service area is closed for new car service at 5 even though the the shop is open until 6. The news was not delivered well with the solution being for me to call the shop ahead of time. Though I understood what this gentleman was going for in terms of arriving to a solution, his delivery was not apologetic or caring. I drove 50 minutes to come to the shop and though I arrived at 5:10- I thought he did not appreciate my effort in trying to establish a good relationship as a customer. I decided to come back on Saturday and give the location a second chance. I spoke with the general manager Chris Wilkie about the experience and he gave a great response, I felt heard and actually became excited about some of the new expansion projects Keffer Mazda is undergoing. I also let him know Chris Brannon was a great example of how to offer customer service. I remember him from the last visit I had over a year ago. He is consistent in his service and honest yet personable in his communication. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, I need a great professional relationship established at the beginning to be a loyal, trusting customer. Kudos for turning a negative into a very positive experience.

I showed up to the dealership not actually expecting to be able to buy a car that day because I showed up an hour before they closed. The process was so quick, Sean Daly (not listed as one of the Employees dealt with), was so great at explaining the process and best of all was incredibly honest and helpful about everything when I expressed any concerns I had about the technology of the car (it was nice to work with someone else from New England too!). I couldn't believe how fast the process was, it was great, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Drove off in my new car the same day.

Let's start off by saying that I am an indecisive person and I had been car searching for many months. I started out wanting an Altima but quickly changed to an Accord as my test drives with Nissan were mediocre. I found the car through Edmunds.com and it was exactly what I wanted- year, exterior & interior color, and features. Not to mention, the out the door price was cheaper than my limit! Edmunds also offered a 30 day/1000 mile extended warranty and $200 gas card for the purchase of this vehicle!I emailed a Mazda representative and asked about total price. Rep emailed me back, I set up appointment to test drive next day and signed after the drive. All 3 reps were quick with responses and helpful with all questions I had. Reggie Thomas was the 1st contact that informed me of the OTD price, Kenny Robinson is who I signed the deal with and he was GREAT! Everyone was very helpful and responsive. You won't regret!

I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 on 10/3/15. I used the Costco Car Buying service which I would recommend to everyone, well with the Costco membership fees.After filling out the Costco car buying application I was immediately contacted by Keffer Mazda, with pricing information. I spent a few day, playing the quote off of other Mazda dealerships within NC and quickly learned that there was no dealership tat could match the price. I had many question to ask Keffer and the were prompt and honest with their answers.I set up an appointment to visit Keffer Mazda to purchase the vehicle. They found the car I wanted at another dealership, had it transported and my vehicle was at Keffer by the time I arrive. After spending about 2 hours being shown the features of the car and filling out the paperwork, I was on my way driving my new car home.

We are VERY disappointed that even though Donnie showed us SEVERAL models that came with the rear shade to protect our belongings when we took ours home the next evening we discovered ours was without one. When I called about it, I was told it was not on the sticker and it did not come with it. VERY DISAPPOINTED that this dealership did not offer to order us one, instead made the offer to sell it to us at $158. Seems a bit ridiculous!

If you are like me, you would rather go to the dentist for root canal than go through the process of going to a new car dealership and buying a car! However, from the moment that I walked into Keffer Mazda, I realized quickly this was NOT going to be like any other experience that I had, in buying a new car! NO pushy salesperson. I met with Mary Tweedie, who rather than talked AT me, actually listened to me and what I wanted. After I explained what I was looking for to Mary, the whole process was ...as crazy as this sounds - FUN! Mary was Excellent! Of course, I was shown all the "extra" options and service packages that were available for the new car that I was going to buy, BUT there was NO hard sell on ANYTHING....My wife and I just leased a new car for our son from a dealer (not a Mazda), in Arizonia and with the hard sell on the service packages that dealer, get this, actually made us watch a video on the service package options and of course the video tried scarring you, that you need to purchase every single service package! NOT HERE - NOT AT ALL! :) The only recomendation that I would make is that one person in the dealership handle everything from start to finish. We had to meet with the finance manager to go over the down payment and loan. Don't get me wrong, he too was excellent, as well, but I think it would be a better buying experience for a customer to just have to deal with one person for the whole sale....but we understand. If you do not at least try Keffer Mazda - you will regret it! ****Reggie Thomas was excellent too****I guess this is important not to leave out ... I had been researching this car for a long time and I received the BEST sales price on this car! Almsot wanted to run out of the dealership, as I thought they may have made a mistake!!!!! :)

The attention and professionalism I experienced from the service staff here was incomparable! After having my CX-9 "serviced" and then damaged by another local shop, Keffer Mazda took over and has done an amazing job of helping repair everything. Jay Zimberg is my hero. He not only has made sure my car is taken care of, but he also has advocated for me in my ongoing dispute with the previous mechanics who damaged my car. He has taken a great amount of his time explaining things, answering my numerous question (fielding multiple phone calls from me in a days time!) and listening to my concerns. His staff also took the time to show me everything that was going on and helped me understand where the problems were and what could be done about them. Chris was very friendly and helpful while he showed me my car. All the staff I interacted with made me feel very comfortable and were extremely nice. My situation was a complicated one involving multiple parties and Jay and his staff have been unbelievably patient and have really helped make things easier for me to handle. After having a not-so-good experience elsewhere, I got in contact with Matthew Johnson at Keffer Mazda. We stayed in contact via email and spoke on the phone a few times. I really appreciated how nice and considerate he was, and I didn't feel pressured to come in right away or anything. When I was ready, I called him and let him know I wanted to look at a Mazda 3 and we made an appointment for that evening. Everything went so smoothly. He was very transparent about everything and a genuinely nice person. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism. The finance manager was also very nice and, even though it was late (after 9pm), he didn't make us feel like we were keeping him there. I would recommend that anyone in the market for a Mazda to visit this dealership (and go see Matthew!).

After cross-shopping multiple Mazda dealers and comparing my options, I chose to drive almost 2 hours to buy with this dealer. See, they made a mistake. I decided to use the car buyer service through my bank to help me find the vehicle I wanted at a great price. The car I was quoted on had been sold shortly before we began negotiations and the system hadn't yet been updated. It happens. However, I was set on a particular interior color and they didn't have any others that exactly matched my first choice. They worked with me and we came to a great agreement on a slightly better equipped model that fit all my needs. No other dealer, out of the seven I shopped with were nearly as responsive, thoughtful, and down right fun to deal with. I have never found buying a car to be less stressful than with these folks. And a special shout out to Mary, Reggie, Taiwon, and Chris for making the often tedious process of buying a car such a pleasure. Thanks for everything!

Purchasing my 2016 Mazda 6 was a smooth, seamless experience at Keffer Mazda. Mary Tweedlie was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Chris Wilkie jumped through hoops to locate the exact vehicle I wanted - and delivered it even earlier than promised. The car itself continues to exceed my expectations. The window sticker had indicated 28/40 MPG. It's an incredible plus that my Mazda even exceeds those estimates - I often realize 46-47 MPG on the highway and my combined average MPG is 34. I've been in for my first oil service and tire rotation and am very impressed with Jay Zimberg and he team. I stepped into Keffer Mazda after reading several great reviews on the 2016 Mazda 6. I was entertaining getting out of my lease because I drove a stick shift and 77 traffic was getting worse by the day. The moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by Mary Tweedlie. She was very easy to work with, inviting, and most importantly, knew A LOT about the car. Expecting to get the usual "Let's take it for a drive and see if you like it" sort of spiel, I was pleasantly surprised when Mary provided a very comprehensive tutorial of the vehicle, inside and out. She extensively walked through the controls, the features of the car, even before pulling it out of the lot. I did not find her pushy at all, and she took copious notes regarding my needs as a customer.After my test drive, I came back two weeks later to finalize the deal. I worked with with Mary and the general sales manager, Lowell Bockert, and we were able to work out a fantastic deal on a trade and purchase for my new Mazda. I was quickly able to set up a same-day appointment online. Although I arrived early, I was quickly checked in after explaining my issue. Chris explained that the light on my dash was a warning from a tire pressure monitor, not the check engine light which is what I thought. Although all tires looked fine they let me know they would look at the tires and sensors.. While in the waiting area I was informed that there was a nail in my tire and informed of the cost plus taxes. While waiting for the repair to be completed I walked the lot and within several minutes my salesperson Lewis who sold me the car in January came out to greet me. We chatted for a moment, then retreated from the hot weather. The tire was quickly repaired and I was on my way. I have only had positive interactions at Keffer Mazda. Chris was great, and I must mention Lewis who went above and beyond to close the deal for me when I purchased the vehicle in January. (Mazda6). I highly recommend Keffer Mazda!

Keffer Mazda, Huntersville, NC has exceeded my expectations. One year later and Ken Robinson, my salesman, still emails me to check in to see how both my car and I are doing. Jay, Chris and the entire service department put my mind, completely, at ease when I know they have checked out my car, during one of its routine physicals. I owe an extra thanks to Steve, who touched up my car to perfection after a boulder got in its way and did so for about 95% less than the cost of the highest bid. I cherish their honesty and their dedication to not simply selling a car to get it out of the showroom but to making certain the customer remains happy throughout the lifetime of the car.

We had a difficult time with a lemon law issue with a different brand and dealer. We came to Keffer very hesitant about ANY purchase of a new car. The team at Keffer was patient with my wife and I as we took several trips to the dealership to test drive and evaluate our options. Ultimately, we decided to go with Keffer Mazda because of the superior product and disposition of the sales staff. We were afforded every opportunity to ask questions and compare their dealership and product with their competition. The dealership is very transparent with everything they do, from the test drive all the way to financing. My rationale for the 4 stars of the quality of work stems from the car detail not being done to our liking. Upon purchase, there was still glue (from the new car wrapping) and water spots from the washing all over the car. We didn't bring it up as we were late for our anniversary dinner reservations but this is a small issue that is completely overshadowed by our otherwise amazing experience. We love our new 2016 Mazda CX-5 and look forward to being loyal Keffer Mazda customers moving forward!

I have an issue with a dash light coming on for my Mazda 3. I told the person when I made the appointment that I wanted no further inspection. I was called and told that they had located an issue with the motor mount which had nothing to do with the reason I brought in the car for service. The invoice indicated that I requested a tire inspection and a brake inspection. NOT TRUE. Since I could not trust them to follow simple instructions and not look for additional things wrong with my car, I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. I went to two other mechanics in town and both CONFIRMED that there was no issue with the motor mount. So, in addition to not following my instructions, they also attempted to sell me something that I did not need. I will never take a car to them again.

I went to Keffer Mazda to see a specific car that I'd seen online (2016 CX-5). I was greeted immediately by our dealer, John Jenkins. He pulled the car I was interested in around so that I could see it in person. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I had already looked at the CX-5 at different dealerships so I already knew about some of the features but JJ filled in all of the gaps and told me a lot about the car that some of the other dealers had forgotten to mention. He even encouraged that I go for another test drive, which was great! When it came down to business JJ was not pushy AT ALL and didn't play any games like some dealers are notorious for. After a little bit of talking we came to a price that both of us were happy with! I left knowing that I got a great deal on my car and my experience with John at Keffer Mazda was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend Keffer Mazda and John Jenkins, in particular, to anyone!

All three represent Keffer very well and were easy to work with.The reason I gave 3 stars for Quality of work was because I was disappointed with the Xzilon Evo + product / application or maybe I didn't fully understand what it was that I was purchasing. I was under the impression that a clear coat was applied to the exterior and the interior was also treated in some way for protection.It isn't evident this happened.

I rarely write reviews and when I purchased my vehicle asked how I could review them without them pushing the review on me. That is how satisfied I was. This review is because I have had a really great experience with great staff. To me, car buying is relating to your sales person. If I walk in and can't relate to who I am working with I am bound to not trust them. Working with Keffer Mazda of Huntersville has really been great. I had a horrible experience with Lake Norman Dodge, Jeep, Ram and their approach and their "too good for you" attitudes. I had a lease under a Chrysler 200 and wanted a Jeep Cherokee due to being one month out from my lease end date. After my horrible experience I decided to research SUV s more and found Mazda highly rated on their CX-5. After a few friends said they have had a great experience with their Mazda I decided I would test drive. I have always been a Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler girl. Hated my Chevy Malibu. To my surprise the CX-5 drove super nice and I liked the features inside. I wanted the Touring model. Sean Daly the sales man I was working with understood from the moment I walked in I wanted an open and honest relationship. There was no pressure to buy. He answered all my questions with knowledge. I walked in with no intent to buy, just to test drive. During negotiations Sean knew what we wanted and advocated on our behalf. The negotiating process was actual very smooth and they printed out all types of numbers on a sheet to show down payments and monthly payments for the car. I felt that it was less about going back and forth and more of understanding % of the cars value. The general Manager Lowell actually came out to speak with us and then came back at my request one last time. He was informative and really backed up where he stood on pricing and why. To me that was so much more valuable and I felt he was honest during the whole process. To my surprise I ended up with my Mazda CX-5 Touring. No buyers remorse. Sean was even willing to help me out past his work hours and drive me up to the Chrysler dealership to drop off the 200. I appreciated all the excellent service I was given. Most dealerships don't understand the more open and honest a customer feels with you the more positive that customer views you. I have already told my coworkers about it this morning and will advocate for this dealership. I am happy I have someone I can go to and trust. I feel there is no wall when I go there. I can tell you they will be my families go to dealership in years to come. That is how you keep customers and word of mouth is the most important marketing. We came in with our small children to test drive a vehicle. We wanted to see how the room was when their car seats were in the back. JJ our salesman had no issues with us doing this and was so patient even though it was 100 degrees outside!Once we agreed that we liked the car, I was honest and let them know exactly what we could do. They didn't mess around and within 10 minutes came back with exactly what I needed. No dishonesty and no last minute secrets. And BEST of all no haggling! Keffer Mazda (Huntersville) exceeded my expectations. Having had two terrible experiences at other dealerships for pervious bought cars my husband and I researched dealers for over a month before choosing three highly rated dealers. We knew the make and model of the car we wanted but if you've ever had a unsavory experience you know the service while shopping is a very important part of the process, at least it is for me. We visited two of the three on our list and walked away with a test drive and little else. We had plans to visit the third the following weekend. During the week my husband had been visiting various websites and came across the car we wanted listed at Keffer Mazda for a very reasonable price. Keffer wasn't one of the three dealers we chose but we decided to schedule an appointment for the following weekend anyway. The following day he was alerted that the car price had been lowered, he called Keffer and rescheduled an appointment for that night. Our appointment was set for 7:30 that evening. I was apprehensive for a few reasons, one- they close at 8 pm and I didn't want to drag the process out over two days, two- it was the middle of the work week and after a ten hour day the last thing I wanted was to haggle w a salesperson, three- looking for reviews on Keffer they had several excellent and some just mediocre but overall they didn't have a ton of either. Again, after a month of researching dealers most had 100-300+ reviews and I think I read maybe 30 on Keffer. Deciding the deal on the car was too good to pass up over few reviews we kept our appointment and I can't tell you how happy I am that we did. We arrived at 7 and we're immediately approached by a gentleman named Dominic. We told him why we were there and that we had made an appointment. He immediately walked us to the car of interest and let us have a look. We took our time looking over the vehicle and never felt pressure to proceed or rushed. We went for a test drive, spoke with another gentlemen named Gabriel who originally took our appointment. We discussed our trade and he immediately took it back to the garage for a value assessment. We were taken into an office asked if we would like a beverage and the process began. There wasn't a lot of haggling as the car was priced very competitively. Another gentleman Llyod, came in to discuss the value of our trade and to talk numbers. The whole process went very quickly but they took the time to answer all of our questions or concerns fully. We never felt pressured or rushed, it was clear from the time we walked on the lot that our happiness was the priority. By the time the paperwork was signed and keys were exchanged it was 9:30pm. I apologized multiple times for keeping them late and was assured each and every time that it was no bother at all. We drove away that night w a new car and smiles on our faces. I will be using Keffer Mazda for any car needs I have in the future. The following Saturday I brought my dearest friend in to look at a car as well. Just as I expected the process was again friendly, professional and consistent. Llyod, Dominic, Marcus, Gabe, and JJ it was a real pleasure guys. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Everyone went out of their way to say hello to us during our visit. Kenny spent a long time with us even though we said we were "just looking" and wouldn't be ready for 6 months to a year. We took a test drive and loved the car. We got a great deal. We were able to get out of our lease early and save a lot on our monthly payments while getting a really nice, loaded new car. Being in the car business, I have heard all the stories about buying a car. I had never considered a Mazda, however after doing my researched I went to Keffer for a test drive last week. I was met by Gabe who had me spend time with Mary. Let me tell you one thing, Mary knows her cars! She was a true joy to work with. Mary asked me all the questions and then took me out for a drive. I could not wait to get back to the dealership to secure my car. I waited a few days to locate just the car that I wanted. This past Saturday was my day. I was able to pick up my brand new Mazda6 and I love it. I was in and out in about an hour, no stress or worry at all. Mary has already scheduled me for my 4 month service call. My sales person was Sean Daly, my intent was to test drive the vehicle only. However, Sean asked what I was trying to do, I was resolved that it could not be done due to my own requirements. Sean and the finance manager worked the deal giving most of what I asked for and needed to get the deal done. These gentlemen in my opinion really worked hard making sure that I did not leave without a deal being done. There are only two items I waiting for and I will be completely satisfied with my purchase. I love the car!! I only have two areas of criticism one has to do with providing a second for used vehicles (if the owner did not provide one when the car was traded). The second area it's my understanding that this location does not provide or fill up the tank for used cars. There are mom and pop car dealerships that will fill the tank with Keffer being the size that it is I think they can afford to put gas in a car that was just sold same holds true for the second key what is a one to few hundred dollars when you just made thousands off a sold car? Full disclosure I was provided with a full tank of gas and I fought for a second of which I'm still waiting for. To me this would really add to the buying experience at this location. But overall it was good experience.

Donnie was super friendly and genuine (not what I expected going into a car dealership...). I felt like he wasn't so fixated on the "sale," as he was with making sure I was happy when I left. I ended up buying a slightly used CX-5 Touring and I am so happy that I made this big decision! They made everything smooth and easy for me. Dealer had very good inventory of model during end of model sale with special financing. Test drive and dealing went about the average time of 1.5 hours from my experience. Had the same experience at the neighboring Ford dealer after I left the Mazda dealer. Went back to Mazda for a follow up drive to make sure it was all we expected and the dealer had one ready when we arrived. Picked a car from inventory and arranged financing. Second visit took about 2 hours until we drove off in our new car. About normal for a purchase from inventory even though it was an end of the month Saturday.

I had an all around great experience with Keffer Mazda. I originally brought in my CX-5 for the first time in 2 years after my check engine light came on--turns out it was only just a minor gas cap issue. I never had any issues and loved that car, especially in the previous New York winters that I originally purchased it for.As I was in the waiting room, I started to look at the Mazda3, which I've always loved. One of the salesmen, Kenny, did his due diligence and came over and started a normal (and not at all pushy) conversation with me about my situation and my lease and whatnot. After talking to him a bit, we discussed the possibility of trading my CX-5 in for the smaller Mazda3.Kenny was awesome throughout this whole deal. From the beginning, he never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being haggled about getting a new car--he knew I didn't necessarily NEED to trade my car in and totally respected it. He was incredibly friendly and I could tell he really wanted to get me a good deal. I told him what I wanted, and he seriously delivered. Was incredibly responsive to any questions, phone calls, or texts. Go to him.So I went with the Mazda3 trade. This was such an easy and enjoyable process, especially for my first car lease that I completed on my own. Kenny is excellent. Gabe, the GM, is also a great, laid back, personable guy who makes you feel comfortable. Also worth a mention: when I originally came in for service for my CX-5, the service team was wicked nice and calmed me way down about the alarming check engine light. Didn't jump to expensive conclusions. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful.Even after my purchase was complete and I had a few more issues and questions, every employee at Keffer was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Jenna was also very nice and helpful about my online inquiry. If you're looking for a Mazda, which you should, 100% go to Keffer. We are very happy with our purchase of a new Mazda CX-5 from Keffer Mazda. Both of our vehicles predate most of the current features, so we were clueless about such things as the infotainment system. Donnie set us up, helped us to understand when we wanted to understand, and cut to the chase for things such as setting up the phones, where we didn't care how it worked. He did all that without being condescending to the middle-aged buyer. The GM, Gabe, made it clear from the outset that we'd get a deal in a range acceptable to buyers still considering vehicles sold by competitors, so we spent no time getting irritated or being anxious about numbers. We purchased a Mazda3 from Keffer (Huntersville, N.C.) through salesman Kenny Robinson using the Costco car purchase program. We arranged the sale by phone call and e-mail for my son who as moving from Calif. to N.C., and drove in to complete the transaction at the dealer through an appointment. Got out in 1 - 1.5 hours. The dealer and Mr. Robinson were most helpful in answering our questions, and coordinating insurance with a local agent we located. The Costco price was below a Kelly Blue book estimate and favorable. The Costco program also allows a discount of 50% off a limited amount of accessories which we used. A slight hiccup in the documentation of part of our accessory purchase which Mr. Robinson quickly addressed pending the dealer's recovery of its documentation. The financing staff sought to sell us a service contract, which we rejected. The price was otherwise as indicated to us before our arrival to complete the purchase and, as stated, very favorable. We'd recommend Keffer to others. The sales agent, Kenny Robinson, was very helpful and made himself a valuable resource throughout the process and moving forward as a car owner.

I walked in to this dealership twice before buying my used 2014 Mazda. The first i was just looking at the sizes of them and told them that. They just showed me the cars I was interested in and we chatted about them. Then I left. I then Spoke with internet sells to find a car I would like to test drive and we set up a time to do that. The GM called me and I told him I wasn't going to buy a car that day, he said that was perfectly fine but that he was going to give me a really great deal, if I wanted I could take it if not then I could leave with no hasseling. He did just that. I could have left at any time after my test drive but after the deal he presented me with I indeed could not refuse the car. I drove away with a new car that day.

I've been taking my car to this location for service since last July when I needed an oil leak fixed around my timing chain and I've been taking it back for every squeak due to the amazing customer service I received and continue to receive. Then I found myself on the Keffer site and came across a deal that was appealing enough to venture out there. I was in contact with someone a few days beforehand but having a hectic schedule I got the time to go few days ealry. So take a quick look on the lot before I walk in to the show room. This being my first new car I was more then a little nervous and stressed. I take a look around the car in the showroom and more or less wait for someone to see if I needed help. Kenny Robinson is a nonsense salesman. He showed me a used car on the lot Friday afternoon. We went for a test drive and briefly discussed price. My husband and I and our girls went back Saturday morning. We agreed on a price without a lot of back and forth, I need to see my manager, etc. I appreciated that fact. I would recommend Kenny to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and courteous salesman.

After visiting a different Mazda dealership and having a negative experience, I was very please with my visit (and eventual purchase) made with Keffer Mazda of Huntersville. Staff members were honest and transparent. During my visit at a different Mazda dealership, I experienced an overbearing sales manager as well as relentless calls made to my cell phone over the course of 2 weeks. Keffer Mazda could not have been more different-in a positive way. I am very pleased and would suggest this dealership to anyone- Great staff!

I have owned many Mazda's over the years. I was thrilled to see a new dealership close to where I live. It has been a long time since I went looking for a new car. I found my sales representative Kenny Robinson to be most friendly and approachable. He listened to what I was important to me, and did his very best to understand what would make me happy. He knows the features of the CX-5, and how this 2016 model has significant improvements over the 2015 vehicle. Jenna was very helpful as their internet customer service rep.Kenny and the dealership believe in transparency, openness, and customer service. They gave me a great trade in value and I was able to get the car I wanted after working some numbers. The transaction was very smooth and less than an hour and a half to complete. Major shout out to Kenny for the incredible customer service I received after my nightmare with another dealership. He was so easy to work with and extremely helpful with the entire process. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and it was less stressful than I thought it'd ever be. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Mazda 3 that I can't get enough of, and neither can anyone on the streets. And shout out to the rest of the sales reps, including Gabriel, at the dealership for being incredibly helpful and trustworthy. Definitely recommend Kenny and this dealership to anyone. The 5 star rating is not an exaggeration- you won't be disappointed.

Settled on a out the door price which was to include tax tag title and any other added fees to the price, hands were shook, a little quick talk over the paperwork and shazaam they rolled our trade into the out the door price and which in return gave us $0.00 for our trade in when in fact it should have added to the BIG cash down payment made, granted the trade wasn't a whole lot but, when I talked to many other dealers about the incident, they ALL said its not illegal but it is unethical to roll the trade value in to the agreed price. Gabriel, when I talked to him on the phone about this he clearly stated " you can show me your numbers all day long and will not make any sense to me, I do these number all the time and the calculations are correct" I got the same from Chris the finance manager as well as Lowell, They knew they cheated us and got caught and there only thing the could say was you signed the paperwork it is a done deal. Gabriel wouldn't even call us back, we stopped to see him and he suddenly left out for some conference call for 3 hours, Now it is clear on how Gabriel and his team was able to turn this failing dealership around in 13-14 months to the point of getting ready to build a new one down the street.I would really like to talk to Jim Keffer about this whole deal,CUSTMERS BE CAREFUL AND CHECK OVER ALL PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING, NC. DOES NOT HAVE A 3 DAY GRACE, ONCE YOU SIGN ITS YOURS.

Kudos to Johnny Graniela for making me a believer that buying a car does not have to be unpleasant! He knew a ton about the model I bought (Mazda3 Grand Touring 5-Door) and took the time to explain all the features and answered all the questions I had. I went into this dealership, making it plain from the beginning that I was just researching. I was met by Johnny who was enthusiastic about his cars and had no problem with my plan. I was so impressed by the car that I became serious about purchasing. Johnny and Gabe both talked to me, but made no pressure to buy and understood that I needed a few days to think it over. I returned a few days later. Johnny was busy with another customer, so I dealt with Sean who was also friendly and easy to work with. I purchased a car at a reasonable price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Mazda.

It's been a long time since I've had such an enjoyable and professional car buying experience. The general manager kindly set up an appointment for me with salesman Sean Daly, who was waiting to greet me when I arrived. Having already expressed my interest in the Mazda 3, Sean had several cars ready and waiting to test drive. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about both the cars and the company. His expertise and relaxed nature made the entire experience an absolute pleasure! It was easy to reach an acceptable deal and the finance department was organized and efficient. What a difference from all the "smoke and mirror" dealerships found around Charlotte. I actually drove up to Huntersville from Charlotte specifically to do business with Keffer Mazda based on a recommendation from Mercedes of South Charlotte ...and I'm so glad I did! I give the dealership, the salesman and the Mazda 3 a five star rating!!!

Wow. What can I say. The experience I had at Keffer Mazda was exactly what a car buying experience should be. Greeted promptly once arriving on the lot. Asked appropriate questions to figure out exactly what model of car I was looking for. Asked how long I expected to have the car and how much I was looking to spend monthly. First offer came, I countered, and came back with a great deal. No fuss, no mess, no trouble at all.We traded in my beloved Volkswagen and now I am a Mazda Zoom Zoom.Finance guy (new, sorry, can't remember name) was great, didn't try to sell me something he knew I didn't need. This dealership was very accommodating and really went out of their way to earn my business. I wanted a specific color car and they found one at another dealership and had it sent to them. It was at the dealership at the date and time promised.Johnny was very friendly and not pushy. He seemed genuine and didn't patronize me as most car salesmen have in the past. I really appreciated his effort to make the purchasing process as painless as possible. He was very patient and didn't seem to mind when I wanted to test drive the CX-5 just to make sure I wanted the Mazda6 instead of a suv. The price negotiation went well with only 1 counteroffer instead of trying to go back and forth over a few dollars. Overall I would recommend Keffer Mazda and Johnny as the salesman.

We purchased our first Mazda in June 2014 and Sean was extremely helpful through the whole process. We loved the car, and the dealership so much we returned this February 2015 to purchase another one for our family! Keffer Mazda gave us a great price on both new vehicles and treated us with respect. It definitely made the process of purchasing a car more pleasurable than it is often made out to be. The second car we purchased was for my dads 50th, and Sean did everything he could to be able to provide us with "a huge red bow" to surprise my dad - small details like this go a long way. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Sean and will definitely be going back in the future!

Keffer Mazda gave the best pricing on a new car in the area and did not require any haggling. Sean Daly and Jenna Rolandini were both extremely professional and friendly. This is the only Mazda dealership I've been to in NC that wasn't operated by xxxxxxxx. I highly recommend them for their honesty and the fact they were very knowledgeable about the cars they sell.

As a Granny visiting from MA, I awoke to a puddle of something under my car. Looked on line for the nearest Mazda dealer and Keffer popped up. Booked an appt on line, which was very convenient. Upon arrivalthey promptly took my car and within an hour I was on my way home. What could have been a long afternoon with my baby grandson, they were able to fix pretty quickly. The guys were friendly and courteous. The waiting room was neat and clean. Hopefully wont need service againbut if I doKeffer is where I will go!

I want to start by saying that I don't have any complaint with the salesmen helping us(Donnie)he did a great job. However our issue started when we noticed the first time (right after we left the dealer) we try to pump gas that something was wrong with the gas pump or something because it will not let us pump gas, so we had to return it right away for service. It's been almost three weeks and they haven't fix it. They didn't even bother to give us a complementary car mean while. When I try to get in contact with one of the manager either they don't return my call or they hang up on me.

This, is a great dealership. I arrived and browsed the parking lot in search of my new car. I wasn't swarmed by salesman like most dealers. I decided i like the Mazda 3's and went inside, and right away i was greeted and told to make my self comfortable, i was offered coffee and snacks and then Kenny came out and basically said, If you want a car i will make it happen. The experience with Kenny was top notch. He knew everything about the Mazda 3 (he drives one), and till this day he is still offering me help with any questions i may have. He did everything he could to speed up the time it takes to purchase a new car. He even offer to pay to my insurance out of his pocket, since i had no money on me at the time. We worked out, the gesture was very nice and he didn't have to offer. Buy all your cars from Kenny, especially if you want a Mazda 3.

Donnie took the time to meet with me twice while I was deciding between a Mazda and a Honda. He pointed out the benefits of the Mazda but didn't give me the usual "high pressure sales pitch". He had the paperwork ready for me when I got to the dealership so the purchase went fast and easy. He even called me the next day to see if I had any questions. My first Mazda and I am very happy!

Our impression was that we could get a higher trade in value than we actually received. We felt that Donnie did a great job and we were very happy (so far) with the car we purchased today. The manager offered our 10 year old son $50 if he got his parents to purchase this car, which we did, but he did not follow through. We feel this is poor business practice,and if a manager offers such an incentive to a child, he should be ready to follow through. If he sent the $50 in the mail, we apologize for our comments herein. We know the Honda CRV is a reliable car and we hope to have many good years with this car.

I really liked my experience here beacause everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and totally not pushy or pressuring in any way. The exerpience was relaxed and not overly formal. I had many, many questions for my salesman, and he answered all of them paitently and was honest even in areas where it might have been more status quo for him to sweeten the truth a bit. I feel I got a good deal and they offered several little extra promotions (gift cards, etc) to make the sale even more appealing. Even though the office is small and it seems like they have a few people doing multiple jobs, we were able to get the sale approved and the finacing done in record time. My last purchase was from a much larger dealership and that processing took forever by comparison. I was also very happy here with financing. I told the guy up front I was not interested in any add on products and he honored that with no argument and did not try to hard sell me on anything -- we just signed the paperwork in 5 or 10 minutes time and that was that. There building may not look as slick or new as many other dealerships (they're working on a new location) but I would gladly take their relaxed and friendly approach over an expensive, high-tech building any day of the week.

Showed up at scheduled time checked in with no drama sat down in the clean waiting area and within 30 minutes was on my way. I went into the car buying experience with nothing but bad experiences. The last time I was in a dealership, I spent roughly 5 hours for the purchase of one vehicle. After being referred through the Costco program I made contact with Keffer with the intention of buying a CX9 to replace my existing CX9. Jenna and JJ at Keffer expedited my paperwork, made the experience as transparent as it could be. I ended up buying a second Mazda at Keffer. My wife and I travelled down from the Triad to Huntersville. The paperwork was prepared ahead of time and we spent more time at the dealership learning about the vehicles we were buying than signing papers. 40 minutes in the dealership for the purchase of two cars beats 5 hours for one. No Surprises. I would recommend the interent process to anyone, Keffer will earn my business again.

We have been Toyota people for several years. So when it came to buy a new car there was little though process on what and where we were going. But we did our due diligence on researching the vehicle we wanted. What we realized was that Mazda was consistently ranked higher than Toyota. So we went to Keffer Mazda in Huntersville and was completely blown away. We met with Lewis Gobble and explained what we were looking for. We were upfront about our previous buying experience with Toyota. Lewis understood and took the time to show us the difference between Mazda and Toyota. Lewis introduced us to the General Manager Gabriel Faria. Mr. Faria was very personable and understood our reluctance to make the change. After reviewing our options, we decided to try the Mazda. We were so impressed with the quality of the Mazda vehicles and especially with the service provided by Lewis Gobble. I would highly recommend Keffer Mazda to all my friends.
