We are so thrilled with our new car! Heather was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We live over an hour away, and were pleased with the initial interactions online with Peter. When we made the drive to Kelly, we were hoping for a great experience, and we got it. Heather is awesome! Car shopping can be a painful experience and she not only helped us narrow does our selection, but made it a pleasurable experience. Mark helped us to get a fantastic deal and was super nice as well. I am so happy with my purchase at Kelly GMC! Everything was easy from beginning to end. My salesperson Heather worked with me more than any other sales person ever did. We have purchased many cars and this was by far the most positive experience. Being a mother of 2 I am always pressed for time, Heather helped me via text and when the deal was ready I went in and signed the papers, I was out of there in less than an hour. My experience with Kelly GMC was OUTSTANDING! I had a 2013 Nissan Frontier SL that had been coming to full term for the lease. I had been torn what I wanted to go into next especially since Nissan really did not change much on it since the first truck I leased in 2007, 2010 and then in 2013. I originally had planned to stay in something similar in size. I tried the Toyota Tacoma and was not impressed with several things on the truck. Toyota did a lot to redesign it but left some important stuff out. I knew Matt Kelly from Nissan and we had been talking about trucks and options installed. Matt had mentioned that I should stop in and take a look at GMC. I agreed to stop by GMC and see what they had to offer. Upon arrival I was shown a Sierra 1500 SLT. I was not 100% sure if I wanted to go any larger than my Frontier. I asked to take a Canyon for a ride. I was impressed with the truck and everything about it. Size was I felt it was close to the overall outside size of the Frontier. However the more I looked at it I felt the inside was a little tighter. I went back to Kelly after this test ride and went back to look at the Sierra 1500 SLT and took it out for a ride. I took it for a test ride and new this was the truck for me even though bigger than I initially thought I wanted. Everything about this truck was great.from the ride to the options. Looking back this truck was really not that much bigger than my Nissan.I came back and had been introduced to Anthony Jayetileke. He was OUTSTANDING as well. Having Anthony and Matt working with me was the perfect team. There was no pressure whatsoever during the whole process and both of them were very knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with the Sierra 1500 SLT and most importantly with a GREAT DEAL! I highly recommend going in and seeing Anthony Jayetileke and Matt Kelly if you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicleyou will not be disappointed!

Our salesman, Anthony Jayetileke, greeted us with a smile and showed great knowledge of the car we were interested in. The test drive was great. The price was the best (I visited other dealers). I went back the next day and was allowed to use the car for the weekend. One phone call from Anthony to see if I was interested, we set up an appointment and when we got there, the paper work was ready. I had been searching around for a vehicle for a couple months. I had no clue what I wanted, except to get out of my old car. I was upside down with my trade. I was looking at cheap little cars, because that's what I thought I could afford. I told Heather what I needed in the car and also what I wanted. I have to say in the beginning nick was great he helped me pick a car that suited our family and even steered us away from a bigger more expensive car because it wasn't the right fit. He patiently sat through all of my questions and back and forth, once the deal was done however he seemed to be in a hurry to push us out the door. That alone may be the reason we don't go back next time : ( I feel like they are a good dealership but you can definetly find better deals elsewhere, as I found out after I purchased my car. All of the staff seemed friendly enough and the place is clean with a fully stocked coffee bar!

No one handed them this accomplishment......they worked diligently at it and earned it. I CONGRATULATE THEM AND WISH THEM THE BEST. I was in the market for a new vehicle and I was very unsure as to what I was going to get. I stopped by on a whim and Mike Yerger approached me and was very pleasant from the beginning. I continued to look at different vehicles all while Mike and I kept in touch. After a month or so I was ready to take the plunge and went in for the truck but they had sold it. Mike and Mark searched all over looking for that truck at the manufacture rebate price but had no luck. I saw one in West Chester and drove down there but we were met with a very rude salesman and ended up walking out. I called Mike and told him he still had a chance but he told me there were no more available however he had a Denali for a couple of dollars more. I went down and looked at it and told him I had to think about it. A couple of days later I called mike and told him I would take it. Poor Mike Yerger, I tortured the guy with my indecisiveness and he stood by patiently and really worked hard for me when I needed him to, all while continuing to be very friendly. He even came in on his day off for me. After Mike and I did our dance, Kelly stepped up also with a great price for the whole package. Everybody there made my experience a great one and Im very estactic. I Highly recommend Kelly dealership and ask for Mike Yerger for your salesman. You won't be disappointed

If, a week ago, you would have told me I would have leased a Buick Encore I would have said you were crazy!! I'm more of a Jeep Liberty/Grand Vitare model type gal. What I really liked was that Mike took the time to ask questions about the things I wanted to see in a car before even showing me any models. This lead to my test-drive of a Buick Oncore. Well, my daughter did the driving... We both loved it. Sitting inside, the ride, just felt overall...."classy." Even my daughter stated that she would get the car in a heartbeat. I really didn't expect to be as excited about it as I was. Mike and his manager did provide me with numbers that I thought were relatively okay; however, my husband felt very differently. We proceeded to look at other vehicles and found one we liked (not a Buick).. but was much more in our ball park and the color I really wanted. Still.... I REALLY liked the "feel" of the Buick and couldn't get passed that. So my husband and I went back to Kelly Buick so he could see and test drive the car. Mike was great.. no hassle.. very informative and just an all around great guy with whom to work. My husband really liked the car as well. But between the two cars..though my heart was with the Buick... my pocketbook said otherwise. What I loved about working with Mike is that there was no badgering or hounding. We were very upfront with him and he continued to work with us. Simply due to the numbers..neither of the cars we were looking at had the safety bells and whistles I really wanted. Out of sheer curiosity my husband asked Mike what the next level up would be. Turned out.. that model had almost everything I wanted. Well, guess what....that's the car we ended up leasing. Mike, in my opinion, went above and beyond, working with us to get a lease deal we just couldn't pass up. I am thrilled about my new car and can't wait to drive it. As for Mike, I would not hesitate to work with him again (and plan to when this lease is up). He truly did everything he could, all without being pushy, to help us get the car we truly wanted. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a car, to go to Kelly Buick and ask for Mike Yerger. You won't be sorry!!!

My son Justin is thrilled with his car which is both beautiful and in top notch condition. And by the way, no dealership testimonial would be complete without saying that the price of the vehicle was considerably (significantly) below Kelly Blue Book market value thus allowing us to avoid all the haggling that customers hate. Josh is knowledgeable and perceptive as to his customers wishes. I went to this dealership to test drive the Buick Encore, which I did. I did not purchase it because of personal preference (I like the look of it but think I would like a car or SUV with better visibility). Josh spent a great deal of time answering my questions, even though I had said I wasn't quite ready to buy a car. His follow up text was just right, especially since I had said that I didn't respond well to multiple phone calls or messages and pressure that some salesman inflict on you. When I'm ready to buy a car, which may be in a few weeks or a few months, I will think of Josh and hope to do business with him then. I definitely recommend Josh.

I went in searching for a new SUV to replace my sedan. Knowing I had a bit of a flip, I kept my options open and wanted to follow their advice as to what to look at and which would best fit my situation. After testing a few vehicles and running numbers, nothing was falling into my favor at the time, which I was ok with. The salesman finally came back to the desk and said well, you don't have to trade the vehicle in, you could keep it, by your new one and... Well... Turn it in where you bought it. Seriously?? You recommend voluntary repossession? Yes because purchasing a car is reason to ruin my credit. I immediately got my things and left. Horrifying experience here and I have shared this with everyone I know. I am proud to say I purchased a 2016 Jeep at a competing dealership with everything that I wanted, and also within the perameters of what I wanted to spend. Great staff there Kelly, I hope they put you out of business.

We decided on this dealership because we were looking for a Jeep. When we met the sales person Tony Bittenbender outside, he was friendly, but very pushy. We had cars that needed to be jump started to trade in and we let Tony know this, to make sure it would be possible IF we decided to buy a car from this dealership. At this point we didn't even have a chance to look at any cars yet before he was trying to run inside to grab a jump box to get our trade in cars to the lot. We had to let him know that we needed to at least see a few cars before we think about going to jump the trade ins. After letting him know that, he seemed agitated, and begrudgingly showed us a few cars that we asked about, all the while, bringing up the jumping of the trade in cars instead of helping us shop for the car we wanted. Eventually we did find a car that we liked, and drove out to the house to jump the two trade in cars. One car started fine, the other needed a new battery before it could be started. Tony was very insensitive about the condition of the other car (It was my mothers car and she had recently passed away, and he knew this) and exclaimed several times that we should just scrap it, and that it wasn't worth more than $300. Tony was very rude and unprofessional in letting us know they weren't interested in that trade in car (which we ended up finding out was actually worth 2-5 thousand once our mechanic puts a battery in it and washes it). We then went back to the used car building, to start the paperwork for the car we had found that we liked. The person in charge of that area (his name was Matt?) bought us a pizza and made sure we were comfortable, He and the other sales staff were great, and very accommodating. We then went through the paperwork process to buy the car, and Tony was friendly, but still unprofessional. Letting us know the small amount of money he makes per car that he sells, and his hopes that we will give him a good review, so he can get a much needed bonus. At times we enjoyed Tony as a person, but he was too comfortable, and left us feeling uneasy. Our experience with the other staff at the dealership was very good, and we left wishing we had asked for a different sales person to deal with us. We love the car that we bought, but our experience with Tony left us feeling pretty uncomfortable ever going back. We'll be getting all of our maintenance done at other Jeep dealerships.

I had been driving a ten year old car that was slowly getting to the point where the maintenance was not financially worth it, and I needed to know I had a reliable vehicle I can count on to get me where I need to go. When my latest issue hit, I decided now might be the time to get back into the leasing cycle. Nick Paxos stepped up on the spur of the moment to walk me through my options and got me a deal my budget could handle on a vehicle (Encore) that I knew I'd enjoyed driving for a few days previously when my old car was being serviced once before. Needless to say, stepping up from a ten year old vehicle was disorienting, since vehicle tech has advanced a great deal, but Nick patiently took the time to see to it I had a good overview of all the vehicle's systems, as well as working hard to get me the deal I needed for my budget. Would definitely recommend talking to him if you're in a similar situation.

We've been buying/leasing Buicks from Kelly Buick for over 20 years. We've always been satisfied w/our vehicles and also the service. Our most recent transaction was handled by Tony Bittenbender, who we found to be extremely personable as well as very knowledgeable about the Buick models. We really had no intention of buying or leasing a vehicle that day, but Tony was patient w/us. We were driving a 2006 LaCrosse, so naturally we wanted to test drive the 2016 LaCrosse, which we did, even bringing it home to determine if it would fit in our garage! It did fit, but we weren't comfortable w/the pricing on payments. Moved on to test drive the Verano. Nice vehicle, but no comparison to LaCrosse, especially w/back seat leg room. We were originally looking for another burgundy colored vehicle, but none were available in that color. Lastly, we had to look at the Regal. Tony found a dark sapphire blue Regal Turbo on the back lot and brought it over to the showroom for us. OMG....love at first sight! Test drive - BOOM! This one was THE one! Thanks Tony, for getting us back in to another Regal....this time a gorgeous dark sapphire blue Turbo. We're definitely in love!

I was looking for an SUV to lease or buy. When we arrived at Kelly Buick, Heather greeted us at the door and asked if she could help us in any way. She had all the answers to our questions and more. After checking to see what things I was wanting the most (size, safety, storage area, comfort. etc.), she had several suggestions, but the one that grabbed my attention was the Mitsubishi Outlander. She took us to see one across the street at Kelly Mitsubishi and I was "smitten". The Outlander GT was great looking and loaded and the Cosmic Blue color was an added extra! I made the deal and have been driving it for a day and a half. I am not sorry! Heather Doll is an excellent salesperson - knowledgeable, pleasant, and not "pushy". I would gladly refer my friends to her to shop for a car.

We have been searching for months for a vehicle for our daughter. She was interested in a small SUV, something good on gas, with a back-up screen and good sound system. We were also concerned about safety. We worked with Tony Bittenbender and he knew the perfect car for her - a 2015 Buick Encore. It was just what she was looking for- and contains 10 airbags and an SOS button in case of an emergency. All-wheel drive and only $25 or less to fill the tank. Tony was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and took our needs into consideration and picked the vehicle perfect for us. The process went smoothly. Tony made sure we had something to drink while we waited and even made popcorn for my younger daughter, turned on Disney, and gave her something to color. He was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend going to see Tony if you are interested in purchasing a car!!! He went above and beyond what I would expect for a car salesman. We were also excited to get the holiday deal - a new 50" TV, which Tony personally carried out for us.

I stopped in this week looking at purchasing a encore. I parked my car and before I even had time to turn it off tony was outside my door. He talked very loudly and was SO pushy. I felt uncomfortable the way he was looking at me and it almost felt like he was flirting with me the way he was talking. My wife and I went car shopping last weekend for a used car on the Lehigh Street Auto Mile. We stopped at a few dealerships and found that most had no interest selling us what WE wanted. One dealership even told me that they wouldn't negotiate. Really? Wow! We saw a Chevy Cruze on the Kelly Buick lot and stopped in. I can tell you I have been to alot of dealers in my day but these people are 5 star. We worked out a price right away, which was below book, because I checked. Great people to deal with. Nick Paxos was excellent. Not happy with what I felt were pressure from the sales manager. Take it now. Call your insurance. They have a 24 hour hotline. This is not a decision to be made lightly and I don't need the sales manager pressuring me with threats of other people coming to look at the car. If you want to sell to someone else do it. I felt, due to this pressure, we were also taken advantage of in the price. Probably by about $500.

The reasoning for my rating was, my wife and I were at many dealerships prior to meeting Robert Crail at Kelly Automotive Group, and we were highly disappointed, although, we went in thinking that this was never going to become a reality. Once we agreed on a price, the paperwork took quite a while, and the amount we agreed on, was raised , a bit, for gap insurance, which I feel, should have been a choice, and ours to purchase through our personal insurance, instead of being made to feel obligated.

Overall very positive. My only complaint is I came in to look at vehicles on Friday. I told them we were still looking at a couple of other vehicles. The dealer called me on Sat morning to make a deal which I was interested in. At one moment, the dealer said they would need to check and see if they accepted the price and they would call me back. They did call back and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately, the other dealer they needed to get the car from sold the car. We fortunately came to a deal on another vehicle. I just would have assumed that if you called me to make the deal and then got off the phone to discuss price with the sales manager, you would have checked to see the vehicle was actually still available vice agreeing to deal with me and then learning the original vehicle was no longer available.

Walked into Kelly looking for a used car and was greeted within 5 minutes by Robert Crail. He asked what I was looking for and started showing me a few cars. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Within 10 minutes I was test driving a few cars. After I had found one I liked he had no problem letting me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. I got the green light from my mechanic and we came back to talk numbers. Rob was extremely friendly and explained he wanted to help get me into this car for the right price. After some time we came to an agreement I was very happy with. He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable at all. We finalized the agreement of sale and now I am the owner of a great used car! He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend him to a friend and go back to shop with him again. You can tell he certainly knows what he is doing and is a very smart well informed man. I will be shopping here again in the future.

My 2011 Buick Regal that is still under warranty stalled and went dead when it went around right turn. I had it towed to Kelly. I received a call from the Service Advisor within an hour of its arrival. After we asked politely not to allow our car to go home with a tech for its electrical problems, Eric Keller insisted that was the only way for it to get repaired. Needless to said, the car was scratched and the left front wheel was damaged. I was told that they would replace a part where it had gotten chip. The part would be in a day and they would call and set up appointment. No one called till I complain the head of Service. The real problem is that my car broke down again and I had to have it towed to another dealer a much greater distance from my house. It appears to be the same problem that they claimed to have fixed. Obviously, it was not fixed and the exterior of my vehicle was marred. Ida did call and said she would get back in touch with me that was a week ago and I am still waiting. I am very disappointed with this service and have registered another complaint with Buick Customer Assistance Advisor.

My last 3 vehicles were leases and this time around was no different. Wanted to go from a sedan to an SUV... fell in love with the GMC Acadia Denali! Before my lease was up I went to Star GMC, big mistake! Two months later when I was ready to turn my car in they increased the price same type of term, didn't follow up with me in a timely manner, it was just awful! I called Kelly GMC knowing that there were 9 cars in the color I wanted with all the options I wanted in a 500 mile radius. They were happy to deal with me over the phone as I knew what I wanted to pay and they actually had a demo exactly what I was looking for on their lot. We basically arranged it all over the phone I came down and left within 20 mins as I loved the car and their price was right!!!! Picked up the car a few days later and I am in love with it! Heather Doll is one of the most personable, professional customer service oriented sales people I have ever dealt with! Matt Jones her manager is also so great to deal with and very personable as well! My father purchased a Sierra from them the next day! They are a fair dealership! Will be back for my next lease in 3 years! I had my last 2 leases with Infiniti and their customer service at the end of this last lease was awful! Glad I am driving a new brand!

After having a rough time finding an honest dealership in the Northern New Jersey area my wife and I decided to search the Allentown area. We took care of all of the details over e-mail and the phone. All we had to do was sign up and sign the papers. Everything was ready to go!My only request for the dealership was that they would send pictures of any scratch or dent, which they did! They had the car detailed and ready to go as well. We were not in the dealership for more than an hour.This experience was just what we wanted and could not have asked for anything better. I went to Kelly the other day not looking to buy anything. I was just starting my shopping so the last thing in my mind was that I would be leaving with a vehicle, that's when I ran into Heather. I do not know how else to explain what happened other than I went from "just shopping" to "I NEED to have this vehicle." Heather made the process so smooth I felt like I have known her forever. At one point she made a comment stating "I love selling cars. Isn't this fun?" It made me laugh because here is someone who is trying to sell me something yet she is smiling and really enjoying her job. Tell me what other dealership has employees that truly enjoy what they do? It was a God thing! It was a very cold Saturday and the family and I were out running errands and we decided to stop in and take a brief look see. We had about 15 min to look around and then out came our salesman Anthony, a charming and very patient man. We decided to come back alone so we could talk further. Over the weekend Anthony found a beautiful Coco colored 2011 Buick Enclave that had been owned by one owner who had purchased the vehicle from Kelly Buick GMC. They let us take the SUV home for the weekend. Of course the rest of the family loved it as well.The Wife and I had some past credit issues, and only our Jeep to offer as a down payment.I traded in an old loyal friend, a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 236,000 miles. I drove it for 13 long years awaiting our good Lord to deliver us into a newer vehicle.What we experienced from Anthony and the staff at the dealership that late afternoon was nothing less than amazing. They gave us new floor mats, tire protection plan, extended vehicle coverage, Loan Protection coverage and free vehicle detailing for 3 years. Had my truck in for service on 3/12/2015 , for a XM radio issue. Got there about 7:50 am ,after waiting for about 1 hour in the waiting to here something the service consultant came out and told me my truck needed a new radio and would have to leave it over night. I said to the service consultant that I needed to get a few things out of my truck . As I went to the garage and got to my truck the technician was sitting in the driver seat, so I went over to the passenger side . Up to this point everything was good , till I opened up the door . I went to the passenger side to get my sunglasses and the technician had my $400 SUNGLASSES BURIED UNDER TOOLS . There were tools and a drill with a bit in it , sitting on the seat with nothing on the seat to protect the leather. Then I looked over and saw he had the radio out of the dashboard sitting on the center console with nothing between the radio and the console . Also tech was sitting in the driver seat with nothing protecting the leather seat . Let me say this truck is a week old , but that should not matter . I'll say that what I saw from the Technician is a lack of respect for someone else's property . If this kind of stuff happens at this dealership imagine what else happens that you don't see. I bought the truck there , and can say will not be going back there for service again .

Nick helped us get a good deal on our 2011 GMC Acadia. There were some minor items that needed to be fixed and he was able to get all of them fixed to our satisfaction prior to us picking up the vehicle. The service department also fixed a faulty power outlet in the dashboard that was identified when we picked up the vehicle. We had to come back for the service but they provided a loaner Acadia so that we would not be inconvenienced while it was being fixed. They also replaced the tires that did not meet the GM Certified Preowned criteria.

Buying a used car (or new) can be a very stressful transaction, especially when buying a vehicle over 7 hours away from home! Finding the vehicle I was looking for on the Internet it was offered for sale by Kelly Buick GMC. My initial contact was with Sarah Elabhar in Internet sales. Sarah couldn't have been more responsive to my questions and getting back very quickly with answers. Sarah would check with Sales Manager Matt to get the answers I needed including sending me additional photos and making sure an open GM recall was taken care by the service department. After flying into Allentown from Columbus, Ohio I was picked up at the airport by Nick Paxos, my sales specialist. Nick was very professional and made me feel completely at ease. What a pleasant transaction in purchasing an awesome used Cadillac.

I had a terrible experience with the Kelly dealership over the weekend. In fact I will be writing a letter to submit to General Motors so it can go on record as a formal complaint. I had a 10am appointment Saturday and the service department had me waiting there for almost two hours before they pulled my car in to assess the trouble I was having with the windshield wipers. Why schedule me for 10am when they couldn't even look at my car until 2 hours later? This is extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. To continue, when I initially brought the car in I told the service consultant (Leann Green) what was wrong with the wipers and how they managed to somehow stop working. I also told her that I wanted another opinion regarding a leak that was coming from the AC Condenser coming from the front of the vehicle. She told me she would have the technician look at everything and would let me know. I told her that I didn't want any work done to the vehicle until I was notified. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged anything until I was notified. By 12noon I decided to have a relative pick me up because there were things I needed to do. I notified the service technician that I would be leaving the car at the dealership and instructed her to call me once she could provide an update. Around 1:00pm she called telling me that I needed a new windshield wiper motor because the linkage was broken and this inexpensive part wasn't sold separately. I was also told that the mechanic couldn't find the leak I had described so there wouldn't be any additional costs. Again I told the service advisor it was coming from the AC Condenser and I wanted a second opinion concerning how much it would cost to have it repaired. Before we got off the phone I was told everything would cost approx. $370. The cost was more then excessive but I agreed to have the work done because I couldn't drive around with windshield wipers that didn't work. At 3pm I was told the car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership the total bill was now $450. I was told I was charged an additional fee to have the mechanic tell me there was a leak coming from the AC Condenser. I asked the person why I was charged when I already knew where the leak was coming from and I had communicated that when I initially brought the car in. She told me the mechanic had to get paid for his time. This is completely unacceptable. I already knew what the problem was. In fact the dealership initially told me there was nothing wrong and were quick to tell me everything was fine until I urged them to look at the AC Condenser a second time. This was a way for them to charge me more money. I believe I was taken advantage of. I was lied to. I was charged a fee for something I already knew. I was told this wouldn't cost me anything. When I was notified over the phone how much everything would cost the additional expense was not brought to my attention. When I am picking my car up as the dealership is closing its brought to my attention? Unacceptable. I shouldn't have been charged the additional money. I'm filing a complaint. I will be telling everyone I know how I was taken advantage of. I have family who have purchased cars from Kelly. They lost a lot of business because of one person and the way I was treated. I will do everything within my power to make sure this incident doesn't go unnoticed. Terrible dealership. Unprofessional people with no integrity

This was probably the best vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. It seemed as though everyone worked together to meet my needs and to stay within my budget rather than pushing to make the sale. I left with a vehicle that had far more bells and whistles than I ever could have imagened at a price that was just $30 a month over what I expected to pay for a vehicle with far less accessories than what this vehicle has. Working with my sales person was a very pleasant experiance as was working with everyone else involved. We found a used car online that seemed to be in our price range and one we loved. At first we were reluctant to call because car shopping can be such a hassle and the dealership was 2 hours away. When my husband called it was actually 10 minutes before they were even listed as being open. A friendly voice on the other line answered and was willing to answer any questions we had, as well as interrupt a meeting to get any information about financing. We decided to put a hold on the vehicle for a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership we were paired with Heather who was FANTASTIC. She offered us drinks and pop corn took the time to ask us what we were looking for, and pointed out some other cars that we may be interested in. She was NOT pushy and was a wealth of information throughout the entire process. Did I mention she stood in the rain while we looked at the car and took it for a test drive? I recently had a bad experience with a car dealer ship. And when I got here I had a smile on my face. The car we called about was up front with our name on it. The sales man met us at the front of the building and was ready to help us immediately. The test drive went great and our trade in value is what we were hoping for. They helped meet with in our budget and worked with us so we were able to drive off the lot with our new upgrade. We were absolutely thrilled to have such a great experience after having such a horrible experience the day prior with a different dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. And I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had an awful experience with the service department trying to get an inspection, than Heather Doll stepped up when she saw me sitting and brooding in the waiting area. She sat down to chat a bit. She was caring and honest, and discussed the possibility of making me feel better by putting me in a used car for not much more than the cost of the repairs needed on my old car. Within moments she had the perfect replacement car picked out, and she brought it around front for me to look at. I have poor credit and not much to put down, but Heather and her boss worked extremely hard to make the numbers work. I drove out of the dealership on Saturday with the potential new used car, and when I brought it back on Monday, Heather already had a possible payment plan lined up. I plan to return Tuesday and finalize the transaction. I will leave Kelly Buick with a smile on my face and a car I love! (She deserves a major raise! ,

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Kelly Buick GMC. This dealership was located about 1.5 hours away from my house, but they had the exact truck that I was looking for so I decided to contact them for a price. They were very willing to negotiate the price over the phone which I greatly appreciated as I didnt want to take the trip if we werent on the same page. We were able to get to a price that was close to where I wanted to be so I decided to take the trip. When I arrived they assigned me a sales person who took me on a test drive. When we sat down to negotiate the price the price they gave me was higher than what they quoted me over the phone. After some more negotiating I was able to get the price to what we agreed on the phone but still not where I wanted to be so I left. They called me a week later and told me they could match my deal there was a dent in the door when I was there the first time so I agreed to buy the truck if they fixed the dent. They assured me they fixed the dent and I made the 1.5 hour drive back up to pick up the truck. When I looked around the truck I saw that the dent was fixed, but saw another large dent in the back, a problem with the bumper, and a few scratches on the door. The sales woman assured me they would fix all of those and was pressuring me to purchase the vehicle. I decided not to buy. At that point the sales person got very upset and treated me like I was doing something wrong. Like my decision not to buy a brand new truck that is in worse condition than my 4 year old trade wasnt founded. In fact, no one even apologized for the condition of the vehicle or for wasting my time until I got a call from the sales manager an hour or so later. This experience was extremely surprising as this dealer and sales woman are highly rated; however, after spending 6 hours in a car and being treated as poorly as I was I felt the need to share my experience.

We had the luck of our SUV breaking down during the holiday weekend. We got stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck for 6 hours. By the time we go to the dealership the service center was closed. We were lucky enough that Jim was there. He gave us a loaner so we could find a hotel and get some food. He also ensured that everyone in the service department knew the next morning that we needed our SUV looked.. We needed to get to work by a specific time as we had to call out since our SUV broke down. The service department called me at 7am the next day and continued to keep me in the loop. The SUV couldn't be fixed until later that day and Jim let use you the loaner vehicle. Jim and his team were beyond helpful with the whole situation. We were so tired and frustrated by the time we got to the dealership. Jim was amazing in helping us deal with everything. I would most certainly recommend Jim and his team for anything from service to buying a car. You will definitely be taken car of. We live in CT and my boyfriend said his next car will be from Jim in PA.

Even though the buying experience was longer this time than for other cars purchased from Kelly the purchase went well and Sally liked Nick and felt comfortable. Nick was very knowledgeable about the Regal and Sally purchased her first smaller car ever. She had tried the larger model which a friend had brought here to the house for her to look at. It was just too busy for Sally so Nick was gentle in persuading her that the Regal might better fit her needs. He found the car she wanted and it was ready to pick up the next day. The young man in the area where the cars are prepared for delivery was very dedicated and he and Nick seemed to work well getting the car ready. The car was very clean and prepared very nice for delivery. I must admit that my wife and I were dead set against the extended warranty and would not probably every buy one ourselves. He did explain the benefits very clearly to Sally and she did agree to purchase this warranty. Nick wanted to make sure that Sally was secure with the Onstar communications. See Sally does not have a cell phone so he took his time to program the system. Then he sat with me in the new car and he walked me through putting the minutes on the system so Sally could use the Onstar as a cellular phone. Thank you. Nick. I walked into Kelly Buick this morning - not totally convinced that I really needed a new car. However, if I did decide to purchase one, I had decided I wanted AWD, heated seats, backup camera, and navigation ability. I did not want a big car. I was steered to the Buick Encore and it didn't take much for me to make up my mind. Nick Paxos took time to explain all the features and how it worked and then made sure I had his card so I could call him with any questions I might have. He worked hard to get me the best deal he could give me and I left with my new Buick Encore and full confidence that I had indeed made a good buy. I am leaving for a cross country trip and feel good knowing that I am in a reliable vehicle and am expecting to have no problems. I love all the bells and whistles that come with the Encore. Now I just have to learn how to use all of them, but know that Nick is only a phone call away if I get stumped. We had gone out on Saturday to look to trade in my husbands car for a newer used SUV/Truck. We went to about five dealerships on the automile before we decided to stop at Kelly GMC/Buick. As soon as we entered the lot we weren't chased after by tons of sales people. We had walked over to a used car that caught our attention and were approached with the friendly (not pushy) demeanor of Heather who is one of the sales people. She asked us what we were looking for and we explained we wanted to trade in our car and purchase a used SUV or truck since we have two dogs and plan on starting a family within the next few years and wanted to be prepared! Instead of hounding us with all the trucks, she went on to tell us about her dogs and asked about ours and we shared some stories. It was like being with a friend rather than someone trying to push us into a car. After talking for a little while about our dogs, she started to tell us about what some of our options were and walked us around the lot. She wasn't forceful and was very attentive about what we were looking for. She showed us a GMC Terrain SLT2 that they had just marked down a great amount. We took a look at it and she showed us the inside and asked what we thought. My husband and I both liked all the options the car had but we weren't sure if we wanted to spend that much money. She completely understood. But since we were still very interested and wanted to see what kind of payments we would be looking at since we had the trade in and money available for a down payment. She then checked out our car and took it for a test drive. When that was done we talked about pricing. The best way to describe the financing situation GMC has to offer is OPTIONS. They give you a list of tons of options and what that monthly payment would amount to. When we first saw the numbers they were better than what we thought they would be but not still where we felt the most comfortable. She asked us what we would feel most comfortable at and we gave her a price. Within minutes she came back and showed us that they would be able to agree to that monthly payment with our trade in and less than $2000 down. She then showed us the Kelly Blue book for that car with all the options. We literally saved thousands of dollars off the ticket price. We ended up going out looking for an older used car that probably would have broken down in a few years and ended up stopping by Kelly GMC just by chance and leaving with a beautiful car that all of our neighbors thought we just bought a brand new 2015 model (yes, it was that nice!)! We also were given the factory warranty and an extended warranty which gives us the comfort of knowing if anything goes wrong we will be covered. We have been searching for other GMC Terrains and even have a hard time finding one with all the options our has let alone even close to the low price we ended up paying. Overall, Heather was a WONDERFUL person to work with and i HIGHLY recommend seeking her out if you are interested in getting a new/used car! So now we have a certified used car that includes lifetime free inspections (for the car we purchased AND a second car in out household!), car washes and looks just as nice as the 2014-2015 models! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!

Mr. Paxos was very helpful and very truthful about telling us why we should by a certain car. We were impressed because he explained the terrain was a better car for our needs, (our married children come visit from GA twice a year so why get a 7 passenger.) we were more comfortable in spending the lesser amount for a 5 passenger as the more expensive car would have been a hardship. He helped us decide that leasing was the better way to go and we are so much happier that we didn't need to do any loans. We never leased before andwereglad to hear him cover all options. Mr, Paxos was knowledgeable about everything we asked and when the car was delivered, he set up our onstar, and explained the options on the menu. we felt out of all the dealers we visited and salespersons we spoke with, we made the right decision with GMC and are very happy with our choice. She also shared with me that Andrew was the shop's trans tech and that he was an "A" tech which had me at ease. She even introduced me to him. I was shopping for a new car due to my vehicle being totaled in a highway collision. I knew that I wanted an AWD vehicle and something a bit larger than what I had previously had. We looked online and saw a 2013 Buick Encore for sale at Kelly and decided to stop by. Nick greeted us while we were browsing the lot in a friendly, but not aggressive (as some salespeople can be) way. He showed us where the car was located and told us about the features and reviews etc. I had researched the car to the extreme the night before and everything he said was spot on. I liked that he was so honest with us and at that point, I decided that if the test drive went well, I would buy the car. The test drive went well. He had my husband drive the highway portion and took us to a development where I could drive in a less crowded area, per my request. I was very nervous after my car accident and he was very understanding and accommodating to me. We went into the dealership to look at numbers and I was pretty sure everything was going to be smooth sailing at that point. Unfortunately, my credit score came up as non-existent for everything except Experian. It was dormant for Transunion and Equifax. At that point, I was 100% sure, that I was not going to get the car but they worked with me and I was able to get the car that I wanted and still pay within my targeted range without an insane interest rate.I will definitely be headed back to Nick in the next year or so when my husband decides to get a new car and I have been telling everyone that I know who is looking for a vehicle to go see him. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, not to mention hardworking, go into Kelly and ask for Nick. You will not be disappointed.

We were having allot of issues with our 2013 Ford CMAX and a 2007 Kia Sedona. We were under and no one would give us enough to get us out of this car. We went in there with what we wanted. We had left because we couldn't get what we needed. I stopped by the dealership in hopes of just window shopping for a potential new car and was pleasantly greeted by Kevin. Usually, car salesman are very aggressive and overbearing. I was blown away by how friendly, helpful and understanding Kevin was. I was just there window shopping-most salesman would try to convince me to buy a car or leave when I told them I wasn't interested in buying. Not Kevin though! He was able to create an environment comfortable enough for me to be honest about not wanting to purchase a vehicle. After seeing TV ads and visiting the Philly Car Show I really liked the look and size of the Jeep Cherokee. My former dealership did not carry Jeeps, so I got an ad from Kelly and thought I'd give them a try. I made an appointment to test drive a Jeep. Nick Paxos took me for a test drive, and I was not as happy with the smaller SUV. Nick confessed that he didn't think that I would be after years of driving a GMC Envoy and then Acadia. He was very patient when I was picky about colors, equipment, and interiors. Within a few days I returned with my wife, and the deal was made. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick and the whole Kelly family.

I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima that needed to get serviced for an oil change and a problem my car had shaking when I would brake after being on the highway.The problem ended up being the routers which weren't covered with the warranty I purchased. Beware of deceptive practices at this dealership. On March 25, 2014, I came to this dealership with the intention to buy a new 2014 Buick LaCrosse. After driving the vehicle we negotiated 36 month lease for $15,000, with all fees and taxes included. At the same time I was offered to take the vehicle for 24 hrs. further test drive with the understanding that if I like the vehicle, we are going to close the negotiated deal the very next day, after I return the vehicle. When I came the next day with the intention to finalize the deal as previously negotiated with Steve Robertello and Michael Holmwood, surprisingly I was told that the negotiated price was based on 24 month lease instead of 36 months, although I clearly negotiated the price for 36 months. At the negotiation no one told me that the price was calculated based on 24 month lease. When I asked Steve Robertello that Id like to speak with Michael Holmwood, who calculated the price during negotiation, Steve returned back saying that the sales manager (Michael Holmwood) has no time for me because he was busy. At the same time he did not even bother to come up to explain what he has done wrong. When I was leaving the dealership he did not seem to be very busy. I stopped at his desk and expressed my dissatisfaction with his unprofessional management quality. Two days later, Steve Robertello called me and asked if I am still interested in buying a new 2014 Buick LaCrosse, the vehicle I took for a test drive. In our phone conversation I confirmed again, that I am interested but with the price we negotiated on March 25, 2014 which was 36 month lease for $15,000. Steve responded that he needs to talk to his manager and will call me back soon again. As of today (April 7th), I have not received any response from this dealership whatsoever!My experience and impression at this dealership is very negative and therefore in the future I will stay away from this dealership and definitely I will share my experience with others.

This was my first experience purchasing a car from Kelly Buick and my first Buick purchase. I typically HATE going to buy a car because as we all know, salesmen can be quite pushy sometimes. Often times I do my own research before I go to the lots and know more than the salesmen do. I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable my experience was at Kelly. Matt Jones was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions without pushing me to sign on the dotted line. I ended up getting a beautiful car for the right price. I was at Kelly Buick to have my 2007 Chevy Impala looked at from work done on the heads of the engine. Unfortunately they were warped and then Nick Paxos stepped in and worked up a deal on a 2007, Buick LaCross that was exceptional. Nick was concerned that our 2007 Chevy was in serious trouble and he took me around the lot looking at various used cars to find one of my interest. The 2007 Buick LaCross turned out to be the car and he worked with the Sales Manager to get us the best deal possible, which happened. I relied on her honesty, judgement, and intregity to help me purcahse a vehicle that I could not see. Traveling the distance with a auto trailer, I met Beth this past Saturday and couldn't say enough about her as a person. She was wonderful to work with and helped me every inch of the way! I came in inquiring about a Sierra 1500 and Steve's professionalism and helpfulness was the deciding factor. I was deliberating between a F150XL and the Sierra 1500. Initially I went to a Ford dealer near my house and the looked at the truck. I was not impressed with the finish of the F150XL and the salesman at the Ford dealership was pressuring me into a XLT that really didn't appeal to me. After leaving the Ford dealership disappointed I went home and did more research for a few months as it is a very big purchase to make (F150,Silverado,Sierra ect). I walked into Kelly and was greeted by Steve who was very courteous to my needs and didn't pressure me at all. Upon examining and test driving the truck I decided this was the one for me. I am glad to have met with Steve, if he worked at the Ford dealership I initially visited I might be driving a F150! But overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My only complaint is that GMC needs to build trucks in America, not in different countries.

I went with only the intention of looking at the new 2014 GMC Sierra, but after the salesmen Steve Robertello gave me a tour and let me test drive the new truck I fell in love with it. After the test drive steve worked on the numbers and was able to get the truck into my price range, so i bought it. Nick Paxos was immediately attentive to the sort of car I had in mind and very quickly identified a car that he thought would meet my desires. He arranged quickly for me to drive it both in the city and on the highway, answered questions quite fully about the car and its various amenities, many of which were not part of my driving experience. I took my Husbands GMC truck in for service. I also own a 2011 GMC Terrain which I love. I was looking at the 2013 on the sales floor when Nick approached me and asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride. I said no because I was happy with my 2011 and it was a payment I could afford. I knew a 2013 would be way over my head. Nick said that he had a 2013 used on the lot, loaded and with the 2013 everything was improved in suspension, engine, etc. I looked at the 2013 used and fell in love with it. Nick convinced me to take it for a ride. I did, and couldn't believe how great the ride was, handling etc. My vehicle was a 4 cyl. and of course this was a 6 cyl. and a step above what I now owned plus 2 years newer. My wife and I went to Kelly looking for a good size Sport Utility Vehicle. We explained to Robert that this would be a 2nd vehicle to help us move kids to college , and to drive in the snow. Robert showed us a numerous amount of SUV's and than we found an older , but very attractive and clean Mitsubishi Montero .I am not a fan with parting with money , but Robert made it a lot less painful. My decision to test drive the Buick Encore was "spur-of-the-moment" and totally out-of-character for me. I was happy with my Hyundai Tucson, but when I saw the Encore I was hooked. My sales consultant(s), Nick Paxos was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and most of all genuine. Historically, my husband and I have always purchased our vehicles; never leased. Since my vehicle was less than one year old, a trade in was rather foolish b/c of the high depreciation rate. However, I was not sold on leasing. I went back to the dealership with my homework and calculator in hand. Nick went out of his way to find rebates and ultimately persuaded me to lease. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's features, set up On-Star, Bluetooth, the navigation system, and assisted me in contacting Sirius XM Radio to cancel my current subscription. Ed Roth was excellent! Very friendly and honest! I am still shocked that he knew the car inside and out! He was the best salesman we ever had! The finance manager was very good too! He worked at getting us where we needed to be. I cannot thank either of them enough for the buying experience that we had! I am praying the service department is as good as they are! I traded a jeep I got next door and their service is not good! I am thinking though since the salesman and finance guy were so good the service department has to be! Thanks again to Ed and Mike! We made an appointment to meet with Nick Paxos at Kelly Buick. He was there to meet with us on time and ready to show us several cars. We test drove three models with him. He answered all of our questions about the cars and lease options. We picked the Buick Regal and Nick worked with us and the Kelly staff to get us a great lease deal.We are very happy with the superior level of attention Nick gave us and his willingness to spend several hours to satisfy us. I went to this dealer looking for an Acadia I saw online. I have heard many bad things from family and friends about pushy salesman. I have to say, Anthony Jayetileke was Awesome! He gave us all the time we needed to look at the vehicle, take a test drive and never once was pushy. My Dad had recently passed way and left me some money, which I was using to buy this car. I started my day taking my Buick Enclave in to Kelly Buick for service and ended my visit the next day with a brand new Buick Enclave. My husband was looking at a brand new Enclave that Nick Paxos was bringing in to the lot & asked if he could take a look. Nick was able to devote the next 24 hours to us and found us the Enclave we wanted in a back lot at Kelly. We absolutely were not there to buy a car, but only fix our existing Enclave, Nick presented us with an alternative scenario involving a trade for a new Buick Enclave. I loved my Enclave and was very happy that Nick was able to work with us to make the deal that we needed to move ahead with the trade. I love the Buick product, but it would not be as attractive without the great support of a dealership like Kelly and people like Nick Paxos.

I do not like purchasing a car but I have had several from Kelly and was very pleased with the experience. I was looking for a GMC Terrain but after talking with NIck I decided on a Buick ENcore. It was a good choice. Nick recommended it and it was all he said it would be. I never leased a car before, but I thought I would try it on this one. My son buys all his cars at Kelly and recommends it. A Terrain would have been to big a car that two people would ever need and the Encore has better gas mileage then my Jeep did.

This is the sixth vehicle that my wife and I have purchased through Kelly and sales consultant Bruce Dubois. Bruce is a no pressure kind of guy when it comes to buying a vehicle. He listens to you wants, makes suggestions, but in the end leaves you to make a decision based upon your personal needs. In this case it was a Jeep for me. Our experience with leasing our Verano was excellent. Anthony Jayetileke was very helpful and personable from the first contact through the total experience. The leasing and purchase options were clearly explained. We had ample time to drive the demo and deal with questionsabout the car itself. The financial arrangements were good for either option, though we decided on leasing. The paperwork was long, as usual, but was also clearly explained. We felt as comfortable as possible when making a commitment like this. Anthony was an outstandingrepresentative for Buick customer service.

Mike (title is business mgr.) and my husband and I go back 15 years and we have dealt with him on financing our car and he is asset to have in your dealership. Mike is a person that knows his customers and which sales person to put them with. Nick was a great sales person he was friendly and knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and never did he rush through any part of the proses to just make a sale. He was so willing to please us that my husband had to work and he is a truck driver so his days can be long, so I signed the paperwork in the morning and Nick brought the deal home with him and came out to meet with us at 10:00pm for my husband to sign the deal, as to not put a buried on us to get him to the dealership by 9:00pm to sign. There are not a lot of dealerships that keep employees for many years but I as a customer will always go back to the same people to do business with because of the trust that is built. We have bought 7 new car over the years from Kelley Dealerships through out the Le High Valley area and due to the people over those years which have only been 4 have always ways been the type of people that go the extra mile that is really not needed. Well enough about this Nick was the one who really went to the extra mile by meeting us late at night on his own time to finish signing the deal, and for that being said, I thank you for allowing me to take part in the survey. Nick Paxos was professional and courteous. He took care of us in our purchase of a 2007 BMW. I can't say the same about the "higher ups". They tried to give us the highest interest rate, not even checking to see what my credit score was (which is over 800). After saying something, they did finally get me an excellent rate. However I can't say enough about Nick Paxos. He was very nice and a great and friendly salesman to work with.

Was greated by Beth, very pleasant and then was introduced to Nick. Greeted us very professional and asked what my needs were.I stated looking for a nice low mileage used vehicle due to our circumstances. The next things he asked if would we consider a lease. I then stated we may. Well after a short few minutes hes tyring to talk us into leasing 2 cars right away. We were thrown back that we were even asked. My husband stated no we were here for 1 car and one car only. Nick insisted that we just hear him out on his proposition before we make a decision and my husband tried to get him to listen that we did not want but Nick keep cutting him off and insisted we see all numbers and this went back and forth for a while. So that started a bad vibe. Meanwhile went out looking at cars till Nick came out. We test drove a Buick came back and due to our circumstance the lease would not work. Ok, so back to square one as I wanted looking at a nice used vehicle.1st car nothing like I was asking and not in good condition, 2nd car my choice liked it and was then again denied. Ok it was now 4 hours and I and family exhausted and frustrated, just wanted to leave at that point. During the one test drive he took a personal call and was telling the person who dissappointed he was that he did not get a promotion. Then proceeded to tell me about it all and how important the survey at the end the deal would be and to please rate him with 5's. First of all you should never suggest to your customer how to rate yourself to them.Then a Business Manager came over, sorry don't recall his name, but was my saving point of contact. He asked us what we came for and Nick proceeded to tell him what he was trying to do with all the numbers, they were going back and forth making us feel uncomfortable when the gentleman told Nick to stop. We went into his office he ran our credit and numbers. Meanwhile he and Nick were still going at it a bit. Then there was lost paperwork that took a while to be found with our SS#s on which made us uncomfortable. So this gentleman than took a look at the list of inventory and said he believes he has a car that will work for us and if not he will take my wants and find that car for me within the next 2 days. I was please with the way he wanted to help us find a car. So Nick then took the keys and brought the car around. I feel in love with it the moment I saw it, sat in it and drove down the street. While on test drive I asked Nick if he would call the gentleman and ask him to get numbers together for we wanted to drive it home. Nick was stunned but called.The numbers worked and the gentleman put everything aside to get all of our paperwork ready for us, he put us first and made me feel like a true customer.So here is the other kicker while signing papers Nick bleeps out a profane word in fromt of us and our son! What really we looked at each other and could not believe it. He caught himself and apologized but really is that true customer service. I work in this world and I would have been pulled into office and given a written warning. So at this point we just wanted our car and go home.So at the end he insisted we give him all fives on this survey, well I am sorry Nick. I am sure somewhere you have a nice personality but this day it just seemed pushy and arrogant.I give the sale not to you but the business manager for if it was not for him stepping in there would have been no sale that day and I don't believe I would have come back. So again my apologies for not remembering his name it was a tiring and long day.

My experience at Kelly was a good one. I was able to go through the "new vehicle buying" process I layed out for myself and Nick Paxos was very helpfull in answering all my questions and providing additional input to the process. I did not feel as though I was pressured at any time. Nick also arranged for me to test drive different vehicles for a full day. This really helped me to decide on the particular options I wanted. My work schedule only allowed me come to the dealership in the evening. Nick made himself available to accomodate my schedule and answered or returned my phone calls promptly.

I was in the market for a Buick LaCrosse. I had shopped at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. From the beginning they were interested in making me into a client, not just selling me a car. I worked directly with Greg Boore who is very nice, down to earth and most importantly genuine. Greg made the buying experience a very pleasant one. He did a great job showing me all of my options, and ultimately he knew what car was right for me before I did. When it came time for the negotiation Michael Holmwood(sales manager) took the lead in the monetary discussion. I found this approach to be ideal. I like straight talk in every negotiation and that is exactly what happened. It was a pleasure buying a car this way. It created an environment with limited back and forth, (and anyone who has purchased a car knows how frustrating and time consuming that can be). I ended up with a Certified Pre-Owned Buick LaCrosse. It is a GREAT car and I am very happy with the purchase. In conclusion, I ended up with the right car for me, at a fair price and a great buying experience. Overall the whole experience was unexpected. Normally, once you step on a lot and begin your search, the vultures come out once they see their prey. The constant hovering, breathing down your neck, making you want to just get away and escape the pressure and hard sell, this was not the case. Me and my wife were finally greeted with a nice window of oppurtunity to look through the inventory, without harrasment. We had plenty of time to test drive cars and questions, without the feeling of pressure to buy. Ed(salesman), gave us the space we needed, and was there when he was needed. In our opinion Connie has gone above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect in the line of service from a dealership. I was in the hospital and missed my service appointment. Because it is unusual for me to miss a scheduled appointment, Connie called to see if there was something wrong. Upon learning that I was hospitalized she rescheduled the appointment for after my discharge. She expressed concern over whether or not I would be able to drive to the dealership for the appointment and offered to pick up the car at my house and return it after the servicing. We feel that Connie should be commended for providing the type of exceptional service that one does not ordinarily see in this day and age. What a great experience today buying a used vehicle from Kelly Buick and GMC in Emmaus, PA. I was searching the internet for what I was looking for and Kelly's had a high quality SUV that was a candidate. I called Beth and she had the truck ready for me to test drive when I arrived, she greeted me at the door and introduced me to Anthony Jayetlleke. I speak very highly of Anthony, he is a genuinely sincere person and a treat to work with, he made me feel like I was at home and the sale went smooth and easy and I bought the truck for a great price including a warranty. They had the carfax report ready for me and did a wonderful job servicing the truck, the fluids were changed and they cleaned it up nicely. Anthony goes above and beyond, is knowledgeable and is more involved than just selling a car, he connects on a personal level and cares about you. I highly recommend this dealership and if you drink coffee or tea they have the biggest Keurig and I helped myself to 2 cups.

Bruce took extra care to help me with packing up the contents of the car I traded and setting up the new car including synching the blue tooth capability. I am one of those "technologically challenged" so I much appreciated his navigating my way through the many computer capabilities of my new LaCrosse. The finance department was super in helping me with my trade and working with my requirements under circumstances that were not ideal. This was my first venture in buying a car as a single person so it was a bit nerve wracking but everyone made me feel comfortable.

I came in looking for a used pick up truck. Mine got totaled. I did not think I could get financing because my credit was a little iffy . I met Nick Paxos, and he was very nice, and set my mind at ease. He gave me a tour showed me all the used pick-ups. He helped me get a newer pick-up that would help fix my credit. Nick took his time so I can find the right car and worked with Mike in the finance department to get me approved. Charles Sieger (sales) is what made my experience at Kelly Buick a great one. He went above and beyond what he ever should have to make me happy. There was an issue with the math from my trade/payoff to what was on the calculation on the pink slip. The mathematical error resulted in Kelly Buick taking about $89 out of my pocket without anything to show for it. When Charles left the desk to try to fix the error "nobody could be found to fix it." But what I heard was one gentleman say (probably not knowing that I could hear), "That was the agreed price." With nobody of power willing to help, Charles paid $90 out-of-pocket to compensate Kelly Buick's negligence. Right now I have the truck I want, at the agreed price, but with a contract/pink slip that doesn't add up.

When we walked into Kelly we were worried about how we would replace our truck that was just totaled in an accident. The accident had just happened two days earlier and we were still waiting for the settlement check. Our situation was compounded by a cancer diagnosis and treatment that honestly left me exhausted. We needed to replace the truck so my husband could continue to work and I could continue to go to my treatments. We didn't have very high hopes since my illness had caused us some financial problems and we figured we wouldn't qualify for a loan. Then we met Nick.His enthusiasm was contagious as he searched for a vehicle that would be perfect for us. He was even able to work with our credit and constantly kept checking that I was ok during our process. Hope came in a 2007 Ford F150 Pick Up that we left with the next day. October 10, 2012 we gave up our LaCrosse and leased a Buick Regal. After 3 months we realized our mistake because my husband, Franklin, had hip surgery and things were not going well. He had difficulty getting in and out of the Regal. I then went out to Kelly Buick to see if anything could be done about this. We needed a car that he could get in and out of and be comfortable. Nick assured me something could be done. Nick at Kelly along with others at the Dealership were very good about this and were very helpful in finding a car that would fit our needs. Nick had us in several cars seeing just what would work for us. Now we are back with a LaCrosse and feel this will be working for Franklin, and me as well. Nick again was very friendly, helpful and concerned that we choose the right vehicle. We were, and are, very satisfied with the time and concern Nick and others at Kelly showed us.

I've Been buying cars thru Michael for years and have never felt disappointed. I've always left feeling that I got the best possible price and that Michael was truly an advocate for me. Not only have I felt that way after a purchase but his follow up customer service is better then I've ever seen. He won't just go for the sale and leave you hanging after you drive off the lot. I once had a small issue getting my car to start on a cold winter morning so I called Michael and he actually stopped by my house on his way to work and quickly diagnosed a loose battery cable. Two twist of a wrench and it fired right up...the man knows what he's doing andbi won't deal with anyone else. Oh, and Michael if your reading this, thank you for the Christmas card! In 2011, I was having my Saturn serviced and while I was waiting Anthony approached me about a new car. I just laughed becasue I never felt like I could ever be able to have a new car. After Anthony put numbers together for me, low and behold I was about to purchase a 2011 left over right off the show room floor. I was in heaven. It was great to leave my Saturn behind.Last evening, 12/28/2012, my husband was in desperate need of a truck. I called Anthony and he was so wonderful to help put us into a new or used truck. When we arrived at the dealership, Anthony was waiting for us. He knew somehow what we needed. We purchased a used 2010 beautiful, almost new looking GMC Sierra. less than a year ago I purchased a 2012 Hyundia Sonata Hybrid - great car for drives of less than a couple of hundred miles but when your driving more than 3 - 400+ miles my back and shoulder would be a major problem. Nick Paxos called me on the same day I visited with the doctor who felt I needed surgery. I wanted to try the 2013 Buick and was more than interested to drive the car. He put me into the Lacross and the comfort was 100% improvement over the Hyundia. His sales call could not have been more timely. He was knowledgeble and while he was talking to his manager I found Michael Holmwood who sold me a new Ford Tarus fr Kelly a few yrs earlier. He took the time to let me know that he supported my decision to lease the 2013 Buick. Mike made me feel comfortable and stayed with me until Nick came back and both men let me know that if I ever needed anything or wanted any questions answered either one whould be available to help me. It felt like "old home week" for me and made my decision so much easier. I now drive a new 2013 Buick thanks to Nick and Mike. More important after a month of exercise on my neck and shoulder the doctors felt that I can get back to near normal and the back support on the new car will be a big + - I drive to SC and back twice a yr and now I feel I'll be much more relaxed.

I was in for an oil change on my Yukon, and explained to our salesman Mike Holmwood how disappointed we are in our new Terrain gas mileage. He stated that he would make Service Manager aware of it, that it could just be a computer adjustment on the car to get gas mileage where it is rated to be, that they have seen that before on Terrain's. I plan to make an appointment in near future to have this checked.Earlier this year Mike and the Service Manager were very helpful in getting work done on my 2009 Yukon (torque converter replaced) to get it working as it should after the transmission was having some problems.

It is beautiful and in great shape, but four years old in a month from purchase and there was no budging on the price.

I am very satisfied with this dealership and their employees. From the moment I walked into the dealersip I was treated with hospitality and respect. I was greeted in a friendly manner, offered assistance and even offered refreshments while I waited. They never " pushed" . My first visit to the dealership was just to get some information on the type of vehicle I was interested in and the approx. price including monthly payments. Even though I was not purchasing at that time I was still treated as a valuable customer. Mike Holmwood was the sales associate I was dealing with. He ws very informative and helpful. Because of my experience this firt visit I returned a few months later and bought the car I was interested in with Michaels assistance. After purchasing my brand new GMC Terrain, Terrell Parker went over the vehicle explaining all the features and even helped me set up blue tooth. He was polite, knowledgeable , and so very friendly. All the employees as I observed were all very friendly , professional and helpful. I would recommend this dealersip to anyone.

We went to the dealership and were immediatelt greeted warmly. We said what we were looking for and were taken to the trucks. Mike suggested a 2012 if we were interested and we took it for a test drive and they came within our price range and we drove the Sierra truck home 1.5 hours later. VERY SATISFIED WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. WILL RETURN. When shopping for a replacement vehicle, I had specific requirements with regard to the experience. Each of these were met by my sales consultant which ultimately led to the closing of the sale. We could have gone anywhere to purchase a new truck, as we did not have a model in mind. GMC and Dodge were in the top three and our visit to Kelly quickly eliminated the competition. We are return customers to Kelly and have been satisfied customers for over a decade.

Was out helping a friend look for a new vehicle (was looking at the GMC terrain at this dealership) and he made it very clear when we met the salesman, Gregg Boore that he was not in a position to negotiate a purchase that day. Went on a ~15 min test drive of the car in which the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car and answered most of our questions. We got back to the dealership to review the numbers on the vehicle we just drove as well as the trade in value for his car. My friend made it very clear while reviewing the numbers that we had other test drives to go to that day and that he just was looking at cars that day...the salesman got a little nervous then started to try to sell him the car anyways. My friend declined and Gregg said he had to talk to his manager, he went off and came back 5 minutes later and said "there are only three things keeping you from buying this car today, the money, me, or the car. Which one is it?". I understand the car business is commission based but at this point Gregg was getting a bit aggressive. My friend said that he needs to get "all of his ducks in a row before he is ready to make a decision". The conversation ended with us standing up and Gregg walking back off to the managers desk mad. On the way out my friend thanked the manager and Gregg again for their time and the manager asked him what he could do to sell him the car! It was like they did not hear that there was no negotiation happening that day. We could not believe the quality of service for these employees. The GMC terrain is not off the list of cars but if a purchase is made it will be at the Faulkner GMC in Quakertown. I do not know if this is how this employee was trained to act from the manager but it was extremely unacceptable. I help all of my friends with the purchase of new vehicles and I will be sure keep them clear of Kelly GMC in the future.

Charlie was great! He was very welcoming when we first got there. He took time to show us the Acadia we came to look at, and when we saw another one that caught our eye, he took time to show us that one as well. He explained all the details of the car. He even stayed late after hours to help us make a "deal" and allowed us to take the Acadia home over the weekend to make sure we liked it before we bought it. He was very patient in answering all our questions and offered popcorn and drinks to us and our boys multiple times. We felt that the price they offered us for the van we traded in was good, but could have been a bit higher. Overall though, we are very pleased with the deal we were able to make. We even stopped by last weekend for something and Charlie met us at the door and was kind and friendly again. We would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a car, and we would tell them to ask for Charlie!

The service I received was stellar and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to buy their next car. They will treat you with respect and I was surprised by how I was treated and know others will be treated the same way. Plus my kids loved mike and the toy shark he had when they got bored. I had gone to them for a different vehicle. They decided to give me a vehicle with an inspection that was due and they gave me 4 bad tires and i needed to get my oil changed. This is a great dealership if you want a bad vehicle. I called them and they said all they would do is give me tires at the cost of what they pay for tires. Nick is a good salesman he kept trying thats the best i can say. My title number wasnt even on the paperwork. They need better people working there

My husband and I were looking for a new car and we were looking at Mercedes and Caddilac. My husband talked me into looking at a Lacrosse , Buick. I didnt even want to consider a Buick , but I said ok. I meet Nick Paxos and he was a very friendly salesman. He tried doing everything to get us to purchase , but I still wasn't sureSince I wanted a Mercedes. I kept driving the different cars to see which one I liked better. The buick was much more comfortable and had many gagets, which I really love.My husband and I told Nick we needed a couple of days to think about it and he was not pushy and said he understood.I called Nick and told him we wanted to see the car again and then I decided to buy the car from Nick.He maid sure I got the best deal, gave me a full tank of gas,changed my oil and put air in my tires. The car had scratches that were still showing up after they tried to cover them. Nick talked to the body shop manager and said they would paint them for me and give me a loaner car. I just picked up my car 24 hrs and it looks great. I was very pleased with the Servie department at Kelly Buick GMC. When I scheduled the appointment with LeeAnn she was very nice and accomadating. She went over my service history and made some reccomendations. She even offered me a shuttle to and from work. I was greated by Connie and Eric upon my visit. They were both friendly and easily answered my questions. Eric called me prompty when my vehicle was finnished and I was shuttled back to the dealership. My visit was wrapped up and I was set to go.
