Starting looking for a Cadillac SRX on line found a really nice 2010 1 owner low miles being 2 hrs awagrom dealer I had to ask a lot of questions on the phone when I finally got to go look at the SRX it was as nice as they said (Uzma) sales person was great to work with. all my questions were answered . Contacted the dealership by phone and talked with Uzma about the vehicle. She said that it was not available as someone was interested in it also. Uzma said she would keep me informed and would let me know. She called back and said it was again available. Set up an appointment and was greeted by Uzma at the dealership. Uzma was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to buy from anyone at the dealership. Everyone I interfaced with from the manager Allen to Glenn the finance person were all extremely helpful and courteous and of course Uzma. Kelly Cadillac is an organization that treats customers with respect and truly listen to what you have to say. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years of purchasing automobiles. Thank you Uzma and Kelly Cadillac.

I came to Kelly to purchase a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria, the vehicle was exceptional and the atmosphere in the whole dealership was super. Saleswoman Uzma went out of her way to assist us(not push us) so we were comfortable with the purchase . We traveled from Reading just to see the new CT6 and test drive it. After our experience with our sales woman, Uzma, and her helpfulness, and after test driving the car, and she explained in detail all about the car, we decided to buy the CT6. Kelly Cadillac has consistently been the best dealership of any car manufacturer with which I have dealt. I had bought a used Cadillac SRX years ago from a used car lot and ended up taking it to Kelly Cadillac's Service Center for service and repairs that just never seemed to be attended to properly from my local repair shop. I feared the worst when it came to cost of labor and parts, but was pleasantly surprised that they were quite competitive with the local "mom and pop' repair shops. So they won me over on price, quality of service and their friendliness, helpfulness and fantastic waiting-room. So when it came time, years later to trade the SRX in, Kelly Cadillac gave me the best deal, best car, best financing and best experience in comparison to the BMW, Mercedes-Benz and several other dealerships near me. Since then I have bought two more cars from "Howard S." at Kelly Cadillac and have enjoyed the same VIP treatment with, sales and service, every single time.

No one was pushy, The salesman, Howard Solodky listened to my needs first, then explained a few options. He showed me a few cars, let me take my time, and answered questions. Once we settled in on a vehicle, Howard was very thorough on explaining finance options. He introduced me to the owner Geoff Kelly, he made me feel like I found a new home. Glen Davis, another display of professionalism, took over to explain and sign papers. Glen took his time to make sure I understood what I was signing. Then Howard took me to the vehicle I purchased and slowly explained how to access it's features. Howard spent more than enough time so as to explain the CUE system. I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe. The salesman, Howard Solodky, went above and beyond to make a buying experience enjoyable. He first found the car I wanted, then notified me when it came on the lot. He went over all the "bells and whistles" of the car. As always, Kelly Cadillac and its staff (and especially the Service department in this case) did an excellent job or defining the term 'customer service.' Last week while driving my 2013 XTS when a warning message appeared on my instrument panel along will a ringing bell telling me there was a problem with my all wheel drive train and particularly the rear axel. As soon as I got home I called Kelly's service department and told them what had happened. I was concerned about driving the car. The Service Manager told me it was likely just a bad sensor but said I should have it looked at as soon as possible but I could still drive the car. As I live in Hershey, about 25 or so miles from the dealership, then scheduled a pick-up within two days. They also offered a loaner car but in this case it was unnecessary.The car was picked up, on time, and serviced. Later in the morning the service department manager or another manager (Tom Kelly?) called and explained that the problem was with the clutch pump motor. They removed and replaced the motor, added lubricants and fluids and test drove the car to ensure everything was in optimum condition. I also had told them that the last time I was there (in January) they had upgraded the software for the CUE. However when I got home, I found I could no longer connect my iPhone to the Bluetooth system in the car. Kelly's service department tested the Bluetooth connectivity and found it to be working but suggested I needed to reset the cellphone. The manager gave me the instructions and I was able to reconnect the phone for hands-free calling. The car was returned in the afternoon and there was no charge for any of the work performed. The clutch motor and labor was covered by the warranty and the Bluetooth was tested as a courtesy. Now that's customer service (and I didn't purchase my car there)!

I traded my '07 Tahoe for a '13 Tahoe, ALL via email from the Florida Keys. Fair deal. No hassle. I did send pix of my trade in, and I described it honestly, and we negotiated a fair price. I placed a good faith deposit down, no obligation to purchase required from the dealer even though it held the vehicle for us, and I completed the purchase this morning. Again, no pressure, no further negotiating, just easy and pleasant. Howard and Glennwere both great. I am a retired lawyer, so I can make people uneasy quickly if I suspect something "untoward". These folks are the real deal if you want honest and friendly treatment.

My wife and I cannot say enough about how wonderful we were treated by everyone at Kelly Cadillac and how pleasant a car buying experience it was. We purchased a used Mazda that they took in as trade, and it wasn't anywhere near as expensive as a used Cadillac. But, we were treated as equals, not looked down upon and valued as customers at their dealership. It didn't matter to them that we weren't buying a Cadillac. From being greeted by the owner, Geoff Kelly, working with our Sales Consultant Uzma Shafqat, and handling of the purchase paperwork with Glenn Davis, their Business Manager, we have never been treated so well by another car dealership. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff, with many of them saying hello and acknowledging our presence even though we weren't working with them directly. We called ahead and spoke to Howard Solodky and he had the suburban washed and ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. When it came time to make the purchase decision, Howard came to me with an offer better than the price listed. He also offered to order headsets and remote for the DVD player without me asking. And he offered to have someone come pick the suburban up from me later in the week to have it detailed inside to help remove a stain in the headliner. AMAZING. I was sold. I purchased a 2015 Escalade from Kelly in Aug/Sept of 2014. After several weeks I noticed the driver seat had a "blueish" tint to it. My jeans were rubbing off & staining my light beige seats. Needless to say I was not happy, BTW still not w/Cadillac. Lynn Yoder has been wonderful in trying to make me a happy customer. He has had the seats cleaned twice I think, replaced the driver seating part and nothing seems to work. Cadillac has a problem w/the leather they are buying & won't admit it or fix permanently. Cadillac's answer is "we have 2 cleaners available". what nonsense from them. Lynn ordered the cleaners & enough new leather to cover both seats completely. It was completed tda. I am anxious to see how this works. The next 3-4 weeks will tell. He has been a pleasure to work with once we got on the same page.It is not Kelly's problem directly. It is Cadillac's but indirectly Kelly's as they are the rep. I have very high regards for Lynn. Just wish somebody up the line in Cadillac management was as concerned as Lynn.

The Cadillac Year End sale of 2014 models was in progress we had a specific model and color that would interest us. We found the exact used 2011 Camaro that we were looking for through Auto Trader at Kelly Cadillac with only 1,000 miles on it. Since we live in Steeler Country in SW Pa, we were very apprehensive about making a deal sight unseen but Howard was very cooperative and honest about the car and held it for us until we could make the trek east. I was looking for a particular year, make, model, and even color Cadillac. Fate brought me to Marc Gagliardi and Kelly Cadillac. Marc told me the 2009 STS I was interested in was so clean that it was in the showroom. I still wasn't convinced. So Marc took not one but three videos on two different days and sent them to me. All of this after 5pm. He also put up with at least 20 e-mails and literally the same in phone calls as Kay can attest. She took all my call pleasantly and always said thank you, every single time.There wasn't a week link in the whole dealership. Even the truck driver that delivered the vehicle said "Man those were some nice people" Kudos to the Kelly family that cares enough, to be sure that all purchases are this successful.Long story short I bought a car for my wife (I almost kept it for myself) and it was a great experience. Howard showed us what we were looking for, pointed out the system on board and answered all the questions we had. He also asked if we wanted to drive it home for a day. We chose not to and when I returned a few days later it was sold. My mistake! The next SRX, with the color we liked became available, we didn't let it get out of our sight. We felt very comfortable, no pressure, purchasing our SRX from Kelly Cadillac.

I bought a 2011 Traverse (not a Cadillac) and I found everyone was so helpful. Howard mentioned taking the car for a couple of days before I got to ask. I believe a 15-20 min test drive does not give you enough info to purchase. My last car I also test drove for a day and I could really see how it fit into my lifestyle. This car was the same. I was concerned that the head rest seemed uncomfortable but after driving it for a period of time I was able to adjust different settings and found it to be the most comfortable car!! I brought it back after having it for a couple days and was hoping to get the car washed and they washed it, refreshed the insides and even did the tires!! Wonderful service!!

I will start my review by first saying that I am a New Yorker, born and bred, and have lived in New York my entire life. With that background I tend to be a bit suspicious as well as a bit cynical so for me to say that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had, you know that I was duly impressed. We have bought many, many new cars over the years but have never been treated as good as we were treated by the team at Kelly Cadillac. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we said our goodbyes, my husband and I were treated like we were a couple of incredibly important people. I was truly blown away by the friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism of everyone at Kelly Cadillac. On Wednesday, September 4th, my husband came home from work and I mentioned to him that I did not think our SUV would be big enough for us, four older teenagers, and all of our luggage for our upcoming road trip to Florida the following week, The next morning, my husband began an internet search for an SUV that he knew I would like. He found several that met his criteria and began contacting dealerships, including Kelly Cadillac, which is three hours away and a local dealership 15 minutes from our home. Howard Solodsky promptly returned my husband's emails and calls. The Non-Kelly dealership returned my husband's call much later that morning and then did not get back to us again for the rest of the day. By late afternoon, Thursday, my husband decided to purchase the Expedition from Kelly Cadillac and when I asked him why he chose the dealer three hours away rather than the one fifteen minutes away, he replied that Howard had done everything he could to make this deal work. He said that Howard was a nice guy and felt confident that we were getting a fair deal. The Non-Kelly dealership finally returned our emails with their idea of a deal. My husband wrote back that he was sorry but it was too late as we had made a deal, sight unseen, for another vehicle. Besides, we were rather disgusted with the other dealership's lack of timely responses and dismissive attitude----thanks, but no thanks.Early Friday morning, we set out for the three hour drive and when we arrived we were greeted outside by Howard, who showed us the car we purchased sight unseen and it was every thing I hoped it would be......love at first sight. Once inside, owners Kelley and Geoff Kelly each sought us out and introduced themselves to us. They are genuinely nice people. Howard tried to expedite our transaction and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him; he was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and exceedingly pleasant. We also had the pleasure of working with Glenn Davis to finalize our paperwork; he is another top notch member of the Kelly team and a fun guy to talk with. I can truly say that the team at Kelly Cadillac is of the highest caliber. As I mentioned, we have purchased many, many new cars over the years. The vehicle we purchased at Kelly Cadillac was used; however, never once did it seem as if we not not important customers. In fact, we were treated to the very best customer service we have EVER received. Our 2600 mile round tripper was comfortable and and smooth and I am so happy that we purchased our Expedition at Kelly Cadillac. It was worth every minute and every mile on the road to come to Kelly Cadillac. Will definitely highly recommend and I am sure that we will do business with this five star dealership again. We traded our 2011 Escalade that simply wasn't roomy enough with our 3 kids and extended family members--we needed the extra cargo room. From my first contact with our sales person Uzma, I knew we were in good hands. Uzma was extremely helpful and considerate and answered all our questions and concerns. The purchase price was great. The trade in price was great. Everything from start to finish was a wonderful experience. My Cadillac XTS for Warrenty service on the Drivers Information Dashboard Display.Satisfactory result.Additionally I was due to Renew my On Star coverage for an additional year and had my renewal note on my desk to do so. The day after my XTS was returned to me I received an e-mail notice thanking me for renewing My On Star Directions and Connections Plan for another year.I had not contacted On Star as yet. Per chance did Kelly Cadillac renew this for me? If so I would like to know that and to thank Kelly for the same. My relationship with Kelly has been Wonderful and I will certainly let my friends and acquaintences know about it. I have had many admiring comments about the XTS and it is deserving of them all. That also translates to Kelly Cadillac in my mind and my comments to my Friends. I was about 300 miles from home with my sister and three teenagers when my check engine light came on and my seven year old Cadillac xxx started riding rough. Not knowing what to do, I called Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster PA for advice. The service department was so nice and helpful and despite having no scheduled appointments available for a week, he told me to come over as soon as I could and they would look at my car. As soon as we arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and quickly received service. We were invited to wait in a comfortable lounge area that was stocked with bagels and drinks. In less than two hours, my car was diagnosed and serviced. To top it off, they even washed my car! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. It is comforting to know that despite my aging car and not having purchased it at that dealership, I was treated as if I drove a top of the line, new model. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

As it was time to part with my Saab, I entertained thoughts of replacing it with a European sedan, and was interested in 'moving up' in size and comfort. Having heard many positives about the newer offerings from Cadillac, I decided to stop in and check for myself.From the first encounter (instant messaging from the website) to the purchase and paperwork, the experience can only be described in superlatives. Marc (our sales professional) was insightful, responsive, and clearly interested in making our decision our own. Rarely have I experienced such a comfortable experience with an individual whose livelihood depends on sales. To describe him as 'respectful' and 'responsive' are gross understatements. The other representatives of the dealership (sales manager and business manager) were no less professional and friendly, and the overall delightful experience was cemented when we met the owner of the franchise, who could not have been more genuine and personable.In all, I would recommend the Kelly team, and the individuals noted above, as role models for an industry too often berated for insincerity and showmanship. Mr. Solodky down played the condition of the car so when I got there and saw a nearly perfect car I knew I was at a dealership that prided itself on pleasing it's customers. Test drove car, found an issue. Immediately, Julie ( sales agent) took the issue to the Lynn, service advisor, and both diligently worked to correct the issue. These guys made this issue their top priority. When we went for the second test drive, they were present. We both felt we were dealing with an honest, customer servicing dealership. In addition, Glenn, the person who did our paperwork, guided us through everything with full explanations, taking a long amount of time. Never was there any rushing through the process.Finally, Julie spent all the time we needed to go over the list of "bells and whistles" associated with the car. Not only will you be purchasing a great vehicle, you will have the pleasure of working with the best dealership and staff I've ever experienced. They are kind, courteous and committed to making sure you are comfortable through every step of the process. They have really raised the bar! I was greeted by the owner the moment I walked in the door on every visit. My salesman, Howard, was the best salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond, not only getting me the best price for my car, but also working with me on the phone (multiple calls) after I left the dealership on some loose ends. It was the first time I bought a car where I felt as though I was dealing with HONEST people who really wanted to make sure I left with the right car. The Business Manager was an example as well, explaining every piece of paperwork before I signed it. Other dealerships should really shadow the staff at Kelly Cadillac to learn exactly what it means to put the customer first. Now that I have my new SRX, I fully intend to trade it back in on another Cadillac from Kelly when the time comes. I won't ever have the need to go anywhere else! And while I haven't had the opportunity to experience the Service Staff at Kelly Cadillac, I'm positive that they are going to exceed my expectations just like the Sales Staff has!

Our salesman was Marc Gagliardi, who was very professional, courteous, congenial, professional and great to work with. Doug and Glenn, who assisted us were just as much a pleasure to work with. Over the past 28 years, my wife and I have purchased 21 vehicles from dealers across Delaware, Chester and Berks Counties, and have never experienced such a pleasant experience with any of the dealerships we worked with over the years. Marc, Doug and Glenn were very helpful and most importantly, were not pushy. Totally genuine and great to work with: from test driving the SRX, to discussing pricing on the SRX and our trade, to completing the financing, to showing us all the features of the vehicle, we were totally pleased. They made buying the SRX an enjoyable and fun experience. When we left the dealership after taking delivery of the SRX, my wife, Nancy said she was glad we went to Kelly before going to some of the other dealerships we were looking to visit to look at similar vehicles. We have owned 6 used or certified Cadillac's since 1994 and have worked with 3 other dealerships, 2 of whom are now closed, and will be sure to go to Kelly Cadillac for our future car needs. It's unusual to visit a dealership and not feel pressured, have to haggle over pricing, or deal with the typical aggravating turnoffs that come from purchasing a vehicle. This was by far the easiest automobile purchase that I have ever had -- starting with the prompt and professional attention I received while communicating online to the in-person experience I had when I visited the dealer. Julie Gardner anticipated and was ahead of me in resolving any issue and both Glenn Davis and Julie Gardner were fantastic in completing the purchase within the very short timeframe that I required. Both were outstanding examples of how customer service should be delivered. Julie was very proactive and anticipated my every need. As a team, both Julie and Glenn were able to take care of everything -- the financing, getting the car registered, and even finding places to get the car serviced in my home location -- I live in southern Virginia. Our past experiences with Jeep/Chyrsler dealerships has been one of feeling pressured into vehicles and high balled in price. We had a very big trust issue We decided to go for a drive down Route 283 towards Lancaster and try a different dealership. We came upon Kelly Cadillac and thought that would be the answer to our dreams. However, we decided that there was no way that we could ever afford such a vehicle and drove by. By the time we hit the next exit, we turned back and decided to just go take a peek as maybe someone traded in a vehicle that we could afford. As soon as we pulled into the lot and got out of our vehicle, we were greeted by Julie Gardner our Sales Consultant. Julie was very approachable, friendly, honest, and open with us and answered all of our questions about the vehicles. Julie took the process of choosing a vehicle at our pace and respected our reservations. My husband and I fell in love with a 2010 Cadillac SRX. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Julie's knowledge of the vehicle. She knows her vehicles inside and out with all of the bells and whistles. During the test drive, Julie educated us on what we needed to know while driving but also sat back and let us listen to the sounds of the vehicle and answer our questions. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, Julie was very professional with us when we mentioned some concerns in regards to our credit/finances due to a recent surgical medical leave of absence from work. She assured us that we were not alone and gave us hope that there would be a creditor who would be willing to take all of our circumstances into consideration. Throughout the entire purchasing process, we felt like Julie had our best interests in hand. We really felt like she was working for us. Mark Gagliardi handled the financial contract side of our transaction. Mark was very friendly, approachable, and professional as well. There were alot of signatures that needed to be made and Mark was diligent in highlighting in 2 different colors where my husband needed to sign and where I needed to sign. He made it easy for us. Mark explained each page of the paperwork to us. The highlight of our experience with Mark was his concern for us in protecting our investment with a good warranty/maintanence package. He really worked with us in finding an affordable package with good coverage. Overall, my husband and I felt like we were in good hands with Kelly Cadillac. We had the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Kelly Cadillac is a name that we associate with honesty and integrity. They really are customer service excellence at it's best! I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was on the fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and all of my questions. We went over all of the features of the ATS that day. She was very laid back and was not pushy at all (as the Audi dealer was). She let me set up a test drive on my own time, and set my own pace for the car buying process. She responded to my emails very quickly, and did not fill up my phones voice mail with messages. She was very flexible in being able to meet to finalize the deal during a time my parents would be able to be there, as this was my first major purchase and I wanted them there for it. They detailed the car and had it ready before I was done signing all of the paperwork! Glenn did an excellent job explaining everything that I was signing. He brought light to a process that tends lengthy and boring. I even shook Mr. Kelly's hand, who congratulated my on my purchase and stressed that if he can help with anything, to let him know. He even put aside a hat for me because he felt that the ones that he had weren't cool enough. That family definitely has a one of a kind business that I would recommend to anyone.Follow up after the sale has been unexpected. Julie has been very helpful, answering any questions that I have had about the car, in a very prompt manner. She even offered to set up a time where she would meet me somewhere or I could meet at the dealership to go over any questions that may have popped up since delivery of the car, which I feel is a step that goes above and beyond!

From the time my wife and I arrived at Kelly Cadillac until the time we left, every part of our visit was absolutely top notch. I called the dealership on Wednesday and asked to speak with someone in sales. I was lucky enough to be transferred to Julie Gardner and started to explain a situation that involved a previous car purchase. The scenario and situation that I laid on the table was an absolute mess, but after a few minutes of exchanging details and a few laughs (which were greatly appreciated) Julie, without hesitation, agreed to help me. Julie's enthusiasm and knowledge about the Cadillac brand are outstanding. She is not just there to sell cars. She understands the customers wants and needs, starting with the first step and eventually helping you to reach your goal... the purchase of your dream car.We decided that we wanted to purchase the Escalade on Thursday and before we knew it, Mr. Kelly was on the showroom floor. We were shocked. When you buy a car, how often is it that you get to meet the owner of the dealership??!! He shook our hands, chatted for a few moments, thanked us for our business and cracked a couple jokes. You do not see many class acts like this anymore. Glenn Davis is a finance guru. He is very thorough and if he catches something that could help you out in the end he makes it right. This was my first connection with Kelly Cadillac and I found it a very refreshing expieriuence. I haven't purchased a vehicle since 2005 and expected a pushey pressured sales approach as I have expierienced in the past from some other dealerships. On the contrary, from my pre-visit on line contact requesting a quote and trade in expectations I was treated with the utmost courtesy and honest straightforwardinformation. My on-site visit was pre-arranged and my Wife and I were received graciously and treated with the utmost courtesy and a very professional attitude by everyone we came in contact with ( and that was at least 5 people at Kelly including the Owner ). As you know we purchased the Vehicle and were afforded all the promotions that were presented to us consistant with the on-line quote originally stated. I have since returned to have a Glass Coat applied to the Cadillac and again met with courtesy and a feeling of 'special treatment' by the Service Personnel and others un-named throughout the dealership. Never thought of buying a Cadillac until I arrived on the lot to look at another model for possible purchase. Salesman was friendly and well informed. Showed me the model that I was looking for but also questioned my needs. When these were related he guided me toward a number of different options including the SRX. I was pleased with the price we agreed on and the car in person was, exactly the way Julie described it to me which I greatly appreciated. I drove from Sag Harbor NY to pick this car up and I have to say I would do it again because all of the employees my fiance and I met and dealt with were very nice, thorough and professional not your common car sales person with cheesy gimmicks and sales pitches. I'd like to start off by saying that Kelly Cadillac has serviced my 1999 Eldorado since I owned it. Their service staff is very knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. I know when a service is performed it will be complete right to the last detail.As for the used cars at Kelly Cadillac, they are second to none. Any used car sitting on their lot is cosmetically beautiful and mechanically sound. This is my first car purchase at Kelly Cadillac however, my brother has bought several vehicles from them always with an excellent experience.I recently purchased a 1-owner, 2002 DeVille DHS with 55K original miles. The car is beautiful as is any car on their lot. During my test drive I noticed a small, intermitten hesitation in the engine. Upon returning to the dealership I expressed my concern regarding it.They invested their time and any necessary parts to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The issue was a bad coil on the #4 cylinder so they replaced the coil pack. While reprogramming the engine they also had issues with the computer which controls the engine, they replaced that as well.The car now runs and drives beautifully. My girlfriend was with me during the entire experience and she too was quite impressed with everyone at the dealership. She will be in the market for another vehicle later this year and Kelly Cadillac is where she intends to purchase it.Hats off to Kelly Cadillac and everyone there, from sales to parts and service, I always have a pleasant experience no matter who I deal with.Kelly Cadillac is a well run dealership, keep up the excellent work.My personal thanks to everyone involved with making my car buying experience a true pleasure..

I can not say enough good things about our experience at Kelly Cadillac. My wife and I purchased an XTS yesterday through Howard Solodky. He had been quite helpful in our communications via Email prior to stopping in for a visit. He made us a great offer on the new car and a fair offer on the trade in. He was professional, knowledgable, and caring. He took the time to answer all our questions and give us a thorough run through of all the features on the new car. Even though our transaction lasted into the evening hours, he stayed to make sure we were well equipped for the drive home. He did this despite the fact that he had an early flight to catch the next morning. More than that, the folks at Kelly make you feel special. We also enjoyed our time with Sarah, the business manager, She was also very well informed and was a pleasure to work with. Despite all the paperwork we had a good time together.We also were blown away by the fact that having purchased the simonizing package and because of the late hour and not having time enough for the service department to do it then; that they would drive out to pick up the new car, give us a loaner, and return our when finished. While waiting, Michelle Russell worked up numbers on a new ATS that was exactly where I wanted to be so I left the old car there and took the new one home. The dealership is clean and beautiful. Michelle gave me her complete attention. She brought me a car from Maryland which we both thought I'd like. It was a luxury model. They let me reject it in favor of a performance model that Geof Kelly found in Michigan and had shipped here. Sarah Denton made financing it completely easy. They were all so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience totally all good. They all worked hard to see that I was in the car I wanted to be in. Props to them all for making sure I was a happy man. Geof and Michelle gave me their complete attention as if I was their favorite customer. I loved the sales, people, and the car I'm driving. I just got home from picking up my new 2012 SRX and I could not be more satisfied. I drove from my home in the Washington metropolitan area 2 hours to Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to buy my SUV. I ended up at Kelly Cadillac because of the great experience I had dealing with Marc Gagliardi after being dissatisfied with each of the Cadillac salespersons and dealerships I contacted who were close to home. To me, the purchase of a car is significant transaction. A purchase of this magnitude warranted me doing my homework to be able to make informed choices and decisions. If a dealership cannot or will not help me during the selling process, why would I have any interest or confidence in their products or services after a sale? Marc returned most all of my emails and calls within the hour and without fail every inquiry was returned within 24 hrs. I felt Marc represented my interests to his dealership to help me get the best possible value on my SRX and trade. With Marcs help, I was able to do all of my due diligence before I ever made the trip to Kelly Cadillac. When I finally made the trip to Kelly Cadillac I only needed to complete the paperwork consummating the transaction and to pay for and pickup our new SRX. Overall, my experience with Kelly Cadillac was outstanding. If my Cadillac product and Kelly Cadillacs after the sale dealership performance is as good as my experience during the selection and buying process, I will be extraordinarily pleased.In the past I have met and tried to work with salespersons who unintentionally contribute to the poor image many car dealerships and salespersons often have. Kelly Cadillac was very different. Buying a car from Kelly Cadillac was a great experience. I was recommended this dealership by a friend and she recommended that i speak with Michelle Russell. The minute i walked into the dealership i was welcomed and not pressured. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable about their product, if they don't have an answer for you they will go out of their way to get someone who can give you what your looking for. The first time i stopped in i was greeted by Michelle, very professional and nice to talk to, very down to earth. While i was waiting for Michelle to pull the vehicle around we were interested in, Geoff Kelly walked out and introduced himself and i had a very nice talk with him, he was very responsive and nice. I have been to other dealerships before and you never get to meet the owner, to me this is important, Geoff did not know me but we talked for a few minutes as if we known each other for 30 years.I am sure i was at times a little difficult to deal with, but when i buy a vehicle, i try and get the best bang for my buck and work out the best deal that i can, Geoff worked with me for a few days and did not get frustrated once, i am sure i was, at times pushy with the bottom dollar and he treated me with respect and dignity, as i did the same for him, this is business, its not personal, he kept it all business and after we came to an agreement we were both happy with my wife and i were driving home in our new Cadillac CTS-V. We couldn't have picked a better vehicle or a better place to buy it at. Michelle treated us very well, she did not pressure us to buy the vehicle, she left us alone to decide on our own, she was very open and honest about the whole deal and i felt like i paid the best possible price i could, every time i see her she asks how the car is doing and if we enjoy it, we could not be happier, my wife drives it daily and is very please with the comfort and power it has.We also got to meet Geoff's wife, Kelley Kelly, she has driven the vehicle we purchased before and was able to tell us what her thoughts were on the car, very helpful in the buying process, she invited our family to the dealership for an event they were holding over the weekend and got to meet my wife for the first time, Kelley was very helpful in this process and made sure we were being treated right and getting everything we needed.My first experience with service was bringing my vehicle in the day after we bought it to have wheel locks installed that i purchased from them. I met with Graham and he was extremely helpful. Treated my very well, offered my wife, my son and i refreshments as we waited for them to complete the work, and this was done without an appointment!!!! I had to bring the vehicle back for some warranty work and they were supposed to have a loaner vehicle ready for my family when we got there, unfortunately the vehicles the night before were not returned and Graham made it a point for him to find me something to drive, the best part of this experience is they were going to have to call an outside company for a loaner car and being as i have a disability and they didn't want me to wait too long, the owner, yes i said that right, Geoff Kelly, gave me his personal company vehicle to drive so i didn't have to sit and wait for them to work on my car and wait for the outside car rental company to arrive. I have never been treated so well at a car dealership as i have at this one and i personally would like to say from our family, a big Thank You to the whole team and staff at Kelly Cadillac for the great experience we have had buying and vehicle, and getting it serviced. I was looking for a very specific car, color, year, and options and was not going to settle for anything else. I appreciate that Howard kept my information on file and only contacted me when something that fit my criteria came in. Even though it took over a year I feel confident that I purchased just the "right" car. We were very impressed with Marc Gagliardi. He listened to our inquries about the new ATS. Even thought they didn't have one at the dealership, he called when it came in for us to test drive. Bear in mind there are two Cadillac dealerships closer to our home, but a friend recommended Kelly. Now I see why. We went for the test drive and we very impressed with Marc's knowledge and no pressure sales. How refreshing!We looked at a different model and it was love at first site. We could agree on numbers and took delivery. Anyone that knows me, would say I am a very hard sale, but we loved the way Kelly handles their customers.

Read the excellent reviews about this dealer and decided to give them a visit. The owner Mr. Kelly spent a significant amount of time engaging me in conversation about a variety of subjects which helped pass the time as I waited for our business to conclude. Michelle was friendly and not pushy at all. I was given all the time I needed to make a well thought out decision without feeling rushed at all. After dealing with several other dealerships where I felt like a quota I was very pleased with my experience and even more pleased with my vehicle purchase.

This is by far the best experience we have ever had when purchasing or leasing a new car! Marc met us at the door when we arrived, introduced us to Mr. Kelly and the rest of the team that was in the showroom (which by the way is immaculate), everyone greeted us with a genuine smile. The car I wanted had to be trucked in so when we returned the next week we had that same friendly greeting and Marc went over everything with us in detail. Mr. Kelly stopped by to say Hello also. Sarah went through all of the paperwork in detail and very quickly. Then it was time to go say Hello to my beautiful new Crystal Red Cadillac Coupe, where Marc again explained all of the features in detail and answered any questions I had. Superb job!!Just to show how amazing this dealership is my husband decided to have them detail his Chevy Silverado and I wanted to have the simonizing done on my Cadillac. Not only did the dealership pick up my car for the service they also picked up my husband's truck for the detailing and returned them both to us. Buying a car from Kelly Cadillac was a positive experience and we would recommend this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Michelle Russell who was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel the sales pressure that you experience at other dealerships. Michelle answered all the questions we had about the 2012 Cadillac SRX and made us feel at home. When we went inside the showroom, we were met by the owner, Goeff Kelly. Outstanding customer service. Marc stayed in touch with me continuously on what was available. We worked out a deal that was very fair I thought for both sides. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by the owner Geoff Kelly, who went out of his way to say hello and made us feel the pride of ownership of a new Cadillac. When it was time to complete the paperwork Michelle had everything organized and waiting for us. I would recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone searching for a Cadillac. We have recieved several calls after taking ownership to inquire if we had any questions on operating any of the accessories, or if there was anything else they could do for us. The service maintenance plan is incredible as well. This was an enjoyable experience. I have worked in the customer service industry for nearly 40 years so I know what good service looks like and this experience exceeded expectations.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kelly Cadillac and especially my sales person, Julie Gardner. I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I live 3 hours from there, and found the vehicle online. I called, and she was able to work out all the details over the phone, so when I came in to purchase it was simple and quick. She was thorough and knowledgable about the specifics of the vehicle. After I got home, I realized there was an issue with the soft top that came with the vehicle, which made it unusable. Julie quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction by ordering me a new top from a local dealer and shipping it directly to me. She was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. They are not only there for you during the purchase of your vehicle, but also after should a problem arise. I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I purchased a 2008 Cadillac SRX from another local dealership a little over a year ago and were not happy with our purchase. The service we received from that other local dealer was average. We decided to stop by Kelly Cadillac-Saab to take a look at their inventory of new SRX's. Marc was very welcoming and pleasant from the first meeting in the lot. Marc had a no pressure sales approach that is extermely rare with car buying, and that is what made Marc by far the best salesperson that I have ever conducted business with!My wife drove a really ahrd bargain, and initially we were pretty far apart on the monthly payment and out-of-pocket expenses that were offered even though the dealership offered us more than our payoff on our 2008 Cadillac. At most dealerships,they low-ball you on the trade and typically that would be the end of the conversation - take the offer or leave it, but not with Kelly Cadillac Saab. Marc spoke with Geoff who is the owner of the dealership, and he said, let's make this customer a Kelly for Life Customer. We were able to keep the monthly payment where we wanted it to be and minimize our out-of-pocket expenses without increasing the price of the vehicle to give us more on the trade(a game that most dealerships play that I despise). Kelly simply offered us more real equity from the vehicle. What a pleasant surprise that was. I had a busy schedule on the day of purchase and an impromptu conference call that I had to take. Marc and team patiently waited for over 30 minutes while I took my conference call. Goeff Kelly, the owner of Kelly Cadillac-Saab, was at the dealership that morning to meet me and congratulate me on my new purchase. Geoff and the entire staff were very excited for us. Marc carefully explained all of the features of our new vehicle in detail and asked if I had any questions. As we signed the paperwork, Glenn carefully explained all of the details of our new lease and offered us expert advice pertaining to all of the different protection options available. The level of service, hospitality, and courtesy at Kelly Cadillac far exceed any other we've ever engaged in (My wife and I have purchased more than 20 cars in 8 years). We were treated like royalty. We are truly excited and looking forward to being Kelly Cadillac customers for life! At Last, a car dealership that we can trust and cares more about service than just making a sale. I owned a 2011 Cadillac CTS and went in for my free oil change and tire rotation. While there, I saw an SRX. I'd never been interested in SUVs before, but asked Graham what it was. I went into the showroom and looked at one. It was only 7:30 a.m., so there were no salesmen around, although the owner, Geoff, was there. He gave me a brochure on the SRX and told me he's send a salesperson to see me when one arrived. To shorten the story, I walked out with a 2012 SRX. Julie, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She followed up with everything she promised to do. Geoff is a "hands-on" owner and makes a customer feel like an old friend. Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Glenn makes dealing with all the paperwork very easy. This is the third Cadillac I've purchased from Kelly. Each time, the negotiations and final price were reasonable. Customer service is outstanding. They do everything possible to make a customer feel valued. Julie told me Geoff wants his customers to buy all their cars from him. What car dealership owner doesn't? The difference is that Geoff and his staff at Kelly actually do everything they can to earn your trust and make you want to go back. In case you can't tell already, I give them my highest recommendation.

I've purchased several new cars and 3 from out of state and online. This was the easiest and best sales experience yet. My Saab 9-3 had been on the lot for some time and developed a blemish on the roof. The roof was painted for me before shipping, rather than waiting for me to spot the problem. Amazing!Having purchased the car unseen over the web, I did not get a chance to drive it. I noticed on highway speeds that the tires needed to be re-balanced. Kelly Saab reimbursed me for that right away. Communication and attention was outstanding. Howard always responded back right away. Highly recomended dealership. If they have what you are looking for, do not hesitate for a second to buy from this dealership. Very refreshing approach. Would gladly buy from again.

This was a new car purchase made after an internet search for a Saab 9-4X led me to Kelly Cadillac Saab.I made contact with Marc Gagliardi initially over the phone.Marc was very professional and responsive to all my requests.As this was an out of state purchase, there were a lot of emails and FEDEX'ing back and forth. Marc kept in touch with me almost on a daily basis until the vehicle was delivered. Marc also served as a point of contact with my lender which proved to be very helpful as I knew little about our local laws and taxes.One of the extra things Marc was able to provide was a Vehicle Service Contract (en lieu of a car Warranty). This extra step gave me the confidence needed to secure a loan and finalize the purchase.Marc was also very helpful in facilitating the purchase and installation of optional equipment I requested for the car. These included a towing hitch and roof-rack rails. He also located and secured a reliable shipping agent. Payment was made easy via Credit Card.There were a few out of state specific items that needed to be re-addressed (which delayed the delivery) but these were resolved quickly and amicably.All in all this was a very positive experience. I found a used vehicle online and went to the Kelly website. There were reps available immediately to instant message regarding the vehicle. I started a dialogue with Julie, she gave me her cell phone number to call anytime and she e-mailed me additional information on the vehicle. We made arrangements to see the vehicle ( I am 2 hours away). Julie test drove the vehicle herself to make sure it was fine, discovered an issue, and asked me to delay my visit until they could make sure the vehicle was OK. The next day the issue was resolved, we looked at the car and bought it. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and helpful, especially Julie. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Glenn was very accommodating of my request to use my local credit union for financing and I was able to take the car home the same day. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends.

This was the quickest deal I have ever been involved with,almost to the point of being a liitle nervous but the trade allowance on our existing SAAB was fair and the price of the replacement car was fair as well. Financing was done to my liking and amazingly they sent us driving back to New York State with our new car the same day-quite unexpectedly. The staff was creative and proactive and friendly. The owner was available for quick decisions as well . Very positive. I recommend them highly.

I called this dealership last Saturday because my Saturn Outlook broke down in Lancaster, which is over 50 miles from my house. I spoke to Graham who was more than helpful even though the Service Dept was closing in a half an hour. When we arrived, we were informed that Enterprise Rent a Car was closed and we did't know what to do. Graham then said he would give us a car free of charge to drive while ours was being repaired. Not only did he give us a car to drive, he gave us a 2012 CTS-Sweet! my husband and I fell in love with the Cadillac. When I spoke to Graham on Monday, we talked about what was wrong with my car and I expressed an interest in having a salesperson call me. This is where Julie Gardner came into the picture. I spoke with her Monday night, Tuesday we told her exactly what we wanted and they didn't have it on their lot. They located what we found and this is Thursday and I already have my new car! Our quest for the "perfect" Saab 9-5 ended when we dealt with Marc and the team at Kelly Saab. We were looking for a manual transmission 9-5, which are quite rare. Furthermore, we wanted it in Fijord Blue, rarer still. We had placed a deposit on another car (red), but were thrilled to learn that the only new, blue 9-5 we could find on the 'web was sitting right there in the Kelly showroom. I spoke with Marc, told him I wanted to buy the car, asked if it was available, and what he would sell it for. Marc said he needed to speak with Geoff Kelly, and 5 minutes later called me back with an outstanding price. The ultra-professional team at Kelly handled all of the arrangements, and 8 days later we drove from Connecticut to take delivery of our beautiful new car. Our buying experience with Marc was, by far, the finest possble. Marc, Geoff, and everyone we spoke to at Kelly Saab was polite, professional, punctual, and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend Kelly Saab to our friends or relatives.

My engine light had been on for a while, which I checked on and found the part that was probably the problem but decided to test it first rather than replace it right away. (secondary air injection check valve, the system still worked fine and did not look so bad, that waiting a little would do any damage)I little later I started to encounter a different problem with the engine and decided to bring the car in, while 1000 miles away from my home. I told the staff about the problem and checking the valve before and that I knew this was at least one error code.They decided to replace the valve and blamed the problems I had on it. It sounded plausible, yet did not solve the problem. When I called in, they told me that while test driving the car it ran the way it should. Yet I dont believe that it is normal for a turbo to stammer whenever it is used. In fact I know that other premium cars such as Audi and Mercedes do not do this.In the end I payed over 300 dollars for a part openly attached with 2 screws, which costs 90 dollars and had the same problems as before. Since Kelly Saab says the messed up way my car drives now is the way it should I would say hands off Saab if they are right, or rather hands off Kelly Saab and their "premium service". Or is it just premium pricing they offer?

Had an emergency with my cadillac many miles from home.pulled in to Kelly 7:00 P.M.Stressed out.Service dept closed.I first met Allen, Who was most courteous.He then referred me to Michelle,She wrote up the service order,gave me service mgr.Graham's card,and saw to it that my wife and I got to our motel that night.Next morning spoke to Graham asked if any way possible to get my car fixed as I needed to be in Cape May N.J. that afternoon for a wedding. When my wife and I found out that we were expecting our 3rd child, I realized that I would have to trade in my beloved Prius, and the hunt for a minivan was on. After checking out several other vehicles at other dealers, our search lead us to Kelly. We stopped in to look at a Toyota Sienna that we had seen online. Michelle was quick to greet us, and made us feel at home. The van was in great condition, and for a great price. However, the front passenger seat was replaced with a handicap accessible seat to accommodate the previous owner. While this would be a great feature for some buyers, it would have been a hindrance to us. The seat took up a lot of room, and required the front center console to be mounted in the middle of the van.Michelle was very helpful, and contacted the previous owners to see if they still had the factory seat. They did, and were kind enough to return it. Kelly was able to install the factory seat, and move the console back to the original location!After everything with the seat had been taken care of, we thought that we were in the clear. However, on the day that we were to trade in our Prius, I was headed to work, and some pulled out, and hit the side of my car. Although the damage was not severe, it was still very frustrating, as I was sure that the deal with Kelly would be off. Immediately after working with the police to fill out the accident report, and after working with our insurance companies, I headed into Kelly to let them know what was going on. Geoff was kind enough to work with me, and still honor my trade at full value!!! The other driver claimed liability, and I was able to work with the insurance company to get the vehicle into a body shop, and still complete the deal on the same night as originally planned!!Geoff, Michelle, Glenn, and everyone at Kelly really went out of their way to help us out!!! I've worked with a lot of other dealerships in the past, and have never been treated so kindly!! A big thank you to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back to Kelly when it's time to buy again.

Well, I am usually skeptical of auto dealerships and more/less expect to be disappointed. However,this was one of the best--no--THE BEST--experience with a car dealer I've ever experienced. First of all, I live in Colorado. I have a car that we keep out east which we use in conjunction with a summer home we have in Maine. When we were in Florida last month, I contacted the dealership about a Saab (used, Certified) that they had for sale. I told Howard that I had a car that I wanted to trade in on the Saab. I described the car to the best of my ability and he got me a quote on what they'd give me on a trade.We agreed on a deal on the phone. I returned home to Colorado, then ended up having to fly to Boston, drive the car down to Lancaster, and finish the deal. I was concerned that they would 'change the deal' once I showed up from far away, when I had few options and they had all the leverage. But they did not attempt to do anything to revisit the deal we had agreed to. They honored everything that they had agreed to. I probably expected less. I grew up in business believing that 'a person's word is their bond'. Kelly Cadillac-Saab lived up to that 'platitude' and then some. In addition to honoring every word that Howard communicated to me, everybody was also so damn nice. I would buy from these folks again, and again...with complete confidence. I just wish I lived a little closer to Lancaster.

I purchased a 2011 CTS-V Black Diamond Edition sedan on March 26. My wife and I had gone to look at the sedan on the day prior, and I had an idea what I wanted for my trade and how much money I would add to purchase the vehicle. The final figure I was given at the dealership was just about what I wanted to pay. Went back the next day and asked about a wheel option, and they offered it to me at no additional cost. I told them I would buy the vehicle and left my car for the wheel change. The dealership drove me home and later picked me up when my new car was ready. While I was at home, the Dealership Owner, Mr. Kelly called me and said he had found another rebate I was entitled to which brought the vehicle price to what I wanted to pay from the start. How many dealerships would offer additional savings AFTER the deal is final? Kelly Cadillac will. This is why my family will always buy our vehicles from Kelly Cadillac. Michelle Russell was my sales consultant and did a fantastic job.

When I called to make an appt., the voice was very pleasant and knew the answers to my questions, as well as the cost estimate and how soon I could be booked in (the next day). When I arrived with my car, I was waarmly greeted and personally shown the waiting room. In a half hour the man came in to tell me it was a simple repair and it was all done, that the car was now in the wash line. When my car was returned to me it was very clean, even the wheel spokes which had been very dirty. They warmly waved goodbye to me. And the cost was $20 under the estimate! Mark resolved bothersome and puzzling vibration in car. One of four tires replaced two months earlier (by a tire dealer)was not seeded correctly...even after I had taken the car back to the tire dealer a second time for the vibration. As soon as the tire was removed and mounted correctly, my SAAB ride was as smooth as ever. THANK YOU!

I have been having my 2006 Cadillac DTS serviced at Kelly Cadillac Saab since it was new. They have always been courteous and helpful starting with their assistance to my son who purchased the car for us from Houston, TX. Recently I had a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system. Craig realized that there was and upgrade and offered to install it as a Good Will effort since I had just gone over the warranty mileage. Everyone, and especially Craig, make you feel like one of the family from the bagels and coffee in the waiting room to their warm greeting and concern for your time. And they are technically savvy. Although my warranty has run out, I will probably continue making the long drive to Kelly Cadillac Saab to continue to experience this superior service.

These folks came highly recommended by a close family friend and rightly so. They were fabulous to work with. I knew when I walked into the dealership that I wanted a car. I wish I knew then though what I know now. I could probably have got the car for less had I been better armed with more information. However that is my fault, not theirs. I paid cash for the car, a car that just had arrived on the lot that day and other than the base, wholesale price they had no investment in. That said, I am absolutely in love with my car. At the ripe age of nearly 46, I have my dream car finally. I have wanted a cadillac since I was in my last year of optometry school, 20 years ago. It makes me feel like a responsible, mature woman who can take on the world. Because of this dealer's fabulous reputation and the fact that I am every dealership's dream customer, I just KNOW that the wonderful folks at Kelly Cadillac are going to TREAT ME LIKE A QUEEN and TAKE VERY VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY CTS!!!! This wonderful dealership and its people have spoiled me forever. I will probably now ALWAYS buy Cadillacs, and buy them NEW, and buy them with EVERY BELL AND WHISTLE. Everyone at Kelley was very helpful and friendly. They explained everything in full detail and made my shopping experience very easy. My husband was deployed at the time I purchased the vehicle and I was a little skeptical about buying a car by myself. I had the problem of not receiving a "Valet Key" with a new Cadillac vehicle.Thru the determined efforts of Ms. Kelley Kelly and Service Manager, Dave Wright, they researched the problem with General Motors/Cadillac and eventually I received a key. The ignition switch had to be replaced to work with the key but everything with the "Valet switch/key" system worked properly when they were finished.

I'm almost 73 years old and have wanted a Cadillac all my life. I recently, through my son-in-law and daughter, have received my ultimate dream. My 2008 CTS, in Hot Lava, was acquired through Kelly Cadillac. As a first time Cadillac owner, what an experience!!!! I would have to say that Kelly Cadillac and Saab should be noticed for their outsatnding service and professionalism from start to finish. I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that was listed on ebay. First of all I could honestly say that I would NEVER have bought a vehicle without actually seeing it, however Marc Gagliardi sales rep made it happen. Marc Gagliardi was by far the most helpful and professional person that I have ever done business with. Marc Gagliardi went beyond what my expectation during this whole process. Marc Gagliardi took the time to have Mr. Kelly go on video which was sent to me via email telling me about the amount of confidence they have in that Jeep. Marc Gagliardi also made two more videos which were sent to me via email. Upon receiving the videos and viewing same it really brought my buying confidence to a higher level. Needles to say the vehicle was delivered to me and everything that was described to me was so accurate. Thanks to Marc Gagliardi, Mr.Kelly and other staff members of Kelly Cadillac and Saab for their kind service and professionlism. This is my second vehicle purchase from Kelly Cadillac. I traded in my '07 Escalade for an '09 Escalade. With both purchases I was treated as if I were the most valued customer they had. And they continue making me feel that way whenever I stop at the dealership. Whether I'm dealing with those in the showroom, the financing dept., the women in the back offices or the service dept., everyone is friendly, helpful, polite and often humorous. There's just no better place to buy a vehicle than Kelly Cadillac.

I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS-V from Kelly Cadillac. I did extensive research on the vehicle before my purchase and even checked another Cadillac dealership to compare a certain option for this vehicle. The other dealership wanted substantially more for the same vehicle than Kelly and also offered me far less for my tradein vehicle. Needless to say, I purchased this vehicle from Kelly Cadillac.Everyone you deal with at Kelly, from sales to service, is very friendly, professional, and will bend over backwards to ensure that you are happy. No hard sell at this dealership.Michelle Russell did a fantastic job as my sales consultant. If you shop at Kelly Cadillac, I would definately recommend her. From the time you entered the dealership until the time you left, you feel like you are someone special. I was greeted at the door,introduced to Marc,my salesperson, met the Manager, and instantly felt comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated the professionalism and the good energy exhibited by Marc. For me,my biggest worry,how to offset the hassle every consumer experiences when buying a car. Well, at this dealership, it wasn't there. Marc gave me the information and then took me over to speak to Sarah about financing. Again, Sarah showed me each and every piece of paper and at the same time she orally reviewed each. Kinda took the guesswork out of the legal process. Good Job!!! I just felt again that the dealership was trying to help me by being honest,especially when I noticed they gave me such a sweet interest rate.Altogether, this experience has been extremely positive. I shall return to buy my next Cadillac. Thanks, Guys.

Automotive employees always describe exactly what is going on with your car, if a problem exists...even to the point of drawing a diagram. Advice was given to me regarding length of time I had left on my tires....and what to watch out for while driving if time was approaching for them to be replaced. Stickers never fail to remind me when to return for an oil change. Short wait time. Comfortable lounge...coee, bagels, soda, water, TV, and plenty of reading material!!

Friendly, reasonable prices, regularly provide coupons for service specials and invitations for events.I was introduced to the owner on the first visit and the difference in professionalism and customer service was a night and day improvement over the local Audi dealer.Nice seating area with free coffee and bagels for service visits.

I have had several great service expereinces with this dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the service people took me right in and took care of my problem while I waited - even when they were very busy. Greg in service has always done a great job and the rest of the people there are always friendly and helpful. I used tohate going to mycar dealer for service. With Kelly I find it to be a friendly visit.

comes to my place of work and picks up my car, calls me when the car is ready to review the service perfomed and bill then delivers my car back to my place of work.Truly an awesome experience. Worth every penny. Could have more "loaner" cars available if I would like to use that service for short notice service when that comes up.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly, and encouraged me to test drive several different models to comparare features and driving characteristics of each. She was not pushy, however. Sales manager and owner also spoke with me, and were helpful and friendly. I have purchased vehicles previously from this dealership, and consider them to be the pre-eminent Cadillac dealership in this part of Pennsylvania.

I purchased a Saab 9-2X there in 2005, since my local dealership was too slow to respond to my inquiries ... I called Kelly Saab on a Friday with specific details about what car I wanted, and at what price. An hour later, Yuri called back, and said it would be there the next day. With only my phone call, they had the car transferred from another dealership, and everything was taken care of. Two weeks later, my local dealership finally called to let me know that they had found a car for me -- unfortunately for them, the Saab from Kelly was already in my garage! In other words, great sales department, and since purchase I've also been consistently impressed with their service department. My biggest complaint is that I now live several states away.

If I need a loaner for the day they are always willing to provide one at no cost during the service. I had the pleasure of working w/ Marc Gagliardi while trading in my XLR for a newer Escalade. Marc was very informed of the product he was selling, not high pressure, and I'll probably refer business to him in the future, as I appreciated his sales abilities.
