I have purchased 3 cars at American Fork Ken Garff Ford. If you want good salesman ask for Kris Talbot or Marty (Marty, I forgot your last name -sorry). They spent literally hours helping us look for a great used car. We decided on a new car after speaking with Debbie Olsen in financing. Kris found us an amazing deal. I realize these are just Sales People. We honestly felt like everyone had our best interest at heart. They listened, showed concern and we felt great. The level of service we recieved was out of this world. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Serviced my 2012 F150. 142k service. Service check in went very quick and smooth. Service was very quick and very detailed. Service Manager was very helpful and kept me informed about the vehicle maintenance. He called when vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. Mechanic sent a video of progress noting the good condition of brakes, tires, belts and other, as well as a few things that may need attention, plus a recommendation for additional services .Service was excellent, timely, and detailed. Would definitely recommend Ken Garff Ford, American Fork as a service provider. Overall, service was good, very good Mechanic.

John in the service department is spectacular at his job! He goes the extra mile to make things right! He made sure that I had a loaner car while my truck was in for some warranty work. Lilly in the car rental department was also very helpful! I would recommend Ken Garff. Ford in American Fork UT to everyone. But I'll never buy another Ford product. The F150 diesel went through an engine and a transmission in 23000 miles. Nothing but trouble! Traded it for a RAM

Parts and service always work together seamlessly to get me taken care of. Easy in and out. Oil change and tire rotation. Swapped on my winter tires during the rotation at no extra charge. And swapped back the winter tires for my all seasons while getting my oil changed - team makes it super easy. They even took the car over to Ken Garff body when they finished - yes, I hit a deer.

I went and got my transmission fluid changed about a month ago and it took them eight hours for them to get my car back to me so that was the first thing that tipped me off and really frustrated me. I then go to open my hood today and it won't work it's completely broken and had zero issues until I took it into Ken Garff ford. Then when I call in to speak to one of the service managers I tell him about my situation and ask what they will do about it he tells me that I can bring it in and he doesn't know if it will cost or not but I can for sure bring it in and they will look at it a.k.a. it's going to cost me money and I'll be in there so I'll just do it. So I asked for his name and he refuses to tell me literally will not tell me his name says I can call Ray but Ray is not in (Weird how that works) and I keep asking what his name is and he just hangs up on me this is Such great service I totally want to tell my friends and family to go there and I will for sure be going back there because they're so good to me. I would refrain from going to this dealership as much as possible because they treat you like crap.

I live several hours away from a dealership so when I was ready to buy a 2016 Ford Explorer I contacted several dealerships to get prices and get the best bang for my buck. I had Ken Garff American Fork and another dealership who were neck and neck but the other dealership had about a $100 advantage on the exact same vehicle so I bought from them. When I contacted Ken Garff about their lowest price guarantee ($500) they asked for various documents, which I provided to them. It has now been 6 weeks since I heard back from them and my emails go unanswered. What a joke. I wouldn't take their guarantee of anything as having any value whatsoever.

We thought we bought a year old beautiful certified truck and a week later the headlights started on fire and went out. Then the front end started to sway. We had a house fire and lost our kitchen so truck problems are not something you are expecting to deal with when buying a certified 58k vehicle. We took the truck back to be fixed, they GUARANTEED they fixed it. Driving down the freeway the truck started to bounce extremely bad and we almost rolled and crashed. We pulled over to the 4x4 mechanic shop on redwood road and they looked it over in shock and said to go back to the dealership. Took it back to Ken Garff they claimed they fixed the truck and gave a print out of all they did or shall I say DID NOT DO and then ADMITTED they DID NOT FIX THE TRUCK or the items on the sheet they gave, more than one person admitted this. My husband is extremely mechanically inclined and has fully restored vehicles something they did not know and thought they could BS their way through it to get him out of there. They even went as far as asking us HOW MUCH OUR KIDS WEIGH AND THEIR WEIGHT CAUSED THE FRONT END TO GO OUT AND THE MAJOR SWAY AND BOUNCE, LOL SERIOUSLY. It is a 1 TON Truck and you cant drive 4 people total in it. My kids weight 145 & 170, WHAT A JOKE KEN GARFF and that is your Service Manager stating this. HOW LOW WILL YOU GO TO NOT TAKE RESPONCIBILITY, LOWER THAN THE GUTTER? HOW EMBARRASING THAT YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD COME UP WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE TO NOT TAKE RESPONCIBILITY NOT KNOWING MY HUSBAND HAS MORE EXPERIENCE THAN EVERYONE IN YOUR SHOP. He called them out on everything and they admitted they did not fix it. More than one person- Mechanic, manager admitted this yet NO ONE at KEN GARFF is doing anything to make this right. THEY SOLD US A DEATH TRAP, We could have rolled and died or been seriously hurt. They admitted the truck came in as a trade with front end damage and it was not approved to have the items fixed yet they claimed they did a full certified inspection and everything works perfect, their dishonest liars who admitted everything they did wrong and that they wont make it 100% right and that they wouldnt put their family in the truck. The truck still bounces from their mistake, the tire is ruined and bulged nothing was fixed, the headlight still smokes and the alignment is still off from their mistake. I will continue to let the world know on ALL forms of social media I will continue to post and re-post to keep other families from experiencing something as awful as we did, SHAME ON ALL OF YOU KEN GARFF and the employees at the American Fork Location.

While I still loved out sales experience, the service center is really letting the sales experience down. The day we bought our car, it had a flat tire (before we ever drove it), so they kept it a day to fix it. But it was flat again within a few days. They tried to fix it again, but within a week, I had to take it in a THIRD time to try and get the flat fixed. Now I'm being told it's the WHEEL that's corroded and not the tire that's bad, so I'll have to shell out $400-$500 more dollars on a 2-year-old 20k miles car. I bought a new car because my last one was constantly in the shop. Now this one has been, too. :-( This has been a very, very terrible experience with customer service, and I'm disappointed in the quality of goods Ken Garff sold me.Because of the constant let downs from the service center, it's unlikely I will ever return to this dealership, even though I loved the sales experience.

I found a used F150 at Ken Garff the last day of November. I purposely walker in on 11/30 in hopes of securing a great deal on the last day of the month. Everything went exactly as planned. I took my 2012 Fusion in for a safety recall issue I received in the mail. The recall notice suggested that the repair would take about a half day to complete.I contacted the service department online and scheduled an appointment at 9:15. I was there at 9:15 and did not have to wait more than 30 seconds to speak with a representative.My car was professionally handled while it was there. They repaired the recall notice, and did a full workup of other tests, and gave my car a clean bill of health. I was called and notified that my car was ready to be picked up at around 2:30pm.I am very happy with the service and professionalism from this dealership!

While waiting for our insurance card to arrive to be able to drive the car we noticed some problems on the vehicle that we were sure weren't there when we test drove the vehicle. We were expecting that the dealership would not fix the problem. It was a used car and was an "As Is" purchase. We contacted Paula, our sales person, and texted photos. We later went in the next day to show them the issue with the vehicle that we weren't happy about. Much to our surprise, Paula and the managers, Jake and Chris, worked with us to resolve our issue without having to get angry or pushy about it. They said they were glad we came to them and talked to them about it and mentioned that they couldn't fix it if we didn't say something about it. VERY happy with the way we were treated. Would recommend them to others. Their company motto is "We Hear You." After my experience I would have to say that statement reflects our experience with them.

Needed a new Company Van, my purchasing agent out of Texas called Don and he took care of us. Had no complaints about the hoops and restrictions that we had to go through for my company. Last Friday I went to the local Ford dealer to have the coolant flushed because the truck has 97,000 miles on it. After I got the truck back last Friday afternoon it was leaving coolant puddles everywhere, so I went back on Monday to find out why. They told me the radiator is now bad but their flush had nothing to do with it, it was just a coincidence that the leak started the same day.But here's what really has me ticked off, without permission to conduct any repairs or do anything other than find why my truck is leaking after their flush, they added a bottle or two of stop leak additive to my cooling system. The radiator is still slowly leaking, but now I have some sort of stop leak gunk in my coolant system. They also wouldn't give me a service ticket or documentation for what they did because my service rep (Jarred Robinson ) did it without asking me and made it "free of charge".What I'm concerned about now is that this stuff is going to cause problems with the temperamental Oil Coolers, EGR coolers, thermostats, water pump, heater core, and possibly coolant flow in the heads. Anybody who knows about the 2008 - 2010 6.4l Powerstroke diesel can tell you these items are prone to failure when not properly serviced and individually could cost thousands of dollars in repairs. My truck is already out of warranty so if any, or perhaps all, of these things develop problems then I'm simply going to be screwed over and asked to pay the bill. I find that completely unacceptable given that they have now contaminated my cooling system. Had I done something wrong or modified the truck under warranty they would tell me that I'm at fault and I have to pay for it, now the shoe is on the other foot and they still want me to pay for any problems their mistake may cause. After the service rep (Jarred Robinson) told me what they had done and saw my reaction he knew he had just made a big mistake. He tried to cover it by telling me how great this stuff is and how its "not like all of the other junk stop leak stuff on store shelves", he insisted that this was special stuff only sold to dealers. I made him give me the name so I could look it up. It's called "Wynn's Professional Radiator Sealant". Ford service manuals specifically say "do not use stop leak additives in the 6.4L Diesel", and I have yet to hear a good reason why this dealership thinks that they know better than Ford does. If Ford wanted radiator sealants used then the bottle would say Motorcraft on it.I now ask, what would you do if this was your truck and they tossed some stop leak crud in it without your permission and then refused to document it? These trucks are pretty expensive to fix out of warranty and I've seen stop leak additives make a mess out of an entire 6.4L cooling system, so I'm pretty concerned about this. On Tuesday I sat down with the Service Manager (Ray Paddock) and he offered a free flush and to "help out" with the cost of the radiator. I tried to explain that what I'm really worried about now is the entire cooling system, especially the oil and egr coolers, and asked if he was prepared to warranty or replace the possible failure parts in the cooling system. He immediately replied that this simply wasn't going to happen. I then demanded a service ticket that noted this was done without my permission, it took 20 minutes and they finally gave me a plain service ticket for an inspection. I made them write it a second time to show that stop leak additives had been used in my truck by the dealer, but they flat refused to make a note that owner permission was not granted for this "repair". To sum it up: A leak starts immediately after their flush, when I ask them to find out why they added an aftermarket stop leak additive not approved by Ford, they also doubled the dose of the stop leak additive by adding two bottles, then they insist I'm over reacting and that this stop leak is the best stuff ever invented. However they were too scared to document their work and I had to go through management just to get a basic job ticket. They're also too scared to back up their mistake with any kind of warranty or written promise. They are now more than willing to cover a few hundred dollars to re-flush the system and help replace the radiator (but not at another shop, so I would have to let them at my truck again), but they refuse to be responsible for any issues in the rest of the cooling system.EDIT: I wrote this review on 06/18/2013, and it went online today 07/02/2013. DealerRater gave them two weeks to contact me to work out this issue out and they made no attempt to do so. I also left a message with the dealership receptionist a few weeks ago while I was meeting with the service manager, I told her I needed to meet with the general manager and left my contact information. Again, I have not been contacted to arrange a meeting more than two weeks later.

I first contacted Nate about a month before the actual sale. He was very helpful & never tried to pressure me in any way. He answered all of my questions & indicated that whenever I was ready to purchase the vehicle, he would do all he could to make it as easy as possible. When the vehicle was decided on, Nate took over & got the vehicle shipped to Utah & expedited the service (window tint, permaplate) & had the vehicle ready when promised. I had told him I was interested in some performance upgrades, and several days after the sale, he met me in Provo at a shop that installed performance exhaust systems & introduced me to the owner. He also directed me to a tire dealership in Provo for the purpose of purchasing some aftermarket chrome wheels & winter tire. Nate clearly went far beyond what would be expected. He was very helpful before the sale and followed thru after. I would highly recommend Ken Garff & Nate to anyone!

Steve and Ken were great to work with. We came in first and met Ken who was one of the most fun and friendly people we had the opportunity to meet and made us feel completely comfortable. After when we were ready to buy the car Steve was there to help us every step of the way and made it a seamless and quick transaction.I never felt pressured to buy a car and I didn't lose any limbs trying to get out of the dealership without purchasing right away. There is nothing worse then someone trying to guilt or rush you into a sale. Both employees took their time, they didn't bug us with incessant calls after we left which is one of the main reasons we were so drawn to your staff. Both employees took their time to explain to us all of our options, they were very knowledgeable and Steve worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Within a couple of days the dealer trade was complete and our car was ready for us to take home. I'd recommend either of these salesmen and the dealership to my friends and family. Had a great experience overall.

We purchased a used 2011 Ford Flex via the internet and were treated with respect. The purchase was subject to our ok and test drive. We drove from Eloy AZ. to get car and called a day before we arrived so the car would be clean and ready for a test drive, When we arrived we were greeted by Nate and they looked at trade and ok'd it. The flex was still being prepped (should have been done when we arrived)and as it was completed we had them redo as the detail was not up to our standards. They complied and car was better but not detailed (scratches should have been buffed out)as it should have been. Upon our return we spent another $170.00 to have unit detailed and it came out great.We have finally receieved the title after almost four weeks. The deal we made as far as dolars was fair and we do love the unit. Garff Ford needs to train the get ready shop better. Our sales person Nate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Weve been to the dealership many times before for several years. With their friendly and quick auto repair service and recently window-shopping. We where close, but did not found the right fit for our needs in the family until September 2011. The staff was very friendly. I was looking for a specific vehicle, and I found seven of them in the valley that had a color and other characteristics I was looking for. The one at Ken Garff in AF, though, had the least mileage and the best price. There was a four-day delay getting it on the lot, though, as it had been sent off to auction and it was apparently difficult to get it back. I had to go without a vehicle during the last two days since my old one finally broke down and was in the shop. I went ahead and got it fixed on day four not knowing what had happened to the one I wanted to buy, thinking that perhaps it had been sold at the auction. I was excited to get the call that the car had not been sold and was ready for a test drive. That was a great experience, and I knew that it was the car I wanted. After three hours at the dealership, however, I still couldn't get in to see the finance guy. The salesman, Steve Eastman, was very friendly and talked with me almost the whole time even though it was his day off. I very much appreciated that. Kudos to him! In the end, they gave me the car as a loner until the next day when I came back to sign the papers. I was in and out in no time.Great car. Great sales people. Thank you!

Had a great experience with this dealership. The car I wanted is hard to find, and they had one. I live in California and they still made the experience easy and pleasant. I flew out to Utah (they offered to ship the car, but I wanted to drive it) and Paula picked me up at the airport and stayed late to take care of me. Wade the finance guy also took great care of me, looking around to get me the best rate he could and also staying late. They also called to check in on me the next day knowing that I had such a long drive back.

I highly recommend this dealership. I applied for financing over the internet, and received a phone call the same day, informing me I was approved! I then drove down the next day & drove back to my home in a new vehicle. Both Paula & Shelton were a pleasure to work with. Exceptional circumstances and they delivered exceptional service - "straight 5's" are not exaggerated. I purchased a used F150, but a day later and after a trip from AF to Salt Lake, I heard a "roar" in the muffler. Took it in to Ken Garff - they heard it also, but noted that the previous owner had put on an expensive "performance" muffler that creates that loud roar at certain speeds. However, without question or debate,they agreed to replaced the muffler - no charge and give me a loaner car (no charge) until the new muffler was replaced after the weekend. Well, during the weekend, I developed some medical problems that put me in the hospital for a week. We called in to talk to Paula and/or Jim to let them know what was happening. The truck muffler was done but I couldn't get there to test it out. They were very sympathetic and kind and told us to keep the loaner car until I got out of the hospital. A week later I was able to be discharged and go by and exchange the loaner car for the truck (no charge). Maybe not a big deal to some, but for me and my medical circumstances, it was a very big deal. This is the second vehicle purchased from Ken Garff, and it won't be the last. Thanks to the company, to Paula and to Jim for a job well done and the extraordinary extended kindnesses to me and my family.Larry & Cheryl C.

The only complaint I have is that the car only came with one key and I had to spend another $140 dollars to get a second key for the car. I also would have like the option to say yes or no to the theft thing they put on their windows and then charge me $400 for. I didn't care for paying that fee when i don't want the service. It should be an option they offer, not force upon you.

So, I'm the kind of person who does their research ahead of time. I found my dream car on their website for a steal of a deal! I checked the car fax, and even found myself navigating over to dealerrater.com as well. After reading all of the positive ratings this dealership had, I was little curious for myself. I emailed in from their website inquiring about the car I had found. Jim got back to me very quickly. After we exchanged emails, I was on my way to the dealership the next afternoon (TODAY!) to test drive the car. Jim was great. He was so laid back and friendly. When it came time to "walk inside" and talk deal or no deal, Jim started by making sure I was comfortable, asked if I wanted him to get me some water, and even made sure I knew where to find the restroom if needed. We started off with him saying, "bottom line, what do you want to do today?" It was great. I told him the ultimate price I wanted to pay per month, and after a few short minutes he was back with a great deal! I was give over the Kelly Blue Book value for my trade, and the dream car was priced very nicely. At every point in the process, I knew where he was, where my trade-in was, and where my dream car was. Jim always made sure that I was made aware of what was going on and where we were in the process. Jim also wanted to make sure that I knew I could ask any questions. That he did not want me walking out of there scratching my head, but instead understanding everything.When it came time to talk to Mark in finance, the service was the same great service. Mark took his time to explain, and even demonstrate, all the protection plan options. He also made sure that I knew what every paper (and there's a lot) was about that I was signing. I had a lot of questions for Mark, and he was very nice, friendly, and professional in every response. I even had a memory-lapse trying to figure out how Mark had my email address already. He sweetly reminded me that I emailed Jim yesterday. :-)Bottom line: The dealership's rating of 4.9/5 is real. If you are looking for a dealer, go with Ken Garff. If you want a wonderful, easy going, non-pushy salesman, ask for Jim! The next car I buy, it'll be from Ken Garff Ford. And I'm recommending them to all my friends.

My husband and I went to almost every dealer in the Salt Lake Valley and wasn't impressed. The salesmen continued to waste our time and wouldn't listen to what we wanted. They only tried to sell us what they wanted us to buy. But when we went to Ken Garff Ford it was a completly differnt experiance. Carl Johnson litsten to what we wanted took us right to the vehicle we wanted. Took us on an amazing test drive to really "test" the vehicle out. Carl was very knowledgable on the Ford products. I had to work hard to get the price I wanted but they were always very respectful and did their job well. The only thing I might mention is that if they loan you a car make sure they put a dealer plate in it before you leave. I didn't notice until later in the day that there were no plates on the car they gave me to drive while mine was getting the rhino liner installed. Not a big deal but apparently the driver is held responsible if you get pulled over NOT the dealer.

I loved that when I first walked through the cars that were parked, there wasn't a flurry of sales people swarming around. They let us peruse a bit then came and talked to us. They asked all the right questions, listened, and helped me find just what I was looking for and never pushed me. Just let me make the decision to buy. Overall it was a good experience and I have had no problems since I got the car. I even get a free inspection and car wash in 90 days!

After dealing with numerous dealerships over the past several months I finally found the deal I wanted at Ken Garff. The initial trade offer came in about $3500 lower than other dealerships. As I was about to walk out of the dealership they immediately matched the higher bids. The sales price was very fair, invoice minus a little. Ron was great to work with, and although the vehicle configuration I wanted was not available they worked with me to find a suitable truck on their lot. Vehicle was delivered clean and fully fueled, and I spent about 20 minutes with Kyle going over the SYNC system which was new to me. Shelton in finance was great to work with, had the paperwork completed quickly and explained everything in detail. Overall, a good experience. S

We especially liked his uniform - We felt like we were working with a mechanic/salesman, rag in pocket - Gave us the impression that he was someone that would know the car well inside and out. We felt like we could talk to him on our level - he did not come across as a typical slick, smooth talking salesman he was more of a working man and every dollar mattered. We really like him we told Sergio we had some concerns (Fears) that we had been told about your Ken Garff Nissan dealership in Orem - Sergio promptly took me to the salesmanager (Bob Morgan)Bob was also very warm and friendly. we felt very comfortable with proceeding after speaking just a few moments with Bob he too seemed real and honest. After meeting Bob we then proceeded to Finance (Mark Ingelby) This guy is good..!!! Made us feel very comfortable and at ease. I think it was his honesty that i liked the most. Did not seem rushed and was more then willing to explain every detail of the doc's. He really seemed to care that we fully understood what we were doing. We just recently received our 2011 F-350 that we ordered in February. With the earth quake in Japan the chip needed for the navigation device delayed the delivery date but all and all the whole experience went well. We are extremely picky customers and I think gave Paula a headache now and then but she was great to work with and has excellent customer service skills.We had other dealers closer to us and actually talked to a couple of them but I think we got the best deal at this dealership.

WE have bought 2 new vehicle's this year and the comparison is not even close. We went to Doug Smith and bought a Dodge Laramie fully loaded and the experience was not pleasing. Very poor customer service, promises not kept, and know help at all or follow up with how to use the Uconnect system. We are very pleased with Ken Garff. Steve Eastman was our sales rep and he did a phenominal job helpling and assisting us with getting a car and a price we felt comfortable with. We took the Ford Taurus SHO off the floor and never looked back. The IT dept (Kyle) has called me twice to make sure we know how to sync our phones to the system. The finance guy (sorry forgot his name was very helpful and made sure we had the right warranties and even helped us on the price. We went in thinking we were getting a Ford Flex, we ended up trying EVERYTHING but the Ford Flex! We were going to settle for a Ford Edge, but found it to be Front wheel drive, not AWD. We were at the dealership for over 8 hours and left with nothing. Clayton and Nate were wonderful, but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The next day, we went to another dealership, and got the Ford Flex that I wanted.

Alan Empey was a great car dealer. I felt that he actually cared about the circumstances that we were delt. He made things work out for us and did his best to have things work out for the better. We went from a Ford Explorer that took 11 mpg and got a new torus that gets 18-24 mpg. I felt that that not only helped us save money, but it gave us a new start and an automobile that could actually get us from point A to point B. Alan not only helped us search for this car, but he actually went on the computer for a price range that would match our needs, which isn't easy to do. When we were looking at the cars out on the lot, we drove around a bit, and it seemed to have something wrong with it, so he had it checked out and fixed tons of problems that could have developed into something fierce later. So, I feel that this is why anyone would want to work with Alan when they need to get a new or used car because he'll work with you in getting what you need/are looking for. I gave top ratings because the sales man whent above and beyond in making sure that I was taken care of. He helped with the financing and made sure that every question that I had was answered. He even had our car double checked to make sure that everything was ok. Turns out that the belts were a little lose so they had them replaced and tightend. Over all for a used vehical that kind of thing is to be expected. They then finished reviewing the car and inspecting it and sent us on our way. For my first time buying a car I can honastly say that I don't know what people are talking about when they say buying a new car is "such a hastle".

Paula did a great job. She was very patient and allowed me time to make an informed decision about the truck I purchased. In addition, she was always willing to stay late if it worked best for me. Paula also didn't try to push any one type of vehicle on me. Although I went to see her to specifically look at a SVT Raptor, she took the time to show me other F-150s so I would have a number of vehicles for comparison.The dealership itself was nice looking, comfortable, and the employees all eager to help in any way. The sales manager wasted no time with petty haggling and was right up front with pricing...of course it helped that I came prepared. The dealership allowed me to test drive the vehicle...even though it was a Raptor. This isn't true of all dealers. I went to another place about a year ago, and they refused to allow me to drive the truck. I laughed at them and teased them, because I drove to the dealership in a vehicle that was more expensive than the Raptor!

I felt that the experience was a good one. Steve was a good salesman. He assisted us in helped us get the vehicle we have been looking for. The only thing that could have been better was our vehicle was not detailed and we had to clean it after we got home. We were told that they did not have it long enough to detail it. I felt that it could have been vacuumed out and wiped down without a problem. Our vehicle had other issues that were taken of helping it look new. Steve has kept in touch to make sure that we are pleased with our vehicle. The customer service in the Quick lane is also good. I look forward to going back when I need service of my vehicle.

We got a post card in mail saying they would buy our 2003 Ford F 150 for 100% of the value of it. We were not looking to trade but thought since we had a chance we would check it out. I started to throw it away but I kept it for a few days. When I called and talked to Jim he told me he had something that was just right for my price range. The most important thing was I had to keep it at the payments I was already making. They greeted us as soon as we got out of our truck, had it ready for us, let us drive it by ourselves (which most companies don't do anymore). I told him what I could pay and he said he could do it for me. Having just bought a Jeep last year and having to deal with their nonsense about the price, this experience was so much easier than that one. I was shocked when he was able to get the payment within $7.00 of where I was. This transaction was so much smoother. I would recommend them to anyone. I was disappointed about the gift card. There isn't much of a choose from on it, but the people were very nice. Great job done!

I was only there to test drive the vehicle I have been obsessing over for a year now. Steve greeted us quickly and allowed us to take it on a test drive. During our drive, Steve was able to tell me all about the features and even walked me through the sync system and showed me all the cool gadgets the Ford Edge comes with. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. When we returned to the dealership, as all salesman do, he asked me if I was ready to buy and of course being a $40k truck, I was not prepared to spend that much. Steve was quick to remember a lease that had just been returned and let me know it was used and a few years older but was fully loaded and had low mileage on it. I was able to test drive that one and fell in love! Thanks to Steve, I was finally able to make my obsession a reality and am SO glad I decided to stop by for a test drive. Steve is a great salesman. He wasn't pushy and made me feel that I was getting a great deal and not being taken advantage of. When I returned to pick up my license plates, Steve was kind enough to greet me and put my plates on for me. My overall experience was a great one and I will continue to return to this location for future purchases.

We were treated like royalty. Justin and Brent showed us a variety of used cars. Each one was clean and ready to drive off the lot. We were given the opportunity to drive the cars off the lot so we could experience the feel of the automobile. We spent a lot of time so that we could give each car a thorough inspection. We have been driving an Escape and that is where we started. We were not rushed and were allowed the time to make our choice. We ended up purchasing an 08 Fusion. The car was inspected by the service department, cleaned and detailed. Such amazing service. Brent made sure that the car would give us the type of transportation that we could depend on. They gave us a carfax to make sure of the care that it had received by the previous owner. Jim Elliott, salesman, listened well to what I wanted in reference to price and accessories in the Ford Flex. He explained very clearly all of the different models of the Ford Flex. When I picked up my vehicle he helped me to understand all of my different options and helped me sync my phone to my car - "I was thrilled about that feature." I have just moved to the USA from Australia, as such I needed to purchase a vehicle, in Australia I drove a Toyota truck but decided that I would try a Ford in the USA and that a F150 was what would suit me. My wife and I reviewed the advertisements in the Salt Lake Tribune for a few days, during this time we also looked at a few dealers in Salt Lake itself, we then noticed the Ken Garff add in the paper so we decided to drive out and take a look to see what they had to offer. We were very pleased to see that they had a lot of F150 on the lot, not long after arriving and walking around the Lot Kyle approached us to see if he could assist us. We looked at a number of trucks with different options, in the end we were considering a Blue Lariat and a Red Platinum. When it came time to talk Money, Brant joined Kyle to work on a deal with us. We indicated to them at that point that we were not interested in running back and forth between dealers so they needed to give us their very best deal upfront, we did indicate though that we would shop some other dealers to see if they could match the Ken Garff deal. In the end the other dealers were not able to match it and we also felt that one of the other dealers were not being completely straight with us as the truck they were pitching to us was not the same vehicle that we wanted (it had a couple of options missing and they still could not match the Ken Garff deal). Bottomline we bought the Platinum from Ken Garff.I have to say that I was a little taken back by the way the additional maintainence plans were put to us by a third person who's name was Mark, my wife who is orginally from the USA told me later that is the way things are done here although I feel I could have been prewarned by either Kyle or Brant that this would have been part of the conversation as I really felt that we were being pressured to purchase the extra options... we not purchae them. Following the actual purchase of the truck, we had a bed extender and a spray in bed liner installed which went well except the bed extender was put in upside down but as soon as Kyle saw it he had it installed correctly.

I enjoyed the overall way that I was treated by Kyle and Brandon. My issue is with the truck I purchased and beleive it is the reason why the previous owner traded it in. While driving in the 45/55 mph range in high gear the truck vibrates terribly. I asked them why the truck was priced the way it was, explained I don't have a ton of money to deal with problems. I was told that the price was due to an internet special and that the truck had gone through the dealers multi point inspection. I'm sure it did but this problem was pre-existing. I noticed it while taking a long trip where i had to drive at less than interstate speeds. Now, I'm stuck with a truck that i really enjoy accept between the speeds of 45-55 in high gear because it shakes all over the place. I can't afford to have it looked into nor can I afford to trade it. Research on the internet tells me that it's pretty common problem with super duty trucks and there really is no cure other than replacing the truck. To sum it up, Kyle and Brandon are a great team and can talk about all sorts of things while your paperwork is being processed. Don't expect them to know the truth behind the used vehicle you want to buy and do your own research before even showing up. Had I known of this problem prior to arriving on the lot, my test drive would have been much different.

We found an F150 online and talked with Paula James in internet sales. I made an offer that was not accepted, but Paula was patient and I know she spent some time talking with the sales team about the value of the pickup. I was contacted by Paula a few days later and after some discussion simply made another offer and told her I would drive down the following weekend and pickup the truck if they would accept. All was agreed. The truck was ready when we arrived and was in excellent condition as I was told. I was a little disappointed in the wear on the tires as they are hard to assess by photos on the internet. All of the documentation and payment was handled efficiently and we were on our way home within a couple of hours. I did have some trouble some months later with the 4-wheel drive that needed repair. Once my mechanic figured out the problem--a transfer box shift motor-Ken Garff agreed to supply the part at no extra charge to me and it was shipped to my home in a few days. Overall, my experience with Paula and Ken Garff Ford was excellent and I will look here again for a truck when the time comes.

We LOVED this dealership and were made to feel right at home. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately it seemed that as soon as the papers were signed we were forgotten about. When we returned to have work done on the truck that was part of the contract, we felt like we were a nuisance whereas the previous day when they were trying to make a sale they were bending over backwards for us and treating us like kings and queens. I don't mean to say that anyone was rude or unkind, it was just a stark difference presale to postsale and unfortunately left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths. I would come here again, it might just be the nature of the beast but it is unfortunate nonetheless.

This was the third car/truck I have purchased from Paula she has always went above and beyond to assist us and to make sure we always get the best deal. The dealership has always been our favorite for service as well, over the past 11 years we have purchased 6 cars/trucks from them they all have been serviced by them, even the Lincoln we bought from another dealership.

No pressure no hype just straight forward assistance and a great product. This dealer went above and beyond the necessary to make my experience a good one. Even after the sale was complete they were willing to make adjustments to items I had over looked. I will recommend Ken Garff Ford to my friends and family.

I called three dealerships asking about the new superduty. Jim was by far the most helpful. I was very specific in what I was looking for. He gave me a couple of options and said they had several on their lot. I came into Ken Garff and test drove one for the first time. Wow, what a truck. I do not like the high pressure what do we have to do to sell you a car stuff, Jim was very patient with me as I told him it was going to take a while to make up my mind. I ended up buying a new truck after a couple of weeks. I shopped at two other dealers and they only had a couple of trucks to look at. Jim made it easy for me. I would recomend him to everyone.

I knew that i wanted a new F-150 because Ford did not take any of the government bail out money and i thought that it was a far better truck than the Toyota Tundra and the Nissan Titan. I had been looking at trucks for about two months and after driving all three thought that the F-150 was the best truck. I test drove the Ford at Brent Brown Ford in Provo. I did not like the dealer ship nor the manager that came to talk to me( i cant remember his name). So i called two other Ford dealerships and talked to Ryan at the Ken Garff Ford. I told him what i was looking for and he informed me that he had quite a large selection of F-150's to choose from so i went down to see the trucks. He was waiting for me when i arrived with my wife. There were five times the trucks to choose from then at the Brent Brown dealership and Ryan was really nice. My wife and i drove two different trucks and Ryan was really helpful going over the options and differences in the trucks(even though it was really really cold). We decided we liked the lariat pkg. We went inside to work on the price of the truck. Brent Buhler came out to talk to us and they gave us a really good deal with out all the "smokey mirrors" lol thats what Brent called it. So we decided to go ahead with it because we liked the truck and the way we were treated. We went over the numbers with Shelton and it went just fine. Everything was what we wanted. We were going to take the truck that night buy we wanted the leather treatment applied to the new truck and decided to pick it up the next day. When my wife and i went back after work the next day the truck was all ready to go. Ryan hooked our phones up to the sync( which is really cool) and we were all finished. The whole thing went really good no one lied to us or pressured us into a decision. I really love my truck and it looks great in the new garage. The problem is my wife now wants the Explorer that is coming out next year so my guess is we will be back to Ken Garff Ford for that one.
