Craig, the service write up person was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I did not wait at the dealership per usual and Craig was on the spot informing me of the progress and the need for about an extra hour needed for two additional tests. They completed the repairs and safety check on time and the car was ready to go when I arrived. Kendall Honda service & sales are great.

I bought a used car from Kendall Honda and had many things go wrong with it within two months, requiring a few thousand dollars of repairs. I was not happy with Kendall and made that clear. To my surprise, they reached out to me and made things right, going above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Indeed, a very satisfied customer. I discovered that Kendall is a company with integrity that will do what it takes to make sure buyers have a positive experience. We will definitely be going to Kendall for our next used car. Another dealership that won’t sell ME a car. Apparently everything is “pre-sold” but not sure how that’s possible when they refuse to sell any cars incoming at the same time. Big down payment and good credit, and wouldn’t give me the time of day. Literally would not tell me the selling price of a New Car. Sales Manager was no more help, just pawned me off to a green pea. Will be buying, but not here apparently.

I just moved to Eugene, and had to schedule my Honda Accord for its mileage maintenance check (October 13). As this was my first experience utilizing Kendall, I was nervous. However, your curbside service, by James Thomas, was top-drawer and impressive. What made it so nice, is, he did not know this was my first exposure to Kendall. He treated me with excellent customer service, explaining and attending to the service needs of my vehicle. While waiting in the lounge, he came back to find me, and explained what was going on, and also, what needed to be repaired. What pleased me most, is the associate (James) that "checked my vehicle in", also, "checked my vehicle out" when the service was complete. This is key to me, as he did not need to review my file, and left me feeling confident that everything was handled appropriately. Your scheduling staff are also very efficient and friendly. I definitely had a good experience with Kendall. When I need a new car, which will be soon, I will shop here first. Thank you, Satisfied Honda Customer, Darlene Stiles.

As a traveler passing thru... if the car isn't working, you are screwed! Luckily, after hearing sounds that created fears that the repairs would hang us up overnight and costly, we were able to find Kendall Honda on our smart phone. We explained to Destini Una we were out of state and did not want to be stranded and needed to have our vehicle working. She was able to have Bryce from the service dept. go with us on a test drive. After it was determined a big "hex-key" was imbeded in our tire, thus causing the noise, we were informed that they fix flat tires free of charge! Wow! James Thomas also came out to comfort us and we were soon on the road again shortly. We wish to thank all at Kendall for really coming thru when we needed it. You guys were awesome! Thanks! Much appreciated~

My Honda CR-V was functioning fine, but was called back in for an Air Bag recall. The drivers side air bag was replaced and they did a good quick job. When I got it home, I noticed the Horn does not honk when I lock the car with the smart ignition key. Thinking maybe the battery in the key was weak or something, I tried my wifes key, same thing. The horn no long beeps, telling you that the car is locked. I called service department and a rep named Kenny told me I could bring it in, and if they had disturbed something during the air bag replacement, then they would repair the problem. But if they had not disturbed it or caused the problem, then I would be charged a $110 diagnostic fee. No the car still locks properly, but without the horn beat, you have to check it every time. Pain in the rear. I dont want to get into a pizzing contest over whose fault it is. The horn beeped when I locked the car when I took it in. They replaced the drivers airbag. I assume that was the one in the steerinf wheel where the horn button is located. After the repair the horn no longer beeps. I should have argued with them more, but I am tired of this stuff.

I rated my experience at Kendall Honda excellent because of the exceptional service that Mindy provided me while the service department worked on my car. She treated me respectfully, kept me informed, and made me feel she truly was working on my behalf to have a safe running car. The problem with the car was a faulty fuel injector that was confirmed after a week of diagnosis. I appreciate the dealership/management integrity of honoring the warranty that I had that covered the replacement. Thank you all very much!

We have been going to Kendall for years, I've finally reached my limit and we are NEVER going back. The last few visits have been a joke. A few examples of our experiences: I tried to drop off my car around 7 pm the night before an early appointment and there was no drop off envelopes. The sales staff ignored me even when I asked for help. I had to leave my keys with a hand written note. When I spoke to a service person the next day they didn't care. We've had some very pushy and rude service help. My husband went to pick up my car and the service person told him/threatened him saying he couldn't pick up the car unless we paid to have the brakes replaced there.... Somehow he left without having the breaks replaced there. I am still extremely upset about this! I had just had my brakes checked at a different place and they said my brakes were fine. So I doubled checked and had not one but two places check the brakes and they were fine. They are just starting to come to the end of their life but both places stated that they didn't need to be changed right away. Now my trust is completely gone from this Honda location. I would never recommend them to anyone. Our next car will not be a Honda because I don't want to deal with them or continue to drive out of town to another Honda dealership.

My 1992 Civic has a tire size that has become uncommon, so I purchased the current new set from Kendall Honda last year. I took it in for free rotation last month and Kendall provided me with a list of recommended service: front brakes, drive belts, valve cover gasket and a suspension bushing. When I drove the car away it pulled left. I took it to another mechanic who, while replacing the front brake pads, noticed that the left ball joint was obviously broken. Kendall missed this when they installed new tires and again when they rotated them. I then took the car to an alignment shop that replaced the broken ball joint and aligned the wheels. The car still pulled left. I returned to the alignment shop and they switched the front tires. Then the car pulled right. I again returned to the alignment shop and they rotated the tires front-rear, and now the car drives straight, so obviously I have a bad tire. I purchased these tires from Kendall and they now have gone 5,000 miles, so they are just broken in. I took the car back to Kendall and the service department refused to do anything about the bad tire, saying that if it was still a problem after the next rotation I might get some prorated discount on a new tire. They returned the car to me in an unsafe condition with no warning and now refuse to replace a bad tire that they sold me. I will not use Kendall Honda service again.

My Honda Element was broken into. I took it to Kendall Honda for the insurance repair, which included replacing the driver side front window. Everything was fine ... for about 8 months, then the window fell out inside the door. Kendall disclaimed responsibility, but when I took it to another shop, it turned out that they had glued the the window into the old tracks, instead of replacing the whole unit as is recommended -- because post-factory glue jobs don't last. AND it turned out that they had used a piece of glass that was a different tint than all the other windows. I'm sure this cheapo and sloppy work got them a bonus from the insurance company, but for me it was a loss -- I had to pay someone else to replace it since they would not stand behind their glue job. I will never go back there again.

We recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Accord from Kendall Honda. The experience was very low pressure and friendly from start to finish. We didn't feel like we were being put through an endurance test like at some dealerships. We only worked with one salesman, Court Broughton, and the Business Manager Unj Haider, both of whom were great to work with. On top of that we got a great deal on our Accord. We'd definitely recommend Kendall!

I purchased a Certified 2011 Crosstour with 14k miles from Kendall Honda in Eugene. After a similar car fell threw here in Portland where I live I found this one and contacted Kendall Honda about it.I offered the average fair market KBB 24k value listed and they accepted. I then planned on heading down the next day. That night I researched a bit more and decided to offer a lower price figuring they would tell me no which they did the next morning. My financing was taking a bit longer than expected and the Sharon Yost and I had some fun texting back and forth about the price. They were holding strong till the end of the buisness day and reduced it to what I was asking which was 23k.I bought a plane ticket to come down the next afternoon and Sharon Yost picked me and my 6 month old daughter up even though it was her day off! The dealership has a nice open feel to it and had areas for kids to play with and refreshments. The paperwork process was easy and was all set to finalize pretty quickly. Sharon is awesome and I can't emphasize enough that if you are looking at buying from Kendall to use her.I was behind another couple and had to wait about 40 minutes to get the final paperwork completed. The extended warranty sales pitch was a little long winded from the buisness manager. I prefer to only have to say no once especially with a 6 month old sitting on my lap. Otherwise I was out the door pretty quick.The car was detailed as I waited and off I went. Thanks so much Sharon!

I was having an oil change. They found a couple of things that needed to be fixed. Vern took the time to explain everything and was most helpful in making an appointment for the next day, and were flexible in getting me to and from work. When they went to fix one of the problems, they discovered that it did not need to be fixed, and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciate the honesty and great service.

I had a great experience shopping at Kendall Honda. Dorman was quite patient while I decided between white and silver exterior and was all around helpful and attentive. After I had made my decision and was working with Mark to do the paperwork and finalize the sale he was helpful and good at explaining things and answering questions I had. My only complaint is that Mark is, not only a Husky football fan but that he formerly actually played with THAT team!!!! Only kidding, Mark, this Duck Fan just couldn't resist! :)

My Honda 2001 CRV was towed to Kendall/Honda last night. I needed to have it back today and was afraid that the Service Dept would be too busy. But as I have come to expect, Scott Pierce, Manager and Kevin Elliot, Tech, were able to squeeze me in. Scott called early this am with the diagnosis, saying,"no problem,we can do everything you need." My car was fixed within several hours. Their shuttle picked me up at the other end of town within 15 minutes. Scott had everything ready to go and I was on my way. This kind of service is unparalleled in the industry. I know because I have lived, traveled, and serviced my cars all across the US. I and my family have used Kendall since 2001 for service and and the puchase of two Hondas. Scott and the staff are friendly, patient, and efficient. But best of all, I TRUST THEM to FIX MY CAR! Also, they always do the extras for me and I always am most appreciative. Kendall's superior service and knowledgable staff are what keep me comming back. Thanks, Scott, for expediting the repairs by giving me a same-day appointment to fix my car so I could be on my way.

I want to commend and congratulate Doug Murillo for his help with me when I had to replace parts for the rear windshield washer on my 2008 Honda CRV. Doug was very helpful when I asked him for instructions on how to install the part. Instead of trying to explain it to me, he came outside where I was parked and did the installation for me. It was a REAL TREAT to find someone that helpful and I wanted to acknowledge him.He was sitting at a desk inside and was actually the fourth or fifth desk that I approached. When my well loved car died after 16 years, I started searching for another car. After doing a bit of research, I decided I wanted a Honda. I went to Kendall Honda and was greeted by Terry Luce who showed me several cars, went for a test drive with me and answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism, despite my having told him I was just looking, not buying that day. I continued my car search but came back to Kendall Honda in no small part because of how Terry treated me. On my second visit I was helped by Ian Jarvis. Again, I was treated with respect and professionalism and didn't feel pressured to buy. The car is small and gets good mileage while still leaving room for adult kids to sit in the back seat. Mr. Dorman was very kind. He did not pressure us as some salesman do. My Husband and I live in Corvallis and did not enjoy the local Honda dealership experience. We drove to Eugene and stopped at kendall just to browse around and test drive a couple of cars. I arrived at Kendall Honda not having a clue at what I was looking for and how to find it. I had never bought a car before and was very nervous about how I was going to go about negotiating a good price for the car that I wanted. I was warmly greeted by Justin and right away I knew I was in good hands. He intently listened to all of my concerns and was very honest about his thoughts and very accommodating to my requests. When I was not able to find anything in his lot, he drove me over to the Kendall Toyota lot and showed me their inventory. Together we searched and searched through the sea of vehicles until we narrowed it down to a few that looked like a great fit. He was extremely patient and in no way made me feel like he was trying to rush me or push me to buy anything. We checked out a few cars until one really caught my eye and I had to take it for a test drive. When I returned to the lot I knew I had found what I was looking for. Justin helped me through the entire process of filling out the paperwork, talking with the finance dept, looking up WA state taxes and DMV fees, and he also helped me find good insurance! Even though his shift had ended a while ago, he stayed over to make sure that I was completely taken care of before going home, now that's awesome service!

I usually hate buying or even looking at cars at dealerships. Most salespeople are annoying at best and competitive with each other.. This place is different. Laidback, helpful, informative, efficient. They let me take a test drive solo when the place was busy. I knew the automobile that I wanted to purchase which was a 2012 Honda Fit. I did my research via the computor which allowed me to have some idea where I should be on the price. Since I purchase a 2007 Toyota Tundra from kendall Toyota and helped with a purchase of a 2008 Toyota RAV 4,and had a wonderful experience, I decided to look at the inventory of Kendall Honda. Of course they had the exact automobile that I wanted to purchase. The deal took 5 to 10 minutes with signing the paperwork maybe 30 to 35 minutes. Again dealing with the Kendall Auto Group was easy, fast, friendly,fair, and actually enjoyable. When the time arrives for another automobile purchase I will againcome to Kendall Auto Group for my purchase.

Not only does the car have to be nice looking, but it must be comfortable,roomy and have lots of compartments to carry necessary tools for showing property.It is a fact I am not easy to work with, any sales person working with me could get very frustrated, but I never experienced that with Terry or Justin. I had already decided a Honda is what I was going to buy. I found the car on Kendall's website. That made my "shopping" easier. When I walked in the door the first person I saw was Dorman Harry. I had looked on the website to find him and couldn't. I couldn't remember which lot he worked on. Dorman is a wonderful person and the son of a man I used to work with. I was so excited because I knew I could trust him. I told him I didn't want to dicker. I told him just to give me the best price he could. He did that and I bought the car. After my previous car had unexpectedly died, we walked onto the lot on a rainy Thursday evening. Ian was a great help from the moment we got there. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot. He asked questions as to what I was looking for, and actually listened. I had some very basic but specific needs that I needed in this new car. He heard what I had to say and knew what I was looking for and found me the perfect fit, and within my budget. He knew what I wanted to spend, and didn't push me to go above and beyond that. Since it was late on a Thursday and we had our 1 1/2 month old baby with us, we had to come back on Friday to complete the transaction. Ian got us started on a little paperwork to speed up the process the next day. Unlike most salespeople, he let us walk out the door without completing the sale. He didn't push at all to make us sign on a dotted line right then and there. The combination of his knowledge, friendliness, listening ability, and the fact he wasn't pushy, heavily helped us make the decision to purchase at Kendall.

I had finally decided to purchase a new Honda Ridgeline RTL NAV. I worked with numerous dealers, most of which wouldn't budge on price and some that were not all that professional, but Kendall Honda in Eugene, OR was a different story. The whole deal was negotiated online with Ian Jarvis. He went above and beyond what any other salesman did for me, very professional, listened to my needs, sent photos and vidoes of the vehicle. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for, and I was given a much better price than anyone else could offer! When I arrived at the dealership Ian greeted me at the door. All the paperwork was ready to go, and the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Ian took the time to show me all the gadgets on the new Ridgeline, he definately knows his stuff! Kendall Honda's dealership was 400 miles away from home but was well worth the trip for me. Anyone looking for a new Honda in the Pacific Northwest needs to give Kendall Honda a shot at their business. Be sure to ask for Ian Jarvis. You won't be disappointed!!

The service writer Dale was great on my last visit because he quickly assessed what I needed to have done, gave me the amount of time that it would take, and arranged for me to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. In fact, the time Kendall took to complete the work was one third the amount Dale told me it would take at check in. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was not only finished, but washed and ready to go! I couldn't ask for more, it was a very pleasant transaction. This is my latest experience, but this is the third time I have been back to Kendall Honda since purchasing my Accord there. The service department has truly exceeded my expectations on each visit. This is my fifth Honda, but the first I have purchased and serviced at Kendall. Now, I wish I could have bought the other four there as well. Great dealership, great people, great business.

From the moment we were contacted as we parked our "trade in" until we drove away with our new vehicle, every question was answered, every opportunity was explored and we were treated like royalty. We used our Costco Membership to purchase at new 2012 Honda Pilot and we added some additional features which put us in the hands of the service department. All work was completed on time and finished completely. Our sales person was exceptional. He was very patient, polite and withstood a lot of questions. We were treated fairly with our trade in and would recommend this dealership and sales person to our family and friends. We were offered (and will take advantage of) our first oil change at no charge. We will purchase future options from the dealership due to their knowledge and experience.

I had very good quote with in 45 minutes and made the drive, ~100 miles from home.. to close the deal 2 days later. I purchased a new Honda Accord sedan from Kendall Honda in Eugene on Saturday, August 1st. Our family had not purchased a new vehicle in over 6 years and I had a preconceived negative perception (based on past experiences many many years ago) of the car-buying experience and working with dealerships (high-pressure salesmen, bait-and-switch, lots of red tape, etc.).This was my first experience purchasing a car from Kendall and nothing could be further than my original perceptions going in. The entire experience of purchasing my Honda was smooth, low-pressure and hassle-free. While I was looking at Kendall I also looked at other vehicles and other dealerships too, over a 2-3 week period. What I found that put Kendall above the rest was they were very communicative and responsive, they always returned my phone calls and emails quickly and were very helpful in providing more information quickly. In essence, they're very service-oriented and there was no pressure at all. Their dealership is large enough so that they have plenty of selection of various models and trim lines and also have the economies of scale to be able to pass their large purchasing power on to their customers. In shopping multiple dealers across Oregon I found them to be extremely price-competitive and negotiable. Also, when I picked up my car on Saturday, August 1st, the 'closing' process went very smoothly and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. Everyone was extremely helpful and very informative. My salesperson was Toby Aarnes, and I highly recommend him as well as Kendall Honda as a dealership. I would definitely purchase a new vehicle from them again!
