I’ve purchased three cars at Keystone Berwyn and have had them serviced over a 20 year period. The service staff has always been personable, professional, and patient, explaining what repairs are necessary and those I should consider for the future. My cars are older now (10 and 11 years old) but they keep them running, at a reasonable cost. Gregg, Rich, and Steve in the Service Dept have been great to work with. Highly Recommended.

Amazing service staff. So glad Jonathan B took care of my car inspection. The experience was wonderful from the minute i arrived. Service was professional and smooth. Love the service try provide! Keep up the great work!!

We have been customers for almond 30 years and have always found the service department to be responsive.. For the last 10 years or so Rich has managed our servicing requests. He has always fully explained what needed to be done and why. Having a full knowledge of the history of our car gives us comfort and confidence that what needs to be done.will be done correctly.

This service appointment was fraught with mix ups. I needed a new piece over the passenger fender. When I called and asked if this was in stock they told me to come in the next day, that it would take an hour to fix and the piece was in stock. I made an appointment, showed up and was told they would have to order not one but 2 pieces. They did make sure my car was safe to drive but the next appointment was not for 10 days. I returned yesterday, was given a loaner and told my car would be ready at 2. At 2 they called to say the piece that came in was for the drivers side not the passengers side. To their credit they told me to keep the loaner and that my car would be ready the next day by lunchtime—which it was. Pickup was extremely easy and quick—unlike drop off during which my tech took a phone call from another customer—who was also experiencing delays—while I waited. To their credit they fixed everything—including the recall— and the car was ready when promised—only a day late. They apologized profusely but I feel the service dept is always apologizing. They should have offered to deliver my car back to me and pick up their loaner.

I bought my second Volvo from Keystone. Alan was great. Very helpful, even when Volvo Corporate wasn't. He made it work and found me the exact car I wanted (found it from VA) and at a fair deal. Not the usual car dealership experience at all! I highly recommend Keystone and ask for Alan.
