Went in looking to buy a new car because my old one blew up. Had a little money for possible down payment in case I found the one I wanted and with help from Kyle, ended up getting the Kia Soul and everything I wanted in it. He was so helpful and friendly and I have now had the car for over two years. Besides minimum, basic upkeep like oil change and such( which is expected with any car) have had no issues. Not to mention, they send an e-mail or call to remind me when its time for an oil change! And when I got a flat tire, they were so helpful and got me in right away!Cant tell you how great the customer service has been and next year when my lease is up, already know the next Kia that I am getting! :)

We went there to "LOOK" at cars, 2 1/2 hours later came out with a 2014 Chevy. Just wanted to drive through the lot to see what they have.....was approached immediately....in my car! Kelly and Danielle was very nice...fast talkers. They did ask what I could afford but surprising no one knew the cost of the car when I asked. Didn't find out until the finance time. They did keep it to my monthly amount but I couldn't afford the extended warranty. The car would hesitate when you push on the accelerator then go. Then when I turned a corner, I heard a loud noise. lights came on. It was still had a warrant under Chevy but they couldn't do anything go to chevy dealer. I did. what was wrong with it was not covered under that warranty. It would cost about $300 to fix. I called Kia and because I had had it for 1 1/2 months.....they wouldn't fix it either. I am buying this $16,000 car and they wouldn't do anything because I had it for a month and a half. Sweet people.......fast talkers. NOT HAPPY!

My wife and i eventually came back to look hoping that they were more relaxed. The sales men than came out again, i reiterated that we were just looking. At that time he continued to tell me off saying i was on their property. I will never buy a car here or come back

My wife has taken her car to these guys multiple times. A few times I have gone with her. When i'm there they assume it's my car and address me. When I tell them we don't need any extra services they just finish up the job and politely send us on our way. When she has taken the car there by herself they not only pressure her into trying to buy parts or services she may not need right away, but they also treat her very poorly. This last time she went, which will be the last time we ever deal with them, they were very rude to her. They yelled at her for having me take a quick look at her car to see if what we needed done was a quick fix. She left the service department in tears. When I called back I did not yell or demand anything, I merely wanted them to know I thought it was poor service to treat a woman like that, assuming she knows nothing. All the "service manager" offered me was one free oil change and a half given apology!So I say this again, if you are a woman going there, bring a guy with you and watch how they will treat you very differently.

Dishonest salesmen and finance workers. They don't know anything about cars. Use forceful sales tactics and are truly horrible people. Avoid this place like the plague. The best advice I could ever give anyone about purchasing a car is DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We purchased a 2013 Kia Optima on 1/26/15 and had a great experience!! We worked with Salesperson Taylor Braith and Danielle in the finance department. While I have never been of fan of sitting down and going over finances and qualifications 1st I totally understand the process now. They want to see what you are qualified for so you don't get your heart set on something you won't be able to purchase. Which I guess everyone can appreciate.The car is awesome and has tons of extra features too. After our purchase was complete Taylor took the time to come out to the car and show us what all of the buttons, etc. are for. I highly recommend visiting Kia of Mankato if you are looking for a new or used car.

I was looking at a car at Kia of Mankato, ended up getting a used car from a different dealership that still had a warranty through Kia of Mankato just had it fixed yesterday and the guy that I was working with there before said he wouldn't be surprised if something else went wrong with my car "rudely" soon after I left the Kia of Mankato there was a nail sticking out of my tire.

Good friendly people to work with. August was very upfront with everything we asked. Asked us what we wanted in our car then went and got it so we didn't have to look at several different vehicles. Really narrowed it down for us. No pressure at all. Would recommend him to anyone. Knows his job very well. Oh and we brought our car back for the undercoating and they gave us a brand new kia for a loaner car!!!!

Drive 35 miles to an appointment to be told its a pulley , PS or water pump. you need to make an appointment..I sent this 5-3 and got another no reply ! Dead Sir:We had new belts and timing belt changed in the end of December the car a few days later started chirping again.we hardly use this car so figured we would get it back to you next time we got in your town 42 miles from New Prague .with the weather it never seemed to happen due to the weather conditions .So we called to set up appointment for you to fix it , drove all the way there only to be told it looks like a big job and to make an appointment I was upset due what the xxxx did we just do we had an appointment !Now that was not bad enough , I took the car to a local repair shop and they found hand tightened bolts holding the pulleys where your tech did the timing belt . if you want the technician will be glad to talk to your manager to verify that it was from your workmanship or lack of ?its ostretage auto repairs in Montgomery.It cost money to drive to my appointment to be told I need to make an appointment and 78 bucks for Montgomery to tighten your screw up.please take me off your e-mailing list I do not think I will be coming back for more of this type of service .Oh yes I gave this to your chat on line person over a week ago they said they would forward it to the general manager ?guess that did not work ?Arthur Ripple 612-250-3536

Purchased a Grand Caravan from them and was told that the vehicle had gone through a full inspection. They told us that nothing was wrong. When we walked outside to look at the vehicle it was raining and when I looked at the puddle of water there was that lubricant rainbow in it. I asked about it, but I was told that it must be from a different car. Shortly thereafter as it is in the shop for a new rack and pinion I realized then that I was lied to. The van also came with a remote start that worked once in the lot and hasn't since. During the sales process we wanted to look at another caravan at a different dealership, but their pushy sales process kept us in the chairs. From the price they started out with was overpriced by 8,000. When I pointed it out they slowly dropped the price, but BUYER BEWARE, they are in it for the money, nothing else. Customer service was so poor, we have told as many people as we can in hopes they don't make the same mistake we did.

This was actually the best I have been treated by any car dealership in my life.. and I'm not a spring chicken either. The sales staff was amazing, the finance team busted butt.. I'm not sure how they did it, but they came in with payments right at my desired payment, an interest rate that was very comfortable and listened to what I had to say and what was non-negotiable. Cory has an amazing sense of humor, patience (okay believe me all the new bells and whistles were CONFUSING) and patience. I can not thank the entire staff enough for the coffee, the conversation and the hard work they did for me. Thank you all.. It was an amazing experience.

We bought a brand new kia forte from mankato kia. We were told by everyone that this little car would get close to 40 mpg. It gets in the upper 20s. It also hesitates when you step on the accelerator and takes off a second later. This car obviously has a fuel problem. The car had 5000 miles when this began. I called them to have it checked out and they said to bring it in. I did and they hooked it up to their computer and found nothing. They said there was nothing they could do. They treated us like they didn't even care. So I just bought a brand new kia that Gets 28 mpg and takes off on its own. Great! I will never buy anything from this place again!

My wife and I went to Kia of Mankato with a flyer that was sent to our address. We went to see if we had won anything but we, also, took all of our paperwork including our title to see if we could buy a good used car. Our salesman, Jon, met us at the door and proceeded to share with us about the flyer and then he noticed we had all this paperwork with us. He asked if we were interested in buying a car and we said that was why we have this paperwork with us. He took us back to his office and proceeded to work with us on getting another car. We have had some credit problems and he handed us over to Matt, who worked tirelessly with the used car manager and others to work out a deal for us to leave with a new used car. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we drove off with a Chrysler PT Cruiser with 40,000+ miles on it. If you want to buy a car new or used this is the place to go, they will not let you down!!!

I love this dealership, this is the 2nd Kia I have purchased from them and I will buy a new one every couple years. They always take care of my family and I have sent several friends over to them and they were able to purchase a new car as well. The best part is that I get to work with the same sales guy both times and he did remember me and made sure we where taken care of, we drove a few Sorento's and when we got back found out they were sold so the sales guy went and found one on the back lot and parked it in the garage so it could not be sold or drove by anyone until we signed our paperwork. I am always thrilled to work with this dealer and I will continue to use them in the future. Kia is now my favorite car company!!!!!!

Matt Pittelkow and Matt Meyer sold me a Dodge Grand Caravan and told me it had features on it that I would have to refer to the manual or a Dodge dealer on how to program or use. They next day I called stating that I was following the manual and according to its instruction it did not have those features. Matt P. told me I was wrong and to go tot a Dodge dealership and they could show me how to use it. Waseca Dodge gladly put it in their computers and proved it never had the features I was promised. Kia originally acted like they would make things right and got price quotes, had me checking on things, etc. but in the long run it was all a game. Both the sales agents and the General Manager ( Joe) told me that they were not responsible for the accuracy of ads and he wished me luck in trying to prove it in court. I asked about the growing number of similar stories I found line and he hung up.

This dealership went above and beyond to help me out after a credit situation I was left with following a divorce and the death of my daughter. I wanted to trade in my 2004 Dodge Stratus, which had given me five years of driving pleasure (no problems at all) and get a newer vehicle with fewer miles on it and hopefully some dealer warranty. Not only did they find a far lower interest rate - with a major bank - than I had been offered anywhere else between Minneapolis and Mason City, they worked for two hours to lower it even more!I left the same day driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu which not only fulfilled all my needs but actually exceeded them by far. I love my new car - it has under 30,000 miles on the clock and will serve us beautifully for many years. I was so impressed with the friendliness, service and willingness to really try to work with me. Every single member of staff at the establishment was fantastic - they even entertained my energetic two year old daughter while I took the car for a test drive.In short, recommended for all. Very impressed with everything about this dealership and would go back there in a heartbeat. I even brought them freshly baked cookies the next day for being such incredible stars!

Travis didn't start out to be my salesman but he definitely picked up where the other guy had fallen (first guy wasn't very knowledgeable and was only interested in a quick sale). I would definitely buy another car at Kia of Mankato based on my experience with Travis. More car dealerships should employ salesmen with his quality personality and level of experience - he's definitely not pushy but very polite and informative. Just dealing with Travis made buying a new 2012 Kia Optima a pleasant experience (I used to cringe at shopping for cars because of all the high-pressured salesman!). I'm sure others will feel the same way I do if they get Travis as their salesman. Thanks, Travis!

High pressure sales tactics along with the feeling you need a shower after leaving the place was a miserable experience. I went there to look at new cars because of the promotion deals they were advertising. I got the over all feeling that I was supposed to be great full they even would talk to me. I mean who waits twenty minutes to talk to a sales rep at a dealership. I souls understand if they were busy but I think they could cut the smoke break short they were having. All around bad experience from vehicle selection to trade in values and then trying to rush me into something I didn't want.
