We were treated like old friends at Kia of Santa Fe. Derrick, Jose and Chris could not have been nicer. They did not try to rip us off like the local Hyundai dealer did. They gave us a great deal and clearly understood our needs right away. They were honest, sincere, and very warm to my 94 year old father and his wife (who are the customers). Jose has gone above and beyond the call of duty training my Step Mother about the car. He has given her his personal cell phone number and invited her back as many times as she needs for further training. These guys are just great. I have purchased many cars over the years and without a doubt this was the best experience I have ever had.

Great service manager. I made an appointment to have my AC check, it had stopped cooling. My car went straight into the shop on time (VIP). 15 minutes later I was shown what had happened (the AC pulley had broken completely off and was laying on the bottom of the engine compartment) and given an estimate for the cost of repairs. A new compressor had to be ordered and shipped in. He had it sent overnight express and car was ready the next afternoon.

Lawerence and Carlos made time for me when they already booked. My car was taken care of in a timely manner. They went above and beyond and was even washed my car. Their prices are incredibly competitive. I was greeted with a smile by every employee I encountered. I didn't plan to purchase a vehicle that day as I just went in for an oil change but the deal was incredible and made sense and just to good to pass up.. Andrew and Misty were fair and transparent through the whole process and it didn't take all day. Andrew went through my new Soul and showed me all the features. They even included a spare tire (doesn't come with one from factory) I will definitely continue to bring my lovely New Soul here and recommend this dealership to my family, friends, and co-workers.

I found a car I really liked on your website. I came from Rio Rancho to see the car. When I showed up to your dealership, it was far from pleasant. Not one of your employees greeted us, until we told them we had an appointment. Once we asked to view the car, we also focused our attention on another and asked to view it as well. While we were doing this your "salesman" Joe, was in unknowledgable about almost every question we had. Looking past that, we asked to test drive the car. We liked it and wanted to make an offer. Which your site says we can do!! Almost immediately your so called "salesman" said no. When we tried to talk to him, he just talked over us and proceeded to ask is manager (which he probably didn't) he came back with a show of sorts saying there is nothing he can do. Can you please tell me why your website says make us an offer? If in fact the price is set in stone? Once we attempted to ask questions, Joe got very rude and defensive. When we asked what you took the car in for his response was angry saying "it doesn't matter what we took it in for!" I am so beyond displeased with this dealership and it's employees. I will never recommend your agency to anyone. If asked my thoughts I will tell them it was the worst attempt to.buy a car I've ever had. Maybe we would have bought the car if your salesman wasn't so unprofessional and rude. Your dealership lost money!!! We went to another dealership, found the same car, and bought it from one of the nicest people I have ever met. It's so disheartening that I wanted to buy this car from you, but would refuse to go back because of the service we received. In all levels this customer service was horrible.

Bought a 2011 Ford Super Duty was treated like trash and they sold me a lemon. They then put passanger tires on 3/4 ton truck, when I advised them I need LT truck tires do to me towing they then ordered four sets of tires do to the service manager not knowing anything about trucks or how to service them, he even advised me to over fill the tires if i didnt like the way they were riding. to top off the worst purchase ever, the vehicle i trade in was full of fuel when I droped it off but the truck I just bought had one gallon of diesel in it and was told o thats all you get when i advised them my trade was full of fuel for them I was told to deal with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......... DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE................WORTH THE DRIVE TO ABQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Barth KIA is not your typical car dealer!!! After a terrible experience with Garcia Kia, we contacted Robert at Barth Kia in Santa Fe. Robert was very informative, courteous, and friendly. He went above and beyond to assist with anything that was asked of him. Barth Kia is fortunate to have a manager like Robert. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the negotiations, both on our trade and the new vehicle price, were straightforward and fair. Barth Kia has a nice showroom, a spacious sales lot, and extremely clean facilities. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do yourself a favor and contact Barth Kia!

Went from Albuquerque to Santa Fe to Purchase a New Kia Optima. The sale went very good. Afer the agreement it took from 2:30 to 8:30 PM to sign the papers. It was OK, since I did not have much to do. I traded another car that some money was still owed. I had to continue paying on the car I traded in because they would not pay the car off and Finance the new car with an other finance. The new car has not been regestered on my name and I do not have a registration to drive the car. The tem permit has expired and they have not given me a new one. I got the payment book to pay for the new car, but can't drive it because the tag has expired and the dealer will not call me back. I have excellent credit and I don't want to ruin by credit. (if you buy from this dealer you have read my report expect trouble and most likely will get it)
