April is fantastic! She was so patient with us while we test drove 5 different cars. She heard our wants and our needs and we found a fantastic car that fit perfectly without breaking the bank. Working out the financing was smooth, and everyone was extremely nice. Furthermore, the car we found had a small issue with opening and closing the passenger side door. We scheduled an appointment for today for it to get fixed, and it was very quick! Probably less than 15 minutes. Usually it takes at least an hour any time I have to take my car into the service department. Really great people!

Mazda is my husband's car, so I asked him, "How's the car?" He said "It's good." "So good service?" I asked. "Yeah, they're always good," he answered mildly. High praise from a Dane.

I can't rave enough about the customer service I received! Did a recent trade in with Trevor, he has your needs and likes at hand. I went into look at a new car and wasn't ready for the payment on a 2021 vehicle. He understood and said he would call if something great popped up and on my way I went. Called a few days later and had what I was looking for at the price I could afford. EVERYONE there I dealt with was great! knowledgeable , friendly and wanting to make the customer happy. Dustin in the service department is very helpful and knows his stuff. There was a small leak in the sunroof discovered a few days after purchase. I called and they got me in the next day, had the part on stock and fixed the same day!! Highly recommend them for your next vehicle. I purchased a Mazda CX-9 and I'm so in love with it!! Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen :)

Stopped in with my brother just to see what might be available for him. Andy and the rest of the team did an amazing and seamless job to find a car that fit his needs and an amazing First Time Buyer's financing program. Seriously the easiest car shopping situation I've ever been a part of. I'm a little envious!

I got a truck there late last year that's had more than its fair share of issues. I would recommend against buying used out of their lot. The sales process was fine up until I mentioned that I was going to be taking the night to think about it, and I would return in the morning if I decided it was what I wanted to do. After saying that, It went from talking with one sales person to being talked at by three people who were pressuring me to sign the papers then and there. One of the sales people tried to make a point by saying there were no trucks like that one within 100 miles, except that the lot literally across the street had the same truck, same year, with 4000 more miles for roughly the same price. Overall a fairly bad experience, I don't plan on returning, nor would I recommend the lot to anyone I care about.

We came snd traded in a vehicle and took the new one home and then a week and one day later we get a call so we go back up there and they tell us that we have to return it and take or trade back that rhere was noting they could do. So we get our trade and find trash in the back and also banana peels in the back. I don't think that is right for them to do that and we will never go back and we have told people the truth about our experience and they said they have heard the same thing from many people.

My 2016 CX5 is a tremendous car. Highly recommend it. However, I wish that I had bought it from a different dealer. They told me that the dealer-provided tinted windows are provided with every new car sale, and then refused to deliver. They offered three oil changes as part of the negotiations, and I later found out it's standard with all new car purchases. I needed some information about the taxes paid on the vehicle and called three times for help, and I still haven't heard back. They don't want satisfied customers. They want to make a sale.

Suckered in from there scam on black Friday to look at towable vehicles for a motorhome. Asked salesman what he had and he showed me a Honda, I asked what else was towable, he just ignored me and was xxxx bent on selling the Honda, he went online with his phone and read to me the Honda was being towed reliably. I have owned a Honda in the past and I know they are great cars so we started the negotiation process where they offer nothing for your trade-in and over the hill on price for the Honda. my wife and I asked again multiple times, what else is available that is towable, he ignored us again, insisting the Honda is what we needed. OK to make a long story short 7 hours later we left with the ridgeline. The next day I started doing research on the tow ability of the Honda and found it wasn't towable. So being a working stiff I couldn't take time off during the week to return the Honda. On Saturday we took the vehicle back and told them we were lied to about the capability of the Honda and wanted our old one back. Again to shorten the story, at the end of the day (another 7 hours) we bought our old SUV back by trading in the Honda. They have no conscience about doing the right thing. In the negotiations I offered to let them keep the $3,000 I paid down, to cover there cost of paperwork and would write a check for the trade-in value they gave me for my old vehicle, rejected. They claimed they have put time and material into our trade-in, another lie, if that were the case I should have not needed to replace the battery in the Honda the day after I brought it home, I feel I was lied to three times during my experience. I am a senior citizen and have been honest about everything I do and I expect others to be the same. At the end of the day it cost me $7,000 to get my vehicle back do to there dishonesty. Our salesman was brought in from out of state to help with the black Friday sale, I see now his only purpose was to close on a sale, not to assist customers with finding what they are looking for. They also insisted our old cars loan had already been paid off, our credit union said no payment had been received by Saturday, another lie! Hopefully in weeks to come, we don't discover we have three loans due, instead of just the one.I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone, Very disappointed

Our experience with Kiefer Mazda was great one because we worked with Kristen McMichael, who made a stressful beginning a happy ending! She is an asset to this company! Because of her we not only bought a great car, she was able to negotiate a good price for us as well! We are very happy!! Also really enjoyed the Finance manager Jesse as well!

We did not intend to purchase a vehicle yesterday, only test drive an SUV because we had never driven one before. After the test drive there was no pressure to purchase, and I was the one that asked what kind of deal they could offer us. The deal they put together was too good to pass up. The SUV was exactly what we wanted and they worked to make it fit our budget. Kristen McMichael was a knowledgeable and very personable salesperson. I am so glad we went to Kiefer to purchase our used vehicle.

Went in looking for new CX-5. After spending the morning there, found the same car for $240 less at Power Mazda and they threw in accessories at no additional cost. Dealing with parts dept, one time told I could get additional accessories at discount from list, next time told I'd have to pay full list price. Many other dealers sell accessories at discount. Kiefer won't match service coupons from other Mazda dealers.

I had heard the best promotion of my lifetime for the 1 2 3 promo on the radio. It was buy one, reduce payments on the second vehicle by refinancing, and have three months on both with no payments!! Are you kidding me, like that is the best promotion I have ever heard, and I was hoping, but not getting my heart set on being one of the lucky ones to take advantage of such a deal. So I called, gave my information and explained due to being a foster parent with numerous children, whom was not local and was one hour and fifteen mins away. That me coming down there and doing the norm of sitting and negotiating didn't work to the advantage on anyone's part, and would they be willing to start the process before I got there to see if I was one of the lucky ones. Not only did they not hesitate to say of course we would be more than happy to by my very knowledgeable salesman Jared, but then also called me back and said oh yes we believe that you are able to be prequalified to take advantage of this fabulous super creative (my words) promo and when can you come in and see our cars. I about fell over with the absolute kindness and energy I could hear over the phone from Fadi, and his enthusiasm to get me into the car of my liking and help me out with the entire process of making it easy for me to do so. Needless to say due to no fault of anyone there, I had a hang up with a detail in my car deal, and it became extremely time detailed to correct. And to be completely honest I had assumed and feared that the deal was not on and my bran new beautiful pearl white Mazda 6 was no longer in my future. But I was wrong....(to my delight). Due to the dedicated personal time of all three men including staying late...were my salesman Jared, the relentless help of Fadi and his enthusiastic, outgoing professional personality, staying late night and into the next day, with un-wavered dedication to get all the information he needed to fix this detail, and of our fabulous kind and professional finance manager Jesse. Whom also stayed late and helped with dedicated devotion on our detail into the next day, and also Still managed to have our paperwork ready and waiting for us after hours by the way. Managed to pull off a fabulous deal for us, that I feel most dealerships would have given up on when the detail first came up. I can honestly say if other dealerships were blessed enough to have these employees on their teams, and were to follow the example of how to sell a car the correct way, more people would be willing to purchase a car. I absolutely love, love, love my new vehicle straight from the factory of the four door Mazda 6.... and will not hesitate to send my family, friends and fellow foster parents to buy a car from them now and in the future. I can not thank them enough for everyone's hard work and contributions they did for us to get us into our new car, and make this deal happen. It is truly above and beyond anything I have ever seen.

We had been looking to buy a used car for weeks, going to private parties and dealerships and just couldn't find the right car. Made an appointment with Kristen and she went to work. We started off driving used cars, she would tell me anything she noticed that might be wrong with the car. After driving a few used cars that were over 10+yrs, Kristen found out why I had to buy an older car, couldn't finance another vehicle we already were paying a horrible finance rate and had paid way over what our vehicle was worth already. Kristen went to work, she went and asked her manager if he had any ideas of how they could get us into a newer car and get rid of that nasty payment of our other car. They but me into a 2012 car and we love it. Better yet they got us a better rate and payments. Kristen was awesome!!! She spent most of the afternoon and into the evening with me. I enjoyed my experience and felt no pressure they treated me with respect. I would and have recommend this dealership to anyone

The first thing to know about this sleazy dealership is that they refuse to post prices on their vehicles. Why? Because they first want to get all the information they need to track you and run a credit report on you. Why? Because they want to make you feel like youve invested a lot of time, and even more importantly, they want to know how much you can afford so that they can adjust their special pricing accordingly.Have great credit or want to buy a car outright? Great, heres our jacked-up price-tag, special just for you! Have poor credit, heres our outlandish interest rates to enslave you. Want low payments? No problem, heres an 8-year loan! To be fair, EVERY BS car dealer does the bad interest rates and low-payments forever scam if you have poor credit scores, but at least you know what their initial asking price is. Not so at Kiefer Mazda.Despite the salesmans repeated efforts at manipulation, I refused to give my personal information and told him that we needed to find vehicles that I was interested in first. I told him my needs: used, SUV, stick-shift, not red or black, under $20k. He said it would be no problem because they had a huge inventory. Of the 4 vehicles he showed me, 3 were black, 3 were over $20k, and 3 were automatic. No, no, and no. The ONE vehicle he showed me that met all my requirements was a 7-year old, Kia Sportage with 95,000 miles. I immediately found comparable Sportages on my smartphone at other dealers. They were asking between $7k to $10k, but no prices listed at Kiefer Mazda. It was ugly and in mediocre shape, but I was getting impatient, so I finally told my salesman that I was ready to buy this thing outright, if the price was right. He played the standard BS line I have to go talk to my manager to "find out" the price. He comes back to announce my special pricing of $15,995. Thats right, about $8,000 MORE than other Sportages with similar miles and details. What a joke. I say, no, and indicate that were pretty much done. My salesman still had one more trick up his sleeve, so on the way back to the main building he says, Oh wait! I have the perfect vehicle for you. Wait here, and Ill go get it. Fine, whatever. A minute later he pulls up a black, automatic, Nissan Xterra that he says is $22k. I tell him its the wrong color, wrong transmission and at the wrong price. He ignores this and does his best to show me the vehicle ("ooh, look, it has a first aid kit"). And now he's practically begging me to take a test drive (because he doesnt want to get in trouble with his manager). What a load of garbage. I decline a pointless drive. Its a no go. Salesman finally realizes Im not stupid, but he still has to give his manager the opportunity to spin me. So the manager comes out, and you wont believe this, he tells me that he knows the Xterra is a little out of my price range, but it wont matter if I finance at 4.9% (which is a crap interest rate for a car, by the way), because wait for it You wont take as big of a hit if you finance it rather than buying outright. I was blown away at this manager's stupidity and scarcely even knew how to react. Who believes this sort of anti-math? How many suckers have believed this outright lie? What a scammy, deceptive and incompetent dealership! Good bye, Kiefer Mazda of Eugene.

The lady who showed me my car and took me on a test drive was awesome. Getting my car fixed even with a warranty was not so awesome. Real main seal was leaking. My mechanic said go get it fixed right away. There mechanic said its fine and they fought me to fix it. I've been in there 3 or 4 times to there mechanic and all they ever do is look at it.

These guys tend to con you and tell you things to run up the price of vehicle. Paid 15k for an advertised 10k car..Wouldn't let me out of deal.Claimed it was too late ..Engine was knocking next day..replacement took a month then I took it to another dealer and they claimed the fuel rail was leaking. Also ran like crap..I reset the computer and ran much better. You think their mechanic would know this. Very unreasonable finance guy working there. All I wanted was a different vehicle or my trade in back..No Way...They said my trade in wasn't worth anything.gave me 1500..Put it on the lot for over 7k..WTH....Pleas be extra careful dealing with this dealer...Not very likeable people....

1) Customer Service: Went in at 3:30. Made to feel rushed. After purchasing vehicle sent TWO emails which were NEVER answered. 2) Buying process: Bait and switch. Car advertised had many more options than did the actual vehicle on the lot. Lame excuse given. Also advertised 0 interest but was given 2 reasons we couldn't get it. After returning home and investigating, found what we were told was not true. Finance office built extended warranty into the payment and never did give us figures how much it was. Just acted like it was "free" and included in our negotiated purchase price. Shady business practice. 3) Quality of Repairs: Not really repairs but these didn't really fall into a category. Low tire pressure light was on and tires read anywhere from 23 to 26 lbs. pressure on the instrument panel. When questioned salesman said pressure was fine, it had been checked, and did I think he would let us drive an unsafe vehicle off the lot? He advised us to call a Nissan dealer to have them walk us through manually turning the light off. Went to Les Schwab when we got home. Tires were all low, being between 9 and 12 lbs. under the recommended 35 lbs. pressure. After driving the vehicle for 10 minutes at correct pressure, the low tire pressure light went out! Inside windows of vehicle were smeared with a greasy substance as if they had been cleaned with a cleaner not meant for windows. We are still trying to get them clean. First morning after purchasing the vehicle, it would not start. Salesman had switched out batteries and cables were not tight. And no, we would not recommend this dealership. Extremely disappointed in all the above and would never give them our business again.

Kiefer Mazda was the first and only dealership I visited in my search for a used car. I felt extremely comfortable every step of the way, and they really seemed to care about understanding my needs, and getting me into a car that fit my budget. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and I can safely say I'll be returning to them in the years to come. And a special thank you to Josh!!

Purchased a used vehicle from this company. Really excited to get the vehicle. First I had to put up $1500.00, then had to have costs added onto the loan price to cover the payoff on the vehicle I traded in. So this vehicle I purchased cost me $5000.00 more than the price on the window even after I gave $1500.00 down. As it went we drove the vehicle home and the same day the engine knocked really bad. They said to bring it back and they would look at it. I drove it back, with the engine knock, and they said YES it was really bad. They said there was nothing they could do because I never purchased the Used Vehicle Warranty. So I decided it was leave it set there or go across the street and find another vehicle to purchase. As it went some there calmed me down and said they would see if they could help. BULL...All I wanted was to get another vehicle or my trade in back. They wouldn't do either. They said it's yours and you bought it as is. After almost 3 months of BULL I got a used motor with many miles on it, I got back Apx. $900.00 of a payment I paid to help offset the engine costs and another bill from my local dealer where I took the vehicle for PROPER repairs that Kiefer Mazda mechanics didn't know how to make.I tightened quite a few bolt that they also missed I get NO reimbursement for the cost of that. They claim they are there to help and keep customers satisfied but it's really not true at least to me it's not. My suggestion is NEVER take your vehicle there for repairs if it's not a Mazda. If I could do it all over I wouldn't even go to this dealership. They act nice and all but that's what car dealers do. I learned two things from this dealer. Never buy a used car and If you do forget the vehicle warranty because FRAUD overrides any Used Car Warranty...

It has taken me a month to write this, 1) to allow my emotions to dissipate to a degree and 2) to come up with a concise way to communicate my experience. The condensed version of my story is that there was a manufacturing issue with my brand new Mazda 3 (2014); this issue occurred within 2 weeks of purchasing my car. If it were not for Melissa, the service advisor, I had a case to take legal action (and would have felt forced to do so). I will not out of respect for myself and my idea of professional behavior share the disrespectful comments that were made to me (and my father) by the general manager and the sales manager but I will ask these individuals one thing: if your parent, child, or loved one were treated how you treated me, what would your reaction be and how would you feel? Perhaps you would think nothing of it and if this is the case, this is the exact opposite of any type of place I will give my future business. This is the first new car I have purchased on my own and it will suffice to say that all of my being wished I could return my car as your staff transformed it into a symbol of me condoning disrespectful behavior and absolutely horrible personal treatment. I would warn potential buyers against purchasing a car from Kiefer Mazda and if you are a parent seeking to help your child purchase a car, please think twice. My parents felt worse than I did (and I was hard to beat). I wish I could communicate my whole story here, truly I do. If this somehow is removed from this page, I would like your dealership to know that I will be sharing this post with my family and friends in the greater Eugene area. I am an avid member of my church community in Eugene and have previously taught at the University of Oregon. I am not pompous in any way about these facts but I use them to illustrate that I have many people near and dear to me in the area and I would never wish this experience upon them or anyone.

Talked to Joe on the phone regarding a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS they had in stock on the internet. Decided to take a drive down and look at it. Not only did I get a good price on the car, which was in spectacular shape, but they gave me a great price on my trade-in. The whole process took less than 3 hours from start of visit to driving off the lot with my new Camaro! Fadi was superb in securing me a great rate on my financing, even with my somewhat less than par credit. In fact he called me back the next day to say he had found and even better financing deal. Thanks again guys for the best dealer experience I've had!

I came into Kiefer Mazda expecting the same old "Sales" experience that I've had in the past. I'm Happy to say that nothing could be farther from the truth! I requested a little information on line and was promptly contacted by the Internet Director, Joe G. He was very friendly with no pressure and answered all my questions. We set a time for me to come down and drive and within just a couple of hours I was headed off the lot in my new Mazda3. I can't say enough about how great it was to buy from a Dealership who has truly changed with the times. I can't imagine buying a car any other way! Thanks Joe for the Fantastic Experience ... I'll be recommending you and Kiefer Mazda to all my friends!

I went into Keifer Mazda hoping to lower my monthly payments by getting a new vehicle. The staff was super friendly and happily worked with me to find the right vehicle and affordable monthly payments. They were able to get me a great vehicle with the exact monthly payments I needed. I drove home that same day in my new certified pre-owned 2011 mazda 2. I will definitely be going back for when I purchase my next vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

I would like to start by saying that your sales reps and finance guys are awesome.{We love Fadi he rocks} My wife and I had a great experience shopping for our first car through Kiefer Mazda. That being said, I am not at all happy with the service department.{Trip one} I took my vehicle in to have some warranty work done which seemed easy enough. A tech checked my vehicle and told me I needed some transmission cooler lines and that it was going to be covered on my warranty. Also I had a blown rear strut and the tech thought that maybe my warranty would cover that too. I did not have the deductible that day so I set up an appointment for a few days later.{Trip two} On the day of my second appointment I arrived on time and soon I was waiting in the waiting area crunching on popcorn. After about two hours I got my keys handed back to me and I was elated that my transmission lines were fixed. I went to the service desk to pay my deductible and that's where my happy feeling went away. The tech informed me that none of the parts were covered and as a consolation prize he had my car washed. I was very confused at that point. Why couldn't the tech have told me my warranty didn't cover the service I needed the first time I was there. No instead I was lead to believe it was. I took time off of work to make the appointment and all I got was a car wash.{on a rainy day} As far as the rear strut, I knew it wouldn't be covered because its a wear part. The transmission cooler lines are not a wear part, and I would think my limited warranty could take care of that. Anyways, went to the parts store and 41 bucks later and 30 minutes of Robert Conlon's time from Stop and Go-Clutch and brake and it was fixed. I guess I'm just trying to say stop wasting customer time by not telling them immediately that service isn't covered under their warranty. I'm so not impressed, this is dirty poker guys

Worst experience we have ever had. Treated Rude by a Manger and bullied the whole way. Great work Jerry. My Family Bought a car from them and with in 2 weeks the tranny went out and 2 months later the Engine blows up. Come to find out they sold us a car with the wrong engine in it and the service department even said it was doomed to blow up. We where told we will make this right for weeks and when it was said and done it was worse. Being treated so bad by a manger and when we wanted to file a complaint on this manger we where not given the chance. $10,000 in repairs on top of a $39,000 Loan and they did nothing for us at all but make our lives harder. No Rental car no help. Jerry tried to talk down to us and said things like...you can pay for the repairs or get it off our lot. You can leave it here and get it reposed. He was asked to find us another car and said I can't I looked for a whole Hour yesterday just for you..Really an Hour way to go Jerry. Everything we where told was a Lie. The UnFair and Deceptive Act ORS 646A-400 and Truth in Lending Act 646A-418 will come into play it's Oregon's Lemon Law. In Jerry's words there is not lemon Law you can't do anything to us. See you in Court Kiefer. Please save yourself a lot of Money and heartache Buy for someone else.

My wife began working out of town, so we decided to trade in our aging s-10 blazer for a smaller, more fuel-efficient car. I found a couple nice vehicles online and made an appointment to come see them. I was hoping to look at an 07 camry, but the salesman recommended an 09 corolla. It was only a little more and he claimed financing would be easier on a 09 than an 07. The price seemed fair, so we decided to move forward. They didn't give me much for my blazer, but I had expected that. I figured my gas savings would offset any loss I took on it. I was worried about getting financing as I haven't had credit for a long time and I had a couple hiccups. I was amazed when the salesman came in and said "I got you approved, but for 425" (we had mentioned we wanted to keep payments below 400). After meeting with the finance guy, we came to 368 a month. They provided a good warranty and gap insurance. We signed about 100 papers (as usual), and took away our new car.Two days later I got a call from the dealer saying we needed to come down to Eugene to go over our loan. When we got there we were told we would need to put about 5,000 down or get a very good co-signer. Not being able to do any of that they refunded our down payment and I drove off in my blazer. I can understand not getting financing, but it makes me irate to think that they told me verbatim we were approved, when we obviously weren't. The only credit I will give them is they refunded my money and trade-in and didn't charge us for any mileage or cleaning on the corolla.

The decision to trade in my CX7 for a more fuel efficient car was difficult. I loved that car and drove the heck out of it. Justine Bartch was so patient and allowed us to test our new CX5 for as long as we needed. Financing went smooth and I would highly recommend Justine and her team to anyone seeking a Mazda. Thanks Justine!

I came to Keifer Mazda to look at the 2014 Mazda CX5 and compare it to the Honda CRV. I had done my homework and was pleased to be connected with sales person Justine Gallant who knew the car well. She was able to answer all my questions.I found the sales and finance departments to be very helpful, professional and respectful. I worked with both Russ And Fadi in dealing with lease negotiations and was comfortable with that process. I would recommend this local dealership to Eugeneans wanting to test out a Mazda. My car is new, but over time, I will now be using their service department; I cannot yet comment on that department's efficiency or professionalism

My experience at Keifer Mazda was excellent. I worked with Justine Gallant, sales consultant. I came in to look at a CX5 and had done my homework comparing different small crossover cars. I had been most tempted by the tried and true Honda CRV, but ultimately the CX5 won for me. Justine was very professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and most helpful to me as I made my decision and able to answer additional questions i had.Her sales style was was gentle, helpful, not pushy. Accessibility to she or the finance department with my questions to help set up a lease was exceptional. I had experience both with Russ and Fadi in talking about and negotiating lease specifics. Now I am happily leasing a car that I like. Next....time will test the service department now for the life of this car while I am driving it!

Our experience was measured based on feeling as though we were treated like customers and people rather than a monthly sales quota. Right off we told Keith what our needs were and what we could afford, he was honest and did not try to sell us something that we could not afford. Keith was the opposite of what we have grown to expect when dealing with a care salesman and his professionalism earned Keifer Mazda a family of customers that look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I went into Kiefer Mazda for a used car yesterday. I went in late in the day, hoping to trade in a great car that was due for mileage-based maintenance I couldn't afford for something similar, and, with the equity I had in it, with smaller or no payments. Basically, replacing the car I use only to go back and forth to work. My wife, who was sick at home and not able to come along, whose opinion I greatly value and whose life would be affected by any financial decisions I make. I spoke to a salesman I bought our last car from, the family car we still use. I felt a little railroaded (typical for car sales) and was presented with a car that seemed decent. Exchanging a few texts and phone calls with my wife (one with the salesman's phone), it became clear that the blue book value of the car I was about to be sold was about half of the price that they were selling it to me for. By the time I got that message, it was already nearly two hours after close and I just said I needed to walk away and think about it. I was having issues getting the key (they were reviewing my car as a trade-in), and then the salesman said he'd be right back. He pulled out his phone (I was expecting he was calling a colleague to bring the key). He was calling MY WIFE. He called, bitched and yelled at her over sabotaging the deal. This was degrading and insulting to both of us. I only realized what was happening at the end and demanded my key. I was quite unimpressed. DO NOT buy a car from these guys without looking up a blue book value for yourself.

I was in the market for a used SUV had checked out Kefier Mazada and had seen a few (after I had tried other lots and for my trade in they wanted to give me way less plus the down payment was 2500.00 more) so I did a Internet interest and someone called me back with 10 minutes I expressed my interest in a few SUVs. Went to the lot and meet Brett an Internet sales person. We checked out a few but they were a little out of my price range. So I went home 2 days later I got a call from Brett and they had just got a Yukon in that was closer to my price. So I went to look at it, and now that what I'm driving now. I would recommend kefier Mazada to anyone but suggest that they deal with Internet people sense they only work with appointment. If every I am in the market for another car truck or SUV I will be a repeat customer. Thank you kefier Mazada and to Brett. We you all on my next purchase .

They WILL take advantage of you. They will not explain the terms so that you can understand. I went to this dealer to find out about how much money I won with their mailed advertisement. Before I could realize it, I was being pressured into signing for a new car with the dealer taking my daughter's car as trade-in. I was manipulated into signing the contract for the car loan. The dealer also took advantage of my language barrier and fraudulently added several expensive items (extended warranty, anti-theft etching, etc) without explaining what these things were and that were not been installed. Then when I brought the car home, it turned out that my daughter did not want me to trade her car in. Also the institution that the dealer tried to finance through did not take the loan. So after I went back to try to rescind the deal, I was told by Fadi, their General manager that I don't know what my rights are and that I have to accept their in-house financing. After asking why, he said:I am done with this, and hung up. That to me is unprofessional and unethical behavior.

I bought a brand new Mazda 3 i Touring and I will never buy from there again. The car was dirty on the inside, looked like someone put their feet where the hinges are, and scratches on the outside and a dent on the roof of the car. Fadi made it seem like we are the ones that put the dent on the roof of the car. Trust me if it was something I did I wouldn't be so unhappy with my experience!! Also, scratches on the inside on the door handles, and the lower part of the inside of the passenger front door. A few of the things were fixable but not all of them. Fadi the General Manager isn't the greatest guy in our opinion. He made it seem like the damages were no big deal when in fact when you buy a brand NEW car at full price you don't expect to have damages to the vehicle! I feel like I bought a USED car for the price of a NEW car! We asked if they could fill up the car for our inconveniences but do you think they would do that. The answer would be NO! We also asked for All- Weather Floor Mats for the rainy weather, do you think they did that for us? Again the answer would be NO! This has been the WORST experience ever buying a brand new car. When we got the car back from repairing the dent, the inside of the car was dirty. The back passenger door handle had dirt on it, the center console was dirty. The door for the tire jack was removed (why would this be)? I dont expect to get my vehicle back dirty on the inside.

I recently (4/29/12) purchased a new skyactiv mazda. My 1997 Suburban was eating into my wallet each week (about 110 or more to fill!!) and I don't have much need for the hauling space of the suburban these days. I went to the dealership with the idea of buying an affordable used car, four door, good gas mileage, etc. I walked the lot for a few minutes before being approached by Richard. I described what I was looking for and he seemed to have a pretty good knowledge of what they had available on the lot. After test driving a camry and a honda, Richard gave me a quick look at their new skyactiv mazda 3. This was a clean looking car! Especially in white! I decided on a "quick" test drive, just for fun. We took it on the highway, and through some smaller roads around the dealership. It was quite the peppy car. I honestly wasn't expecting it. I'd been in a friends prius before, and it's not exactly this zippiest car! But this thing gets 40mpg on the freeway, WITHOUT a battery! When we got back, I looked at a few more used economy cars, but my eye kept peaking back at that white mazda 3... i asked a few questions about financing, and they took my info to see what kind of deal they could get me. I don't have FANTASTIC credit, but its pretty good. they could do $340 a month for 72 months, with zero down. i thought, i can afford that! Thats $100 LESS that what I spend to fill my suburban every month!! i decided to go with it, never having owned a new car in my life. No regrets so far! Richard was a little bit of a hard sell, but it wasn't anything i could handle! Fadi really closed the deal though and for the latter half of the deal and paperwork he was right there helping me along. It's been almost a month now, and i fall in love with my mazda more each day. The gas milage is AWESOME and its really great to have something I know IM the first owner of! Great experience, even though I walked out with something completely different than what I had in mind! i'll report back if I experience anything that might change my opionion.

My husband and I took my Mazda3 into Kiefer for the first time for it's routine maintenance and oil change. Also, our tire pressure light came on and we wanted that checked out. The staff was very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. However, later that day, the tire pressure light came on again. We called Mazda and they said we could bring it in anytime during the next couple days, didn't even have to make another appointment. When we went in, they found a nail in the tire, and patched the tire up at absolutely no additional cost! That is great customer service, and we will definitely be back! Thanks Tyler and Kiefer!

I would never recommend the Kiefer Mazda service department to any of my friends. The lack of courtesy or professionalism was ridiculous. I overheard 2 of the service guys talking about another female customer that "was waiting upstairs"....it about made me sick to my stomach! Then after waiting an hour longer than I was told I was going to have to my car came back with several scratches. I wanted to talk to the service manager but he was not around and never got back to me. Did I mention they tried to sell me parts my husband knew we didn't need?

Addendum to my review: A couple days after writing my review, the GM of Kiefer Mazda called my daughter, had her bring the car back and fixed everything at no cost to her. He said it was because customer satisfaction is Kiefer Mazda's paramount concern. My daughter was looking for a good used car. We called Kiefer Mazda about a car they listed for sale on the internet. It was no longer in stock. The sales person asked our criteria (good, reliable car under $5k with under 100k miles) and called a few hours later to tell us they had a 2002 Ford Taurus they'd JUST gotten in. It was close to our price range, in excellent condition, an under 78k miles. We went to the lot, and during the test drive, my daughter noted that the heater wasn't getting hot - it was warm, but not hot. We were told the car just needed to warm up more. After the test drive, we looked the car over and noticed water in the left hinge area of the trunk, and the door ajar idiot light staying on. We discussed buying the car if they'd repair both trunk leak and door ajar issue. After being told that the car was really $6999, not $5999 -- that the sales person had misread the sticker price, and that for the price of $5k, they couldn't afford to affect any repairs, we left the dealership. The next morning, the sales person called and told us that they would make the repairs and sell us the car for $5k, but that my daughter would have to make an appointment for the next week to complete the repairs. My daughter went to the dealership, signed the papers and took the car home. On the drive home, she noted the heater was blowing cold air when the car was not moving, and only blowing warm air when moving. We immediately called the dealership and were told to bring the car in for repairs the next day. We did so noting that if the heater was not fixed, we wanted our money back. When the dealership called the next day, my daughter was told that only the trunk leak was repaired because she had signed the purchase papers stating the vehicle was bought "as is". I personally talked to the manager and when I asked how they could sell a defective car; one with a defective heater in the dead of winter, to a young woman with a brand new baby, I was told that Kiefer was "forthcoming in their disclosures that the car was never mechanically checked, that it was one they were taking to auction, and that we had bought it prior to auction with no guarantees it would drive once off the lot". We were NEVER told the car was slated for auction, and while the document said "Kiefer Mazda did not complete a safety check" of the vehicle, no one EVER said it had not been checked out by their mechanics - in fact, we were told that it was such a clean, wonderful car that they were doing US a favor selling it to us! Any further discussion was met with "she bought the car as-is". This, to my mind borders on fraud and criminal conduct. Kiefer Mazda is NOT an honorable business that is staffed by liars with no moral conscience. This is NOT good customer service.

If I could give this dealer a big fat thumbs down I would. Back in July I traded in my vehicle for a used truck. It did not come with a warranty, but they assured me that their team had looked over everything with the vehicle and that is was fine and there were no problems with it. I also asked if the tags were rolled into the payment and covered for the year, they said this was covered and that I would receive my tags in the mail. Well I have certainly received them in the mail alright, I got a letter from the DMV saying that I owe $86 in December for new tags even though the dealer charged me $77 for them in July!! Since I bought the truck, within exactly 4 months, I have had to put in a new battery, new windshield wipers, a new fuse for the lighter, the rear passenger windows motor is broken and needs replacing, the drivers side air bag was RECALLED! And my servicing dealer in Portland took care of that for me thank goodness!! I also had to do a 60k work up on it because even though it was so close to it, they didn't do it!! The passenger side mirrors casing is cracked and needs replacing, came like that off the lot, I asked them if they could fix it for me, I mean I am paying you $20,000 for a car, but no, they refused. Are you kidding me! I also need new tires within 20k mile. Why? Tires come with 100k miles on them, do you want to tell me why there were only 30k worth of miles to drive on those tires?!? They obviously did not look at the truck, lied to my face, and stuck me with something that I had no idea what was wrong with. I have put so much money into fixing this truck because of their inability to fix a vehicle before they put it on the lot to sell to someone. I asked all the right questions, a bunch of times, and they gave all the right answers, they just all happened to be lies. And they sold it at full blue book value, with all the problems, are you kidding me, if they had actually fixed everything and put new tires on and such, THEN your allowed to sell it at full blue book value. Kiefer Mazda is a bunch of no good, lying, scum bag swindlers!!! If I were you and buying a new car or used car, I would seriously go to ANYONE, besides Kiefer Mazda, you think your safe cause it's not a mom and pop dealer, but your not, it's still a lemon lot. I should have known from the commercials. And since I've started gripping about them to anyone I meet asking, I have found out that a lot of people have had problems with them. My suggestion...do your research before you ever set foot on their lot. They don't have the best history. I wish I knew that sooner :(

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have never been treated so poorly at a "professional" place of business..I brought my car in for a diagnosis back in February.. The "tech" tinkered with my car for a while, making me wait a few hours to finally tell me he had no idea what he was doing & that he was just the "oil-change guy"..?? I rescheduled & have been back 3 times now.. Each time Tyler couldn't really tell me anything useful, besides my spark plug wires were bad. I bought new wires (thinking mine were bad since that is what they had told me) & went to put them on & found a surprisingly large chunk of rubber lodged between my wires & plugs... So I put my old ones back in & took it for a drive & guess what.. My wires were not bad!! Good thing i did not pay them to fix them right! All 3 times I had been in, they were very wisywashy. I told them upon dropping my car off I had a vacuum leak. When returning to pick up my car I was quoted around $400 to fix a vacuum leak. Pretty broad right..? Yeah, and they could not tell me what exactly I would be paying them to fix! I payed for a DIAGNOSIS.. and thats what i should have gotten. I did not promise to have the problem fixed by them after it was diagnosed.. not just yet anyways. And thank god. When I asked for further information, Tyler just kept telling me the same thing over & over, that they would "take care of me" I asked to speak with the tech who worked on my car & they refused saying, "he won't remember your car anyways, he services sooo many each day"I told them I would like a part number & an explanation of the problem & what exactly they would be doing.. Again, I was told he wasn't sure & that if I just go ahead & pay them to "do it" they will take care of me.. I have called about once every other week & tried to either get another diagnosis OR my money back, each time speaking with Tyler and/or Jason & each time I am told they will personally see to it that my issue is solved & call back within the day! .......... This has been going on for almost 3 months now!!! and no calls back???I took my car to a dealership expecting great service & friendly people,Thanks Kiefer Mazda
