I purchased a 2010 chevy impala and 3 days later the car broke down. The car was saying the engine is overheated turn car off. I'm calling them and no answer they ended up towing the car a day later. Then I go to take them the key and she say the catallic converter is missing they say they are gonna fix it it'll bea week then close to the end of the week I go check on it then she say the battery missing they didn't call and tell me anything please be aware don't get a car from them

Today, 06/18/21, I experienced a medium to poor auto shopping with King Of Auto on Memorial Dr Stone Mountain GA. About 3 HOURS were spent, and 4 vehicles were test driven or Attempted to be test driven. I am returning tomorrow, Saturday 06/19. MAYBE they will salvage the experience from being absolutely Negative. Ahmed (sp?) was my sales agent today. Owner, Mohammed, and Mansour are who I need to meet with tomorrow. Ahmdd was rude to my friend whom waited the several hours in the hear of her car WITHOUT ONCE being Invited inside (over several hours, and the committed effort of four test drives for a potential $Cash sale and my spoken intetest in immediate -within the year, maybe two- after they had gotten my TRUE GOAL of a vehicle I am Actually Wanting for my long-term use). Ahmed (a young Healthy-seeming male) complained of the heat a number of times and Kept Talking about how he had to get himself back inside. Yet, he never once invited my friend in to the cool inside from the HEAT of her car. Nor, did he offer either of us any kind of water. BUT, he kept whining about getting himself back in out of the heat. Guess he couldn't invite her (my friend) inside, offer her anything to drink, nor even tap her window and speak to her. Another seemingly employee SURE DID tap her window to note she was parked in their way. But, they too Then ignored her. I started today, my first meeting there, noting I Really LIKE their REVIEWS, Warranty or similar, On-site Repair Shop, and connection for me, after warranty, to a Car Protection self-pay plan. Now, I Note the Reviews note Mohammed and Mansour as GOOD. No posted Review makes any mention of Ahmed. Maybe he's New. But, he SURE was Quick to note how HE has introduced the New Plan of Volume Sales by Introducing Cost-Savings, with his Novel Idea of charging Less than logged Value. He claimed Before him, the lot was keeping to getting Full Value as logged for each car. One car was the of the poor Kia Soul era 2012-2015, a 2014. It Drove like it was a poor car. But he was all about talking up the Kia hype, even as I told him something is wrong with the car. Problem is in Both its shifting (automatic), and it's front end shimmy. He acted like I was obviously WRONG, and tried to pass off as being a 4 cylinder. LAME & RUDE. I simply reminded him my 61yo Navy Veteran self standing there in Navy motto clothing, had in fact done considerable 4 cylinder driving. (CONTRAST: My FEMALE OLD LADY with Cane self had Not commented on the heat contrasted with his repeated whining WHILE not guarding the public from the heat at all.) And I further noted I have still further taxi driving experience and bus licensed experience. Sure Enough, further research online revealed the 2014 Kia Soul was/is a problem-plagued car. A Car which would NOT Even keep running after having to be jumped to even start, a Toyota Camry, was what Ahmed tried to start my test driving with today. The Best vehicle was a 280,000+ miles Kia Sorento V6, but even that one had very soft spongy brakes - so possibly dangerous too. We'll see what tomorrow brings at King of Auto. FOR SURE, it will begin with my requesting Mohammed, owner I do believe. AND, this lot will NOT be my 1st Choice for Vehicle Shopping as it was today. I do Hope to eventually make it there today. I might stop by earlier just long enough to be Sure this Review has come to Mohammed/Owner/Manager attention. Also, please Know ONLY the vehicles listed on website are available for sale although stopping by after hours in early scouting will show LOTS MORE Vehicles on the Front Lot. It is True I started by asking for the lowest cost vehicles on lot since they did not have the used hybrids I was seeking. But still it was inappropriate to start me in a car which could not even idle well and prepare to send on test drive alone without even portable jump starter. FAR WORSE, was the disregard of Both Customer/visitor Safety and Courtesy, Over-selling, and Denigrating his management. Whining about heat and rushing inside: Laughably Disgusting
