Brother drove form waipahu to KINGWINDWARD. He was helped by YOSHIO. When my brother was approached he told him strait out that he was not buying a truck today. He told YOSHIO that he was only there to test drive a truck, get a quote, and order his truck. He also told him that he knew that the truck he wants is not at there lot. I guess after hearing that I guess YOSHIO didn't give a f..... He didn't want to help my brother out, because after the introduction..... My brother asked to test drive a truck 4 times .YOSHIOs response was it was not possible because they we saving the mileage for who ever was buying the truck , also there was not truck to test drive and it didn't matter to test drive because they didn't have the one he wanted. Hello the model he wanted as there. It just was not with the extras he wanted. Ok... F......bull s....!!!!!!! He then tries to sell him every single truck on the lot. My bother tells him no he was not interested. Brother then asks to get a quote and order his truck. YOSHIOs reply is I don't know if he could order one. UMMMMMM Hello......Do you even work there. Also after leaving KING WINDWARD my brother calls the dealership up. Tells them ....... HI IM INTERESTED ON BUYING A BRAND NEW TRUCK. IF I COME IN TODAY WILL I BE ABLE TO TEST DRIVE A TRUCK? SALESMAN SAY OF COURSE. WE HAVE 26 TRUCKS THAT YOU CAN TEST DRIVE? BOTHER TELLS PERSON ON OTHER LINE WHAT JUST HAPPENED. HE SAYS IS THAT HOW YOU GUYS DO BUSINESS THERE? SALESMAN SAYS I DONT! AND I DONT KNOW HOW YOSHIO DOES HIS BUSINESS. WELL FYI THIS IS WHAT YOSHIO DOES. Bottom line bad service, lazy salesman. DOOOOOO NOT GO TO THIS SALES PERSON. HE WANTS ONLY WANTS TO MAKE A SALE. I went to this dealership after I saw an online listing for a 2014 Maxima SV. The price in the listing was reasonable for that style of car. However, the car was actually the less upgraded S style and overpriced especially considering that the 2016s are already on the lot. When I brought up the inflated price to the salesman he said that anything less than the advertised price would be an insult to his manager and he would not take my offer to him/her. He didn't even bother to find out what I was prepared to offer. In his final act of rudeness as I was leaving he yelled across the showroom floor that the price was generating a lot of interest. While that might be true since it was falsely labeled as the more upgraded style, the car is still on the lot after 6 months so all that interest hasn't led to any sales. Don't waste your time with this dealership. How you are greeted from the beginning is an indication of their customer service and this guy went from barely tolerable to rude and hostile.

I bought a 2014 Nissan cube, May 2014. I brought the car in 3 times over the brakes. First time was Sept 12,2014 because the brake pedal was popping back at my foot and was having stopping issues I got the car back September 13,2014, Second time On December 3,2014 supposedly they couldn't find the leak it was and internal leak and the fluid was low in the master cylinder Rey said .So the couldn't find the leak, so they replace Master cylinder I got the car back on December 12, 2014. On December 19 2014 my brakes went completely out causing me to run into a steel gate causing damage to the front bumper.I had my car towed in to King Windward Nissan. I even Tried to trade it in and get another vehicle. Paul said it was only worth $15000 because it had issues, it's amazing that a car can deprecate $7000 in 7 months with only 5740 miles. I guess that's what you get when you go to King Windward Nissan. So they called and told me on January 6th 2015 that my car was ready and so I picked it up January 7th and started home in it and now it has lots of engine noise and rattles under the hood and whistles real loud when you hit the brakes.I was told, when I dropped it off they told me they found a leak in a brake line, didn't understand how they found it, it was never put on a lift an the hood was never raised.But when I picked it up the receipt shows that they replaced the actuator and brake lines. I even contacted Nissan America from the Lemon law paper that they give you at the dealership and they are absolutely worthless. I have purchased my Infiniti G35 in 2010 from King Windward Nissan. The car was perfect and have never had any issues with the car itself. I was greeted by the saleswoman in an instant. I was sold on the Infiniti after the test-drive. It was a very fast process and seemed like the saleswoman was interested in making a sale. During the sale, my final price was quoted with GAP insurance. Because I had already been pre-approved through my bank, I chose not to use their financing option. Basically I ended up paying for their GAP coverage and my banks GAP coverage. Shouldn't they have known to remove their GAP coverage since it is a financing add-on? Well when I contacted the finance guy at the time, he asked me to give him the account number and they would reimburse me the money. No money was exchanged. I decided to not worry about the $300+ because he seemed to not care. Recently I was involved in an accident where my car was totaled. I purchased King Windward Nissan Pre-Owned 5 Star Warranty from Warranty Solutions. Once the car is no longer in-service, the purchaser is entitled for a return on what's left on the coverage of the vehicle. I have been trying to receive a straight answer from the finance department for months. The team doesn't seem to care much. I have been told I would be contacted by their Customer Care manager; 12 days later still nothing...

12-23-12 > I had made an online inquiry and Lahela responded within the hour. She was very friendly over the phone and so I made an appointment that afternoon. She met me at the front door and from our meet and greet she was so warm that she made me feel like family. She had the Altima I inquired about ready for me and when I got to the dealership my interest shifted to the All New Pathfinder. Not once was she pushy. She helped me walk out of there with a brand new Pathfinder with zero down and monthly payments were still within my budget. She had answers for all my questions and explained every feature of the vehicle to me. I had pudchased 3 vehicles in the past from other manufacturers and not one of them showed me where to find wipers or headlights or even explain the functionality of dash features like Lahela did. Just before we left the lot she took the Pathfinder back to have the guys re-vacuum the seat because they missed a spot. She made the whole experience painless. She also made follow up calls and sent emails to see if we are still happy with our purchase and offered her further assistance. I recommend Lahela if you want a no pressure, painless and very friendly and informative experience. WE LOVE YOU LAHELA!

I rate King Windward Nissan Service department outstanding. The service consultant Mr. Doug Bayot was very helpful in ensuring that my vehicle was covered under the extended warranty for the transmission which had gone out. He had my transmission replaced and had my vehicle finished within 5 days. I highly recommend any customer to him and this dealership. I will not take my vehicle to anyone else or other dealership for service repairs. If their was rating of 6 stars, this dealership would get it hands down.

DOUG BAYOT does the bare minimum of his job requirement and nothing more - he does not provide accurate or time efficient customer service, and on the two separate visits we worked with him, exhibited little competency and concern with regard to our vehicle and us as customers. The simplest request from our first visit was to update our contact information, which despite his confirmation was not changed. If this dealership is convenient for you, REQUEST JASON ARAKAKI TO COMPLETE YOUR SERVICE!! He has helped us in the past, providing better customer service by calling to keep us updated about delays with the estimated wait time, offering options like a loaner or rescheduling when the time was significantly more than expected, and trying to offer the most cost efficient way to complete repairs.

I had my choice of dealerships to take my car in for warranty service. New City Nissan is within walking distance. I chose to take it to King Windward because 1)I purchased my vehicle there and 2) they promised me a loaner. I took my vehicle in and arrived early for my appointment. They took my vehicle in, but they had NO LOANER. Rather than offer me a shuttle ride somewhere or provide me with some option, ANY OPTION, they made me wait in their lounge for THREE HOURS. This wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't had my three year old with me. This was absolutely unacceptable. I told them as much when I received a survey from the service department. Never got so much as a sorry. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN.

Rather than forcing me into a random car (as many dealerships do), they provided me helpful insight and a variety of models that would best fit my active lifestyle. Throughout the transaction, I felt that my best interest was at heart and there was no pressure placed on me to "make the sale". Even after I signed the forms (which were explained to me thoroughly) they assisted me in finding the best possible insurance quote. I left the dealership completely satisfied with my experience, and will certainly return for my future purchases. I highly recommend King Windward Nissan to anyone who is looking for a honest and exceptional experience that will never be forgotten!

Test drove a Rogue and decided it was to cramped. Looked at the Cube and liked it. Came home and researched the Cube and gathered trade in info on my Murano. Went back the next night and drove away in the Cube.

As far as I am concerned, when things go as I expect they should that means it was a good buying experience. No hidden surprises in price and no pressure to add any extra packages. I just assumed all the dealerships were one big family (as I'm sure in concept they are) but I soon realized that altho the cars are the same, the services are different. I dropped by the dealership earlier in the week to test drive the Juke. I told Mark that I wanted to buy on Saturday.I ended up selling my other car and realized I didn't have a ride over to the dealership which is about 20 miles from my house. In the 2 weeks my wife and I been shopping around for a new car (for her), we've encountered every sort of "car salesman", including disinterested ones who sized us up from the moment we entered, and pushy aggressive salesmen that attempted to bury us in something beyond our means.At King Windward Nissan we were greeted in a friendly manner. The salesman was very well knowleged in his inventory and answered all our questions honestly and never direct us to anything we weren't interested in.I would like to put a particular emphasis that the salesman continued to provide excellent customer service and gave us additional incentives even AFTER we informed him of our decision to purchase. This is a SUPER PLUS in my book.Let me take the opportunity to share (vent) some of the experiences we had at some of the other dealers before and after visiting King Windward Nissan...-------------------------------------[a car well above our budget] "C'mon in and sit down and we'll make it work for you" [...groan]-[when asked about how long a special delivery will take] "about a month" [later] "two months" [later when explaining it to my wife] "maybe three months to play it safe" [note: salesman at windward Nissan said 3 months from the start]-[when asked if they had a car in stock at a dealer in Kakaako] "it at our other lot (in Aiea), my manager told me to drive you there" [No thanks, maybe we'll take a look later] "If I don't take you there, I wont get credit for the sale" [Could you give me your business card and I'll be sure to give you credit] "um..." [Then hesitantly hand me his name and number handwritten on notepaper]-[upon seeing the Nissan Versa for the first time in a used car lot] "This car is going for $12,000" [my wife falls in love with the car and joyously praises it] "Oh I'm think I'm mistaken, it's $13,000"--------------------------Don't get me wrong, we had good experiences at many dealers as well, these were just the worst that stick out in our minds. :DSimply put,King Windward Nissanfriendliest sales teambest inventory (smaller than others... but more VARIETY OF COLORS)icing on the cake... THE BEST PRICE... ADVERTISED!!! beat the other dealers with ZERO haggling!!!Thanks, you guys ROCK!A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Lahela was awesome from beginning to end! I filled out an online inquiry at about 7:30pm and received an email and call back before they closed at 8pm. Was approved for financing with great pricing before I even set foot inside the dealership - not your typical "preapproved" but spend 4 hours at the dealership filling out applications and waiting for approval. When I actually did go into the dealership the next day, I test drove the car, did all the paperwork, and drove off with my new ("used") vehicle in less than 1.5 hours! Would definitely recommend Lahela to everyone who wants friendly, fast, honest service when shopping for a new car - I know I will go see Lahela again if/when I need to upgrade!

I was very pleased with the service that we received at King Windward dealership. I have only purchased high end cars for the last 20 years and have had good and bad experiences. I was very happy to find out that the service at King Windward was even better than BMW, Volvo and Mercedes. Our sales Person, Cheryl was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Truck we were looking at and due to her we decided to purchase a truck from Nissan verses Ford and Toyota. Cheryl understood our requirements and needs and was able to find exactly what we requested without wasting our time. I called her at 7 pm and said we are on our way and told her exactly what we were looking for. We only had 45 minutes. She met us at the front door with a big smile and umbrellas in her hands and we walked in the rain and test drove our truck. She explained many details and was so confident in what she was selling that we were sold. I have been a high end sales person for 25 years and it is not always easy to sell a sells person. Cheryl has a great sense of humor and honesty. She is a wonderful sales lady and represents the King Windward Nissan group well.The finance department was also wonderful to work with and gave us honest answers to our questions. They worked with us to find the BEST plan for our situation. My Son is thrilled and proud of his new truck and we would highly recommend King Windward to others. I would say that overall the King Windward group is a happy and well operating business and it shows in the type of people they have working for them. This positive feeling is felt by customers teh minute they walk in the front door.This truck purchase was a wonderful- fun experience and I hope that our relationship with this dealer continues as we have many more cars and trucks to purchase in the near future.

In 2004 we purchased our first Mini van (toyota sienna 2001) from Bobbie at the old location-King Windward. We really loved the services than, such a smooth, no pressure, and relax environment. Well, throughout the years we purchased a house made some bad choices of getting another vehicle at Tony Nissan, only to have it repoe and place me in a bad credit area, this happen in 2006. This year we finally paid off our mini van and was really happy that it took us through alot but, it recently started getting old and it was time to retire, which was really sad because that meant for us to literally go car shopping on my bad credit. Very little to put down we first went to Servco Toyota and my gosh, talk about being treated like dirt and to a point on our first contact with the sales person there it felt like "We were waisting his time" We really felt bummed, not knowing what to do or who to turn to for help. We do pay our bills but, can't change it on the credit report! My husband to he tried going to Tony Groups in Waikele and they too turned him down in an instant! Then, I tried one more time but, before trying I prayed and ask God "Okay, if this is your will you will open the doors" and I hit the submit button. The next day, I had a nice friendy gentleman call me up and said "Hey, Millie I will try my hardest to see what I can do to get you in a vehicle today!" at first, I didn't believe him but, I said okay! Throughout the whole day he was working with mostly me and then my husband. By the end of the night Mark and Matt had me driving home with a 2008 Nissan Quest. King Windward Nissan never gives up on their customers, they never give you unworthy answers or facts, they never make you feel like a your a piece of crap, especially in today's society. Our economy is bad and yes, we have been late on our mortgage that really screwed up on both of our credits and yes, I made a huge mistake of listening to a friend to buy a titan back in 2006 and go over my means of living...But, King Windward Nissan Mark and Matt never once made me feel uncomfortable! In fact, they treat you as if you are family! I will always and forever be loyal to King Windward Nissan..because it's not always about the money, nor the credit! Cheryl was very intuitive and helped us make a decision fast. Since we knew we didn't have the greatest credit she ran our budget first and showed us the cars within our price range. She was also VERY HONEST which we greatly appreciated and told us which used cars were still covered under warranty and which would be a better investment in the long run (maintenance and durability). After we had decided and were awaiting approval on our new (used) vehicle, she offered to call us instead of having us wait on the lot (for who knows how long) and that all the paperwork would be ready when she called (which it was!).Maybe it's because she started in the service department, or maybe she just really cares about making sure the right vehicle finds the right owner. Either way if she's still working there when this car is on it's last legs (which will probably be a while), we'll definitely ask for her (or demand she be re-hired to be our sales person hehe)Thanks for everything <3

Best car-buying experience I've had. After an internet inquiry on the night before, Cheryl and Sherman (Cheryl's manager) gave me the phone call by 9:30am in the morning, with some discussion to ensure they have the exact car/color/option my wife wanted. By 11am, I had a price quote over the phone and was ready to buy. When I walked into the showroom, Cheryl was ready to work with me and via the finance manager, I drove the car off the lot within 90 minutes. The time I spent with Cheryl was surprisingly pleasant (relatively speaking compared with other "sales-persons" from my experiences from Cutter Mazda, Pflueger Honda). The process with the finance manager took slightly longer than expected with him trying to sell me extended warranty, rust/paint protection, and gap insurance. I realized the finance manager has to do his job but really, what part of "no, I don't want it" can be understood as "I need more convincing". Then there's the "Oh but it's only 10 dollars more a month". Well, if it's so insignificant, why not give it to me for free? I don't want to take anything away from Cheryl and Sherman. If I need another Nissan, I would definitely go back to this internet sales team. Perhaps I'll just have to be more firm with the finance manager to get the perfect experience.

The day that I walked into Nissan, initially I wanted to look and test drive the 2010 Cube. So I had asked to speak with Cheryl (we had corresponded via email prior to the purchase and she kept me up to date with any specials that had gone on) and she was very friendly. The process was fast, however not rushed and I spoke with Sherman Lee, who was the floor manager that day and again, very friendly. Everything was approved and I got to take my new car home that day. I was surprised because I don't know of any other dealerships that complete that in that amount of time. I enjoyed the overall customer service there. I would recommend anyone to go to this store because they will enjoy it as much as I did.

Since my former vehicle (16 years old) had just expired, I decided to check out the same car for myself. I found Matt Lau (my salesman) and all the others I dealt with (forgot the names, sorry) very friendly, not pushy, and straight-forward. I appreciate that. Everyone I dealt with including credit (which I didn't use), and parts (for a special order) were extremely nice to do business with. This is the second Nissan that I have purchased from King Windward Nissan in less than three years. My first sales experience was exceptional, and I have been bringing my Murano in for service and have always been 100% satisfied. It was the obvious choice to return for my second purchase. Cheryl was very thoughtful and offered to deliver my new Sentra to my home. At the same time she picked up my trade-in. The trade-in's battery needed to be jumped, and she took care of that too and drove it away for me. That's what I call exceptional customer service. We were looking for a used vehicle for some time and were very apprehensive about entering the market. We've had so many negative experiences with car dealerships over the years but we tried to keep an open mind. A safer approach on-line proved to be the ticket for us. We had narrowed our quest to a specific vehicle/year and narrowed down the available dealers. By far the best offer we saw was offered on-line through King Windward Nissan so we initiated an offer and was guided through the process by Lahela Kau-Aki. Our experience at King Windward Nissan was pretty painless and we walked away with a vehicle that had low mileage, was clean, and fit our budget. Lahela was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and showed us the features both inside and out and helped us negotiate through the paperwork rather quickly. King Windward Nissan even worked to help us get the best financing through a local FCU in the area too and the savings pleasantly surprised us. As most people do, when you have a bad experience you end up telling ten friends and they tell ten friends and so on. But once in a while you end up with a great experience and the same holds true. Aloha, initially I purchased a 2008 Titan King Cab in 2007 and worked with Shawn. He was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. Anytime I had a question regarding upgrades to my truck, Shawn was always available. At the time of purchase, the King Cab wasn't what I originally wanted but it was what I could afford. But throughout 2008 I would check all 3 Nissan dealer(s) newspaper ad(s). In September, I contacted King Windward and New City Nissan. I explained to both parties that I wanted to trade-in my 2008 Titan King Cab with the hopes of upgrading it to a 2008 Crew Cab. In the end it was Lahela and King Windward Nissan that was willing to work with me. So one Saturday night in September, my mom and I drove (from Wai'anae) to Kaneohe and met with Lahela. She was very friendly, helpful and willing to work with me. And to make a long story short, my mom and I drove out of King Windward Nissan's parking lot with a 2008 Nissan Titan Crew Cab. Talk about being worth getting lost. We went out looking for a new truck, and stopped at Tony group and all the others and were unimpressed with their pricing and service. So we knew there were dealers in Kaneohe, and decided to drive over and see for ourselves. Not knowing the area, we nearly got lost, but found our way there, and started out thinking it wasn't worth the drive. Lahela was awesome. She got us a great truck at an awesome price. Of course it took some time to do all the paperwork, but the whole staff was great. The finance officer who worked with us was able to get us a better interest rate than even our own bank who we've had two loans through before. Overall, if we were staying on the island for the rest of our lives, we'd always go back and see Lahela at King Windward Nissan.

chyrel was our sales person. my wife wanted to deal with her. we visited about 5 dealers. i called about 15 dealers looking for my truck. cheryl was very nice to talk to. when the assistant manager Mark, gave us a hard time, she smoothed things out. she also helped me find a replacement floor mate for the truck. mark gave a good first impression. he was not able to go too much lower on the price but was very nice about it. we returned to buy the truck and asked about financing. the statement that took me by surprize was "i gave you a good price. what more do you want?" we were asking about lower financing cost.jeff was concerned that we would walk away from the deal only because of the interest rate. he came to let us know that a lower rate would be very hard to find. he wanted to make sure we knew the truck may get sold and we should not come back steeming mad and complane that it was sold.because he came out, we reconsidered about the interest rate and took the truck.matthew was a very nice man. i was surprised that extended warrentees have gone up so much. mat helped to reduce the cost. i would like to work with cheryl again. the last time i got a car was about 9 years ago. our honda van is about 8 years old, we may need a replacement in the future.SHELDON CHEE

Despite the economy, these guys know what's goin on! When my old beater car broke down I was nervous to buy a new car, but from the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted and welcomed and felt very at ease. I walked around for a little bit and finnaly decided on an Altima. I test drove it for a good 15 minutes and fell in love with it. I was scared that when we got back they would try to push another car that I couldnt afford or push something with more bells and whistles then what I asked for. But to my surprise, we went and sat down and talked about the price. I felt that they were very fair, honest, and upfront with me about all of the fee's associated with the purchase and then they helped me through the finance process relativly quickly. I was more then happy with my purchase and have had no trouble since. I recommend King Windward to anyone looking for a new car!

I am not ready to buy, but it was very nice to know what options I have avaliable to plan for. I will definetly be going back to King Windward to buy my new vehicle.

I was pleasantly surpised at how easy King Windward Nissan made me feel and hope simple the process was. Buying a car was never this easy for me. Also, King Windward Nissan's service department is great. They work quickly and have service loaners and a shuttle available. I'll be sure to come back for my next vehicle and I highly recommend their internet department for quick and easy sales.

A) I don't like buying cars from dealers. B) King Windward firmly implanted that opinion again for me. C) The only pleasant aspect of buying the vehicle was the salesperson, Ipo Waiwaiole.We were greeted with a firm handshake and a friendly smile. Ipo was friendly, but we had to do the usual price dance back and forth with Ip running back and forth to "THE MANAGER". The price was right, giving me a little less than what I wanted for my trade-in, but not so little that I didn't take it.Then, the waiting began. They have ONE (1) finance officer, so we were behind 5 other people to sign paperwork. I had a pre-approved loan, so there was no loan paperwork to wade through. We still waited for FIVE AND A HALF (5.5) hours. I continually told them that my wife had to work at 5.30 a.m. the next morning, so their response was "it'll just be 30 more minutes". After waiting patiently for another hour, I was fed up, so I was about to leave. They cajoled and hemmed and hawed enough to get me to stay.We finally left, exhausted after waiting for 5 1/2 hours. The service department is no better. Part of the deal was installing running boards, which took a single day, but the paint to repair a scratch was a three-day ordeal, with no offer of a loaner car, until I asked again and again. Painful.The only reason I would recommend this dealer is because of the simple fact that it was better than Tony Nissan and New City Nissan by far.Ipo Waiwaiole is the man to look for, but make sure you go early in the morning during the week, or you'll be waiting forever for the finance department.

I went to this dealer ship mainly because I live in the area. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I had to deal with a Mike Sinclaire. Talk about dishonest, he tried to tell me that his MSRP and INVOICE prices on the Nissan Frontier were higher than it really was. When I pulled out my Consumer Reports - ratings and pricing guide with the actual prices which was much less than what he quoted, he changed the subject and tried to lie about something else. His demeanor just screamed out "SLIMY SNAKE" If I could give out a negative score I would. If King Windward Nissan hires this type of person to sell cars, then I would never go to King again.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. This dealership is focused on customer service and it shows. We were met by Glenn about 10 minutes after we entered the lot. We made small talk and he showed us a few cars. After a few minutes I told him what we were willing to spend for 48 months and that we didn't want to go over that. We had a pre-approved loan for 20K at 5.7% which would give us $472 per month which was our limit per month. He showed us an Xterra that was $25,000 with dealer markup that we fell in love with. I told him if he could get the price to our level, we'd buy. He gave us a 20 minute test drive around Kaneohe and spent a lot of time showing us what the Xterra had to offer. We then went back to the office and I made my offer. He took it to his boss, then came back and asked us if we would consider alternate financing through Nissan. Sure. I filled out the application and he left again. When he came back he offered us 1.9% for the loan and said he could sell it to us for 21,400 with payments of $487 a month. I figured "what's $15 a month amongst friends" and bought it. Cool. I don't care who gets my money, the dealer or the finance company, as long as my payments are the same. So we drive our brand new SUV home....very happy with it I might add. The next day, I get a call from Matthew in the finance dept. He tells me that he forgot about a $500 rebate that we were due and could I come in and re-sign the contract reflecting the rebate. WOW!! A car dealership with integrity! Who'd have thunk it?? That brought our loan down to 20,900 and a monthly payment of $473. These guys are a class act. Matthew didn't have to call and I would have been non the wiser. Since we bought our vehicle, (a week ago) we've gotten a letter from Glenn, a letter from the president of the company, and a phone call from Glenn...just wondering if we were happy with our purchase. Tonight, I looked in my mailbox and there sat a tin of danish cookies from the dealership with a note of thanks. This might not seem strange to some, but to me its incredible. The last car I bought took 6 hours to negotiate (The usual Sales Sup coming in and trying to intimidate us. I walked out 4 times and they chased after me with a better deal) and when I got out of the dealership, I had a headache that could kill a horse....and I still felt like I'd been cheated. (That Nissan dealership has since went out of business...Pacific Nissan) This transaction, including the "get to know you" part, the test drive, and the paperwork, took less than 2 hours. One more thing...I bought this vehicle on a Thursday..the following Weds I recieved a call to pick up my tags and registration, which they happily installed for me. These guys rock. After reading all the reviews of car dealerships in Hawaii, I HIGHLY recommend King Windward to anyone shopping for a Nissan.
