Leased my q50 signature from Mike. He was beyond professional and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before leaving the dealership. The facility is immaculate and the entire staff is extremely professional and welcoming. If you need a car this is the only place to go. 5 stars isn’t even high enough.

I bought a car from Mike in May and I have had problems ever since then. All he cares about is the sale and not the needs of his clients. I bought a 45K truck from him and called him a few months later to ask a few questions and he was so nasty. He didn't care about my needs or even what I had to say. He literally told me on the phone , he got off work 20min ago and I would need to call him another time. The nerve of him, after I spent so much money at this company and put commission in his pocket from car sale. Customer service does not stop once the sale is complete. Either you care genuinely about your clients, keeping them happy and satisfied or you just Don't care. As a person who works in service I was Appalled by his response and his lack of attention to one of his personal clients. DONT EVER BUy A CAR FROM HIM. HE SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE THIS JOB. TERRIBLE! I will never buy a car again from this location.

The service department never ceases to amaze me. Great service, punctual, friendly and reliable. Brought car in for recall and oil change and car was done on time as promised. What I like is they go that extra mile to make sure your car is running at its best knowing it was checked from head to toe. An example is they found a nail in the right front tire. When I arrived to pickup car is was taken care. That makes me feel great especially that my wife uses the car. Cant say enough about the service department.

Ron handles my all service visits. He is always extremely polite, truly helpful and very professional. The service at Kings is top shelf from the valet when you first pull in, then service advisor who listens to my issues and finally the mechanic who works on my car. I've financed and leased cars all over Brooklyn and Staten Island. It's refreshing to be treated like value instead of money. I leased my Q70L through Roman Zeltzer with the help of ownership Enrico, needless to say they gave me the best deal with no hassle and I didn't feel sold. Now service is a breeze. I call Ron Mechler and my car is serviced quickly with no BS, a loaner when I can't wait so I can still work for the day. Between the help getting the car and keeping it running in tip top shape, Kings takes the cake. Maybe it's my charm and respect I show that helps, but either way they know good customers when they see them. I now have 2 vehicles from them with little to no issues. Thanks guys. Recently brought in my 2015 Infiniti Q50 in for an oil change and the service was great! Quick and easy and the staff is all very friendly. I scheduled a Test Drive for a new Q50 with Buddy Naipaul. I rush to get there after work, and the guy is like, "Who are you? We had an appointment?" He totally forgot! Then he goes off and comes back a few minutes later, telling me that his manager just sold off the car I was supposed to test drive. Fine, I agreed to come back the next day, no problem.Today (being the next day), I rush to get there on time, again, and he's not even around! Had to hunt him down in his office, after wandering around for about 10 minutes, aimlessly.I sit down in his office, and he immediately starts talking numbers, never mind that I actually want to try the car before deciding to plunk down money. I told him about a very tentative offer I had over the phone from a leasing company. I'm not sure if it's legit, it was just one vague phone call. The guy calls his manager, and tells me he can't match it and I should leave. Seriously!?!? I rushed over after work twice, and he won't even give me a chance to get a test drive? I told him that the leasing offer might very well be BS, and I might end up buying the car from him, but at that point he didn't want to hear anything. Either I sign an agreement letter that I will be buying it from them BEFORE the test drive, or I can get out! So I got out.Is this how you're supposed to treat potential customers? Now, even if I end up paying more somewhere else, I swear Kings Infinity will never see a penny from me, or any of my friends/family.Do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for an Infinity try absolutely anybody else, these guys are horrible.

Called to inquire about setting up a service appointment for my vehicle which was involved in a small accident, with the other party's insurance company paying 100% of the repair costs. Asked to clarify the process, since an adjuster would have to come out from the insurance company. Was rudely told "we don't do any of that, you have to do all that yourself". He actually told me a few times to just go to a body shop instead.I've owned several luxury vehicles over the years and have worked with many service departments. 99% of the time, the general response from the service department is "we'll handle everything, coordinate everything, you have nothing to worry about". Kings Infiniti service has some of the most unhelpful, unprofessional and just straight up lazy people working there.

It was my first time buying a new car.The whole experience from the minute we walked into the dealership and were greeted by salesperson Roman till the moment two weeks later when we drove away on a new Infiniti QX50 was a pleasant and very satisfying.Roman was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to answer all our questions, both technical regarding a car and about financing. He recommended the trim level that is best for us and did not try to offer any unneeded extras.After a first visit we exchanged several Emails and he replied almost immediately even well after working hours.We got the car we were looking for: the color and options and the price was exactly as was agreed upon, no extra / hidden charges.I like the car very much and if not Roman I would probably drive a different one.

I towed my car to kings Infiniti because my clutch lost pressure, which was on the Thursday before memorial weekend not knowing or was even told that the dealer was going to be close. I specifically asked for a loaner car before hand and was told they have to diagnose the vehicle first. On Friday when they first took a look at my car i was told by Ron(service manager) that the clutch is saturated in fluid and needed to be changed as the first step, not being sure of any other problems. Ron explained to me that I would get a loaner vehicle if my car wasn't ready on Friday but he was pretty sure 99% it would be. I didn't think it was a big deal because like I said I thought kings Infiniti would've been open on Saturday for me to get a loaner car. I believe Rons communication skills and his attitude towards customers needs a lot of work. A lot of my frustration being without a vehicle tying to get my family from point A to B over a 3 day memorial weekend could've been avoided if this situation was handle better and professionally.

I saw a car On line that I wanted and called Thursday (car was just posted Wednesday) Never heard back after I gave all my info on my trade in. Emailed and called Friday wanting to set up a test drive first thing Saturday morning. Called again Saturday at 915 am. And was told I would get an email with all the details/$ soon. Hours later I got a call saying it was sold??? The sales lady verlande Celestine was out Friday so that's why I never heard back!? She was also not aware that someone bought it right away...so what took the delayed response. It is an internet sale. Not a good way to do business. When we spoke without even seeing the car I said I am very interested please don't sell it. She should have asked for a deposit then or spoken to the people she works with to know someone else was interested. The delay in returning emails and calls is not a likable way to do business.

Tim was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and concerns. The price that I got for Brand new Q50 couldn't be refused. Also during my visit I had a pleasure to speak to a general manager Rigaud to modify some terms. What ever was promised to me was completed within given time frame and no running around. Financial representative Roman didn't waste my time in trying to sell me any stuff that I don't need. The whole buying experience from start to finish was a pleasure and I'm really enjoying my new car. If you looking for a new car do yourself a favor and give this guys a chance. I would like to share a grate experience I had with leasing process of my new Infiniti QX60 at the Kings Infiniti dealership. The leasing process was very nice, easy and clear, no hidden or extra/unknown charges. The sales person, Bob, was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, as well the manager who was open to sit with the customers and answer as many questions as we had. Our first leasing experience was with Kia and it was horrible, so many extra fees and double charges, "magic" way of calculating monthly payment and so on..... So, this time we kept double checking all charges and monthly payments to make sure no one is overcharging us, and to our big surprise it was right calculated to the last cent. Thank you so much guys for the great job you do.

I was in the market looking for a Q50 right before the memorial day weekend and I was actually already talking to an online rep from Kings infiniti before that weekend. I visited the dealership on the 30th of May. Before that visit, I made few stops at two other infiniti dealerships (Infiniti of Bayside and Manhasset Infiniti). The service at Queens infiniti was great but their deals weren't working for me. The service at Mahasset Infiniti was pure junk but they had the deals I liked. I took a leap of faith and waited another day to visit Kings. I am so glad I took that step! The atmosphere is little slow at this dealership and its not as big of a dealership as the other two so I was little worried if anyone would help me properly. Believe it or not, I got both the BEST deal and also the BEST service at this place. I was helped by Mr. Zeltser. He is a 'straight get to the point' kind of person and at that point that is really what I wanted. He told me everything straight forward and what deals they have and what they can offer and VOILA! I made the deal the same day. I am extremely lucky to have come to this dealership and meet Mr. Zeltser. His knowledge as well as his customer service skills really differentiated him amongst others in the other dealerships. Thank you very much for the service and I will highly recommend everyone to go this place for all their Infiniti needs. I know people prefer something nearer to their house but believe me, if you want the best deals and the best service, make the small trip to this dealership. You will NOT be dissapointed.

I have been having a multitude of issues with the service department at this dealership and with my vehicle. I brought the car in for service for an issue with the auxiliary connection amongst other things and the service member that refuses to give me his name after the last service treated me with such disrespect that I felt uncomfortable by his tone and his attitude all because as he stated was because the survey that I completed was negative and apparently he lost $2,000 last month because of it. He signed me in and out within 5 minutes telling me I had to or I wouldn't receive my vehicle back on the same day even though my vehicle was not yet finished in the first place. He said my car was connected to the database and nothing was found wrong with the car and I had to plead with him to actually go through with me what was wrong with the car all of which was followed up with a "what do you want me to do for you" or "I don't know what to tell you". They refused to wash the car for me, do the check point, and also refused to do the free oil changed that I have that are also in the system. He told me "I'm not honoring anything for you". I had to have a friend with the same exact vehicle, package, and year as mine come to the dealership and check to make sure it wasn't the device I was using and it in fact wasn't the device that is the problem. I also went into the sales department and Bob Pearl allowed me to connect my device to another car in the dealership and had no issues I even replaced the cable I was using and still have the same problem. I have had to bring the car back 3 times for the same issue and the amount of disrespect this man showed me because of a survey against the dealership and not specifically him was absolutely ABSURD and I FELT SO DISRESPECTED AND UNCOMFORTABLE THAT I WILL NEVER BUY OR LEASE ANOTHER INFINITI AND NO LONGER WISH TO KEEP THIS ONE BECAUSE OF HIS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR. Never in my life have I been treated in such a way as a consumer but his attitude and behavior was unwarranted because it is not my fault that he will lose $2,000 last month because of the way your survey format is handled. I am requesting that this man be dealt with accordingly because he has put a very bad taste in my mouth with your name and that's a shame! I shouldn't have to deal with the hassle and headache of going back and forth to the dealership and wasting my time and money because this person now has a personal vendetta with me because that's exactly what this is, personal and that is highly inappropriate for a service professional that needs to encourage a good relationship between a client and your business. I took the car in today at 7 a.m. and didn't leave until 2 p.m. and when I asked for the guy that was looking at the car they said he was at lunch and that he didn't have anymore time to deal with this issue and when I asked for a copy of my service records because they're mine they said no they aren't they're mine and refused to give me a copy. I am expecting a call regarding this matter as soon as possible because this needs to be addressed.

Just my experience of just walking in a Sunday morning to look and test drive on a new 2015 Infiniti Q50. So I walked in to the Receptionist and asked on how can I get a test drive so receptionist sent a request for a salesperson and 2 salesperson came towards me. So I choose the closest one near me. So It was a male Salesperson and he asked how can I help you? I replied I'm looking to test drive a 2015 Q50 Sedan. Salesperson Looked at me and he said we don't do test drives on sunday and walked away from me instantly. So I said ok I see how it is and I said out loud Fine I will go to another Infinity Dealer Which will help me better. So I Proceeded to Walk out the dealership and used my smartphone to search another dealership which was way far from my location. So for future Referance I will never go to this location and Salesperson needs to have some extra training on how to respect their customers.

After a very BAD experience at Lynbrook Infiniti I ended up at Kings Infiniti and received car service that I did not think was even possible! Excellent sales service! For example: I told them I was not able to make it to the dealership the day that I contacted them because of transportation issues and they offered to bring the car to my house in order for me to check it out or test drive it! I was able to negotiate a more reasonable price than what was listed for the M37x I was interested in & After Checking out the car in front of my house Saturday afternoon I was behind the wheel of my 2011 M37x 2 days later on Monday afternoon (Would of been sooner if Lynbrook Infiniti hadn't screwed up all my paperwork. Had to redo/rectify all the insurance and loan information from the Lynbrook Infiniti experience). I had a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that had one more year left of the lease contract. I had a miserable winter with it so was taking my vacation time exploring options on if I can get out of the deal with as minimal damage as possible. Researched thoroughly on Acura, Infiniti and Lexus and visited 3 dealers, including one of those "middleman" luxury car dealers that also "deals" with lease terminations. They told me to provide things for them so we can start dealing and told me it would not be a good negotiation. I liked what the Q50 offered over Acura TL or the Lexus IS350. My personal taste.Somewhere in the middle of this I made an unplanned, "just a check things out" visit to Kings infiniti. Buddy was there and explained things about the car. That was all that I wanted. Explained that I was just looking and am still under contract. He took me on a test drive. By this time, the Q 50 was going to be my next car.. just not at that moment.. was thing in 6 months to a year.. He presented me with 4 different quotes, based on options, parts, models and lease terms. I thought they were good deals and Buddy prepared them for me. That was extremely helpful since gave me a good view of the future.. Then we talked about possibly getting out of my lease deal.. So I went home to think about it.. decision being probably NO.I called a few days later to explore that idea. Buddy contacted Hyundai himself (something that the other guy at another dealer wouldn't do). He worked out something from Hyundai but but still didn't like the price because of the trade. I thought the deal itself could have been better but was ok. So I left. Called him next day to work out another deal so I can pay more on the down payment and he worked out a deal that I was willing to work with... Now.. I have dealt with many dealers before.. For some dealers a $5.99 block of cheese becomes a $9.99 organic from well treated animals.. So I payed my down payment and a promise that that is the deal or no deal even before my car pickup. So I returned 2 days later and got the monthly as promised. Dealing with the finance manager to sign all the papers was pretty painless. I got the monthly rate as promised and he offered me only ONE additional thing to buy or include. Normally with finance managers would hustle you to death and explaining and coerce you to get it until you get irritated. Gave him a simple no and that was it. I signed.. painless.. I also loved that I got the rate as I wanted before I went in to see the finance manager. Now.. some recommendations. Buddy can be a good guy to deal with but initially was difficult. Perhaps I didn't understand him but at times when I made comments or thoughts or questions, he didn't reply with the courtesy that I wanted or expected. He did work hard to work out numbers and such and lots of no deals, deals then no then finally yes. So stuck with it because I didn't have much to lose.. But he's a cool guy.. That might turn away some buyers though. Also the staff doesn't treat you well or feel welcome at times. I spoke to the manager of the dealer I guess.. once when he told me that this dealer can try to work out things with Hyundai, which I replied with giving it a shot at getting this car. But after that, NO COMMUNICATION.. eye contact and not even a hello or how are you.. Very rude. Overall, I am very happy with the car and the deal. I like the residual value of this car, and all the deals. Buddy is a good guy and he worked with me for a few days. I just hope I have a positive experience with their maintenance staff in a few months.. and in possible future deals with them..

It took four days to hammer out a deal at Kings Infiniti. When finally satisfied with the numbers, I made an appointment for the following morning at 10 to see the car. I arrived at Kings Infiniti and my sales person, Vadeem, was not only absent, but when called by his associate, said we never had an appointment and that he wasn't coming in that day. Vadeem then instructed his very unprofessional associate, who didn't even introduce himself to me, to just show me any black car. This associate, Bob, spoke to me like I was a jerk. The original associate, Alex, never returned my message.

I was in the market to lease an Infiniti QX60 and was looking for a specific color and certain features. Upon contacting several dealers it proved to be difficult to find the car I wanted. At one point, one of the dealerships told me that I was not going to find the car because there were none in the market. But Kings Infiniti came to the rescue. In a day or so, I received a phone call from Natasha letting me know that they had the vehicle available. We were able to negotiate a deal over the phone. I was weiry about signing on the dotted line before actually seeing the vehicle. Natasha gave me the courtesy of extending the deal for a few days until I was able to go to the dealer and take a look at the car. Sure enough it was the car I wanted and I went ahead with my purchase. Natasha was extremely helpful answering all my questions and going the extra mile to make my car buying experience a pleasurable one. Upon picking up the car, I was introduced to Roman Zeltser who had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and proceeded to give me a tutorial on the vehicle before I went on the road. He was very informative and reassuring. Roman and Natasha have both followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with the car and if I had any questions. Kudos for Kings Infiniti. I had initially gone to Kings to pick up two new infinities leases with my two sons who had dealth with Buddy who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The manager at Kings Infiniti reached out to me and went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were resolved promptly. Kathy still needs to take several lessons on customer service and professionalism, I think she's in the wrong profession *ORIGINAL REVIEW*I dealt with Kathy in service for a transmission problem with my vehicle. Her lack of professionalism is appalling. I arrived at 8:30am for a 9am appointment. I spent 3 hours there while they diagnosed the problem. Then after they diagnosed the problem, they said they were not able to provide a loaner car for me while the transmission on my car was going to be serviced. (I spoke to Infiniti consumer affairs and they told me that the dealer should provide a loaner car even if it's for a 30 minute service appointment.) terrible service, don't go there, you'll be sorry!

At exactly 10:46am while walking around outside of the dealership, i've received a phone call from the service manager stating that they cannot perform the service (transmission oil change) because car has 113K miles and they don't change the transmission oils at that milage. My first question was why it took them over an hour and 45 minutes to get to that conclusion and what were they doing with my car during that time? Second question was why not? I change transmission oil regularly and last time it was changed at 88K miles in the same dealership so after 25K miles i figured it would be a good idea to have transmission oil changed. I do all regular maintenances with no exceptions, car runs great and reason i went for transmission oils change was because i still want it to operate without any issues.Dealer could not provide an explanation, only that they do not recommend transmission oil change and when i ask them to do it regardless, and that i'll sign a paper stating that i take full responsibility for this they still refused the service and told me to take the car and leave. Very disappointed customer and would like others to stay away from Kings Infiniti

I have been in this service center a few times. each time I would look for the service adviser John. he is very attentive and helpful to my car problem. the place is usually packed on weekend, so i usually schedule my app't in the morning and get there as early as i can. there are miscommunication a couple of times between the service advisers and the receptionist about loaner cars availibility. sometimes i dont get a loaner but its ok. I dont like to wait at the wating room because i need to go home to take care of my daughter who was watched by my old parents. so loaner is one of the problem of this service center. the staff there is generally nice and polite. two times i needed to bring my 9 months old with me to the service center to replace a sensor.one time i went in the morning and there were a lot of people in the waiting room already. i was sitting at a corner chatting w/ another customer abt our children. about an hr or 2 later john called my name and said i needed to come back another time cos the technician broke the sensor when they were trying to put it in. now they need to reorder the part again. he sincerely apologized for the mistake. i was upset but i got no choice but to come back the following week. i went in the next wkend and it was full house there that day. i mean there are customer standing around in the waiting room. when i got there i said to john that i hope i could leave early. he said he would try his best. walked into the room there is no seat. my daughter was in the stroller and i was standing next to her. moments later the lot attentent came in and started taking chairs from other room to the waiting. and let me sit in the corner. about an hr later, john called my name and told me the car is ready and it was no charge because they broke the first one. it was very nice for them to take the responsibility. the part is not too expensive (i think its abt $350) and it's covered in my CPO warranty so i just had to pay $50.

So I went back to him last week to lease a Q50, he still the best sales I have ever met during the past 30 years when I buy or lease a new car. This time he gave me a better deal than the last car though still not the best I expected so I rated 4. I recently leased the Infiniti Q50, my Fifth different Infiniti, it was awesome experience working with Natasha and Roman. Negotiated the entire deal over the phone, and Natasha went out of her way to ensure that i was happy with the details down to the color she suggested. I called a few Infiniti dealers when looking for a new G37x lease. I knew what color combo I wanted-- which was rare. First off, Roman was great to deal with. Always easy to get in touch with, honest, straightforward. It was a total, no BS transaction. He gave me the best price right off, was honest that he didn't have my exact color combo, but had a close one. He said he'd search for the exact match. Ok. He ultimately didn't locate it (nobody did), but he did hold the close match for me the entire time-- with no deposit. In fact, he never took a deposit. I can't stress enough how easy and pleasant he made the transaction. Two thumbs up for Roman. Once my lease is over, I'll definitely be back.

The car I wanted was available in dealer stock, so I was able to take delivery the same day! The leasing process was great, and can not be matched by any leasing company out there. Instead of telling me that the deal i wanted didn't make sense, they kept saying, "we'll call you." When i initially handed in my paper work, that's the first thing Buddy told me. I've never been to a dealership where i couldn't get an answer right away. Turned out that i didn't have to leave, all i had to do was wait for an appraisal, so i don't understand why Buddy was in such a rush to get me out. Of course i never got a call back. Word of advice, don't tell a customer you will call back if you won't actually do so.

From the moment my husband and I walked into kings Infiniti we were pleased! Everyone was friendly, made us feel comfortable and not pressured into buying. When I was shopping for my new QX56 I wanted a dealer that was honest and straight to the point. I put an inquiry out on the internet and about 3 dealers contacted me and Kings Infiniti was the only dealer that was direct to the point and no games. When I arrived the vehicle that I was interested in was on the showroom floor and that made me eager to just drive off with my new truck. Pierre was just a all around nice guy and he helped me with my lease return and made the process nice and smooth. If buying a car was always this easy I would not shop around but now that I found the right fit I will be back.

Kings Infiniti is the best dealership I have ever been to. I shopped around to various dealerships and felt that they just gave me the run around. As soon as I stepped into Kings I was greeted by a very kind man named Mike. Mike Jacovino is a very professional and polite individual. He helped me find the best car for me with all the options I wanted. I felt that he wasnt trying to low-ball me or even trying to get every penny out of me. He was very honest and honesty is very important to me. The kings dealership is a very nice location. It is very clean and tidy. All the staff are very nice and just cool people to deal with. If I could let everyone know how great my experience was then I think everyone would go to the Kings group for cars. I have already leased 2 cars from the Kings group and I would not go anywhere else. Even if a company offered me a better deal then I still wouldnt go to them due to Kings being so helpful and to the point with out 'beating around the bush'. If you want a car with out a hassle and would like to be taken care of over and over again then go to Kings Infiniti to lease or finiance a car, you wont be dissapointed, you will end up dealing with them for the rest of your life. As of October upon until the end of 2012, I was a proud owner of an used 2009 G37X which I'd purchased from Kings Nissan. However I lost my beautiful car in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy; as my car was totaled and so I was without a car to get around; now I have to start searching for a new car. The first place I looked at was some place more inland that wasn't affected by the storm as NYC, NJ, Long Island, you get where I'm going with this story. I basically reached out to dealerships that was less likely to have been impacted by the Hurricane Sandy, therefore I felt more comfortable to buy a car from that region of the U.S. But one day, I decided to try an Automotive Sale website called Truecars.com and I started to narrow down my search closer to within the tri-state area. I sorted after an used G37x throughout many different Infiniti Dealerships but none had the model car, color, packages and mileages that I desired. So know I started looking for a new car through the website: "http://www.Truecars.com," throughout the site I was able to obtain a great price quote for a brand new G37Xs that exhibited all the packages, features and color I wanted, from a dealership called "Kings Infiniti." I contacted the dealship and was put in contact with a great salesman name "Roman" I wish I remember his entire name but the man was awesome, he adhered to my needs and concerns, after all I'm not a gullible buyer; their was some serious negotiation but Roman delivered in the end. First he kept me update with the car search, located my car, threw in some perks, took care of the paper works as he should but he did so with great customer service and made sure my car was clean and shiny when it was time fro me to pick it up, the sales transaction was effortless! The smell of a new car :-) Thanks to Roman and Kings Infiniti, including the service dept as they've always attending to my issue when I had my previous car and made sure that car was functioning better before exiting.

This dealer was one of the few that responded to my Internet search for a particularly hard-to-find model without trying to steer me to a higher-priced version or a different model altogether. They offered me a very good price on one vehicle that they had in stock, and when I asked them to find the same vehicle in a slightly different configuration they found one for me that was still in transit from Japan and stuck to the original price. I was able to close the deal with roman with out having to speak to any other associate!

I had an incredible experience with this dealership. The rep I spoke with over the phone (Eddie) was very kind and professional, he met with me at the dealership when I arrived, and to my surprise, the price he quoted me over the phone was exactly the price I signed on, no "hidden fees/charges"I highly recommend anyone looking for an infiniti vehicle to call in and ask for eddie or speak with Buddy when they come in. I can't find some of these reviews here to be true, but I guess we shall see what happens when it's time for me to return my car!

I've bought several cars in the past before, and all of them have been your typical sales person throwing their pitch, but this one was just horrible, to say the least.The sales person I worked with was not knowledgeable with the car, let alone the policies and procedures. I was promised many things during my visit, like a 20k mile warranty, satellite radio, cargo cover, 2 working keys, a repair that would be invisible, and on and on and on and I received none of that after my purchase, despite several promises were written down on the invoice. I called and called afterwards to follow up and all I heard was a bunch of lies and run arounds. I was even blamed by the manager during the sales that I should have known that no Infiniti dealer would sell a used car offering such a warranty. Well then, maybe he should have told that to his ignorant sales person. Just a horrible horrible experience. I love my car, but the sales transaction was a joke.

Never ever again will I set my foot in this place. This place is one of the biggest scams around. Signed a contract for the new JX, however once the car arrived, the price jumped by almost $100 a month. They wasted my time by promising the car would be available for price thats on the contract. The manager Sam along with the sales staff have been lying to me for a month. After all, I was told that the car order / contract that I signed and gave deposit on, doesnt guarantee the actual price that you'll be paying when you drive the car off the lot. When I leased cars from BMW or other makers, price that was promised and written on the contract was the price I paid and not made up as this dealership sees fit. ( that is if you can call this place a dealership ). I would rather pay more but to get the car from somewhere else. I've placed a complaint with better business bureau & Infiniti Consumer Affairs and will not let this go as this is NOT how you should be doing business.

This is hands down the WORSTTTT DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. I have gotten a 2008 Infiniti G35XS that I called them to return. Their staff is rude and unhelpful, they told me they would not take my car back because they have no room on their lot. I called them again a month later because I had to extend my lease and they told me the same thing. NOTE: The agent DID NOT EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THEIR LOT WAS FULL. They just provide the same answer to everyone, no matter who calls. My car had very low milage on it and is in mint condition. I told the agent that and they didn't care. They would easily have been able to resell my car at a pretty large profit and yet they didn't even want to talk to me. Just wanted to get me off the phone as fast as possible. DON'T DEAL WITH KINGS INFINITI!!!If you're looking for a good Infiniti Dealership, try Infiniti of Manahattan in NY. At least that way you'll be able to take the train home when you need to return the car after the lease is over.

The worst dealer ever:Inquired about the 2007 G35X. 2) Seller guranteed cerified by "Infiniti" 3) Negotiated price/ settled on $23000. 4) Made a depot, signed agreementand supposed to pick up the car in 4 days 4)2 days later they called stating they cant sell the car because it had engine problems. a)was certified. b) made deposit c) My deposit contract gurantee fix at their cost anyway d) did they have higher bidder? i know their not an auction. They proven to be dishonest and the approach they have with customers is very bad

I cannot say enough bad things about Kings Infiniti. I had negotiated a deal with them on a lease car. I was very clear from the start of our negotiations that I only wanted to pay the bank fee and first payment upfront. All the taxes should be rolled into the monthly payment. I came to an agreement with them, signed a contract and gave them a deposit. After I signed for the car I did a little research, so I wasnt totally shocked for what happened when I went to pick up the car. I sat down with Boris, the finance manger, and the first question he asked was how I was going to pay the $1,800 in taxes. Funny thing was that nowhere on my contract did it mention the taxes where extra. They claimed that because the contract said 1,200 Down and a monthly payment of $515 and not $1,200 total out of pocket I was in the wrong. Of course the salesman denied that he and I had an understanding. I encourage anyone thinking of using this dealership to think twice and do a little homework on them. I understand that car dealerships are businesses and need to make money. But Kings Infiniti gives car dealers a very bad image.

He was very understanding and spent a lot of time working with us until we got into a price range that was acceptable to us. No mind games, no nonsense, no kidding!! When we came to pick up the car, he did an EXCELLENT job of explaining all the features and functions of the car. We felt very comfortable shopping with Kings Infiniti and we are, admittedly, not the easiest people to deal with. Cancer of the automotive world. Tried to return my vehicle back to this dealer, and was told they would not accept the car. When I asked why, I was told that they don't have room on the lot for my end of lease vehicle, and two, they just don't want to cover the cost of having this vehicle returned back to Infiniti. What? Aren't you the authorized dealer? I called back Infiniti Financial, and they wouldn't believe a word I told them about my brief, and yet extremely rude coversation that I just had with one of the sales pepole at Kings Infititi. They called another dealer on my behalf (Legacy Infiniti of LI), and scheduled a lease return without a hitch. I was considering getting another Infiniti, but this whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, that is why the Nissan/Infiniti has lost me as customer. I can't even phantom how such rotten dealership such as Kings Infiniti is able to stay in business, let alone give sh!t left and right without any regard for proper business guidelines. I have informed Infiniti HQ that because of Kings Infiniti, I will no longer spend my money on any of their vehicles. Kings Infiniti is definitely the bad mark on the Infiniti brand? I've never been treated by any dealer with such arogance and disregard for business ettiqute. I've expected a lot more from a luxury car dealer. Oh well.

I bought a 2001 I30 from kings that subsequently developed a computer problem. The check engine light came on and my mechanic informed me that there were two codes in the computer involving the oxygen sensors and possibly the catalytic converter. He also said that there was a bullitin or update on the software in the computer. The codes were left in so that the dealer could diagnose the problem and the check engine light was on when I brought the car for an appointment. I was also told that I would not be charged to diagnose the problem. Mike calls me a few hours after dropping off the car and tells me there are no codes and no check engine light. I go to pick up the car and they will only accept cash because I would dispute a credit card charge. I had to call police to retrieve my car which was held hostage. Worst experience ever in my life with a dealer. Do not ever buy a car from these crooks unless you enjoy getting ripped off. You have been warned.
