I initially lease 2 Rogues after losing 2 vehicles during Hurricane Sandy. I am now 1 year in to my second 3-year lease with Kings Nissan. The first lease experience went well. I began bringing my vehicles in for routine service and happened upon Service Adviser Atnan "Nani" Guze. In the 4 plus years, he has provided incredible service. I moved within the past 2 years and still return with both of my Rogues to Kings. The service, from booking to pick-up, is a positive experience because of Nani. In fact, he referred me to Teresa "Terry" Matarese for the second lease and that experience was terrific! Everything was accomplished over the phone and the pick-up took minimal time.Nani has been instrumental in my being a champion of Kings Nissan!

I have been a customer at kings Nissan for many years. I bought my first Altima there in 1993 I think. I have never had a problem. Outstanding service. Also, I did shop around at other dealerships to compare prices but I always ended up buying at kings Nissan. Recently I convinced my sister to go there. She previously leased at bay ridge Nissan. She's very happy here. I truly feel like part of the Nissan family at kings.

Terry (& the crew at Kings Nissan) were some of the nicest people I have met in a long time in the service industry! I have gone to numerous dealerships in the past but they exceeded all expectations by far!!! I was in need of leasing a new car fast and Terry got me my dream red rogue within the first few minutes! NO hassle, NO games!! I felt like I was talking with a friend through the process. She made it painless.. she answered all of my questions (she was so patient!!), and made sure I walked away with an amazing deal that day. the worst experience ever, the sale, Asim let me wait for more than half hour, and just left me there and went away, after an hour he brouhgt all document to let me sign if I want that car. when I asked for a test drive, he said I couldn't and wait next Monday. and he was very impatient. so I went go another dealer where I had test drive by just wait for few minutes(the car was in the middle of other cars)the saleman was much better and patient, and I could have the car in the same day.

I just purchased a 2016 Maxima at this dealership based on the relationship I have had with the service manager, Atnan Guze, for the last 8 years. Back then, I bought a Nissan somewhere else, but he/they treated me like I bought the car at their dealership. He has always treated me fairly and with respect. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews about this place, I would guess that sometimes it's not the dealership, it's the people expecting too much. I have also had a very pleasant and hassle-free experience with Terry Materese during the whole purchase process; she actually cares about her sales and customers. Definitely check this place out if you want to deal with some fair people.

Single handedly the worst experience I've ever had. We walked in there and we couldn't get a price or a decent sales person. They had this ridiculous excuse for a "sales" manager sit down and tell us "we weren't serious buyers" then proceeded to try and make us agree to a price to "drive off" with the car. This tool thought it would work too. He must live by "the goods, live hard sell hard". Any way after about a 10 minute conversation with this moron we realized we weren't getting anywhere. So what did we do ? WE WALKED DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND SPOKE TO THE REAL PROS AT JM LEASING. Not only were they courteous and sincere in their approach, they also realized we weren't walking away with a brand new lease at that moment. Guess what? Their professionalism paid off we slept on it (knowing thats the car we wanted) we went back the next day and signed on the car. Thank you jokers nissan for the push we needed to realize you aren't a professional company. We are no way affiliated with JM leasing but we are so glad we used them !! Do yourself a favor leave the jokers where they belong go with JM leasing. KINGS NISSAN IS TERRIBLE !!!!! 0 stars if it were possible.

I don't remember the guys name that helped me but he was a fast talker who didn't make a whole lot of sense. I have leased Nissans since the early 90's and the vehicle I was returning was leased from Kings Nissan. You would think that the dealership would want to make the next sale since its obvious that I need to get a new car. Well this salesman was not trying to work with me at all. He tole me to come back in a month when my lease was up. REALLY?? They could have eaten the cost of the last month and worked with me on the monthly payments. But NO!! I guess he missed that day in training class Sales 101. You don't alienate the purchaser knowing that they are definitely going to be purchasing a vehicle sooner than later. I was so disappointed and disliked this guy that I just got up and left and went to another Nissan dealer. I cant even remember his name but he was fairly young. He has a lot of learning to do. I eventually sent to another dealer and purchased my car from them. They were nice and treated me like I mattered. I will never go back to Kings again.

After dealing with a dishonest leasing dealer as well as contacting several other Nissan dealerships we went to Kings Nissan. We dealt with Alex Guryevskiy he was amazing!!! Not only was he friendly and helpful...He was HONEST!!!! A surprise to me in regards to my previous experience with car salesman. We had been to other dealerships to lease a 2014 Nissan Rogue with a family package and couldn't get it for different reasons, (high prices, lack of inventory, not able to tailor the application according to our needs etc). We don't even live in Brooklyn but took the trip as we exhausted all dealerships around our area. We contacted Kings Nissan and we were so lucky to meet Asim who has, by far, been the most, straight-forward, helpful and efficient salesperson I have ever met and dealt with (this is my fourth leased vehicle). We spent something more than 60 minutes and left the dealership driving the car we wanted at the best price. Excellent and efficient service by Asim.

I had a very good experience working with Alex. He was courteous and helpful and he and the dealership honored the ad we saw in the paper, which was very important to my wife and me. What I really liked is that there were no games -no back and forth with the manager, no long drawn out negotiation and no separate sit down with a finance guy only to be hit with hidden fees. Alex handled the whole transaction himself from beginning to end and there were no surprises. When I came to pick up my new car the next day, it was right there waiting for me and Alex took the time to show me every important feature. And even when I called Alex the day after that with a question about my contract, he was pleasant and helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I would highly recommend Alex and Kings Nissan!

I recently leased a 2014 Altima from Kings Nissan. I was assigned Terry Matarese and was extremely happy with her. She knew the vehicle well and was very personable. She made the leasing process seamless and quoted a great price from the beginning. Normally I have to haggle back and forth when I lease a car. My experience with new car salespeople has been to never accept the first price because you know they are ripping you off. Not so with Kings Nissan, the price Terry provided me was very competitive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a hassle free process.

I appreciate the follow up and professionalism by the staff, and I had several opportunities to purchase my cars elsewhere because I do my research every time before I make my decision. I purchased several Nissan vehicles from the Coney Island location, and the Maxima I purchased from Asim last weekend will make it number four. I have a Rogue that I am currently leasing that I got through the same team as well, and I have a feeling that when the lease is up at the end of the year I will probably end up getting another Nissan through the Coney Island location once again. Everyone is professional, including David the loan officer, and works hard to get a deal that works for me. In short, I look forward to my next purchasing experience with kings Nissan!

I have come across several dealers trying to change my old car for something better. Each and every time I went to visit a dealer, I always felt as if I was being pressured by the salesman who was attending me which made the experience terrible and almost made me not want to ever go into another dealership again. Being a Commercial Airplane Pilot based out of New Jersey the need to change my car was becoming an extreme necessity. I gave car shopping another chance and this time came across Kings Nissan. Nick Scalici really changed the ball game when it comes to my comfort level in dealing with a car salesman. He was calm and courteous the entire time and did everything he could possibly think of to help me find the right deal. Throughout the experience I can't think of any moments where I felt pressured (As I did in the past with other dealers). After finding what anyone would call a miracle deal, Steve joined in to seal the deal and made it all possible along with Nick. I came in with a 2002 Honda Accord 167,000 miles and came out with a lease deal on a 2013 Nissan Sentra and even got a comfortable monthly payment. I want to thank these guys and I hope their efforts don;t go unseen. I would not hesitate to recommend Kings Nissan to anyone interested In the purchase of a new vehicle. The dealer was very friendly. He was clear and thoroughly explained each document I was asked to sign. He cooperated well with my insurance company which saved me a couple of steps so I could get out there and drive my new car right away. As another reviewer mentioned, I almost gave up on Nissan due to a very bad experience I recently had with SI Nissan. I'm very happy that I met with Sharone Purer to discuss my options. After having an extremly bad experience at Staten Island Nissan and pricing around at other Nissan dealerships in my area, Kings Nissan came through. Sharon Purer and Mike G helped me out there and were very helpful. They were also very understanding to my frustration with Staten Island Nissan and wanted to give me a great experience there. I was about to give up totally on Nissan all together and go with a Honda or Toyota but they showed there are good dealerships out there.

I'm a 42 yr old male, never bought or leased a brand new car. I decided to lease a 2013 Nissan Rogue SV AWD, I was very nervous about the transaction and payments. Sal was very caring and helpful, I felt that he treated me as if I was his family. Knowing that I never leased a car and did not know much, Sal placed me in the care of Nick Scalisi Sales Manager. I'm the type of person if a salesman is pushie, I walk out. This dealership is not pushie at all. Nick was extremely responsive and caring to me and my family needs. Nick is very courteous and professional, from the time I walked into the dealership and found the vehicle I wanted.The next day was a day of excitement, I waited for Terry the Lease Retention Manager to call and tell me to come down the Rogue is ready. I had a wonderful experience going to the Kings Nissan dealership in Brooklyn NY. I am very happy with my purchase and mainly its due to the knowledgable sales person who assisted me with it. He was able to provide me with all necessary information so I could choose the best car for ME. It was a little pricey for a Juke, however I felt the overall experience made me feel comfortable and sure of my decision. I would recommend Kings Nissan to others.

I came to lease a Nissan Altima at Kings Nissan. Received excellent customer service, very pleasant staff, Igor was very knowledgable and friendly. I have been leasing cars at Nissan in Long Island for the past 10 years and was not threaled with the experience. Wait was bad, prices were bad and the staff wasn't pleasant. The price that Igor gave me was great and exactly what I was looking for. I didn't spend too much time there. Sales rep explained everything to me, showed me the car, explained how everything works. I picked up the car the next day without any issues. I will definitely come back and do business with Igor again and refer my friends and family to the same place and Sales rep.

There are two other Nissan dealerships between me and Kings Nissan in Brooklyn and the fact i chose Kings and bypassed the other two to travel to Kings says something for them. The sales person was so friendly and courteus that i felt like I've known him for years. The price of the vehicle that was qouted to me in the begining wasnt altered or changed straight through to the delivery. I really enjoyed the indoor delivery in a well lit area so i could really look over the car and they were prepped as they should be for a new car. I have been leasing cars since 1996 and this by far was my best expirience.

I purchased a new Nissan Rouge here and had a great experience. Joe broke down exacly what I was going to pay for the car. There was no hidden charges. Another dealer I went to told me that there would be a different price if I paid in full vs financing. This was just their way of hitting me with fees. I would definitely go back to Kings Nissan in the future.

My lease was due in a few months and although I love my Rogue, I was upset at what happened when I signed my lease with garden city Nissan. I thought I got a good deal but then many co workers and friends also got one and was paying by far lower than I was. I inquired at a few local nissans and was hesitant about renewing my lease with Nissan again. But then i contacted Kings Nissan in Brooklyn and dealt with Sharone. He was extremely helpful, convenient, and worked with my budget. I love my new car and the price I'm paying for it. This dealership was a little out of the way for me, but worth it and I would never go to another Nissan dealership.

A friend referred me to Kings Nissan because he knew that I had recently lost my vehicle in an accident and desperately needed to get something new. I was not looking to spend a lot on a new car but he told me about a sales person who had helped him in the past and said that he may have a used car that met my needs. So on a Saturday afternoon we took the ride out to Brooklyn to see what he had to offer. I was very surprised to see that he was so friendly and really wanted to help me get something that I would be comfortable with. The selection was small but I managed to find a really nice used 2011 Maxima that I could really see myself driving long term. So now here I am over a month later happy and loving my new car. Thanks a million times over Tom, you were great to work with and if I am ready to trade up I will definitely come back to you.

Everyone knows that shopping for a car can be a grueling process. So to save myself the time and frustration I decided to start on the internet and get some quotes.Kings Nissan came in with the best quote so I decided I would go out on a Saturday morning and see if the numbers given were really attainable. When I arrived the person I had exchanged emails with was Assim he was prepared and ready to show me the Altima we discussed through our emails. He had the car cleaned and ready to go. I still was on the fence if I was going to take the deal presented because I was not sure if the deal would change once I sat with the Finance Manager. Well when I sat with Dave the finance guy he was very nice and patient and he explained all of my finance options to me and I felt very comfortable with everything that was presented to me. It was at that point that I decided I would go ahead and move forward and go home with the new Altima. Well it has been a solid 30 days since having my car and I know that My sister loves my car and she may be in the market very soon and I know sending her to Kings Nissan would be the only way I would want her to get a new car. Thanks so much to Dave and Assim they are true professionals.

We were interested in checking-out Nissan's Altima so we went on Nissan's website and hit "have dealer contact us". A Mr. Hercules of Kings Nissan contacted us and we made an appointment for 9/28/12. In the morning, I called his direct number to confirm but his voice mail picked-up immediately and stated "this mailbox is full, goodbye" and hung-up! I called Kings Nissan and was told Mr. Hercules was off today. Being not too far away, we stopped in anyway to look at and test drive the car. They did not have a model to drive. The sales manager obviously saw that the timid salesperson was losing us so he came over. Talk about bizarre conversations! He advised us to lease and invest the differance in silver! He stated that the American dollar would soon be worhless! When we protested, he said that we had to change our way of thinking! So we did; we bought a Hyundai Sonata!Kings Nissan: Zero on class, zero on style. Frankly, we don't know how this dealership stays in business.

I went to this dealership recently looking to lease a 2012 rogue. I was happy with the deal they offered, made a deal and arranged to pick it up the next day. When I arrived I waited for over an hour to meet with Dave the business manager. Finally he walked by and we said "Dave we have been waiting for over an hour to do the paperwork". He said "well your going to have to wait a little longer because I'm going to have a cigarette and eat my dinner first". Then he walked away. I saw him outside approxiamately 40 minutes later smoking and laughing, and I said we really need to get going on the paperwork because we have a dinner engagement. Dave said "when I'm ready you'll know it". I went to the sales manager Igor and told him we were just going to cancel the deal. Suddenly, Dave was ready and herded us into this tiny room. He proceeded to tell us the bank we signed up for was not good, and he had a better bank that was 80$ more per month. I told him we needed to stick to the original deal because we could not afford that, and he became very angry and said "well maybe this isnt the right vehicle for you, maybe you should just get a bus pass- that's much cheaper". Well at that point I had had enough. I asked for my deposit to be returned and he started yelling at me and my autistic son that "we prepped this car- you'll never see a dime of your deposit". We had left 1000 cash, and at that point he said "where is your receipt?", I said elker our salesman never gave us one, so he said " sounds like your going to have trouble proving that". At that point we were surrounded by 3 salespeople who were threatening to sue us and frightened my autistic son- not letting us get our car keys to our old car back. They said "we already grounded your car on the computer" so i had to wait outside for my husband to come pick us up. When he got there,I told him the entire story and he went inside to speak to Dave. At that point he was told "not to get involved" and was thrown out and kicked multiple times by a gang of salespeople. We left and notified the police who took our report. To this day we have not recieved our deposit back and my son still has nightmares. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had 2 old stories and want to share with everyone one.I brought a 96' Maxima from this dealer and went back to them for service for the first 2 years. They were okay for the first year. I went in for oil change every 3000 miles and walk out a happy man. A few times they change the windshield wiper without asking me and charged me for it. Initially I am okay with that. Later on they change my brake pads and windshield wipers without asking me and charged me. When I come to pick up my car after work, I was pissed because I had them replaced just few weeks ago at another dealership near where I work. They told me that the wipers and brake pads were worn and they already threw them away. I know they lied. Well' can't argue with them. For something around $200, they lost a customer. Later on when I talk to my brother. He told me he had a similar experience with his older 93 Nissan Sentra not too long before what happened to me. The dealer replaced his brake (drums, if I remember correctly) without telling him. And since the brakes were serviced not too long ago, he suspected the repair and demand to see the old parts. The dealer just ignored him. He took the car there on a Saturday and wait for the vehicle to be repaired. So the old parts must still be in the shop. At that time, this dealership was popular because they constantly mailing out deep discount cards for oil change and something like 100+ points inspection. They ripped off lots of people and the word spreads. I have not heard from them lately. But I always warn my friends about this dealer.

Never, never go to this dealer and NISSAN how is this possible!!!!!me and my wife we came to Kings NISSAN, we did our home work and were familiar with calculations. first 5 minutes we were walking arround trading floor no body were paing attention (no buyers in salon).My wife asked one of the sales assistant to help us he saod give me a second I'll find some body for you.next 5 minutes this lady came out of her office very angry face no smile and said YES!We aske her to shwo us a car we need and give us an estimate price for lease.She didn't offer to seet down tolled us it will cost us 350 dollars. When I asked her for a cap price and maney factor she start screeming at me like I'm taking her sallary.I said I just would like to compare with my calculations and other dealers price.so Next she is saying I'm not going to answer on your questions I do not have time this answer killed me. than I asked her if she is planning to sell this car she said yes I will if no to you nex person will come and he will buy. No service, no class, no customer respect and obviously no time to sell!I do not know if there is a place in NISSAN for this kind of people. DO NOT GO TO KINGS NISSAN!!!!
