This is the 4th time I've purchased a car at Krieger and every time I am so glad I went to Krieger.The salesman that helped with this purchase was Carl Easley and he was great! Instead of the painful experience that can sometimes happen when purchasing a car, Carl made it very pleasant. I walked away wondering why I had dreaded it in the first place! In October 2015, I purchased a used car from AC at Kreiger Ford. I found it online and drove to Columbus from Pittsburgh, PA - about 3.5 hours away. I am posting a new review to reaffirm the positive experience I had and continue to have with this salesman and dealership. I purchased the car (a 2013 Buick Regal GS) just a few days before my birthday. AC remembered this, and yesterday he phoned to wish me a happy birthday and to thank me for being a customer. I was so surprised and impressed. I mean, who does that? I have been singing the praises of Kreiger Ford ever since I bought my car, and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend Krieger Ford and especially working with Carl Easley. I just purchased my second car with Carl's help and I find him to be extremely professional and efficient. He is able to assess what you need from a car and work with you to get exactly what you need. I find him to be honest and efficient which I really appreciate. Once my new car arrived he took all the time I needed to help me get the technology set up, saving me the time of figuring it out on my own when I got home. I drove off the lot with all of my settings in place and love my new Escape. Carl is so easy to work with and he is the reason that I returned to Krieger when I was ready for a new car!

Bill Price doesn't give the customer what they ask for. I told him I needed a new key fob and instead, he had the technician take out my alarm system...that would have been fine...IF I WOULD'VE HAD A NEW KEY FOB. Now the key fob I have doesn't work and he said I can come back in to get a new one for an extra $225...after just paying $350. Then I called the mgr Kevin Willish twice yesterday...no call back.I called this morning and he said he had gotten my messages. How unprofessional that you don't call a customer back. Krieger Ford is a RIP OFF!!!.....About a week ago the GM Mike Smith contacted me with a solution....that worked!!! I thank him for coming up with the solution. Sad that it had to get to him before something was done...BUT I appreciate him for what he did! I give 4 stars on customer service to Mike Smith...not Bill or Kevin!

This is the second Ford Flex we have purchased from Krieger Ford and Carl Easley. We liked the first Ford Flex so much that we decided to purchase a new one and immediately thought of calling Carl since we had a good experience with him the first time. From the initial phone conversation to placing the keys in the ignition, my experience has been great! Scott Mortland was my sales person and he did an incredible job! Great at follow up and follow through. All my questions were answered with facts. Scott did not put pressure on me nor bug me daily with pressure phone calls. 2013 Focus SE.The car was taken in early one morning for what was thought to be a leaking oil pan gasket. Original promise time was by 4:00 PM the same day. No call received by then. Called in, left voicemail, received a call right around 5:00 stating the valve cover had leaked oil onto a belt, so the valve cover gasket was being replaced, along with the belt, and some cleaning. The car was not yet ready.I received a call the next day that the car was ready. The total repair was: leaking oil pan, valve cover, and timing cover gaskets, and belt. So far so good (if not entirely accurate between report and what I was told on the phone).Overall cost (thanks to being in warranty, and not being hassled about it) was nil, as it should have been with a car under the Ford 3 year / 36k mile warranty. I am thankful there was no hassling.The problem arose when they brought my car: the tech peeled out at the other end of the building, outside in the back lot. When approached, he stated he didn't have much experience with manuals, and quickly walked off while barking a quick "sorry." I went back inside to talk to the other techs, and they stated "we already yelled at him about it. He doesn't have much experience with a manual. It's OK." A word of advice: that kind of response is unprofessional and dismissive; don't do it.The seat was far too close to the dash, and the HVAC settings were also not left the same as when I brought it in. Perhaps it's a tech/dealer choice not to leave a car as it was when it came in.Having worked in the auto industry, I have always told (and been told) to leave a car as it was, especially with the seat, as many drivers are particular. Regarding a tech's inability to drive a manual: get someone else to do it properly, or take the time to learn. A curt "sorry," is, at best, unprofessional, particularly when it's obvious the tech did not care about something that wasn't theirs.I can not recommend going to this place if one drives a manual, and wonder what could have happened if a more powerful car were involved (IE: Mustang). As such, and not due to the work performed, but the very end of the experience, I will not be returning.

We needed our 2008 Escape looked at due to a problem which had arisen, so I called Luke Heidenescher, whom I have dealt with by choice for our Ford service for several years now. Zach Bowman was our sales person. we were looking to replace my escape. He explained the 2017 and what different power cars had. We drove 3 and choose the 2nd one. He went over everything with us. He was very patient and helpful as we decided how we could buy this and what kind of payments we could afford. It was hard for me to decide what to do. After being a Krieger Ford parts department customer for 10+ years, picking a dealer was a no-brainer. After several years of "thinking" about a new car with Carl Easley, picking the salesman was also a no-brainer. Carl patiently answered all my questions over the years and helped me with my selection. Carl went above and beyond to facilitate my selection of options and to try to find my perfect Flex. Once ordered, he kept me up to date on it's progress. Once it finally arrived, it was just as I imagined. Carl carefully explained all of the equipment and location of everything I requested. Harold Samour did a great job explaining all financial options and available warranties. I was in and out in no time and driving my new Flex. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all again. We had worked with our representative Debbie Graham before when we leased a Ford Fusion Energi. At that time she was responsible for on-line requests. This original experience back in 2014 was handled very well and she was able to provide the car meeting our wish list. When our lease was coming due, Debbie reached out to see if there was anything she should be doing for us. Very low key without out pressure. We had done some research on SUVs (rented several models in the past year) and decided we liked the Ford Explorer best. Again, we just provided what was important to us. We did most of our communication through email which made it much easier for us. We scheduled a time to see her on a Saturday, normally her day off. She confirmed our needs and immediately brought around a couple of models for us to test drive. Debbie answered all of our questions about the difference in the models and obviously was knowledgeable about the products she was representing. We confirmed the model we liked and she reviewed the rebates and incentives available to make sure we were getting everything available to us. The paper work was readied quickly while the vehicle was getting some of its prep done (just came off the truck). Overall, the entire experience was excellent and Debbie made efficient use of our time.

First off, Debbie Graham is the best. She is great to work with -- friendly, extremely knowledgeable, understands our needs, and gives good suggestions. If you go to Krieger for a car, ask for her. She even scoped out some extra deals for us that lowered our costs. This is the second car we've leased from Krieger, and I feel like Debbie looks out for us. The purchase process was easy and quick. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I recommend Krieger highly. In terms of the car, we bought a CMax Energi. This car is terrific. The drive is very smooth. The gas mileage is incredible. The sight lines make it easy to see surroundings. This is our second ford lease and we definitely like the improvements to the media system. I like how the dashboard informs you of your efficiency. Charging is easy to do. Much better leg room than our previous Ford. We lost a little trunk space because of the battery, but that is an ok trade off for us. We usually rent vehicles for long trips anyway. Also, the rebates Ford passed along to us lowered our cost from our previous lease for a nicer vehicle. Very pleased.

I'm going to be 100% honest. I love the style of the truck and the amenities that come w it, but every since I bought this truck there have a few problems that I've had and every time I go to get it fixed, they want to tell me that they don't hear the noises on the truck that I mention to them. The staff tries to act like I don't know what I'm talking about and then try and tell me that trucks make noises and chalk it up to that. Trucks aren't supposed to make rattling noises I regret that I purchased the truck at this point and I'm not sure what I'm going to do about the situation.

After being a loyal Honda fan for many years we decided to give Ford a try . . . and we couldn't be happier!! Our salesman, Carl Easley, was recommended to us by a family friend and Carl definitely lived up to his recommendation. Carl didn't play the stereotypical car salesman game and instead provided accurate, honest information for us. When Krieger didn't have the exact car we wanted Carl searched other dealerships and said he would personally pick it up for us. We then decided to "build" our own and Carl walked us through Ford's build process from start to finish. Carl kept us in the loop as we were waiting for our vehicle to be delivered (about 6 weeks after ordering) -- calling when the VIN was released, estimated dates, etc. We 100% would recommend working with Carl and we will definitely use him again as our salesman.

I have been taking my 1998 Lincoln Town Car to Krieger since I bought it. They moved but thank heavens they moved their adviser Chris Mackenzie too. He has advised me and interpreted the service men's findings honestly and fairly. There hasn't been many of these financially earthshaking decisions over the years, but the car is aging and some things need to be fixed. This last visit was a make or break decision and I am glad that we went with the mechanic's and adviser's recommendations (not mine). I drove away with trepidation and was happy to again be driving in my dream car and enjoying the ride. The associates at the dealership are friendly and accommodating.

The only experience that I have ever had is the sales department...new car/truck sales. The experience was so bad that I wrote Ford in Michigan to resolve the problem. After a couple weeks, the owner calls me to talk over the matter after sending the reply to Ford company. Turns out he had the salesman lie in the letter to the Ford Co. I can't fault the salesman because if he wants to keep his job he has to suck up to the owner and lie for him if necessary. The thing that really pissed me off is that the Ford Co. had the owner call me to resolve the problem. That's like letting the wolf in the chicken house. The owner Krieger will do anything to keep the Ford Co. happy. Buyer beware with this bunch of crooks.

Our daily driver was hit Christmas day and we wanted a replacement quickly. We had been talking about replacing the vehicle for some time and knew what we wanted. We had previous experience with other dealers in Columbus but were not eager for a repeat. We had heard good things about Krieger Ford from various sources and we were encouraged to visit the lot. It was a cold, rainy day but Geno came right out to meet us as we wandered through the inventory. We indicated we knew what we were looking for and Geno brought us to several examples. Geno discussed features, differences between years, performance and got to know what we really had in mind. Very quickly Geno produced a car from inventory that met our price, feature, year and engine ideal. Geno generously let us get to the know the car and we felt no pressure as we made up our mind. Highly recommended by a friend who had very recently purchased a Ford Edge from salesperson Geno Frissora, my wife and I sought out Geno to hopefully lead us to a similarly good deal in a lightly used hybrid-electric. We knew very little about this type of car, but Mr. Frissora certainly did. He was straight forward about all aspects of hybrid-electrics, friendly, knowledgeable and definitely interested in helping us find the right car for us. We did find that vehicle, a 2013 Ford C-Max, which we like very much. Geno was very patient with us, and even took time, today, seven weeks later, when I dropped the car at Krieger's service department for a pre-winter check-up, to explain more about the gas/electric functioning. And, when I returned to the service department for my C-Max there was no charge for my pre-winter check over! Great people, fine dealership!

What an amazing experience! I had been looking for a small, weekend use truck for some time. I found one on the used car lot at Krieger Ford and went to see it. I was curious about why it had been on the lot for so long and found that it was a manual. Generally, it seems that you have to be of a certain age to know how to drive one. I got a great deal on a really great truck. I've been nothing but pleased with it.Not long after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I called the next morning and was told to bring it in and they would take care of it. I bought this truck with no warranty, so they didn't have to make any repairs to it, but they took it back and sent it to the Nissan dealership to have it repairs. It turned out to be a fairly significant repair which they covered at their cost. They never complained about the expense, instead they were concerned with my experience and satisfaction with the purchase process. That was very refreshing! I would highly recommend Krieger Ford for your next auto purchase. I will certainly be back. When you go in, ask for Dennis Fritz. Hes the best!!

I love my C-max. I got 3,000 miles out of my first tank of gas. And the heated seats are so nice the back and the seat are both heated. The car has lots of power to get up and go and the brakes are tight. I have had the car for 6 mo and love the car. Debbie Graham was my sales lady and she knows fords cars and trucks. She let me and my wife test drive many cars without going with us so we could truly test the cars. Debbie never pressured us and when I made a choice on witch car I wanted she knew all the ins and outs of the car. It was a pleasure doing business with you. DO NOT use Krieger Ford IN Columbus Ohio for ANY of you automobile needs! Their customer service is terrible as best, and they DO NOT care about people at all. On the evening of 11/6/15 I went to trade in my 2010 Ford Edge for a little larger vehicle as I have a 9 year old, 11 year old and a baby on the way. When the Carfax report was pulled the gentleman apologized to us stating that they could not touch our vehicle as it has a major recall with the gas tank leaking and possibly catching fire. The sales manager seemed concerned and urged us to contact the Ford dealership immediately.We were not aware that this was a problem. I became very concerned as this is my main vehicle for transporting myself to work and my children to school. What if someone rear-ended my and sparked the gas tank, what if I was driving and the gas tank explodes? On the morning of 11/7/15 I called the service department at Krieger Ford and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Kevin. I explained about the previous night and finding out about the recall and my sincere concerns and wanting to have this looked at as soon as possible. Kevin proceeded to tell me that they are not working on the 2010s, they are working on the 07 and 08s and that they only have a certain number of parts and need to keep them available for the 2007 and 2008 models so they can be fixed as people bring them in. He then proceeded to inform me that they will send me notice in the mail IF I am the registered own of when to bring it in and have it looked at. When I should be expecting this, as I AM the registered own, he stated not until the end of December or more like the beginning of next year.Much to my concern I asked Kevin am I supposed to keep driving this with my children and myself in it and hope that in the meantime my care does not catch fire or get rear-ended and prompt the car to explode with my family in it? Kevin must have found this statement funny as he proceeded to LAUGH AT ME! And then told me to keep driving it until the notices was sent.I have NEVER felt so INSULTED in my life. I am a hard working wife and mother who wants to make sure that my family is safe. I have been an AVID Ford owner since I started driving almost 14 years ago. I am now STUCK in a vehicle that I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN, NOR DO I WANT ANYMORE, and I cannot get rid of it. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO KRIEGER FORD in Columbus, Ohio!AND THINKTWICE BEFORE PURCHASING A FORD OR FROM A FORD DEALERSHIP. I bought a used 1999 F150 in back in 2001 from Krieger Ford. The sales rep was very laid back and easy to work with. After owning that truck for 14 years (and I still have it), I needed another one with a V8 in order to tow a large RV trailer. I looked around for about 8 months and found one at Krieger, so I stopped by to check it out. A sales rep, Dennis Fritz, greeted me and casually offered me to take it for a drive. It was nice to see their sales approach hadnt changed since the last time no high pressure. I took it for a drive but passed it up because it cost more than I wanted to pay for a used truck; I just wanted to see how the newer F150s looked and drove. I stopped by again twice and was greeted by different sales reps each time. Each time the sales rep was casual, offered help, but no high pressure. I informed the last rep of my preferred price range, and he informed me of a truck that just came in and should be on the lot in a few days after it goes thru all the dealerships internal checks and maintenance. He offered to call me, or suggested I could simply monitor their website. I chose to monitor the site, so again, no high pressure from him - he was simply providing good customer service by offering to call. I found another truck at Ricart; called and arranged for a test drive. Wow! What a time-consuming bureaucratic process! I had to fill out paperwork just to take it for a test drive and the dealer went with us! Whats the purpose of the paperwork if hes coming too? Aside from the test drive, we spent 90% of our time just waiting around. We were there 4 hours, leaving with nothing. I heard this is common for Ricart. And, unlike their commercials, they werent dealing! I also went to 2 other dealers with less than quality customer service. I kept a close eye on Krieger, found another truck within my price range and with extremely low miles. I contacted the first sales rep, Dennis Fritz, and went in for a test drive. He simply gave me the keys, said take my time, stop somewhere and check it out closely, and even recommended I take it to my mechanic! Loved the truck! Came back and started the negotiating process, well, actually my wife did. Now, I HATE this part of the auto buying process. But dealers who dont negotiate charge hundreds to thousands more, so you pay for it! However, with Krieger, at least theyll work with you and make the negotiating process as painless as possible. Negotiating a price for a used vehicle will never go away there are too many variables with anything thats used. However, you shouldnt have to feel stressed about it! At Krieger, we didnt. We left with a price I felt very comfortable with; and we really felt they tried to meet our negotiating requests! While there, we also talked with other sales reps and it was obvious that the laid back approach was the standard at Krieger Ford. Although we now have a personal bond with Dennis, Im sure youll get the same customer service from any sales rep. Also, consider getting the extended warranty! I always avoid them for electronic devices, but when you get something mechanical, especially a used vehicle, you just dont know what could happen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Krieger Ford to anyone. See you again in 10-15 years, Krieger!

Ive been getting my Fords serviced at Krieger for several years now. I live 90 miles away but go to Krieger because of one of their service writers Luke Heidenescher (just ask for Luke). Properly caring for your ride can be expensive, but I have always believed Luke carefully considered whether I really needed something before recommending it. Do not go to this dealer. It is the worst device I've ever had. I was told my car would be ready by 2pm. I got there at 6 and it had not even been started. Then I was told that the service guy I was working with typically did these types of things and made big mistakes and it was just the way it was. No managers there to talk to. I then found a scratch on my car. Called for 2 weeks straight before I got any kind of manager to call me. Do not ever go here for service. You will regret it. Every single person in the waiting area was angry about something.

My current car was experiencing problems and I either had to put a lot of maintenance money into it or find something new! Due to my finances and negative equity, I was not sure it was possible to get a new car....but Harold Samour (finance manager) and Scott Mortland (sales person) made my car buying experience fabulous!! They made me feel at ease and hopeful that I could get a new car that would fit my circumstances! Harold worked with Scott to assure me I had options and they worked to find the one that fit best! Scott was great in giving me information on car options and answered all of my many questions! There was no pressure at all....just a sense of helpfulness. I test drove several cars and ended up with the perfect car...I needed it for a long trip the next day and they both made it happen for me!!! 2006 Ford Five Hundred. We had Dual Zone Air Conditioning problem: Warm air blowing on passenger side. Driver side Air was fine. Technician found problem with Right Temperature Blend Actuator and replaced it. Problem solved. Cost of this repair was reasonable compared to what some other Dealer would charge and most likely other unnecessary items would be added to drive cost of repairs to the roof.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Krieger Ford. I originally noticed the vehicle (Lincoln MKZ) on cars.com and reached out via email. Scott Mortland responded and was able to give a full run down of the cars features and was also very willing to negotiate on the price. As I was buying from out of state (North Carolina), I was definitely weary of first buying a car that I was only able to read about via the internet, and secondly buying a car that I would not be able to view until actually purchasing. Scott was very helpful in answering all questions and was totally able to put my mind at ease throughout the process. I made the decision to buy, I flew up to Ohio to see, sign, and drive the car away. Scott picked me up personally, as he said he would, from the airport and the car was everything he described it to be plus more. It is in pristine condition and Scott made sure that it was cleaned and gassed to perfection before I arrived. He was able give a walkthrough of all of the car's features, as he spent some time with it himself before listing the car in order to become familiar with all of the in's and out's of the vehicle. In conclusion, I would absolutely purchase from Krieger Ford again. My experience was nothing but pleasurable and Scott was definitely the epitome of professionalism!

Carter. I found a car I had desired, after a rather arduous search. For me to see and drive a vehicle meant committing to a three hour trip, one-way. A.C. understood this was a steep commitment on my part and was very patient and obliging. My initial online inquiry into the details of the vehicle had A.C. contacting me with a follow-up within fifteen minutes. Less than a day later, we had confirmed financing options and I was scheduled to come up that weekend to drive it. I am entirely sure, that A.C. could have had me processed in less than fifteen minutes, had I not been difficult and peculiar. I was looking for a 2010 Ford Explorer, black with leather, and found the nearest one that had all the accessories I wanted, was at Colombus, Ohio. After contacting the dealership. and talking to Scott Mortland, I drove three hours from my home in Fishers, Indiana to purchase the car. This certified car was exactly as Scott described it, and after checking the Carfax and driving the car I purchased it the same day. Because I drove so far the sale price was $200 less than advertised. The Business Manager, Harold Samour, set up the loan quickly and efficiently and I was headed home in my new car in a very reasonable time. The best part of the whole Krieger process is that there is absolutely no pressure...none of this offer is only good today nonsense that you find so often from other dealers. We worked with Mr. Harvey Rossetti in Sales. After purchasing GM cars for many decades, we decided to look at Ford's line. After just one day of working with Mr. Rossetti, we knew we would purchase a Ford for the first time. We visited numerous dealers. Mr. Rossetti spent several days reviewing options with us. At no time did we feel pressured, as we did at other car dealers. This was one deciding factor. Another was the professional way Mr. Rossetti walked us through our trade-in process and assisted with providing us the best value in combination with the rebates available. He was patient. A third factor was his service-oriented manner. It is exemplary. He went above and beyond what one would expect to confirm the amenities we needed, verify the financial information we needed, and prepare the vehicle for delivery on the date we needed. I went in to look at a car without my husband and met Dennis Fritz(salesman) I was not sure what kind of a car I wanted so he picked out one he thought would fit my lifestyle, I took it for a test drive and new this was the car for me, he was very kind, no high pressure sales just straight to the point. Since my husband was unable to be there Dennis allowed me to drive the car home, once I got home I called Dennis and he spoke with my husband and answered all his questions. The next day I met with Dennis and he went over all the pricing and then sent me to meet with Harold in finance after going over all my options I had alot of questions and Harold answered them all I felt very confident that I was in good hands, Dennis made sure to tell me several times if I didn't feel right about anything or if I had any questions he would be right there to help or he would find someone who could. The last thing I said to my wife before we went inside to find a saleman was, "I hate dealing with car salemen". When I left, I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I had been dealing with Dennis Fritz and his manager over the internet for a couple of days and by the time I met them I felt like they were old friends. No false attitudes. We came to a deal early and were sent to see Harold, the Finance Manager, who was also as friendly. We actually talked with Harold too long and almost held all of these guys past hours. I did not see person who was not friendly and ready to help. Nothing but smiles. I bought a beautiful F-150 Super Crew which is the nicest truck I have ever had. Dennis did a nice job of explaining everything to us and we are extremely happy with the whole process. Only time will tell how the truck holds up and how the service is handled but I cannot believe that there will be any problems with these issues either. I HIGHLY recommend that people who want to purchase a vehicle to stop and give these guys a try. I don't think that you will be dissappointed.

I did a lot of research online before coming to Krieger Ford. When I got to thier website, I found the exact Ford Escape I was looking for and, unlike their competitors, the car in the online photos looked clean! I called to make sure they actually had the Escape I was looking for and as I spoke with Dale I mentioned that I wasn't looking for a high-pressure experience. He promised me that that isn't what they offered at Krieger, that they would give me information about the Escape and if I chose not to buy, well, that was my decision. The spotless car was waiting for me in front of the dealership when I arrived and Dale absolutely delivered on his promise! He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) without talking down, he was friendly and engaging and didn't push the sale. Even the paperwork process was smooth and again all of my questions were answered in plain language. I LOVE my new (to me) Escape and though I've only had the car a month, I've already recommended Krieger to just about everyone I know. If they do this well with used cars, I can't even imagine how well they do with new. I researched on the internet for a Ford Escape for over a month. I also went to quite a few of your competition to check out what was listed on the internet. I went to look at the Escape, test drive it and this was the 1st place I was at that I felt comfortable. He left me make my decision at my own pace and answered all my questions. The staff was very professional, helpful, and very nice. I was impressed by my dealer. He knew everything about the explorer I was buying. Some of the other Ford dealerships I had been to some of the salesmen couldn't tell me about the cars I had been interested in. My salesmen was honest and was willing to work with me at a price that I could afford. Before I left, they went through the sync system and navigation system with me. I drove an hour to get to this dealership, and I would do so again for another vehichle.

We own 3 cars that we have purchased from Krieger Ford. Whether we go to get one of our vehicles serviced, purchase a new vehicle or (as we often do) take a friend over to introduce them to the Krieger Ford experience, things are always the same. Everyone from one of the Krieger's to the sales team or service staff, everyone goes out of their way to make sure it is a great experience! The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and people smile and call you by name. The dealership should be a training site for other dealers in how to do things right. While Krieger isn't the "Biggest Dealer" in Columbus, Ohio, they are by far the best. TRhere is never any sales pressure or trying to upsell in the service or sales departments. They know the correct way to treat a customer. They are invested in the business community and are good citizens in the Columbus community. We aren't sure what our next car will be, however we know it will come from Krieger Ford.

Our new car shopping experience started at Krieger Ford with Harvey Rosetti and ended at Krieger with Harvey. We did have a few stops along the way at other dealerships. After a few days of shopping we were about to sign on with another dealership when my husband received a followup call from Harvey regarding our visit. After some discussion with Harvey, we were quickly headed, back to Krieger. Harvey had found us just what we were looking for. A 2012 Ford Fusion. It had all the amenities we were looking for, he even found the color we wanted and all within our budget. We liked that Carl didn't try to pressure us into buying a car but rather took his time to help us find exactly what we wanted. He also took the time to go over all of the cars features that were completely foreign to us at the time. I purchased a brand new Ford Expedition from Kreiger 12 years ago and I still have it. I had been shopping around for a new vehicle since January 2012 and looked at several vehicles. Low and behold, I searched the internet for a 2008 Ford Expedition and they had one at Kreiger. I put in an inquiry and the salesperson DALE, contacted me immediately. I explained my situation with him and he answered my questions honestly regarding financing and affordability. Later on that afternoon, I went to see the Expedition anyway, however, I spotted another vehicle that caught my eye..Ford Explorer. I really hadn't looked at such a vehicle because I was used to large SUVs. Anyway, this vehicle is sharp! DALE came right out the dealership and knew who I was..I never told him I was coming over there. We discussed the 2008 Ford Explorer and he felt confident enough that we could work a deal that would be in my price range. Next day, I called DALE and told him to work the figures..he called later that afternoon and told me to come to the dealership. I completed the paperwork and walked out of the store with the explorer. No pressure sales is what I like and I can't go wrong with FORD. Kreiger has been good to me down over the years and I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle with them. DALE is the salesperson of the year!

We check the internet and found this Ford Focus white platinum hatchback and called Krieger and went to see the vehicle and drive it. We spoke to Jerry Brown on the phone and when we got to the dealer we talked to him and Jerry was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He let us drive the Ford and we like it. While we were driving he checked out our car that we were going to trade in. Worked up a deal for us that we thought was resonable. We purchased that evening. Jerry went out with us and explained basic operation proceedures and also helped us on the phone sync and set it up for us which we appreciated since we were not sure how to do. We are very pleased with the purchase and how it was handled.

When I started my search for a new car, I had the choice of going with several dealerships. Even though Krieger Ford was not the first dealer to respond to my initial inquiries (or the closest), their sales rep Debbie Graham seemed to be the most straight forward and knowledgeable of the respondents. Debbie was able to answer most of my questions on the spot and even corrected me on a few things I read online and in publications. After the purchase was completed, I found the product review process that Debbie gave to be very insightful. Without her going over the numerous features the car has to offer, I can understand why many buyers score Ford low regarding the Sync system. There is a lot to take in, and while Debbie did not give an in depth A-Z overview, she did cover the basics quite thoroughly and pointed out what materials I need to review to find more information. Some other things that impressed me: The willingness of others on the staff to work with me when Debbie was not available, namely Betsy Newell. While filling out the financial paperwork we worked with Chris Wachtel. I found him to be very easy going and he made the very boring process of filling out paperwork enjoyable. Here are some things I found a bit off with the process: The trade-in evaluation process seemed to take a bit long as Debbie had to drive my Taurus over to the used car lot. I would think that someone else could have done that for her. The fact that they are closed on Sundays. This is only an issue because it the only day my wife and I are both off from work. They do make up for that by being open later during the week. Overall, I am quite impressed with Krieger Ford and their operation so far and would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a Ford.

When I communicated with the salesperson, Dale, to let him know I was 900 miles away and couldn't see the car in person, he became my eyes and ears and did the test driving and inspection for me, he got the paperwork in order, picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership, and then I drove my new used car back to Florida as a completely satisfied customer. This was a 12 year old previously traded-in Subaru Outback, not something expensive, but they made me feel this was a brand new 2012 vehicle I was getting. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this car - it was exactly what I was looking for and I found it for the best price anywhere at Krieger Ford. They had the car prepped, oil changed, brand new tires installed, and the paperwork waiting for me to sign. You can't ask for more than that!

I have been taking my 2008 Ford Escape to Krieger Ford since the dealer I purchased from closed. After having purchased two vehicles in the past year I have been through the gauntlet of Columbus Ohio auto dealerships.
