From the time I made a phone call, to the time I picked up my vehicle, everyone I came in contact with were extremely professional. Matt Hall kept me informed regarding my vehicle's repairs, when I went to pick the vehicle up everyone I came in contact with was polite and courteous, actually the service department was a nice place to visit. Vehicle repairs are not cheap, but the way I was treated at Kurtis helped ease the pain somewhat. As long as their staff continue to be like they are now, Kurtis has my business from here on out. We just purchased a Camaro from Kurtis and we enjoyed our experience because 1) Our salesman "Ski" was not pushy (big thing for us), 2)Price was right, 3) They offered a lifetime warranty on the engine/powertrain and 4) Timeliness - once we decided we wanted the car we were not waiting all day to do paperwork. When we go to buy our next vehicle Kurtis will be first on our list. Thanks again Kurtis.

Matt in the Service dept and Marissa (sp?) in Parts really take care of their customers. I'm in the auto business myself and occasionally have to get some dealer-only parts. The folks in the parts dept there at Kurtis are exceptional. Very professional and prices are very fair. My wife also gets her vehicle serviced there. Matt takes the extra time to see that everything is done on time and at a fair price. When we purchase our next Chevy, they will continue to get our business in those 2 depts.

I would like to leave a few comments about my buying experience at Kurtis Chevrolet. I must say that I was impressed. The show room, and sales area are very clean and orderly. Everything is set up for customer convenience. I was even offered beverages on several occasions. My salesman, Jon Ski, and the Finance Manager, Allen, were awesome. I have never been treated better by a car dealership. The icing on the cake - I never expected the lifetime warranty. I definitely recommend Kurtis Chevrolet as a fine place to buy a new or used vehicle.

I've always hated shopping for cars, but Nate Robinson changed that forever! I can't say enough! I went to several car dealerships and they didn't listen to what I was looking for. I asked my husband if we could try Kurtis Chevrolet. We were immediately greeted by Nate who was very professional. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a used car. I had a long list of must haves. He patiently listened to me and said he had the car I was looking for and he was absolutely right! He joined my husband and me on a trial drive and I fell in love with the car. This car was made just for me. My husband suggested that I look at other models, not to fall in love with first car I test drove, but it was too late. I asked my husba nd what he felt was lacking in the car, and he said nothing was. We bought the car, and Nate made it the easiest transaction I've ever ha d. I'm so impressed with Nate because he truly listened to jwhat I wanted and matched me with the best car ever! I tell all my friends to go see Nate at Kurtis Chevrolet. Oh, I get weekly free car washes to keep my baby looking good! Each time I drive my new to me car, I fall further in love. When you go to Kurtis Chevrolet, look for Nate Robinson! He listens and does the hard work for you!

I can't even begin to describe the high level of customer service we received from Pat and all the guys here at Kurtis. I'm so pleased with the way they took care of me and my family. They went out of their way to help us find the right vehicle that fit my growing families needs. Pat Brennan is a top notch guy. He really cares and takes interest in what matters to you. From the way he introduced himself, to the snacks, the vehicles he showed us, and the way he guided us through the buying process... I never once felt like I was being sold to. I am actually in sales myself and to walk in somewhere like a car lot and feel like I'm being helped rather than a sales person helping themselves is an incredibly hard thing to find. I would recommend Pat and the whole team at Kurtis to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You guys rock!

Maggie krolus was such an awesome sales rep from start to finish she was patient and understanding with me during the entire process. Steve tale worked with my budget to ensure I got the payments that I felt comfortable with. I can't even lie I was so nervous, but he assured me he could me my expectations. Not only did he do that but he far exceeded them . Allan carpenter got us situated with the on star and xm radio ensuring that everything was set up for us before we left.

Matt, the mechanic, that always works on my car is amazing. The past 2 times he has went above and beyond to fix the persistant problem that my car has. He is really nice and explains to you exactly what is wrong and helps you understand what's going on. He's the best mechanic I've ever dealt with, so when your vehicle needs repaired ask for Matt, he knows his stuff!!

I want to compliment Pat Brennan and Brian McCoury on the process of buying my Cruze. Not knowing exactly what type of vehicle I wanted at the time, Brian let me drive a couple of cars to check them out and answered all of my questions and concerns with lots of patience and did not make me feel uncomfortable at any time. After the decision was made to purchase my new Cruze, Pat Brennan walked me through the paperwork and myriad details pertaining to signing and finalizing the purchase. Since then, I have had my car serviced twice for scheduled service times and they pick up my car, leave me one to drive and then when I pick up my car it is bright & shiny because they have washed and cleaned it while servicing it. What more could you ask for in dealing with an automobile dealership and their sales staff.

I must admit that I was skeptical when I first arrived on this car lot, but Pat Brennan was a blessing in disguise. Not only did Pat put me in a vehicle that I could afford but he made me feel like my business was important to him. I have had a really first-class experience buying my new car. I have not purchased a new one for a long time, didnt know what I was missing. All the terrible stories that I have heard about buying new cars did not occur at Kurtis Chevrolet. Quite the contrary! I was treated with respect and courtesy from the very start. No pressure or crazy tactics. Just good honest straight dealings from the first hand shake. Pat Brennan was my salesperson. He took all the time I needed to comprehend the new car and all new options available, particularly if you havent had one in a while. Pat was informative and patient with me and answered every question quickly and honestly. Pat was the most excellent salesperson I have ever had the privilege of using. The company and each and every member of the staff were outstanding. I can highly recommend Kurtis Chevrolet to buy a car. Oh yea, I have had the good fortune of using the service department and the experience also has been first class and extremely prompt and courteous. We have bought many cars over the years. This was the easiest and most seamless purchase we have ever made. We had done our "homework" prior to coming in, and the salesman, Pat Brennan, knew his stuff. He was helpful, courteous, and personable, but not pushy at all. I can't begin to say how great of an experience I just had with the folks at Kurtis Chevrolet. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect in a very relaxed environment. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman in Pat Brennan, who told me car-buying should be fun not stressful, and "we're going to do our best to make it fun for you." Pat went above and beyond that in making sure I understood everything about the buying process as well as personally finding every possible rebate and incentive he could. They even offered me WELL above what my trade was worth just to get me into a new Silverado. I was so impressed at how helpful their entire staff was especially their finance guy Steve, who really went to bat for me in order to find me the best possible deal on a new truck. I more than appreciate everything the people at Kurtis did for me throughout the entire process, they definitely have a customer for life!

I will have to say that this was the best buying experience that I have ever had. Dean Wagaman and his sales staff are top notch especially Jeff Cannon. He went out of his way to stay late 2 nights to be able to accommodate us in making the purchase of our Tahoe. He explained all of the options of the vehicle very well and made it so easy to understand. And you know, the service didnt stop after signing the paperwork. Pat Brennan was a pleasure to work with on a vehicle purchase for my husband. He wanted to make sure that we didn't just buy anything. He wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. He even gave insight on this through a personal experience he had with a bad car purchase. I was impressed that he was not pushy. He wanted me to know that if we needed time to pick the right vehicle, that was absolutely ok. The customer service rep was awesome (Alan, I think). He made sure that I was comfortable with all the vehicles features before I left. It meant a lot to me since I would have to pass this info on to my husband. The facility is kid friendly and clean. Unlike a recent car purchase at another dealer, when I left Kurtis Chevrolet I felt like I got what I deserved as a car buyer...a great customer service experience. I have purchased 2 new Chevrolet Sonics in the past year from Kurtis Chevrolet with Pat Brennan being my sales representative. I am now using my third vehicle I purchased from Kurtis. They always have matched or beaten the best price for a vehicle I could find in our region. I am even taking my Cadillac to them for service. This is the second Cadillac they have kept serviced for me. They are courteous, concerned, and extremely helpful. You will not want for assistance. Someone will be trying to satisfy your needs the entire time you are there. I usually wait on my vehicle because the experience is so pleasant. I used to own a Mercedes, purchased from a Raleigh dealer. I always thought their waiting area was very nice. But, truly, it did not compare with the amenities available at Kurtis. You will not be disappointed dealing with Kurtis Chev, in the sales area or in service.

I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Kurtis Chevrolet. The entire staff there are very friendly and eager to assit you in any way possible. My latest purchase was due to a medical situation and everyone from the owner on down went out of their way to make this purchase possible. My salesmans name was Jon Ski. Jon is not a pushy salesman and listens to what your needs in a vehicle are. He then does anything he can to find the best vehicle suited for you. By the time you leave Jon will not only be your salesman but also your friend. If you go to Kurtis ask for Jon and tell him Terry sent you. The service department personel are friendly and knowledgeable. Rest assured the next vehicle I purchase will be from Kurtis Chevrolet.

Have been using the service department since 2005. I have a vehicle with 279000 miles that I will not hesitate to take across country and Kurtis has been the sole maintenance sourse. All the efforts to please has been unreal. Ask for Colin when you go to service.
