The experience is what impressed me the most. Everyone was very helpful. The pricing was fair and the way they treated me was just far better than the run around I have got in the past from other dealers. I for sure recommend them.

I had heard nothing but good things about this dealership so when I drove past and saw a truck that caught my eye I shopped around on their website. I stopped in the next morning intending to buy the truck, their internet price was fair and the salesman seemed great so we started the paperwork. We began the paperwork at 9:00 am, by 11:00am the salesman still couldn't tell me anything other than "we'll get you taken care of" and I had to leave for work. Finally around 5:00 pm the salesman called me to tell me that "they had me taken care of" and to "come in and sign up". Upon arriving at the dealership I was absolutely blindsided with a payment range several hundred dollars more than I had calculated, an offer for my trade several thousand dollars less than their competitors offered, and couldn't even tell me my interest rate (stating that it's probably somewhere around 15%). That was ridiculous, I have bought many cars and the interest rate was never higher than 4.99%. There was no negotiations, when I told them I would not agree to those terms they simply did NOTHING, no explanation to why or how they came up with those numbers and no attempts to earn my buisness. I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. OH AND BY THE WAY, THEY RAN MY CREDIT 7 DIFFERENT TIMES THAT SAME DAY. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever had a more unprofessional experience while trying to buy a vehicle.

We finally enjoyed buying a car. Every car we have purchased in the past seems to have been a hassle and we dreaded looking for a new car again. The salesman, the manager and the finance manager all were professional but fun. It was like spending time with a friend not like battling a car salesman. We compared 3 other GMC dealers and all were close to the same price but we still saved a little and were treated much better at Miller Edwards.

I FOUND MILLER EDWARDS GMC ON CARS.COM. I LIVE IN ENID, AND CONTACTED THIER SALES TEAM BY PHONE, AND WAS THERE THE NEXT DAY BUYING A CAR FROM THEM. TALK ABOUT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I PULLED IN THE LOT AND BEFORE I GOT OUT OF MY CAR I WAS GREETED BY A VERY NICE OLDER GENTLEMAN, AND WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. WHEN I TOLD HIM WHO I WAS LOOKING FOR WE WALKED IN AND WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED BY MANY OTHER SALESMAN THAT WERE ALL VERY NICE. THE DEALERSHIP WAS GREAT, AND I WILL FOR SURE BUY ALL MY VEHICLES HERE FROM MILLER EDWARDS, REGUARDLESS THE DRIVE I HAVE TO MAKE. THANKS A TON GUYS.

This was my first car-buying experience, and I couldn't be happier! They answered all my questions and really made me feel at ease through the whole process. Miller Edwards was easy to buy a car from and not at all pushy. They seemed to really care about what we wanted and not selling what they want to sell. I'd reccomend them to anyone out there. It didn't take us forever like it has in the past at other dealers either.

Excellent buying experience here. I Would buy from them again. There was no pressure, they were friendly, very straightforward. Just the way I like to do business. I have purchased many vehicles, and this was the most pleasant experience so far. They are at the top of my list for my next vehicle.

Found my car on cars.com and the price was good my salesman got back with me fast and my loan was approved for 3% less than my credit union quoted me. I could not have asked to be treated any better and to top it off, I love my Camry. My sister told me that I would like these guys and she was close to right. I love them. Highly recommended for sure!

Bought my Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder here and it is my favorite car ever. it was so easy. I found the car on cars.com and send my contact info to the dealership and they called me the next morning, had the car pulled up front ready to test drive when I got there and it took less than an hour to get the financing done and take my car. I just love it so so much. I got an interest rate 2% less than my bank was goving me too. I can't say enough good things about my salesman and everyone else that helped me. Thank you so much!

Went to Miller Edwards to compare prices to a Verano we were looking at in Tulsa and ended up buying one from them. They were not only better on the price but better customer service too. Definately the place to buy a car and ejoyed working with them.

Started shopping by looking on here and some of the other cars sites and the process at this dealership was very smooth and they treated me very well. I've bought several cars in Muskogee and this was definately my best experience. The service dept is very nice too. They are gonna give me my first oil change free.

My husband and I shopped at every dealership in Muskogee before making a decision on what we would purchase. We new that we wanted to buy a used car with good gas mileage and actually found some at other dealers that we liked but the things we had to go through at the lots were not so desireable. We left mad most of the time. At Miller Edwards they treated us with respect and actually gave us the price instead of saying price didn't matter of try to avoid giving it to us. In my opinion most car dealers are hard to deal with but not there. THey treated us very well.

I was looking for a Muskogee car dealership that wouldn't treat me like I have been treated in the past. I found it with the guys at Miller Edwards. It was a very good experience and I can't stress how much I love my truck and how easy things went there.

I believe this dealer to be very un trustful in the way they handle their online business. Tried to buy a van from them and they raised price.I wanted to pay what it was advertised for. They stalled me long to sell to another interested party for more money. Very Sad. Frank Hardman

Finding the best price was easy of course and I can actually say I would have paid more to get the professional service offered by the staff at this dealership. I will be recommending them to everyone. It was worth the drive. I live in Witchita, KS and have purchased from the same dealership all my life but am glad I met a dealer that cares about my wants and needs and not just thier own. The salesman was very helpful in stting up the features specifically bluetooth. Thank you very much!
