The first sixty thousand miles on my truck were awesome anywhere I took my truck. This last 90,000 maintenance service, in my opinion, sucked. Usually, the service people are very helpful. This last time, not only were they not very helpful but they even forgot to do one of the things that I wanted them to check. I was even told that I had a bulb out in one of my brake lights. Usually, the service people would tell me they replaced a bulb back there. Not this time. Also, had one of the staff give me a price quote of $900.00 - $1000.00 for them to install one of my fog lights on top of my truck. Said it would take them 4 - 5 hours. That's the most ridiculous price anyone could have ever possibly given me. I could do it in 1 to 2 hours and I'm in a wheelchair! This was the worst experience I ever had there. Hopefully next time the staff will be more professional.

The salesman was Soooo nice and helpful. It was a very relaxing experience. There was no pressure into buying a car. Although I did feel pressure from other dealerships that I went to. This was my very first New Car that I ever bought and I Love it! Thank you for making the process easy.

I had an appointment for 9am on a Saturday to get my Bolt software updated. Jeremiah was super friendly and professional. He got to work on our vehicle almost immediately upon arrival. He actually seemed to be happy to be working. Great customer service on a weekend seems to be a rare thing these days; not at Lamb. Thanks for everything guys!

It was an Amazing experience! It was my first brand new car ever and our salesman BOB was exceptional, he answered every question we had, made suggestions to help with our decisions.
