I have been using the service department for 11 yrs which is a true indication of loyalty on both parties. My service advisor Amanda has given me the upmost respect whether it was for a routine service or one which required management involvement. She values communication with the customer and does not mislead you in any way, her priority is the customer. The repairs made to both vehicles have always been highly satisfied.

I bought a new range rover sport! The day i was ready to take it home the white leather inside had black staining on it (they were able to clean it). The car had scratches on the exterior which they had to bring to the back and buff out. Within a week it was in the shop because of brake squeeking and engine light. The car was returned to me after 2 days stating they replaced a part and that why the light was on and they couldn't find anything with the brakes. I took the car out of the lot and i was approaching my first red light.... SQUEAK. Thanks to fixing the brakes they sound like crap. 5 hours later the engine light came back on. I am more than upset. Anyone that drives a car that cost this much would express the same concern. I am more than upset with this truck. If i could i would return it and get a car from somewhere else.

I have never had any experience in any industry that was poor enough to compel me to write a bad review online. I make over $300,000 a year and went to purchase a Range Rover and I was basically accused of wanting to purchase a vehicle from them just to sell it overseas. They canceled my contract with them and would only sell me a diesel vehicle for whatever reason. Sorry, Monmouth Land Rover!!! I did not bust my xxx earning two master's degrees and excelling in my industry to waste my time "flipping cars". This place is something else. Listen, you're spending a nice little chunk on one of these vehicles, go somewhere that wants your money and will let you pick out your dream car, not here...

Just leased my first Jaguar XJL. The overall experience at Jaguar Monmouth was excellent, Brent my salesman was very personable and knowledgeable about the car and best of all was low key. Charles the Business manager helped to close the deal with me in a very courteous and professional manner. Leasing the car from them was truly a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in the Jaguar experience.

The people at Monmouth Jaguar have done everything possible to help me resurrect my 2001 S-Type.. I purchased this old Jag intent on making it my daily driver. A certain vehicle manufacturer is currently running an ad asking if you would buy the same car again, because that is really the best way to measure customer satisfaction. While Land Rover is not the advertiser here, I would enthusiastically say that I would, and did, get another Range Rover Sport, and because of the wonderful customer service, look forward to working with Land Rover of Monmouth for years to come. Both Chris and Michael, plus everyone else we've worked with at the dealer have treated us with courtesy and respect and made the entire process easier than we could have imagined.

Bought my third RR yesterday and the transaction took less than 2 hours. I bought three vehicles in the past year from other dealerships and by the time those other guys were done with me I wanted to scream...Not at Monmouth Land Rover. George and Anthony treated me with respect, listened to my objections and concerns and resolved every issue that came up.I actually got a better deal than I anticipated and would definitely buy again. Michael and George are by far the best guys around in this dealership as a whole. No pressure sales and I felt welcome in the dealership. I'm the type of person who likes to finish most of the transaction via email, text, etc. and Michael have been all too happy to oblige. This dealership offered a fantastic price on a used Land Rover LR2. Prices and interest rates were negotiated over the phone and were honored when we arrived at the dealership. The employees were courteous, the dealership was clean, bright and inviting. The deal went through smoothly which was very much appreciated because I am 7 months pregnant and did not want to hassel.

I visited many different dealerships prior to making this purchase. Land Rover Monmouth is, by far, the best dealership I have come across. The entire staff is very friendly. Scott Marlowe was my sales consultant, and he took away all my anxiety and stress right from the very beginning. Scott made me feel very comfortable and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles this dealership sells. He is friendly, professional, and super nice. Within 24 hours, George and his team had me seated in a new LR4 at a price that I was very happy with. There was never any sales pressure and the dealers were nothing but courteous and respectful. George Kostas and Mike Burnside are the best ! Hands down the easiest experience I have had leasing a vehicle . I drove an extra 35 minutes just to deal with them. George was formerly at the Edison location and he now has another follower. All the paper work and details were done for me , I simply arrived , signed the paper work and I was off in my 2012 Range Rover Sport. He even came in on his day off to finish up our purchase. We bought a pre-owned LR2 and no one would ever know it was pre-owned. They did a wonderful job getting it ready for us. Best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Not once did I feel pressured. I drove three Range Rover Sports both used and new before making a decision and at no point did I feel I was being pushed towards one truck over the other or new vs. used. When it came time to find out what they would give me for my trade in I was very happy with offer. I received as much for my trade as I would have asked for if I sold my truck privately. I ended up leasing a 2011 Range Rover Sport and it's awesome. I can't say enough about these guy's they did a great job.

The salesman (Marco Lugo) misled me into purchasing a 2011 model when I was set to buy a 2012 model instead. I specifically asked if the power lift gate was an option in the 2012 model and he informed me it was not. I felt that he did not reveal the fact that the 2012 model is equipped with the power lift gate option so the dealership could get rid of inventory sitting on the lot. I defintely would have waited 2 more months for this feature on the 2012 model.

Spent right amount of time to determine the car/ color etc that I wanted. No pressure, no hassle...all paperwork over the phone and the car check out was exceptionally thorough. Nice people to deal with and highly responsive and competitive

I am now getting ready to purchase my 6th car from Land Rover Monmouth. I know I could purchase a car from any dealership, however I feel that no other dealership would give me the kind of respect that I receive from the people at LRM...everyone there has never been anything but professional and courteous to me...as a matter of fact when I do have to get my car serviced, I allow myself extra time because I enjoy seeing everyone there so much...from Larry who is in charge of the service department to Angela who is a sales administrator. I would (and have) highly recommend Land Rover Monmouth if you are even thinking about buying a new or used Range Rover...they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

They are very rude and condescending. The Service Department told me my car needed service or I would void the warrantee. When I checked the maintenance schedule in the Owner's Manual, I discovered that I was lied to in order to increase my bill. They also made disparaging remarks about my husband and son when I told him they had been told something different when they bought the car. I have contacted the Land Rover Customer Care people and requested that someone from the dealership respond to my complaints, however, they have been avoiding the issue for two weeks now. They also lied about the timing on service, telling me I needed a full service at 22,500 miles, when I only needed an oil change, and telling me if I didn't have the service complete by the scheduled date they did not have to do it as a complimentary service as Land Rover provides. The Land Rover brochure clearly states that I have a 2 month grace period, something Land Rover Monmouth does not want to abide by. I wrongfully assumed that Land Rover prided themselves on treating customers with respect, rather, they demand that the customer treat them as g-d.
