The service department is absolutely fabulous! I work with Nate, who is amazing, but all the guys working there are excellent. Customer service it top notch and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. The complimentary wash and pick up/drop off are examples of how they go above and beyond. Seriously! Misko is a superstar!!! So patient and willing to work with me. After test driving the car I wanted at the Santa Monica dealership (and not getting anywhere with them) I sent in a request for the specific model, trim and color. He looked up his inventory and told me they had the color I was looking for. We made an appointment for the evening and when i got there, he walked me straight to the car I asked for and even had another as a back-up. He was really great to work with. Highly recommend working with him. Liz in the finance dept was pretty amazing too :). When I'm ready for an upgrade- I will be going back to them.

I recently had the 45K major maintenance done on my 2013 LR4. I enjoyed a zippy Evoque loaner while my vehicle was in the shop. I have been doing business with LR South Bay for more than a decade, and I would not trust having my Land Rovers serviced anywhere else. I scraped the curb and broke my Valve stem. Roadside assistance came to my rescue and towed my car to Land Rover South Bay. This was a saturday at 3:00 PM or so and the dealership closes at 5. The replace the vale stem with sensor and checked everything out to be A-OK in one hour. Amazing! Jesse the service associate was extremely helpful in getting this done. His communication skills were off the hook!Thanks, Land Rover - Range Rover South Bay!

We left the dealership extremely disappointed, our 2004 Discovery which had been serviced by this dealership and by British Car Service a certified Land Rover repair shop that the engine which has only 135K miles on it needed to be replaced. We don't understand how Land Rover which claims to have such high quality vehicles would not stand behind us a loyal customer who have purchased (3) vehicles from this dealership. No one offered to help us with this problem we were only told that the cost of repairs would be somewhere around $5000.00. There has got to be someway or something this dealership and Land Rover corporate can do to HELP!

3 years ago when I leased my Evoque, I had a fantastic experience here. Michael was so knowledgeable and patient, and gave me a fantastic deal! So, when that lease was up, I knew I wanted to come right back to LR South Bay. It was another great experience this time around! They had great cars in stock, and Michael and his co-workers were very good about explaining all the different options. As a single woman, I felt like they listened to me, answered my questions well, and gave me the same deal they would have given me if I had been there with my dad/husband/brother. I purchased a 2015 Range Rover sport HSE from Range Rover South Bay last Sunday. And from the minute I walked in until the time I left,every single staff member was very friendly. Brian Malone was the sales associate that helped me. He was so cool. My paperwork was all finished when I got there. All I had to do was Sign on the dotted line!!!!! It took me a while to make a decision so I left for a while and came back but Brian was gone for the day. Do you know that one of the other associates called Brian,and brian gave them all of my paper work and the deal got finished the same day!!!! Brian is that good. And I still felt comfortable and at ease. He called me the next day and the day after to check on me and to see if I needed help with anything on the car, features etc. It's crazy but he also said I could get the car serviced at any Range Rover dealer since I live in Malibu. I was like ,HELL NO!!!! I'm driving to South Bay to get serviced. It is well worth it. So once again, THANK YOU TO THE CREW AT RANGE ROVER SOUTH BAY.!! I'll be back!!!!?

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. Jason was my salesman and he couldn't have been more honest, non-pushy, professional and true to his word. He promised I'd be in and out within an hour and half and I was. My 2015 car wasn't available when I was looking and he text me immediately when one that was on hold for someone else came in so I could see it in person. He was very honest that it was on hold for someone else even though I was ready to purchase. When that deal didn't go through two days later he text'd me immediately. Shawni in Finance, usually a dreaded experience for any car buyer, couldn't have been more efficient, professional, helpful and quick. The process was very open, I kept waiting for a hiccup or something to pop up as an additional charge, hard upsale, or condition and nothing did. The originally agreed upon price and financing was written up with no changes and the deal quickly closed. Shawni also explaiend that I had three days to bring the car back for a return if I wasn't happy. South Bay was great - but I'd be sure to ask for Jason and Shawnie!

We dread the car purchasing experience and do it seldom. Sound familiar? We like to do a lot of thoughtful research on our own and make final decisions based on our findings. That said we thought we had generally "friendly" customer service experiences at two other local Land Rover dealers. But both paled in comparison with how easy and hassle free the experience was with South Bay. The other dealers haggled and "offered" a variety of "over MSRP" (because there's "no way" you're going to find an at MSPR car! ... so we were told) costs for the car we were interested in (Range Rover Sport HSE). They also pushed cars on us (not only over MSRP) but not even the car specs we were looking for. South Bay was completely different. No hassle, no haggle, no fuss. We sent them the specs and they came back first time with right specs and the lowest cost without the haggling. Liz Malone and brother Brian were kind, courteous and professional. David in finance was the best. A great experience all around. The car even arrived early. It looks and drives great. A class automobile at competitive price. Thank you South Bay Land Rover.

A friend told me of the dealership at South Bay so I chose to go there instead of others closer to home. I am very happy I did. Nice airy Showroom with a good relaxed atmosphere and great people. No product really sells itself but it was good to have the services of Michael Auteri who, whilst knowledgeable and professional conducted the business is a friendly manner. I'm not a pushover but I did know what I wanted and Michael did everything to ensure my needs were met. My wife loves the RR!

Land Rover South Bay Staff surpassed all of my expectations for purchasing my LR2. I had passed the dealership for the past 3 years and fantasized about owning a Range Rover. When I made the decision to actually walk on the lot and take a look, not during business hours of course, I knew that I was ready. After I had made my decision to purchase, I contacted the dealership and within minutes, I think, Brian Malone contacted me by phone. He was very kind, pleasant and concerned about my desires. Although I had made the call, I had work, vacation and other family obligations before I made the next step. It would be over a month later when I made the appointment to go in, during business hours, and met with Brian Malone. He took me on the test drive of a 2013 LR2 and I loved everything about it, it just lacked the most important wish, heated seats. Brian listened to my wish list and he introduced me to Ali, Sales Manager, who diligently worked to get me a comparable financing rate to my bank. Brian and Ali were both very patient with me, as it was two weeks later and two test drives before I signed the deal and drove off ecstatic with my LR2, with a total climate control package included. Now, 2 weeks later, I am in love with my LR2 and cannot forget to include David for his financial education and Liz for her quick problem solving of my OOPS within an hour leaving the dealership. Land Rover South Bay, better than the rest on any given day!

The entire sales experience at Land Rover South Bay exceeded my expectations. Dennis (TC) Collins is one of the best salespeople that we have ever encountered. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also filled with integrity. Dennis and the entire sales team Ali (sales manager), Michael (sales), and David (finance) went beyond the call of duty to lead me and my family through a pressure-free purchase process. They worked well as a team to make sure we were satisfied with the final purchase price. The price negotiations were haggle-free and Dennis delivered on what he promised. After we received the keys to our new LR4, Dennis took to time to explain all the important functions, controls, and displays of the car. In addition, he encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions. A few days later, he contacted us to see if we had any questions about the functions LR4. This was the second time I bought a car from South Bay Land Rover. My experience with this dealership was always positive. Their service people are the best. This time around it got better. The purchase process was much easier as I was assisted by a very professional sales representative named Liz. Jason my salesman is the man, wish all the other Range Rover dealers were like this. All the rest of them including the ones near my home act like there selling gold. They are forgetting that its just a car and cars drop value soon as you drive out of dealer. The other dealers I went to just made me wana punch the salesman. I know that the 2014 is going over sticker but dont be a jerk about it and give a 5 star acting performance that you have a line waiting to purchase that. But south bay is not like this. I liked dealing with Jason, Ali and David. Thank you guys for your great service.

Glad to have had the pleasure of meeting Jason, david and Ali. From the sales guy to the manager and the finance my experience with them was awesome. In this current times its very hard to find people that can steel keep there word and still do business on a hand shake. Every thing from this dealership was with outmost respect towards there client. I hope to do business again with this dealership. The car was prepped nice and every detail was explained to my wife about all the options the car had. I wana thank Jason the sales person that was there from the start to finish, the Manager Ali that was one door away and waiting to be called on with any additional questions that needed to be answered and we cant forget David who handled the contract and the finance. I think any one looking for a car should have this experience where they can shake on it and not worry about the little details in contract couse the shake covers it all.

I went to 3 other Land Rover dealers. The other wanted to just straight stick to you and they were not shy about it. Yes I know the 2014 go over sticker, but be nice about it and be a little flexible. Bill at LR South Bay, was very fast, attentive no BS and everything out in the open. Horrible experience with this dealership. DO NOT GO HERE FOR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Most dishonest dealership/people I've ever dealt with. I was sold a VIP vehicle (considered a loaner vehicle) unknowingly - thinking I was buying a brand new vehicle. As a result, my warranty on my vehicle started several months prior to my actual purchase. The dealership was very aware of this, but chose to not disclose the prior vehicle history/loss of warranty, which is required by law - they almost got away with it but the issue was brought to my attention by another dealership servicing my LR4. When I became aware of the problem and contacted the dealership, my calls were screened, ignored, and the GM Cyrus refused to return my calls for days - I finally reached him using an anonymous phone/after threatening to contact a DMV investigator. My problem still is not resolved and I've had a nightmare dealing with this place. I've now taken the issue up with Land Rover Corporate - they have been very helpful and have since opened an investigation on the matter - I am assured complete resolution from corporate within days. Buyer Beware! Complete crooks and this place should not be in business. Sadly, Michael, the salesperson I worked with, was so nice and I thought a lot of him - I'm hoping that he had no hand in this matter, and that his management was/is solely responsible.

Some people choose this place because it has a slightly larger selection than some of the other smaller dealers but the people here are quite unfriendly and dishonest. I bought a used car and when I took it home and had a mechanic look at it, a bunch of things (including the horn, cruise control, etc.) were broken and when I asked them about it, they said that they hadn't noticed them and they weren't a big deal. During the deal, they bullied me and my mother into put the car in my mother's name who lives on the east coast and then kept changing the numbers. There were people there picking up new cars who were also very displeased- one lady had custom ordered a new ranger rover with special wheels and she had pre-paid extra for the wheels. Instead they had ordered the car without the special wheels (hoping to pocket the extra 4000) and were hoping she would take the car anyways. And if you must go there, pay cash - do not finance. They lie to the lenders and they lie to the customers - they loans are often not finalized even after you pick up the car and they keep changing the numbers. If you notice, they'll get angry at you and try to come up with some diversionary argument. The only customers who were even somewhat happy there were ones who paid with cash ( and even a lot of those were unhappy.) If you live in southern califronia, there is a great dealership in thousand oaks (very honest and straightfoward) and one in encino (this one is actually one of the largest in southern california.)
